let me write the idea in my head:

ren's entire "gimmick" with LCR is speed; his lore is that he took out both little red and wolf at the same time during the end of LC, by kiting them between each other. he barely escaped, and has a chunk of flesh missing from his face (the bandage is covering it, for good reason)

he would have 2 regular skills and 1 gun skill, with all 3 giving speed roll buffs- the gun gives the most

every time he rolls highest in speed, he gets a bullet back, to- and starting with- a max of 5, encouraging a loop of using the gun skill to use the bullets from crimson scar to get them back by going fast again
