This alllllll of this.
For all the talk about man vs bear. These bitches would choose a dirt dude every fucking time.
Also I wish I was a better person and human than I am but I want them PR bitches to suffer. Something horrible and humiliating like Amber. Dead ass. I don't want peace I want revenge.
In the case against Amber Heard, Depp's team went to great lengths to hide evidence against their client, they spent millions of dollars making sure it stays off the net, and his fans spent a shit ton of money afterwards to uncover that evidence in the greatest bamboozle I've ever seen in my short life. It would have been hilarious if it wasn't so tragic. They rode so hard for their childhood hero and paid so much money to get that hidden evidence uncovered only to find hospital records of every thing they said Amber Heard lied about. Meanwhile Amber Heard and her team barely had peanuts compared to the wealth of resources Depp had.
Baldoni's Team, which are the same people btw, aren't even doing that. Because they've learned that the people are frothing at the mouth waiting for the chance to rip a woman apart. They know that even with Blake's and her husband's billions of dollars, and Baldoni's far far lesser status than Depp, she's still just a woman. They don't even need to come up with a strategy or hide evidence or bribe judges. They just need one or two people to say "uhm that d list actor i saw on like one cw show and maybe heard about his podcast like once is like soooooo hot I'd also throw myself at him and then destroy my reputation my career my family my image and chances of future employment when he rejects me because I'm just a dumb blonde, an aging dumb blonde" and the Internet just runs with it. I am disgusted and so fucking disappointed.
The number of women who were told "that man isn't harassing you, you're projecting your little crush on him" or "he's not catcalling you he's giving you a compliment you're obviously fishing for and when he doesn't compliment you anymore you'll start crying because it will mean you're old and ugly" or "that man didn't rape you, you just regretted sleeping with him because it makes you a slut so you're crying rape to save face" is heartbreaking. I can say with certainty that every single one of us either knows one of these women or is one of these women.
And to all the pick mes going to war for Baldoni's ego while his team pops champagne for the easiest money they've ever made, you are either one of these women or you will be at some point in your life. Especially with the way the patriarchy is taking back control right now.
This is why I never liked dunking on girlbossism or imperfect feminists. Because the patriarchy used very valid criticisms to roll us all the way back to just hating women. Feminists were looking for a better way to do things. The rest were just hating on women.
"Blake Lively is the epitome of white feminism and girlboss feminism therefore I hate her and don't believe her when she's been abused" do you fucking hear yourself? Women don't owe you a perfect record of activism to be worthy of human decency.
Is Blake Lively a perfect self aware social justice warrior? No. Is she a victim who deserve justice? Yes.
Was Amber Heard the perfect victim who took every assault lying down then cried a single aesthetically pleasing tear before stoically forgiving her abuser and rapist and embracing him one last time because he's just a hurt man an she's the jezebel that pushed him to anger? No because she's fucking human and she did not deserve any of what was done to her during her marriage or after.
It is disgusting. And all the accounts tearing Blake Lively appart then complaining about Trump's presidency, I beg you to ask yourself why it has become so easy to discredit a woman. It's not a coincidence. It is sinister. And I am not exaggerating when I say it's an omen of a very dark future for women.
Celebrities have always been a microcosme of society. They're mirrors we project our beliefs on. And if the first thing people see when they look at the mountain of evidence against Baldoni is "an aging white woman trying to hide an emotional affair from her husband by ruining a poor hard working man's life" then the 1950s that the far right promised really are here.

Everything I see about the Blake Lively v Justin Baldoni situation is like:
Blake: Justin made me uncomfortable with his sexual comments and advances, did not make me feel safe doing intimate scenes and joked about how he wasn’t HR trained when it was brought up to him. Other crew members saw these instances occur and are supporting me
Justin: Ok that may be true but she was really mean and bossy and tried to take over MY movie and her husband made fun of me for being a performative feminist :( also Taylor Swift was there
Everyone, for some reason: OMG Blake gives such mean girl vibes. Justin seems like such a sweet sensitive soul. Glad he was able to prove she lied!

Hey I am begging you guys PLEASE do not fall for Justin Baldoni's smear campaigns against Blake Lively. Please do not be one of those people who are falling into the bullshit that Blake is in love with him or that she wanted the rights to the movie all to herself. I have been looking into smear campaigns for a year (specifically the exact pr team he hired). They've done this bullshit to many other women with the same formula.
Please do not keep letting this shit happen to innocent women. Do not join the dog pile. Remember "Stay Woke"? Wake up and learn about how powerful smear campaigns are. After all, it could happen to you too.

updates on justin baldoni and blake lively case.
After Baldoni sued New York Times for libel, he filed a $400m lawsuit against Lively and her husband.
On 16 January, Baldoni filed a lawsuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Ryenolds. He's suing them for $400m (£326m) damages on claims of civil extortion, defamation and invasion of privacy. His lawyer Bryan Freedman said the actress and her partners had disseminated "grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media". He also said Lively and her team had "attempted to bulldoze reputations and livelihoods for heinously selfish reasons". In response, Lively's legal team described the lawsuit as "another chapter in the abuser playbook".
Later on, Baldoni started to leak footages to the press(just like Depp did):
On 21 January, Baldoni released three out-takes of a romantic scene from the film as evidence that Lively's claims of sexual harassment are unfounded. The video's caption says the footage shows both actors "clearly behaving well within the scope of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism". However, Lively's lawyers said the footage showed him "repeatedly leaning in toward Ms Lively and attempting to kiss her". They added that every moment was "improvised by Mr Baldoni with no discussion or consent in advance, and no intimacy co-ordinator present". "Any woman who has been inappropriately touched in the workplace will recognise Ms Lively's discomfort," they said.
Mia Schachter, an intimacy coordinator who has worked on Apple TV+’s Lessons in Chemistry and FX’s American Crime Story shared her thughts on the leaked footage:
Even though she’s Blake Lively and can say no and isn’t going to be fired for speaking her mind the way that somebody else might fear, she still has to keep working with him and keep the peace and play nice. I can just see her trying to stay lighthearted and in good spirits about it and not upset him or anybody, and not waste anybody’s time. But of course, she is trapped between a rock and a hard place. I can see her appeasing him and trying to keep a smile on her face. In a scene like that, without an intimacy coordinator, I think it was his responsibility to ask Blake, “Hey, what do you think about kissing in this scene?” if that’s what he wanted to see. But he didn’t ask her or even mention that it was something he wanted to shoot — he just went for it. She pulled away, and then he did it again. He definitely should have communicated that that was what he wanted to shoot, but he didn’t. To me, that’s pretty damning, both as an actor and a director.
In addition to all of that, Baldoni plans to launch a website with all the evidence he has against Lively.
Blake Lively’s legal team responds to Baldoni’s court of public opinion nonsense:
“This matter is in active litigation in federal court. Releasing this video to the media, rather than presenting it as evidence in court, is another example of an unethical attempt to manipulate the public. It is also a continuation of their harassment and retaliatory campaign. While they are focused on misleading media narratives, we are focused on the legal process. We are continuing our efforts to require Mr. Baldoni and his associates to answer in court, under oath, rather than through manufactured media stunts.”
Meanwhile, youtube, tik-tok, twitter(x) and other social platforms are filled with pro Baldoni posts and calling Blake ''a new Amber Heard''.

It amazes me how some people will look at the Blake Lively situation and be like "yeah what happened to her is awful and she is obviously a victim here" but then they see that JB used (to attack Balke) the same PR Firm that JD used on his abuse case and the same people will say "Yeah but Amber is totally the abuser. Did you not see the social media posts during the trial?"
It just shows to me that nothing of this is ever about suvivors and victims and at the end of the day misogyny always win

How does that video prove Blake was right? She claimed Justin dragged his nose across her face and said, “smells so good” which….is not what happened in the video? We don’t see an intimacy coordinator in the video because they aren’t going to be on camera, so honestly whether or not they were there will have to be confirmed in court. The video doesn’t disprove any other claims Blake made, of course, so dude could for sure still be a creep but this video is not serving as proof for Blake’s claims.
I am answering this assuming this is asked in good faith despite my doubts.
You can very very clearly see in the video that Baldoni did drag his nose across her face multiple times. One time around 7 minutes and 22 second mark in this video Baldoni said am I getting beard on you today (because you can clearly tell that Blake isn't comfortable and he probably felt it too, hence the comment. Maybe it's the beared and not me). Blake said I'm probably getting spray tan on you. To which he responded with it smells good. That is creepy. And even if you personally don't think so Blake has every right to feel that way.
Blake's claim was "(Baldoni) did not act in character as Ryle; instead he spoke to Lively out of character as himself. At one point, he dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said "it smells so good." None of this was remotely in character, or based on any dialogue in the script, and nothing needed to be said because, again, there was no sound - Mr. Baldoni was caressing Mr. Lively with his mouth in a way that had nothing to do with the roles."
You may have noticed at the beginning of the video they show part of the script saying
"Lily and Ryal slow dance in the bar. Patrons around them drinking and watching sports. Completely in their own world."
Notice how this doesn't say anything about kissing or Baldoni doing that nose rubbing the face thing. Because that was improvised. The scene was about slow dancing everything else Baldoni was doing was not scripted.
Blake's claim is factual and the video confirms it. Just because it matches 95% of what Blake said instead of 100% doesn't mean Blake is lying. Just because his nose wasn't on her face when he said it doesn't mean Blake is making it up. Human memory isn't perfect. Honestly I was worried about this. That people are going to deem what happened to Blake as not serious enough. Baldoni did say it smelled so good, it was crossing the line and it did make Blake feel uncomfortable. Just because Blake said something about her tan doesn't make that line okay. Contrary to what Baldoni claimed in his complaint Blake did not say anything about the smell of her tan, Baldoni had no reason to bring up how she or her tan smell and given the context, given how he's behaving in this video it makes me feel uncomfortable watching it.
Also keep in mind Baldoni was the one who leaked it. He's not going to leak the most incriminating things now is he? He's going to leak the least incriminating things.
An intimacy coordinator (not the one working on the movie a different one) has actually talked about this footage. This is the link to the article but I'm also going to show some quotes from it here.
"In a scene like this, it’s really common that you wouldn’t bring on an intimacy coordinator because there’s no simulated sex or nudity, and there’s not even kissing written into the scene. We saw that from that script excerpt. An intimacy coordinator would have been very clear: We’re not doing any kissing. This is the kind of touch that is on the table. Nothing else is, we’re not going to bring anything into the scene that we haven’t discussed prior.”
"I can just see her trying to stay lighthearted and in good spirits about it and not upset him or anybody, and not waste anybody’s time. But of course, she is trapped between a rock and a hard place. I can see her appeasing him and trying to keep a smile on her face."
While talking about "it smells so good" comment "To say that out of character, it’s not inherently wrong or inappropriate, but when there has been mounting discomfort and mounting line crossings, I can see how that becomes yet another thing that was out of line."
Read the full article, it's pretty good. This is why I believe that no intimacy coordinator was present because if they were they would have intervened.
Also can we talk about Baldoni's complaint for a bit. Because it is so stupid and the video that he leaked himself doesn't even support it.
Baldoni said in his complaint that "Lively, consistently unable to take direction, insisted that she really liked the idea of characters constantly talking, because, as she described, she and her husband like to "keep talking and talking and talking." Baldoni, her director and the film's assistant director (who was directing the scene) disagreed. In an attempt to encourage her to take his direction Baldoni offered up that he and his wife often look into each other's eyes silently, to which she responded "Like sociopaths" and Laughed."
Not only is this just a straight up lie because Blake was silent for long stretches of time, not only was her suggestions of talking during this scene was better than whatever weird face rubbing thing Baldoni was trying to do, you can also very clearly see that she was pulling away from him and suggesting that they talked because she was uncomfortable with the face rubbing thing!!
Baldoni also just agreed with her multiple times throughout the video. You can also very clearly hear around 8 minutes and 28 second mark that Baldoni said I'm going to let you direct this scene or something along those lines. Which is conveniently not captioned. Baldoni claimed to have wanted a female gaze and female perspective but now he's framing his lead actress giving him suggestions for some scenes as 'taking over the movie'? He also said that Blake can come to him any time with suggestions but when she actually does she's somehow undermining his authority? Let's be real about what's happening here. Her suggestions were better than his and that hurts his ego so he's accusing her of hijacking the project for doing things that under any other circumstances she would have been praised for.
Also the sociopath thing is so misleading. Baldoni said that he and his wife literally stare at each other for five minutes and that Blake would find it terrifying. To which Blake says "I would be like, oh no I found a sociopath". Both of them were laughing throughout this interaction. The shit Baldoni mentioned in his stupid lawsuit is taken far far out of context to make Blake look like a mean girl at best and is just a straight up lie at worst.
Lastly I'm linking a video by the youtuber Ophie Dokie. She has been covering this topic since the beginning and she has been on Blake's side since the beginning of this "drama" despite not liking Blake as a person. She has made other videos on this topic, she has done livestreams doing research surrounding this situation and she's just a great youtuber in general who deserves far more views than she's getting especially compared to the pro B*ldoni drama channels so please please watch her videos. She has covered everything I've said here and more and she goes into much more depth about these things than I ever could.
And Yeah I know this is long but it can't be helped. Spreading misinformation is far easier than correcting it. If you show someone a video of a woman being sexually harassed and the other person goes "nuh uh didn't happen" there is very little you can do to convince that person. It's frustrating. If this ask is made in bad faith no amount of evidence and nothing I say is going to change your mind. But I still wanted to put this out there just because all the assholes saying "tHe vIdEo pRovEs bLakE wAs lyINg" makes me so angry.

Surprise surprise a woman being perceived as bitchy still seen worse than sexual harassment and literal smear campaigns done by the man who harassed her.
Surprise surprise men who claim to be some sort of feminist champion for women are usually narcissistic, cunning liars who perpetuate the same sexist, abusive shit as men all over the place.
80 page lawsuit with receipts. Entire cast wanted nothing to do with the accused man. Red flags everywhere.
"Oh but Blake Lively is a mean girl sometimes so she deserves it."
So many people fell for the orchestrated smear campaign against this woman just because she's "unlikeable" and Baldoni hired JOHNNY DEPP'S PR TEAM LET THAT SINK IN like that doesn't alone speak volumes.

I can dislike Blake Lively for her plantation wedding and tone deaf marketting and believe her when she says she has been harrassed because I'm an adult and my brain is developped enough to hold two truths at once, especially when these two truths have nothing to do with one another.
I'll believe her on her word alone, because when I said "me too" and "believe victims" I didn't mean "but only likeable victims though the annoying ones can stfu". But I don't have to. Because he literally signed a legal document agreeing not to do these behaviors again, emphasis on again.
And while she had the grace to only request that he stop those behaviors so she can keep working and didn't sue his ass right away, he decided to retaliate in a smear campaign that had even the staunchest feminists rallying around him. I'll admit, even I fell for his good guy spiel there, especially because years of his "man enough" podcast have bought him so much good will within the feminist community. And to find out that he was using us to prop up his career and harrass women behind the scenes? That is a betrayal. And the fact that the tactics of his team worked so well is something I have to sit with and unpack.
And yes, it's uncomfortable to realize you've been had. But the solution isn't to double down on a victim. It's to take a step back and admit that we are not immune to propaganda. Only then can we start taking steps to escape, or at least learn to see the signs. If you're 100% convinced propaganda and brainwashing will never work on you, you'll be the first one to fall for it. You have to admit to a fault before you can start fixing it.
And this case is not about the harrassment. She's not suing him for harrassment. She already settled that with a legally binding document. She's suing him for retaliation and exposing something that women in the public eye have been talking about for so long but without any physical proof they couldn't take any legal steps. She's exposing how these pr firms will literally bury women the second they become inconvenient to the industry. Blake Lively is far from the first. But I am hoping this is a step towards making her one of the last.

Justin Baldoni's PR team bought a bunch of bots online that are pushing the narrative that Blake Lively was actually in love with Justin Baldoni and when he rejected her she developed a plan to falsely accuse him of sexual harassment so she could take the rights to It Ends With Us. Everyone they worked with who's spoken in support of Blake is being thrown into this theory (i.e Colleen Hoover, Taylor Swift, Ryan Reynolds) that they conspired against poor Justin.
It's rare to see posts from people who support Blake Lively. If these rumors were spreading organically you would see a decent amount of support for Blake. But our feeds are being completely overloaded with anti-Blake Lively posts. This is a paid artificial smear campaign. Blake Lively is right.
His PR team is doing this because they want him to win the court of public opinion before a legal trial ever starts. It is potentially and will probably successfully sway the opinion of a potential jury. Justin Baldoni is playing dirty while Blake Lively is doing the right thing and waiting to be in the court room before she shares all her evidence. Right now Baldoni's propaganda is being pushed to the public with no court to fact check the "evidence".

Now, the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper reports that Baldoni is preparing to file a counter-lawsuit, along with his business partner and Wayfarer Studios CEO Jamey Heath and the publicists named in Lively’s complaint. The Mail reports that the papers will be filed when the courts reopen after the New Year break, here are some of the claims:
- Lively’s team was responsible for smears against Baldoni, not the other way round as is claimed in her legal filing;
- WhatsApp messages from Baldoni’s team have been presented out of context in a way that alters their meaning;
- That Lively’s own publicist planted stories painting Baldoni in a bad light with news organizations;
- That Lively’s legal move is designed to rebuild her public image after she received bad press during the promotional campaign for the film.
He couldn't be more obvious.

One of the things that scares me about the Hatred for Blake Lively is that she's legit a very charismatic and charming person. She comes across as sweet and genuine. In like clips proving how bad she is, she's just being very upbeat, very witty. She comes across as so likeable. I do not get how so many people walk away from her coming across as mean.
This scares me because if or when this happens to the next person and if they are less charming than Blake, they are not going to survive.

I honestly hate it when ppl always bring up the bad things blake lively did when in discussion about her sexual harrassment by Justin baldoni. Just recently she got backlash bc of it and all her wrong doings were known by all. Now it's time to fight for her. She's a women just as any of us and she's dealing with misogyny just as any of us.
Why do ppl feel the need to hate a women forever? Why are they given one chance in life?
Justin is a zionist and after a couple months, everyone went back to kissing his ass. Why is he allowed to be redeemed?
Even tho he never apologized for being a zionist unlike blake has for her past mistakes. I'm not saying she deserves to be forgiven as that's not my place to forgive her. But every famous women always fixes their mistakes while men just never talk on it.
