I can’t decide if it’s funnier if tsukasa is medicated for his adhd or if he thinks he’s normal and fine. I think the former is the more likely option based on the way he acts, but the latter allows for a situation where he’s forced by his loved ones to take an adhd test with a professional and when he’s finished he’s like “haha normal results! right?” & the doctor is like 😰

Reading my book at work and the main character is in the hospital after getting in a car crash and killing a demon (don’t worry about it) and it’s so cute how non hospital staff describe shit. Hospitals at night are not “eerily quiet.” It’s an IV poll not a hanger. Hospitals have wall art. Why the hell did they keep the IV in her hand???? They got the shitty fluorescent lights and nurses trying to help entertain bored pts right tho

It would be! I have hardly dipped my paws into the world of warrior cats so I don’t truly have a grasp on the development of the worldbuilding, but so far it does seem to be 97% just mundane things made magic through cats eyes. All the differences are still recognizable they’ve just been given different names—moonhigh instead of midnight, for example. It’s all the same just from cats’ perspectives

The leaders just get a pass on that I suppose, literally having nine lives and prophetic dreams that add a bit more than the mundane. That seems to be the only exception though. At least so far; it may change. Like I said, barely know anything I’m on book 1 of series 1 there’s a lot to go

So like. It does have a lot of that’s majority of the story is mundane made magic, there’s just small but important pieces that are like legit magic. Which caught me off guard—but I don’t mind it! It just meant I had to reorient how I understood the world
