We are working on human designs versions of utmv characters and we always hit a roadblock when it comes to dream. Not because he’s hard to design but finding any pre existing references for designs is frustrating. The design itself is bland, he just looks like a generic anime boy - but our main issue is how people pose him as some weak frail smol bean. Grrrr I know it’s canon but goddamit it gets on our nerves. We don’t like how people characterize dream and how dream was written and how he’s drawn aandd asggrgrgffg- he has potential as a character but the infantilization is crazy.

So the Entity had its favorites on both sides. Dwight, the first proper Survivor, and then Kenneth for a while. At least until Danny came along and started showing off his creative methods of fucking with the Survivors during Trials. Here’s a question, with the most recent rewatch, was there a supporting character who stood out in any way to you more than before? I feel like every time I rewatch mp100 a character or aspect of the story stands out to me in a different way I haven’t thought of before. I appreciated and liked Ritsu more this rewatch and actually Dimple a lot too!

i think i was really surprised by just how much the body improvement club stood out to me this rewatch? like it rocks that something that could've just been a one-off joke (mob joining body improvement instead of telepathy) turns into an earnest group of friends that genuinely want to see mob succeed and help him grow. they're all so encouraging every step of the way and really elevate everything the story has to say about mob's life becoming fuller because of the people around him. they're one of the biggest sources of mob's improvement throughout the show!!! that's why they call it body improvement babey!!!!!!!!
