Mistake for the oc ask game :v3

Silver’s biggest mistake has been trying to give himself powers. He was tired of just being a petty thief and ended up trying to use what knowledge he had of other villains to repeat the steps they did to gain their powers. He thought it was working… until he tried it. He’d mutilated himself, making him hideous in his eyes. His face looked deformed and his body looked monstrously scarred and ugly. He hasn’t been able to reverse it or feel better about himself, so he wears his mask whenever he can and doesn’t go outside a lot except for when he has to work in person in his civilian life. Even then he wears sunglasses and a face mask.

For my sister, I leaned pretty heavily into medicine, giving her a role more similar to that of Shinobu within the Corps: not primarily a fighter, and helping treat wounds sustained by other slayers in battle as a healer. My sister is, in the real world, a doctor, and I have massive respect for the amount of hard work she’s put into getting to where she is now. She’s such an inspiration honestly <3

I actually only started actually drawing stuff for it recently but I've been OBSESSED WITH IT EVER SINCE DAWKO PLAYED IT and so the person you probably saw in my drawing with Pal Percy is my sona !!!!! Their name is Lucky :3 and I have him (any pronouns) in like every universe I've ever loved ever AND I ACTUALLY HAVE A STORY FOR THEM IN EVERY WORLD TOO BUT THE BASIS IS JUST THAT THEYRE VERY TECH ORIENTED AND GET ATTACHED TO COMPUTERS AND ROBOTS AND STUFF RLLY EASILY (me fr) AND THEYRE REALLY QUIET AND DORKY

So in the playtime with percy universe so far (IM VERY SELF INDULGENT FOREVER YAY) the basic story is just that, knowing them, they'd probably (definitely, HE CANT HELP IT HE FEELS BAD AND PAL MAKES HIM FEEL SPECIAL /silly) pick up PAL after the whole 💥💥💥 building thing yknow the canon events and take them home AND IM SOBBING THATS ALL I HAVE SO FAR BUT IM WORKING ON IT.....

Ok so BASICALLY ✨✨

Angela Roberts-Yu was an astronaut working for NASA. She never felt like she really fit in on earth. She doesn’t really like people, and has a hard time making friends. So when the opportunity comes up to go on a solo mission to space, she takes it. While on a moonwalk, a portal opens up, sucks her in, and dumps her on the opposite side of the galaxy and leaves her floating.

Now the interesting part is that these wormholes are actually the work of a disgraced Space Diety—Chaos (the black spooky goopy thing)— who was banished from this plane of existence long ago for being evil ykyk.

The wormholes are Chaos trying to break through to our world again. BUT he can’t do it alone. He needs an avatar.

So every so often—a lot often actually— he tries to hitch a ride on the soul of a living being. Every attempt before this has failed, but Angela is a success and he latches on to her soul.

Angela gets rescued by a cargo ship owned by Captain Mordicondor Agapé and the Arora Crew—a ragtag group of alien outlaws on the run from the space government. Captain Mordicondor is such a dad and physically cannot stop adopting sad children so he takes her in.

And Angela learns that it’s not that she doesn’t like people, it’s just she hadn’t met the right ones yet. And the Arora crew help her flourish and become like her family. 😭

But of course Chaos is like super evil and gaining power by the day and sometimes takes her over?? And makes her do bad stuff?? Idk the middle is sort of muddled.

I’ve had the Arora crew as OCs since like middle school and a lot of the lore and plotline are stupid so I’m retconning and redesigning a lot of this. Lore subject to change.

But yeah! I’ve got so many of these lil guys taking up my brain space 😈 please ask me about them oddly enough this actually helps me get the lore out of my head and written down

Aldina's story contains spoilers from the last book, The Veiled Terror!

(also this is set in the AU where Jindosh lives because the denial is real, and they almost all met him at some point too omg my love for this man is showing a lot)

I have a lot to say about some of them, so left to right =>

Sybill Howlet (SH)

I'm obsessed with Sherlock Holmes too and this was a way for me to combined two things I like, even her name is a ref to Sherlock!

She's from Dunwall, she was living in the streets with her sister but they lost each other a long time ago. The Bottle Street Gang was her family (Slackjaw went to father figure to friend over time). Then, one day, Archibald (Vinz's dad (see later)) found her and got impressed by her thinking and mind, and decided to take her out of the streets and help her use her full potential. Soon enough, the Outsider took great interest into her, and started to visit her dreams and help her find little secrets about everyone. He never gave her his mark.

When the Coup occurred, she left Dunwall a few weeks, only to come back and finish her current cases then leave once again but for Karnaca this time. That's when she heard about Billie's actions and omg what a queen. The Bank Job? such a masterpiece, outstanding, amazing. She loved following her trail around the city, trying to understand what she was looking for. She met Jindosh because of this, cuz she wanted to talk to him about the break-in. She enjoys quite a lot to annoys him (and just to roast people).

Aldina/Al

Her parents were nobles/friends with Luca, but she always despised him a lot actually. She prefers women company, and that's how she found out she was lesbian. The only man she never really hated was Jindosh, because she likes the Clockwork Soldiers. Her biggest inspiration was the witches, tho. She loved going to the Conservatory and spend time with Breanna, she wanted SO MUCH to meet Delilah, to be part of the Coven, to join them!!!! it was her biggest dream. But then, what?? Corvo comes and the witches are now gone.

Old men are so BORING.

Later, when the Outsider was no more, her parents died because of the nightmares. Then, she wondered alone on the streets, and kind of managed to fix a Clockwork Sentinel because the main program and such were still in good condition. That is how and when Jindosh met her for the first time. He took her to his mansion, thinking she could be of some use, and taught her some things too. Al' likes to creep behind the walls and scares the staff by singing lullabies and sea shanties.

Everything was fine, until Corvo came back. She wanted SO BADLY to kill him, to rip off his skin, to boil him alive, for what he's done to her, to the witches, to Delilah, to her first found family, to her broken dreams. She wanted so badly to do it, then found out Jindosh cared about him. She's making a very lot of efforts to accept the fact that the man who destroyed her hopes and dreams is now part of her new family, and eventually she'll come to terms with it... many years later.

Thanks to the Void stones in her arm, she can use a little magic, but it's very complicated. Jindosh likes to call her "little mouse", and she's friend with rats. Also she steals Jindosh's stuff a lot and likes to spend time with Alex'.

Vincent/Vinz MacIntosh

Archibald MacIntosh is a private detective from Morley, after a failed attempt at the Academy. He married a tailor, who died cuz of the plague, and likes to paint too. He worked with the City Watch for some time.

As for Vinz, he got inspired by his father, but decided to become a journalist instead (not like it was less dangerous, moreover he's working with one if not the most dangerous gang in Karnaca, needless to say it worries his father a lot). Anyway, Vinz came to Karnaca a few years before the Coup, and he's more than happy to be part of this major history event. Because of his father's past and everything he was taught, he recognized Corvo quite easily, and tried his best to convince him NOT TO KILL JINDOSH. Because, yeah, Vinz is a HUGE fan of Jindosh's works.

The silvergraph? omg THIS IS SO COOL to illustrate the news or just have portraits of people! The audiograph? perfect to record things and testimonies! The Clockwork Soldiers? They're not really worse than the Tallboys back then, and they could be useful too!! for, like, THE FUCKING BLOODFLIES??? people of Karnaca have more chances to get killed by the bloodflies than the Clockwork Soldiers. It's not like Jindosh was kidnapping children to torture them and eat their organs??? He's killing INTRUDERS in his very OWN HOUSE. How are thieves treated at Dunwall Tower, I wonder?????

Anyway, Vinz likes to draw and to listen to Jindosh ranting about his inventions, trying his best to understand.

And then, I don't have much about them.

Nelly

She's a maid at the Clockwork Mansion, and quickly became friend with Aldina. The two of them like to prank the others and going out. I think, at some point, Nelly will leave the place and do something else. It's not like she has a bad treatment - Jindosh barely knows about her, mostly thanks to Aldina (also she's the maid I make appear when I need someone in the mansion) - it's just she wants to do something else. Going on a trip maybe. I have to think about it. Btw, she's from Serkonos, and knows many things about Corvo because he's such a legend there, everyone knows about him. She probably likes to cook.

Caleb

He's a grumpy old man from Tyvia, but he lived most of his younger years in Baleton. He went to prison, but soon entered the navy when the choice's been given to him. They weren't expecting him to last this long. Now, he's pretty strong, and would like to have a fight with the Royal Protector to test his limits. Caleb likes poetry and the sea.

Octave Hearly

He's also from Morley. Octave is into cartoon and cinema, mostly. When he heard about Jindosh's work on the silvergraph and the "moving images", his heart skipped a beat and he decided to join him and work with him on all this.

Really noticing a trend that whenever an aroace character exists in media people immediately jump in with "AROACE PPL CAN DATE BTW" in order to shove ships down people's throats like I've not seen a single aroace character where their identity as an aroace seems to matter regardless because no matter what they WILL be the type of aroace that dates and the person shipping them generally has no clue how aroace relationships function and i just find it so incredibly strange how everything needs to be romantic or s*xual.

Like...is it "aroace rep" if every single aroace in media is forced into a relationship because people can't fathom the concept of somebody not wanting to be with someone else?

Cried a lot today cuz of my sisters lol

Seriously, i just wanted to talk and they kept telling me to shut up then they called me emo cuz i started crying. They still wonder why i'm always so quiet. The bright side is that they actually noticed i was crying. My whole family almost never notices i'm crying and i know this bc i used to fake cry loudly to annoy them and they'd know it's fake bc i never cry loudly, they even told me that they usually never notice i'm crying. No shit guys, you wanna know who made me like this? Sometimes i wonder if it is actually my fault. Sometimes i think that maybe they were right that i was being dramatic. But i don't want to believe that. I'm not the one who tells my sister to shut up when they even try to talk, right? And the worst part is that my mother doesn't care at all. My sisters usually bully me right in front of my mother and she doesn't do anything about it even when i cry to her. Whenever my sister hits me(even when it's playful, it still hurts), she doesn't day a thing but suddenly when i hit her bc she hit me it's wrong bc i'm younger? Shouldb't be the other way bc it's obvious that the older's hit is more painful but no, I'm not supposed to disrespect my elders. I trust my friends more than them nowadays. I trust my TEACHERS more than them nowadays. My teachers actually care enough to listen, even if i don't talk verbally. My school litterally has a post box for stressed students to write notes for the teachers to read and help them. My teachers have a policy for them to never tell the students parents when the student wants to talk them. Although i've never actually done any of that, i know that they will definitely listen if i want to. My teachers even encourage me to talk through art and doesn't push me when i don't want to talk. They even pull out papers for me to write instead of talking. Teachers are so underrated with what they do, i love them. It is different for others because they're in different schools but i hate when people talk bad about certain teachers. "Oh no, it's (teacher)" do you even know who you're talking about? Are we thinking about the same teacher? Yes, maybe they yell at you a lot but it's not favouritism, you're just being disruptive in class. Obviously you're going to get scolded. "I'm so stressed, teachers don't know what i'm going through" Teachers have been in school too and it actually used to be a lot more worse than now. I know this bc my mother told me that teachers would hit students with rulers whenever they make the smallest mistake. My school actually still canes people but it's actually for a good reason. Plus, they have to mark 100+ papers everyday while you only do one. My teachers are so hated for doing their job and i don't know why. Love them sm<33

Hallo I just found Magnus Una and Pearls and I am in stupid love with their concepts and designs. Tell me all about them I beg

Yay!! I'm so incredibly glad you like them! They were incredibly inspired by my A Hat in Time brain rot, so I essentially just took the concept of "reluctant ghost dad and his chaotic kids" and ran with it.

Magnus is the ruler of a small forest of spirits. He's extremely threatening and rude, but he also gives the spirits cooking lessons to keep them entertained and lets them live in his palace so there's that.

Una and Pearls were shunned in their kingdom for being too 'different.' Una was too loud and reckless, and Pearls was too quiet and timid. (Despite Pearls being far smaller, weaker, and a complete coward, she's actual the older of the two). They bonded over their shared neglect, and soon ran away from their kingdom in hopes of building a new life for themselves. That is...until they run into Magnus.

The kids pretty much collapse from exhaustion in his forest, and the spirits carry them into the palace. Magnus is, in Magnus fashion, disgusted by them and orders the spirits to carry them out of the forest. The spirits, however, say that they want the kids to stay because of how nice they were to them, and how lonely the kingdom can get. Magnus reluctantly agrees, but they can only stay if they earn their keep and help around the kingdom.

I plan on writing a whole story for them, and will post it to ao3 or my website someday!
