Jealous of how gracefully you draw mecha stuff,,, do you have any... Advice or tips or?

Howdy-do ! I can certainly try to explain my process !

With mech, I always start with an idea first, and I draw it how I usually do it— Like say, Mephisto's prosthetics ! The first step is to just draw regular limbs first and figure out the individual parts. This is the "it does not need to look good it just has to exist first" stage, and you're basically just doing what you know. [Four limbed Mephisto jumpscare]

Now, you're gonna take these shapes and try to see exactly how they join together and bend. I like doing it by taking everything apart in 3 groups- The big shape (The "flesh" if you will, basically everything you see on the outside), the lil shape (Articulations for the big shape, basically what allows it to move) and the connectors (The skeleton for how your big shape is going to be structured ! it defines how lifelike or how robotlike your character will feel depending on how bendy or stiff). The simpler everything is, the better for stylizing !

Looking at ball jointed dolls and other such puppet characters has really helped me understand anatomy as a whole, but it's been especially helpful to robots since it has that certain natural stiffness to it, which I personally find crucial in robot designs. Here it is applied to the diagram !

Then, you're gonna wanna refine these shapes into something more cohesive ! Really string everything together with the same principles, but a little more stylization. These still look like limbs, but you can see exactly how they bend and stay in place through the exposed articulations. Just remember to keep it all relatively straight-edged and using of the skeleton to make sure you don't get too organic looking ! Mech is about geometric designs most of all !

And finally, once you feel it looks good, you go back in again and carve out your detail ! Add some stuff to that guy ! Make him look more interesting !

AND you still get to follow principles ! How fun is that !!!

The best way to practice this method imo is to just trace over robots you know and love. Transformers especially is a really good source of inspo for me, since they're made with toy features in mind and therefore allow for greater range of movement. You can do it to basically anything though ! Even more humanoid looking bots ! Here's two I did on Optimus prime and Fl4k from BL3!

A really good tutorial on this stuff is How to think when you draw: by TheEtheringtonBrothers on DA. Seriously, their stuff is highly informative, and they do a better job explaining than I ever could ahaha. They've got a bunch of tutorials with really good breakdowns of fundamentals and all that stuff up on their pages too, so I highly reccomend you check em out !

But yeah, most of all, practice is your friend. Observe how other people stylize machines and try to replicate it, read up on tutorials, see real life machines, get inspired by your favorite cartoon robots— It's all part of the process ! Like with anything in art, you need to crack a whole lot of eggs beforee you finally learn how to make an omelet you like, but whats most important is that you make an omelet at all. Some stuff is gonna burn or turn out not how you wanted it, and that is also normal, so you need to learn to embrace it and keep on going !

On their 'dates', do they ever have competitions about who can kill the most? If so, who wins more often? Or are they fairly evenly matched?

Fl4k has several pets....does Zer0 ever have casual suggestions for potential additions? Like, have they ever suggested something like "hey what if you got a stalker"?

Do either of them have a favorite 'date' they think back fondly on?

Have either of them ever actively hunted down a specific gun or shield to gift to the other?

Have any of their friends ever tried to encourage them to try to take the other on a more 'normal' kind of date?

Do you have any other random headcanons about either one you wanna share bc I'm here for that bro

It doesnt work because they just dont get it (but im sure they humor her at least once) i also think earlier on in their relationshop moxxi tried to encourage zer0 to just talk to fl4k normally and zer0 is just kind of like Now why would i do that

Do you have any other random headcanons about either one you wanna share bc I'm here for that bro - yes ^_^ for zer0 specifically i think they are just. incredibly aloof and it takes them a very long time to get close to people in any meaningful way so while i think they are close friends with all of the bl2 vault hunters i think they were closest to maya because they both have a kind of understanding of being regarded as something not quite human (with maya being a siren who was brought up on athenas and zer0 being well. zer0)

continuing the theme of friendship i guess I think fl4k and moze are good friends. fl4k is not a machine built for combat so i think moze helps them if they need repairs after a long day and they kind of just became closer over time (im kind of biased because i played through bl3 as fl4k with my friend who played as moze. but still) personally i think the possibilities for interpersonal vault hunter relationships r quite literally endless and they need to be explored more I got a little off track but w/e

anyways back to fl4kzer0 this one is sillier but i think they use eachothers titles as terms of endearment. like "assassin" or "beastmaster" or just "vault hunter"

Yandere Zane Flynt x Platonic! MiniVH! reader HC

@yandere-plague/ Mad Moxxi did this before, and this is a tribute?? If it can be called that, to Yandere Plague / Mad Moxxi.

n my head, a mini VH is kind of like Ava, but way better, an apprentice who's main purpose is to make sure no one dies too much. Or to curse out people we don't like, either one.

Mini VH follows Zane around having a blast with him, because he treats everything like it's just either a normal Tuesday, or since he's on retirement, he might as well have fun with it. But! Because Mini VH has fun around him, he tries to keep that going when they talk about going back to Sanctuary 3 or something of the sort, he tries to manipulate and distract you (which works quite easily because Zane is like an endless party) by dragging you along with driving and doing crazy stunts while in a tank or attempting to do something that a 'kid' shouldn't do.

Yandere tendencies may start whenever, although it's hard to see the red flags since it likely started early on; maybe when the two of you met, or when you became an apprentice for him.

As the story progresses and he becomes more of a yandere for Mini VH, it's easier to tell, not because he wants Mini VH to stay at Sanctuary 3, but because he wants Mini VH to CONSTANTLY be near him, he treats his Digi-clone like a real person (even if it is meant as a joke in the franchise) and you expect him to not want you around him all the time??? Blasphemous!!

Before kidnapping: Would probably try to trick (In a playful way) you with his Digi-clone, but not have the scheme end up working, simply because the reader has been around him enough to be able to tell the differences.

After Kidnapping: Would absolutely use Digi-Clones to spy on you. If Mini VH escaped ever, Digi-Clone would be an obstacle because one, it will tell him when [clone] has spotted you, and soon you'll be in his loving [NOT really] arms, since he can switch spots with them quickly.

Before Kidnapping: Asks Mini VH which guns he should keep or sell, for their opinion on how to kill bandits and psychos faster and definitely not because he wants to know more about the type of guns you like so he can gift you them. No definitely not.

After Kidnapping: would do the same with the guns, but since Mini VH is upset with him, (And likely always will be) Mini VH will lie or tell him to keep the wrong ones. He doesn't want to upset his kid so he pretends to throw out the ones you said to, but would keep them anyway.

Before Kidnapping: Constantly be near him, He will always want Mini VH, his little kiddo to be near him. It's not worrying that I [Zane] blew up an entire camp looking for them while they were talking with Marcus! It's totally normal to want to keep your kid- Apprentice safe!

After Kidnapping: Surprisingly, CL4PTR4P has a purpose than the franchise's punching bag. Since CL4PTR4P has been shown to not care about 'Enslaving' (Keeping humans in rooms) humans, he enlists CL4PTR4P to help keep you in his room [The room for the Vault hunters]. He keeps CL4PTR4P doing this with promises of helping him create Veronica. If this is after Baylex is on the ship, he also enlists Baylex into keeping you trapped in his room because Zane uses the fact that he got Baylex out of the situation, surely he can help with this one itty bitty thing; Keeping you trapped.

Fl4k would be a big helper for his Kidnapping phase to happen sooner, rather than later. Because Fl4k doesn't know that Kidnapping is viewed as horrible, he spurs on Zane to keep his kid- Apprentice safe while Zane 'hunts'.

(PRE BAYLEX) If you ever made it out of the room on Sanctuary 3 while Zane is out on a mission, (which would be easy because it's CL4PTR4P.) There isn't anywhere for you to go. Lilith has no reaction OR [if Ava fucked things up at this point and Maya is dead] she is happy to turn a blind eye to Zane's obsession because it means Zane has a reason to come back, and Mini VH can't screw anything up like Ava did. (Thanks Ava. /Sarcasm)

(Post Baylex) You ain't making it out of that room. Ain't no way. Baylex has control of the EINTIRE ship and he keeps that room in lockdown mode when Zane isn't there. The only way you would ever get the chance to escape is if Zane was on Sanctuary 3 and well... Zane is there so unless you got out to see him, (which would be the only acceptable thing) Zane will find you and put you back in the room. The telezapper [Map teleport thing] won't work because you need Zane to do it [because when you were an apprentice, you needed to be around him at all times.] And Ellie's Drop pod won't work because Ellie lost Scooter and ain't losing someone else again just because you're 'uncomfortable' being kidnapped by Zane.

Best chance of escaping is either the common route [Pretending and going along with their delusions] or to exploit the father/kid delusion he has. "But, how am I supposed to learn how to take care of myself, if I'm stuck here on Sanctuary?" The mini VH asks, with full intentions of trying to escape. Because of the Father/Kid delusion he has, it would be easiest to exploit that, and would give you the biggest chance of escaping. If Mini VH can get on the surface of [any planet], they have the highest chance of escaping Zane's clutches. If this version of Zane has all of his Special skills, I highly doubt your chances of staying un-kidnapped are high.

The room is cold, and you are often left bored out of your mind since only the vault hunters can open the vault in their rooms, and since he often leaves for a great period of time... he accidentally isolates you and makes it so you rely on him for companionship. Accidentally, because he didn't realize it would work this way of manipulating you, he just didn't think about how it would affect you.

One of my favorite characteristics of Fl4ks is they respond to every level of weirdness with the same exact level of nonchalance. They take near everything in perfect stride. Perfect example of this is the side quest I just did in Kriegs DLC, which I'm currently still recovering from, where a gun lays an egg and essentially makes you the parent. A normal person would be questioning their entire life. Fl4k just coos over the "baby" and picks it up. When the gun reveals its fucking gun pregnant and about to give birth. FL4k just goes "omg I didn't realize you were so far along. don't worry, I'm here for you." dead fucking serious. They act like its the most normal shit in the world. I fucking love them for that.

If it didn't make me genuinely upset, it'd be funny how my immediate reaction to being reminded of the "point" of the Handsome Jackpot DLC by a certain voice suddenly butting into my musings on how beautiful the place is (I mean, aside from the stuff that's been damaged by looters and vandals) is "oh yeah, I'm not doing this as past-me, whoever that was, I'm doing it as Fl4k under the direction of that fucking liar who helped bring about the event that arguably completely shattered the ability of someone I loved to actually trust and may have had untold physical and psychological effects, even if she wasn't the one who punched an artifact of unknown power and composition into his FUCKING FACE, THAT WAS SO FUCKING STUPID, I am technically also working for that fucking short-sighted traitor, too, so there's that". At least I could hear his voice again.

It's funny, I can usually feel some stuff out about my non-canon fictotypes, but with this one, nothing. Not even a single detail other than him. I know I wasn't him (or a headmate of his), and yet everything I do know about that fictotype is inextricably linked to him. Like he's some kind of anchor point that's too strong and pulls me under every time. Like his personality and life was so overpowering, mine simply faded too much to understand. I can wrench a few details from what I remember (ie I'm not sure I was human as I observed the artifact punching incident from an unusual angle that wouldn't have been possible for a human without some kind of special equipment that I haven't really seen referenced in my source), but it's precious little.

Is my connection to the Warrior something caused by his obsession with it or was it independent and I was something in that vault on Elpis? Not a clue. But you know what... I don't regret being whoever I was and getting close to him. As much as it sometimes hurts, it's a kind of bittersweet feeling. And what is life without the bittersweet.

Guns, Love, and Tentacles Part 2

Gaige the ex-Vault Hunter stands next to her robot companion, Deathtrap. She glares at Skies suspiciously. “Hey, Skies. Hammerlock warned me you were coming.”

“Heh, oh yeah?” Skies mutters, “wish he had warned me.”

“You know this lass?” Zane asks as he and the other Vault Hunters stand next to her.

“Yeah,” she replies, “guys, this is Gaige. She was one of the Vault Hunters who uh...took down Jack.”

“Oooh, so you guys got history history,” Amara remarks.

“Juicy,” FL4K comments.

“Hammerlock told me about you guys too,” Gaige smiles, “we go way back. He’s kinda my favourite. I’m the wedding planner.”

“Anyway, we are late!” she booms, “let’s get a move on. The brochure says there is a ‘charming gondola’ that should get us up to the Lodge. Come on! Let’s walk-and-talk.”

Gaige leads the way through the tundra, shooting at any wildlife that get in their way. Skies keeps to the back of group, hanging her head.

“You alright?” Moze asks, patting her shoulder.

“Ah, yeah,” Skies smiles awkwardly. “Just a little...awkward for me. I haven’t seen Gaige in years. If I had known she was gonna be here, I...”

“Ah, come on,” she scoffs, “it’s not like you to be scared. This is a good thing. You can reconcile with her.”

“Yeah, I guess. She probably doesn’t hate me as much Maya did, at least, and I almost had drinks with her.”

They come out onto a cliff with a closer view of the giant monster corpse and everyone takes a second to admire it.

“Man, that is one giant freaking tentacle monster,” Gaige comments, “I mean, it was in the brochure and everything but, oof...the pictures did not do it justice.”

They soon arrive to the gondola and head up the stairs to the top. “Here’s the gondola!” she exclaims, “heh heh, not quite charming but I’ll give it a...rustic? Let’s see if we can get it going.” She pulls a lever on the control panel but nothing happens. “Ugh, the motor’s fried. I’m gonna have to improvise some repairs. See? Planning only gets you so far.”

“Those wires must lead to a power source,” Skies adds, “let’s just see where they go.”

“We’ll see where they go,” Moze says, stopping Skies from leaving the platform.

“Aye, you two have some catching up to do,” Zane adds.

“Ah, w-wait- don’t-!” Skies tries to insist but the Vault Hunters run off giggling, leaving Skies alone with Gaige. They glance at each other and Skies awkwardly clears her throat.

They both wait at the gondola platform, awkwardly silent for a few minutes when Gaige says, “so...what do you think of Hammerlock and Wainwright? Weird pair, right? Hammerlock’s all ‘dashing headlong into danger’ and Wainwright’s all ‘books and glasses of old brown stuff’.”

“You know how hard it was to find a venue they agreed on?” she continues, “but I think I freaking CRUSHED IT! The last thing they wanted was a tourist trap and this place isn’t even on most review sites! Or maps.”

“Heh, yeah,” Skies chuckles, “they are uh...pretty different. But I think that’s why they work. I mean, I don’t know dick about romance, but I’ve seen them together and they seem to...I don’t know...complete each other?”

“Heh heh, you’ve gotten pretty sappy huh?” Gaige remarks.

“Psh, yeah right,” she scoffs.

They both chuckle and sigh.

“You know, when Hammerlock told me you were invited, I have to admit, I wasn’t...sure about it,” Gaige says, “but now that we’re here...it’s good to see you again.”

“Yeah?” Skies smiles. “It’s uh...good to see you too.”

They smile at each other as the Vault Hunters return, coming up the steps.

“Mission accomplished,” Amara states.

“Nice,” Gaige replies, “I think we’re almost good to go back here. Let’s get a move on- we are late!”

She digs around in the engine of the gondola, plugging things in or pulling things out. “Almost...got it...just one more tweak, annnnd...ha! There we go!”

A mechanical whirring starts up and Gaige leads the way to the gondola. “Let’s move! To the party!”

She flips the switch and everyone steps onto the carriage. The door closes behind them and it carries them up into the mountains, closer and closer to the giant monster corpse and soon they arrive to a large, wooden chalet built directly underneath it.

“Hmm, charming,” Skies comments as they walk along the deck to the front door, the word ‘LODGE’ over top of it.

Gaige throws open the doors. “Hey-hey! Vault Hunter delivery- and treasure hunter! Where my grooms at?”

Hammerlock and Claptrap are sitting in comfortable chairs in front of a crackling fireplace. They both stand up as the group walks in.

“Gaige!” Hammerlock chimes, “wonderful, wonderful!”

“Ah, very good, very good” a man behind the bar purrs with a voice that could curdle milk. “More guests for the...big event.” A pale man with a thin moustache, small glasses, and eyes blacker than coal faces everyone with a sinister smile. “Welcome! Welcome to the Lodge.”

Skies and the Vault Hunters glance at each other and approach the bar. “So, be honest, bro,” Skies says, “you’re definitely gonna like try to sacrifice us to some elder god, maybe the one this lodge is built under?”

“Oh, no, no, no,” the man replies, “I am Mancubus Bloodtooth...host and proprietor of The Lodge. Please, please, enjoy your stay. I am always available, should you find yourself in need of...hospitality.”

“Okay...” she mutters, unconvinced, but goes over to the fireplace.

“Skies, so happy you could come!” Hammerlock chimes, squeezing Skies’ hand.

“I’m happy you invited me!” she replies, “I’ve never been invited to a wedding before.”

“You are the first guests to arrive,” he says then side-eyes Claptrap. “At least, the first ones INVITED...”

Claptrap laughs. “Oh, Hammerlock, you’re such a kidder! You know I wouldn’t miss this for anything!”

Hammerlock groans with annoyance.

“Uh, Claptrap!” Gaige says quickly, “I have a super-duper important wedding planner mission for you. I need you to find a...um the Pearl of Ineffable Knowledge. Can you do that for me? The whole wedding depends on it!”

“Minion!” Claptrap gasps, “you want me...to save the whole wedding? You picked the right guy!”

He quickly rolls out of the room and Hammerlock heaves a sigh of relief. “Oh, thank goodness.”

“I am not going to let anything spoil your big day, Hammerlock,” Gaige says reassuringly. “Wait, where’s Wainwright?”

“Oh, Winny’s been such a nervous mess,” he replies, “I’ve tried to get him to relax, but he insists on dashing about, making sure everything is perfect.”

“But,” he continues, “the party must continue! Thank you for trekking all the way out to this frigid wilderness! Winny will be back soon and all will be well. Yes, yes, this will be a celebration to remember!”

“Okay, wedding planner powers activate!” Gaige exclaims, “we need party decorations, stat! Vault Hunters, I’m thinking balloons.”

The Vault Hunters nod and begin putting up balloons all over the Lodge.

“Want me to do anything, Gaige?” Skies asks.

“Nah, Skies, you ain’t a Vault Hunter,” she replies, “this is a holiday for you, right? So holiday it up!” “Sweet,” she grins and sits in a chair in front of the fire, stretching out.

She doesn’t relax long however before a private call comes through her ECHO communicator from Wainwright. “Skies. I have a favour to ask. Meet me in town. And don’t tell Alistair where you’re going- just make up an excuse.”

“Let’s get the night started with a good hunting tale!” Hammerlock declares, “gather round, whilst I recall the time I defeated the Heresian Slitherjaw armed with nothing but a rotten banana!”

“Oh, man, you know I love a good hunting story, Hammerlock,” Skies replies, “but I...feel the call of treasure c-uh c-calling to me...and you know if you don’t answer the call of treasure, they don’t call back. So I’m just gonna go...answer the call...”

“Oh! But you’ve only just arrived,” Hammerlock sighs, “no matter. The banana can wait. And if you see Winny out there, do tell him to come in from the cold.”

“You got it,” Skies grins and hurries over to the side door. But she gets there to find Mancubus blocking it.

“Valued guest,” he says, “I could not help but overhear your plan. I must caution you against entering the town tonight.”

“Why?” she asks suspiciously, “harder to sacrifice me when I’m not in your lodge?”

“You see, the people of this town are all...afflicted in their own ways,” he explains, “some might say...cursed. You might encounter some strange behaviour.”

“Can’t be stranger than this,” Skies mutters and clears her throat. “But I have encountered some curses in my time as a treasure hunter and I do prefer to avoid them. Still, I gotta do a favour for the groom so I’ll just take some back-up. Kiddos!”

The Vault Hunters stop tying up all the balloons and hurry dutifully to Skies’ side.

“Ah, you have a responsibility to assist,” Mancubus nods, “I understand. Do return soon. The Lodge will miss you.”

He steps away from the door and Skies and the Vault Hunters exit out onto the deck and head for the gondola to take them to the town of Cursehaven.

A: After carefully consulting with the council (/hj) the current verdict is Timoxxi and Wenclair. There are many many options however.

I: Given that I have actual trauma relating to some fandoms, I could go for the low-hanging(?) fruit and pick one of them, but I think I’ll instead go for a deep cut and pick the Dear Evan Hansen fandom. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t really a massive fan of the musical to begin with, but fans of the musical really just took the Evan/Connor pairing and ran with it, to the point that when the movie adaptation came out loads of people who only knew about the musical tangentially were surprised that there wasn’t anything gay in it. They really reduced the entire show to one pairing and I’d almost admire that if it weren’t for the fact that it was comically missing the point of the entire show.

N: Probably TMGblr? From what I’ve experienced of it, it’s the right combination of chill about interactions and unhinged about the media.

L: Oh god everyone’s yelling at the same time about what they want. You can probably predict what Timothy and Rahne both want, and since they’re shouting the loudest I’ll share what they want. Unsurprisingly, Timothy wants content of him and his daughter, specifically the two of them at a baseball game together. Rahne wants someone to make something of him and his husbands.

O: I’m gonna do this with both my main playlist and my TMG playlist for shits and giggles. From the tmg playlist it’s gonna be Need More Bandages, which is straight up not a shippy song in the slightest (though it still is a banger), and even my ship-rotted brain cannot find anything. From the main playlist it’s Country Disappeared by Wilco, which is not a shippy song but it features the line “fold ourselves into each other’s guts”. MUSTACHE RHYS IS WILD im a little afraid of mustache rhys honestly. idk much abt fl4k bc ive gone pretty spoiler free but i LOVE the idea and im sure im gonna love them. idk when this started but lately/the past few years ive just been totally drawn toward robot/android characters?? and its so cool to see different interpretations of how they get treated and character growth and all that. also i felt so hard scooter's last catch-a-ride had me in tears and then every time i see him in another game i get a little misty just thinking about it :( character deaths are brutal man

Okay okay okay can I just ramble about how much I love about what Borderlands 3 is doing with FL4K, one of their new playable characters?

First of all, FL4K is an example of my favourite trope, the AI-figures-out-how-to-people thing, I love that shit so much but that’s not even the point. FL4K is non-binary, you can see they use they/them pronouns in the official bio.

This is really really important to me. For one, hell, I’m a big fan of Borderlands so seeing representation of someone like me in my favourite game franchise is just fuckin great, honestly.

But also, can anyone think of another non-binary character in this high-profile a release? That excites me all on its own.

And yeah sure they’re a robot, they don’t have a biological sex so some might reckon it’s a bit of a cop-out, but all other robots in the franchise so far have used he/him or she/her! And then there’s this little detail in the recently-released Cosplay Guides that blew me away-

I need that badge, the one on the right. It is both a fucking pun and a goddamn non-binary pride flag!!! Then I realised that’s the thing - they’re using the Emergent AI side of their story as a metaphor for being accepted as unusual and the hesitation or outright refusal some people have to accept non-binary people as just being ordinary people and just, I’m so excited!

This is just, such a big deal for me it really feels like the creative team were trying to support people like me and fuck it’s so so validating to see someone like this in media, let alone a game I was going to end up hyped about anyway

Sorry, I just, I needed to shout about this I’m so in love with this character and we haven’t even been able to see their gameplay yet (like, fuck, we don’t even know who’ll be voicing them) but I’m so happy to see some real, in-your-face non-binary representation and.... yeah, I’m running out of steam but I can’t think of an actual conclusion so, g’bye, be well.

Why do you think that is? - honestly i dont think about this nearly as much as i should because its such a good concept. i think theyve definitely encountered eachother before (like Long long before. maybe during fl4ks archivist days. personally i think since zer0 and fl4k are both nonhuman they r probably significantly "older" than the rest of the raiders at least like..physically? if that makes any sense. Especially fl4k. i think it hasnt been *that* long since they gained sentience probably only a few decades or so but theyve been around for a. very long time) i really like the idea that zer0 is some kind of man-made alien cyborg...thing? so maybe they had the same/similar creators (considering they share some abilities) Either way i hope so so bad we get an actual canon explanation eventually

What prompted them becoming a couple? - i dont think they ever formally acknowledge theyre together or whatever they just kind of fall into it. after they meet eachother on promethea they get really into this weird alien/robot courting thing of giving eachother bits of dead guys or loot or whatever like theyre fucked up cats. and from an outside perspective they hardly ever talk directly. And it confuses everyone around them so so so much but they both know exactly what theyre doing. its like evil flirting

Does Fl4k know and/or care about what's under Zer0's suit, or are they just kinda like "it's irrelevant, because Zer0 would still be the same person whether I knew or not"? - i think fundamentally fl4k is driven by the desire to know exactly what zer0 is and where they came from (i think this goes both ways but its especially true for fl4k) so obviously they want to know so badly whats under the mask. still though if they did know i dont think it would change anything about their relationship too much...i think they just want to know everything about eachother and their pasts. (speaking of which i have a solid concept in mind for unmasked zer0 i just. really need to draw it)

i finished glat!!! final thoughts are: the husbands kiss? i actually teared up it was so sweet i adore them. gaige looking so excited in the background? adorable beyond belief. claptrap crying? also Adorable

the last boss fight was kinda boring tho :/ i enjoyed the fight with the platforms even tho i died a handful of times bc it was SO unique feeling compared to other fights, but eleanor and the heart was just meh tbh

they can not just sniff pheromones they can smell Everything kind of like a dog but more. they can smell the chemicals trees use to communicate. they can smell fear and love and things. they can and will recognize people by scent. like yes they will give that handkerchief to mr chew for him to smell and track the owner but it's only for show i think they can do it themselves.

they make really loud fan sounds when they are agitated.

their taste in men is shit, their taste in women is their secret 5th skilltree

them and hammerlock are besties forever (they hunt together and talk about adventures and guns and Creatures. they really get along with his pet saurian too) but wainwright thinks they're insane and is Slightly scared of them which i mean, fair and understandable.

BORDERLANDS BEST TO NOT-WORST-BUT-DEFINITELY-NOT-GOOD GAME

I wanted to make this before I go to bed. :0 p. s this is just my opinion. :)

BL2

-BL2 had no right for being so good.

-I loved everything about it; The antagonist/main villain(handsome jack) , The new Vault hunters, the old characters, the DLCs, MR. TORGUE(<3), dr zed, Boom Bewm, blah blah blah. You get the idea!

-Beating it was the greatest achievement in my life(other than beating TM: B and Loco Roco).

-Solid 10/10

BL1

-The reason why BL1 is in second place of being a scrumptious BL game is because it's kinda hard to play.

-I fanboyed whenever I saw Dr. Ned. Dr Zeds Zombie Island was the best DLC on there.

-I absolutely adore the skags on there.

-A scrumptious 9.5

TFTBL

-It was different from the others and that's what I liked about it. Simple and lovely.

-August, Vaughn, and Scooter made the game more scrumpdiddlyumptious.

-Some of it was sad tho.

-A good 7-8!

BL:PS

-I liked it, but it seemed rushed to me.

-Definitely the odd ball of the bunch. I didn't really like it because I leveled up too fast and it didn't have the ✨zazz✨ I was looking for. The style seemed a bit off to me as well.

-The DLCS were okay ig. (I loved hammerlocks dlc and kriegs dlc tho)

-Most of the antagonists/side(+main) bosses were bleh. I didnt like the twins and they stole the goliaths gnarly BL2 design. SIDE NOTE!: My fave characters were Killavolt, Pain & Terror, Fl4k, and Clay :D

-a sad 5.7//////P. S Ava was the worst character imo
