charlie… is almost relieved to hear it, honestly would immediately flip a switch and do the very most to KEEP you as safe as you can be- but hide it in a playful manner. would carry you for the rest of your life if you asked, just because you inflated his ego.

The two of you are almost halfway in the enchanted forest, you walking in front of Charlie as you hold a little makeshift map in front of the two of you. The whole time Charlie is pointing out little shortcuts, you erasing and drawing paths over and over on the paper until a particularly strong gust of wind blow it away from the two of you, his shocked mouth open and yours would’ve opened if the pencil wasn’t still in your mouth. You didn’t want to say it, but you felt a little aggravated at him for losing your focus like that.

You stop to let him speed up in front of you, the two of you continuing onwards in silence before he speaks.

“Listen… I-“

“It’s fine, you go and I follow. I trust you.”

The minute those words left your mouth, Charlie immediately stops and turns to look at you, the clinks and clanks of his armor making it almost comedic.

“What?”

“…I said you could lead the way?-“

“No,” he shakes his head, the helmet shifting with him, “After that.”

You look at him quizzically, your arms awkward by your side as you look to the side then to him again.

“I trust you?”

What you couldn’t see was Charlie internally squealing like a little girl, happy that someone like you can allow themselves to be so carefree around him. Except you weren’t just someone; he’s unknowingly had a thing for you long enough to where it’s embarrassing that he hasn’t made a move. But, somehow, you telling him that made him understand why he got so nervous around you. Why he always felt let down whenever you had a different mission that day and couldn’t hang with him and Pim. Why he always slightly pulled aside the seat next to him in the office just so you’d sit next to him instead of across.

He finally realized he liked you.

But of course, he’d never say that out loud.

What he did do, however, was immediately grin and flex, his armor audibly showing him move as if he were showing off in a gym mirror.

“Well of course you do, I’d be concerned if you didn’t think a hero like me could protect you. I mean, look at me,” he plays along, successfully earning a chuckle from you before you roll your eyes and shift the bag on your shoulder before you keep moving ahead.

“Alright, hero- hey-!” Your joking manner was cut short as Charlie picks you up, flinging you over his shoulder as his laugh rockets off the trees around the two of you.

Your giggles and pleas to be let down drowned out as he thought about that sentence once more, thinking about what to do to hopefully hearing it again another time.

PIM: (s1e4)

pim….. he’d be so happy, would internally have a little panicked spongebob brain moment but on the outside he’s a stuttering blushing mess. as if he isn’t pink enough.

“Don’t worry, i’ll use this rock to mark the trees- we can find our way back easy!”

Pims words seemed like an echo, his happy go easy personality twenty minutes ago almost feeling like a warning now that the two of you crossed that bridge. The two of you just barely escaped the rain, logs and sticks discarded as the rickety cabin door you called shelter slammed shut.

You were both dripping, Pims cowboy outfit making wet stretching noises every time he stretched his leg or raised his arm. Your outfit was also drenched, a small rip or two from the thorns you pulled away from on the run here.

You were still kneeled over catching your breath as the thunder pursued outside, Pim shakingly clearing his throat before looking up at you with disappointed eyes.

“Listen,… I’m really sorry, I didn’t think it would rain or anything but even then I shouldn’t have taken us across the bridge, and now it’s my fault we’re here-,” he begins, his wet hat now in his hands as he stares down at his cowboy spurs. He only really looked up once he hears you interrupted him with a laugh, a sound he immediately feels his cheeks redden to.

“Don’t worry, it’s just a little rain. We’ll be okay- plus, I feel safe with you. I know we’ll make it back fine.”

You were facing down trying to wring the water out of your hair and costume, thinking nothing of it, but to Pim?

To Pim, it meant everything.

He immediately stopped, his eyes widening as he stares at you with his mouth slightly ajar, the redness in his cheeks instantly spreading to his nose and ears. It took two or three tries for him to get his words out, the clothes on him somehow feeling tighter the more he tried to express himself.

“You… you trust me??” The way his meek voice instantly made you straighten up and look at him, the barely there water in his eye almost making you feel guilty for saying it.

Immediately you went to go hold him, your hands wrapping around his back as he listens to you giggle out a ‘Of course! Pim, are you okay?’ and he nods in return. His hands interlock together behind your back, his cheek on your shoulder as he thanks you.

ALAN: (s2e3)

alan… my wife.. would definitely think about asking if you’re SURE. in that case, he’s taken it upon himself to keep his eyes on you like a HAWK, unfortunately intimidating everyone around the two of you.

You seem to feel oddly safe perusing the streets of CrimeVille, thinking back on everyone’s warnings of how dangerous the place was. This is too easy, you think, feeling like everyone was just exaggerating the state of where you two were. What you didn’t realize, however, was Alan shooting everyone the stink eye of the century as he walks behind you.

It wasn’t too long ago when you two left the OfficeCrap, the following conversation unexpected as you both walked out.

“I can do it myself, I don’t want you going to that part of town…” Alan mumbles, the soft mechanic noise of the sliding door behind you helping end his sentence. You only shake your head, shushing him before pronouncing how you’ll be fine, and you trust him to protecting you if anything.

Unbeknownst to you, that’s the only thing Alan’s been thinking about since you left. Fortunately for Alan, being tall and having a somewhat stoic resting facial expression, he was very easy to intimidate anyone looking at you.

He almost walked like your shadow, hands in his pocket as he walks over you like a protective red totem, his blue tie occasionally brushing the top of your head as he looms over everything.

Pim strikes me as someone who doesn’t drink often, definitely drinks on special occasions! He just always gets embarrassed the next morning

You’ve never seen Pim drunk, and when you asked Pim why he just said he gets wild you didn’t by it so you tried to ask Charlie. when you tried to ask Charlie though, he just started laughing

So it wasnt until a Christmas party at Charlie’s did you understand what he meant by ‘wild’ and oh boy was it hilarious

You thought he was a ray of sunshine before, he wasn’t just a ray, he was a flaming ball of love to everything he saw

Pim kept calling you sweet pet names and you’d catch him just staring at you with the biggest sparkly eyes. When you asked him what he was doing he’d just hic out “you’re so beautiful a-and amazing!”

He started crying because he thought Charlie’s decorations were so pretty and he was so proud of him for getting into the spirit of Christmas

Have you seen the tiktok of the boy who was leading the prayer at thanksgiving and wouldn’t stop crying cause he was just so full of thankfulness and love. That was actually Pim

He made a toast and you had to drag him out cause he was so loving towards everyone and couldn’t stop the word vomit of admiration and joy

It was really sweet and you had to try not to bust out laughing at his sad little face that was so full of love and joy. After dinner and he finally relaxed he just literally clung to your shirt, like literally clung to it

He left to go use the bathroom and when he came back he forgot who you were and bro was SMITTENED. You’d think he met a real life god(ess) he was so in love again

Pim drunkenly asked Charlie to introduce you to him and when Charlie was obviously like “tf??” He began practically begged Charlie

So that’s why a snickering Charlie walked up to you and introduced you to your own boyfriend. Which was, hilarious and very confusing. You and Pim did have a very lovely ‘first meeting’.

“S-s-so do you have a b-b-boyfriend?” “You’re actually never going to believe this.” Let’s just say he was SHOCKED. You gave him a peck on the cheek and he just stared at you open mouth and eyes, you heard Charlie loosing his shit in the background.

You had to carry Pim home, and his face the next day when you told him everything was priceless. He was so flustered and embarrassed. This is why he doesn’t drink

I’m so glad Zach and Michael added that emotional beat into the show where we see the genuine heartbreak from Pim after his friend literally exploded in front of him, It just makes their friendship feel more real and further removes itself from the trope of ‘we’re friends that literally hate each other and are awful to each other’

Oh HELL yes!!! Thank you for sending this!! It's actually the other way around- a smiling friends au of house md, however I will STILL gladly answer this because WHO CARES ABOUT SEMANTICS

Anyways House is like, the perfect candidate for a smiling friends job- so I'd like to imagine Cuddy or Cameron called in for him or something because he got on their nerves. (Wilson wouldn't because he has little faith in what they could actually do to help someone like House lmao)

First off: House is a critter in this au. This effects nothing other than the fact that he highly enjoys doing random out of pocket jumpscares and shit. When Pim and Charlie come down to ppth to see House, he's in his office and greets them like "oh sorry I didnt order any hookers, but if the service is free I wont look a gift horse in the mouth" which automatically has Charlie being like, "Ok pim this guy looks like he's gonna be a pain in the ass- are you sure you wanna do this?" and Pims like "Oh, don't worry charlie! I'm sure he's just using humor as a defense mechanism! Besides, it's not the first time I've been mistaken for a male sex worker!" Which has Charlie shocked into silence for around a full minute while he's trying his best to understand how the hell Pim would be mistaken for a sex worker in any circumstance.

The entirety of the episode is Pim slowly losing his determination as each layer of House's facade peels back to reveal another god damn layer of sarcasm, and by the end of it- they haven't fixed him or his drug addiction, but they get him to smile by saying something that gives him an epiphany on his most recent case- (which are ten times more absurd in this au obviously)

At some point throughout all this, charlie raises questions about him and Wilson- to which house obviously answers with crude jokes about being gay and having graphic sex on hospital property, which Pim takes at face value for some reason, and it becomes a bit throughout the ep where Pim just refers to Wilson as "House's partner," as Charlie is trying very hard to tell him that House is joking, while House just adds fuel to the fire by making another joke and further cementing the assumption into Pim's head. Charlie gets called homophobic at least twice.

This is all I can think of for now because I actually hadn't thought about them meeting yet- I was more thinking about the different style house md would take on under the smiling friends au-

Things the Main 4 Would Do Together And How Often (Part 2)

8. Eating a meal together - They would do this twice a week for sure. Ordering in, going to a restaurant, cooking for each other, snack break, you name it, they would do it. I think Pim would enjoy cooking and also be the best at it the most out of everyone. All the other three would ADORE his food. Charlie would be the expert on ordering in and cheaper restaurants while Alan would know about the fancier places. Glep would find all the most delicious and interesting snacks all over the place. (Imagining them sitting at a table together brings me insurmountable joy)

9. Walking - This is probably close to a daily occurrence because it’s so easy and nice, even if it’s just leading each other out as they say goodbye for the day. Alan and Glep would both be the speed walkers, while Charlie and Pim would be more leisurely, humming or singing as they walk. This could change based on the situation though like if they’re tired or excited. If it’s a longer walk where they’re talking, I think they’d keep pace with each other.

10. Reading - This is something they would do if they were bored on a Sunday or something, so not too often nor on a regular basis. I’ve had this funny scenario in my head where they do “Book Club”, except they’re all reading a shitty book by like Colleen Hover or something at the same time. They’d be all over whoever’s room and every so often someone would laugh and shout out the number of a funny or shocking page. And then the slower readers would quickly flip forward and the faster ones would flip back if they missed it. I think Charlie would skim the book and read it closer if he’s amused while Alan would just naturally read fast, making them the faster readers, while Pim and Glep would be slower just because they’re taking their time and enjoying it to the best of their abilities.

11. Going to church - Considering Charlie is canonically(?) catholic, I just had to add this one. This is something they would do once and never again or they’d just go for Christmas and Easter. Charlie would be chill about it and try to show the others what to do the first time, but (as an ex-catholic myself) participating in mass is a skill you can only really learn over time, so the first time would be a little rough. Pim would enjoy it because of the singing and the “Peace be with you’s” while Alan would be nervous since he doesn’t really know what to do (he doesn’t seem to be/have been part of any sort of faith, so it’s pretty new to him). Glep would be bored out of his mind and just take a nap on the pews. Thankfully, Charlie doesn’t give a shit what the other people at his church think (although at a busy time like Christmas or Easter, less people would be paying the four of them any mind anyway) so he just tries to get everyone through it. It would be somewhat exhausting for everyone involved, but they’re doing it for Charlie so they guess it’s worth it? I highly doubt they would keep this up over the years lmao.

12. Going to an Arcade - They’d go at least a couple times a year! Maybe team on a couple claw machines, Battle it out on Dance Dance Revolution and Air Hockey, honestly they would love all the PVP stuff and if there are tickets involved, I think they’d get a bunch of candy and just stash it in the office somewhere for a rainy day.

13. Going to Brunch - I separated this from “Eating a meal together” because I feel like Brunch is a totally different ballpark for them. I imagine they would cosplay as posh Victorian ladies just for shits and giggles wearing the most fancy, beautiful dresses they can find. They would then spread the most ATROCIOUS MADE UP GOSSIP known to man using the names of people they’ve met just to fuck with everyone at the brunch place. And not just any brunch place, it’s THE brunch place. They make reservations at the same one every time. This would be a seasonal event done twice in Spring for the funniest impact. Charlie brought it up as a joke once and Alan and Pim absolutely ran with it (Alan suggested the gossip and Pim suggested dressing up). However, Glep is the RUMOR MACHINE and the others are always so impressed and amused with what he comes up with. They get really into it, even doing stuff like drinking tea with their pinkie out and eating fancy food. Though they do go eat somewhere after because the food they eat in character isn’t filling nor their favorite to eat. Nonetheless, they always laugh so hard afterward and it usually makes their year.

14. Karaoke - I feel like they would start doing this once around Christmas time and then just keep doing it as a tradition every year. They would also do it on boring rainy days sometimes too. Regardless of when they do it, they can pick any song they want. Want to sing a Christmas song in January? Sure, why not. However, after a few years of this, they would eventually ban playing more than two Wheezer songs in a row because they all like singing Wheezer and some days it’s all they will have in the queue. Other than Weezer, I think Alan would be into any Lemon Demon and Weird Al songs, Pim would be into older Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande songs, Charlie would be into Jackson Dean and Jimmy Buffett, and Glep would be into The Vanished People and 100 Gecs.

I wish we'd gone more into Matthias' life before his family was killed and Wylan's life with his father both before and after Marya was taken away.

22. Is there any parallels between characters or scenes you think about a lot?

I have posted about this on tumblr, but Matthias and Kazs parallels, they have so many parallels, and it's not spoken about much. I will sum it up. First, the joining a gang (druskelle) for survival, not for comradeship, and they both mention how they do not want it, and they both distance themselves from the other in their gang (Yes, I'm calling the druskelle a gang). Second, dead parents and a dead sibling. Third, their need for revenge. Hear me out. Matthias grew hateful of Grisha due to Brum feeding his anger and directing it into hate and hunting grisha was almost him getting revenge. And I don't need to explain Kaz's thing with revenge.

I just thought of another parallel. Inej and Jesper. I will be writing a post on this (when I can be bothered so probably never)

27. Was there any scene(s) that hit you harder than expected?

Now, this is gonna sound like an unusual answer, but Matthias' death. Ok, so I personally don't get that sad at characters' deaths, and I did know that he was going to die before I read it because I heard spoilers. BUT DAMN I was so fucking sad and I was extra miserable for like a week after I read it. I was so shocked by how much it hurt to read and fuck it hurt.

(I am still heartbroken because of it, but I'm in severe denial, and in my headcanons, he lives so...)

Pim & Mr. Boss die and Don't come back Au:

I sorta imagine Allan, Glep, and Charlie wondering who's in charge while the Boss is missing. Maybe Glep or Allan, or maybe they all Co-Operate it. Maybe they see a LiveLeak video or smthing of the execution and freaking out, Maybe a sprinkle of Charpim angst if you want.

I’m so glad you’re invested! It was a little angst prompt I thought of on a whim and didn’t expect to go anywhere, but I’m happy to expand upon it if folks ask as I love angst AUs too!

Considering how much Allan and Charlie were fighting in that episode, I don’t imagine the process of delegating responsibilities goes very smoothly. While Charlie might not initially want to be the de-facto boss, he does still need this job to pay his bills and he does not like the idea of Allan being his superior, especially as more time goes by where Pim and Mr. Boss remain missing. He and Allan would definitely get into a power struggle of sorts

“Dude who put you in charge? You don’t even interact with clients like you just sit around and count paperclips all day, I at least actively try to help people smile so maybe I should be the boss.”

“I’m the one who’s keeping things organized around here, asshole!”

And they keep going back to arguing about who killed Jason despite the critter’s father not having come back to learn this fact. They’d just keep running in circles with their petty fights until Glep puts himself in charge or something. They both agree on Glep’s ability to lead even though he just continues sitting on his iPad all day lol but at least they aren’t arguing as much anymore

When I first came up with this idea I didn’t think of how they would find out Pim and Mr. Boss are dead, but LiveLeaks seems like the most likely option. Charlie’s the edgy type who probably watches LiveLeaks for fun, but maybe this time it’s part of the remaining Smiling Friends’ broader search for news from Spamtopia (a country that seems very cut off from the world) to find out what happened to their friend and boss. Yes they are all absolutely shocked and Charlie is completely devastated realizing that Pim isn’t coming back

Then they have to figure out what to do from there. Figure out a long-term future for the Smiling Friends business; can they keep it going or should they let it crumble? Part of Charlie wants to go to Spamtopia himself and avenge Pim, but he could very well end up dead himself so that might not be such a good idea. All in all they’re very lost and confused, not only not knowing where their next paychecks will come from but especially grappling with their new reality without two people they cared for very much

semi-organised thoughts on the new smiling friends episode

I guess this episode is kinda controversial in the general Internet sphere. I haven't really looked into the stuff that people like or dislike about it, but my friends and I had opinions on it because we watched it together and I figure I'll just get this out of the way in case the discourse becomes poisoned.

Let's start with the stuff I liked about this episode! I really love the general commitment to the bit of 'dramatic slow zoom on a character to let you know we're being SERIOUS and DRAMATIC' which is obviously ripped right off of Family Guy except Zach and Michael are taking the piss. It's always pretty funny when it comes up.

As usual, the character animation is always very expressive while being simple. I love the little snippet at the end where Charlie and Pim sort of elbow each other in a 'haha, you scamp, you got me' way. It's charming. This is what Smiling Friends always does well despite its commitment to terminal irony-poisoning; even if the character moments are meant to set up a joke, they do feel very genuine and provide a sense of pathos. Do you think Charlie and Pim ever explored each other's bodies?

Those are the two standout "likes" about this episode, sadly. I exhaled air at some of the one-off jokes, but it feels like this episode's humour was kind of weaksauce in that it couldn't decide to commit to sudden, shocking sincerity or really pile on the 'we're not taking this seriously and that's why you love it, fuck you'.

I guess the reason the humour feels like it can't commit is the nature of the subject. The writing of the episode is uncertain as to who it wants to condemn the most, and while the jokes are very on-the-nose (you can tell exactly who's a stand-in for who), they have just enough edge sanded off that it feels kind of feeble when they're made. Take, for example, President Jimble going to a press conference and inadvertently praising a bloodthirsty dictator slaughtering an entire ethnic group. This is obviously a dig at Joe Biden being Benjamin Netanyahu's strongest soldier, but the bloodthirsty dictator is a little cartoon character who looks like nobody in particular (or at least, he doesn't really look like Netanyahu to me). There's a brief cutaway to a bunch of little gnome people being brutally slaughtered by war machines, but the vague Bavarian aesthetic of these gnome people is distinctly the opposite of anything Palestinian, so much so I have a feeling it was deliberate.

To bring up Family Guy again, part of the reason some of Family Guy's old bits still hold up today is that they will tell you exactly who they're talking about, caricatures and all. They want you to know who they're mocking, no pussyfooting about it! I think Zach and Michael try to avoid this specificity in their writing because Family Guy jumped the shark a long time ago (and watching OneyPlays episodes where Zach features makes it pretty obvious he thinks so) and they're deliberately trying to shy away from "Family Guy"-ism. This is also why people like Smiling Friends, because it's not just another played-out adult cartoon.

Ironically I think some of this episode's humour was pretty Family Guy-ish, particularly the gross-out humour around the whole Jimble shitting his pants thing. My friend noted that while he doesn't mind the occasional bit of gross-out humour, seeing it live-action makes it feel a little grimier and more uncomfortable. You could argue it's the point, and maybe it is, but it personally wasn't my thing. YMMV!

I think because of the general wishy-washiness of the humour, the "CNN worm cabal", as my friends and I called it, comes off less like taking the piss and more like an actual anti-Semitic dogwhistle. Having the little worm cabal randomly show up and offer to indoctrinate Charlie is funny and almost feels a bit like Futurama, but having that immediately transition to "the worms control the media" made me raise my eyebrows.

The reason I think it's a piss-take that landed kinda awkwardly is because Lisa Tomar (the wife of Joshua Tomar, Known Jewish Guy and voice actor) is the director of the episode. I'm not sure if she's actually Jewish herself, but since Joshua Tomar has played older Glep saying "Christianity is actually real, and every other religion is wrong" as the other punchline of "Charlie Dies and Doesn't Come Back", I feel like the attitude expressed here is not serious.

Overall: ehhhhh? Not the strongest episode. I really fucking hate the "satire requires clarity of purpose" meme, but it feels like the jokes and the overall punchline of the episode did require a little more clarity to land correctly.

How will the relationship between Sun and Lin evolve (from the delicate relationship they're in now)?

- Bank explained that they’ve met through the app thanks to destiny (and destiny will play huge role later, you know, the mystical part, the dreams..)

- ep 3 and 4 are going to be more funny (as they now know who is who, etc.)

What would you do, if you'd discovered your loved one is suddenly your boss?

- Mos: shock, but if his lover is a wealthy boss, he's going to be happy(/successful)

- Bank: love is love, he would risk it for real love as well

- Pete: shock, but if there is genuine bond between him and boss, he will risk it

Do you think that the meeting through dating app could be the modern way of love at first sight?

- Bank thinks so

Can you talk about the first date between Sun and Lin?

- Bank: Sun didn't order enough food for Bank irl, like he would want more; but then explained that it could be so he is not feeling heavy for what's coming next (starving only to be edged lol)

- before dinner, Lin was little bit scared, especially of the red feather, but with the letter and how Sun behaved and explained himself, he warmed up to him, realizing Sun is respectful man and that's what Lin likes

About Pete's character having interesting relationship with Tenon's. How will that go?

- they had bad first impression; but still Yotha thinks that Sam is super handsome -> it's gonna turn into 'the more you hate, the more you gonna love' type of relationship

Yotha and Sam are Lin's and Sun's matchmakers, but why? (we know why Sam finds bfs for Sun - his mother would impose her own finds on Sun otherwise)

- Bank: the reason why they made the account is that Pim (and Yotha maybe too? idk) always had a boyfriend, but Lin never, and the friends do not want him to stay alone, everything was done with a good intention

How do you relate to your own character?

- Mos: Both are handsome and cool

-> 'P'Sun loves Nhu'Lin really much, and Mos also loves Isbanky really much.'

- Bank: Nulin and Isbanky are the same, like Lin has a lot of positive energy, likes to smile, is cute...

- Pete: Yotha and Pete are the same in like 90%, like he's funny, energetic, enthusiastic, but Yotha is explosive sometimes, unlike him irl, he's not aggressive

How was the shooting process of Sunset x Vibes for you?

- Mos: It's his 2nd lead role, and for him this is the perfect shooting schedule/process. He has lot of friends with him, he's surrounded by people he likes and it's fun

- Bank: He's really happy during the shooting, he has been shooting scenes he likes, scenes he thinks his fan will like as well. He would like to make this 100 episodes, not just 12 xdd 'If this gets positive feedback, there will be more episodes’ (i can’t tell if he’s joking or not lol)

- Pete: It's his first time shooting any series, so he's little scared and nervous, but he has friends supporting him and the shooting environment is great for him

If you could choose any character, besides yours, who would you be in the series?

- Mos: Juladis (JJ's character) - this character is very hard to portray, yes it is funny/silly, but hard to execute, and adds lots of color to the story.

- Bank: Yotha - really cute character, you can never really guess how he truly feels, so it's like bit mysterious (also challenging to execute)

- Pete: Juladis for the same reason as Mos; or Sun - he's cool, handsome, has good manners and muscled

Can we expect any new songs?

- also they will, really soon, release smth of Dargon (boyband - Mosbank, JJ, Fong, Pete, Tenon(?))

Yumyulack: Man! What a day!

Suddenly, he hears screaming.

The Replicants rushed out of school and sees people in danger on top of a building.

Leonard: We’re gonna die!

Pim: Jam! There I always wanted to say! I think you’re a brave strong independent woman! I love it when it drives me wild and you are the best part of my office!

Jam: Yeah! I love you too!

Pim kisses Jam as he blushes. The two coworkers and the citizens then suddenly see Terry flying.

Dwight: Who is that?

Pam: I don’t know

Terry: Don’t worry! I’m here to save you!

Citizens: Huh? Whuh? What?

Terry: Trust me! *to himself* Okay, Terry. You got this. Make your husband proud!

Terry then grabs the citizens one by one as they grow shock and astonished. Terry then sees a safe spot and lands the citizens there.

Terry: It’s okay, my buddies! You’re safe now!

Citizens: Whoa! That was awesome! Fuck yeah! Who is he?! You rock man! Woo-hoo! Our hero!

Back with Korvo

Korvo: Huh? I wonder where Terry could be?

Terry enters looking dirty

Korvo: Whoa! Terry! What happened to you?! Are you okay?!

Before Terry can answer, the news turns on

News Report: This is just in, a mysterious alien vigilante saved a group of people from a collapsing building. Whoever did this, thank you mysterious hero!

Korvo gasps and looks at Terry

Korvo: That’s how… I-I… don’t believe it… Terry! You risk your own damn life to save these people?!

Terry: Yep! So do you think? Did I do good or what?

Suddenly, Korvo feels the pain again as he panics and breaths in and out.

Terry rushes after Korvo and stops at his and Korvo’s bedroom door. Terry tries to open the door but it’s locked.

Korvo is heard but his voice is deep and distorted

Terry: Korv?

Korvo: GET AWAY FROM ME!

Terry: Korvo? You okay?

Terry then hears roaring as he yelps and backs away. But then, then roaring fades into crying.

Terry: Korvo? What’s going on? You can tell me?

Then, he realizes Korvo is now crying.

Korvo: Terry… please… don’t do that again…

Terry: Huh? What do you-

Korvo: *breaks down in tears more* Just please! Promise me you won’t do that again! I don’t wanna lose you!

Terry: But what if someone wants to-

Korvo: *weeps; voice breaking* Please Terry… I don’t wanna lose you…

Terry: *sighs* Okay…

Korvo concern crying which made Terry even more concern and guilty.

Terry: Korvy? Can I come in?

Korvo: *snapping* NO!

Terry: Hey hey! It’s okay! I promise you can tell me anything!

Korvo: *tearfully* It-it’s something I am not ready to tell you! I just can’t! You’ll hate me if I tell you!

Terry: Okay. Then don’t tell me.

Terry: Woah. You look gorgeous. I mean, you always are but…

Korvo interrupts Terry with a kiss as they moan lovingly. As Terry and Korvo kiss, Terry makes a small flame that then flashes to a flashback of Korvo keeping his eyes close.

Terry: *takes a deep breath* Okay Korvo, I am ready to tell you something!

Korvo opens one eye

Korvo: What is that you wanted to tell me?

Terry gooblers as he gets down on one knee much to Korvo’s confusion

Terry: *takes a deep breath* Korvo, for so long, we made an amazing life on Earth. I know how precious that is, how precious you are, but after making our time on Earth, becoming a family, there is no one I would rather spend it with than you. I love you Korvo. You’re my Korvy and always will be.

Korvo smiles with tears in his eyes

Korvo: Oh Terry…

Terry: And that why I want to ask… *gets out a box and opens it with a ring in it* Korvo, will you marry me?

Korvo gasps

Korvo: Is…is that real?

Terry: Yes. Yes it is… so is that a yes?

Korvo: YES! I WILL MARRY YOU, TERRY-BEAR!

Korvo embraces Terry in a kiss as they moan lovingly and cry with happiness. Terry then puts the ring on Korvo as he smiles tearfully

Terry: I bought it cuz it really brings out your eyes.

Korvo: Oh Terry, that is so sweet. I love it. It’s so beautiful.

Terry: You’re beautiful.

Korvo smiles tearfully and the two aliens head back to kissing the flashback ends as Korvo sniffles next to Terry as Terry holds him close and smiles.

Terry: So, how are you feeling, Korv?

Korvo then falls asleep peacefully as he feel safe in his hubby’s arms as Terry then smiles. Terry carries Korvo to the bed and lays him down gently

Terry: I love you my sweet Korvy. I will still keep our promise, because I want you to be happy. I love you…

Terry kisses Korvo on the forehead. Then, Terry heads on the bed and snuggles with his husband as they snore peacefully.

Unknown to them, Ophelia has been watching them from her crystal ball.

Ophelia: Hmm? So those are the aliens that have those powers huh? We’ll see about that…

Dangerous Romance Ep 2

Oh look, a whole hour on my hands where I am by myself and left to my own devices! Whatever shall I do?

No, not Only Friends. Waiting for my friend for that. :D

But OF isn't the only show I've missed this weekend, sooo with no further adieu, let's talk Dangerous Romance.

I am very glad Grandma isn't stupid, and that Pim cares more Kang not turning worse than she does about staying on his good side - not that Grandma said who told her or that Kang knows, but still. Clear test of everyone in the room - Kang, to see if he would lie to her, the teacher, to see what he knows and what he's been doing about it, and Sailom himself, a bit - is he strong enough to stand up when he has to?

The answer is clearly yes. but my goodness could Kang be more of a spoiled shit? He's just mad that Sailom keeps outsmarting him - that he's breaking the hierarchy as he sees it - and the increasing attempts to make him submit were honestly getting on my nerves. I can put up with a lot from shows but don't mess with money, you spoiled little asshat.

And I haven't been paying a ton of attention but I've seen stuff around about Sailom suddenly being friendly with Kang because he saved him. I do not read it that way at all - Sailom is in shock, more than anything. And Kang is the lesser of two evils - he may be a spoiled shit waving around a gun like he knows what he's doing with it when he clearly doesn't, but he's nothing close to what Sailom actually has to deal with in his every day life from *real* thugs. Kang is nothing.

And I think that if he's willing to play nice and Sailom can get some money out of it, he'll go along. I don't think he's forgotten a damn thing, though. He doesn't strike me as the type.

In my opinion, the emotional attachment thus far is all on Kang's side. I think he's gonna feel responsible for Sailom in a weird way now that he has saved him from getting his freaking arm burned to hell and back (and frankly yes I DID like the flash he had to all the times he came at Sailom during that bit - this is what it really looks like when you have problems, kiddo). I am curious to see if it translates to a high handedness he doesn't seem to have with his other friends - my guess is yes, and I am very curious how long Sailom will let him get away with it. My guess is not long.

Learning about the history of it is really fun, he loves learning about people and cultures so Pim will read up on it on his own time just to impress you

Absolutely loves it when you take selfies with him, it makes him feel really special! He does some cute little poses and smiles really wide

He has literally never heard about Gyaru in his life. When he saw your outfit he had to do a double take, it’s just something he’s never really seen so it was a little shocking

That doesnt mean he thinks it’s ugly or sum, he doesn’t really mind it after a bit and even comes to enjoy it! Thinks its really unique and kinda cool

When you explain to him it’s actually more of a counter culture thing is when he really starts to dig it. Really respects you for wanting to go against beauty standards in a way he’s never seen

Even though he wants to pretend he’s this confrontational macho guy he usually freezes especially when the other party is bigger. But if something happens he’ll always be there to defend you

But you usually are able to speak up for yourself well enough Charlie just admires you from afar. Always there to back you up though

You are the underdressed boyfriend and over dressed partner duo. People don’t even think you two would even be associated with each other w/ how Charlie dresses and acts

Kinda forgets after a while how wild you dress up until someone asks to take pictures with you. He gets it but it always surprises him because you’re just his partner to him

shocking results during the 1st prelims for the ssk.

i’m disappointed earn is so low. i hope her fc and fans will use this as motivation to vote more. last time, she was in ug during the prelims so i’m worried she won’t move higher. but i’ve donated today and will continue to do so.

i’m so happy for PANDA! she didn’t rank last time despite ranking in the GE2. i hope she climbs higher. this is her last one and she deserves it.

i was gagged when i saw lookked into the senbatsu. i thought she was popular from her handshake sales but now this proves that she has some clout. good for her. if she gets into the senbatsu on her first election, that’ll be incredible for her.

peak is in! popper also ranked high. i think she can get into the senbatsu. my prédication is that monet and yoghurt will drop down to ug.

nana is a great position. i think her performance in gingham check really helped up her popularity. so many people were talking about how charismatic her performance was. even i started oshi-ing her after that performance.

STANG AS CENTER. i didn’t even think that was a possibility but i would be so happy with either her or wee as center. if they’re able to do it, it’ll be the first time a 2ki solo centers a single. to do that after iam treated them like shit and during their last ssk would be a huge “FU” to iam. i think it’ll be a battle between her and kaning though. her fc is strong.

i hope sita is higher. i know she was disappointed because it means she could drop the ug again. she’s a popular member so i get so confused when it comes to the ssk and her fans just don’t vote…

#45-48 will be a battle. the lower positions always are but i think janry, satchan, and fahsai have a strong chance of ranking. janry is pushed by iam, satchan is a 1ki and fahsai has seniority over palmmy.

my HOPE is that earn, jingjing and eve move higher but meen was in ng last time so her fc has proven that they can keep that position or even higher.

L is semi-popular and will probably be ng center.

#28-32 will be a battle like i said. i hope panda moved up but her fc has to step it up. myyu might move up as well as ping. pancake is always iffy to me because she’s popular but her fans don’t seem to come out for her.
