I can't even begin to yap about how much the guitar means to me oh MY GOD I LOVE THE GUITAR SO MUCH the guitar means so freaking much to me it makes people look so pretty it makes their hands look beautiful and it makes me so happy that they made Ellie and Joel are able to play the guitar and it brings them closer from it because Joel is able to teach Ellie and get closer to her as his adopted daughter. I love the guitar song that Ellie plays for dina in the second game where the lyrics actually hit you so deep because at first Joel sings it to Ellie saying that if he ever lost her like he lost his daughter he would lose himself, then when he dies Ellie passes that on to dina and dina leaves ellie. The guitar means so much to me because it was one if the good things I got out of the south I loved when old ladies told me that one day they were gonna see me on TV with my marble white guitar and cute little tasseled boots. I love guitars so fucking much and they love me more

There's something poetic about the fact that when I play a song I haven't for a while and I keep messing it up, I have to completely shut my eyes and just let my hands play the right notes.
