Some ideas for Manager are them accidentally getting hit with an off course ball, learning how to play football so they can help out a bit or perhaps, for old manager (but ig young manager could work too), them having used to play football before and having the world five/the coaches help them brush up on their rusty skills so they can help the boys with overtime practice, perhaps?

KICKED TO THE HEAD

Notes: This req is lowkey so cute! I chose young manager instead if youre fine with it hehehe, but I will try to make another one to answer the other two req because I lowkey like them.

"Hmm, next on my to-do list is to check up on each stratum. Hmm, since the closest to where I am is the German Stratum, I'll head there first!"

You found yourself skipping away to where the training field was, where you know the players were currently training. It was a not-so regular day in the Blue Lock Facility due to the fact that the continuation of the Neo-Egoist League matches will be held in 3 days time.

Hence, all players, masters and even staff were busy, slaving away in their training or jobs. You decided to just give a small peek to each stratum, wanting to ask anyone if all are alright and well-taken cared off.

As the manager, you always found yourself feeling unsatisfied if even one of the players are not very comfortable with whatever it is that is under the guise of your job. Their cleats are a bit too uncomfortable? Your bad, you didn't pick the right cleats for them! Was the bedsheets a bit itchy? Oops, you did not di your job well to make it clean and spotless.

Sure, it was a lot of pressure, but you liked it. It made you feel useful, made you feel motivated, made you smile. Were you a masochist? Maybe, but if its for the betterment of the players, you were ready to do it. After all, the Blue Lockers, Ego and Anri were not the only ones dreaming for Japan to win the World Cup.

Putting your hair in a comfortable hairstyle, you entered the training field where you can see the Bastard Munchen players were running around the field, doing simulations and other strategical work that you could not help but be impressed with.

'Wow...the places where the players are are so fitting for their playstyles! That's Bastard Munchen for you! Very logical!'

A smile was on your face as your eyes followed where the ball was passed from player to player. Watching matches, practice or not, is always entertaining for you. The cogs in your mind spinning and turning, trying to connect and make sense with all the details and information your eyes can take in.

It always feels entertaining and freeing to do this. To spectate, to watch each player. Like you were the audience of an orchestra or a mastermind behind the pieces of a chessboard. Everything and everyone felt like they were within arm's reach, like you were a puppeteer choosing not to move the strings and instead, let your dolls move themselves.

But, you know that if you so much as wish to affect the game, you can.

"Do you see anything, Y/n?"

Almost jumping due to the shock, you turned to face the French master, Noel Noa, who looked at you curiously. You have been quite close with the master strikers in the facility, especially Noel Noa, who seemed to be quite fond of you, too, finding your nature and aura quite adorable. Maybe it was because you were quite young and still naive, or maybe it was because you were always so happy and excited to learn more about the sport, he did not know.

But, what he does know is you were a very precious kid he would like to take under his wing.

"Um, its just the usual I see, Noa-san. Nothing too big! Maybe its because its just practice..?"

You tilted your head, looking down on your notebook that had many doodles and notes you made throughout the week. There were doodles of the players and what they need to improve on. And well, you were more than happy to add more to the things you already totted down.

However, due to this, you did not really see the missed shot Kaiser did, while he trained his infamous Kaiser Impact again and again. Nor did you hear the shouts of some of the players about the incoming ball, or hell, even the shwip sound of the ball as it rushed through the air and went to where your head was.

So, to your surprise, when you find yourself blacking out for a second due to a hard force impacting on your forehead, that it made you sit on the floor. It hurt, yes, and you can feel the blood dripping from your nose, but the most dominant reaction you can feel is shock.

Meanwhile, the rest of the players, were not as calm as you were.

"Oi, Kaiser, you bastard! I'm gonna punt you!" Isagi shouted from the other side of the field as he stood up, ready to fight the German striker.

"Y/n-chan!! Are you okay?!" Hiori and Ness were the first ones to run to where you are, worried about your dazed expression.

"Kaiser. Laps around the field." Noa's eyes were slanted like a hawk, as he kneeled beside you, patting your head softly to comfort you a bit.

Kaiser, on the other hand, was the most petrified of all. He knows how much force his kick had, from experience and, of course, his own knowledge of his strength. And he was very much worried and shocked, blinking his blue eyes like he saw something very traumatising.

He didn't mean to. He knows he did nof. But that did not make him feel less bad. Especially since he hurt you of all people. The only person who was not rude to him, but also did not patronise him like a certain someone (ahem, Ness), even if he acted like a douche to you in the beginning of the Neo-Egoist League.

And also the fact that you weren't like him and the other players, who were used to receiving any loose ball that had hard and forceful impacts. But even then, he couldn't move fast enough to be the first one to make sure you were okay.

"Y/n-chan, where are you right now? What team and stratum are you in?" Yukimiya also was beside you, asking questions to make sure you didn't have a concussion or any brain damage. Thankfully, you answered all his questions quite well, and you didn't seem to be hurt at all. Just shocked and a bit sore from the impact, but nothing major.

"I'm fine, everyone. I wasn't just paying attention. Sorry, everyone. Sorry, Kaiser-"

"Why the fuck are you the one apologising? You were the one hurt!" Kaiser said out of nowhere, holding your shoulder as you blinked at the mini outburst he had. The blonde-haired man was panting, although not too heavily, it was still noticeable that he was heaving due to the rise and fall of his chest and shoulders.

At first, you thought it was because of the practice, but the worried look beneath the usual nonchalance in his eyes told you otherwise.

"U-uh...sorry- um no wait- I meant, its just because you got blamed for all of it when it was an accident and now you're in trouble."

"I don't give a crap about that. Just...just go to the damn clinic...make sure...you're not having a concussion or whatever."

Like a drunkard being poured cold water, Kaiser realized that you two were not the only people in the field, and that many eyes were watching. So, he retracted his arms and turned around, trying his best to hide the confusing mixture of worry and self-disappointment as he walked back to the field.

"Are you sure you're okay, Y/n-chan?" Isagi asked as he sat beside you, Kurona sitting on your other side ontop of the clinic bed as some of the Bastard Munchen players stood infront of you, also wanting to make sure you were okay.

"Yeah, I'm fine. This is nothing."

"If you say so, but if you feel dizzy or just if anything is wrong, tell us immediately." Yukimiya said he held the ice pack to where the ball hit, while you wiped the excess blood from your nose.

"Yeah, yeah! Its bad to hold back what you're feeling." Kurona added, while Hiori was just quiet as he gave you your stuff, placing it on the desk beside the bed.

Meanwhile, Kaiser and Ness also stood beside you, Ness, along the worried ones as he patted your head softly, hopeful that it might help in some way, shape or form. Meanwhile, Kaiser and Isagi were already starting to argue, Isagi telling Kaiser to becareful next time and Kaiser being on the defensive as the two threw roast upon roast against each other.

"Your blindass is so rich, you can't even buy sports glasses? Even Yukimiya is responsible enough to do that!"

"Oh, please. I'm blind? You're fucking senseless."

The rest of players, well except for Ness who was fully supporting and backing up Kaiser, just watched with done and dotted eyes.

"Jesus, they never shut up, huh?" Hiori rolled his eyes.

"Yeah. Theyre too, too intense sometimes." Kurona added as finally, Yukimiya sighed and gave his polite smile.

"I think thats enough for today, you two. Y/n-chan needs her peace and quiet to recover."

ADDITIONAL TIME!

"Bachira!! We can't!!" Kitsunezato said as he tried to stop the said striker from walking out.

"Yeah, you know that Lavinho-san won't like it." Hayate added, but Bachira was far from listening.

"NO! I need to see if Y/n-chan's okay!! I'll beat that German up the next time I see him!!"

"Please, don't- C'mon Otoya! Help us out here!" But, unfortunately for them, Otoya was somewhat agreeing to what the brown and blonde haired striker was saying and Kitsunezato sensing this, immediately prayed to whatever god there was, and even better plead to Otoya, himself.

"Oh god, please don't! We have enough with Bachira here! It was an accident!"

"But there is no accident when it comes to Y/n-chan being hurt!!" Bachira fought back.

"I agree-"

"Shut the hell up, Otoya!"

MANSHINE CITY

"WHAT?! Is she okay?!" Reo panicked when he heard the news.

"I swear, its always those from Bastard. What the hell is even happening in that stratum?" Chigiri said with annoyance and worry. Why does chaos always happen in that stratum he wondered.

"Y/n-chan...is she better now?" Nagi, commented from his bed, eyes abnormally wide, like a cat roused from its sleep by a predator.

"Yeah, I heard she's fine. She didn't have any serious concussion anything, which is lucky for all of us! She just needs to rest earlier today, but she will still be able to do her duties tomorrow!" The red-haired said, repeating what he heard from Isagi.

"Good. I kind of feel bad but happy at the same time. I want her to rest, but at the same time I want her to keep working so we can see her again tomorrow." Reo admitted, his back plopping on his bed, purple eyes looking up at the ceiling lights.

"I don't want Y/n-chan to be replaced as our manager, ever..."

"I don't think anyone in here wants that to happen at all, Nagi."

UBERS

"I should've kicked a ball straight to that Kaiser's face when I had the chance."

"That is a red card, Barou, but I don't even think I would stop you. Go wild." Niko sighed. The Ubers players just heard of the news and most of them were not happu with what they heard.

"Poor Y/n-chan, that has to hurt. I remember the first time I got hit on the face, and I'm a defender so I'm used to that! But she isn't even a player." Oliver said, cringing at the thought of being hit by a ball, much less from someone of Kaiser's calibre.

"Damn straight! And those useless peasants couldn't even protect her from those guys. Those damn donkeys." Barou said, his mind towards a specific raven-haired striker that he knew was not only his main rival, but also the main rival of Kaiser and hence why, he believed he was the most responsible for you not managing to avoid the ball in time.

"Charles! We're training that new move we're planning to make it better and make it hurt for our match with those Germans!" Shidou said, clearly pissed off at the news. The French midfielder only nodded his head, cheering along with the pink-haired striker.

"Fucking lukewarms, you should do it secretly not infront of the many cameras around this damned facility." Rin rolled his eyes, even he wasn't impressed when he heard that you got injured, much less bleeding!

"For the first time, you didn't say anything dumb, Rin-rin. You heard him Charles! We're going to meet up with that German bastard!"

"Yay! Yay! We're gonna avenge Y/n!"

But unfortunately for them, and fortunately for everyone else, Karasu was there to stop the two, holding the scruff of their uniforms immediately.

"Now, now. As much as I also want to square up on that guy, we can't go monster against his ass or do you wanna be electrocuted again, Shidou?"

The blonde and pink haired striker blinked at that and finally shrugged.

"We'll just have to beat them in the upcoming games. So, ya'll better train hard." Karasu said with finality as he headed to his room with the other Blue Lock players, and that idea did not sound bad at all in Rin, Shidou and even Charles' ears.

you'd tried to keep it from her but with how much time the blonde spent at your flat and how well she knew the two of you it was inevitable she eventually figured out there was something else going on.

"you always hang out with them! stay in with us. please?" ella pouted, sitting down on the bed and giving you the best puppy dog eyes she could manage. "mmm no." you ducked down and smiled, pecking her lips a few times before grabbing your bag off the bed and hearing her groan.

"bye el, i'll call you once i'm done or i'll get maz to drop me home." you sent her a smile and pecked her cheek, well aware of your team mates and friends watching on from a few metres away, millie clapping her hands impatiently for you to hurry up as you popped open your door.

however before you could step out of the car an arm snaked around your neck and you tensed up in surprise as ellas hand firmly grabbed your jaw, pulling you into a bruising kiss.

within seconds her tongue was down your throat and you were trying to pull away hearing the whistles and jeers from your friends behind you. "not yet, kiss me." ella mumbled against your lips, her grip on your jaw tightening and holding you firmly almost in a headlock as you gave in and kissed her back.

tapping her leg once air became an issue she finally let you go for a moment, hand still on your jaw as she pecked your lips a few times ad released you, your lips tingling and slightly swollen as you tried to clear the hazy fog in your mind.

"so i guess we're telling people now?" you breathed out, glancing sideways at your girlfriend who only grinned happily. "just lettin everyone know you're a taken woman baby." ella smiled as you sighed, unable to be mad at her as you rolled your eyes and allowed her to steal one last kiss before you left her behind.

The concepts of the Sekai and true feelings were honestly still very confusing to Akito, but he's happy that him and VBS are all working and growing together

The concept of true feelings was confusing to him, but he always liked to discuss the topic with you. You seemed to know a lot more than he did, for whatever reason

What you never revealed was that you've been searching for your true feelings for years now, and finding someone who has so soon was...more than disheartening

You disappeared for a few days, and Akito grows immensely worried. Sure, he had a crush on you, but he really was worried for your well-being

He went over to your house, having been there multiple times, and called your name. When he got no answer, he went to your room, and his heart sunk

He could see you, on your computer, breaking down in your Sekai. He was panicking, immediately looking for a way in to reach you

The moment he reaches you in your Sekai, he pulls you into a hug. You're obviously startled, but he doesn't care, simply holding you close

"Look, I don't know what's happening, but I'm here for you, alright?" He looks you in the eyes, his hands resting on your shoulders, "I'm here through it all for you." And even if you still didn't know your true feelings, his support got you through <3

Toya:

When it comes Sekais, Toya doesn't really think hard about how they work. He mostly just goes there with his group, and works with them all through their true feelings

He's proud of VBS and himself for working through their true feelings, and he likes to talk about them with you. You were nice company, and you never seemed to mind

You did mind though, because you were someone who had been trying to figure your true feelings out for years. His success helped to highlight your own failure

You had disappeared for a few days, and Toya was more than concerned about it. He knew that he had to go see you, he didn't know what could've happened to you

He texted to let you know he was coming over, but you didn't even see the text by the time he got there. He looked around, immediately going to your room

The sight of you on your laptop, presumably in your Sekai breaking down, broke his heart. He looked around for a way to get to you before it was too late

The moment he entered your Sekai, he called your name to get your attention. He knew you were shocked, but he stood before you, itching to reach out for you

"You don't have to go through this alone." His voice was quiet, a new noise among your Sekai, "I found my true feelings, right? I'll try my best to help you find yours." His determination helped to inspire you. Maybe you really could find them after all <3

Tsukasa:

Considering that the Wonderland Sekai was made from his own true feelings, Tsukasa has learned quite a bit about true feelings and Sekais

Besides the other members of Wonderlanders, he really enjoys your company! He rambles about finding his true feelings to you because he's proud

Although you're also proud of him, you've been hiding the fact that you've been looking for your true feelings for years. You felt like you would never find them

Tsukasa notices your disappearance almost immediately, and rushes to ask around about you. You were his close friend, his crush, he was so worried about you

He loudly announced his presence when he entered your home, but when he received no answer, he went to your room. He was in for a shock, to say the least.

There you were, in your own Sekai, breaking down. He could see you through the screen, and immediately moved to find a way to get to you

When he reaches your Sekai, he immediately calls your name in the most worried tone, sitting in front of you and grabbing your hands tightly

"My co-star, what happened?" He listens if you tell him, he leaves you alone if you don't. Either way, he squeezes your hands in his, smiling at you, "You should know that I'm always here for you! I always will be." He's determined to be the star you need <3

Rui:

Rui is a curious soul, so he's always trying to find out as much as he can about Sekais and true feelings. He always craves to learn more and more

You were someone who always allowed him to indulge in his curiosities on Sekais and true feelings, but whenever he asked you on why you know so much, you dodged it

Truth was, you had been searching for your true feelings for years. While you liked being able to talk him through his, you felt very upset that you hadn't found yours

As someone who's pulled the disappearance act before, Rui knows to immediately be worried and look for you. He's been there for sure, he'll help you out

He goes over to your house, and immediately notices the absence of your presence. He goes to your room, looking around for any signs of you

He finds you then on your computer screen, breaking down all by yourself in your Sekai. It reminds him of himself, and he knows he has to reach you soon

"I can't say I know why you haven't found your true feelings yet, but I know what it's like to be alone." He looks you straight in the eyes, "You won't be alone through this anymore." He's so certain in his resolve that it helps you to believe him <3

He manages to get into your Sekai, and he doesn't say a word, sitting by your side and wrapping an arm around your shoulders. He leads you to rest your head on him

Kanade:

Seeing as Niigo's Sekai is made from Mafuyu's feelings, Kanade is more than used to the concept of helping someone find their true feelings.

She's always looking for people to save, people to help, and she met you through these searches. She always had the feeling that you were hiding something from her...

And hiding you were, because you had been searching for your true feelings for years, by this point. You had felt like Mafuyu was closer to finding them than you'd ever been

You disappeared for a couple days, and Kanade was already getting deja vu. She went through the same with Mafuyu, and she already knew she needed to save you

For once, she left her house in favor of going to yours, unable to shake off the feelings of uneasiness as she entered your room

Her gaze went to your computer, and she felt her need to save you grow more intense as she saw you in the middle of your Sekai, crying your heart out

She knew the ways to enter the Sekai, and she was quick to make her way to you, sitting just across from you. She didn't touch you, not yet anyway

"...I'll save you too." You looked up at her in confusion, only to meet her determined gaze, "You haven't found your true feelings, right?...I'll help you. I promise I will." You're another person that Kanade wishes to help save, and she'll do everything she can <3

Quill is someone you often use as a source of support, his naturally comforting personality acting like a magnet for you and those around him. 

You would subconsciously seek him out for refuge during those moments when it all felt like too much, and sometimes, you didn't even realise just how much you gravitated towards him.

Even with sleep, he was still someone you relied on - just knowing he was there, laid next to you, was usually enough to steady your mind. 

But sometimes, the feel of his body beside you wasn't enough to keep you asleep. You'd often jitter and jolt and toss during your nights of slumber, past memories coming back to haunt you in the form of nightmares - all of it keeping you from resting peacefully. 

They were manageable for a while until very recently, when you'd essentially thrash yourself awake. Peter, your boyfriend, would be awake before you - the movement of you beside him coaxing himself out of sleep. 

But tonight was the worst one you've had for a while. It felt like you were stuck in your nightmare and unable to wake up - the feel of it all too heavy and daunting. 

Unbeknownst to you, Quill was trying to help, sat beside you, calling your name and gently shaking your arm, trying to force you awake. Your head jolts abruptly, and you finally wake - fear all over your face as you pat the bed to find Peter.

He calls your name once more, his voice soft and soothing - trying to help you locate him. "It's okay," he coos, adjusting to lay back down beside you, facing you. “It’s okay, honey.”

"It was horrible," you mumble tearfully, shaking your head. "It..."

"It seemed horrible," he comforts, bringing his hand to rest on the side of your face, palm large and warm as he thumbs over your cheek. "Was it the same one?" 

You hum softly, closing your eyes from the warm touch of your lover. 

"Do you want to talk about it?" he asks faintly.

You shake your head 'no'.

He hums quietly, understanding you.

He scooches in closer and slips his arm under your head, propping you up so he can pull you into him. You curl into his side, head resting on his bicep - burying your face into his chest like you were hiding, using him as protection almost.

He wraps his other arm over you, bringing you closer so he's cradling you - like he's trying to keep you safe. 

"I'll stay up. I'll keep you safe, you get some sleep," Peter murmurs, pressing a kiss into your forehead as he grips you tighter.

The comforting smell of his chest and the warm touch of his hands slowly eases you back into sleep - the steady circles Quill drew on your back act as a distraction from your mind, swarmed within a blanket of security.

Dabi listens silently as you open up about your troubled past. His eyes, however, betray a mix of anger and concern.

Dabi, in his understated way, offers a warm touch, placing a comforting hand on your shoulder. "Don't think about that anymore. Let me take care of everything."

Dabi, true to his straightforward nature, ensures justice is served.

As you express your fear of encountering your past abuser, Dabi assures you, "I won't let them get away with it, don't ya worry your pretty, little head, princess."

Dabi, true to his character, never utters empty promises. Swiftly acquiring information about the person's name and address, he becomes a rare sight within the League of Villains' hideout for the next few days. Unbeknownst to you, he meticulously stalks every move of the individual, methodically transforming their life into a nightmare.

Days pass, and news reports flood the airwaves. Resting your head on Dabi's shoulder while watching the news, you hear of a house engulfed in flames, with a person unable to escape the inferno. The police chalk it up to a gas leak, citing eyewitnesses who observed the flames as an eerie shade of blue.

Your eyes widen, and you glance at Dabi, seeking confirmation. "Dabi..."

He, however, responds by gently placing his index finger to your lips, silencing any questions. "I promised you something, and I'm a man of my word, yeah?"

So, obviously these three are not the smartest trio in Border, but they know that and decide to spread more kindness than almost anyone else in Border.

They also happen to be the biggest pranksters at Border, not that it's any surprise. They can convince almost anyone to get in on their pranks if they try hard enough.

One time they convinced Kazama to scare Suwa by using Chameleon and messing with him and the rest of the Mahjong buddies. Suwa ended up almost strangling the attacker, and in return the golden trio was subject to Kazama's torment for the next week.

When exam season starts they are desperate to find someone to tutor them last minute, usually being Kodera or Narasaka since they're the closest and the easiest to convince. Their grades lacking is partly due to them being Border agents, but also them just not paying attention in class.

Since Izumi and Yoneya are in the same class at school the pair are especially lacking since their antics are amplified whenever they're together. The others in their grade have tried to help, but once you get them talking about any videogame they like you won't see them think about anything else for the next hour.

Despite that Izumi does have potential to be a good student, and sometimes feigns being ignorant on something for attention (which the other two will call him out on).

Since Yoneya's operating room is always dominated by the snipers of the squad, and Izumi's operating room is Kunichika's domain, the trio are mostly seen relaxing in the Kusakabe operating room since Midorikawa's squadmates are more put together and not as stingy with guests.

They frequently have movie and game nights and invite as many people as they can without Kusakabe getting mad and kicking everyone out. Special guests to these nights include: Mr. Shinoda, Yuma, Yuba, Touma, and Karasuma who likes chatting with his old squad mate.

They would definitely tease each other about their crushes and even purposely embarrass them qin front of each other.

likes: i love spicy food! my favorite food is anything chicken or as stated earlier, spicy. i also like to read but only fictional or history books, i dont think im into anything specific i just like anything interesting but i guess im a fan of romance, psychological horror, and sci-fi. i also like movies, i noticed that i seem to like action or anything exciting and oddly enough, i like gore to a bearable level. my favorite animals are cats and sharks. i also like draw!

Chainsaw Man: Angel Devil

When he doesn't have to work and can just stay home with you beside him the two of you would either read together or watch a movie cuddle up within a blanket. At first, his wings made it difficult to do so, but the two of you found a way around it and now spend every living moment close together.

Getting a cat was a decision the two of you made together, after you begged him for weeks and months to get one. You were thrilled when the two of you left and came back with a fur baby that now got to live with the two of you. You love the sweet creature, but it is sad to say that the cat loves your boyfriend more, always running over to him when he gets home from work. When he lays down the cat is quick to lay next to him all cuddled up into his wings. You have many photos of the two together and sometimes you can't help but feel jealous over the cat for taking your boyfriend, but their cute cat eyes always change your mind.

Haikyuu: Bokuto

He's definitely a personality type of guy, but looks are also important, just not as important as the person's personality. The two of you definitely have to get along or at least have some interests or he won't know what to do and then he'll feel sad. If there aren't any interests then learn about volleyball and talk about it with him, he could go on for hours about the sport and talk about all of the games he's played since he was a kid. Be in for a long conversation that spans out over a week, maybe two.

When he found out about your insecurities, he was immediately on it, grabbing all of your favorite things and spending the whole day with you, explaining why everything about you was perfect and that you shouldn't feel ashamed about anything. If he ever sees you comparing yourself to other people, he'll try his best to distract you or explain why he choose you and not them, talking about all of his favorite things and what made him fall in love with you.

Demon Slayer: Tanjiro

It's known throughout the show that he is a smart and quick thinker so it would make sense for him to have a partner who also has the same mindset. When he found out that you were great at problem solving, he couldn't help but mile, being proud of the achievements and goals you've been able to accomplish by yourself.

On the days where you tend to overthink about things, he makes sure to clear his schedule and be there for you not wanting you to be in that mindset alone. If he's on a mission though, he'll ask someone he trusts to watch over you and tell them to reassure that whatever you're overthinking about will be alright and that there is nothing to worry about. He does the same thing when you over apologize, making sure to say that everyone makes mistakes and that there is no point in apologizing so much that he isn't mad or upset.

as for requests, general reqs are closed but i have an event going on right now that is very open for requests! you can request a drabble or other type or req on there or you can wait until i reopen requests! which will be after i finish the event, likely in a couple of weeks!

as for your question, that's not silly at all to ask! writing can be overwhelming at first because there's so much that you see out there and a lot of it can be very different and feel like something you can't quite achieve, plus you don't have a set method of how you go about things yet as you first start! so don't feel silly at all!!

i wrote a lot more than i intended so i apologize for how long this got!

i'm gonna be sort of blunt here, but i mean it will all the love in my heart i promise. unless you are like a total natural with some sort of god given talent for writing, i sort of don't think it's possible to not suck a little bit when you first start. when i first started writing IT SUCKED SO BAD!!! and that's okay! basically i think it is so so important for new writers to not set their expectations too high, especially because writers you might be comparing yourself to have been practicing for years (in my case it's been 6 years already which is crazy lol). it's so so so okay for your writing not to be any sort of masterpiece, it can be basic or cringe or lack depth or be all of those things at once, because genuinely i think that's where we all started. i think the act of just writing, no matter what the quality is, is the most important part of getting into it.

that being said, it's great to seek out advice or ways to make your writing better. that's something i disregarded for a long time lol so if you're actively trying to improve your writing, you'll grow faster!

also, writing is just hard in general! and one of those really hard things is definitely putting emotion into your writing, especially if you feel like you're forcing it. i don't necessarily have like solid step by step advice for this issue, but i hope that something i say could be of help to you!

i think that the best way to bring your writing to life is probably to focus on the emotions and the liveliness of your characters. sometimes as writers we may become too focused on getting the plot right or getting the characters from point a to b, but it's really important to slow down and add details about what the characters feel as they move from point a to b and what's motivating them to do so. it's okay to abandon the plot for a good paragraph or two just to describe what the characters are feeling about the situations that you're putting them in.

i think that two ways i use to bring a character to life is through expressing their emotions and their wants! for emotions, you can simple just state them! it works effectively and remains readable. you can state emotions within your prose, while describing voices/how someone said something, or through actions and facial expressions. ex: "he was upset because ..." | "... she says, sounding annoyed/happy/literally any emotion." | "his eyebrows were pinched in worry." | "they rolled their eyes at the suggestion."

for wants, i think it works similarly! what a character wants is such a big part driving force of how they are going to act. what are they doing about that want? are they acting on it or not? if you write "in that moment, all you want to do it kiss her. but you don't," then it's pretty clear what your character is feeling about "her", but it's also showing that they are also feeling hesitant because of some other thing in play. and i think a big part of bringing life to things is showing how characters feel + what they want and how that interacts with their circumstances, or creates conflict or solutions. that all being said! start simple and try not to overthink that sort of thing! it just could be nice to have that idea floating around in the back of your mind as you work.

dialogue may also be a part of this! for more realistic or lively dialogue, see how the lines feel when you say them out loud (whispering or mouthing them can work too! or just trying to read it in the sort of tone/way you're imagining it would be said!) this helps me see if it sounds natural.

another factor is just going to be personal style, and of course that comes with time and just continuing to write! while you read books or fanfic, try to figure out what you think makes that writing come to life, and don't be afraid to try and emulate that in your own writing! but most importantly, be patient with yourself and give yourself time to grow! and don't be afraid to keep asking for advice or anything like that! there's plenty of people like me who are willing to beta read or edit or give feedback on things you've written if that's something you want. you can also start out just writing for yourself until you feel comfortable publishing it, again if that's something you want.

ahah well im barely more than halfway through and i took a lot of breaks in between 😌 but it is a good show the more you watch it. as for kotaro, i just finished it today and it's more so found family based. without spoiling anything, the kid's backstory does get a little sad. it's a decent show overall though and there were many cute moments to make up for it. uwah i've been meaning to watch given as well but i gotta finish the 10 other animes i put on hold 😋👍 do you also have 20 other animes in your watchlist? 😭

also, just thought i'd post a simple qns. i've read most of your works from tr and jjk and i wonder, how do you get the inspiration to write your works? based on my tr request prompt, you managed to wrote up a oneshot just by a few words, and it was pretty well done as well! what's your thought process when writing?

you know what? funny thing i skipped kotaro lives alone cos i heard people say that the kid has a sad background/history and i personally have to mentally prepare myself for emotionally elevating scenes/series bc i feel uncomfortable handling heightened emotions (i'm a bit constipated in showing feelings) SO i moved on to watch given. i finished the series and the movie as well AND SHIT YOU NOT it was a freaking emotional show. i was caught unprepared for it and now i'm all over the place, broken beyond repair BUT I LOVE IT it was well pulled off but still i... sigh, i'm a clown for skipping kotaro lives alone bc of the kid's sad history when given is a whole lot more depressing/angsty.

yes, i do have a long list of animes to watch and i wish i have an extra pair of eyes (aside from my glasses lmao) and brain to consume all the media i want.

that's a cute question, i didn't expect you to ask something about my writing. it makes me feel giddy knowing that someone is interested in knowing how i write gsnsbsns :')

anyway, so i get my inspiration from requests. reqs are like prompts to me, they give me an image or scene to start off with then from there i choose which character (if not given) fits it based on their personality. so, i fit the scene to the personality of the character i will write for then i try to come up with a situation that is likely to happen behind the scenes of the show so it will be relatable for the viewers and readers (e.g: from your request i thought, in the anime only scenes of the actual gang meetings are shown but what happens before the meeting when the captains are waiting for the rest of the members? since they usually start late afternoon to evening maybe they eat first before holding a meeting? then, what transpires in that scene? what could possibly happen within that period of time? do they hang out like ordinary teens their age? how do they converse?) so basically i look for loopholes in the series (if the writing is canon based) then i write for it, i create scenes from what if's.
