I love you Hello Neighbor you are the most poorly put together story that constantly retcons things with the most absurd lore and wackadoodle decisions. You HAVE to know your game is mostly played by kids but the new animated series "will not be rated for kids" and the first episode has a "directors cut" that is viewable IN the second game that's only difference from the censored youtube version that I can tell is that there is a scene where they show blood and the body of a woman stuck in the tires of a truck. Mr. Peterson is a murderer. Mr. Peterson is NOT a murderer. Mr. Peterson is a clown for no reason. Mr. Peterson has a whole amusement park under his house. There's a weird ritual powered by a mysterious device and storms where some adults gather dressed as birds to literally steal luck from the air. The last book introduced Time loops as canon.

i really like how youre tiger...its really complicated and everchanging my self perception and how i feel and what i identify with and stuff and youre just like. tiger. am tiger.

to be fair i only kind of accepted i identify with an animal because it makes me feel happy and feels like it helps explain some of my experiences like. last fall. but looking back that had been going on for a loooooong time. like up until i started middle school and i started getting more support for stuff and figured stuff out about myself i got in trouble a lot for being a really physical kid about like. everything. like i aggressively hugged people when i was excited, i started fights when i was upset or also sometimes for fun (and got myself hurt sometimes oops!), i couldn't sit still for the life of me and i had to sit in a weird position or i'd lose it. and also being extremely impulsive and protective about food i stole food a lot and hid it and all sorts of other stuff. and like i knew something was wrong with me cause i struggled with my peers but i didn't know what so i ended up kind of thinking of myself as some sort of creature it varied like a werewolf or a big cat or a dog or even horses and i kind of played it up because it made me feel better. like i am going to be weird and not behave how a person is supposed to but on purpose and you cant stop me.

i've gotten better at acting like a person since then, at least most of the time, but. the idea of it's better to feel like a tiger or whatever else it happens to be than just someone who cant be a person is still there.

and also tiger is just the one i'm most fond of i'm not super picky about what it is as long as its a nice large beast. thats whats in there the details aren't super important. but i like tiger for me so tiger

One of the true upsides of going into a depressive spiral so bad that you get kicked out of college in your early 20's is you learn that it's possible to get up again and keep going. It sucks so bad to eat dirt and failure, but it teaches you to spit it out and wipe your face off, and that's a better lesson than a lifelong string of successes could be.
