The worst thing Miguel and Jessica did to Gwen wasn't even threatening to send her home if she ever visits Miles, it's forcing her to choose their side during the chase scene and make Miles never want to see her again and once the chase scene ended they kicked her out. That's the kind of evil that the Spot was trying so hard to become.

I know it's hypocritical of me since i've said i hate that Gwen and Margo scene but the idea of Hobie being jealous of Ganke is so fucking funny to me.Obviously he wouldn't be a dick to him because that's unpunk but i'm just imagining it like:

Using the Sun Wukong metaphor for Miles goes so much deeper than just the narrative parallels you initially think of cause he’s very much going to change the entire medium of art again like he did with the first movie much like Journey To The West did

Sun Wukong being one of the most iconic figures in human history. Spiderman being one of the most iconic superheroes since the genre began. ITSV pioneering a new age of animation we’re still catching up to 5 years later. ATSV and the final movie are really going to show people what we mean when we say animation is cinema…

Even if you’re not a fan of superhero movies. Even if you don’t generally like spiderman or the idea of multiverses. These 2 movies alone are so envelope pushing when it comes to its art direction and writing it puts movies with triple its budget to shame, it’s almost scary to think about how they’re going to pull off the final event.
