This is for @bluepeachstudios ‘s Ghost in a Shell. It’s really good you should read it.
I looked at exactly one picture of Jupiter Jim and went “yeah this should be enough to draw him.” I will not be answering if it actually was

Birthday you say?! Hm..... by any chance do you have any particularly favorite oc? That you would want to see fanart of? Jk jk..... unless👀👀👀
Lol Shirley is usually my go to when ppl ask what character they should draw. I’ve had them longer than most and they are easier to get for some people than my other characters. Also you can just dress him in literally anything and it works so that’s a bonus lol
Some others I’m more biased towards are Felix and Rory, I think really hard about em lol. Honestly I’d enjoy anything someone makes with any of my ocs especially if it’s a character THEY like cus I enjoy seeing which of my ocs ppl fancy hahahagahaga

YES to luna lovegood/dreamy!reader!!!!!!!!! Can we possibly get one with Spencer? <3
“It’s not as bad as you think.”
Hotch appreciates the softness of your voice, as someone who also speaks in a very measured tone, but the sound of it has his brow furrowing. You’re a brilliant analyst, and a worse distraction whenever you’re in the main office.
“It sounds terrible?”
Hotch peers through the window to get a good look at the scene. You’re sitting in Spencer’s desk chair with your hands stretched out in front of you. Your outfit is very pink, considering the occasion, but it’s a non-abrasive light pink that flatters your skin. You have a clip in your hair, a small silver star with pink jewels embedded along the lines.
Emily sips at a cup of coffee, leaning against the desk, her face to the side. Hotch can see her perturbed smile.
“It’s fine! I’ve just been sleeping on the sofa.”
“Well. That’s a call to pest control.”
Spencer returns to his desk with a frown and two mugs. “Pest control?” he asks, the mug he places in front of you steaming.
“There’s a raccoon living in her bedroom.”
Spencer burns himself on his coffee, swearing as he puts it down hurriedly beside yours. “There’s a what?” Spencer asks.
“He’s friendly. He came in through my vent.”
“So friendly he’s stolen your bedroom?”
You lean back in Spencer’s chair like it’s a La-Z-Boy, blowing at the hot surface of your drink with a similar lazy smile. “Imagine being that little and having such a big bed? When you usually sleep in the garbage?” You give a breathy laugh. “He must be having the time of his life.”
“How are you getting ready in the mornings?” Spencer asks worriedly.
“We’re cohabiting.”
Spencer licks his lips. He likes you, and you seem aware of that fact, and that’s nerve-wracking for everyone involved.
“Um, maybe we can make him a house? Like, outside? Raccoons are far happier in their natural habitat, and they’re also, you know, highly diseased and contagious compared to humans. I really don’t think you should let him inside.”
“Spencer,” you say, giving him a dozy grin, “I didn’t let him in. He knows how to get in all by himself.”
“I’ll call a repairman, too,” Emily says with a groan.
She walks away, probably to find JJ and get her in on the repairs. Spencer looks at you for a long time, just drinking your tea, and Hotch mentally goads him into making a semblance of a move. Even if it’s just to fix your drooping hair clip.
“You’re looking at me strangely again,” you say.
Winces all around. “Am I?” Spencer asks.
“Yes. Is this about Thursday?”
“No.” Spencer swallows. “Yes. You didn’t answer my texts, after. I just want to know what you’re thinking.”
“What I’m thinking?”
“Yeah. I thought about it a lot, so maybe you did too. Or maybe you didn’t, and it didn’t mean anything.”
“Of course it meant something, Spencer.” You put down your mug, dusting your knees off before you stand. Spencer is not much taller than you where you’re standing in front of him, but you look up at him anyways. Your face tips ever so slightly to one side. “Would you want to do it again?” you ask softly.
Spencer looks around the office. He neglects to check Hotch’s window, perhaps because the blinds are more often drawn than not, and so he doesn’t realise Hotch is watching as he draws you in for a kiss.
You preen and lean back, hands fighting to cup his cheeks, a gauzy, practically gleaming aura around you as you smile into his mouth. Your fingertips tease his hair, and Spencer’s hand settles in place against the small of your back. You kiss back for only a few seconds before you’re laughing.
Spencer moves away quickly, taking your wrists into his hands to pull them away from his face.
“You give up too fast,” you say.
“I don’t think this is the place for it.”
“Well, we can’t do it at my place. What if the raccoon sees?”
“Good point. How about Marina’s, would that be better? We can get dinner at the same time.”
Hotch feels oddly proud of Spencer’s suave suggestion, but he also has a migraine brewing between his brows. He really doesn’t need the extra paperwork.

Catching Stars With Racing Hearts – Tyler Owens (smut)
Some of you may know that there is nothing I love more than a starry sky. So I had to write this. Please like and reblog if you enjoyed reading this, your comments keep us writers motivated! Enjoy my loves. xxx
Summary: The reader has been storm chasing with different groups for years, and yet she always finds herself going back to her favourite tornado wrangler. The tornado wrangler who lures her away in the middle of the night to finally go stargazing with the woman he's crushing on.
Warnings: 18+, smut, piv, outdoor smut, slight spanking and choking, teasing, lots of fluff, two idiots in love
Pairing: Tyler Owens x fem!reader (3k words)
Tumblr media
The night wrapped itself around her body, letting the soft breeze tease her limbs as (y/n) let her eyes take in the people scattered across the parking lot of the motel. It was a familiar sight, numerous storm chasers came together, forming a group of friends and rivals who were set on chasing the strongest tornadoes for a few weeks. She had been part of this ever growing group for a while, joining different teams whenever she needed a few weeks of distraction, fully focused on her friends and their search for tornadoes.
(Y/n)’s eyes kept wandering until they spotted an all too familiar truck. Her heart skipped a beat as her gaze found his frame, watching him fumble with some of his gear as he sat on top of the truck, letting his feet dangle off the edge. Tyler Owens, the tornado wrangler she had known for longer than she could remember, a man she had instantly been drawn to from the first moment on.
He was a player, a man with a constant smile glued to his lips to woo whoever was crossing paths with him. It was nothing but a game to him, something she had been forced to watch unfold too many times to count, and yet it always felt different when they were together. He had never made a move on her, besides the flirting she craved like a drug she couldn’t stay away from, called to her death in the stormy sea by a siren who knew how to lure her to her end with its mere presence.
Slowly, (y/n) set into motion, walking towards Tyler and his group with her arms wrapped around her middle, shielding herself from the cold. It took them a moment to notice her approaching frame, letting their eyes snap towards (y/n) the second Boone shouted her name with a grin tugging on his lips. Within seconds she was wrapped up in different hugs, drawing laughs from her as she greeted them all.
“I was wondering when you’d grace us with your presence, pretty.” Tyler’s voice drew her eyes towards him, looking up at the handsome man. He reached his hand out, luring her closer and up the ladder to find her spot next to him. The scent of his cologne instantly wrapped itself around (y/n), a deadly mixture of rain, leather, and a hint of something reminding her of home, cozying her along as he wrapped one arm around her middle to pull her against his side. “How are you doing?”
“I’m alright, excited to see you guys.” She let her eyes flicker back to the others, who seemed to busy themselves with their tasks, offering the two of them an unfamiliar chance to focus on one another. Tyler's lips pressed a kiss to her hairline before he let go of her, letting his hand find its way back to the antenna he fumbled around with. “What have you been up to, Owens?”
“We both know you’re watching our streams, you know exactly what I’ve been doing these past weeks.” With her trembling fingers interlaced in her lap, (y/n) rolled her eyes at Tyler who studied her with a wide smirk. Heat rose up to her face, forcing her eyes away from his for a second to collect herself.
“You’re so full of yourself, Owens. Your love for yourself keeps growing every time we meet, it's no surprise no tornado got you and your heavy ego yet.” The loud laugh that clawed through Tyler made (y/n) chuckle, relishing in the sight of the happiness he emanated, radiating off him. Her heart struggled to keep up with being around the man, struggling to stay away when he was everything she craved.
“What can I say? We both know I’m the only wrangler you’ll ever be into.” He dipped his head down to press a kiss to her warm cheek before he let go of the antenna. The spot he had touched with his lips was burning, leaving a tingling sensation that distracted her from the way he began to move around. Only as she felt him settle behind her, wrapping his arm around (y/n)’s middle to pull her against his broad chest did she snap out of it again.
Tyler held her caged against him, pulling (y/n) closer while his breath teased her neck, “This okay?”
She could only nod, could only reach for his hand to place hers on top of it, unable to use her words. It wasn’t the first time she was close to him, and yet it was so much more than whatever they had done before, sweet touches that were laced with something she had tried not to overanalyse. Her thumb stroked the back of his hand as he spoke to his team, sharing his food order before ordering for (y/n) too, knowing exactly what she’d like to have without having to ask her.
And all she did was give in, rest against his chest as if the weight of the world was no longer sitting on her shoulders, allowing Tyler to carry it all. A part of her always begged (y/n) to speak up, to confess the longing she felt whenever she was away from him, whenever she was chasing with others but was thinking of being by his side, even when she lay awake late at night with her thoughts set on him. But the stronger part always managed to hold her back, not daring to mess with what they had going on between them.
“Did you find time to go stargazing yet?” Tyler mumbled his words against her ear, making shudders buzz down her spine. Weeks ago she had told him about her wish to go stargazing around this area, needing to seize the chance when they were so far away from bigger lights.
“No, I haven't found any free time.” He only hummed before he pressed a kiss to the spot beneath her ear, leaving her shuddering once again. She wanted to ask Tyler to join her, wanted to spend some more time with him without the others near, but the sight of Lilly and Boone returning with their food stopped the words from rolling off her tongue, held back by her disappointment.
Tyler kept his arm wrapped around her waist as he reached for the bag Lilly reached out for him to take, pulling (y/n) even closer. Her blood was singing in her ears, silencing her spiralling thoughts that begged her to run, to search the distance once again before she’d get lost in Tyler Owens and everything he was and she could never be. But the way Tyler held onto her all too tightly forced her to hold still as if he was too aware of the way she was close to running from him once again.
……
The sound of somebody knocking on the door of her motel room ripped (y/n) out of her sleep. It took her a second to adjust to the darkness she was engulfed by, looking at the time that read 03:15 while rising to her feet to stumble towards the door.
“Tyler? What’s going on?” He was leaning against the door frame, eyes wandering down her frame to study the long sleep shirt she wore. Even in her drowsy state he managed to make her feel more alive than ever before, letting the heat of his gaze flush through her veins.
She didn’t anticipate it, didn’t pick up on the way he moved closer to cup her cheek with his big hand. Tyler seemed to give her a moment to pull away should she feel uncomfortable, but all (y/n) did was stare up at him, gasping in surprise the second he crossed the distance between them. His lips fit onto hers all too perfectly, begging hers to move in sync with his as his free hand found her waist to pull (y/n) flush against his front.
“I’ve been wanting to do that for a while.” His confession left her chuckling, staying glued to him while he mumbled the words against her tingling lips.
“That’s all you woke me up for? A kiss that couldn’t wait until mornin-” his lips found hers again to interrupt (y/n)’s teasing. He squeezed her side, drawing a laugh out of her while wrapping her arms around his neck.
“Get dressed, I’m taking you stargazing.” Tyler gave her a soft push back, trying to keep his distance while she stared at him with an almost dreamy gaze. She needed a few breaths to fully function, turning from Tyler to put on her jeans and boots before she allowed him to pull her out of the room and towards his truck.
Since it was the middle of the night, the moment gave them just enough time to be alone together before the others would wake, set on chasing a new adrenaline high with tornadoes (y/n) would document. Her heart swelled in her chest as she watched Tyler drive them away from the motel, wearing a smile that was softer than all the others – mainly cocky ones – he had worn around her before, offering her a glimpse of the man hiding behind this perfect persona he had crafted over the past years.
“Thank you for this, Tyler. I don't think I would have actually done this on my own.” She leaned over the middle console to press a kiss to Tyler’s cheek. He didn’t reply, simply let his smile grow into a bright grin while he drove them further through the darkness. (Y/n) had a hard time ripping her gaze from his features, trying to focus on the twinkling stars she had been aching to see.
The truck came to a halt in the middle of a field, letting the night wrap them in her embrace as they climbed up the ladder moments later. No words were spoken between them, eyes fully focused on the sky that was covered in millions of stars. Her heart was clenching in her chest, struggling to take in this beauty she had been aching to see for a while, not finding the time away to properly sit down for a few hours and simply get lost in this sight.
Tyler laid down on his back, arms crossed behind his head while he had his eyes focused on her awestruck features. For a moment, she let herself look down at him, unable to bite down her smile. She kept quiet as she laid down next to him, letting Tyler pull her against his chest.
“Will you kiss me again?” (Y/n)’s whispered question got no verbal reply, all Tyler did was dip his head down to capture her lips in a searing kiss, communicating the emotions he struggled to put into words. Without breaking the kiss, she shuffled around to pull herself onto his lap, needing to feel him close.
Tyler shifted his weight onto his left forearm, while his free hand got tangled in her hair. Her body begged her to search this sensation, to dig deeper and see how far they would take it out here where nobody could see or interrupt them. Longings she had tried to swallow for a while now, unable to shake them whenever Tyler was breathing the same air as she was.
“We gotta stop, pretty, before I can’t stop myself.” His raspy words made her ache for more, needing to hear him speak sinful words she would think of whenever she was alone again and desperate for his touch.
“Don’t stop, don’t you dare.” (Y/n) mumbled the words against his grinning lips while her hips pressed her closer to him, drawing a groan from Tyler. He stared up at her with piercing eyes, getting lost in the buzzing atmosphere that made them feel as if they were touched by a higher power.
“You’ll be the death of me, darlin’.” Tyler pulled her in for another kiss, allowing (y/n) to toy with the buckle of his belt. But he didn’t let her get far, catching her hand before she could try to undo it.
“Climb down.” With confusion pushing through her, (y/n) climbed down the ladder of his truck, watching Tyler follow her moments later. His lips found their way back to hers, drawing a soft moan from her as he guided (y/n) towards the front of the truck. Only as she felt the car press against her back did he pull away, staring down at (y/n) with a smirk that made her thighs tremble.
“Keep your eyes on the sky.” Tyler turned her around to press her front down on the hood of his truck. He kicked her feet apart before one arm found its way around her waist to undo the button of her jeans. The fabric was pushed down, exposing the sight of her panties covering her ass – a sight so heavenly, Tyler found himself wondering if he had died while chasing and had been sent straight to the pearly gates.
“Is this the full Tyler Owens experience I hear your fans talk about?” She was riling him up, very well knowing that this moment was just as special to him – and yet (y/n) was aching for more, set on teasing him until he’d snap and treat her like she knew he wanted to. Tyler’s hand squeezed her behind, letting his fingertips dig into her skin to leave marks she’d take home like a souvenir reminding her of this very trip.
“Careful, baby, I want to take my time with you, want to do this properly.” His words forced goosebumps to rise on her skin – sensations that were buzzing through her like a wildfire, unable to bite down the unfamiliar heat. Tyler’s fingertips carefully pushed her panties aside, teasing her folds while both let go of a soft groan.
“You can take your time another day. I need you to fuck me, Owens. I’m growing bored here.” She wasn’t growing bored, hell, she was buzzing with excitement, and yet (y/n) seemed to know exactly which buttons she had to push. With the click of his tongue, Tyler pulled his hand from her aching heat, letting it come down on her ass without a warning moments later. (Y/n)’s surprised moan left him chuckling, fully aware of the power he held over her, no matter how much she tried to tease him, to drag this out even further.
“Are you sure you can take this, sweet girl? I won’t hold back.” She only moaned his name, hyper focused on all sounds she heard, how he undid his belt, how he seemed to rip open a condom before pushing her damp panties aside once again. And then he pushed into her, forcing her walls to flutter while desperately trying to adjust.
One of his hands settled on her waist while the other found her throat, pulling her off the hood just enough to let her eyes flicker up to the starry sky. Shaky breaths left (y/n) as she felt Tyler pull out of her, only to push back in seconds later, slowly fucking her while her gaze grew blurred.
“Fuck, you feel like heaven.” His praises made her walls clench his cock, drawing a raspy groan out of Tyler. With every passing moment, he added more speed to his thrusts, letting his body meet hers to remind them both that this wasn’t just a trick of their brains. They fit together perfectly, in every imaginable way, and even though he’d never say it to others, Tyler knew that he had just found his new favourite adrenaline high, fucking her was everything he had always been searching for.
“Don’t hold back, please.” (Y/n) was close to sobbing her words. She struggled to focus on the stars, struggled to focus on the sight that made her heart race from all this beauty she couldn’t take in, fully focused on Tyler and the way he fucked her hard. Their sounds bled together, forming a mass of sounds she’d never forget again, moans and groans, skin meeting skin, shaky breaths that told them both how much the other had also longed for this.
“Who knew it’d be this easy to make you beg for something.” She didn’t need to see him to know that Tyler was wearing a bright smirk, staring down at her while fucking her towards the edge.
“Who knew that you aren’t just a pretty face with a big ego.” Tyler’s raspy laugh vibrated through her body, pushing her even closer towards the high she could feel climbing up her body. His hand moved to the front of her wet panties, dipping inside to circle her pulsing bundle to give (y/n) the needed push to fall over the edge.
And then she came, with a moan so powerful she needed a moment to understand it was her who had made that sound. Tyler kept snapping his hips, with just enough speed to push himself closer and closer, high on the feeling of her walls squeezing his cock. (Y/n)’s sight cleared up just in time, allowing her to take in the beautiful spectacle on the sky as Tyler followed her down the edge, letting go with one last raspy moan.
He pressed a kiss to the spot where her neck met her shoulder before pulling out of her. (Y/n) kept her eyes focused on the sky as they redressed, not noticing how Tyler studied her with a smile. With his hand finding hers, he pulled her into his chest to dip his head down for another breathless kiss.
“I guess I was wrong.” She furrowed her eyebrows at Tyler’s words, letting her confused gaze wander over his face. “I always thought nothing would give me a high like a tornado can, but I was wrong. This, being here with you, hearing those sweet sounds you make, fuck, it’s my new favourite thing ever, pretty.”

Character doodle suggestions I took requests for, now I’m going to yap about them
Queen Wasp was first. I originally was going to do all of them pastel like hers, but I had to much fun with the brighter colours later on so she ended up a lot more washed out than intended. Still, after book 15 I imagine her with dull, greenish scales now she’s without the breath of evil, like it was sustaining her, or she was sustaining it.
Typhoon was fun, I’ve never drawn him before and just kinda messed around with his design. I didn’t check the wiki to remember anything before drawing these so if I’ve forgotten something important about them…oops!
Snowfall was alright, I love IceWings as a tribe, but I hate drawing them because I’m just not very good at it lol. I’m just never happy with how I do their spikes, and I can’t colour them in a way that looks good. It’s definitely just a skill issue, because the tribe I draw most often are NightWings, which use a completely opposite colouring method that I’m much more practiced with now because of that, but I’m still going to complain about it.
There’s not much to say about Scarlet. She’s Scarlet! She’s cool! I like drawing her! Next!
I wish I was better at designing jewellery because Arctic and Foeslayer in their matching formal attire could look so cool if it was done by anyone other than me. For this one I head canon that when dragons are under the effect of animus magic, their eyes tint towards the scale colour of the dragon who cast the spell, so Foeslayer’s are blue-ish because of Arctic’s protection spell. Also I worry I draw her too green sometimes for a NightWing but eh I think it looks nice.

I probably missed it, but what IS your favourite Dungeon Meshi ship?
WELL SINCE YOU ASKED, I have a chart already hdhshdh
Tumblr media
1) Farcille is my number one!!! I wish I’ve drawn more of them, but most of my ideas for them are longggg and angsty and take a lot more mental bandwith. I’ve said before, I approach comics like I’m pitching an idea, and I mostly* agree with people’s depictions of them, so I have less to say.
*I say mostly because I cannot stand when people depict Falin as possessive, or disregard her characterization to give her generic dommy alpha monster traits hdhshdjs NOT THAT IT’S BAD it just doesn’t feel true to her character. I find myself bored by it.
I’m also put off by some of the folks I’ve seen in the farcille tags. They’re like,,, cliquey?? There was a point where people were dunking on mlm ships that came off borderline terfy, as if most of the dungeon meshi mlm shippers aren’t transmascs and lesbians?? I wasn’t a fan of the hostility like lmao it’s cartoons man
2) labru……… I love them….. mostly just post-canon. I really love Kabru (I think he’s my favorite character overall) and I loveeee the poetry of their individual character arcs and how well they play together. Guy who struggles to be honest, even with his own feelings vs Guy who doesn’t even consider being anything except honest. Kabru needing to carefully, painstakingly craft a mask tailored to each individual he interacts with, vs Laios, who is the only one to make all of Kabru’s masks fall apart. Also I think they’re kinda aro about it. They’re really good t4t flavored too.
The main appeal is post-canon. The King and his advisor. His right hand man. But it’s also the way like,,, Laios is DEFINITELY not the one in charge in their relationship dhshshsh (and this is what peeves me about how @myszkaa’s labru comic got memed to hell and back…. they don’t understand the later of comedy is from the KING asking for PRAISE from his SUBORDINATE!!!)
I will say!! This ship has a lot of folks with good takes on it, but it’s not immune to flanderization and boring yaoification. It’s popular enough that there’s enough of the good stuff.
3) chilshi!! I’ll admit this one has less canon validation hdhshsh but I think they have a lot of post-canon potential, and I think their difference in lifespans + the contrast in their lifestyle habits is really interesting and directly addresses a lot of the Dungeon Meshi’s core themes.
Part of the reason I like hanging out with chilshi shippers is cause most of em are chill, more nuanced in discussions, and are actually willing to draw fat & hairy people. And middle aged people.
special mention Kabumisu. I WISH I LIKED THIS ONE MORE!! I’ve tried,,,, I see the potential but I’m so picky about it and most of the content for it does absolutely nothing for me 🙈
Another thing is I HAVE to be able to like a pairing platonically to ship them romantically. Obviously shipping isn’t the only thing that matters to be about dungeon meshi.
I could say a lot more. Feel free to ask about my thoughts 👍

cool about it
alexia putellas x reader
summary: you can't find inspiration for your play
notes: this was rotting in my drafts and then i got drunk and finished it lolz
i refuse to read it back so have fun
Tumblr media
The first time Alexia sees you, you are with your friends; sleeves rolled-up, wide smile on your face, a pool cue in your hand as you wield it like a weapon the minute one of the women beside you opens her mouth. She is drawn into observing, craving the knowledge of what you are being told; what is making you blush so furiously. She sees your mouth open, a blackhole that draws her in without mercy, and she barely survives the sound of your loud, raucous laughter
Suddenly, in the universe of football and media events and her little sister’s embarrassingly active love-life, you appear. Like a new star, burning bright, big and hot and… “You’re staring,” says Mapi with a smile. She knows not to tease, and she treads lightly. “You’ve been staring for a while.”
“They’re speaking English.” It’s an incriminating sentence, but it would have been futile to deny Mapi’s accusation anyway.
“I saw her at the bar. She spoke Spanish then.”
“You’ve been stalking her.”
Mapi nods, and holds Alexia’s drink in a silent push to get her over to the pool table. To you. “Because you’ve been staring. I was only making sure she wasn’t a psycho.”
“Thanks,” she scoffs, but, in truth, she is grateful.
As she saunters over (a newly regained skill, months down the line from her traumatic ACL reconstruction surgery), her confidence a believable façade, she decides that she is going to be Alexia Putellas. She is going to be cool about it, and she is going to impress you, and she is going to make you laugh so that she can hear that sound again.
Again, again, again.
“Yeah, sure, you can take over for Soph,” you say, nodding towards the woman who had been on the receiving end of your light prodding with the wooden stick all of friends regret allowing three-drink you to be in charge of. “So you’re spots, I’m stripes. I’ve got two left until I can pot the black, and you, er, you might be at a disadvantage here.” You rub the back of your neck as you peer at the balls on the table, almost all of them left behind by Soph’s inability to play pool. “How about we just, um–”
“Está bien.” Alexia pretends to understand a lot more of what you said than she really does, regretting her choice to approach you in English, but she gets the jist. And, although you make her feel as though life has only just begun, she remembers her competitiveness very, very clearly. “Voy a ganar,” she scoffs.
She holds in her celebration as you break out into a grin, immediately rising to the challenge, glad your friends have tired of the pool table so that no one can interrupt the battle you are about to commence. A battle with a very pretty woman, you must admit.
You lose.
You blame it on Alexia – she tells you her name as she pots three balls in a row – and try not to acknowledge the taunts from your friends at the bar, most of them having watched the entire game from afar to have something to talk about tomorrow. “You win,” comes your pitiful concession after a brutal defeat. “So, what will your prize be?”
It’s an easy answer.
That morning, throat hoarse from the cries that left it the night before, eyes red and tired and way too sensitive to light for you to consider drinking a drop of alcohol ever again, you wrap your arms around the warm body in the unfamiliar bed, finding the intimacy to have lived on longer than it should for a one-night-stand. Barcelona is warm and sunny, the day one to be enjoyed, and the company the best you have had in a while.
It isn’t just that Alexia is a goddess. It isn’t the Amazonian ridges of her stomach and the firmness of her thighs, nor the softness of her hair or the deft movements of her fingers against your scarred skin. No, that is not what has, in just one evening, made you fall in love with her. (You bite your lip as you are overcome with emotion, chest filling up – with which feeling, you do not know –, heart pounding into your bones as the rhythm of your desire to be in Alexia’s life sets into the very framework of your being.) No! How could it be that? How could it be that when there is more?
The coarseness of her determination; the slippery confidence, delicate and sharp, as though it is both the petal of a rose and the thorn that will prick you. Her humour, mistranslated at times, but always ready to make fun of idiots (most often, a specific idiot with a neck tattoo, as you come to realise).
Personally, you believe it to be unfair that Alexia, Alexia Putellas, is simply ‘all that’.
Getting to know each other fails to feel awkward, though you spend a lot of time waiting for the tension to appear.
She discovers who you are, how you have moved to Barcelona for inspiration, finding that very thing lacking in dreary Leeds (the most depressing place on Earth, you could argue). She learns of your dream, although you label it as your ‘plan’: to write a play and to see it on the stage, preferably a grand theatre in the West End. Or in Stratford, where upon lies the greatest soil from which a playwright can grow.
You show her your empty pages, devoid of black print marks. White and white, that goes on until it is clear that you have tired of pressing the ‘enter’ button as though it will ignite a story within. A story that hasn’t yet come, mind.
“Do you think it will work?” she asks you, her accusation carrying nothing but curiosity once you see past the abrupt manner in which she interrupts your lengthy monologue about your severe case of writer’s block.
Maybe you intend to be a little vague, for the sake of your racing heart and your delicate emotions, because you only shrug. You have already found your inspiration, not that you are going to tell her.
Alexia is forward in the sense that she checks how temporary your presence is in her city before asking you out on a date. Your answer of ‘however long this shit takes’ is enough for her to be sure that she wants a second. A third, too.
Then, before you know it, it has been a year.
A year of Barcelona, a year of Spanish sun, and, excitingly, a year in which you have been cured; fingers blessed with movement and ideas and words on the tip of your tongue that run free in Alexia’s ear as you talk and talk and talk. She listens and listens and listens, and switches into the focus of your pairing when you go with her to watch her team play and play and play (why the fuck does football have so many matches?!). The final stage direction, all curling italics and sentimentality, sits at the bottom of the page.
The end of your play.
It is finished, it is done, and, soon after you have revised it one last time, it is sent to your producer friend with a nervous click of the ‘new email’ button and the hope that he is thankful for the times at university when you cared for him when he drank himself so silly that he barely made it to his lectures two days after the night-out.
“It feels good,” you tell Ingrid, the girlfriend of the idiot with the neck tattoo, beaming as she inquires about your work. “I feel like I lived through it to get to this moment, you know? All that’s left to do is for him to read it and decide whether he’ll pick it up. Then, table reads and funding, of course. I’d want to direct, but, also, I’m not going to sell this one. Leasing it and taking a percentage of the royalties will make me loads more, because, Ingrid, this one is the best thing I’ve ever written.”
There is a moment, usually, that comes after you have finished writing. A brief, sharp sort of panic, where you question your worth and your talent; you wonder if you have been lied to your whole life, and that your version of the same twenty-six letters of the alphabet, jumbled up on a white canvas as though you are (after a sleepless, usually) Picasso, is terrible. Or, worse, bad.
Bad. Bad is so… plain. If it is just ‘bad’, you have failed as a writer. If it is not outrageous or unbelievably horrible, or, as one obviously hopes, incredible and amazing… if it is just ‘bad’, well: “Alexia, I’m terrified.”
Alexia kisses your neck (you do not feel the finality of it, or maybe it is that you do not want to) because she knows it isn’t bad; she is more than aware that your play, your new creation, is really rather good. Brilliant, even. “Tranquila, mi amor,” she murmurs in your ear, bringing her arms to rest on your tense shoulders, a hand closing your laptop on its journey. “Le va a flipar.”
“You think so?”
“Sí.”
“Are you saying that because we’re together and you love me?” Your voice is small and unsure, and its teasing lilt is thrown off-kilter by the croak of your anxiety. “Or do you mean it? Please, I hope you mean it.”
“I mean it.” She hates that she does. “Yes, of course I mean it. I love you and I am proud of you.” She hates it, she hates this, and she hates the talent your mind wields; something that is going to rip you from her grasp. It was bound to happen.
Your phone rings; soft, electronic trills dancing in the space between you and the coffee table it has been placed on. “I think that’s him,” you whisper, the volume you had intended to speak at smited by the nervous lump in your throat. Alexia nods mournfully, but you are too busy accepting the call to see.
“Let’s do this,” he says.
The first frost of London comes that January. It’s unusual, the locals claim, because the city exists in its own polluted microclimate, but their statistics do not stop the layer of ice from freezing onto the windshield of your car. You are glad London feels just as cold as you do.
Your play is beloved by the actors who speak your words, and the critics amongst your friend group, who for once, have no criticism to give. There is promise here. It is going very well.
You drive to the theatre, ready to sit in on another rehearsal. Though your original intention had been to direct, you pawed off the role to an old school friend upon her return from Broadway. Your decision, you tell her, comes from a lack of experience in direction. You pretend to have had an epiphany: you only want to write the plays.
In truth, this is a lie.
Of course it is a lie.
But how can you direct such happiness, such love and romance, if you know that the very thing that inspired each line has ceased to exist?
Alexia feels like she has ceased to exist.
On the outside, she seems relatively fine. She trains well, plays well, makes appearances where she should, says what you’d expect of her, hopes to make the world a better place. She walks Nala as though the Pomeranian does not whine for you to hold her leash, and she visits her mother and sister even though they continue to ask her why she did what she did.
At night, she scrolls through social media, fingers always leading her back to you; your life; your work; your experiences that you no longer share with her. She cries, then, usually: a common occurrence nowadays.
There is a gaping hole in her chest that has been made by her sticking her fucking foot in it.
She has questions, naturally; each directed hatefully at herself. Why? Why, why why? Why on Earth did she tell you never to come back? Why did she blame you for leaving?
You were always going to leave! Alexia knows that, hates that she knows that.
You came to Barcelona because you couldn’t write, and you wrote. You wrote, you made her fall in love with you, and, when you had finished, you discarded the life you had unexpectedly built all because of some stupid, stupid play.
A play titled–
A play.
A… Alexia can’t even bring herself to think about it.
No, all Alexia can think about is how insignificant she feels when you are no longer in love with her. You: sophisticated, intelligent, brilliant, adoring. Her?
“Lex, you can’t mope if you’re the one who broke it off.” The words leave Alba’s mouth in jest but Alexia recoils as though she has been whipped by her sister’s tongue.
“I’m trying to be cool about it,” she replies like it is the most obvious thing in the world.
It seems as though the globe has spun a full circle on its axis by the time Alba formulates her response, dumb-struck by such fucking idiocy.
Alba hopes her sister feels like a fool – she hopes Alexia looks at herself in the mirror and… laughs, at this point. The whole thing has been ridiculous, in her opinion.
First, her sister claims she is in love with a playwright with no plays to her name (Alba is examining the facts objectively, here, because she did quite like you); then, poof! Like a rabbit in a magician’s hat played in twisted reverse, away you go, and it somehow isn’t even your fault.
She’d like to hate you, for her sister’s sake, but she finds herself loathing her own blood as it thins and thins until it trickles just like water.
Okay, maybe she is being a little dramatic there, but she is still annoyed with Alexia.
Alexia – whose existence as more-than-a-footballer is fading as she loses herself to waves of futile guilt – hates that she cannot hate you. She is plagued by emotional constipation, and though she tries to squeeze the situation for a drop of cruelty from you, she fails to discover a gram of relief.
It would have been kinder for you to have been cruel. Mercy is getting Alexia nowhere, and she would run to you if it were fast enough. Mercy is what renders her in a perpetual state of regret. Mercy is what keeps her up at night, but maybe mercy is what she likes having because it is yours and, in that way, she carries a piece of you with her.
To confuse herself even more, to skew her mind further onto a path of unconventional self-destruction, she silently begs the mercy you have left behind to disappear so that she can learn to do without it. It’ll become a crutch and she wants it ripped from her grasp so that she can learn to walk on her own. She’s capable of that, she tells herself.
(It probably isn’t true.)
Opening night.
You’re wearing something far too nice to be comfortable, and there has been a champagne flute in your hand since the lunch held by the investors of the production company. The bubbles have served their purpose, clouding your mind with thoughts that weren’t to do with Alexia and her Alexia life and her Alexia smile and her Alexia way of making an Alexia-shaped cavity in your heart.
It gushes quite a bit, because Alexia is strong and big and capable of damaging you to this extent. You reckon your surprise is foolish but fuck off, you’re trying your best.
Comfortingly, not one scrap of red velvet is visible once the audience is ushered inside the theatre.
It’s beautiful here; small, old. The perfect place to fall in love, just as you did. Or at least, experience the good part through deliciously talented actors and a stellar script (your horn has been tooted enough times for you to give it a go).
Fear creeps up your legs as you take your seat in the front row, guarded by friends and family and proud English teachers who’d believe in you, but you take another sip and it simmers down.
“Careful,” whispers your mum, shoulder nudging yours as you place your plastic cup (no glass in the auditorium) on the patterned carpet just as the show is about to begin. “You’ll not remember this if you don’t take a break.”
And you’re halfway to announcing you don’t want to remember anything at all when the curtain goes up and a woman walks onto stage.
It’s sobering.
The audience is restlessly quiet, anticipating the brilliance they’ve been promised with an impatience that demands to be sated, but the actress takes her sweet time.
She walks from stage left to stage right, then up and down. She’s passively searching for something.
Someone.
(It’s the fucking point, and you knew this would happen because you typed out these exact stage directions once upon a time. Alexia had misplaced a sock – a lucky sock, she claimed – and her passion, her desire to discover it, had weirdly morphed into a scene you could see being played out on a stage.)
“Figure this out later,” speaks the actress with a satisfied smile, folding her arms over her chest. Finally, the audience’s breaths catch, enraptured by the vaguest cop-out of opening lines you could’ve chosen.
They love it, though; they lean forwards in their seats as they are plucked from London and dropped into the middle of Barcelona. It’s mildly unnerving that you can’t escape the journey, clearly a member of the audience even if you don’t need to be told the story, but you land without the masses in the rows behind you.
You land right into Alexia’s arms.
There she is before you, in all her glory, proudly displaying the blue and red that she is so admirably dedicated to. Muscular and tanned, beautiful in the way that she always is, but shining brighter than just that.
And you fucking hate it.
When you imagine Alexia, you imagine her crippled and bed-ridden. Cracked knuckles come to mind, too, and she can barely speak without descending into rattling sobs that hack on and on until she somehow falls into fitful rest.
You come prepared for absolution, expecting to see her dying just as you are, so it’s no wonder that your fists clench at her blasé declaration of “no regrets”.
(By the way, Alexia’s not really there. You’d been stalking her Instagram and so that’s why she’s wearing her training kit, and… and you’re drunk!)
There are many things you’d like to say to her.
Alexia had always been apprehensive of your relationship. She was closed-off to new people, and though she was certain of your importance to her, she was untrusting of much else. It happens when you’re famous; there are many wrong turns to take. And she needed to stay on the right path.
It was impossible to pass Alexia’s test.
For you, that is clear. Broken up with, told to leave and never come back, and begged to find someone else are not descriptors of the winner, nor she who achieved full marks. You’re a bit of a stranger to failing, but you’re trying to forget about it so that it never happens again.
You’re breaking a sweat trying to banish her from your brain, barely registering the applause rippling through the theatre as you reach the interval. Trying to get her out of your head is like tugging at your intestines – a hand down your throat renders you dumb, and pains sears through your stomach as you are emptied and left to be a carcass.
“Is it good?” you ask your mum as you head to the bar in the foyer.
“I wish you had let me meet her.”
Alexia has never been to London outside of football before. She’s played in the north and in the south – she’s won every time – and it’s summery enough right now, but she is still a foreigner in the city.
It’s fitting, this feeling of being lost, and it’s acceptable to feel it here because she has an excuse. Lost in Barcelona would be ridiculous.
(But she is.)
Why is Alexia in London when she could be in Spain?
Well the only answer is that she has a ticket to a play in a theatre just off the West End that reminds her of someone she once loved.
She thought it might help, seeing as she hasn’t scored a goal in four weeks with no assists to excuse the drought. Her manager gladly gave her the weekend to recharge, and she escapes matchday seven of Liga F under the guise of illness.
While sleeping with your pillow, your t-shirt, she must have absorbed whatever the fuck you were on. By osmosis.
That block.
And now she has to act like she can’t read your mind.
Her ticket, acquired last minute by a friend in high places as a massive favour, means that she has a front row seat to a damned play. She is well-prepared for the dread that wrenches her gut.
The silence settling over her is uncomfortable and impatient, and the lights go down with a sense of impending doom. It’s a bit like being on death row, Alexia thinks. Here she gets to see the good things – a last meal of whatever she would like (you, of course that’s you) – but it is only because of her inevitable execution that this happens.
The necklace hanging from her collarbones is a noose, the seat is a wooden box about to be kicked out from underneath her, and she needs to make her decision now: does she scream? Should she–
She’s pulled out of her insanely dramatic spiral by a woman walking onto the stage.
Her shoulders are hunched slightly and she has that look in her eye; that pang of hunger.
The actress is recognisable, sure, but that is not the familiarity that strikes Alexia.
It’s the character.
It’s you.
Walking from right to left, towards the back, down to the front, the actress is desperately searching for something.
Inspiration, Alexia assumes, a smug smile briefly brushing her lips as the opening line breaks the tense silence.
“Figure this out later,” you say.
The actress is experienced but she has never read a script like yours before. It moved her to tears, though you claimed it was very happy.
She lies awake at night, furiously envying those who could love like you do.
She pities you, partly, because it’s no secret that the story of this love ended when you came here to put the show on.
She has had to fall in love with someone – method acting, according to the director.
It’s not quite the universe exploding and stars being born that your relationship must have been, but it’s alright and she is glad to see him in the audience.
He’s next to a woman who does not seem to be enamoured by the beauty of the plot.
A woman who seems absolutely fucking horrified.
Her eyes are wide, fists clenched.
You – the real you – are watching Alexia with curiosity, more interested in her reaction to the play than the play itself. You wonder if she knows the significance of tonight; the reason you are here once more.
In one month, the set and costumes will be packed up in boxes and taken onto the main street.
It’s a dream come true.
You’re here to announce the good news at the end of the show.
“Alexia.”
She tries not to turn around but she does.
The night is cool and fresher than she’d expected the London pollution to allow, and the lamp posts are scarily looming over her as she forces herself to not run into your arms. You don’t wear a coat, although your year in Barcelona has borne a certain nostalgia for a warmer climate, but Alexia is wrapped up warm.
“How… how are you doing?”
You cringe at how apologetic it sounds. She broke up with you.
There is a year that will be forever lost to love and happiness, bliss in Barcelona that was always going to be too good to be true.
There is a year that you will never get back, but there is a breakup you must deal with.
It’s not a brick wall, it’s a hurdle to jump over.
Breaking up won’t be the end of your worlds.
Knowing this, despite the weakness in her knees and the aching of her heart, Alexia lies. For your sake, she lies.
“I’m good. It’s nice to see you.”
You’re drowning but you’ll eventually remember how to swim.
“You too,” you say with formulated sincerity that one day will grow naturally. “Score a goal next time you play, though.”

Eddie likes to draw a lot.
He doodles on everything, his school books, magazines, his guitars or even his own hands.
He drew his tattoos for himself before getting them.
Steve thinks he’s really talented, and loves to stare at Eddie drawing for hours, but Eddie is still a bit shy about it, so Steve doesn’t sometimes get to see what he has drawn.
But one day when he was going to Eddie’s room to get his boyfriend's hoodie for himself - thanks to winter and its cold weather - he accidentally knocked Eddie’s sketchbook to the floor.
Couple of pages dropped out of it and as they were all spread out, Steve realized they were all drawings.
Drawings of him.
He crunched down to pick them up, but couldn’t keep his curiosity at bay and before he knew it, he was going through all of them.
Eddie made him look so… pretty.
He drew his face, his smile, his eyes so beautifully that Steve couldn’t even believe that the drawing’s were of him. Eddie even remembered all of his moles.
A dopey smile creeped up to his face as he went through them all, piling them back into a neat pile to put back inside the sketchbook. But when he picked up the last one, his eyes grew wide and he felt himself going red from head to toe.
There were several sketches of him, of his nude body with ringed hands, Eddie’s hands, touching him. One was of him laid on his stomach with a soft look on his face, but then the second one was more… intimate.
It was of him, legs spread wide and dick resting thick and hard on his stomach while a finger was pushing inside him. His face was scrunched up, mouth open in a ‘o’ shape and the knowledge that Steve probably looked like that when Eddie was doing it for him made him bite down onto his bottom lip.
He flipped the paper around and a whine got caught in his throat as he stared down to a drawing of him riding Eddie.
They had never done that before. But now, he really, really wanted to do it.
”Steve?”
Steve’s head snapped up to stare at Eddie, who was staring down back at him with a worried look.
He was leaning against the door frame, hair up in a ponytail and old band shirt on, looking like a dream, but when he saw what was going on, his eyes grew wide.
”Shit, sorry!” he panicked, crunching down next to Steve. He snatched the drawings and his sketchbook away from him and hid them under his mixtapes, acting like Steve hadn’t already seen all of them.
He was letting out these small apologies and Steve had no idea what he had to even apologize for, but when he saw Eddie blushing and not being able to catch his eyes, Steve understood that he was embarrassed.
”I didn’t, um - you didn’t mean to see those… sorry.”
Steve just stared at him dumbfoundedly before letting out a soft laugh and getting up. He moved his hands to Eddie’s face and held them there.
”I dropped it accidentally and I was the one snooping around, Eddie. I’m the one who should be apologizing, not you.”
Eddie sighed. He still couldn’t meet Steve’s eyes and it made him frown.
”You’re not creeped out?”
That question surprised Steve.
”Of the drawings? No, Eds. I think they’re cool.”
Then, Eddie finally looked at him with the biggest puppy eyes ever and Steve wanted to kiss him.
”You sure? I didn’t know what you’d think about them. I know they're a bit—”
”Amazing? Incredible?” Steve smiled softly and pushed Eddie’s bangs back, ”You’re so talented, babe. I don’t think I’ve ever seen myself like the way you draw me. I like it.”
Eddie looked like he was offended and pinched Steve’s hip, ”You are really pretty, sweetheart” he reassured Steve with a smile.
”Yeah, yeah. Says you.” Steve smiled and Eddie snorted a little before leaning in to kiss him.
When they pulled apart, both out of breath, a small grin grew to Steve’s face as he tugged Eddie’s hair, letting it fall out from it’s lazy ponytail.
”I have an idea…”
”And what’s that?”
Steve grinned more.
”Can I ride you?”
Eddie’s breath hitched and Steve laughed loudly as his boyfriend looked at him like he’d grown another head.
He loved to rile his boyfriend up, and this was the perfect time for that.
”You… really?” Eddie sounded so out of breath, more than he was before.
”I think it would look pretty great, right?” Steve purred, glancing towards the hidden pile of drawings, Eddie’s gaze following his.
All Eddie could do was answer a breathy ’Fuck yeah’ before Steve was pushing him down to the bed and straddling his hips.
Eddie didn’t hide his drawings anymore after that.

Hobbies Part 9.
~ Azriel X Reader
Summary: In an attempt to keep Azriel away from Elain, Rhys sends him on a sabbatical to the Day Court. With a lot more free time on his hands Azriel needs to find something to keep him occupied. Unfortunately he meets Y/N who has the annoying habit of not staying away. Can she teach him that there’s more to life than he thought?
Grumpy!Azriel X Sunshine!Reader
Series masterlist
Warnings: none?
Azriel moved through the halls like a starved beast. Hunting for the one thing that could satisfy him. His mate.
After the bond had snapped into place Azriel had wasted no time in travelling through his shadows to the Day Court. Whilst he couldn’t directly travel into the palace, Azriel made sure to get as close to the wards as he possibly could. Not stopping to wait for a single minute as he forced his way into the grand building, uncaring of the shocked guards who had taken to chasing after him through the winding corridors, shouts of their objection flooding his ears.
He was searching for Helion. For the one person who could tell him where Y/N was staying, where Azriel so desperately needed to go.
The shouts of alarm from the Day Court guards was a blessing for Azriel, their call having drawn the attention of the High Lord. Helion appearing before Azriel in all his glory, there was no surprise on his face at the presence of the shadowsinger in his halls. In fact it was almost as if he was waiting for him.
“I must say you’re later than I expected, did you walk here?” The High Lord teased, flashing a blinding smile to an unimpressed Azriel.
“Where is she?” He growled out, not wanting to waste any precious time he could be having with Y/N by staying and talking to Helion longer than he needed to.
“What?” The male gasped mockingly, “no hello Helion? I’ve missed you Helion? You’re the greatest High Lord ever Helion? I was hoping for more after what I did for you, forging relationships isn’t my usual job role.”
“Where is she?” Azriel snarled once more, refusing to play this game. Azriel was surprised at the control he was showing, the ugly monster inside of him that was born from the revelation of the bond wanted nothing more than to hold a knife to the High Lord’s throat until he told him where Y/N had been sent.
Helion sighed, but the glint of something other than annoyance shone in his eyes and Azriel could tell that the male was pleased at Azriel’s impromptu arrival at his court, “She’s in a village North-East of here, it’s about a two hour flight… but with the state you’re in I’d reckon you could make it in one.”
Without as much as a thank you, Azriel sped from the scene, the guards that had been chasing after him divided, allowing the tense Illyrian to pass through them, fearing what would occur if they were to stop him.
Not even waiting until he had cleared the palace gate, Azriel stretched his wings and took flight, as if spending another hour without Y/N’s grounding presence would lead to most certain death.
And so Azriel flew faster than he had ever done in his life. The bitter evening wind biting his cheeks and knotting his unruly hair. But Azriel didn’t care, not about his appearance, not when every minute that passed meant he was getting closer and closer to his mate. His Y/N.
Azriel would have flown for centuries if he had to, if only it meant Y/N would be there waiting for him when he landed. The mating bond must have gifted some cauldron-blessed power to Azriel who found he had never flown so swiftly, wings acting on their own accord as they beat powerfully, allowing Azriel to cut through the sky like a blade.
Until he felt it, the gentle tugging growing stronger, drawing him towards where he most needed to be. Stirred on by the feeling and wanting to be consumed by it completely, Azriel followed. Slowing his flight until he came across a quaint village which was glowing amber as the sun set around it. Y/N was somewhere in this small collection of thatched houses and farms, unaware of the arrival of the male who had become overwhelmed with his want to be near her.
Landing with such a force that his knees buckled, Azriel readily cast his eyes to his surroundings, scanning for the woman he so longed to hold. He walked through the gathering crowd of alarmed villagers, whispering to each other in question as they clearly had never seen an Illyrian soldier before. Let alone one who looked as feral as Azriel no doubt did after his rushed flight, wings flared and cobalt siphons vibrating with the need to release the power building within him due to his increased adrenaline the bond was pulsating through him.
He scanned all their terrified faces, seeking the familiar features of the woman he had grown to love. Eyes jumping from villager to villager until they finally landed on her. On the woman who Azriel was prepared to drop onto his knees for and beg for her forgiveness. He would do anything to ensure her happiness.
~~~~~
“Azriel” she breathed his name from her lips in disbelief, needing to repeat it to be sure that he had truly existed and that he was here now, “Azriel?”
Here she was, stood before Azriel in the sweetest shade of violet and he found himself unable to speak, stunned by her innocent beauty. Even the small crease of her brows caused his heart to palpitate. All the words he had wished to tell her over the past two weeks lodged themselves in his throat. Nothing he could say would ever do justice to the incredible woman before him.
As the shock of his sudden appearance in the village wore away, confusion flooded her expression, “Is that…my tunic? How did you get that? It was in my house.”
Once more Azriel failed to find the words he so urgently required. His mouth open yet unspeaking like a fool. Instead, he reached into the pocket of his tunic to retrieve the item he had hurriedly crammed inside before his disappearance from the Night Court. Azriel pulled out the sketchbook she had given him on their very first day of meeting and held it out to a stunned Y/N.
“What- what’s this?” She asked, taking the book with a frown on her face.
“You were right” the words finally poured from his mouth, “about me being miserable, about how I don’t do anything. That my friends wouldn’t want me to do nothing and waste away.”
Her eyebrow twitched as she pulled open the sketchbook, the pages of which were filled with inky drawings of her. Azriel knows he had failed to capture the true beauty that is Y/N. He had never drawn before and numerous pages from the book had been torn out in his frustration at his lack of skills. But he had filled the book, page after page being covered in the hours he had spent by himself in the Night Court. The need to print her pretty face in permanent ink and capture her glowing smile before he forgot it led to Azriel picking up this new hobby. The one way to ensure that even if he never saw Y/N again, he would always carry a piece of her with him.
As she took the time to turn through each work or art Azriel had created in her honor, the trails of tears that freely flowed down her rosy cheeks and her rapidly beating heart which Azriel felt entwined with his own, gave the male the confidence to continue.
“I love you” he stated, Y/N’s affectionate gaze moving from the drawings to his deadly serious face. “I have done for a while I think” he continues, “and Y/N if you forgive me I will love you with every ounce of my being until we’re nothing but dust in the stars.”
Now sure that he had her attention and Y/N wouldn’t run away or ignore him for his disappearing act, Azriel felt free to tell her what he should have done when they were in the solitude of the garden all those weeks ago, “You are the reason my heart beats and if I had to live the rest of my life not knowing if you feel the same way I do, if you share the same burning need for you that I have, then I will surely perish because that is not a life that I want to live.”
He slowly stepped towards her, raising his hand to brush the diamond-like tears from her soft cheeks, “You are my salvation and my undoing and I will love you for as long as the mother allows. And if you’ll have me, even after all that happened, I promise that I will do everything in my power to make sure that I take you to explore every inch of Prythian. That we’ll see the world together and leave no place untouched.”
Allowing the notebook to slip through her fingers and drop onto the floor, Y/N grips Azriel by the front of his tunic, the tunic she had so lovingly made him, and pulled him in to a firey kiss, uncaring of the nosy villagers who were still gathered around them.
Unwilling to waste a single moment with Y/N that he was given, Azriel’s arms flew around the woman, pulling her roughly towards his chest and encasing her in his arms as their lips melted together. His lips which moved desperately against hers, wanting to express just how much she means to him and how harrowing the past few weeks without her had been. Y/N seemed to be on the same wavelength as the kiss she delivered him was filled with the same burning passion and uncontrollable need as his.
Finally, not wanting to get too carried away in front of the crowd of people who were now awkwardly staring at the pair, their lips broke apart, though Azriel refused to let go of Y/N’s waist, not wanting her to take another step further from him.
She smiled, lifting her hand so it brushed over the shoulder of his tunic, “it fits” she beams, pleased to see the shadowsinger wearing her clothes. “It’s perfect” he whispered whilst leaning his forehead against hers, “I think I’m going to need a whole wardrobe full of them. All with dresses to match for you of course. Pink, purple, blue, I want them all.”
“That’s a lot of work” she giggled, hands still running over her creation which fit snug against his broad form.
“If you give me another chance we’ll have all the time in the world” he said earnestly, pulling his head away from hers far enough that they could lock their eyes with each other, “I know I don’t deserve it after what I did to you but please allow me to have a do over. A proper date this time now that I’m not afraid to call it what it is.”
“No running away?” She asked, a brief glimpse of sadness in her eyes as the memory of his absence was still fresh in her mind.
“Not even the mother herself could drag me away from you now” he promised, lips brushing against his mates once more.
Part 10
Notes: I screamed the entire time I was writing this. She knows he loves her but she’s yet to find out about the bond…hmmm wonder how that will go.
Only one more chapter and then the epilogue and it’s over but I really don’t want it to be 😭😭😭
ENG:
I have been hyperfixating on admins for the third year. Most of the drawings I have with them. Now I’m create the AU with them and I’ve started working on the comics. So get ready for a lot of content with them! 👀
Every year, on June 11th, I draw my favorite trio. Yes, I’ve drawn this art before, and I’ve checked in recently, so there’s this confusion with dates.
The cutest and most comfortable dynamic 🤧 In which Romeo behaves like a small child, Xara is a deadinside teenager, and Fred with a crisis of meaning life. In doing so, they accept and nurture warm feelings for each other. And also show what traits of character they can adopt to improve their lives. For example, Romeo would show his openness with the interaction of the world, emotion and honesty. Xara would have had the attention, the analysis, and a little bit of the science in their team. And Fred has the kindness, the love of nature, altruism and serenity. I keep thinking about what a good, carefree life they had in the cabin. And the more I think about it, the more I want to cry (
I started doing this work on the trip. And it was so wonderful to painting outside. Drew art to the song "When the sun dies". Now I associate it with them. RUS: Уже третий год ловлю гиперфиксацию на админах. Большинство рисунков у меня с ними. Теперь создаю АУшки, и начала работать над комиксами. Так что будьте готовы к контенту с ними! 👀
Каждый год, 11 июня, я рисую свое любимое трио. Да, я рисовала это раньше, но зарегистрировалась недавно, так что есть путаница с датами.
Самая милая и комфортная динамика 🤧 В которой Ромео ведёт себя как маленький шкид, Ксара - дединсайд подросток, а у Фреда кризис смысла жизни. При этом они принимают и питают теплые чувства друг к другу. А также показывают, какие черты характера они могут принять, чтобы улучшить свою жизнь. Например, Ромео показал бы свою открытость к взаимодействию мира, эмоционнальность и честность. Ксара - внимательность, анализ и капелька науки в их команде. У Фреда - доброта, любовь к природе, альтруизм и спокойствие. Я продолжаю думать о том, какая хорошая, беззаботная жизнь у них была в домике. И чем больше я думаю об этом, тем больше я хочу плакать (
Начал эту работу в поездке. И это было так замечательно рисовать на улице. Нарисовала под песню "Когда погаснет солнце". Теперь, ассоциирую песню только с ними.
A Blackrock Story: A Boy with Turquoise Eyes
Happy 12th Anniversary to Blackrock Chronicle!
This comic ended up being 47 pages long (when I first sketched it, it was only 20 pages long). Since I can only upload 30 images in a post, I had to combine 2 pages into 1 image so hopefully it's still visually fine and not annoying to scroll through!
I wrote this mini-story more than 10 years ago, so I figured it was time to finally make it into a comic (after editing the writing a lot because I became a much better writer since lol).
Be aware of the TWs, and I hope you enjoy this comic!
TW: Violence || Blood || Injuries/Scars/Burn Marks || Kidnapping || (Temporary) Death || Loss of Limb / Amputation
Thank you all for reading one of my most insane projects ever!
Now, here’s another long story:
About 8 years ago, my life became so busy that to stay on top of my studies and activities, I stopped watching a lot of YouTubers, including the Yogscast.
I’ve grown up throughout the years. I had to stop acting like a kid to figure out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I’m still an artist today, but I haven’t drawn in this way for about 3 years to pursue my real passion. I love to draw, but I didn’t have the time or inspiration to make something grand.
About 3 months ago, I suddenly got curious about how all those YouTubers I stopped watching were doing, so I checked out their channels and watched a video or two before moving on. When I got to the Yogscast channel, on the other hand, I quickly fell in love with the new content and with everyone again.
It was insane to see how immediately my love for them came back. In 3 months, I’ve watched so many videos and streams/VODs. It’s all so comforting, funny, and uplifting. Clearly, I missed so much content in the past 8 years, but at least I don’t have to worry about running out of things to watch for a while.
What made me most happy was that despite changing a lot, I never stopped being that kid who laughed at the Yogscast’s shenanigans. It just goes to show that no matter how much the world tries to push you around, you never lose that sense of joy you had as a child.
Now, about Rythian:
Since I started watching the Yogscast in 2011, Rythian has always been my favorite. I loved his series so much, especially with how he got into character to give us an immersive experience. It was an escape for me as a kid. When difficult moments were thrown at me, I watched Rythian’s series to find a sense of comfort.
So when I started watching his and Zoey’s Blackrock series, my mind was blown. The storytelling, acting, humor, and drama of the series were so immersive and touching that my creativity exploded.
I mainly use art to express myself and my interests because I struggle to talk about it. But funny enough, Blackrock was the only interest of mine that got me to not draw, but to write. I wrote a lot of short stories about the series—even how I envisioned the series would end. I was so inspired to create all the time from this series.
And what’s crazy is that at the beginning of this summer, I found all of those written drafts and notes from when I was a kid. I kept them all for 10+ years and found a very loose (and not that good) draft of this comic and I felt really inspired to finish it.
It was roughly when I was first watching Blackrock too when I realized that I can be creative in the future. The Yogscast helped me understand that I can do whatever I want for the rest of my life. If they could do it, then why can’t I?
What’s also wonderful is that even after so many years, Rythian never stopped being my favorite. When I started watching the main channel again a few months ago, I immediately found myself rooting for him whenever he was in the group videos. I just remembered how much happiness he brought me when I was younger and it makes me so happy that I still get so much joy whenever I hear his voice.
While working on this comic, I watched all of Kirbycraft and caught up on Kirby Farm. I can’t help but smile the whole time Rythian, Briony, and Kirsty interact with one another. The dynamic of these three brings me so much laughter and comfort. A part of me is upset that I didn’t get back to watching everyone when Kirbycraft was still live, but better late than never, right?
I also originally started this comic without the intention of posting it. But then I figured, Hey, it’d be great to share it with everyone who’s also been impacted by this series and the Yogscast in general, so I made this blog to post it here. Honestly, I’m not sure when the next time I’ll be able to draw is (who knew building a career takes away a lot of your energy and time?). But I think that’s what’s so wonderful about my love for Yogscast and particularly Blackrock: I didn’t make this comic for the likes or views. It was just because I wanted to, and I’m so happy to see there are so many people on here who feel the same love for them as I do.
This series and the people who made it, along with the people who supported it and loved it and continued to love it, impacted me for the better. I learned so many years ago that I can be creative for a living, and have been working hard towards doing that since.
Happy 12th Anniversary to the Blackrock Chronicle. To Rythian and Zoey who put a smile on this kid’s face even during the toughest of times.
And to the Yogscast, thank you for being there for me when I needed you all the most and for still being here when I came back. Your ability to inspire me and make me laugh never disappeared throughout the years I was gone, and I’m ready to laugh some more.
Stolen Glances
A/N: Because of @shinestarhwaa. Now, I dont write a lot of smut so bare with me but sans hands are just.... yeah.
SMUT MDNI 18+
-Choi San x afab!reader ft. seonghwa
warnings; fingering, choking, squirting, slight degradation (i think thats it)
Tumblr media
Your relationship with San was solid. You trusted each other, you loved each other and you had so much fun together. Now, it’s not to say that your sex life with him was lacking, but you kept it pretty basic, his schedule too busy to allow for much exploration. But his hands. His gorgeous hands that flexed with every movement, the veins popping and begging for your attention when he moved. It was becoming a problem for you, your attention drawn by them constantly which led to San becoming concerned about your sudden lack of attention and zoning out. In truth, it wasn’t zoning out. It was you daydreaming of all the ways he could ruin you with just his hands. His thick fingers thrusting into you roughly, dancing along your clit or wrapping around your delicate throat, applying just enough pressure to make you lightheaded from lack of blood flow.
“Y/N??”, San waved his hand in front of your face.
Your eyes widened as you made eye contact with him, a question on your lips before he spoke up again.
“Are you okay? You were doing that… zoning out thing again…”
“Yeah, I’m okay! I just…”, you trailed off, your eyes wandering back to his hands as he itched his knee.
“You don’t seem very okay… Seonghwa!” ,San suddenly shouts for his older member, footsteps thundering through the hall as Seonghwa swings around the door frame panting.
“What? What’s wrong? Who’s hurt? What broke?”, his eyes scanned the room frantically for anything broken.
“Nothing is broken, calm down!”, San huffs, his arms crossing and drawing your attention to his hands as they curl over his biceps, “Y/N is acting weird. See? She’s doing it right now! She keeps staring into the fabric of the universe and it’s scary.”
Seonghwa heaves a sigh, his hand rubbing over his forehead, “I can’t do anything about that, Sannie. Just distract her.”
He leaves the room quickly, San sighing after him as he watches you zoned out. His arms uncross as he watches over you, your eyes following his hands. San makes an interested noise, noticing your gaze focused on his hands. He files the information away, reaching out to shake your shoulder.
“Oh… I’m sorry Sannie.. I must be really tired for some reason.”
He nods along with your excuses, leading you to bed gently where you fall asleep fairly fast. Even if you weren’t actually tired, you definitely needed your sleep.
—-----------
The next morning was slow. San had a day off so he was able to lounge around with you in the apartment. Starting the day with a nice french press coffee sounded like heaven for the both of you, your messy hair endearing to San as he began to prep the coffee. Your eyes were drawn quickly to his hands, his veins more prominent than usual in your eyes as you rested your head on your hand. San noticed your staring again, a small smirk on his lips as he began to accentuate the smaller movements. Flexing his fingers, rubbing his palm slower when the muscles started to ache. It held your attention without fail, not even noticing San’s growing smirk or the dark look in his pretty eyes as he watched you watch his hands. An idea came to mind, his smirk reaching Hongjoong heights as he finished pressing the coffee. A soft throat clearing from him had your eyes snapping to his, a blush settling on your cheeks as you met his eyes.
“Coffee is ready, love.”, he slid a cup over the counter to you slowly, watching as your eyes snapped back to his hands.
“Thank you Sannie~”, you hummed quietly, taking a careful sip of the coffee.
“How is it?”
“Oh my god this is so good, Sannie! You did such a good job.”, you practically moaned into the cup, taking another sip.
“Thanks, love. I’ve got to ask you something though.”, he turned in his chair to face you head on, his eyes holding yours captive.
“Of course, you can always ask me anything, you know that.”
“Mhm. Well… I’ve noticed your staring…”, your eyes widened as he smirked at you, “And now I can’t help but wonder, what’s got you so distracted by me, love?”
“Yo- I uh- It’s not-”
“Shhh shhh shhh. It’s okay, I find it quite flattering that you find my hands attractive enough to spend hours staring at them.”
You blushed harder, your face hot to the touch as you squirmed on the chair. If you had paid more attention to anything but his hands in your daydreams, maybe you wouldn’t be having to stutter out excuses to your boyfriend as he watched you with a smirk on his pretty lips.
“Don’t worry, love. We can satisfy your little problem, can’t we?”, his hand crept from the counter to your shoulder slowly, your eyes struggling to stay on his as his fingers settled on the base of your neck.
“Stand up for me, darling.”
You followed his instruction without hesitation, the weight of his hand comforting you as you stood in front of him, trembling. A slight squeeze from San had you whining, his eyes tracing your features slowly, taking in the blush and every detail he could of your face in that moment. He stood up soon after, his height dwarfing you and making you feel small as you stared up at him, his hand trailing to your shoulder where he gave you a slight shove. You moved easily, compliant under touch as he guided you to a wall. Another whimper escaped you, your hands resting on his broad shoulders as he lowered his head to place a line of kisses from your jaw and down your neck. Your eyes fell closed as you basked in the feeling of his soft lips on your skin, his hands trailing gently up and down your sides.
“Look at you baby, all fuckable just for me.”
You whimpered at San’s words, your hands tugging his head up to push your lips together, his tongue swiping over your bottom lip before you let him in, fighting for dominance as his hands changed direction. His left hand trailed gently to your neck, his fingers wrapping around it as his right hand tugged down the cute panties you wore under his shirt. The kiss was intense, stealing the air straight from your lungs as San applied a small amount of pressure to your neck causing you to part from his addictive taste with a gasp. Your eyes rolled back, hands tugging at San’s mess of hair. His groan spurred you on, another tug to his soft locks and you were hoisted to wrap your legs around his waist, his hand tracing small patterns on the inside of your thigh as you squirmed in his hold.
“You’re dripping, love. I can feel you already and I’m not even touching your pretty pussy.”
You moaned in frustration, hands tugging at his hair again until he chuckled and ran a finger up your slit slowly, collecting your juices to rub small, fast circles on your clit.
“P-please Sannie, stop teasing!”
He cooed in mock sympathy, his finger slowing on the sensitive bundle of nerves to listen to your whines grow in volume until he thrusted one finger into your heat, a groan leaving his lips the same time you moaned.
“That feel good, baby? Exactly like you were dreaming about? My fingers deep in your slutty pussy?”
You whined loudly, wrapping your legs around San’s waist tighter as he increased the pace of his finger. The hand around your neck tightened just enough to have you clenching on his finger, his pace slowing as you nearly trapped him in place. A chuckle escaping his pretty lips as he ran his thumb over your clit to relax you, your nails leaving crescents in his shoulders as you tipped your head back against the wall.
“Awe are you close already, love?”, his teasing tone dangling you over the edge of your orgasm.
Nodding weakly against the wall, you opened your eyes to meet his lust filled gaze, the darkness hiding just behind it all as you held eye contact nearly sending you head first over the edge. You needed a little more, San’s finger teasing you right to the edge but holding you there.
“Sannie please.. need more!”, you whimpered to your boyfriend, his eyes narrowing slightly as you dug your heels into the small of his back.
“Is that right? My poor baby can’t cum with just one of her boyfriend's fingers? You need more?”, his tone was condescending, tears springing to your eyes at the teasing tone of his voice and the edging he was unconsciously putting you through.
A small nod answered his questions, the gentle hand around your throat dropping to your hips as he slid another finger into you, your moans catching in your throat. San’s lips ran a feather-light path up your neck, his tongue leaving a small glistening trail on your skin. His cock pressed against the inside of your thigh, the weight of it making you whine and shift closer to him, your hands settling in his hair as he left marks down your neck. The wet sounds of your pussy echoed around the kitchen, a small logical part of your brain reminding you that San had roommates. The thought was quickly banished as San picked up his pace, the finger on your clit moving faster as he thrust his fingers into you rougher. The pleasure built with the volume of your moans, his grunts at the tugs you gave to his hair sending you over the edge finally as your eyes rolled back, legs tightening around his small waist as you spasmed around his fingers. Whispered praise in your ear registered slowly as you came down from your high, San’s finger running gently over the bundle of nerves to work you through your orgasm.
“You did so good for me, baby hm? My good girl cumming so hard for me~”
San placed gentle kisses on your head as his fingers left you, your legs falling to the floor gently with his help as your vision returned to normal. The soft smile on San’s lips greeted you first, a flustered one taking over your own as you watched his gaze trail downwards to his pants. You followed curiously, a gasp leaving you as you took in the wet spot on the front of San’s gray sweatpants.
“That was so hot, love. Next time you want my fingers though, all you have to do is ask.”
You whined in embarrassment and slapped his chest gently, a blush reheating your face as he smirked.
“You did not just fuck in my kitchen.”
San’s head snapped to the entry way of the kitchen with yours, Seonghwa’s disgusted gaze scanning your forms quickly before he glared at San.
“We didn’t fuck!”, San rolled his eyes, “Just fingered her.”
Although mumbled, Seonghwa caught it and gasped in outrage, a slipper suddenly in his hand as he chased you and San from the room. Safe to say you would bring up any interests you had to San in the safety of his bedroom from now on.
BACK 🤺 BACK I SAY
oh.... oh so u don't wanna hear ab how suguru looks at you when you say it? the sparkle when he imagines how you wriggle and writhe when you touch yourself? how you jump away when you're under someone else? oh my lord referencing this post <3 w/c: 1.1k tw: f!reader not proofread, alcohol consumption, masturbation, fantasising, edging/ruining orgasms, i think that's all lmao
Tumblr media
“oh, god! oh! t-there, right there!” you cringe behind your glass of wine, sucking down the liquid quickly before you choke on it, the typical over the top performance out of the actress in the romance; her back arching into a perfect semi circle, the montage of angles of skin against skin, of lips locked together, of lovesick smiles, of parted lips, heaving chests. the scene was cinematic, there was really no other way to describe it, framed in a way entirely opposite to real life, at least in your experience.
then, the crescendo of her performance; the curled toes, smudged red lips in a perfect ‘o’, the hand reaching between her thighs, the mantra of her lovers name, her hands pushing low on his abdomen, just out of frame, and of course, a long drawn out, high moan.
you’re too many glasses in to try and hide your expression, your eyebrows and lips contorting into a displeased face, drawing down as you turned away from the screen, reaching toward the table between you all to pour another glass.
“what’s that face for?” satoru snorts, tipping his glass towards you while you still have a hold on the bottle, the last of the liquid topping him off.
“what face?” you attempt to keep your tone even, your expression as blank as you can, your friends blue eyes twinkling as he sipped on the glass again, his vision a little blurred staring at you from across the room, as was yours.
maybe that was why you quirked an eyebrow at him, why your lips felt a little looser than they normally do with him and suguru.
“i’m not making any face.” it’s suguru’s turn to snort, raising his glass to his lips when you direct your gaze towards him, a small scowl on your lips.
“it’s just all so… over the top.” there’s more confidence behind your voice than you anticipate, “surely no one’s ever cum like that.”
you glance back and forth between the men, searching for some kind of answer that you weren’t the only one thinking that the acting was cinematic, but unrealistic, no one grips the sheets until they tear in real life… do they?
“are you asking?” suguru speaks up, his gaze trained steadily on you, a lot steadier than satoru’s blurred vision. you think he’s grinning at you behind his glass, or maybe his face is just warping against it.
“or just admitting no one’s made you squirt.” satoru gestures towards the ever changing screen with his glass, the wine nearly spilling from the rim as he does so; the lovers now in a new position, the frame cutting off just above the love interests cock, still showing how he thrusts in and out of the woman beneath him, one hand on her hip, the other between her thighs as his hips rhythmically slam into hers, her face scrunching up once more, with more dramatics of god, you’re so big, i’m gonna cum, i think i’m gonna–i’m gonna squir–fuck! it’s your turn to snort, more impressed with the actress than satoru’s statement.
“i’ve never cum, let alone squirt.” you laugh at the statement, thinking nothing of it when the sentence leaves your lips, taking another sip of the sweet wine as the pair stared with wide eyes.
“you’ve never cum?!” satoru is the first one to break the silence, well, as silent as it could get with the borderline softcore porn playing on the screen. your gaze flitters back over sluggishly to the white-haired man, your eyebrows drawn down in a confused expression at him.
“huh?”
“you just said you’ve never cum.” your eyes then shift to suguru, his sharp eyes boring into your own fuzzy ones. had you really just said that? in front of them? were you this tipsy already?
“i mean, i don’t think so.” why were you still talking. stop talking.
“you’d know.” satoru interrupts, like he and suguru were interrogators, both of them inching closer to uncovering the final clue to break open the case with how they stared so curiously at you.
“you’ve seriously never cum?” you shake your head once more, your cheeks warming doubly from the alcohol and the embarrassment when you stand up, walking on shaky legs back into the kitchen. you’re still avoiding both their curious gazes when you pop a second bottle, pouring another glass of the new one (about twice as much as you poured in the earlier glasses).
“i think i’ve gotten close?” you don’t know why you’re still talking, but it’s as if your tongue moves of its own accord, “i mean, i’ve felt good, i just don’t get like that.”
you gesture again to the scene, the sex winding down, both actors covered in a slight sheen of sweat after the twenty minute ordeal, hair plastering down on their skin.
“you know, it starts, it’s good,” you stare down into the glass, faking hypnosis by the swirl of the wine in the centre, “and it’ll like, build, and then i stop.”
you shrug again, as if unsure about what you’re describing to your friends, the feeling when you’re touching yourself; the sensation of ghosting over your tits, sliding over your skin, your abdomen into your panties. when you finally sink into yourself, how your cunt twitches around your fingers, how it aches when you fuck yourself, the dull ache growing and growing and growing until you pull away, letting the feeling shatter and ebb away, always leaving you tingling, fuzzy but never entirely fulfilled.
“you stop yourself?” you think it’s suguru questioning you, a light, teasing lilt in his voice like he’s almost happy you’ve never orgasmed, even more so you did it yourself, “you ruin your orgasms?”
now you’re looking at him, you know he’s smiling at the thought, the fantasy flashing in front of his eyes of furrowed eyebrows, frustrated tears welling in your eyes when you ruin it again, when you pull your fingers from yourself too early, or your vibrator slips from your fingers leaving your cunt numb and your clit aching painfully. but god, the vision of your nails wrapping around your partners wrist, tugging their hand from your pussy, or your hands pressing low into their abdomen, mumbling about it being too much, fuck, it feels too good.he thanks every god above you and satoru are lightweights, even as you sit back down in front of the screen, oblivious to the tent growing in his pants and a determination boiling in his blood to be the one to get you squirting on his cock the very first time he makes you cum, the first time anyone makes you cum.
