Welp, I guess I'll do one of those "some of my followers are teens, here's my Super Adult Advice" posts
- It's okay to cry. Crying is the way your body has of regulating your emotions! When there are too many of them, you just need to get them out, and that's always okay. Thinking that crying makes you weak would be like thinking a dog wagging its tail from excitement is weak!
- It's normal to feel numb or empty after crying! Not being able to move, to be productive or to socialise after you've cried a lot are all normal things. What works for me in those moments is watching a show, a movie, or just lying in bed for a while. Find what works for you!
- Don't trust people, online or irl, who claim to be morally superior to people who aren't like them. If anyone tries to tell you how you need to be in order to be "superior" like them vs being "inferior" like others (ie: telling you what to wear, what you can and can't enjoy, what you can and can't think, who to hang out with, and who you should and shouldn't respect), run.
- Sometimes, we need to learn to forgive ourselves for the things we've done in the past, and accept that all we can do is be better in the future. You can always choose to be better. But don't expect perfection from yourself—we all mess up, we all hurt people, we all have bad days. We're human!
- Unfollow, block and blacklist tags unashamedly. Your tumblr experience should be fun, not stressful or triggering, and you don't need anyone's permission before unfollowing, blocking and blacklisting whatever and whoever you want.
- It's not your responsibility to donate to everyone (or anyone) who needs help, or to reblog any posts you don't want to. Messages like "everyone should reblog this", "if you can't reblog this unfollow me", "funny how no one is talking about this" and "I don't care what your theme is, you need to reblog this" are ALL guilt-trips. Scrolling past without interacting with those posts is a form of self care and doesn’t make you a bad person.
- Eat your veggies, don't pet or distract working dogs as you could put their owners in danger, and don't be scared to be creative! You don't need to be super talented or amazing in order to have fun!

Many of the women promoting the “cancellation” of men in comics, and demanding they post the recent empty promise known as #ComicsPledge, are in fact hypocrites.  In this article, I’m going to present evidence of lies, collusion, rumor spreading, and, in my opinion, defamation and contract interference.
I personally know that they’ve colluded for YEARS to take down men. Specifically those with conservative politics and philosophies. This is an ongoing, coordinated effort. How do I know this?
Because I obtained access to their PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP.
This is Part 1 of the #Hypocralypse leaks
There is simply too much to put in one leak, so I will make the following three points for now.
1. The so-called Comic Book Whisper Network, which has been dismissed as conspiracy since 2016, is real, and I have hundreds of screenshots to prove it.
2. The Whisper Network has been targeting men and trying to destroy their careers, and use their connections in the comic book media to do so.
 3. Whisper Network members have acted unprofessionally and unethically at best. At worst, they have engaged in what I believe could be illegal behavior.
MY STORY
I first heard about the Whisper Network back in mid-2016 from folks I knew at Image, DC, Marvel, and later, Valiant.  Depending on who I chatted with, sometimes the group was called ‘The Women’s Network’, other times ‘The Whisper Network’, occasionally ‘The Whisper Campaign’, and eventually there were more conspiratorial names used mockingly (a friend called them a gender-swapped 4Chan, which became ‘FemChan’ to some insiders).
Regardless of the name, it was all the same group.
The same five or six names kept popping up in conversation over and again. As time ticked on, I noticed a trend on Social Media: half a decade of rumors, false allegations, cancellation attempts , and they almost always traced back to these same five or six people.  The goal of this Whisper Network, according to industry folks, was simple: choose a target, smear them until they lose their reputation, their income, and are ultimately blacklisted – opening up job opportunities for the same people who started these smear campaigns in the first place.

 Behind the scenes these “cancellations” are painted as morally or politically motivated, but in the end it’s all financial. As time passed, the group in question seemed more and more like a reality. I saw their influence. I saw things I knew to be verifiably untrue go viral online, appearing in what I thought were legit news sources. I felt angry and helpless seeing innocent people getting attacked, but did not know what to do. 
A few years passed and by 2018 almost everyone I interacted with in the industry seemed to know about the Network, from top level editors right down to the letterers. It was an open secret, but no one was willing to speak up for fear of being targeted themselves. They knew the consequences.

And after all, this was a secret network. Without proof, there was no point in going public because members would just deny its existence, and use their media connections to smear anyone who challenged them.
 THEN THINGS GOT INTERESTING
December 16, 2018, Whisper Network member Gail Simone, who joined the Network 6 years ago (4 years before the following tweet was posted), mocks “doofuses” who speculate that a “whisper campaign” exists.

At this point in late 2018, I was still skeptical of the Whisper Network’s existence. I’d heard many stories of individuals spreading rumors and lies, and plenty of malicious behavior was going on behind closed doors. Though I wasn’t ready to believe it was a coordinated effort, or collusion was involved.  Then, certain people began openly mentioning the Whisper Network and my attitude changed.
 March 26, 2019, Heather Antos, a member herself, did not outright mention the Whisper Network or her involvement, but she made what some took as a veiled threat to those who got on her bad side.

 Heather “milkshake girl” Antos’ colorful backstory at Marvel, and later at Valiant, is notorious in the comic industry. A conversation about office rumor-spreading and bullying is never complete without someone bringing up a juicy Antos anecdote. Everyone has one.
Up until then, I still hadn’t seen ACTUAL PROOF of a larger scheme. But then, something changed in 2020.
January 8, 2020, Alex de Campi, who I would discover is one of the most active Whisper Network members, openly admits there is a Network. I have no idea if this was a slip or a brazen attempt to show off her power and influence, but this appeared.

Eventually, everything I had heard and read was confirmed beyond any shadow of a doubt after I gained access to their private Facebook group.
I WAS INSIDE THE WHISPER NETWORK!
This is the place where the Whispher Network has been colluding for years. And although their activity is not confined to just this site, from what I can tell, this was where they first met, and started their coordinated campaigns.

At present time, there are 440+ members of the secret Facebook group, called COMIC BOOK WOMEN. From what I can tell, a few are regular users, though many of them have never posted.

Secret Facebook groups offer the same level of privacy as closed groups, but operate under a cloak of invisibility. No one can search for secret groups or even request to join them. The only way to get in one is to know someone who can invite you. Everything shared in a secret group is visible only to its members.
This secret group includes a list of members whose actions and connections speak for themselves. Members such as:
Zoe Quinn
Gail Simone
Alex de Campi
Heather Antos (aka Heather Marie)
Mags Visaggio (aka Magdalene Francis)
Mairghread Scott
And several key members of the group are women who work in the comics media and can be used to run damage control, including women like Heidi MacDonald of Comics Beat.  They have contacts outside of the secret network as well, with some male allies in both comics and the media.
Just the fact that all of these folks were secretly linked in a private network came as a shock to me, considering their reputations and the accusations that they’ve made. Immediately I began to connect the dots…

They’ve denied for YEARS that they coordinate their actions in private. And yet they always coincidentally appear on Twitter, retweeting and amplifying each other’s accusations, signal boosting one another, and helping them gain traction. And their allies in media – Bleeding Cool and CBR specifically – will turn those same tweets into stories almost instantly & with no fact-checking or verification, sometimes within the hour.
I’m going to start explaining who the key actors are, and, from my perspective, how they coordinate these attacks.
KEY ACTORS
There are too many people to focus on at once, so I will have to break this into several posts, but I will start with one of the clear group leaders IMO.
Alex de Campi is well connected, despite never being part of the Big Two (since, from what I’ve been told management is well aware of her bullying, harassment, rumor-spreading and unethical behavior that goes back years, and depending on who you talk to she’s almost as notorious as Antos or Tess Fowler).  She just wrapped up a graphic novel campaign on Kickstarter with David Bowie’s son, the Hollywood film director Duncan Jones. It grossed over $366K
All the while she makes baseless accusations while demanding transparency from everyone else.

Now, I’ll take you into their private network.
Two years ago, on May 13, 2018, De Campi launched a private campaign to target an independent creator, claiming she was using her connections to have Simon & Schuster cancel their book.

In addition to contacting the publisher, others in the Whisper Network coordinated their efforts to contact media outlets to have the narrative changed, according to the posts in this thread.  Again, in my opinion, this could end up as a defamation or tortious interference case, and has many implications regarding media bias as well.
 
The following month, on June 23, 2018, de Campi posted private text messages between herself and writer Max Bemis in what appeared to be an attempt to damage his career. Despite Bemis being mentally ill (diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2014), de Campi still posted the private messages with malicious intent IMO. According to US and UK law this is an actionable offense: posting private texts without both parties consenting.

During the week of September 13 – September 19, the Heliotrope Journey team had to say goodbye to Allgloss, who departed from us as a tester for deeply personal reasons that I would will not be disclosing in specific detail for the sake of his well-being. Let me stress that this announcement is not an error on my part this time. It is a permanent cession and we will forever miss his love and support. He will, however, be a spectator that will cheer us on as we focus on the fourth prototype episode and our future projects.
Since he was also the biggest donor to the funding of the series’ development, I believe that you deserve to know why I’ve made the heartbreaking decision to not allow him to return in the foreseeable future while also keeping in mind that certain details about these events should be kept private out of respect. On the previous week, Allgloss had a severe crisis at his home and at the time, I had my own issues in real life to sort out such as panic attacks I’ve been having during and after my shifts in my real life job so I unfortunately did not have the right state of mind to make time for him. He did not believe me when he threw me head first into that position to explain myself, which left me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Though I wish I worded my replies differently, I couldn’t help but think that it wouldn’t have made much of a difference regardless. That led me to having no idea how I felt about all of this. The week got worse from there on out, but the following Monday ended with Allgloss being sent to the emergency room to receive treatment for his injuries and that description was the tip of the iceberg. All I can tell you next is that the last text he sent me afterwards had him double down on his delusional paroxysm, therefore, undermining every single apology he gathered the courage to tell me. I was having trouble finding it in my heart to forgive him before that, but I would have overtime if we stayed on good terms and supported each other since then. Long story short, I’ve decided that this was the final straw.
I have severed ties with him as a result of his actions and prevented him from contacting me again because I told myself that I was through getting involved and decided that it was best that his therapist, if he’s seeing one, should take it from here. A custom level that would have been designed for him as a reward for his past donations will instead be given to a close friend on Discord that has helped me tremendously with leaving this experience to the past. I figured that it would be the least that I can do for him as a token of my gratitude for putting up with me throughout our friendship.
Why have I decided to preemptively type this post? Keeping the unwarranted backlash that a couple of my role models have faced while in similar situations in mind, my deepest concern is that Allgloss might use the situation as leverage to besmirch my name on his YouTube channel and dismantle this series before it blossoms. That way, if I receive any flaming messages over this, they will be directed to this post so they know what my side of the story is. At the end of the day, though, I know from the bottom of my heart that Allgloss would never do such a thing. It is not in his character to spite anyone based on the way they see the world unless they are harming a vulnerable group of real people. He is a good man that fell so hard because he should’ve gotten the professional help he needed during that time. I ask you to please not send any hate to his social media pages in addition to his channel because he has already suffered enough and will need a lot of much-needed time to work out his issues that have risen from these events.

Edit: This situation is not so dissimilar to the hardships and mental strain that Rachel Oates experienced in a previous relationship. I didn’t go through the exact same thing, but the comparisons and signs looked familiar. These screenshots exist to add more context to this post and help raise awareness of what had been going on.
I am so sorry that you all had to read this sorrowful essay. It was the only way for me to find closure in the matter and in case you wanted to know why a prominent contributor like Allgloss has mysteriously stepped down. It’s been agony for me to type, edit, and revise this because I’ve been looking back at the good times we have had together that ranged from tossing around ideas for Michaela’s character development to how his celebrity encounters growing up inspired me to attend online meet and greets that have risen in popularity due to social distancing. Reminiscing about these uplifting moments that made Allgloss’s bond with me so powerful before made reading through his messages during those two weeks in September all the more tragic.
I hope you understand that we’re only human. We all make mistakes in our everyday lives and sometimes it’s difficult to move on from them due to the damage they may have caused, but it’s important that they should not define what our future has in store. Likewise, the Heliotrope Journey team and myself will use this experience to better ourselves and keep moving forward so this situation will not reoccur. I advise you to do the same so you don’t soil the present while dwelling on the negatives of your past.

Netflix’ “Sex Education” An Abusive Relationship?
Since Season 2 of the beloved Netflix series Sex Education went online last week, I have read quite a few controversial comments regarding the choice to pair off Eric Effiong and Adam Groff.
I would just like to add my two cents.
Adam, headmaster Groff’s only son, is introduced to us as Moordale’s school bully who has a particular eye on Eric, whom he likes to push and shove, humiliate and steal lunch from. We are however also confronted with the fact that Adam is everything but enviable - his dad seems to want him to become another version of himself, which Adam is everything but comfortable with. Like his father, Adam is a loner, except he is aware of it. As he confesses to Otis right in episode 1, Adam wishes he and his family were “normal”.
As Season 1 evolves into its last episode Eric and Adam are put into detention, where after another fight which Eric loses Adam shares a surprisingly tender sex act with him. (Also very opposite to his soulless encounters with his ex girlfriend, Aimée.)
Caught for having cheated at school, at the end of the series Adam is shipped off to military school despite his protests with his father and pleas with his mother.
In Season 2, expelled through no fault of his own, back home Adam repeatedly runs into Eric again who has by now hooked up with the new pupil Rahim, who has no qualms with his homosexuality and does not hide his attraction to Eric. Eric then meets with contrasting feelings when Adam begins to take him on unusual “dates” at night, which always end with a few shy kisses.
Otis, Eric’s best friend, is appalled when he learns that Eric has feelings for the guy who bullied him for years and does not accept Eric’s justification “He has changed”.
Later, outdoors at Otis’ ill-fated impromptu party, Eric finally confronts Adam with the suffering he had to endure due to him for years and how this made it very hard for Eric to finally learn to love and accept himself. He declares that he does no longer want to see Adam secretly at night: “You won’t even take my hand.” Adam confesses that he thinks his orientation might actually be bisexual.
Eric has by now realized that he does not have much in common with Rahim. It is debatable how much more he has in common with Adam, but before he can think more about it Adam runs into the annual school theatre performance and publicly asks Eric to take his hand on stage. As Eric complies, the audience cheers them.

I myself was surprised about this development because one thing the series has taught me is that bullies sometimes are people who simply don’t know how to show someone that they like them. (Which is of course very unhealthy but makes sense in a way.)
The criticism coming from many viewers here is that Eric is setting up with the guy who bullied him for years, which is deplored as being unhealthy in itself, apart from seeming to suggest that gay men have a thing for abusive guys.
But what I would like to point out here is that Sex Education is not merely a soap opera about horny teenagers: it is much more than that.
Apart from approaching subjects and problems that many of us are not aware of because if they do not regard us directly we are usually too ashamed to speak about them (and often even then), the series’ goal is not to simply inform and amuse us but to trace the personal development of the persons involved.
We are repeatedly shown that sex acts and sex drive are not simply amusing games but, as Otis puts it, they “have consequences”. The reason why some persons are attracted to others and or have certain wishes are amply to be seen; their sex drive often is what brings people together, at times separates them, and pushes them from their needs into one direction or another, though not always giving them what they bargained for.
It does not surprise that Adam keeps gravitating towards Eric, who is a people person, whose father is a family man and whose family is somewhat loud and messy but very united, a foil to the prissy graveyard the Groff’s house feels like. In season 2 Adam’s own mother files for divorce from her husband - she does not say so but it is all too clear that she is starved for human connection as her son is.
It is her example, and also something she says to him about how important it is to show people we love them, that finally pushes Adam to his declaration towards Eric. Having admitted his feelings for him Adam surprisingly is embraced by the whole Effiong family, who notice the spark Adam ignites in Eric and admire him for his official coming out in front of everyone he knows.
Does that mean I am sighing over this couple? Well, no. I am happy for them and honestly, I felt that their scene together was a hundred times more romantic than the whole school performance of Romeo and Juliet. I admire Adam for his courage to disengage himself from his father’s role model and Eric for his generosity and forgiveness.
Are we in for a happy ending here? The background of Shakespeare’s play, which notoriously ends in a tragedy, would suggest otherwise (although I am not aware how much the series’ authors are into symbolism).
But is “all’s well that ends well” the only prerequisite to make this somewhat awkward though cute couple acceptable?
The point is that Eric and Adam both have developed beyond who they were. Eric has openly stood up for himself confronting Adam with his behavior instead of avoiding him, and Adam has apologized, admitted his feelings and found the connection he longed for.
How this will develop further and whether these two will manage to be together is anybody’s guess, but for now they have both been an important landmark in each other’s life, growing from the boys they were to the men they will be. And that is why I can’t see anything wrong with them as a couple, at least not for now. We will have to wait and see how it will develop from now on.
  To put it in Otis’ father’s words: “When you’re young you think everybody out there really gets you. But you know, actually only a handful of them ever do. All the people who like you despite your faults. And if you discard them, they never come back. So, when you meet those people, you should just hold onto them. Really, really tightly. And don’t let them go.”

It’s the difference I see all the time between “dieters” and “burners” who might look similarly “skinny” with their clothes on:

So why do you see so many more “skinny” people who look like the guy on the left, rather than the lean and toned guy on the right?
It’s not that the “lean and toned” folks pumped iron and packed on lots of extra muscle like a competitive bodybuilder would… The REAL difference is…
Yes, that means that if you burn fat the right way, you can “expose” the firm, toned-looking physique you already have, hidden beneath a layer of unwanted fat… if “dieting” doesn’t get to it first.
And this also means that if you lose fat the wrong way… the “diet industry” way… you might eventually become one of the “lucky” ones who manage to suffer through the torture and get “skinnier”…
But… to show you how bad it can get. I’ve had clients come to me for personal training who at a glance looked thin… BUT their body fat percentage turned out to be what you’d expect to see in somebody who’s visibly overweight, even obese.
One woman I tested was about 5-foot-7 and weighed 121 pounds on the scale… sounds good so far, right?
Then we got to her body fat: It measured an astonishingly high 28% – that’s 34 pounds of pure fat!
Now, I want you to imagine for a second, an arm bone with a one-inch pad of fat surrounding it, kind of like foam insulation around a pipe. That’s what her arm felt like… only the “insulation” was pure fat!
If you grabbed the back of her (very “thin”) arm… it was just one giant fat fold! Literally no palpable muscle at all, just bone and fat.
The fitness slang for this condition is “skinny fat”… and it’s gotten so common, there’s even a medical name for it:
Doctors call it “normal-weight obesity”…
and when they look at DEXA (dual energy x-ray absorpitometry) results or MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scans like the one above…. they’re horrified!…
… because this means we have not one epidemic…
We have TWO EPIDEMICS: The obesity epidemic and the Muscle loss epidemic!
And the older you are, the worse the effects, because the older you are, the easier it is to lose muscle. Most people don’t know this, but losing muscle is one of the fastest ways to accelerate the effects of aging.
Because diets cause muscle loss, it’s not a stretch to say that dieting ages you faster.
With each new fad “diet”… you “diet away” lots of lean muscle, and just a little bit of fat. That’s the basic problem with “diets”: Every one you try is like taking one step forward and two steps back… so even if you “win” and “drop some weight”, you still lose!
And dieting danger goes beyond just looking “skinny fat”… because as bad as that sounds, ending up with the skinny-fat metabolism that goes with it is even worse.
As hyper-committed as bodybuilders are to burning fat… they avoid “diets” like the plague, and it’s not just that diets cannibalize muscle… they also damage your metabolism, making it harder and harder to burn more fat off, and keep the fat you’ve already burned from creeping back on.
That’s because typical calorie-slashing diets can’t fool your body… and the body’s response is automatic and unavoidable:
Decreased metabolism, hormone imbalance, sluggish thyroid, gnawing hunger pangs, low energy and “brain fog”… sound familiar?

Q: Do you really answer questions and give personal coaching on your site? How do you find the time?

Oh Jake. So close. That was almost a professional, yet firm message to fans. Until you insulted them and scolded them. Do you know the age demographic for your band at all? Your band’s age demographic is roughly 13 to early 20’s. According to Ofcom, a fifth of children aged 12-15 will believe things they find online with unquestioning faith. They’re often unable to tell what is a legit piece of research or factual information and what’s a scam, lie or something created for money or personal gains when compared with reliable sources. This means a lot of teens are quite naive when it comes to the online world and when it comes to taking things at face value. Ofcom made a report in 2015 called ’ Children and parents: Media and Attitudes’ and in it, reported that children between 8-15 believe information on social media websites like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube is ‘all true’. Ofcom’s findings challenge widespread assumptions that the generations who have grown up with the internet – so-called ‘digital natives’ – are automatically savvier about the online world.
The prefrontal cortex is associated with judgment, decision making, and mental flexibility—or with the ability to change plans when faced with an obstacle is undergoing a lot of changes in a teenager, it’s developing as they grow and as such, the teenage brain is much more vulnerable and it means they can be more naive and easily taken advantage of.
There is direct evidence to show that teenagers can be naive when it comes to things online. So, if a person publicly calls you an asshole or immature, then you will probably have to suck it up and get over it.But if someone says something like the below then there’s potential for a lawsuit:
1: Accuses you of a crime.
2: Accuses you of having a serious contagious disease like HIV or AIDS.
3: Makes negative comments about your business which impact said business.
4: Accuses you of cheating or adultery.
Then potentially you could sue them over it. But lets face it, what lawyer is going to take that case? 'Oh um could you sue these young kids online who are gossiping about me please?’ She’d probably end up having to pay the legal fees for both parties and if she’s looking for financial compensation, what’s she going to get out of a bunch of young people? Candy? Makeup? $20? Also know that these types of comments/remarks must be made to someone else (and not just to the person that the statement is about). Otherwise, there is no lawsuit.
Lawsuits are expensive,especially defamation lawsuits. They must be commenced in supreme court and not in a small claims court. So it’s not cheap to take someone to court over mean things they say online. And ultimately, Inna would put herself into substantial debt, just to sue some people online and get nothing out of it.
Similarly, you can’t sue someone if they say your music is bad, your dress sense is bad, they don’t like your makeup, they think you’re ugly, etc. Most opinions don’t count as defamation because they can’t be proved to be objectively false. Inna can’t, for example say 'Someone said my music sucks, I want to sue them’ because a court can’t go 'Well…we think it’s great so yeah, sure.’ because it’s subjective. The whole point of defamation law is to take care of injuries to reputation. If you want to sue for defamation you need to prove that what was said/written has damaged your reputation or career or personal relationships with family/friends etc. Someone saying 'I think she smells’ or whatever is not defamation. But someone saying 'Inna did [insert crime here]’ would be classed as defamation.
So simply cutting and pasting the definition of defamation isn’t going to cut it. People are entitled to talk and gossip as they see fit so long as it’s not false shit. Also the law treats private citizens and public figures differently. The standard for libel against a public figure is higher. You have to prove not only that the information is false but that the tabloid intended “actual malice” and that is very hard to prove. Specifically, for the public figure you have to demonstrate malice, whereas the falseness of the statement is what matters for the little people. Inna and Jake are public figures, so the law changes when it comes to defamation.
But malice doesn’t mean “because you disliked the person” in a legal context, but rather “did you know it was false, or were you at least reckless with regards to determining whether it was false?”
In regards to this whole 'Stop bullying us thing’. I’m assuming Jake and Inna read this blog. You’re a popular Tumblr, Ren, and I’ve no doubt that some people have screen capped a few anonymous posts and sent them to Inna and Jake.
Jake, Inna, you need to grow thicker skin. That’s the whole part and partial. You need thicker skin. You are both public figures, you’re in the public eye to a point, you’re in careers where you are letting people see you, you post a lot on social media, you are quite open about certain aspects of your personal lives. As such, you need to be prepared for people to comment, criticise and generally be douche bags.
Thin-skinned people often care more about avoiding disapproval than with getting approval. The touchiness, irritability, and defensiveness of people who are thin-skinned often result in silent disapproval by others. Sometimes the disapproval is not silent. Thin-skinned people can become very upset and preoccupied with internal focusing on slights from others. This interferes with their ability to experience the approval and support of significant others. When the Dalai Lama was asked “After the massive destruction the Chinese communist government has wreaked on your country and people, why aren’t you angry?” He replied, “If I got angry, then I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night or eat my meals peacefully. I’d get ulcers, and my health would deteriorate. My anger couldn’t change the past or improve the future, so what use would it be?” (T. Chödrön, 2001).
Have a better sense of who you are and not how you think others think you are. Learn to be more comfortable with yourself and you will slowly be more desensitized by other’s judgments. “Thick skin” = Unapologetic. You may say things like 'I’m who I am, sorry haters’ but you obviously aren’t too comfortable, because of this insane need to react to 'haters’. They are young kids, young adults. They probably have nothing better to do than discuss gossip about band members. They probably enjoy it. At the end of the day, as adults beyond 20, you should be the mature ones and learn to let it go over your heads and stop reacting to it. You cause yourselves more stress when you start yelling and being passive aggressive to a bunch of kids online. If you put yourself out there and aren’t a pissy hard-headed little shit, you’ll attract people like yourself and can enjoy that. If you look you can find people for whoever you are, so why not be what feels best (assuming what feels best isn’t being off putting)? Derive your sense of self worth from how well you’re living your life for you, not from what others say. Realize you have control over yourself and your own thoughts and feelings. Upon realizing these things, you have much better control on how they affect you emotionally. You can then make the choice to subject to those emotions or let them go.
I have a personal rule when it comes to people making fun of me, insulting me and so on online: If I’m not mad enough to physically fight someone, I’m not mad at all.
You choose to let things said online bother you, you choose to go on these huge blocking sprees and witch hunts. You essentially hurt yourselves by doing so. Stop getting people to send in screenshots, stop going on witch hunts for young adolescents and grow thicker skin, and act more professional. You can be intimate with fans in the sense of sharing photos and vlogs, but you can also show them where the limit is, without lowering yourself to a gossipers level and insulting fans. BVB, with the exception of Jinxx and Cc, are all guilty of encouraging drama, by being secretive and letting little bits of info slip to fans. This whole business with Ashley supposedly leaving the band, that fact that Jake has said Ashley doesn’t do bass and that he himself tracks the bass, things like that cause drama. If you don’t want drama, don’t toss titbits of gossip to fans like you toss scraps to starving dogs.
You can either be 'best friends’ with your fans, or treat them as fans and keep them at a distance. If you want to be buddy buddy with your fans, then keep going as you are, and you’ll get a buddy buddy situation where half of them love you, half of them gossip about you, like you get in all friend situations. Or you can keep them as fans and control the info they get by keeping your mouth shut in public circles where fans can readily get the info (This is honestly not hard, lots of bands do this.). In which case. BVB and Jake and Inna need to stop using fans like minions and using them for personal gain and witch hunts. Because when you start giving fans liberties, they start to take advantage and start to treat you like they might treat their own friends. In which case the thin line between fan and 'idol’ is gone and you have the situation BVB and Jake and Inna have on their hands right now. Which is unruly fans who gossip and suck up to them, like you get in all clique friend circles.
Also, a lot of this boils down to a loss of respect from both parties. BVB, Jake and Inna all have an issue in that they have lost respect for fans and in turn, fans have lost respect for them. When you insult, scold and belittle your fans, they are going to be offended. When you do what Andy did and dismiss your fans and insult them, they’re going to be hurt and angry. When you constantly do what Jake and Inna do with fans, they’re going to be offended and treat you like a joke.
Mutual respect on both sides needs to be key in fan and band interaction, and BVB and Jake and Inna just do not have that anymore. They’ve lost the respect of their fans and they have lost respect for their fans.

BLOOD STATUS: Fleamont is a pureblood wizard, and was raised as such, although it seemed to always mean a little more to his mother than it did to his father. His mother had always impressed upon him the importance of representing their family well due to their reputation and legacy. His father had irritated her greatly when he’d earned their exclusion from the sacred twenty-eight due to his outspoken views on muggles and muggleborns. Fleamont in this case, as in most cases, tended to agree with his father. He’d never thought himself special for any reasons due to his blood or lineage and thought it insulting that worth or value in people should be decided on anything other than their individual accomplishments. 
OCCUPATION: Fleamont currently works for the ministry as a licensed Obliviator. It’s not the job of his dreams, but due to his background experience in charms and defensive magic built up after a childhood spent bullied for his name, it was easy enough to rise up in the ranks to the mid-level position he finds himself in today. His five year plan has illustrated the distinct possibility of him being able to snag a seat amongst the wixen of Wizengamot, however–– though now that remains to be seen, as for the first time since his graduation from Hogwarts, Fleamont has been occupied with other pursuits and goals.

001 –– INVISIBILITY CLOAK. An heirloom from his father’s side. It was what Fleamont had been swaddled in as a babe when returned home from St. Mungo’s after he’d been born, had been the main component of every pillow-fort he’d ever constructed, and now almost always stayed within his reach either used instead of a blanket when sleeping or carefully tucked away into one of his pockets enhanced with an undetectable extension charm. Henry had never taught Fleamont to treat the cloak as a fragile herloom, but Fleamont revered it all the same, coming to think of the beautifully embroidered artifact as an extension of not only himself, but now also his late father and the ancestors who had used the cloak before them. 002 –– FOEGLASSES. After his father’s disappearance and subsequent reappearance, Fleamont has been struck by a bolt of paranoia so intense, it turned his way of thinking and seeing the world upside-down. Having many friends and acquaintances in all offices and departments at the ministry was what made it possible for him to get his hands on this prototype. Foeglasses, named after the type of reflective material from which their lenses were crafted, are a type of bifocal spectacles that were crafted to allow the wearer to detect the proximity and identity of their enemies. Fleamont feels safer when he wears them, even though he knows they’re still in the early stages of development and are rather defective–– laughably, they even marked Lysander as a foe before he’d gone to the inventor to have him fix that issue, charming them to ignore whatever it was that made Lysander stand out as anything other than the most loyal friend Fleamont had ever known. 003 –– ENGRAVED POCKET WATCH. It was the one that had belonged to his father. The one they found on his waterlogged corpse. Of course it didn’t work anymore, now cracked and water-damaged, but Fleamont refused to let anyone else touch it or repair it, instead wearing the defunct device as a reminder of what he’d vowed to himself the moment he and his mother had realized his father had gone missing in the first place: that he would figure out exactly what had happened, and that he would bring those responsible to justice. Sleepless nights often found him ruminating on his plan of vengeance, thumb rubbing over the engraved words that his father had so often quoted aloud –– Let justice be done though the heavens should fall.
CONNECTIONS: 
LYSANDER ZABINI — partner in crime justice — Fleamont has always considered Lysander to be his one and only best friend, from the very first time they’d met looking up at the Hogwarts express with awe in their wide eyes at eleven. He’s one of the only people Fleamont still fully trusts, and that’s saying a lot, as after the murder of his father Fleamont doesn’t trust anyone. AUGUSTA ABBOTT — proselytization — Though he knows the kind of people Augusta calls her friends, Fleamont can’t help but try and get closer to her in order to convince her to join his cause, having heard from several people all about what an asset she would be. EUPHEMIA GIBBON — star crossed — Euphemia has been the object of Fleamont’s affection on and off, secretly and not-so-secretly, from as early as his his fifth year. However, no matter how close he tries to get to her, something seems to stand in the way, to pull her away from him, much to Fleamont’s constant and confused heartache.
HEADCANONS: 
001 –– Ashwina Potter, née Kaushik, raised her son as any fine wizard back home would have been raised –– she made sure he knew of and respected the traditions Ashwina herself had been raised with; that he respected and observed each holiday and festival, abstained from consuming certain dishes and meats, memorized at least three different prayers, and that he knew enough Gujarati to be able to read and write letters back home to their relatives in India. As a young adult now, the way he was raised often manifests in Fleamont choosing meals without meat at all when dining out at unfamiliar establishments, apologizing and cancelling plans with friends because he’s forgotten a certain holiday or festival was scheduled to take place on the same date, and during formal events, to make his mother happy he dons a beautifully embroidered Jodhpuri suit. 002 –– The first time Fleamont had ever tasted coffee, he’d had to quickly cover up the grimace his expression wanted to twist into, and instead swallowed that bitter hot bean water down and tried for a queasy, shaky smile. Never again. He's always held the opinion that if anyone should be drinking anything, it was tea. Black tea clouded with fresh milk and sweetened with a respectable amount of sugar was what made his world go ‘round. If he wasn’t amongst plebeians he would of course steep that tea with cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and sometimes when he wanted to feel special he would add in candied ginger and star anise. 003 –– Growing up with unmanageable and untamable hair that seemed to have a mind of its own as well as its own idea of what length it should be, Fleamont Potter had spent much of his adolescence looking for a solution. This slowly turned into an affinity for potions and brewing, resulting in his experimentation for various balms, salves, and other brews that he had no choice but to experiment with on himself. At some point in his sixth year he seemed to have struck gold, and for once he was bombarded with a flurry of compliments and questions as to what he’d done with his hair. He’d patented the solution, starting a small company and selling a few tins of the hair cream under the name Sleekeazy's Hair Potion –– He felt guilty about liking potions so much, especially because he and his father had always agreed that Fleamont would be following in Henry’s footsteps, and didn’t want this venture to affect the future that had already been mapped out for him –– and now he has it on good authority that it’s gained quite a bit of popularity across the pond, over in America.
004 –– Growing up, Fleamont Potter had always hated his name. No matter how many times Henry assured him that it was a fine and upstanding family name, it did nothing to shield him against the merciless bullies that would target him and call him names almost half as cruel as his given one. Eventually, Fleamont had had enough and, against his father’s wishes, studied up on defensive magic enough to beat anyone who had anything to say about his name in a duel so thoroughly that larger-than-life rumors began to spread about him and what he could do, and the bullying swiftly stopped. His father grounded him for three months when he found out, marking it as Fleamont’s first and last defiance against his father’s wishes, but even so Fleamont couldn’t help but smile every time he walked down the halls of his school after the fact, unbothered and unworried. 005 –– After graduating Hogwarts, Fleamont had entered an internship program at the Ministry of Magic almost immediately, and moved out of his family home to live in a small flat just above the Leaky Cauldron. Though his mother had been reluctant to let him go, Henry Potter had assured her that it was good for the boy to gain some independence. Fleamont has lived there to this day with a golden-eyed tabby cat he’d affectionately named Odoti, and a roommate. Though he could certainly afford to live alone off of his earnings from Sleekeazy’s, he still preferred to share the space with another person, more for company than anything else. Lately, though, Fleamont has been spending less time at the flat and more time either in his office or back at the Potter manor, caring for his mother.

Secrecy & Transparency of Wanting Me to Attempt Something
I know I have written about this previously and because I am always looking for some attention, I think the system have concocted a way for them to develop my deterioration even more without making it plainly obvious that they are behind this and it is just me acting on my own volition. When they decided to put me on these anti psychotics, people in my life set it up like I would take this, and it would get better. They even had their system trolls give me countdowns to when things will get better on specific weekends and whatnot, but it seems like these have been continuous ploys and I keep wondering if they are going to stop, and if they don’t, what is the end goal? Is it supposed to be me confronting people in my life about these theories or is it to bite my tongue, while loved ones just watch me deteriorate so they can profit for their own agenda. They can pretend they give a shit about me, but then have the luxury to hide what power they have behind the scenes, and how much they have monitored me. Is someone ordering them to do it, but the last 8 or so years of missing out on a lot of things, it seems like they are including me more in plans but in such a limited capacity.
I feel like people I know and others in higher positions are pushing me to attempt suicide. I keep telling myself I am strong enough, but they keep creating more situations where they make it obvious that there is transparency yet there is so much fucking secrecy. Every detail, they have planned out. If something big is going down that involves people I know, they already have the perception put out there that others are in this place right now, or that certain vacations are being taken with this amount of people, when I could be lied to.
The amount of guilt on their expressions to some degree shows me something big is going on and it will just get worse in my head because there are so many fucking secrets taking place and I feel like they are pushing me more to the edge and the genius is that they are doing in such a way that it won’t lead to their flaws or anything, as far as I know they are just acting normal and normal things are going on, but since I am in a gang stalking program where it is designed for me to be harassed. I am not the only one by the way, I am one of many people who are being tested and fucked with like guinea pigs.
People from the celebrity world are aware of this and some of them that I know have connections with these higher ups and will talk to me time to time. Ask me to explain my theories but never offer any solutions like they know the conversation is being monitored. Strangely enough when these people say I should contact them anytime I need to, they won’t address the situation of the higher ups wanting me to kill myself or at least attempt it, because this world works in rituals and maybe me attempting it would make me knocked out and then secretly they reprogram me and I come back to the public brand new, or maybe its their way of me giving up even more control because if I do it and I will fail, because even if I was successful, the people in charge will find a way to bring me back to life, so it would be  a failure and then they have a reason to lock me up.
So knowing that this could be a possibility and no one giving me any answers, I know there is nowhere to turn. I can’t talk to my friends, or family. People can keep using those same generalized excuses of reassuring me they love me and want the best for me but it doesn’t work. If they have been contributing and playing along with guys like Stern or other government agencies to fuck with my mental illness even more because who will believe me, I don’t want to ever talk to them ever again.
Everything in front of me is by design. It is a fake, and the limited gatherings and the limited conversation about certain issues are the bigger giveaways and I wonder why not just disrespect me completely and why are they presenting it like they are inviting me out on a regular basis, when they don’t really want me out, and if I do choose to come out, they will readjust the plans and the amount of people coming out. It is sickening and maddening how the fuck they will do this, and the genius part is they can get away with it.
See for even having the audacity to getting this off my chest in any way will piss them off and they will amplify it more because they know I have no one to run to. They know my options are completely limited and numbered. These same fucking people who claim they care about people’s mental illness are just watching from the sidelines and getting a kick out of this. None of these important people, who have connection with people I know by the way, will never fucking admit the vultures that are making people go insane and they can get away with it because they have convoluted what mental illness really means and have prostituted it for their own agenda because even with the stigma of mental illness is enough for people not to put their thoughts out there and they feel they have to hide these thoughts. See these supposed do-gooders will act like they are concerned after the fact but they really want to make jokes and fuck with people who are feeling this way.
Go ahead and tweet out the suicide hotline, I am sure that will protect them from the vultures you do business with that contribute to people’s mental illness. People are scared to speak out and don’t want to embarrass themselves and I don’t do this because I carry my depression and my mental illness as a fucking badge of honor, I do it because I need to get these thoughts out before they accumulate more and more. These exercises will make me feel good for the time being, but then when I realize that no one will seemingly care about any of this and not answer my call. It will be a rude awakening.
I don’t want to give anyone any interaction because guess what? There are people behind the scenes who operate on point system. It’s why the trolls operate the way they do and why they tell you to never answer these trolls, knowing that this organized effort does fuck with people’s heads so obviously people will give into responding to these assholes, but the more you interact with them or they more type of tasks these trolls complete they are granted points, and then make it seem like these points are just for pretend but what it does is unlock shit for you achieve. You can get concert tickets, free meet and greets etc These people use me as one of their prime targets to harass and that is why they use the angle of censorship when people don’t interact with them, when they are the entitled pussies who need to hide behind 50 different sock puppet accounts and harass you like they are just randomly ball busting. These people need to act anonymously and claim its because their job will fire them, but this is their job. The people in the system, especially different celebrities will shit on anyone who is a victim of cyber bullying but these same puss holes will never mention how they are owned by their corporate masters who have their named tattooed on their ass, and they will go after people who are victims of this shit and make them feel like they are the pussies. Nope It’s you mother fuckers who operate under fake accounts so you can create more fuck boy memes.
 They could have solved this mental illness problem a long time ago but the plan was to fuck with a generation of people and use them as guinea pigs for their personal torture while asshole fan bases just stand by and put out the perception that someone like me and others will end up killing people one day because they need that to be true and try to radicalize you as much as possible and they can escape any blame because they are just faceless assholes on the internet. These people need to realize they are only useful to the system because they are easy to manipulate and when the system doesn’t need them anymore, even with all the perks they have given you, they will ensure you will be sacrificed because they will probably need to stop the trail from getting any bigger. So congratulations on being pawns for the system that is giving you monetary gifts when you or your families won’t mean shit to them. You will probably be population reduced. If you point out the same to me, then so be it, I have been asking to leave for the longest fucking time so that would be perfect for me to die off from this planet.
I don’t want to share the same air as people I know anymore. They obviously know I have some type of power because they still are nice to me for some reason and these people are monitoring me online constantly and they have legal permission behind the scenes to invade my privacy on my own computer and keep up with my private thoughts which is why I might as well write majority of it in blog form, but these people will pretend that they have no idea about the journal entries. The more I mention them, the more it will be released. This will be a way for the system to fuck with me, and they will blame me for writing in my personal time to get the crazy thoughts out of my head in what is supposed to be my private moments. They will even move my cursor as I type in my private journals just to show me there is a presence that exists.
It seemed weird this past summer. It is like they purposely made it shitty with such limited interaction on purpose while people I know secretly partied it up with industry type, and even leave me hints like “You know so and so (big celebrity) actually likes you a lot” but then never elaborates. These people, because of me have been associated with a lot of important shit and get to dictate what shows up in internet pop culture, and they get to fuck a lot of people in the industry, because their marriages don’t mean anything, and everyone fucks everyone, yet they will show hints of jealousy because I have latched on to my fame, like I am Al Bundy talking about his touchdowns in a single game when he played for Polk High. They have got to contribute to so much shit while keeping me out of commission so they can establish their secret relationships. That is why they have secret vacations because they are associated with those people, and they get to hang out with them
It is part of this new era, that you can have access to where these important people are going to be and when you can chill with them, its how they make side cash and then you can fuck them so they can politic a fan base and gather loyal people to express good PR online for them like they are just random regular people. That is essentially how these people politic, That is why its funny to see how they parade this feminist movement like it really means anything behind the scenes, because they are still being taken advantage of and still have to prostitute themselves for a cosign. Then we pretend that we are not fueled by lust and its just about the talent when the person they hype up might not necessarily be the most talented one that ever existed.

These people I know need me alive because they have dropped hints of them needing me alive, because without me being here, their association to all that glamour they swear they don’t have, and that access to the underground tunnels to travel from different city to city etc, goes away and they need me there because without me their indirect success from me goes away. There is only a certain amount of truth they can tell. I don’t care anymore because I wish I was dead. I don’t want to turn comments on my platforms until Stern is exposed to help doing this to me and it will never happen because he has everyone on their knees, eating out a doggie dish because he owns all of these people, and treats them like his pet dogs, so they are all shook. He has probably fucked people I know to overpower them and manipulate them easily. They do his bidding, and they have no qualms with how far they will go because this fan base is one of the most racist and disturbed fan bases that have ever existed. They try to spin the racism at the person who claims there is racism going on, and Howard in my opinion controls that type of shit. See as I was writing this, they moved my cursor again so it must be pissing off these hackers. Q: Do you really answer questions and give personal coaching on your site? How do you find the time?
A: Yes, I really answer your questions on the Burn the Fat private forums and I spend many hours doing it. I don’t spend much time on social media, so I have more time for our members. Q: Do I have to take any supplements?
