I applaud anybody who can go around quitting their jobs and also getting hired at a new company immediately. If I'm being honest, I envy you, because I, as I'm sure others are as well, can't do that. Either we can't afford to quit because we're not guaranteed to get another job, or we can't even find someone who is hiring- let alone get a chance at an interview.
