So I lost power last night due to the storm, and now I have just been reminded I don’t have a gas stove anymore.

I hate living in America. I fell down some stairs yesterday. Obviously my first thought was “ow” but my second thought wasn’t “I need help” it was “God I hope no one saw that PLEASE don’t call an ambulance”
I sure wish I lived somewhere where getting basic medical help wouldn’t bankrupt me

Heyyy what’s a personal blog for if you can’t make overly personal…blogs…on it once in awhile. I’m like. Coming off a weekend of being sick as hell, having a major medication meltdown/overdose/bad reaction/something- and it’s like my brain’s re-engaged now that i have to go to work in a couple hours? Still feel sick, ofc, but like. There is really no getting away from the parental programming that you’re only worth as much as your ability to get up and go to your job, is there?
I may vomit on someone at work just for the chance to go home and lie down.
