Had to say good bye to my dear swimmy boy, Zekrom. He had a growth on his side that, despite my efforts, continued to grow until it was too much. But he brightened my life for the brief few years I had him with his inquisitive personality. I’ll see him again someday but for now he’s resting.

in two days my brother is going to be five hours away. he’s going to leave me here. he won’t be here to teach me to play new video games or help me with my history work. he won’t be here to go to the movies with me or tell me that the cookie dough is too big on the pan. he won’t be here to help me finish our leftovers or find me the record i’m looking for. he won’t be here to try on shoes that are too big on me or help me wash the dogs. god i’m going to miss him a lot more than i thought i would.

i just lost my cousin who was suicidal and didn’t know how to look for help. even though i’m suicidal most times, his death has made me realize how many people would give a fuck about me being gone.

i wish he would’ve called. i wish he would’ve gone over to my moms house for the millionth time just so he’d know we do care about him. life will never be the same. i thought i would grow old with my potential kids playing with his at christmas parties. i thought i would have that dinner he offered me one time. i thought i would have him tomorrow.

A month and a half ago, my cat disappeared. He came back a few nights ago with a wounded and infected leg.

The infection had gone to his heart.

I’m gonna miss him so so much. He was my sweetness boy, my companion my whole adult life.

I don’t know where he went, but I know his next adventure will be grand too.
