Hello, thank you so much for stopping by. Most of my daily rituals are before bed. Every morning is usually quite different and because I'm constantly travelling I haven't been able to stick to a consistent routine.

At night I make sure to carve out time for myself, regardless of if I'll be staying the night on a bedroll or at an inn. I like to take my hair out of my braids, give it a good brush, and I usually have a glass of wine before bed. though depending on how difficult the day has been or who I'm with, that number can greatly vary. And before I fall asleep I like to talk to some loved ones who've passed on. Sometimes I ask them for advice and others I just say what I did today. I don't know for sure where they are but I'd like to think my father and Uncle Elo can hear me <3
