I’m increasingly convinced that Murph as a self-insert NPC when he DMs, Murph as a player on Dimension 20, and Murph as a player on NADDPOD are 3 entirely different people

And the best way I think I can explain this is it’s like the difference between your coworker on his mostly best behavior giving a presentation, that same coworker letting loose around his friends at work, and then seeing that same coworker hang out with their actual friends and family outside of work.

Like obviously you know your clever, goofy coworker is going to be more put together when he’s in a leadership role, so you expect there to be a difference there. But NOTHING can prepare you for the chaotic energy when he really lets loose
