Paddock Princess
Formula 1 (literally half the grid) x Vettel!Reader
Summary: when the drivers find out that you’re planning to have a baby all by yourself, they offer to help out by playing sperm roulette … the results are surprisingly wholesome
Tumblr media
The buzz of excitement fills the air as the paddock comes to life on a sunny morning. Drivers, team personnel, and media representatives mill about, but there’s a palpable sense of anticipation among a particular group of racers gathered near the Ferrari motorhome.
Max leans against the sleek red structure, his eyes darting around nervously. “Has anyone seen her yet?” He asks, his voice tinged with a mix of excitement and anxiety.
Charles shakes his head, running a hand through his tousled hair. “Not yet. But she should be here soon, right?”
“I still can’t believe we’re doing this,” Lando chimes in, bouncing on his toes. “It’s like something out of a movie.”
Carlos nods in agreement, a grin spreading across his face. “A very strange movie, but I’m here for it.”
George glances at his watch, his brow furrowed. “She’s usually here by now. You don’t think she’s having second thoughts, do you?”
“No way,” Oscar says confidently. “You know her. Once she sets her mind to something, that’s it.”
Lewis, standing slightly apart from the younger drivers, offers a reassuring smile. “Oscar’s right. She’s one of the most determined people I know. If this is what she wants, she’ll see it through.”
Logan, the newest addition to the group, shifts nervously. “I still can’t believe you guys talked me into this. My mom would freak if she knew.”
Alex pats him on the shoulder. “Relax, mate. It’s all anonymous, remember? Besides, think of how happy she’ll be.”
Fernando, leaning against a nearby barrier, nods sagely. “Exactly. We’re doing this for her, because she deserves it.”
Lance, who’s been quiet until now, suddenly straightens up. “Heads up, guys. I think I see her coming.”
The group falls silent as you approach, your press pass swinging from your neck and a warm smile on your face. “Morning, boys,” you greet them cheerfully. “Why do you all look like you’re up to something?”
Max clears his throat, trying to sound casual. “Us? Never. Just, uh, enjoying the nice weather.”
You raise an eyebrow, clearly not buying it. “Uh-huh. And I suppose you’re all gathered here by pure coincidence?”
Charles steps forward, his charm on full display. “Can’t we just be happy to see our favorite reporter?”
You laugh, the sound lightening the mood. “Alright, alright. I’ll play along. But seriously, what’s going on? You’re all acting weird.”
The drivers exchange glances, silently debating who should speak first. Finally, Lewis takes the lead.
“We heard about your decision,” he says gently. “About wanting to have a baby.”
Your eyes widen in surprise. “Oh. I didn’t realize ... I mean, I only told a couple of people.”
Lando grins sheepishly. “Word travels fast in the paddock. Especially when it’s about you.”
You look around at the group, a mix of emotions playing across your face. “Okay, so you know. But that doesn’t explain why you’re all acting like you’re planning a heist.”
Carlos steps forward, his expression earnest. “We want to help.”
You blink, confusion evident in your eyes. “Help? How?”
George takes a deep breath before plunging in. “We’ve all agreed to donate sperm. To give you options, you know?”
Your jaw drops, and for a moment, you’re speechless. “You ... what?”
Oscar jumps in, his words tumbling out in a rush. “We know you said you were thinking about using a sperm bank, but we thought, well, why not use someone you actually know?”
“And trust,” Alex adds quickly.
You look around at the group, your expression a mix of shock, confusion, and something that might be amusement. “Let me get this straight. All of you,” you gesture at the assembled drivers, “want to donate sperm so I can have a baby?”
They nod in unison, and you can’t help but laugh. “This is ... I don’t even know what to say. It’s incredibly sweet, but also completely insane.”
Fernando steps forward, his expression serious. “We know it’s unconventional. But you’re important to all of us. We want to support you in any way we can.”
You shake your head, still trying to process the situation. “I appreciate that, truly. But guys, this is a huge decision. It’s not just about me having a baby. One of you would be a father.”
Max nods, his face set in determination. “We’ve thought about that. A lot, actually.”
“And we’re okay with it,” Lando adds. “Whatever level of involvement you want, we’ll respect that.”
You look at them, your eyes narrowing slightly. “Wait a minute. How exactly would this work? I can’t exactly pick one of you. That would be ...”
“Awkward,” Lance finishes for you. “We know. That’s why we came up with a plan.”
Logan, who’s been quiet until now, speaks up. “We’d all donate, and then the clinic would mix the samples together.”
Your eyebrows shoot up. “So it would be like ... artificial insemination roulette?”
Carlos grins. “Exactly! That way, no one knows who the father is. It could be any of us.”
You shake your head, a disbelieving laugh escaping you. “This is absolutely crazy. You know that, right?”
Lewis steps closer, his expression gentle. “Maybe. But we all care about you. We want you to be happy, and we know how much you want this.”
You look around at the group, taking in their earnest expressions. “I don’t know what to say. This is ... a lot to process.”
George nods understandingly. “Of course it is. We don’t expect you to decide right now. Just ... think about it, okay?”
You nod slowly, still looking a bit dazed. “Okay. I’ll think about it. But guys, this is a huge thing you’re offering. Are you sure you’ve really thought it through?”
Alex speaks up, his voice calm and reassuring. “We have. We’ve talked about it a lot, actually. We know it’s not a decision to make lightly.”
“But we’re all in agreement,” Oscar adds. “If this is what you want, we want to help make it happen.”
You take a deep breath, looking around at the group. “I need some time to think about this. It’s ... a lot to take in.”
Max nods, reaching out to squeeze your shoulder gently. “Take all the time you need. We’re not going anywhere.”
As you turn to walk away, still looking a bit shell-shocked, the drivers watch you go with a mix of hope and anxiety.
“Do you think she’ll go for it?” Lando asks, nervously fidgeting with his sleeve.
Charles shrugs, his eyes still following your retreating figure. “I don’t know. It’s a big decision.”
“We’ve done our part,” Fernando says sagely. “Now it’s up to her.”
The group falls into a contemplative silence, each lost in their own thoughts about the potential consequences of their offer.
Several days pass, and the paddock is abuzz with speculation. The drivers have managed to keep their offer under wraps, but your contemplative mood hasn’t gone unnoticed.
You find yourself cornered by the group once again, this time in a quiet corner of the paddock after qualifying.
“So,” Max says, trying to sound casual and failing miserably. “Have you, uh, given any thought to our offer?”
You look around at the expectant faces surrounding you and take a deep breath. “I have, actually. I’ve thought about little else, to be honest.”
The tension in the air is palpable as they wait for your decision.
“I’m still not sure this is the right thing to do,” you begin, and you can see their faces fall. “But ... I can’t deny that the idea has a certain appeal.”
Hope blossoms in their expressions, and you can’t help but smile at their eagerness.
“Before I say yes,” you continue, holding up a hand to stave off their excitement, “I need to know that you’ve all really thought this through. This isn’t just about me having a baby. One of you will be a father, even if we don’t know which one.”
Lewis nods solemnly. “We understand. We’ve talked about it a lot, believe me.”
“And you’re all okay with the possibility of having a child out there that you might never know is yours?” You press.
They exchange glances before nodding in unison.
“We know it’s not a conventional situation,” Charles says. “But we’re all willing to accept whatever comes of this.”
You look at each of them in turn, searching their faces for any sign of doubt. Finding none, you take a deep breath.
“Okay,” you say finally. “If you’re all sure about this ... then yes. I’d be honored to accept your offer.”
The reaction is immediate and overwhelming. Cheers erupt from the group, and before you know it, you’re engulfed in a group hug.
“This is going to be amazing,” Lando exclaims, his face lit up with excitement.
“You’re going to be an incredible mother,” Alex adds, his smile warm and sincere.
As the excitement dies down, practical considerations start to surface.
“So, how do we do this?” Oscar asks. “Do we all just show up at the clinic or ...”
You can’t help but laugh at the mental image. “I think it might be best if we handle this discreetly. I’ll talk to the clinic and set everything up. They can give you instructions on how to make your ... contributions.”
George nods, looking relieved. “That sounds like a good plan. We don’t want this getting out to the media.”
“Agreed,” you say firmly. “This stays between us. No one else needs to know the details.”
The group nods in agreement, and you feel a wave of affection for these men who are willing to go to such lengths for you.
“I can’t believe this is really happening,” you say, shaking your head in wonder.
Fernando smiles, his eyes twinkling. “Believe it. In a few months, you could be on your way to motherhood.”
The reality of the situation starts to sink in, and you feel a mix of excitement and nerves. “This is going to change everything, isn’t it?”
“Change can be good,” Carlos says, giving you a reassuring smile. “And you won’t be alone. We’ll all be here to support you.”
You look around at the group, feeling overwhelmed by their support and affection. “Thank you. All of you. I don’t know how I’ll ever repay you for this.”
Max grins, lightening the mood. “Well, naming the kid after me would be a good start.”
The group erupts in laughter, and you roll your eyes good-naturedly. “Nice try, Verstappen. But I think we’ll be steering clear of any names that might give away paternity.”
As the laughter dies down, a comfortable silence falls over the group. The magnitude of what you’ve all agreed to hangs in the air, but it’s accompanied by a sense of excitement and possibility.
“So,” Lance says, breaking the silence. “I guess the next step is to set up appointments at the clinic?”
You nod, feeling a flutter of nervous excitement in your stomach. “Yeah, I’ll get that sorted out and let you all know the details.”
“And then ...” Logan trails off, looking a bit overwhelmed.
“And then we wait,” Lewis finishes for him. “And hope for the best.”
You look around at the group of men surrounding you, each one ready to potentially become a father for your sake. It’s an unconventional situation, to say the least, but as you take in their supportive smiles and excited eyes, you can’t help but feel that you’re embarking on something truly special.
“Well, boys,” you say, a smile spreading across your face. “I guess we’re really doing this. Let Operation Make A Baby commence.”
***
The hospital waiting room crackles with nervous energy as eleven Formula 1 drivers pace, fidget, and attempt to distract themselves. The air is thick with anticipation, and every time the door opens, heads snap up in unison, hoping for news.
Max runs a hand through his hair for the hundredth time. “How long has it been now?” He asks, his voice tight with tension.
George checks his watch. “About six hours since we got here. But labor can take a while, especially for first-time mothers.”
“I still can’t believe this is really happening,” Lando says, his leg bouncing incessantly. “One of us is about to become a father.”
Charles nods, his eyes fixed on the door. “It’s surreal. I keep thinking I’m going to wake up and find out this was all a dream.”
“Not a dream, mate,” Alex says, patting Charles on the shoulder. “Very much real.”
The door swings open, and a nurse steps out. The drivers collectively hold their breath, but she merely smiles apologetically and heads down the hallway.
Carlos groans. “This waiting is killing me. How are we supposed to just sit here?”
“We could place bets on who the father is,” Logan suggests with a nervous laugh.
Lewis shakes his head, a small smile on his face. “I don’t think that’s a good idea. We agreed we wouldn’t try to figure it out, remember?”
“Lewis is right,” Fernando says sagely. “What matters is that the baby and the mother are healthy.”
Oscar nods in agreement. “Exactly. We’re all in this together, regardless of biology.”
Lance, who’s been quietly observing until now, speaks up. “Do you think she’s scared? I mean, we’re all nervous wrecks out here, and we’re not the ones giving birth.”
The group falls silent, contemplating Lance’s words. It’s a sobering thought, reminding them of the magnitude of what’s happening just beyond those doors.
“She’s strong,” Max says finally, his voice filled with admiration. “Stronger than all of us put together. She’ll be fine.”
As if on cue, the door swings open again, and this time, a doctor steps out. The drivers scramble to their feet, forming a semicircle around her.
“Gentlemen,” the doctor says, a smile playing at her lips. “I’m happy to inform you that both mother and baby are doing well. It’s a healthy baby girl.”
A collective cheer erupts from the group, followed by a flurry of hugs and backslaps. The tension that’s been building for hours finally breaks, replaced by jubilant relief.
“When can we see them?” Charles asks eagerly.
The doctor holds up a hand. “The mother is resting now, but she’s asked to see you all in about an hour. She wants you to meet the baby together.”
As the doctor leaves, the drivers look at each other, a mix of excitement and nerves on their faces.
“A girl,” Lando says, a goofy grin spreading across his face. “We have a daughter.”
“She has a daughter,” Lewis gently corrects. “We’re ... well, I’m not sure what we are exactly.”
“We’re family,” Fernando says firmly. “All of us and the little one.”
The next hour passes in a blur of excited chatter and speculation. Finally, a nurse appears to escort them to the private room where you and the baby are waiting.
As they file into the room, the sight that greets them renders them momentarily speechless. You’re propped up in the bed, looking tired but radiant, cradling a tiny bundle wrapped in a soft pink blanket.
You look up as they enter, a soft smile on your face. “Hey, guys. Come meet your daughter.”
The drivers approach cautiously, as if afraid they might break the spell. You adjust the blanket, revealing a tiny face with rosebud lips and a button nose.
“She’s beautiful,” Max breathes, his eyes wide with wonder.
“She’s perfect,” Charles adds, his voice choked with emotion.
You beam at them, your eyes shining. “Want to hold her?”
After a moment of hesitation, Lewis steps forward. With practiced ease, he gently takes the baby from you, cradling her carefully in his arms.
“Hello, little one,” he coos softly. “Welcome to the world.”
The other drivers crowd around, each wanting a closer look. As Lewis passes the baby to Carlos, the scrutiny intensifies.
“Is it just me, or does she have Max’s nose?” Lando asks, peering closely at the tiny face.
Max leans in, his brow furrowed. “I don’t see it. But those ears ... they look like yours, Lando.”
You can’t help but laugh. “Boys, she’s about one hour old. I think it’s a bit early to be playing guess the father, don’t you?”
The drivers have the grace to look sheepish, but their curiosity is far from satisfied.
As the baby is passed from driver to driver, the observations continue.
“She has a strong grip,” Alex notes as tiny fingers wrap around his thumb. “Definitely going to be a racer.”
“Look at those long eyelashes,” Oscar marvels. “Those have to be from Charles.”
Charles preens a bit at this, while the others roll their eyes good-naturedly.
When it’s Fernando’s turn to hold the baby, he studies her with a thoughtful expression. “You know,” he says slowly, “I think she has your smile.”
You raise an eyebrow. “She hasn’t even smiled yet.”
He shakes his head, a mysterious smile on his face. “Trust me. I can tell.”
As the baby makes her way back to you, the drivers settle into chairs around the room, their eyes never leaving the tiny bundle.
“So,” George says, breaking the comfortable silence. “Have you thought about names?”
You nod, looking down at your daughter. “I have, actually. I was thinking ... Nessa. It means miracle. I thought it was fitting, given how she came into our lives.”
“Nessa,” Logan repeats, testing the name. “I like it. It’s beautiful.”
The others murmur their agreement, and you feel a wave of relief. Naming a baby is hard enough without having to consider the opinions of eleven potential fathers.
“Nessa it is, then,” you say, smiling down at the sleeping infant.
Lance, who’s been quiet until now, speaks up. “Can I ask ... how are you feeling? About all of this, I mean.”
You take a moment to consider the question. “Honestly? I’m overwhelmed. Excited, terrified, grateful ... all at once. But mostly, I’m just in awe. Of her, of this whole situation, of all of you.”
The drivers exchange glances, a mix of emotions playing across their faces.
“We’re the ones who should be in awe of you,” Carlos says softly. “You’ve given us an incredible gift.”
“He’s right,” Max adds. “No matter which one of us is her biological father, we’re all going to love her. And you.”
You feel tears prickling at the corners of your eyes. “Thank you. All of you. I couldn’t have done this without you.”
As if sensing the emotional moment, Nessa chooses that moment to wake up, her tiny face scrunching up as she lets out a wail.
“Oh boy,” Lando says, his eyes wide. “That’s quite a set of lungs she’s got there.”
You laugh, adjusting Nessa in your arms. “Well, she is a paddock baby. Got to make herself heard over those engines somehow.”
As you soothe the baby, the drivers watch in fascination. It’s clear that despite their earlier bravado, the reality of a newborn is a bit daunting.
“So, uh, what happens now?” Oscar asks, voicing the question on everyone’s mind.
You look up from Nessa, who’s settled back into sleep. “Well, we’ll be here for a couple more days. After that ... I guess we figure it out as we go along.”
Lewis nods thoughtfully. “We’ll need to work out a schedule. Make sure you have support, especially during race weekends.”
“And we’ll need to baby-proof our garages,” Alex adds. “Can’t have her crawling into a stack of tires.”
The conversation turns to practical matters — childcare arrangements, safety considerations, and how to balance their racing careers with their new roles as ... well, whatever they are to Nessa.
As they talk, you can’t help but marvel at the scene. Eleven of the world’s most elite drivers, discussing diaper brands and the merits of various baby carriers with the same intensity they usually reserve for tire strategies and aerodynamics.
“You know,” you say, interrupting a heated debate about the best brand of baby formula, “I think Nessa might be the luckiest baby in the world.”
The drivers pause, looking at you quizzically.
You smile, looking around at each of them. “She’s got eleven of the most dedicated, passionate, and competitive men in the world looking out for her. Plus, she’s guaranteed to have the coolest bring your parent to school day ever.”
The room erupts in laughter, the tension of the day finally breaking.
“Just wait until she’s old enough to drive,” Max says with a grin. “We’ll have her in a kart before she can walk.”
“Oh no,” you groan, though you’re smiling. “I’ve created a monster, haven’t I?”
“Eleven monsters,” Charles corrects with a wink. “Don’t forget, we’re all in this together.”
As the laughter dies down, a comfortable silence falls over the room. Nessa sleeps peacefully in your arms, blissfully unaware of the extraordinary circumstances of her birth and the unique family she’s been born into.
Fernando breaks the silence. “You know,” he says thoughtfully, “in many ways, this little one embodies the spirit of Formula 1.”
The others look at him curiously, waiting for him to elaborate.
“Think about it,” he continues. “She’s the product of competition, of pushing boundaries, of taking risks. But she’s also about teamwork, about coming together for a common goal. Just like us on the track.”
The drivers nod, considering Fernando’s words.
“Plus,” Logan adds with a grin, “she’s already got a better sleep schedule than most of us during a race weekend.”
Another round of laughter fills the room, and you feel a surge of affection for these men who have become so much more than colleagues or even friends.
As visiting hours come to an end and the nurses start to shoo the drivers out, there’s a reluctance to leave. Each of them takes a moment to say goodbye to Nessa, promising to return soon.
Before they go, Lewis gathers everyone into a tight circle around your bed.
“I think we need to make a pact,” he says solemnly. “No matter what happens, no matter how our careers go or how life changes, we stick together for Nessa. She’s part of all of us now.”
The drivers nod in agreement, their faces serious.
“For Nessa,” Max says, placing his hand in the center of the circle.
One by one, the others follow suit, until all eleven hands are stacked together.
“For Nessa,” they chorus, and in that moment, you know that whatever challenges lie ahead, you and your daughter will never face them alone.
As the drivers file out, casting longing glances back at the sleeping baby, you settle back against your pillows, exhausted but content.
Looking down at Nessa’s peaceful face, you whisper, “Welcome to the world, little one. You’ve got quite the adventure ahead of you.”
And as you drift off to sleep, you can’t help but smile at the thought of the unconventional but loving family waiting just outside those hospital doors, ready to take on the world for the tiny girl in your arms.
***
The paddock rushes with activity as teams prepare for the upcoming race weekend. But between the usual hustle and bustle, an unusual sight catches everyone’s attention: you, pushing a stroller with a now six-month-old Nessa, surrounded by a protective circle of drivers.
Max hovers close, his eyes darting around warily. “Are you sure this was a good idea? Bringing her to the track?”
You laugh, adjusting Nessa’s sun hat. “Max, she’s been coming to races since she was born. This is nothing new.”
“Yeah, but now she’s old enough to attract attention,” Charles points out, cooing at Nessa as she gurgles happily.
Lando nods in agreement. “People are starting to ask questions. Did you see that article in Autosport last week?”
You sigh, remembering the speculative piece about Nessa’s parentage. “I saw it. But we knew this day would come eventually.”
As the group makes their way through the paddock, heads turn and whispers follow. The sight of eleven of the world’s top drivers fawning over one baby is certainly not an everyday occurrence.
Carlos leans in, speaking softly. “Maybe we should have come up with a cover story. You know, pick one of us to pretend to be the father.”
George shakes his head. “No, we agreed from the start — no lies. We’re all in this together, remember?”
“Easier said than done,” Logan mutters, noticing a group of journalists eyeing them curiously.
As they approach the Mercedes garage, Lewis spots a familiar face and freezes. “Uh, guys? We might have a problem.”
The others follow his gaze to see your older brother, striding purposefully towards the group. His expression is a mix of confusion and growing anger.
“Seb!” You exclaim, trying to sound casual. “What are you doing here? I thought you were in Switzerland.”
Sebastian ignores your greeting, his eyes narrowing as he takes in the scene before him. “What’s going on here?” He demands, his gaze sweeping over the assembled drivers.
The group exchanges nervous glances, each silently hoping someone else will take the lead.
Finally, Fernando steps forward, ever the diplomat. “Sebastian, my friend. It’s good to see you. Perhaps we could discuss this somewhere more private?”
But Sebastian is having none of it. His eyes lock onto Lewis, who instinctively takes a step back. “Lewis?” He says, his voice dangerously quiet. “Care to explain why you and half the grid are hovering around my sister and a baby?”
Lewis swallows hard, looking to the others for support. Finding none, he takes a deep breath. “Seb, it’s not what you think. Well, it is, but also it isn’t. You see-”
“Lewis?” Sebastian explodes, his face reddening. “I thought better of you!”
The outburst draws even more attention, and you can see team personnel and journalists alike straining to hear what’s happening.
Lewis, caught off guard by Sebastian’s reaction, blurts out, “In my defense, I thought I would get to fuck her!”
A collective gasp goes up from the group, and you bury your face in your hands, mortified.
Sebastian’s eyes widen in shock and fury. “Tha- what? How would that make it better?”
Realizing his mistake, Lewis backpedals frantically. “No, no, that came out wrong! I didn’t mean-”
But Sebastian is beyond listening. He lunges forward, only to be held back by Alex and Oscar.
“Let me go!” Sebastian growls, struggling against their grip. “I’m going to kill him!”
Nessa, startled by the commotion, begins to cry. The sound seems to snap everyone back to reality.
“Enough!” You shout, your voice cutting through the chaos. “All of you, into the motorhome. Now!”
Chastened, the drivers file into the nearby Red Bull motorhome, with Alex and Oscar still keeping a firm grip on Sebastian. You follow, pushing Nessa’s stroller and trying to soothe her.
Once inside, with the door firmly closed against prying eyes and ears, you turn to face the group. Sebastian stands at one end, still glaring daggers at Lewis, who’s wisely put Max and Charles between them.
“Alright,” you say, your voice tight with frustration. “I guess it’s time we explained everything.”
Over the next hour, you and the drivers take turns recounting the story — from your decision to have a baby, to their unconventional offer, to Nessa’s birth and the months since. Sebastian listens in stunned silence, his expression cycling through disbelief, confusion, and finally, grudging understanding.
When the tale is finished, Sebastian slumps into a chair, running a hand over his face. “So let me get this straight,” he says slowly. “You,” he points at you, “decided to have a baby on your own. And you lot,” he gestures at the drivers, “thought the best solution was to play some kind of ... paternity lottery?”
Lance nods hesitantly. “When you put it like that, it does sound a bit mad.”
“A bit?” Sebastian laughs incredulously. “It’s completely insane!”
“But it worked,” Carlos points out, gently rocking Nessa, who has calmed down and is now contentedly chewing on his finger. “Look at her, Seb. She’s perfect.”
Sebastian’s expression softens as he looks at his niece. “She is beautiful,” he admits. Then, turning back to the group, he adds sternly, “But that doesn’t excuse the fact that you all took advantage of my sister!”
“They didn’t take advantage of me,” you interject firmly. “This was my choice. They were just ... supporting me.”
“By offering to impregnate you?” Sebastian retorts, his protective big brother instincts in full force.
George steps forward, his expression earnest. “Sebastian, I know how this looks. But we care about your sister. All of us. We just wanted to help make her dream come true.”
“And create the world’s most confusing family tree in the process,” Logan mutters, earning a sharp elbow from Lando.
Sebastian sighs, looking around at the assembled drivers. “I still can’t believe you all agreed to this. Do you have any idea what you’re getting into? The media frenzy when this gets out?”
Fernando shrugs philosophically. “Life is full of challenges. This is just another one.”
“Easy for you to say,” Max grumbles. “You’re basically past retirement age. Some of us still have our whole careers ahead of us.”
The room falls silent as the reality of their situation sinks in. The secret they’ve managed to keep for over a year is on the verge of exploding into the public eye.
“So what do we do now?” Oscar asks, voicing the question on everyone’s mind.
You look down at Nessa, who’s drifted off to sleep in Carlos’ arms, blissfully unaware of the storm brewing around her. “We tell the truth,” you say firmly. “Or at least, as much of it as we’re comfortable sharing.”
Sebastian raises an eyebrow. “And what exactly does that mean?”
Lewis, who’s been uncharacteristically quiet since his earlier outburst, speaks up. “We could say that we all agreed to help you have a child, but keep the details private. No need to mention the ... um, method.”
“You mean the part where you thought you would get to fuck her?” Sebastian growls, causing Lewis to wince.
“I really am sorry about that,” Lewis says sheepishly. “It came out all wrong.”
You shake your head, exasperated. “Focus, boys. We need a plan.”
Over the next hour, the group hashes out a strategy. They decide to release a joint statement explaining that you had chosen to become a single mother, and that the drivers, as your close friends, had offered their support. The exact nature of that support would remain private.
As they finalize the details, Sebastian watches the interactions with growing amazement. The way the drivers instinctively work together, finishing each other’s sentences and anticipating potential issues, speaks to a bond that goes beyond mere friendship or even shared paternity.
“You know,” he says finally, interrupting a debate about whether to use the phrase ‘unconventional family’ in their statement, “I think I owe you all an apology.”
The room falls silent, all eyes turning to Sebastian.
He continues, his voice softer now. “I reacted badly earlier. But seeing you all now, how you’ve come together for my sister and for Nessa ... it’s actually kind of beautiful.”
You feel tears pricking at your eyes as you move to hug your brother. “Thank you, Seb. That means a lot.”
As you pull away, Sebastian turns to address the group. “But let me make one thing clear,” he says, his tone becoming stern once more. “If any of you ever hurt my sister or my niece, you’ll have me to answer to. Understood?”
The drivers nod solemnly, a mixture of respect and residual fear in their eyes.
“Good,” Sebastian says, a small smile finally breaking through. “Now, who’s going to let me hold my niece?”
As Carlos carefully transfers the sleeping Nessa to Sebastian’s arms, the tension in the room finally dissipates. Watching your brother coo over your daughter, surrounded by the unconventional family you’ve built, you feel a sense of peace wash over you.
“Well,” Lando says, breaking the moment, “I guess the hardest part’s over. Now we just have to explain this to the rest of the world.”
Alex laughs, shaking his head. “Mate, I think that might actually be the easy part. It’s raising her that’s going to be the real challenge.”
As the group dissolves into laughter, discussing potential future scenarios (“Who’s going to teach her to drive?” “All of us, obviously!” “God help us all.”), you can’t help but marvel at the strange and wonderful turn your life has taken.
Looking around at the men who have become so much more than colleagues or friends — who have become family in the truest sense of the word — you know that whatever challenges lie ahead, you’ll face them together. And really, with a support system like this, how can you possibly fail?
As the laughter and chatter continue around you, Nessa stirs in Sebastian’s arms, her tiny hand reaching out. Without hesitation, eleven hands reach back, each driver gently touching a finger or offering a thumb for her to grasp.
In that moment, watching the most competitive men in motorsport melt over one tiny girl, you know that no matter what the future holds, Nessa will never lack for love, support, or, undoubtedly, speed.

The sun beats down on the jam-packed karting track, the air thick with the scent of fuel and the buzz of excitement. Amid the crowd of nervous parents and eager young racers, one group stands out: eleven men, a mix of current and former Formula 1 drivers, clustered around a small kart where an eight-year-old girl sits, her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail and her face a mask of determination.
“Remember, Nessa,” Max says, kneeling beside the kart to look the girl in the eye, “smooth on the throttle, late on the brakes.”
Charles leans in from the other side. “But not too late, mon chou. You don’t want to lock up in the corners.”
“And watch your lines,” Lewis adds, adjusting Nessa’s helmet. “The racing line isn’t always the optimal when you’re being pressured.”
Nessa nods solemnly, taking in every word. “I know, I know. We’ve been over this a million times.”
Lando grins, ruffling her hair. “That’s our girl. You’ve got this, kiddo.”
Around them, other parents and children stare in disbelief. Whispers ripple through the crowd as people recognize the famous faces surrounding the young racer.
“Is that really Lewis Hamilton?” One mother hisses to her husband.
“And Max Verstappen!” The man replies, his eyes wide. “What are they doing here?”
A nearby father shakes his head in amazement. “I heard rumors about that kid, but I didn’t believe them. How can she have so many ... well, fathers?”
Meanwhile, you stand slightly apart from the group, watching the scene with a mix of pride and amusement. Your brother sidles up beside you.
“You know,” he says with a wry smile, “when I imagined my niece’s first race, I didn’t quite picture this circus.”
You laugh, nudging him with your elbow. “Oh come on, you love it. Besides, you’re just as bad as the rest of them.”
As if to prove your point, Sebastian’s eyes narrow as he spots Carlos making a last-minute adjustment to Nessa’s kart. “Hey!” He calls out, striding over. “What are you doing to her suspension?”
Carlos looks up, startled. “Just a small tweak. The track’s a bit bumpy on turn three.”
“It’s fine as it is,” George interjects, crouching down to inspect the kart. “Any softer and she’ll lose responsiveness in the chicane.”
“Actually,” Fernando chimes in, “a slight adjustment might help. But not too much, Carlos.”
As the debate over suspension settings intensifies, Alex notices Nessa’s growing nervousness. He kneels beside her, speaking softly. “Hey, little racer. How are you feeling?”
Nessa bites her lip, her eyes darting between her arguing fathers and the other young racers preparing for the race. “What if I let them down?” She whispers. “They’re all so excited.”
Alex’s expression softens. “Oh, Nessa. You could never let us down. We’re proud of you no matter what happens out there.”
“He’s right,” Oscar adds, overhearing the conversation. “We’re here because we love you, not because we expect you to win.”
“Although winning would be nice,” Logan quips, earning a chorus of groans and eye-rolls from the others.
“What Logan means,” Lance says, shooting a glare at his fellow driver, “is that we want you to do your best and, most importantly, have fun.”
Nessa nods, a small smile finally breaking through her nervous expression. “Okay. I’ll try.”
As the call comes for racers to take their positions, the group reluctantly steps back, allowing Nessa to maneuver her kart to the starting line. You move forward, leaning in to give your daughter a quick kiss on the cheek.
“Remember,” you say softly, “you’re amazing, no matter what happens out there. And we love you more than anything.”
Nessa beams at you, her earlier nerves seeming to melt away. “I love you too. And all my dads,” she adds with a giggle, looking at the assembled drivers.
As you step back to join the others, the atmosphere around you changes. The playful bickering and nervous energy give way to a focused intensity that you recognize from countless race weekends. Eleven pairs of eyes are locked on the small figure in the pink and white kart, second row on the starting grid.
The lights begin their sequence, and you can almost feel the collective intake of breath from the men around you. Green! The karts surge forward, and Nessa makes a good start, holding her position into the first corner.
“That’s it, ma princesse!” Charles cheers, his hands clenched into fists at his sides. “Hold your line!”
“Watch your inside on turn two,” Max mutters, as if Nessa could hear him. “There’s space if you need it.”
As the race progresses, the commentary from the drivers becomes a constant stream, analyzing every move, every overtake, every defensive maneuver. Other parents cast bewildered glances their way, clearly overwhelmed by the level of scrutiny being applied to what they had assumed would be a casual children’s race.
Midway through the race, Nessa makes a bold move, diving down the inside of the leader into a tight hairpin. The karts touch slightly, and for a heart-stopping moment, it looks like both might spin.
“Steady!” Lewis calls out, his body tensing as if he could somehow influence the outcome through sheer will.
But Nessa manages to control the kart, emerging from the corner in the lead as the other driver runs wide.
The group erupts in cheers, their earlier promises of “it’s not about winning” seemingly forgotten in the heat of the moment.
“Did you see that move?” Lando exclaims, practically bouncing with excitement. “That was pure Norris!”
“Excuse me,” Charles interjects, a proud grin on his face, “I think you mean pure Leclerc. That finesse under pressure? All Ferrari.”
“Oh please,” George scoffs good-naturedly. “That was clearly a Russell special. Calculated risk with perfect execution.”
As the friendly argument over whose racing style Nessa has inherited continues, Sebastian leans in close to you. “You know,” he says, his voice a mix of amusement and resignation, “I’m starting to think we created a monster.”
You laugh, shaking your head. “Oh, we definitely did. But look how happy they all are.”
Indeed, as you watch the men who have become your family over the past eight years, you’re struck by the pure joy radiating from them. Their focus is entirely on Nessa, their own achievements and rivalries forgotten in their shared pride for this little girl who has somehow become the center of their world.
As the final lap approaches, Nessa is still in the lead, but with another driver close on her tail. The tension among the group reaches fever pitch.
“Come on, Nessa,” Fernando murmurs, his eyes never leaving the track. “You’ve got this. Stay focused.”
“Defend the inside line,” Carlos advises, as if she could hear him. “Don’t give them any space.”
The last corner approaches, and the second-place kart makes a desperate lunge for the inside line. For a moment, it looks like Nessa might be overtaken at the last second.
“No, no, no,” Alex mutters, his hands clenched into fists.
But Nessa holds her nerve, taking a slightly wider line and using her momentum to slingshot out of the corner and across the finish line, just ahead of her rival.
The eruption of cheers from the group of F1 drivers drowns out even the sound of the karts. They jump, hug each other, and pump their fists in the air as if Nessa had just won the World Drivers’ Championship.
As Nessa brings her kart to a stop in the pit area, she’s immediately surrounded by her fathers, each clamoring to be the first to congratulate her.
“That was incredible, little love!” Lewis exclaims, helping her out of the kart.
“You drove like a champion,” Max adds, his face split by an enormous grin.
“I’m so proud of you, mon petit champion,” Charles says, pulling her into a tight hug.
The other parents watch in amazement as Nessa is passed from one racing legend to another, each offering praise, analysis, and suggestions for improvement in equal measure.
“I can’t believe what I’m seeing,” one father mutters to his wife. “How is this fair? That kid has a whole F1 pit crew!”
His wife shushes him, but nods in agreement, her eyes wide as she watches the scene unfold.
Meanwhile, you make your way through the crowd of excited drivers to reach your daughter. As you approach, the men part to let you through, their chatter dying down.
You kneel in front of Nessa, taking in her flushed cheeks and bright eyes. “How do you feel, sweetheart?” You ask softly.
Nessa’s face breaks into a wide grin. “That was amazing! Did you see when I overtook on the hairpin? And the last corner, I thought for sure he was going to pass me, but I remembered what Papa Fernando said about late apexes, and it worked!”
You laugh, pulling her into a hug. “I saw it all, baby. You were incredible.”
As you release her, Nessa looks around at the circle of beaming faces surrounding her. “Did I make you proud?” She asks, a hint of her earlier nervousness returning.
“Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it,” Sebastian says, ruffling her hair affectionately.
“You exceeded all our expectations,” Fernando adds with a warm smile.
“And trust me,” Lando chimes in with a wink, “our expectations were pretty high to begin with.”
As Nessa basks in the praise and attention of her unconventional family, a race official approaches, looking slightly overwhelmed.
“Excuse me,” he says hesitantly, “but we need to do the podium ceremony now.”
The drivers reluctantly step back, allowing Nessa to follow the official to the makeshift podium. As she takes her place on the top step, her face beaming with pride, you find yourself surrounded by eleven grown men, each looking as proud as if they had just won a world championship themselves.
“You know,” Oscar says softly, his eyes never leaving Nessa as she receives her trophy, “I think we might be in trouble.”
“What do you mean?” You ask, turning to look at him.
He grins, a mixture of pride and mock fear in his eyes. “If she’s this good at eight, can you imagine what she’ll be like at eighteen? We might be out of jobs.”
The group chuckles, but there’s a note of truth in Oscar’s words. As you watch Nessa on the podium, her small hands raised in triumph, you can’t help but wonder what the future holds for this extraordinary little girl with her eleven F1 driver fathers.
But for now, as the sound of applause fills the air and you see the pure joy on Nessa’s face, you push those thoughts aside. There will be time enough for worrying about the future later. For now, you’re content to bask in this moment of triumph, surrounded by the most unconventional and wonderful family you could have ever imagined.
As Nessa runs back to the group, her trophy clutched tightly in her hands, she’s enveloped in a group hug that threatens to lift her off her feet. And in that moment, watching the pure love and pride radiating from these men who have given your daughter so much more than just their DNA, you know that no matter what challenges lie ahead, Nessa will always have the strongest support system imaginable.
After all, with her fathers in her corner, how can she possibly fail?

I really did not wanna talk about this stupid topic, but with so many people falling for it, I figured I should; THE DIRECT ARTICLE ABOUT A GRAVITY FALLS REVIVAL IS A FUCKING LIE!! Lemme explain below why!!
Ever since this article by The Direct was published, way too many people are thinking Gravity Falls is really coming back and the usual season 3 belief is spreading yet again. And of course, YouTubers who should know better made videos on it and other "journalists" are spreading this lie. Here's the real facts! The executive in the article NEVER alluded to a revival. All they said is that Alex is publishing a book (The Book of Bill) and there's some shorts being made. All this article is basing its claim on is the phrase, "Never say Never!" Alex has had a deal with Netflix since 2018. Under that deal, he cannot make new cartoons for other networks, including Disney and Gravity Falls. He can voice on non Netflix shows and help in small ways like he did on TOH, but he cannot make a new show outside Netflix.
The shorts they are alluding to are confirmed to be likely stuff like the Broken Karaoke series on Disney Channel's YouTube page or theme song takeover stuff. Disney TVA News, while not 100% the most reliable source, has suggested that as the case and given Alex was at DTVA in April recording something per an Instagram story he made, it makes the most sense. What's more, there is a rumoured short being made for The Book of Bill which this could be meaning. Notice how it has no indication of a revival? Alex Hirsch has said he has ideas for GF stories, but they are more book centric. Heck, in me and Hana's interview alone he alluded to Stan and Ford stories he'd wanna do if given the chance to make another graphic novel. That is all!
And speaking of Alexhe's not said shit on this! He's not tweeted about it or liked any tweet about it. And Alex has said in the past to not believe anyone claiming Gravity Falls is coming back unless he says so himself on Twitter. So, take a guess what I did? I messaged him!! I was in talks with Alex recently for another video I'm making later in the future and asked him about this article during it. Without leaking our DM's, Alex said straight up, this article is all "just talk!" It's clickbait! Alex Hirsch confirmed it is clickbait!!
Direct is lying to you and so is anyone else saying this is real or that Gravity Falls is coming back! It just isn't. The only person who you should believe about this stuff is Alex Hirsch himself and he clearly has said it's not. And even supposing Direct is telling the truth about this executive saying something is possible, it's just gonna be book or small shorts stuff…NOT a season 3 or reboot, or revival or spin off series. I know that stuff is pretty popular to talk about, hell, I'd kill for a Gravity Falls prequel story myself. But it's not happening.
But with that said, I hope this post helped you better understand what is up. This article is a sham and a joke to the field of journalism. Do your damn job and tell the truth instead of making clickbait shit that will get you ad revenue! People who write articles like this are a joke and I feel bad for anyone who falls for their BS! These articles will never stop being made, so it's up to you all to be smart and not fall for them.
Remember, if Alex Hirsch doesn't say anything about it, it's not legit!!
Stay informed properly out there! New videos coming soon :)

HI KIMI - KA12
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary : she loves to tease, he can’t help but blush.
listen up : not proofread! kinda hate it! totowolffdaughter!reader. really into the whole bosses daughter thing rn
word count :
⋆。‧˚⋆
My weekend will always be good when I'm at the Paddock. But there’s one factor that may make it a bit more interesting. A dangerous factor that it’s tan, cute, with curly hair. The same factor that is completely off limits.
Kimi Antonelli walks into the garage as I sit in an engineer's seat, chewing gum and scrolling on my phone.
Most everyone is gone on break except for a few sticking around and talking about the cars. I spin around in the chair so I’m facing him, blowing a bubble with my gum and grinning, “Hi, Kimi.”
He walks up to me slowly, smirking. “Hey, Wolff.”
“How’s my favorite future driver, today?” I sit up straight as he shrugs, clearly liking my antics.
“Pretty good.” He sits across from me, “You?”
Before I can answer, I'm interrupted by my lovely father, yelling. “Y/n! Your mom wants you.” I pout at him as he eyes Kimi, “Now.”
I sigh dramatically and stand, “Duty calls.” I smile at Kimi, not missing the blush on his cheeks as I walk past my dad and into the hallway.
Kimi and I have known eachother forever, my dads obsessed with him, and he’s on the grid for next year. This means two things for my dad,
Mr. Toto Wolff will have someone to bandage his broken heart after Lewis.
He will have a permanent headache with me and Kimi around 24/7.
My dad loves Kimi, he loves him so much that he won’t let me get near the kid! As soon as puberty hit and Kimi started blushing at me, my dad vetoed even the thought of us.
But now we’re adults, and Kimi got hot.
⋆。‧˚⋆
I do have another job then being a permanent fixture to annoy my father and flirt with Kimi. I’m interning with Mercedes (yeah i’m a nepo baby, cry about it.) I work with their socials (yes that’s why they’re so funny!)
I’m videoing Lewis talking to Kimi because apparently I'm the only one who can get Lewis to shoot a funny video. They let me enjoy my tiktok trend before Lewis and George are off in their cars.
I stand with my dad and Kimi, watching them go around for quali.
As soon as Lewis gets out in Q1 and my dad just stares at the screen, I tap Kimi and motion to the door.
We end up in hospitality with all the food, “Are you going to use me to piss off your dad, forever?” He grabs his plate and sits next to me, we both turn behind us to see the cars go around the track.
I shrug and sip my water, “Yes. But I don’t just mess with you to mess with him.” He raises a brow, “I do it because you blushing is hilarious and sorta cute.” He blushes at my words.
“You’re the worst.” He bites into his cookie, “And are probably gonna get me fired.”
I laugh, “Please, my dad would fire me before you!”
He sighs and rests his head against the chair, his curls falling into his face. We watch Alex spin but straighten himself out, both of us sighing. It’s weird to think that Kimi is going to be in one of those cars next year.
“Are you scared?” I face him, his head tilts to me, thinking about it.
“Not really. I’ve always known it’s dangerous but I'm moving up for a reason.” When my dad told me Kimi was getting the 2025 seat, I told him he was too young.
I would die if Kimi found out, but I have to watch all my friends, people who are like brothers to me, crash and take eachother out every week. So maybe I'm a little scared for him.
“You okay?” I realize i’ve been zoning out, So I nod and smile, “Ready to go back? Quali is almost over and i’m trying to get the team to like m-” My eyes are pulled away from him as I see the familiar black and teal car go into the gravel.
“It’s over, now, actually.” We both cringe at George ending quali, “Congratulations Lando.”
“Do not go drool all over him, Wolff.” we start to make our way back, turning to Kimi so i’m walking backwards.
“Kimi Antonelli! Are you jealous?” He doesn’t find his amusing.
“I’m going to find Ollie.” He rolls his eyes at my kissing noises.
“Have fun with your boyfriend!” He flips me off, “Talk about me!” He looks back, shooting me a look that makes my stomach flip.
“I always do.” His accent is smooth and easy.
“What?” He keeps walking away from me, “You always do what!? Talk about me? Have fun with the horsey haas!? Kimi!”
⋆。‧˚⋆
The next day I follow the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders around. They're crazy pretty and so talented in a way that’s different from all the drivers I'm constantly around.
I leave them be when Ollie drags me in front of the camera for F1 TV. Ollie and I grab coffee and look around for a bit before we find Kimi who’s holding a plate full of whipped cream.
“I’m getting flashbacks to your birthday.” I shake my head as we approach him, “We could always recreate it!” I reach for the plate but he pulls it away quickly. Damn drivers' reflexes.
“Hey, some people from the track are coming to my hotel and swimming tonight. Wanna join? My least favorite thing about America is the whole 21 thing. But sober fun is still fun!” Ollie claps his hands together, Kini and I nod before Kimi and I get called back into the Mercedes garage.
My dad eyes us, “Really Y/n?” I furrow my brows at him, this time I actually did nothing wrong! I sit with Carmen during the race, cringing as Lewis gets rolled back into the garage.
But George does great and I try hard not to laugh as I listen to his radio. George and Carmen are like my parents in Mercedes. Even though my actual parents are in Mercedes too.
Honestly the day goes by in a blur, I avoid the garage because Lewis did poorly and George did well. So the vibes are off and I make my way to Vcarb.
Except I get intercepted by Kimi and a cupcake. I take it suspiciously, “Poison?”
“You’ll have to find out.” He deadpans as we walk slowly. Suddenly I'm not in a rush to congratulate Liam.
The cupcake is very good and not poisonous. I groan, tilting my head back, “Fuck, K, I could kiss you!”
He stays quiet as I finish my cupcake. When I look at him he’s looking away with an odd expression on his face, “Relax Antonelli, I promise I won’t kiss you.”
He bites back a smile, “Don’t make promises neither of us want you to keep.” This is unusual. Kimi doesn’t usually flirt back. He’ll make a remark or two but the austin air must be doing something to him.
It makes me feel weird and I like it.
Liam rounds the corner with a smile on his face. I snap out of focusing on Kimi and hug Liam quickly, “Ew. You’re gross. But congratulations!”
“Yeah you killed it mate.” Kimi fist bumps the blonde as he nods.
“Points and fucking with fernando! I’m proud.” Liam laughs and thanks us. But a weird part of me is still stuck on what Kimi said.
When he nudges me after Liam leaves, I flinch, “Shit, Wolff. You’ve been weird today.” He just walks away, I follow while running my hands over my face.
Fuck my life. What is happening!?
⋆。‧˚⋆
“Ollie!” I hug the tall brit as he raises a brow, “Yay!”
“Thought we were supposed to be dry tonight.”
I would say, Well I’m with Kimi tonight so i’m never dry. But even I am can control myself better than that.
I just shrug as Kimi takes over, “She had two shots.”
“A confidence booster!” I smile and take my towel from mimi, skipping over to the girls.
I don’t have many girl friends around the paddock, but I like this group and they seem to like me too. We all get into our swimsuits, going to the bathroom so my friend can braid her hair.
“Who’s the italian?” a new girl says. She’s Ollie’s friend, I think she knows Franco too.
Lia Block, my favorite F1 related woman ever, laughs, “Ask Y/n.”
“Shit. Are you two dating?”
“Uh… no.” I laugh awkwardly.
“Oh!” She frowns, “So… hooking up?”
I shake my head, “No, just friends! We’ve known eachother forever.”
“I think they’re made to be!” Lia wraps her arms around my shoulders, I can see her smiling in the mirror, “But Kimi is a shy idiot.”
“But he’s single?”
Lia laughs uncomfortably, “I think it’s time to swim!”
The water is freezing so I end up in the jacuzzi with Lia. I’m watching Kimi talk to his new girl, “He’s not flirting, you know.”
I dunk my head but she pulls me back up, “He can be!”
“No!” She shakes me, “You’re a big fat liar!”
“He has free will! I like to flirt with him, not be with him!” Her eyes narrow before Kimi jumps into the jacuzzi, splashing us.
Lia shakes her head and dives back in the pool, Kimi frowns at her, “What do I smell?”
I sink back into the water, suddenly feeling very aware of my every movement in my black bikini. “Yeah, like pool water.”
He sits on the step next to me, the water up to his neck as he warms up, “I’ve come to hide.” He floats closer towards me.
“Ollie bugging you?” I joke as he shakes his head.
“You told her I was single!”
“You are!”
He gives me a look. The type of look that makes me want him to say that he isn’t, and that I’m not either. “You could have lied.”
“And why would I do that?” His eyes meet mine and it’s that feeling again. He looks away, the blush on his cheeks not from the steam.
“Kimi!” The girl yells from the pool and he turns to me slowly.
“You did this.”
I scoff, “I did not! If you aren’t single then who will I flirt with.” I pout, joking as he moves his arm around me, touching the jacuzzi wall and not me.
I smirks a bit, “If I wasn’t single I'd be with you.”
I lean in, “When did you get so confident?”
“Quite recently actually!” I could have sworn his eyes flickered down to my lips, “I learned from the best.”
“You speak so highly of me, I'm honored.”
“You should hear my thoughts.” I narrow my eyes at him, trying not to look at his arms or past his chin at all.
“You’re playing with fire here, Antonelli.”
He tilts his head, “You play with me everyday.”
“This payback?”
“No. Just foreplay.” I almost choke. My cheeks going red as Kimis smile grows, “You look good blushing too.”
“Time to swim!” I hurry away and practically fall into the pool. I dunk my head, thinking about today.
Next week will be worse, we have plans for next week! Mexico is next week.
I will be ignoring him next week.

Trouble (teen!Ghost au)
___
They weren't bad kids but they were easily influenced.
"Don't your dads drink?" Alejandro pressed, Rudy rolling his eyes when he continued on the matter.
"Ale, don't be a bad influence."
"I'm not a bad influence! But come on- No parents in the house and we're just to behave?"
Simon never felt the need to impress Alejandro. They became friends a few weeks after Alejandro first moved here and went to their school. How? He's not sure but he considers himself stuck with the boy. It didn't matter if he wasn't 'cool' like Alejandro.
But Kyle? He was confident, but he was a bit shy around Rudy. Alex being there in the mix didn't help.
"I mean- Dad has a bottle of whisky downstairs in the basement. For when work gets a bit difficult."
"Oh, whisky?"
Alejandro perked up and Rudy showed interest, it was too late for Simon to stop Kyle.
"No- That's Dad's. He'll know if we go down there! Besides, I'm not drinking with Gary in the house!"
Gary was currently downstairs in the living room with Farah, both deciding to binge watch a bunch of Disney movies until bedtime. Alejandro just snorted.
"We'll be up here, away from the bichito."
Alex decided to join in, not helping the situation despite clearly trying to, "Doesn't Nik drink? Could grab from his stash since he's much more laid back."
This encouraged Kyle who silenced Simon before he could speak, "He has this special vodka he gets imported from Russia! But we don't know where he hides it, he doesn't even like sharing it with Dad."
Alejandro sighs, "Special vodka sounds killer..."
Rudy wasn't much involved in the conversation, just silently judging his boyfriend. Simon was mostly stunned by this rebellious nature Kyle was showing. Drinking? He was sixteen!
"Bro-"
Kyle stood up just then, "Then I'll go grab the whisky."
Simon immediately grabbed Kyle's sleeve and dragged him back to the floor.
"No! Are you crazy!?"
"C'mon, Si. Just a sip."
"No no-"
Simon couldn't stop Kyle. He was already out the room, jumping over Riley and narrowly dodging a very confused Smokey. Alejandro was laughing, mostly from disbelief. Kyle Price was a good child, where was this coming from?
Simon was going to kill him if their father didn't.
"Wow-"
"Ale I'm killing you later."
"Not my fault! You know I tease!"
Simon groans and gets off the floor. He had to get Kyle before he broke something or successfully stole their dad's whisky. He couldn't even imagine the old man's heartbreak at the discovery of not just his baby boy growing up but also adopting a rebellious phase. It would certainly kill him.
Simon was in the hall when Riley started barking excitedly. He ran past him whining and went straight down the stairs. Then Alex called out worriedly.
"There's a car in the driveway- I THINK IT'S YOUR DAD OH GOD-"
Alejandro cusses and jumps up, "Oh Kyle is so dead."
Simon, without thinking, grabs his phone and goes to call Kyle, Thankfully the nerd was never without his phone.
"Si, I'm already down here you can't stop me-"
"Dad's home early!"
Kyle was quiet before he spoke in a hushed tone, "Can you distract him?"
"Kyle-"
"Simon I am rethinking every decision I ever made right now please distract him."
Simon cusses, "Fine! I mean, you're only in trouble if you get caught."
Simon rushes downstairs while Alex, Alejandro, and Rudy stay where they are, probably waiting to see how this ends without getting caught in the crossfire. Right there in the living room was John, petting Riley while Farah and Gary sat on the couch, curled up in blankets with pillows and snacks.
"Back already?"
"For a moment, date night is still on just need to drop this file off."
In his office. Downstairs. Where Kyle is.
Simon ran into the living room and jumped at his father, the man wheezing at the sudden embrace from his son.
"What's with the hug? And when did you get so big?" John said with a light chuckle in his voice, arm around Simon's shoulders and a hand in his hair.
Simon didn't respond to the question, just squeezed onto John's middle, Riley whining at their feet. Farah immediately caught on that something was going on. John also caught on but immediately leaning into something had upset Simon and the teen didn't want to talk about it.
"Si... is everything okay?"
Simon wasn't sure if playing into him being upset was even safe. Running to his father the moment he walked in the door when his friends were staying over? Simon didn't want to risk John assuming they did something.
"Just... missed my old man. You could die any minute so I need to appreciate you whenever I can."
Farah's jaw dropped, dumbfounded, while Gary was absorbed in Finding Nemo and couldn't care less. John cared, the statement of course was alarming.
"Uh, do we need to talk? Nik will survive if we cancel date night."
Simon remained still, eyes wide. Was stirring the pot that was Simon's mental state worth preventing his father from catching his brother trying to steal a bottle of whisky?
I fucking suck at distracting people.
"I... Just love my dad."
Oh that didn't help.
"That settles it. I'm putting this paperwork away and you and me are gonna have a little talk."
FUCK FUCK FUCK-
"I can put it away," enter Nik. Simon certainly didn't have enough arm strength to hold bother men.
"UH- THE BASEMENT IS HAUNTED."
Farah blinked before she made a conclusion in her head. She calmly stood up, taking her blanket and tucking Gary in to the couch before she fast walked into the hall, out of sight but certainly not out of mind.
"... what are you kids up to?"
"Not even going to entertain the haunted bit?" honestly Simon was disappointed by that. Not even Nik took a bite at that.
"I'm not scared of ghosts, малыш."
Nik walked past them, taking the paperwork that laid on the end table as he went. Simon tried to pull away from John with the intention of jumping Nik, but his father kept a firm hold on him.
Gary was no longer watching the TV and instead was staring at Simon and John. Great, now he was more entertaining than Finding Nemo. This was a shit distraction.
"Simon. What's going on? Be honest."
Simon didn't get a chance to get a word out before Nik returned. With Kyle. Kyle was staring at the floor in shame when Nik held up John's whisky. As predicted, John was heartbroken.
"Kyle? No-"
"I... was curious..."
"You-"
John squeezed Simon and Simon feared his father's sanity.
"You were helping him?" Oh he sounded truly betrayed.
"I tried stopping him!"
"Oh you did an excellent job," Nik said with a laugh. He shut up when John looked at him with fire in his eyes.
"... I said I would buy you a nice liquor cabinet but no, you didn't want to be perceived as that kind of father."
"You-"
"-could've avoided this."
John scoffed and Simon clocked Nik trying to defuse the situation by turning the attention onto him. He had released Kyle who backed behind him.
"Simon. Go take Gary and Kyle to your room. I need to have a word with Nikolai.
Nik, for his credit, didn't flinch at the use of his full name. Simon parted from his father and grabbed Gary, who thankfully didn't fight him and just went along with him. He slipped past Nik and Kyle followed without word.
They darted upstairs and after a minute Riley followed. They didn't hear yelling, John and Nik weren't the types to yell. Simon predicted they would focus on the liquor cabinet comment before actually talking about what Kyle did or attempted to do. Either way things would be fine in the morning just awkward.
When they slipped into Simon's room Alex and Farah were there, Farah sitting on the bed while Alex was still on the beanbag.
"Uh, where is Ale and Rudy?"
"Oh they climbed out your window not long after you ran downstairs. They didn't want to be involved in Kyle's punishment."
Oh those assholes.
"Smart for Ale. His dad would murder him if Dad called him about picking him up."
"Didn't he drive here?"
"Ale's dad has towed his car before to ground him."
Alex thought Simon was joking and laughed. Simon wasn't joking.
Kyle couldn't find any humor in the situation and walked over to Alex, slumping onto the beanbag and shoving Alex to the floor.
"Oh why did I do that..."
Farah, having been filled in by Alex, rolls her eyes, "You're a boy, a natural idiot. Seriously, if you guys wanted a drink you should've had Ale go buy you something."
Silence.
Then Kyle sat up, "I'm going to kill Alejandro."
___
Why Johnny or Hong-Jin weren't there? Johnny went to Scotland to his material grandmother and Hong-Jin? Hong-Jin has a gaming tournament. Couldn't figure out how to fit these facts into the drabble but didn't want them to remain unknown lol

"You owe me a drink because when I saw you I dropped mine." with Jack!
thank you for requesting!🫶🏽
28. "You owe me a drink because when I saw you I dropped mine."
.
“Ten bucks says she rejects him straight out.”
“Fifty says she doesn’t even acknowledge him.”
“One hundred says—”
“You all suck, I clearly need new friends,” Jack commented, his voice blunt and deadpan as he stared back at his so-called friends with an unamused look. “Do you really have no faith in my skills?”
“Yes,” they all replied in unison.
Jack’s eyes narrowed into a glare.
“Look, bud,” Trevor began as he took a step towards the boy, his hand on Jack’s shoulder feeling more patronising than sympathetic. “You’re hot and shit but, like, come on. Look at her. She looks like she eats boys like you for breakfast.”
“Just because you’re intimidated doesn’t mean I need to be,” Jack sassed back, something close to a competition bubbling inside him. It almost felt the same way he did before his first game in the NHL, the same need to prove people wrong when they thought he was nothing more than some pretty boy pick.
“We aren’t intimidated,” Cole spoke up, leaning against the table on his elbows. His cheeks were flushed and pink, and there was already a glaze over his eyes from the drinks he had drank already. “We just aren’t downright stupid.”
“You know, friends usually hype each other up,” he retorted.
“And friends stop their friends from going into situations where they will get hurt,” Alex threw back at him before nodding his head towards where you were standing by the main bar. “And that, my friend, is gonna be the biggest hit against your ego yet.”
Jack puffed his chest out. “You underestimate me.”
“Or you overestimate yourself,” Trevor murmured under his breath.
“You know what,” Jack huffed out as he grabbed his drink, taking a long dreg from his drink before flashing the group a smile. “Fucking watch and learn, boys.”
He didn’t give the boys a chance to drag him back or stop him before he began making his way across the bar, his eyes locked on where you were leaning against the counter. He took the free spot next to you, something quite like adrenaline coursing through his body.
“You owe me a drink because when I saw you, I dropped mine,” Jack spoke up, his elbow against the counter and his body turned towards you.
You turned to look at him, something quite like amusement in your eyes as you glanced down at the drink in his hand (which was still half-full) before returning to his face. “Clearly I don’t look pretty enough if you caught your drink.”
“I—” Jack’s lips parted, his cheeks flushing pink. “No, I just—”
“It’s a cute line, I liked it,” you commented, turning your body to face him too. “What’s your name, pretty boy?”
“Uh,” Jack blinked, taking a few moments before realising he hadn’t said anything. “Jack. My name is Jack.”
“Jack,” you repeated with a smirk. “I’ll buy you that drink if you buy the next round.”
He nodded dumbly. “Deal.”

The thing about Darlington is at first glance he seems so much more tame and straight laced in comparison to Alex, and, like he is to an extent, but its all about the packaging. (And isn't that the thing between these two anyways from the very start?) I just always get reminded how many of his character traits aren't some dignified or morally superior dichotomy to Alex and her ruthlessness. The thing is, Darlington is just as ruthless and ambitious, he just didn't have to confront it until Hell. The desperate, starving, consumption motif is so clear from Alex's very first chapter but it's not til later that you realize Darlington is the exact same way, just about things other than the extreme level of survival Alex had to endure. Instead, Darlington was able to scrap by and keep the legacy going, serving something and keep the roof over his head. It makes it less obvious then that he is also a survivor and has that same drive.
You can especially see it in the way he tries to prep himself (the exercises, the learning, the training) for the long awaited "grand adventure," the way he treats his study of the arcane (I mean seriously, you cannot paint that boy as the lawful good archetype if he decided to devote himself into brewing a mythic possibly fake archaic drink that might MIGHT let him see the great beyond just because he had to believe there was more to this life, he had nothing left to lose, and he just had to find out and couldn't be satisfied with only some instead of all), and even more clearly, the dream vision he is granted in Hell. Dawes gets a dream of academic success, Turner professional success, Darlington has a dream where his house is never empty and there is always more people, knowledge, and he finally knows the secrets of every mystery in the world. He just hides all this better. He has the polish, the East Coast rich vs LA rich, and the austere Puritanical upbringing that makes him seem as Alex puts it, "expensive." But the reason these two work (and the reason I am insane about it) is because of this shared character trait of never being satisfied and always wanting more (what's really interesting is Alex seems to want more comfort and security and Darlington wants more risk and adventure and that's what drives the conflict). I'm drawn to the parallel someone on here once said about how Darlington is a sword and Alex is a cannonball. Same effect just different methods. Different packaging. Add in the questions of who is the rabid dog, who is the soldier, the servant, the monarch, Dante, Virigil, Beatrice, Orpheus, and Eurydice? I just love how these two characters seem SO diametrically opposed at first glance but are actually so alike in childhood, character, and ambition.

Goalscorer || Alessia Russo x reader x Ella Toone
Based on this request here.
Before you start reading, I just want to say that this fictional! Just because I’ve written this does not mean I ship them in real life.
Summary You love being with Alessia and Ella, but not when they argue
Going to the World Cup was a dream come true.
The whole experience was going to be so special for you.
What made it even more exceptionally special was the fact you were doing it with your girlfriends, Ella and Alessia, by your side.
Ella and Alessia were your whole world.
You loved them with every ounce of your body and they loved you just as much.
The World Cup so far had been the best time of your life.
Playing alongside your girlfriends and some of your best friends made you realise just how lucky you are.
After winning all of the matches in the group stages and the round of 16, it was time to move onto the final stages.
The thought of playing Colombia scared you.
Not because they were a good team, but the pressure that came with the match was immense.
As a striker, you were one of the ones the team relied on to score.
Not only that, but due to being 23, you didn’t have a part in the starting eleven and unlike your girlfriends, you were used as a super sub.
Your job as a super sub was to come on when fresh legs were needed and try to change the scoreline.
The past few games, you’d come on for Alessia, adding a new energy to the match.
The night before the match, Alessia and Ella kept telling you that you were going to get your well deserved goal.
You’d been put down by the stress, and after a long day training, they’d set up a movie night so you could relax.
During the movies, although you had relaxed in someways, the thought of the match still played on your mind.
Without knowing, a tear escaped your eye and Alessia noticed straight away, pausing the movie to ask what was wrong.
“Baby, what’s wrong?” Alessia asked, worry clearly evident in her voice.
“Y/N/N, you can tell us anything.” Ella added, seeing the hesitation in your face.
“I’m scared. I’m scared for the match tomorrow.” You admitted and they both pulled you in for a hug.
“Love, you don’t have to be scared. You’re an incredible player. I have a feeling that you’ll get your first World Cup goal tomorrow.” Ella said, ending the final part with a smile on her face.
“Ella’s right, baby. And I agree, you’re going to get a goal tomorrow. End of now, you’re a great player, please don’t think you’re not.” Alessia stated, and you nodded against her chest.
“Now, what an earth is going on? Why is the wife pretending not to be the wife? I don’t get it.” Ella questioned, clearly confused with the movie.
You lifted your head off Alessia’s chest to look at her, watching her roll her eyes before quietly laughing with you.
———————
After warming up for the whole of the first half, Sarina told you that you’d be coming on just after half time.
Nerves started to build up in your body, thoughts racing through your mind.
The thought of the score being 1-1 didn’t help your nerves either, but as soon as Ella pulled you onto her lap, they all disappeared.
Whilst sat on her lap during half time, Alessia came over and rested a hand on your back, rubbing it comfortingly.
“You ready to shine, love?” Ella asked, and you hummed in response.
“You’re gonna smash it, Y/N/N.” Alessia added, pressing a kiss to your head.
Alessia repeated them words just fifteen minutes later as she pulled you into a hug, before you ran onto the pitch.
You ran past a few of your teammates, giving them a high five as you ran into position.
The game continued and within five minutes, you were receiving a ball through.
Alex had sent the ball to Georgia who managed to slot it through to you, in the box.
Using your instincts, you were the first one on it, quickly slotting the ball into the back of the net perfectly.
Somehow, between shooting and receiving the ball, you had fallen over so your celebration was a bit delayed.
Jumping up, your teammates surrounded you, Ella being the first one to you.
She enveloped you in a hug before everyone took it in turns hugging and celebrating with you.
Running back to your starting position, you looked over to the bench to see a very proud looking Alessia.
Quickly blowing a kiss to her, you looked to your other side to see Ella smiling widely at you.
What felt like five minutes later, but was actually half an hour later, the final whistle blew and England was through to the semi finals.
Ella and Alessia went straight for you, both of them picking you up before placing a kiss on your lip.
After celebrating the win on the pitch, all three of you walked to the changing rooms together, quickly getting showered and changed before walking out to the team bus.
Since you were sat next to Alessia on the way to the stadium, you assumed you’d be sat next to Ella.
With your assumption, you took a seat next to Ella but was quickly pulled to sit next to Alessia by a certain blonde striker.
“She’s sitting next to me.” Ella told Alessia, guiding you to sit back in your original place.
“Yeah but I want her to sit next to me. I want to tell her how proud I am.” Alessia fought back, standing up to make you move seats.
“She sat next to you on the way here.” Ella added, her accent getting stronger the more they argued.
“She sat next to you on the way to the Nigeria match and on the way back.” Alessia pointed out, and Ella sighed, not really having any comebacks left to continue the argument.
You looked between the both of them, Ella having a saddened look, whereas Alessia had the complete opposite look, a big smile on her face.
“Come sit with me, baby.” Alessia patted the seat next to her, as you still debated on who you’d like to sit next to.
“No.” You stated, bluntly, causing a very confused look to form in Alessia’s face and a giggle to escape Ella’s mouth.
“See, she doesn’t want to sit next to you. She wants to sit next to me.” Ella continued to laugh at Alessia, also gesturing for you to sit in the seat to her.
“I don’t want to sit to either of you. Do you even think about me? And who I’d like to sit next to? And anyway, I’ve already agreed to sit next to Lauren so she can show me what Lego sets to buy. I’ll speak to you both later.” You told them and walked away, leaving a very speechless Alessia and Ella.
“That’s your fault.” You heard Ella say to Alessia.
“Toone, don’t you dare.” You snapped, turning around to see an angry looking Ella. As you turned back around, you heard Alessia laughing. “You too, Russo.”
With their ‘telling offs’, they were silent for the rest of the way back to the hotel.
When you entered the hotel, you decided to stay with Hempo so she could show you all the Lego sets she had built whilst being in Australia.
With your disappearance, Ella and Alessia searched the whole of the hotel, even making a search party, made of the whole team, to go looking for you.
After buying about seven Lego sets with the help of Lauren, you thanked her and left her room to walk to your shared room with your girlfriends.
What you didn’t expect to happen, was to almost get knocked out as soon as you left the room.
“Y/N, oh my god, baby you’re okay.” Alessia almost sobbed as she jumped on you, sending the two of you to the floor.
“Lessi, what’s wrong? Why are you crying?” You asked, panicked, thinking something had happened.
“You disappeared and we thought something bad had happened and I couldn’t stand the thought of you being angry at us.” Alessia explained, tears streaming down her face.
“Oh, baby.” You cooed, cradling her head against your chest. “I was with Lauren. She helped me buy some Lego sets because I didn’t know which ones to buy. And then she showed me her Lego sets. I’ve gone with ones that the three of us can build together.”
“Love, you’re okay.” A loud Manchester accent bounced off the walls of the hotel as a pair of arms wrapped around your body. “We were so worried. We’ve got the whole team looking for you.”
“What are you two like.” You playfully rolled your eyes at them.
“We’re so sorry, we shouldn’t have acted that immature. We should have let you decide and we know that now.” Ella apologised
“We really are sorry, baby. We were just so proud of you, but we took it too far and we’ve realised that. We promise we wont anymore.” Alessia added, and you pulled them both into a hug.
“And you two? Have you sorted it out between you both? You’re not angry at one another?” You questioned them and they nodded, before hugging each other, Alessia leaving a kiss on Ella’s cheek.
“Does that mean we can finally go to bed now?” Ella asked, yawning, as you and Alessia nodded in response.
———————
“Can you two please stop it!” You snapped for the one hundredth time whilst entering the room.
Everything had been going perfect, after not speaking for you for two hours and being clingy as ever, Alessia and Ella were desperate to talk to and cuddle you.
Once you’d gotten settled in bed, Alessia slung her arm around you and you laid your head on Ella’s chest.
You turned the tv on to watch a movie but you couldn’t help but notice Ella trying to move you closer to her.
You slapped her arm, silently telling her to stop, but once she tried to do again, and Alessia noticing too, hell broke loose.
Alessia and Ella kept arguing back and forth about who got to cuddle you.
You told them to stop several times but nothing was stopping them.
“I’m breaking up with you!” You shouted, and the room went silent, both of them wide eyed looking at you. “I’m kidding, but my god, that shut you up real quick. If you don’t want me to ever say them words, then I suggest you stop arguing over me. Alessia, you cuddle me tonight. Ella you get to cuddle me tomorrow night. That’s how it’s going to work from now on. Do you understand me?”
Taken aback, Alessia and Ella nodded, their eyes till wide.
“Good, now goodnight.”
The three of you settled, you cuddling into Alessia but still holding Ella’s hand so she didn’t feel lonely.
“We love you, our goalscorer.” Alessia whispered in your ear.
“I love the both of you too. Just not when you argue.”
“We promise we won’t anymore.” Ella said
“Hmm, that sounds familiar.”

could you write something about JJ and her kid getting into an argument about them getting into a fight at school context isn't important just something like that
I loved this ask! Thank you. Here's about 2k words :) Non-binary reader (they/them pronouns)
You're not listening.
Tumblr media
JJ pulled up outside your school in an angry fit. This was her third time being called in this month for your fighting and she was sick of it. Sick of your behaviour. They’d already suspended you for a few days after your first fight. Since you didn’t start the second one there was no disciplinary but your mum was made aware but now with the third one this month which had called her out of work - she was not happy.
She marched through the glass doors, her blonde hair bounced behind her and she looked powerful in her suit. However, you didn’t see her as that. Sitting in the principal's waiting, your fear grew thicker. She was angry. Really angry.
You watched the way she held herself, so assertive. You held the bloody gauze against your nose more and sniffed. The blood still hadn’t stopped but you didn’t even think she’d noticed.
She took a deep breath, not looking in your direction, before addressing the receptionist. “I’m here for Y/N - to see Principal Alex,” she said. Her voice was thin and sharp. “Of course, I’ll let him know you’re here. Thank you for coming so quickly,” the receptionist replied. “Just take a seat and he’ll call you in.” JJ nodded and turned to you. She looked you up and down. Your shirt was stained with crimson blood. Your hands were covered in blood too as no one had cleaned you up - you’d been sent straight to the principal. “Excuse me, can we have some wipes for their hands?” JJ asked the receptionist. The woman behind the desk quickly grabbed some wipes from her desk drawer and handed them over.
In a huff, JJ came over and sat beside you. “Hand,” she ordered and held out her hand for yours. You swapped your hand holding the gauze against your nose and put the bloody one in hers. She quickly began wiping you down, making sure to get around your fingernails and in your knuckles. “Mum-” You tried to speak but she raised a finger. That meant it was not your turn to speak. “Save it,” she said, clearly upset with you. Once your hands were clean, she looked up at your face. “Let me see,” she said. Her voice was softer but still strict. You pulled the gauze away from your nose. It was bruised and very sore but you didn’t think it was broken. “They didn’t even give you ice? Goddamnit,” she whispered and stood back up to talk to the receptionist. You sat there, sullen. You hated that you’d made your mum this angry and that she wouldn’t listen to your side first. When your mum got angry, she went silent and that frustrated you. It was the easy JJ had always coped but you hated it.
“I’m sorry but only the school nurse can administer that sort of medical care,” the receptionist said. “Well get the school nurse down here then. They need ice on their nose before it gets anymore swollen,” JJ replied, her anger rising. “I’m afraid we have to wait until after Principal Alex has spoken to them.” “No. Just because they broke a few school rules, doesn’t mean their needs are pushed aside. I want the nurse down here with a bag of ice for them before I even think about stepping into that office.” JJ’s tone was assertive and dominant. The receptionist didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call the nurse.
After you had been given the ice for your nose, you and JJ were called into the principal's office. The person you fought walked out sheepishly with their father and took a seat. You hobbled behind your mum into the office and sat down in the large leather chair. Your mum shook the principal’s hand and sat in the chair adjacent to yours.
“Now, Miss Jareau,” Principal Alex began, addressing your mum. “It’s unfortunate I have to see you here again but by my reports, Y/N started the fight this time and as we discussed previously, that means expulsion.” Shit. You gulped and looked at your mum. Her expression was serious and upset. Expulsion? This was never, ever discussed with you. “I understand however, I’d like to know what happened before we get to such extreme circumstances,” JJ said. “Y/N? I’ve heard the story from the other person's account - I’d like to hear yours.” The principal said, turning to you. You shuffled in your seat and removed the ice from your nose so you could be heard better. “I was sticking up for myself,” You began. Your mum had turned to you too and you felt sweat form on your brow. Her gaze was scary. “They were making fun of me again, Sir. Calling me a girl and throwing tampons at me,” you whispered. Your gender had always been something you struggled with and while a lot of people accepted you were non-binary – there were people at school who didn’t. “And why didn’t you walk away and report it like I told you to if it happens again?” Principal Alex asked. “Because they were surrounding me, just coming at me. All three of them. It was scary!” You said, growing angry again. No one understood the struggles you faced internally and externally. However, the principal shot you a stern look and you turned away. “Did you have to punch them?” your mum asked, breaking up the silence. You looked at her. Her blue eyes held a different kind of emotion you couldn’t quite figure out. “They were just coming closer to me, Mum. Calling me a freak and asking what was between my legs,” You explained. “But violence is never the answer,” The principal said. “Neither is targeting me for something I can’t control!” You spat. “Watch your tone, Y/N,” JJ said and you scoffed, turning away. “No one understands or listens or even thinks of me in these situations. I get expelled for retaliation - what do they get?” You addressed the question Alex and he sighed and shuffled the papers on his desk. “What do they get?” You asked again, raising your voice and standing up. “Suspension.” “Y/N sit down,” JJ said and grabbed your hand. You pushed her off but sat down in a huff. “Why do they get suspended for repeated bullying and I get expelled? How is that fair?” You asked, turning to your mum in hope she’d stick up for you. “This is the third fight you’ve been involved in this month and we’re only three weeks in, Y/N,” Principal Alex said. “Their alleged bullying hasn’t been reported and there’s no evidence of it.” “Oh so my broken nose isn’t evidence enough?”  You retorted, throwing up your arms. JJ shot you a ‘please calm down’ look but you ignored her. “You threw the first punch.” “They cornered me, it was my only way out!” You shouted, losing your patience. “Y/N, calm down, now.” JJ said.
“No. No. No mum, I won't calm down because you’re sitting there, peaceful as anything whilst I’m trying to fight for my place in this school even though it’s a literal hell hole and I get bullied constantly. Although apparently none of my reports have been filed. I’m sick of all of this stupid bullshit!” You said and crossed your arms in a huff and kicked out your foot. “Curve your language right now. This behaviour is not acceptable, angry or not,” JJ said. “And you won’t even address the fact I’m being bullied. All you care about is your stupid FBI job and all those other hurt kids you save. You can’t even see that I’m struggling.”
“That’s not true whatsoever, of course I care about you. I’m here - aren’t I?” “Because you have to be. You didn’t even ask if I was okay when you came in. You didn’t give me a chance to explain myself. When was the last time you checked in with me?” You shouted. JJ sighed and looked around the room, embarrassed. You scoffed. She knew you were right. “Can we save this conversation for some place else?” She asked. You felt a punch in your stomach from her words and turned away before the tears could form in your eyes. “Whatever, mum.”
Silence fell upon the office and Principal Alex shuffled his papers again. “Y/N, Miss Jareau,” he sighed and addressed the two of you. “I’m going to cut the expulsion to a month’s suspension. In the meantime, I expect you to start therapy, Y/N - anger management or anything you seem fit. I think it will help you massively. The other girls involved in the incident are being dealt with accordingly as I understand their behaviour today was also unacceptable. How does that sound?” “I can come back in a month?” You asked, through gritted teeth, still overwhelmed and angry at your mum. “If you can prove you’ve started regular therapy appointments and keep up with your school work whilst you’re away, yes.” “Okay, that’s a good deal. Y/N?” Your mum said and turned to you. You only nodded and shrugged. “Okay, thank you, Sir,” JJ said and stood up to shake his hand. “Come on, you.” You followed her out the room with the ice back against your nose and out to the car. You climbed into the passenger seat and she made sure both belts were on before setting off home. No one spoke for the twenty minute drive.
You pulled up on the driveway and noticed your dad’s car. You wanted your dad. He cared. But your mum's voice stopped you. “Wait,” She said. You stopped, with your back turned to her. “I’m sorry I made you feel like I didn’t care. I do care, Y/N. More than anyone or anything. I worry about you.” You didn’t know what to say so you let her continue. “I lie awake at night thinking about what goes on at school, about how you cope. You’re so strong and I just - I’m proud of you. I feel like I don’t need to check in when you’re always so smiley and happy and always on your best behaviour. When you act out, like you have been, I get worried I’m doing something wrong and it scares me.” “But you never tell me this,” You whispered. You sat back in your seat and turned to face her. She had tears in her eyes and you felt yours fill with tears too. “You’re growing up, it’s natural for a parent to be scared. You’re different from other kids at school, it worries me more. But you have your bubble. You don’t need your mum checking up on you everyday and making sure everything is okay - I thought it was. I didn’t see past the facade, I guess because it scared me.” “You’re an FBI agent who faces danger everyday but asking if I’m okay scares you?” You asked. She chuckled and sniffed, nodding. “It does. Because believe it or not, I care about you and Henry and Michael so much. You’re my babies and I’m sorry I failed you.” She looked up at you and quickly wiped a tear away. You felt your heart burst and leaned over, you wrapped your arms around her and she held you tight. “I’m sorry I shouted at you,” You whispered. “It’s okay, I deserved it. I wasn’t listening to you.” “I love you, no matter what,” You told her. “Oh you're too grown up,” she blubbered. “I love you so much my baby,” she replied.

Part 1 - Part 3 - Part 4
"I don't exactly know either. I was just able to do it one day, and your technologies are not exactly suited to study my changes", Kara shrugged. Now that her secret was out there, she lamented her lost dinner.
"Interesting..." ghost lady said, walking to the couch just to stop in the middle of the room. "Do you manipulate gravity to fly?"
"That is... a very good question actually. I don't think I manipulate Earth's gravity. More like I change my own. And what with the interrogation?"
"Ah, sorry. I couldn't talk with anyone for quite a while. It was boring, to say the least."
Kara felt pang of guilt. Being isolated from everyone and everything, without even knowing who you, are sounded more than horrible. It sounded like the worst nightmare...
But woman was cheerful and curious. So Kara made the obvious choice: she decided to help her.
"Do you want me to help you find out who you were?"
Woman froze, slowly turning around to look at Kara once more.
"Do you really mean it?" she whispered, sudenly looking very fragile. Kara smiled.
"Of course! Since you know that I'm Supergirl, it means you are basically part of Superfriends! We'll found out in no time!"
"Superfriends, huh?" Ghost tentatively smiled back. "Sounds good".
/ / / / / / / / /
"Sooo... do you have any clues yet?" Kara asked while they were flying next morning. They found out that the ghost lady didn't have trouble getting out of the apartment and with some manuvering she was able to follow Kara's flying.
Also she vehemently refused using random name for their convenience. Kara was surprised at her stubborness but then thought about her surname and how sometimes she felt like it was dissappearing and understood it a bit more.
"Well, looking at my clothes I don't think I died a long time ago. And it seems like I had some money".
"Well, it's a start, I guess. We have access to many records, so it should be possible to find you".
"Say, Kara, am I transperent to you? Or you see me completely?"
Kara paused, glancing at the woman beside her. She wasn't transperent at all. And it was somehow a problem in its own right.
"I can see you very clearly", Kara coughed, trying to look if they were near DEO yet. "I will describe you to my sister and she'll help, don't worry".
They spent the rest of the trip in comfortable silence.
/ / / / / / / / /
"Let me get this straight: you are seeing a ghost we spent hours trying to find yesterday, you promised to help her, and she knows you are Supergirl. Am I right?" Alex asked, massaging her nose bridge.
"Yep, sounds about right". Alex looked really pained in the face of her sunny smile.
"Sure, why not. It's not the most bizzare thing that happened with us anyway. Let's try to give your new ghost friend some closure. Wait when Winn learns about it".
Alex opened some kind of search bar, waiting. She looked ruffled and tired, but determined.
"We know it happened not long ago, maybe about month or so, we think", Kara looked at woman and they gave each other the nod. Ghost lady said that despite not knowing her name she retained some common knowledge. And 'it's a limited collection jacket, Kara, they were sold couple of months ago'.
"We think, huh?" Alex raised her brow, but diligently entered time frame.
"Also she is pretty well-off, has black hair and emerald eyes". Woman's image flickered couple of times which Kara understood was out of embarrassment. She didn't lie about seeing her clearly and there was definitely a blush on her cheeks. Alex scowled.
"Just green would be enough, thank you", she typed information in on her tablet. "Anything else you wanna share?"
"I have a piercing in the navel", her new ghost friend whispered right into Kara's ear in a low tone.
"Nope!" Kara squeeked to her sister, casting offended glances at the very smug looking ghost. Woman tapped at her cheek, and Kara refused to aknowledge her own red face. "We will take a look first like that".
"It's good I can't see her". Alex sighed and turned to the big screen. "Tell me if something catches your eye".
All three of them looked closely at the incident reports. Dozens of victims was displayed before their eyes - Kara's forever reminder that she can't save everyone.
"Right there!" Woman screamed, rushing closer.
"Alex! She found it!" Kara stopped her sister.
"I'll rewind it but are you sure? It's non-fatal reports. And more then that..."
"Kara, look!" her ghost friend was glued to the screen with the happy smile that wholly reached her eyes. "It's me! That's my name!"
Under her palm words glowed.

I have another observation and meta post on the film and its staging. Do people want to hear it? Are you sick of me yet?
Don't care, my blog, you're getting it anyway.
So. Paris.
Tumblr media
"The key stays on during sex." Yes. Lolz.
But.
That's the key to his family home, and he took to wearing it when they moved into the White House. It's not a massive extrapolation to say that it's a way for Alex to feel connected to that home, to his roots.
I have already talked a bit about how this movie has staged and sequenced the different parts to show how they fall into their forever, there's the kind of structural choices that make this ex-English teacher go absolutely feral, but it's the framing of this which is what I would like to talk about this Sunday morning.
Because look at where that key is. Look how it is framed.
It is front, centre, and pointing right down at Henry's chest.
If you're looking for a bigger metaphor that Henry is Alex's home then you're not going to find it elsewhere.
The key is between them the first time they make love, it hangs down from Alex's neck, aimed directly at him. I talked about the significance of the key before, how because of Alex Henry gets a key and a home and all that means. But Alex is wearing that key while in the White House because it's his family home. Because he knows the White House won't be his home forever. So he has that key as a reminder, as a link back to his roots.
And it is framed, so perfectly and clearly between them. That is a choice, that was deliberate. If Matthew hadn't wanted it on show Alex would have taken it off or slung it around his back to get it out of the way. So the fact it's there, hanging perfectly straight (ha) down and pointing at Henry's chest, at his heart? It means something.
It means everything. Alex's home won't be the White House for much longer. And while the home in Texas will always be there for him? From Paris onwards that isn't it. Home, as they say, is where the heart is. Alex's key to his family home points to where his heart is and from this point on neither of the boys can deny that what they have is big and real and terrifyingly brilliantly forever.
And yes, he gives that key to Henry after the storming of Kensington Palace but...
Tumblr media
Look at what's on Alex's nightstand. Here. Lemme give you a close up.
Tumblr media
He takes the key off. After that first time (at least) he takes the key off and places it on the nightstand. He doesn't need to keep a reminder of home with him because he's already learning, already discovering that Henry is his home now. His home, his heart, is in that bed, curled into his side, learning about his history and his hopes and his dreams and why he does what he does because of what it means to him. After Paris Alex opens up to Henry in the biggest of ways possible, wanting to show him his life and his home State and share insignificant moments with him.
Alex is building a new life, a new home for himself post his mom's presidency.
And the key literally pointed him in that direction.

Ok I watched the leaked episodes
Let’s start with the positives! I love positives!
- Alex Brightman put his whole Alexussy into this shit oh my god, Pentious and Adam actually sound really good. Adam singing is also really really good. Alex can sing in character and carry things well and I’m glad now he’s part of the project. Because at least it’ll be bearable if I see the other episodes.
-Vox is actually weirdly really compelling? Like I actually ended up enjoying the vibe he’s got and his own voice grew on me, I know it’s not what people wanted but it works well.
-Nifty’s voice is pretty ok, so is Charlie’s. They’re some of the better voices of the cast, Alastor’s performance was uh. It wasn’t bad so there’s that!
-the opening exposition was needed but also a bit hamfisted- wait shit the positives- uh, I love the direction it went? Art wise?
-the songs are pretty good, they get you from point A to point B, and at least wasn’t Poison levels of cringe in writing.
-Charlie actually helping Pentious in episode 2 try to repent and be a better person actually feels nice, like a crumb of what the show should of be-
Ok let’s get to the point.
-the episodes clearly are trying to shove as much of the plot as humanly possible, to the point that you get whiplash.
-Angel Dust, Vaggie, Valentino, Husk all have voices that either do not fit, crack from the pressure to perform, or are trying so hard to mimic the previous voice that it’s actually worrying. The Angel dust one in particular I’ll get to when I get to the point.
-The plot starts with the main antagonist, literally telling Charlie that her plan is pointless and she should give up. There’s no actual “I want” song to counter this, unless you count the song where Adam mocks her for trying and tells her the exterminations will happen twice a year now.
-Pentious at least wasn’t a creep like i was fearing in the script, but he comes off too pathetic? Like I know he was pathetic and that’s the point but why the fuck does he want to be equal to the Vees now? Didn’t he want to rule over hell himself? I know the instagram had him crop himself into pictures with the Vees but remember those aren’t canon!
-I realized I was able to hop in because I had Wikipedia level knowledge of these characters to the point they click in my head (and enough to where Alastor, Charlie, Vaggie and Husk all felt a little off but that’s neither here nor there). But god I cannot imagine being a new person trying to jump into this show, this is bad. None of the characters get actually introduced outside of Charlie, the show references the pilot which isn’t part of the show so new audiences have no idea what they’re talking about, and the staff gets actually introduced in episode 2. EPISODE 2, TO PENTIOUS!? GIRLIE POP HAVE HIM COME EPISODE 1 THEN?
-Animation that’s either too floaty, too janky, too stiff or straight up traced. Which I don’t blame the animators for, Mammon was busy buying 10,000 dollars worth of peacocks to bother paying them more than a dollar per frame. There’s no charm here.
-Where did the fucking cat key come from? No I’m serious. Where did it come from? It just kinda exists now.
-Alastor’s commercial is just straight up MEAN and he’s often more mean than chaotic, which I know is ironic since he wasn’t a good person and I wasn’t expecting him to be but it’s to a point where it’s not even fun mean. He literally called Charlie’s endeavor “Daddy issues”. It felt like he was just there to slap Charlie in the face.
-Angel Dust rant is gonna be so long that I saved it for last.
I have to put it under the read more because of talk of SA! Fun!
Ok.
I’m saying this as someone who loved him from the pilot and was willing to excuse his behavior as “flaws he can work on” since Addict and everything else proved that there was more under the surface and he was a character that could change and grow and-
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Angel dust, the rape victim… the guy running away from his abuser…
Tumblr media
The Angel dust who has traumatic episodes so fucking graphic that he flashes back to them when he’s performing.
Saying “yeah no, fucking sexually exploit me! It turns me on!”
Viv, I know you’re not reading this but I mean this genuinely.
Fuck you.
As someone who’s family has experienced sexual abuse, as someone who’s family still has CPTSD because men in power decide to exploit them… how fuckin dare you make a character enjoy their own exploitation.
This isn’t me kink shaming a sexual character! He can be sexual and like sex! It’s never been the problem and hell it could of been liberation to have sex he deserves.
But no.
Let’s make the SA victim into the sexual harassment character, let’s make the SA victim the Stolas of the show where he wears down his love interest so thin that they have to give up.
Let’s make the SA victim still work under his shitty abuser, and make that into a joke as the abuser mentions wanting to rape everyone in the hotel.
Don’t pay to watch this show, I mean it.
Pirate it.
Hell don’t even watch it, find something better to watch. I’ve been binging anime as of late and I still like captain lazerhawk.

Chapter 15: No One Like You
The week went by a lot faster than you expected it to, Remus, just like the last time, had gotten a lot better by dinner, Madame Pomfrey told him he could go once he took a painkiller potion, and gave you some anti-headache drops. You both thanked her and walked together towards the Great Hall. You were in awe of how fast he healed, really, just the thought of how bad he had been in the morning, and how much better he was now, was outstanding, and it made you wonder what other benefits his condition brought along, even if it was clearly a nuisance for him.
Later on the week you’d gone to the book club Nina had invited you to, you wondered if she had also guessed Remus’s condition by reading the book she’d lend you, even if she hadn’t spent so much time with Remus; and to be honest, one of the reason you realised was because you were made pretty aware of the moon phases by your classes and professor on the past few months, you had gotten that silver ring as a gift, and you spend a great deal of time with the boys, down to the point that you easily noticed when they were all acting weird. All of them things Nina had not been a witness to, at least not up close like you had, but she had been around a lot longer than you, you really had no way to tell, unless you straight up asked, and that was obviously not happening.
“So… did you like it?” She asked you with a bright smile when she spotted you outside of the Ravenclaw common room.
You nodded “It was really nice, helped me learn a lot too.”
She frowned “Learn a lot… about werewolves you mean?”
You nodded “I hadn’t studied them before,” you added later “I mean I know it’s not all accurate…” I certainly hope some of those Alpha and knotting things aren’t accurate, you thought “but it got me investigating more about them, it’s pretty interesting.”
Nina nodded “It is, right?” She told you with a smile “I was taking an extra class on magical creatures and they’re all super interesting. They say Newt Scamander may come give a talk at some point next year, it would be absolutely brilliant!”
“Yeah, totally!” You agreed she guided you inside her common room, and you marvelled at the ceiling. You remembered Remus had told you about it, how it was enchanted to look like the sky above instead of a  normal roof. It was definitely prettier than what you and Rem had created together, but you rather liked the Gryffindor one best.
Nina smiled when she saw you, “beautiful, right? I’m sure you would’ve fitted in perfectly in Ravenclaw.”
You smiled at her “I’m not sure I’m as studious as most of you,” you told her with a smile “Just the other day I skipped some classes because I had a headache.”
“Yeah, but you still have incredible grades,” she told you, matter of factly “Everyone thinks we’re nerds that study all the time,” she whispered, leaning in closer to you “but just because we’re reading it doesn’t mean we’re studying,” she smiled mischievously “as you saw with the book.”
“Yeah, those spicy scenes were certainly something…” you replied.
Nina guided you towards a small little gathering in front of the fire, it was different to the Gryffindor one, it somehow looked a lot more regal and elegant, reminded you of Professor Nightshade, and then made you wonder how the Hufflepuff common room would look, perhaps Alex could sneak you in one day, after all, he was the head boy.
“Hey everyone, this is (Y/N),” She said as she pointed at you, you waved awkwardly.
“Not that she needs much of an introduction,” a boy said, standing up and offering his hand for a shake, you took it with a smile “Neil Perry, it’s nice to meet the new Gryffindor legend.” You laughed, Neil had a very dashing smile, he almost reminded you of Prongs, he was just as bright “That’s Alice,” he said pointing to a girl with silver hair.
“We share a class, don’t we?” You asked with a smile, she nodded, and the two of you shook hands.
“That over there is Nox,” he said pointing at a boy with Slytherin robes.
You both shook hands as well, “Nice to meet you,” he said “This is Comet, by the way” he said, pointing at a girl who was sitting right next to him.
“I’m really sorry about the Slytherins that have been picking on you,” she told you with a smile “We’re not all entitled pricks.”
“Some of us are even nice,” Nox added.
“I don’t hold grudges against houses,” you told them with a smile “I kind of skipped the whole indoctrination moment by getting here so late,” you joked, and it cracked a chorus of laughs from the entire circle.
Comet extended her hand for you to shake, “I already like you,” the girl said with a grin, which you returned with a wink, you already liked her as well.
“I’m Jennifer, everyone calls me Jane,” a girl with curly black hair and freckles said as she extended her hands, you shook it.
“She picked the book,” You heard another girl say from behind, she was wearing Ravenclaw robes too “I’m Clara,” she told you with a smile. You’d seen her around Nina often.
“Marina,” said another girl with a wave, she was wearing a Hufflepuff beanie.
“I believe that’s all of us?” Neil said with a smile.
Then another boy barged into the room, he had light brown hair and looked a little distressed for being late, “I’m sorry, got caught up on the stairs when coming from the library,” he said.  Neil smiled fondly when he saw the boy “That’s Todd,” he told you, “he doesn’t talk much, but he enjoys listening to us a lot.”
You also smiled at the boy “Nice to meet you,” you said looking at him “I’m (Y/N)!”
He looked at you puzzled “Same (Y/N) Nina won’t shut up about?” He asked, still fondling with the amount of things was carrying in his arms.
You raised your eyebrow, smiling at the same time “All good things, I hope.” You said as you shook his hand, and helped him hold some of the books he was carrying.
Todd nodded “It’s like she completely forgot about her old Gryffindor crush and replaced him with you.”
“Will you shut it, Todd?” Nina said, with a tight smile on her face.
He just shrugged and took a seat next to Neil. Nina looked a little debased, so you placed a hand on her shoulder “Don’t think too much about it,” you told her with a smile, you could feel her ease under your hand “Where should we sit?”
“Come here!” Jane said as she slid to the side of the rug where she was so you could both fit in as part of the circle. Once you did, she took out the book and levitated it towards the centre of the circle, letting it float in between you all. “All right, session starts now.”
“Favourite parts?” Asked Clara.
“The chase scene at the end,” Said Neil “No offence Jane, but the book was a bit slow.”
“Excessive with the descriptions of abs,” added Nox.
“Nah, I rather enjoyed those,” countered the first boy.
You raised your eyebrows at that but nodded in agreement.
“I like the way they depicted the werewolf.” Said Nina, who was next to you.
“Yeah, especially on the sexy scenes,” added Comet with a cheeky smile. Alice hit her on the arm playfully “What? It’s true!” She retorted.
“I don’t know about the knotting though,” you added in.
Nox cringed from the other side “Please don’t remind me of that,” he said “I’ve been trying to erase those lines from my mind.”
“I found it rather interesting,” said Jane “That’s why I chose the book.”
“But it’s not like that in real life, is it?” You asked, trying to sound playful.
“Well I’ve never done it with a werewolf, but I highly doubt it,” Responded Comet casually.
“It’s not,” Todd said, everyone stared at him, and he turned red “I looked it up on a BOOK! Merlin guys!” that got a chorus of laughter from everyone.
The reading circle continued on, with its playful banter, jokes and a rather in-depth discussion of the relationship mechanics within the story. You actually had lots of fun, Nina was right, just because they had their head buried in a book, it didn’t mean they were nerds. Even if some people would see you from afar, talking about a book so gleefully and entertainedly, that they would consider you as such. Once the reunion was over, they decided on the next book that would be reviewed, Nox picked a wizarding world book titled “Point of Know Return” and he promised it would be delightful, with Pirates, mermaids and fairies and underwater cities deep in the pacific. He also promised there would be no knotting.
As the night started to fall, you realised the stars on the Ravenclaw ceiling became a lot brighter, you wondered if there was a  spell that you could implement to make the same thing happen to the one you’d created in the Gryffindor common room. “All right guys,” said Jane, “I think we should all head to bed, especially our guests from other houses since you don’t want to leave after curfew.”
Everyone nodded and started to stand, as you grabbed the book they’d borrowed, you remembered “Hey Guys! Sunday’s the Halloween Party at Gryffindor, you should all come! Costumes are obligatory tho…”
“You’re inviting us? To a party?” Nox asked in disbelief.
“Yeah, why wouldn’t I?”
“We aren’t exactly the type of people that get invitations to parties often,” added Todd.
“Speak for yourselves,” added Neil “I’m down!” He smiled, yeah, he definitely reminds you of Prongs “I’m sure I can conjure something to dress up as before Sunday.”
“I’m coming too!” Said Jane with a smile.
“If she’s going I’ll be there,” Clara said as she gave you a thumbs up.
“Yeah, I’m definitely coming,” smiled Comet. “Minho will be there, won’t he?” You nodded in response. “Good, I’ll tag along with him.”
“I’d be lovely to see you all there!” You assured, and waved at them as you walked towards the door, Nina walked close behind you.
“Did you enjoy yourself?” She asked you with a smile.
You nodded “Yeah!” You responded excitedly “It was excellent! I’m pretty sure Remus and Lily would also love to join in, have you asked them?”
She seemed surprised but shook her head “They uh… they’re not like you. Remus is always very polite, but too closed off and Lily is always busy.”
“I think you should ask Remus,” you told her “I could ask him for you if you wanted,” you offered, but she shook her head again.
“I’d rather it was just a you and me thing,” she said shyly.
You raised an eyebrow at her statement but shrugged “Just us then,” you said, placing your arm over her shoulder, Nina tensed up with the unexpected contact and then relaxed back again, once she remembered it was you.
“I really like hanging out with you,” she said, almost in a whisper. You reassured her by rubbing the side of her arm with your hand, Sirius’ touchiness was rubbing off on you.
“I like hanging out with you too, luv.” You smiled “You’re coming to the Halloween Party, yeah?”
She shook her head “I’ve got a thing that day,” She told you.
“A thing? What kind of thing?”
“A date,” she mustered.
You stopped the two of you dead in your tracks “Shut up! With who? I thought you liked Remus. Wait… Is it Remus? He didn’t tell me a thing, I’ll punch him!”
“It’s not Remus.” She said and then frowned “How did you know I liked Remus?”
You arched an eyebrow “You should be more surprised no one else knew, I figured it out on the first day of study group.”
She laughed, “Well, I was pretty hung up on him then, that’s not a lie. But…” she cleared her throat “Someone else came around, made me realise Remus wasn’t really my type.”
“What?!” You narrowed your eyes at her, “Come on, tell me who!”
She shook her head, a diverted smile playing on her lips “No-uh.”
“Awww… Nina!” You complained. She just shrugged in response.
“You figured out who the first one was by yourself, figure it out a second time,” she replied. You smiled and shook your head at her response.
“Fine them, what prize do I get if I get it right?”
“Knowledge.”
You raised your eyebrows at her, “Not a Ravenclaw, remember?”
“Fine then, a kiss.” You gave her a look. “What? You wouldn’t kiss a girl?”
You laughed “I would, I have. Kissed Evans a couple of weeks ago actually.” You explained “But… I’m kind of dating Sirius now.”
She frowned as if the news were a shock to her “Sirius Black? You’re dating him?” You nodded “And is he aware you are dating?”
You opened your mouth, drawing a bit of air in before speaking “Well… uhm– he seemed pretty aware last time I checked.”
“What I mean is…” she started, shaking her head as if she wasn’t sure which words to use “Does he know you are exclusive?”
“I’m sorry?!”
“Sirius has a bit of a reputation…”
Finally, you understood what Nina was going on about and you smiled at her softly, she was worried about you, so sweet. “He knows,” you reassured her “We uhm-“ you cleared your throat “We’ve got a bit of history.”
“And what about Remus?” She asked then, curiosity getting the best of her.
“What about him?”
“I thought you’d end up dating him.”
Now you frowned “Remus? Why would I–“
“-you always seemed to be really close to him, from the day you arrived, really.”
“I…” you started, but you weren’t exactly sure what to respond. Remus really was great, very different to Sirius, but he had his own charm to him, and he was just as beautiful as your boyfriend, just a different kind of beauty. The more you thought about it, Nina wasn’t wrong, if you weren’t so enamoured by Sirius, you might have fallen for Remus instead.
“Nevermind,” she said as she discovered you weren’t saying anything, “Want me to walk you back to your dorm?”
You smiled “That’s so gentleman-y of you Nina,” you told her with a smile “But I’m gonna stop by the library on the way, it’s better for you to stay here, or you might be returning after curfew.”
“The library?” She asked, puzzled “What for?”
“I’ve been looking for a book,” you told her with a smile “for a little investigation I want to do on Magical Creatures.” Nina nodded, and pulled you into a hug before the two separated, she stayed in her common room as you walked towards the library.
When you arrived, the doors were closed and you carefully sneaked inside, not wanting to disturb anybody. You were pretty sure no-one had spotted you, cause even when it was past curfew, and you were still roaming the halls of the library quietly, attempting to find a book, you realized no-one had asked you to leave, the librarian seemed to have left too.
“You’ll have trouble for sneaking about at this time,” you heard a portrait say disdainfully.
“I’m not sneaking about,” you responded “It’s not my fault no one was looking when I entered.” The portrait raised an eyebrow at you, as if he thought what you were saying was bull. You stared at the old wizard for a second, narrowing your eyes and turned your back on him, still trying to find the book. As you scanned through the old bookshelves, you finally spotted a book that could be useful, “Dark creatures and the things that make them tick'' you were just about to grab it, when you heard a very low whisper from a couple of bookshelves behind.
“Merde…fuck-fuck.” You recognized that voice. You would recognize it anywhere. It’s Sirius.
You looked around, trying to find him, but no matter where you looked, there seemed to be no-one there. Since you had to move further into the library, to try to spot the boy, you decided to put a disillusionment charm on yourself, so you could walk more freely, and perhaps sneak up on him.
You walked through the lines of shelfs, quietly so you didn’t make much noise, but no matter how hard you looked, Sirius was nowhere to be found. Just when you started to think you had imagined it, and started walking back to get the Dark Creature’s book you’d found, you heard the creaking of a door. You turned around and saw how the door of the restricted section was being opened, by itself.
Finally it downed you, James’ invisibility cloak, Sirius must have it, you thought before walking up behind him. Or, at least behind where you assumed he was. Eventually you saw his wand come out of the cloak, along with his delicate but strong looking hand. You smiled, almost wanting to applaud yourself for recognizing your boyfriend with a simple “merde.”
You sneaked up on him, sharply placing your hands over his shoulders, He turned sharply, the cloak falling on the floor before he pushed you against one of the bookshelves. He narrowed his eyes, and then he drew in a breath “Mon Coeur?” he asked, visibly confused. Truth be told, he had smelled you earlier, but he assumed it was just that your scent had stuck to his own clothes from when you were sitting together in the common room earlier that day.
Finally you vanished the disillusionment charm and smiled “Surprise,” you whispered, he still had you pinned against the wall, hand bunching up your uniform threateningly, you bit your lip “I had no idea you liked it rough, Puppy,” you joked, a playful smile on your lips, as you eyed the way he was holding you.
“Shit, sorry.” He whispered, finally letting you uniform free, you quickly straightened it, and then turned your head back to him, “What are you doing here?” he asked.
“Came to find a book after the reading club with Nina.”
Then you heard noise  and he quickly picked the cloak up, placing it over the two of you as he drew you a bit closer to him. “Shh, it’s Peeves!” He whispered, he probably didn’t need the two of you to stand so close together, nor did he need to place his hand over your mouth, since the two knew you were sneaking about, but he was certainly enjoying it.
And you were enjoying yourself too, especially when you slipped your tongue out of your mouth and licked the hand that was covering it. He made a disgusted expression when you did, pulling back and cleaning it off on his pants as he stared at you in disbelief. “What the hell?” He mouthed, the shadow of a diverted smile playing on his lips.
You shrugged, with a smile placed on your own, you found his reaction really amusing. You then looked to the side, the sound was further away, far enough for you to whisper “What are you doing here?”
“Looking for a book,” he said as he placed his hand on your shoulder, thumb brushing on your neck as he pushed your forwards lightly, motioning you to move.
“And here I assumed you’d come for a barbecue.”
He rolled his eyes as he chuckled “It’s for a prank, the one for the Slytherins that we talked about the other day, remember?”
“And you got commissioned to pick the book by the boys?”
“I was meant to come with Remus, he was feeling off, and I told them I’d come alone. I wasn’t really eager to spend a long time snuggled up against Wormy under the cloak.”
“But you were eager to snuggle up against Remus, I see,” you teased. He chuckled again.
He used his free hand to pull his wand out and illuminate the titles of the books as he read through them, he now stood a lot closer to you, his chest basically pressed against your back, you could feel it going up and down as he breathed. Somehow it felt different to when you sat on his lap, almost more intimate. Maybe it was the rush of sneaking about together, or maybe you were just being silly, “What are we looking for?” You asked him, turning your head to see him better, reflecting on how lucky you were a boy like that was your boyfriend. His stunning grey eyes, framed by his dark eyelashes, were scanning the bookshelves as he did.
“It’s a book called The Compendium of Pernickety Enchantments.” He told you as he continued scanning the shelves. You nodded and did the same. But then in-between some books, further down on the shelves, you found a small tome about werewolves. You had to take it. But you obviously couldn’t do it while Sirius was still there, or at least not while he was paying attention.
You had to think of something, a distraction, but one that wouldn’t get the two of you caught. And then you remembered Sirius was a boy, and there was one thing that could easily distract any boy “Hey Puppy…” He hummed in response, his face awfully close to yours, his long hair brushing against your cheeks “You haven’t cashed out on those kisses that I owe you.”
He frowned, giving you a look before turning back to the bookshelves “You’ve been too busy, haven’t you?” he responded, “with the whole trying to finish the book before the session and then the session today, on like our only bit of free time of the week”
You arched an eyebrow at that “You jealous?”, you teased.
“Well, you should spare some more time for your boyfriend.”
“How about I spare it now?” You said, finally turning to face him.
“Right now!?” He questioned, eyebrows furrowed as he looked at you, confusion evident in his face, we’re in the restricted section of the library!, he thought.
“Of course, if you don’t want to…” you said, with feign innocence and a little shrug of your shoulders. You were tempting him, and Sirius wasn’t one to resist temptation, let alone if it came from you. So he placed his hand behind your neck and pulled you towards him. You gently let your backpack fall on the floor.
“C'est une idée terrible,” he said as he finally closed the gap between the two of you.
“When have we ever been known for doing the most prudent thing?” you responded in between a kiss. And it was true, when you and Sirius were together it seemed like you threw caution to the wind, responsibilities be damned, fun? Pleasure? They always seemed to come first.
Sirius now had both of his hands on your face, expertly leading the kiss, as you pulled your wand from your pocket and started using it to levitate the werewolf book towards your bag. You felt terrible as you did, distracting Sirius with a kiss to take a book from the shelves without him noticing, even if it was harmless, made you feel dirty, and not in a good way. Sirius trusted you, and here you were, hiding your knowledge from him, even if it was because you feared you’d lose a friend over it.
When the book was safely inside the bag, you decided you’d make it up to him, and placed both hands around his neck, drawing him just a little closer to you and focusing absolutely all of your attention into the kiss. And that had you almost completely forget about the werewolf book in your bag. Sirius was kissing you hungrily, thirstily, like you were water and he’d been in the desert for days.
You weren’t too far behind either, his lips might have been the most incredible thing to ever be created. So incredible you almost wanted to bite them. And you didn’t hold back from that either, you gently bit his lower lip as the two of you separated slightly, panting for air.
“Did you just?” He whispered, but you ignored it, and went to place soft, wet kisses over his sharp jawline before using one of your hands to pull his hair out of the way and trail kisses all the way to his neck.
Sirius Black smelled incredible, of pine trees, musk and a tinge of leather, probably from the leather jacket he often wore, he smelled like an adventure, and you couldn’t help to be hauled by it. Sirius had lowered his hands over to your hips, and held you close as you kissed his neck, eventually you found a particularly sweet spot, and kissed away, stopping to smile as he stifled a moan.
“Shhh…” you whispered as you continued kissing the spot. Eventually his hand found his way to your waist, tucking your shirt out of your uniform skirt before placing his hand in the warmth of your back, his cold rings causing a shiver to rush down your spine. But his touch, oh, his touch made  your skin feel like you were on fire. You placed your hands over his hair and pulled him back a little, bringing his lips back to yours. Both you and Sirius had kissed plenty since you started dating, but never like this, in fact you were certain he’d never reached for your skin the way he had today, but it felt good, and you didn’t want him to stop.
Eventually he stopped the kiss, letting his forehead rest on yours, his hand still in the small of your back “We should stop,” he said, panting.
“…don’t want to,” you answered, a little bratty in the way you’d said it.
“Don’t make it harder for me Starshine,” he groaned, as he softly bumped his forehead on yours.
You reached for a quick kiss on his lips “‘m not…” you replied, and kissed him again, now in the corner of his lip “I just–“ you kissed his cheek now “don’t want to stop kissing my beautiful boyfriend.”
“…merde…” he said, it was taking him all the restraint in the world to stop himself from pinning you against the bookshelves again, this time with your legs around him instead, but with you being so willing, it was harder, so much harder.
You looked at him expectantly “je m’en fous,” He whispered, and dragged the two of you onto a nearby table, easily hauling you to sit on it, you helped accommodate the invisibility cloak around the two of you, managing to set it around the table by the time he was kissing you again. You weren’t sure you’d ever felt like this before, especially when he reached his hand higher and unclasped your bra. He broke off the kiss to look at you, to make sure you were ok with it, you only brought him back to the kiss in response.
You moved yourself to reach him better, his left hand already in your abdomen, dangerously close to your breast, when, all of the sudden a vase, that was at the end of the table, tumbled and fell to the ground, making a very loud noise in the otherwise quiet library. You broke off the kiss, pulling apart just a little and staring at each other, both alert of what may happen, over his shoulder, you managed to see a shadow, it was peeves in the distance.
“Shit, we’ll get caught.” You whispered, turning back to look at him.
He looked at you impassively, as if he was itching to tell you the “I told you so”. You deserved it, but he very well knew it had also been his fault. He seemed to be thinking about the possible escape plans now, but he hadn’t found the book he was looking for by the time you started snogging.
“The book,” you whispered.
“You find it, I’ll distract Peeves.”
“What? No way! You’ll get caught.”
“Aw… put a little faith in me, will you?” He told you with a smile, “Find the book, I’ll see you just outside the library.”
You weren’t entirely convinced by his plan, but nodded, turning around to look for the book, while he got out of the cloak and used the same disillusionment charm you had used earlier. You took a deep breath, still trying to gain back composure from the kiss, and moved towards the bookshelves, scanning through the names of the tomes, trying to find The Compendium of Pernickety Enchantments. After looking through three shelves, you finally found the book, and right next to it, there was one called, The Refined Art of Mild Hexes: A Sophisticated Spellbook, so you grabbed it as well, since it looked like it could be useful.
You scurried all the way to your backpack, which was still laying on the floor from earlier, and threw both books inside of it. Once the backpack was securely hanged over your shoulder, you scurried outside of the restricted section.
You were already close to the door when you spotted Sirius, hiding behind a huge shelf, he was almost imperceptible, but close behind him was Peeves. Sirius didn’t see him, since he wasn’t looking towards him, but you could.
So even if Sirius had told you he’d deal with it by himself, you weren’t about to let him get caught, you had to improvise. You kneeled behind another bookshelf, cloak still covering your frame, and pulled out a piece of parchment, scribbled a small dialogue on it, and charmed it. You used your wand to levitate it to the other side of the library and then, you popped the seal. Now there were whispers coming from the other side of the library, Peeves smiled wickedly as he heard, and started flying towards them.
You ran towards Sirius, and covered him with the cloak quickly, he was a little startled at first, but then smiled. “That was you?” You nodded “Brilliant! It’s like you’re made for this.” He told you, and it was no lie, he was genuinely impressed with your cleverness, one more reason to the pile of why he was so smitten by you.
“Thanks,” you said, a small blush creeping up your cheeks. You looked to the side so he wouldn’t notice, he’d probably tease you mercilessly about it if he had. After a couple of seconds you took his hand in yours and did a small head gesture to indicate him it was time to move, Peeves was far away enough that you could sneak out of the library unnoticed.
A couple of minutes later, you were out of the library and speeding through the halls under the cloak.  Sirius was the one leading the way now, he took sharp turns, taking you through stairs, doors, halls and even small passageways. He clearly knew the way by memory, and it made you wonder how many times he had sneaked about the castle like this, how many he’d do it with you from now on.
Another sharp turn, and he pulled you into a broom’s closet. Letting the door shut quietly behind you. “What is it? Did you hear someone?” You whispered in his ear. He almost felt guilty from the shiver that your innocent whisper had sent down his spine.
He shook his head and raised one of his eyebrows with a smirk “You said something about… wanting to continue kissing your beautiful boyfriend, didn’t you?” You looked at him with amusement, your eyes shining at his words. “Turns out he also wants to continue kissing his beautiful girlfriend…”
You were about to ask “here?”, but then again, why would a broom closet be any less proper than the restricted section of the library. You bit your lip and let him close the gap between the two. The common room would have to wait.

a/n: Ok so this is a JOINT piece written with my bestie @martinipoliz. We both contributed to this, I just have the privilege of posting it. She is an amazing writer and I think everyone should you check out her other AMAZING fics. Send her some love. We've been working on this for weeks, it means a lot to me. So thank you for reading!
Usually, class with Alex is the highlight of your day. Spending a few hours sending each other flirty
looks and admiring how animated he becomes when explaining a topic he is passionate about is something that you love.
But today, it’s not the same as usual. You’ve done something wrong, and you really don’t know what.
Alex is ignoring you, completely ignoring you. He’s never been this dismissive before. Your shy eyelash bat doesn’t work on him. Even your puppy eyes, which usually have Alex melting, has absolutely no effect. You really don’t understand what his problem is, he hasn’t mentioned anything to you and now he’s acting like you don’t even exist, you may as well have not turned up to class.
Your last straw is when you tug on the end of his suit, a common affectionate gesture between the two of you, but Alex just pulls his hand away and brushes you off like you're nothing. That’s when tears start to form in your eyes,  you let your gaze fall back to your desk.
“Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry,” you mumble, gripping your pen dangerously tight as you try to avoid looking around as much as possible, especially trying to avoid the sight of Alex. Your mind starts racing through all the things you had done that day and you wonder where you’ve gone wrong, but nothing comes to mind. Perhaps you are forgetting about something. Perhaps you said something bad that got you into trouble and now he – you don’t even want to think about it, just the thought of upsetting Alex edges you closer to tears.
Then, you turn slightly to the left and see Alex praising another girl in your class. He’s bent over her shoulder, smiling brightly as she asks him questions, a complete contrast to the dismissive gaze he’d sent your way earlier. You don’t even want to attract Alex’s attention anymore, it makes  you feel pushy and clingy, and it’s just turning your mind to chaos, too many emotions fighting for space. A haze begins to descend onto you.
As the tears begin to fall, something inside you snaps and you do something irrational. You get up and walk straight out of the class.
You leave your books and pens sprawled out across your desk, walk past the other students gazing curiously at your shaking form and slam the door behind you. You can’t see Alex’s facial expression but you can imagine the shock spreading across his features. Never have you done something so insolent.
But as soon as you lock yourself in an isolated toilet cubicle, you can tell you are already in subspace. You want nothing more than to be cradled and babied and held by Alex but clearly, he was too busy praising another girl to even pay attention to you – and it hurts. Your mind is swimming in confusion, thoughts and emotions clashing and whirring, you want the ground to swallow you up.
After many deep breaths, the emotions in your head began to streamline, just a little, into something that feels a lot like anger and resolution.
You pull yourself together and head back to the classroom, ready to just get on with the work, but Alex has already dismissed the class and is waiting by your desk, arms folded, glaring at you.
“What’s gotten into you?” he quirks a brow.
“What’s gotten into me – no, what’s gotten into you,” you jab a finger his way accusingly, another wave of tears already forming in your eyes. So much for your resolve. “I don’t – I don’t know what I did to – to deserve this treatment but i would very much a–appreciate it if you just tell me, da–”
“Enough,” Alex snaps, unfolding his arms from his chest as he stands straight and tall, fixing the tie around his neck. “I don’t want to hear it. Go to your next class, and I expect to find you later in the bedroom naked and kneeling on the floor, alright?”
Your lips quivered. He didn’t even hear you calling him daddy. He doesn’t understand, he won’t even look at you. “But–”
“That mouth will seriously get you into further trouble, little one, so I suggest you shut it.”
You sit through the rest of your classes like a zombie, barely even concentrating on the work being set. You’re still trying to run the past few days through your head, trying to figure out where you’ve gone wrong, but again come up with nothing - the past few days have been domestic bliss living with Alex in his flat. The fog descending on your mind again doesn’t help you focus either, it’s like running through thick mud in the pouring rain. Eventually you give up and completely zone out for the rest of the class.
When you finally leave, you consider going back to your flat, but then decide to head to Alex’s instead and follow his instructions. You’re already in deep shit, you don’t wanna piss him off any further. You at least want to plead your case and show him that what you did back in the class was justifiable and hopefully have the voice to ask him to consider your actions.
You trudge alone back to Alex’s house with blurry vision, shaking, partly from the cold and partly from the ache in your heart. You can only hope that pleasing Alex will make things right, so once you’ve unlocked the door (with the spare key Alex had cut for you) and kicked off your shoes, you head up to the bedroom. You strip and fold your clothes neatly, the way Alex likes it, and take your familiar place at the foot of the bed. The sensation of your bare knees on the plush carpet helps to ground you. You close your eyes and wait.
The click of the front door breaks you out of your daze and alerts you to Alex arriving home. You hear him fumbling around with keys and then the clang of a glass before his footsteps finally echo up the stairs.
His figure comes into view - his suit jacket must have been discarded somewhere downstairs, now he only wears his white shirt, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, veins prominent along his pale arms. He holds a glass of whiskey in one hand. His dark eyes meet yours, and you see then he’s in the same mood as earlier.
“Have you been crying?”
You can only sniffle, then nod your head.
“Well, that’s too bad. Looks like you’re going to be crying more tonight.”
Alex throws the amber liquid down his throat in one easy gulp, then sets the glass down firmly on the bedside table. He reaches down to the top drawer - your ‘entertainment’ drawer.
When his hand pulls back from the drawer, some dangling slivers of metal come out with it. The anticipation of what Alex might do to you sits heavily in your stomach and you crane your head to get a better look at what’s in his hand. Fuck. Nipple clamps. You shiver at the mere sight of them. You’ve only used them a few times before and, sure, they made you feel amazingly sensitive, but it hurt like hell at the start.
The thought of the pain about to be inflicted on you makes your pulse race in excitement, but you also doubt if you can take it with everything that you’ve already been through today. Really, all you want is for Alex to hold you and tell you you’re ok, that he never meant to dismiss you or shout. You heave in a deep breath, trying to make sense of the emotions clouding your head. It’s so hard to see through the fog.
You’re tempted to end it there and then, before the scene can go any further, but out of desperation to please Alex, you remain silent. You choke back the sobs threatening to spill, and you obediently keep your hands behind your back as you kneel silently on the floor.
There’s a beat of silence when he stops in front of you, letting the metal clamps dangle in your line of vision for no reason other than to taunt you, and you swear you almost fail to keep your tears at bay when you hear him chuckle at the pitiful sight of you.
“Think those nipples deserve to be clamped tonight, don’t they? For the shit you pulled earlier, I think you deserve  much worse than nipple clamps, but as I’m feeling so kind and generous, I’ll just do this instead.”
Alex’s mean words don’t help your situation at all.
You let the mask slip a little bit when a sob escapes from your lips, but it’s ignored by Alex, who’s now settling down to kneel in front of you. You’re both in the same position, kneeling opposite each on the floor, but it’s so obvious who’s in charge here. Alex hasn’t even taken his loafers off, whereas you’re entirely stripped, only the chain that Alex bought you to match his adorning your neck. Your gaze lowers to Alex’s crotch, a tent becoming increasingly obvious in his pants.
His free hand moves to grab one of your breasts, running his calloused fingertips over your nipple, coaxing it to get harder. He leans his head down before running the flat of his tongue over the same nipple. You gasp at the sensation, your eyes widening as Alex then takes your bud between his teeth and nips, before running his tongue back over it.
“Got to get these nice and hard for me, so responsive, you love this, don’t you? You fucking love me punishing you,” he mutters around your skin as he repeats the treatment on your other breast.
You whine helplessly, arousal pooling in your stomach, mixing with the fear and anticipation.
Finally, Alex pulls back from your nipple with an audible pop, his eyes even darker than before. Your teary gaze meets his and for a moment you think he sees you, sees how quickly you’re dropping, how much you need his love. You’re so caught up in his stare that you fail to notice his hand bringing the clamp up to your chest. As the metal clips harshly around your first nipple, you scream.
You almost get up from the sheer pain, your hands flying up from your back to hold Alex by the arm, so desperately needing his  support, but he harshly pulls his arm away, “Bad girls don’t get to touch. Hold still.”
He clips on the second clamp quickly, before giving both of them a firm tug, making sure they’re secure. A jolt runs through you as he does so, going straight to your cunt, and straight to your head and that’s when you let the tears fall. It’s all too much, you don’t know whether to moan or scream again. Instead you just sob pathetically and shake your head, trying to avoid Alex’s inscrutable gaze.
If you weren’t so stressed, confused and deep into subspace right now, you would be turned on by the sheer humiliation and pain from the nipple clamps, but right now you just can’t.
Your hands itch to pull the metal away but your lips only quiver, knowing you can’t do anything but endure it. Your face is wet with tears, and you’re already drooling down your chest from the way you’re sobbing hysterically.
Your mouth opens to speak, but before a word even comes out, one of Alex’s hands flies to tap you on the cheek. It’s not hard, but it’s firm enough to make you sink deeper into subspace. You let your gaze just fall back on the floor and try to let your head float away.
The pain your nipples are feeling is immeasurable. Your fists curl tightly into your lap, but that only makes Alex chuckle. “Aw, you’re mad at me, baby? You’re mad at me for punishing you like this? Like you deserve?”
Every word just cuts deeper into the already open wound in your heart and sends your mind spinning further into chaos. You can’t stop your head from shaking in disagreement.
“No, you know you deserve this. Fucking swearing at me in my classroom? You think you’ve got the upper hand now, huh, baby? You think you can just walk out of the room and have me worry in there for the rest of the hour? You think you’re in control now? Well, just in case you’re forgetting, baby, I’ll gladly show you who’s really in charge now.”
As Alex goes to unbuckle his belt, your eyes go wide. The sound of the metal clanging together sends your mind into even more panic, wondering what the fuck he’s going to do.
One, he’s going to fuck you until you cry even more. Two, he’s going to belt your arse until you won’t be able to sit properly for the next week.
These options that would usually have you weak at the knees and dripping wet, are sounding just - awful. They both sound awful. You can’t do this, not in your current state of mind. You just want a hug, you just want Alex.
Your Alex.
Your head cranks up to finally let the word tumble out of your mouth, out of pure fear and pain.
“Peaches, Daddy– peaches, please, p–peaches – I don’t want – I don’t want anymore, Daddy, peaches –”
As the words repeatedly slip out of your mouth, Alex’s face drops. Shit. Now he sees, now he realises that you weren’t playing, you weren’t winding him up on purpose, that all this time you were upset and in subspace and now he feels so guilty, so awful for not noticing. His heart just sinks.
Alex’s hands go to pull the clamps away immediately, not caring about gentleness, just knowing that you need them off, right now. He drops to his knees to grab you by the arms, letting your head fall forward onto his shoulder as another wave of tears comes crashing down. This time, you don’t hold them back. Alex knows he can’t panic, not when you’re in pain like this, when you need him to help you, but as he looks at your pure state of desperation, eyes glazed with tears, whole body shaking, too deep into subspace for him to just be able to pull you out with one snap of his fingers – Alex’s heart drops to the pit of his stomach.
“Baby, baby, shit–”
“Daddy, peaches, please – please, don’t want i–it anymore, Daddy, I don’t want it –”
“It’s okay, baby, I got you, I got you –” he says breathlessly, pulling you into his chest as he buries his face in your hair. “Daddy’s got you, baby, I’m sorry. I’m so fucking sorry – Daddy’s sorry, okay? I didn’t – I didn’t mean it, baby, please –”
Never once in his life has Alex stuttered, but right now he can’t care less. Right now all he cares about is you.
You pant and cry into his chest, soaking his dress shirt with your tears but you’re too far gone to care. The emotions that have been building up all day finally pour out of you.
Alex holds your shaking hands in his larger ones, rubbing your skin gently with his thumbs, back and forth, back and forth, the familiar rhythm calming you a little, but you’re still sobbing and hiccuping into his chest. Alex is really worried now, the guilt churning in his stomach, regretting his lack of care earlier. He wishes he could take it all back now, he really could. He never meant to hurt you. But it’s too late.
Alex pulls away slightly and you grab onto his shirt in panic, trying to bring him back to you, but he shushes you gently, placing one strong hand under your thighs, the other holding you to his chest. In seconds, he picks you up and walks you to the bed, setting you down carefully by the pillows, lying down and letting you curl into his chest.
“It’s ok, baby, it’s ok now, I promise.”
You still don’t have the strength to talk, all you can do is let a whimper slip out of your mouth. Alex presses kisses to your hairline, then a kiss  to your nose, then your cheeks. When he pulls back and you look at him, you think you can see tears in his eyes, but you can’t be sure what you're seeing through your own blurry gaze, tears still trickling slowly down your cheeks, so you ignore it. A small voice in the back of your mind tells you that Alex must still be annoyed with you. You bury your head back into his chest.
“What do you need, baby? What do you need me to do?”
“Just – just hold me, Al, please, sir, need you to hold me.”
Alex pulls back, unwrapping his arms from you, and you look up in horror – you just told him that you need him to hold you, and now he’s moving away? But then you realise he’s hurriedly undoing his shirt buttons and pulling the material off his shoulders, before standing up to pull off his trousers, shoes and socks, until he’s left just in his boxers.
You sigh in relief. He does know what you want.
As he pulls you back into his chest, you breathe in his familiar scent - woody, spice, smoke and Alex. You relish in the feeling of his warm skin against yours, letting him wrap his arms around your shaking form.
“I’m here, love, I’m right here.”
You feel his heartbeat thud in time with yours, fast and rapid from panicking from the use of your safe-word. You must’ve scared the shit out of him, but then again, he scared the shit out of you too.
You two stay like that for a moment. Head on his chest and arms wrapped around his torso, and the heat radiating from his body calms you down to a different level you can’t quite put your finger on, but it’s calming and it's Alex and that’s all that matters.
“You okay now, baby?” His deep voice snaps you out of your headspace and you feel his large hand carefully threading through  your hair. “Can you take deep breaths for me, darling? Can you do that?”
You slowly peel your head away from his chest. You’re calm now but still hiccuping from the sobs earlier, so Alex takes a hold of your hands in his, engulfing them whole in his palms.
“Okay. Take deep breaths with me, alright? You follow me, hm?” Then he sees that familiar glint in your eyes when it takes a second for you to nod and it shows that you’re still deep in subspace. Alex sighs softly. “Baby. Can you hear me, baby?”
You only nod again, eyes feeling droopy and heavy, and Alex frowns.
“What do you need to do?”
“Deep breaths, daddy.”
“That’s right, good girl, you take deep breaths with daddy, alright?” He praises you in a soft voice, a small smile creeping its way on his face to know that you’re still listening despite your head being somewhere else. “Alright, let’s do this. You ready?”
Seeing your small smile as you nod is enough to bring reassurance to Alex.
“Inhale,” he says, and you obey, taking in a deep breath. “Exhale.”
You breathe out slowly, still hiccuping, but no longer shaking.
“Good girl, you’re doing so well.” Alex’s small smile encourages you to keep going, breathing in and out. Alex grabs your hand and splays it flat against his chest, so you feel his chest rising and falling in tandem with yours. “I’m right here, yeah? Right here.”
Alex lets you breathe slowly with him for a few minutes. He’s no longer panicking, but he is worried – how did he manage to misread the situation so badly? It’s not like he hasn’t ‘punished’ you before and you’d both agreed before that it was something you both enjoyed. But today went wrong, badly wrong.
Now the fog is clearing from your head a little, each deep breath in and out helping ground you a little, along with the feel of Alex’s hot skin pressed against yours. You feel a rumble in his chest as he speaks.
“Baby? You back with me yet?”
“Yeah, yeah,  I think so.” You look at him the best you can while your bodies are still squashed together. His face looks pained, the stress lines on his forehead more pronounced than usual, his eyes dull.
“Al?”
“Yes, darling?” He knows what’s coming.
“Why–” You have to stop and take in another deep breath. “Why did you act like that before?”
Alex sighs and rubs a hand over his face.
“I’m so sorry, baby, I really fucked up, I really did. I saw you talking to that guy, the one that you used to go out with and I just –”
Oh.
Ryan, that guy. He approached you earlier in the hallway to ask for your opinions about his paper, and you didn’t think twice of agreeing. He’s a nice guy, really, and you respect him for that. But you still can’t ignore the fact that he still tries to shoot his shot with you despite turning him down several times.
You two shared a past, sure. You agreed to go out with him several times in your first year, but only because you were naive and desperate to experience what going out with somebody feels like, and Ryan was the first ever guy to make that dream of yours come true. But one thing led to another, you realised that you two just aren’t… compatible.
You didn’t have anyone after Ryan, not until Alex came in the picture.
You respectfully broke whatever was happening with Ryan then, but even now he still struggles to hide his feelings whenever you’re near – and really, you’re flattered. Even though he knows that there’s no chance of getting back together with you, he still tries.
Like earlier, for example.
He ran into you in the hallway, arm around your shoulder and bodies close together. He was showing you his paper and asked for your opinions, and you really didn’t think much of his gestures other than being friendly. Ryan was always like that, touchy with everyone, and you aren’t an exception.
“You really outdid yourself with this one, Ry,” you had smiled, patting him on the shoulder as he held up the papers in front of you.
“Thanks. I learned from the best, you see.”
His fingers went to pinch your cheek lightly and you froze. Not because of the action, but because in the corner of your eye, you saw Alex standing still outside of his classroom, hands inside his pocket and staring directly at the two of you.
You couldn’t see his face or his expression so you didn’t think much of it, but if you were to see it, you would’ve known that his face held a snarl and he was fighting every urge to stalk towards you and pulled you away from Ryan’s grip.
Disgust, is one way to put it – what Alex was feeling in that moment. Disgust, then anger. He was already pissed about certain things; the amount of essays he had to mark and pressure on him from the governor’s board, and seeing you getting smooched at by another guy made him want to bash someone’s head on the wall.
Specifically, Ryan’s head.
But then again, Alex is a teacher, and Ryan is a student – so are you, but you’re not just any student – and he can’t really pull a student aside and whack him on the head for flirting with his fucking girlfriend.
You realise now what had happened, though, you just wish that Alex would’ve told what the problem was earlier rather than making you figure it out yourself.
“But, Al, we were just talking about homework, and you know what he’s like, so touchy with everyone. You know I wouldn’t ever–”
“I know, love, I know you wouldn’t, but I just saw it and it went straight to my head, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I just got so…so angry. I shouldn’t have, I know, but I did. And then I was so caught up in my own emotions, I didn’t see how uncomfortable you were. I’m sorry, so so sorry.”
He buries his face into your neck, letting out a strangled sob. You run your hand through his hair soothingly, before tugging it a little to get him to look at you. His gaze meets yours and you know then that he really is sorry, you can see it from the pain in his eyes.
“It’s ok,” you whisper, Alex goes to protest but you place a finger on his lips, shushing him. “Honestly. It’s ok now. I can’t say I haven't ever felt that way watching you talk to other girls, so I know how you felt. But please just. Don’t do that again. Be so dismissive. I hated it.”
“I know, I realise that now, I’m so sorry. It won’t happen again. Ever. I’m sorry.”
You chuckle quietly. “You’re gonna have to stop apologising at some point, you know? I forgive you.”
Alex gives a small smile and you’re relieved to see his eyes have brightened a little. “Can I make it up to you another way instead?” His hand reaches up to stroke through your hair gently, teasing out some of the tangles and smoothing them down.
You reach up to plant a kiss on his cheek. “I can think of many, many ways that you can make it up to me, don’t worry about that.”
You both giggle, Alex’s hands moving down to your sides to tickle you playfully, but you slap his chest gently before it can go too far.
“None of that now, I just want to cuddle.” You pout at him, giving him your best puppy eyes.
“That I can do, darling.” Alex murmurs with a smile, pulling you back into his chest with strong arms and tangling your legs together. He pulls the blanket up over the both of you, making sure you’re tucked in comfortably.
Alex hooks his chin over your shoulder and you  nuzzle happily  into his neck with a whine. All is well again.
thanks for reading, hope yous enjoyed :)

Supercorptober 2023 Day 4: Money
ao3 fic link. series link.
When they’d first stepped into this bar, Kara had been unsure about Alex’s suggestion to try somewhere new. It was loud and busy and chaotic in a way that Kara doesn’t like. She’d almost asked if they could go somewhere else, but then she’d stopped, spotted Lena already sitting in a booth and some of her anxiety had washed away.
And now, she wants to thank Alex for the suggestion, because the loud surroundings mean Lena keeps leaning in close when she wants to say something to just her, warm breath ghosting over her face each time she does.
“I’m going to go get another round,” Lena says, close once again, butterflies stirring in Kara’s stomach, before Lena asks the group what they want to drink.
It takes until Lena stands again before Kara’s head is clear and she realises what Lena is doing.
“Wait,” Kara says, hand grabbing Lena’s arm before she can leave the table. “You bought the last round of drinks, let me pay this time.”
Lena laughs. “Don’t worry about it, it’s not like I don’t have the money, and I want to spend it on my friends.”
Kara watches Lena vanish through the crowd, a frown on her face.
“What’s this for?” Alex asks, poking the crinkle between Kara’s eyes.
Kara swaps her hand away. “Lena shouldn’t be spending all her money on us.”
Alex laughs. “She’s rich, two rounds of drinks isn’t going to break the bank.”
That still doesn’t sit well with her. “I don’t want her to think we’re only friends with her for her money.”
“Relax Kar, she knows that.”
“I’ll get the next two rounds to pay her back, I don’t want her spending all her money on me. Or us.”
Kara doesn’t expect Winn to laugh at that suggestion. “Are you going to pay her back for the $750 million she spent on CatCo too?”
“What? What do you mean?”
“She bought CatCo for you,” Alex says, like it’s the most obvious thing in the world.
Kara frowns. “No she didn’t, she bought it because it was a good investment and to stop Edge from buying it.”
James and Maggie had been having their own conversation, but James chimes in this time. “Is that what she told you? Those things might be true, but do you really think she would’ve bought it if you didn’t work there?”
Everyone is looking at her now, and she can tell they all believe this, and they all can’t believe she didn’t realise either. But it can’t be true.
There is absolutely no way Lena would spend that amount of money on her, it just doesn’t make sense.
“There is no way Lena bought CatCo for me,” Kara says, and maybe if the bar had been a bit quieter and she hadn’t been so focused on the conversation at hand, she would’ve noticed that Lena had returned to the table.
“I mean,” Lena starts, making Kara jump. Her eyes find Lena’s immediately, green eyes looking nervously back at her. “It was a good investment.” Lena swallows, averts her eyes. “But I wouldn’t have bought it if it wasn’t for you.”
Kara can feel all eyes are on them but she doesn’t care as she stands, pulling Lena into a hug. Lena immediately relaxes, Kara not realising how tense she’d been until Lena relaxes into her.
“Did you think I’d be mad?” Kara asks, pulling away to meet Lena’s eyes again.
“No, I thought you might realise…” Lena trails off, clearly thinking through her next words. “Never mind.”
Kara’s missing something, she can feel it, she just doesn’t know what, and it’s a little hard to think straight with Lena so close, and knowing what she’s done for her.
“Thank you,” Kara says, realising she hasn’t actually said the words yet. “Thank you so much, I don’t know how I’m ever going to repay you.”
Lena smiles. “You don’t owe me anything, I was just doing it to help a friend.”
“Friend,” Alex coughs, breaking the moment, Kara turning to glare at her sister. Alex knows about Kara’s feelings for her best friend, but no one else does, and she doesn’t need Alex spilling her secret.
When Kara glances back at Lena, she finds Lena staring at Alex too.
Kara takes Lena’s hand, tugs her back into their seats, trying to distract everyone. Their drinks arrive at the same time, a server with a full tray causing the best distraction.
Kara will bring this up again with Lena later, when they’re alone, and hopefully she can find some way to properly thank Lena for all she’s done for her.

Monaco Qualifying: Mini Analysis
Tumblr media
Just wanted to point out a few things about the field tomorrow with our top 10.
First is that Charles is in a league of his own, pole by more than 2 tenths, fastest qualifying lap of the session. Well deserved pole and he did it with a comfortable gap to P2.
The only other driver to break out of the 1:10.5 range was Oscar, who is a little over 2 tenths off Charles, and almost a tenth ahead of Carlos.
The next 4 drivers are all extremely close, as in they are off by hundredths not tenths. This really could have gone anyone's way. Slight variances and imperfections made the difference. No one is clearly ahead. So it really came down to a little bit of luck and also the skill in the little areas where it mattered.
Of this group of four drivers Carlos was ahead by the most, he was closest to cracking into the 1:10.4 territory, so the Ferrari's really were on top of it for this track.
After that between George and Lando it's a difference of literally 1/100th of a second, that is just down to luck, because it's essentially the same lap time. Like that margin is basically invisible. And Max is only off them by 20/100ths, which again is so small. Those three were basically matched and it was just down to the very little things with the car, the lap, and the conditions.
Lewis also wasn't too far off this group. Less than a tenth separating himself from Carlos, and about half a tenth off his teammate.
After Lewis the rest have a bigger gap to the rest of the pack.
I want to note that while this was an insane showing from Pierre, his best lap was actually his Q2 lap of 1:10.896.
This is certainly the most unusual starting order we've seen so far, for the whole grid and the top 10. Monaco will do that do you.
Quick look at comparing Charles' and Oscar's laps
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What I am interested in is the fact that there isn't a clear point where Mclaren has the edge, I knew they'd be more evenly matched against Ferrari here but this is further off than I'd thought. These straights aren't even Mclaren's best sectors, where they were so strong at Imola it seems that significant lead didn't translate as well to the street track format. So good for Ferrari which overall was the strongest car on this track.
Also Charles really did bring it, no one really touched him when it came to that lap. He really did dominate.
Finally remember that Monaco is an extreme outlier of a track. So for drivers/cars that are not strong here it isn't a good metric to try to determine how things will go on other tracks. Yes Red Bull seem to be struggling, but on this track that's not as concerning for them performance wise as it would be at a more typical track. Similarly Alpine are doing well, which may or may not hold true in the future, same with Alex and Williams. An outlier track sometimes makes outlier results. One of the reasons Monaco is so cool.
Now we do know that Ferrari and Mclaren are strong, and these aren't outlier results for them, they've been fast and competitive, and they were here as well. So what this means for those teams is that their cars are very versatile and less track dependent than say some other top teams(Red Bull)
There is a lot more, but those were the things I noticed that were interesting to me from this session. But really all you need to know is that Charles put together a STUNNING lap.
