back in harveston, it’s been mentioned how there isn’t much youngins around .. apart from epel and his cousin .. but in terms of ppl his age??? 0 … so it’d be easy for his family to talk him into stuffing you full and getting you pregnant when you come visit one day… you don’t know that epel secretly introduced you to his family as his wife .. and that the analytical eyes they give you and your body was bcs they wanted to see just how many kids you could handle birthing naturally at a time… truly terrifying how they put this much thought into the time you need to rest before being full with his baby again .. bcs they don’t do hospitals but instead the women in the family use their knowledge (midwivery) to advise you </3

aa just the thought of epel and his family peer pressuring you into giving them kids and continuing the family line has you feeling all guilty </3 like it doesn’t matter what u want bcs you’d be doing it for the betterment of the village! how they convince u that eventually, when u become a mother, you’d find happiness that comes w it .. (silly reader … your choice and wants never even mattered in the first place! bcs if you showed resistance they’d just drug u and put u to sleep w epel’s unique magic and get u pregnant anyways </3)

OMG THE SOMNO POTENTIAL WITH EPEL'S UM........ how could I have missed it,,, it's literally called Sleep Kiss. T_T uuuwaaaa Epel wanting to practice his UM and you agree to let him practice it on you because surely it won't have any negative impacts, right? But he puts you to sleep and somno ensues...... or he puts you to sleep and the other first years are around as well. >_< you're like a practice pussy for them......

If anyone's going to gaslight and manipulate you into having children, it's all of Harveston. ;;;;; and most of them do it unintentionally. They just think it's so darling Epel has a best friend (read: wifey) like you who is the sweetest thing they've ever met. You and Epel make such a cute couple (of hopefully expecting parents). All of Harveston dotes on you, showering you with affection every time you visit. You're practically part of the village by now. Whenever you come to visit, whether for a holiday or a break, Marja always welcomes you with open arms, as does the rest of Epel's family. But it's Marja who is especially pleased to see you. She checks you over, asks if you've been eating well at NRC, asks if Epel's been looking out for and taking care of you, and so on.

I feel like the entire village would throw such a huge celebration when you finally become pregnant. They make such an event out of it; it startles you at first, but Epel explains this is just because there are so few children around and everyone, especially the elders, are so very excited to finally see the village grow and become more lively with young folks! You'll have everyone's full support before, during, and after your pregnancy! They are just so fond of you and are always encouraging you to eat lots (of foods that improve fertility, but you don't need to know that...).

Your first year oneshots are so big-brained I love reading them all :)) What would the first year gang do if they found out Yuu had found a way home but because of timing issues, they didn't get to say goodbye? (Other brainrot idea which could be with this idea or seperate, Yuu Hometown event where the First Year gang get to visit Yuu's world for a couple of days 👀)

the idea of what the first-years will do after yuu goes home is already sad, but you dare bring up the possibility that yuu won't get to say goodbye??? how could you /affectionate

like, i sort of imagine this to be a "seven years later" scenario, where all of the first-years have drifted apart without yuu's grounding presence. they were the ones who brought them all together, after all, and now they're just... gone. (inspired, i admit, by this AMAZING first-years fanfic right here!)

the freshmen have all done their best to move on with their lives — ace has joined riddle's popular legal firm as his suave and smooth-talking legal partner; epel is at harveston, working on an potion that's going to revolutionize farming forever; jack is a rising star in the world of winter sports; deuce is working hard as a respected member of the royal guard; ortho has founded a popular video game studio that specializes in rpgs; and sebek has begun a humble little life as the owner of bookstore, too burned by the best friendship of his life ending in such an abrupt manner to even think about returning to how life used to be.

but the stories of their once legendary friendship continues to spread through the halls of night raven college, even though it's been a while since they've graduated. nobody really knows their names, but they do know them.

the intelligent heart. the good-natured spade. the honorable wolf. the persevering apple. the optimistic flame. the loyal knight. and of course, the underestimated companion.

they've become legends, almost like the the great seven of old, for their ability to withstand so much, yet come out stronger all the same.

(until they day they just... disappeared from public view altogether.)

and so, everyone notices when history starts to repeat itself.

at this point, jack has taken a mentee under his tail — a young teen named magne beihof (twisted from sven from "frozen (2013)"). one day, magne comes running up to him, excitedly holding an invitation to night raven college. jack congratulates him, but secretly, he can't help the feeling of dread crawling up his back... and he's not even sure why. maybe because sven's too nice for nrc, but he's strong enough that jack's not too worried about that. he takes him out for carrot soup to celebrate, but the trepidation never goes way.

it comes to him when magne leaves for school, and starts writing to him about how weird his orientation was... about a random girl who just showed up, claiming to be from another world... about a nice person he met from ignihyde... until magne's eventually going on and on about how nice his new friends are and how much fun they're having and how stressed his housewarden has been lately...

and jack panics.

he furiously starts looking up the mailing addresses of the others and writing to them. he doesn't if they'll answer or even read it, but he just has to tell someone before the worst can occur.

to his surprise, they all end up responding, agreeing to meet with him at his house to discuss it further. turns out, this pattern of history repeating itself goes even further than just story beats. ace and ortho's interns, one of deuce's junior knights, one of epel's baby cousins, and the kid who comes by sebek's bookstore every saturday are all freshmen at night raven college... and all of them are part of sven's little friend group.

on a whim, jack writes yuu a letter, too, that simply says:

Yuu,

I'm worried.

he obviously doesn't expect a response, so he leaves the letter on the top of his bookshelf, expecting it to just collect dust. so imagine his surprise when it goes missing, and suddenly there's a letter on his bed, with a stamp on it from a place he doesn't recognize.

he reads it, and it says:

Jack,

I can't find my little sister.

Is she with you?

Yuu.

and jack's world comes crashing down.

(or, to make this less ominous, maybe the new freshmen plot never happens, and jack just decides to write letters to yuu who somehow recieves them. this eventually spirals into the freshmen making a large package and stuffing themselves inside to test a theory, only for yuu to open the lid and find their long-lost friends inside.

cue a fluffy reunion, and a nice yuu hometown event :3)

Apparently Rollo only eats grapes and two croissants for lunch and i've noticed it MIGHT be une référence à la sainte cène because croissants can kind be compared to bread ig (ils ont bien appelé ça un pain dans le jeu after all même si ct une hérésie de dire ça TOT) and grapes to wine? Now that this is out, I like both takes ! since Rollo refers to croissants as......Bread (it's a pain for me to even write this ) .... It could totally be wine and bread representation (not necessarily the sainte cène though since this mf eats by himself) as a parallel to og Frollo being super religious. It could've been bread in the twisted world, it coul'd have but I went back to the event in the archives and well..

Azul absolutely describes it like a regular croissant and refers to it as pastry....

So either Azul got it wrong (he'd never dare) or Rollo is one of those guys you would get into an argument about wether a tomato is a fruit or a vegetable. (Or the english translators kept this in and huh ?? hello croissants can be found in many bakeries internationally nowadays surely they know it's a pastry ??? aie aie aie....) Would've loved to see local foods or traditions slightly different because it's in twisted wonderland, Like the harveston clothings had many cultures pieced together !! Sami clothing is incorporated iirc ?? (though croissant being considered bread is truly a sacrilège) And bonne journée/soirée to you both ! :)

Out of all of the twisted wonderland events is there one that you really enjoy?

The ghost marriage is honestly my favorite, not only do I love the fact that Idia is the focus of it, bur also the story and the cards we get from it. Plus it's super cute and I loved how it ended.

I also enjoyed the maskerade event too but I wouldn't want to spoil that event to the twst english audience.

How can u not love this card!!! I am in love it it its seriously the best out of idea's cards expect for maybe his harveston one but that one was cute, and the maskerade card was suuper hot.

Either ways ghost bride was the event i enjoyed the most and thank u for asking

YAHHHH! HARVESTON EVENT DROPPED IN TWST ENG IM SO HAPPY!!!!! MY LIL SUGAR BOOGER IS GONNA BE A STAR♡♡ WGAHAJHAH RHWHSUD PLEASE IF I DONT GET EPELS CARD IM GONNA CRY BECAUSE IT WAS ONE OF THE CARDS I WANTED NO MATTER WHAT IT TOOK (the others were groom idia (I got it!) And fairy gala othro (didn't come out in eng yet;;)) I SPENT MY KEYS ON THE TSUM TSUM EVENT AND I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BITE ME BACK IN THE ASS SOMEDAY 😭 sobbing, rolling on the floor, screaming, crying, throwing away all merchandise I got of other characters so epel don't think I cheated, robbing banks (for epels card), praying, hoping, wishing.

Epel I love you. Now I know I mistook u for a girl when I saw u for the first time but I also said that you looked like a boy 5 minutes after too okay. You had always been my lesson buddy even tho alot of your cards are already maxed out. I always leveled ur card first and I pulled 90 times on ur dorm showcase. You're coming home. You will lose the title of my lil boogie if u don't. You're gonna come home kicking and holding onto the floor boards if that's what it takes. Or you can come home to a nice and loving partner (me) with a warm cup of tea.

I was away from the fandom for a while but recently came back, idk but something about twst gives me a lot of joy maybe it's bc I was a disney kid growing up so that's why it's so close to my heart? Haha (Lol it's the Kingdom hearts effect, game has been out for 20 yrs and still gets love even after all this time, and I rly hope twst gets the same treatment). I'll admit I miss the days when the fandom was in it's prime and there was loads of activity happening; since the english speaking side of the fandom was pretty small not a lot drama occured which was rly nice! It was so fun interacting w translators, ppl that posted about new updates, artists, and just the whole fandom in general, and while a lot of those ppl aren't doing those things for twst anymore, I understand if ppl's focus shift to something else esp since the pandemic has gone down and ppl r going back to their normal lives.

I hope I don't sound too pushy, but u said that u retired from twst, does that mean u don't play in anymore? If not, will u ever go back to it in the future? Whether that just be playing or translating again, I'd like to interact w u about it again!

I miss the early days too!! honestly though twst's fanbase is MASSIVE so there's never a shortage of fancontent to find, even if it's not on tumblr
