I JUST GOT A CRUSH! ᯓ★ katsuki bakugou x f ! reader. 1.02k words / fluff / not proofread
Tumblr media
bakugou is bad at social media. not exactly terrible, yet not so great either.
he really doesn’t care too much for it nor does he use it that often but he’s not that unfamiliar with it. he finds himself being on tiktok from time to time though he never really bothered to make it known that he had an account in the first place, just enjoying whatever he comes across and liberally blocks accounts that come up on his fyp that pissed him off. he never posts anything either so it didn’t matter. it’s a typical account with a generated username and a blank profile, 57 following, 0 followers.
recently he found a video that he wanted to share (an edit made by a fan) and posts the link on twitter, alongside saying how ‘it’s real sick’ of them to make that for him. he didn’t even know videos like that were famous. the effort and skill it took made him think it were cool.
what he also didn’t know, was that his profile would be revealed when you press on the link.
he got so confused when his account suddenly gained so many followers in just two days since he ‘never mentioned it.’ that was until he sees the replies on his tweet that the linked he used to share got him exposed.
he checks it out for himself which proved that he did actually share his account without knowing, but it’s ‘whatever.’ even after everyone found out he just used it like normal. it’s only a pain when they kept asking him to post something.
he truly is without care, yet he underestimates the fans who immediately stalk his ‘almost’ empty profile. you see, he doesn’t know that his reposts are public because he doesn’t actually look at his own profile. it’s usually a like, like, repost, favorite, like, then close app routine that he does before he goes to bed.
there's a few funny videos here and there, cooking videos and recipes too, things he'd like to try out soon for himself, or techniques that were really helpful for him. some are also videos of fan edits that he recently discovered, where the same video he shared was at the top of the page.
yet, there was one reoccurring face that kept popping up. a pretty girl who likes to lip sync some songs or show off their trinket hauls. sometimes mini vlogs from their day to day or makeup vids. and the topic trends everywhere: DYNAMIGHT TIKTOK CRUSH
when you saw it you really couldn’t believe it yourself that the one anonymous commenter on your videos was a pro-hero, your favorite nonetheless. though, it makes you a little nervous since your face is plastered all over different social platforms because you’re only active on that app. you don’t know where to go from there except squeal into your pillows. definitely flattered when you recall the many times he called you pretty on your vlogs.
as the rest dive deeper into his little ‘crush’ they even saw him comment on a few of your videos with compliments that sounded extra flirty. they teased him so hard saying how he looks like a creep especially with that profile. he’s never gonna hear the end of it. soon a new topic blows up that reads: GO FOR IT DYNAMIGHT
in his defense, if he were to give anyone an explanation, he thinks you have a really nice smile and a really soothing voice. also that you’re real cute and charming, that’s why he could watch and even rewatch all your content in one sitting. he couldn’t get enough of you, absolutely smitten. even had to ask kirishima how to turn on notifications for an account in the guise of turning it on for his agency's tiktok.
you’re also the only account he’s following that’s not a cooking channel or a pro-hero. and yeah it’s basically all that, a crush. not that he expects you to actually give him a chance, he’s happy just seeing your content.
however, the poor (not really) bakugou is actually unaware of the whole situation of his ‘tiktok crush’ trending since he was finishing a mission. only finding out when he got a call from kirishima asking if he found a girlfriend already. “what the fuck are you on about?”
“your fans are talking about how you keep reposting videos of this one girl on tiktok. i mean, it’s kinda obvious if you’re dating.” and it hits him, quick. your username (the one he could only remember, really) flashes in his head, but he laughs it off. “nah nothin’ like that. think i could shoot my shot though?” he asks him and kirishima says, “haha! i think she already beat you to it.”
not knowing what he meant, he swiftly gets home, showers, and lays on his couch whipping his phone out of his pocket to search up your username. and there he was, staring at his phone, unable to stop the smile on his face when he sees the thumbnail of your new video. he opens it immediately and there you were, holding a dynamight figurine (a very limited one too!) close to your cheek that you’ve never shown before until now. you never thought to show it thinking he might see it and think of you as weirdo. it gave the opposite effect actually, even made him more confident because who would've thought your pretty collection had a 'random guy' in there (definitely not random for you at least).
bakugou immediately likes, reposts and adds it to his favorites. even screen recording the whole thing cause you never gave access to download your videos—it was a very special moment for him okay!
he then comments, ‘you can have the real thing too.’
a few minutes later it’s got your icon with a heart beside it. he chuckles, happy that you finally noticed him. beams when he gets a notification that you followed him back.
he’s definitely going to dm you after he calms down. just hopes this time you don't beat him to it again.

broken promises 2 | rafe cameron
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing - rafe cameron x female reader
warnings - angst, mature langauge, mentions of infidelity.
summary - after your relationship is destroyed when rafe cheats on you with sofia, you reveal you're pregnant and leave. he's consumed with guilt and wants nothing more than to make it right. sofia turns up and he shuts her out, needing to find you and talk to you.
(sorry if it's bad, i just wanted to get something out cause it's been a week since uploading. this is more of a filler chapter. also, thank you being patient with me)
not a one-shot, read part one here <3
masterlist
--------
rafe stands frozen in place, flinching when the front door slams. the pregnancy test is still by his feet, a cruel reminder of the life he nearly had. he can't bring himself to pick it up, not when your words still linger in the air, playing on repeat in his head. his mind is spinning, the way you practically spat the words he'd unknowingly longed to hear at him making him feel sick.
the buzzing of rafe's phone breaks the silence, and stupidly, he lets himself think it's you. he quickly leans to pick it up, only to be met with sofia's name lighting up the screen. pressing ignore, he slams his phone face down on the bed. when she keeps calling, he keeps ignoring her until she eventually gives up.
the walls feel like they're closing in on him. his chest tightens as he finally bends down to pick up the test with trembling hands. a shaky breath escapes his lips as he reads the word on the small screen, clear as day.
pregnant 3+
"fuck." he breathes out, a hand dragging over his face in disbelief.
rafe's just lost everything. you, his baby, his perfect future. a future he didn't even know he wanted until he couldn't have it. he let it slip right through his fingers, all of it gone in the space of a day.
----
in a sadistic way, the miserable day you’re greeted with outside calms you, reflecting your feelings. the cold air causes goose bumps on your skin, and you feel compelled to leave immediately. tears pool in your eyes, yet you refuse to let them fall until you're in the safety of your car, where rafe will be unable to hear your sobs.
you need to leave, to get away from him and this house, before you lose the courage to do so. you grip your car keys tightly in your hand, knuckles turning white. sliding into the driver's seat, you slam the door shut with more force than necessary, somewhat satisfied with the ounce of relief that brought you.
the tears fall hot and heavy the minute the first one trails down your cheek, and you give in, letting yourself break. your hands shake as you attempt to put the keys into the ignition, and you have to grip the steering wheel to try to calm yourself.
all you can think about is the betrayal as you drive away. you trusted him with every part of you and he took advantage of it. you believed you could have a future, a family with him, and now this baby is going to be born into a broken home, something you promised yourself would never happen.
----
back inside, rafe's world is collapsing. he's sat on the floor, knees pulled up to his chest with the test balanced on them. tears prick at his eyes for the millionth time since you left, but he doesn't let them fall. he doesn't deserve to cry, not when he's made your own home a place you can't stand to step foot in, where every time you look at your shared bed you feel disgusted.
slowly, rafe rises to his feet, test clutched in his hand. his mind is racing, trying to come up with ways he can make this up to you, how he can get you to forgive him. something in him turns into overdrive and he starts to panic. he can't lose you, he won't.
grabbing his keys, rafe rushes down the stairs, focused solely on making things right with you. his chest is heaving as he opens the door, and he freezes as he locks eyes with sofia.
she's walking tentatively up the drive, guilt written all over her face and the sight of her ignites a newfound hatred and anger. he doesn't have time for this.
"rafe-" sofia begins, her voice barely above a whisper.
"no," he snaps, voice cutting through air, "i'm not doing this right now."
"please, rafe, i-" she tries again, but he's not interested in what she has to say.
"she's pregnant, sofia," he cuts her off, voice laced with a mixture of frustration and desperation, "she's carrying my fucking baby, and this stupid mistake with you fucked up everything."
sofia's shocked and her eyes flicker to the test rafe's still protectively holding. her mouth opens to say something but nothing comes out. rafe steps closer to her, nostrils flared and fists clenched.
"i don't know if y/n will even let me be in this kid's life anymore. she won't respond to my calls, my messages, nothing! all because of you." he knows it's not just her fault, that he played a big part in this too. it's just easier to blame her rather than himself.
sofia lets out a humourless laugh, her eyebrows raised as his words sink in. how could he possibly think this was all her doing when he was the one asking her to go home with him? of course she feels guilty, but to blame this mistake only on her is completely uncalled for.
"don't act like this was all on me, rafe. you brought me back here remember?" she argues, accusingly pointing her finger at him, "we're both to blame here. i should never have agreed to come home with you but you shouldn't have asked me in the first place."
rafe's jaw tightens, sofia's words a slap of reality. he wants to shout, to tell her to leave him alone and never talk to him again, but he knows she's right. he made the decision to bring her home while you were blissfully unaware of your relationship crumbling, and now you're both paying the price for his actions.
"yeah, well you did. so now i have to try my hardest to fix this because i love her, and i love that baby," taking a deep breath, he takes a step closer to her until he towers over her, "now get the fuck off my property, sofia."
not giving her a chance to respond, he storms to his truck and throws himself in the driver's seat, slamming the door shut. he punches the steering wheel over and over again until his knuckles are sore and from his wing mirror, he sees sofia still standing on his drive.
he drives all over the island looking for you, obsessively checking his phone for a missed call or a text back but nothing comes. your absence is killing him, and he's slowly losing hope there's a chance you'll take him back.
--------
meanwhile, you feel numb. you try to focus on the road, but the image of the pregnancy test flying through the air and hitting the floor continues to play in your mind, no matter your efforts to think of anything but. telling the love of your life you're pregnant is meant to be a joyous occasion, not like this, your heart heavy with betrayal.
your phone has been buzzing nonstop while driving, patience already wearing thin. in the end, you've had enough, sending him a quick message about needing to think things through. the silence that follows when you turn off your phone feels like a weight off your shoulders.
time blurs as you continue to drive until you eventually pull into a parking lot near the beach. it's where you go whenever you need to clear your head, a place that brings you a small amount of peace during the turmoil. the fact rafe is nowhere to be seen tells you he doesn't know you as well as you think he does. if he wants to talk so badly, he should be here.
you sit in the car for a few more seconds, wiping away the last of the tears. despite the weather, you step out into the cold air, arms wrapping around yourself in an attempt to bring yourself warmth. the bitter wind bites your skin as you make your way down a path to the beach, the sand damp beneath your shoes.
looking out at the stretch of the sea in front of you, you feel so lost. you don't know where to go from here, how to make this right, not that it should be you fixing this.
"y/n."
the voice startles you, having been so consumed in your thoughts you didn't even hear a car pull up. your heart lurches as you glance over your shoulder, rafe slowly walking towards you. you can't look at him, turning back around to face the water.
"please, we have to talk about this," he continues, stopping a few feet away, "i've been looking everywhere for you."

Warning mention of bullying, mental health problems, mention of suicide
Summary You accidentally reveal why you don’t interact with your team
A/N this is a sadddd and angsty one so buckle in
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
“Y/N, you’re coming to the restaurant with us, right?” Katie asked, seeing you try to scurry out of the room without anyone noticing.
Unfortunately for you, Katie saw you and was curious whether she’d see you at the restaurant that night.
To celebrate the end of the year and Christmas, the team had organised a meal out at a local restaurant, nothing much but enough to satisfy the whole team.
You hesitated a bit, you also unaware of your own answer.
You see, you hadn’t always had the best experiences with a team.
Your previous teammates had made a few comments here and there about you.
She doesn’t deserve to get minutes
Why did the club even sign her
Shittiest player I’ve ever seen
Drop her back down to the Sunday league
At first, they were just small remarks that happened every so often, but then it turned to 24/7.
In the changing rooms, over text, on the pitch. Everywhere, anytime.
They were bullying you.
And even when you brought it upon the manager, he just shrugged, ‘that’s banter for you’ he had told you whilst laughing.
Maybe you were just being sensitive. Maybe you were taking it the wrong way. Maybe this was how a team was supposed to play.
From that moment onwards, you thought it was normal.
You didn’t complain about it anymore, just bottling up your emotions so they didn’t have to see it.
It wasn’t until a very poorly played game that you realised just how damaged they’d made you.
You had played the final four minutes of the game.
When you ran onto the pitch, your team was already losing 4-0.
And although you’d impacted the game massively and had prevented two goals in them four minutes, you were entirely blamed for the loss.
You had dreaded walking into the changing rooms after, all your teammates angry at their performances but somehow blaming it on you made it a lot better.
One of your teammates had squared up to your shaking body, their finger pointing at you.
Your breath became uneven as you closed your eyes in dread.
“You were shit today! You were the reason we lost! You were a let down today. You made us lose! Do us all a favour, Y/L/N and fuck off. We don’t need you on our team! You just fuck up our play and make us fucking lose! Nobody likes you, Y/N. You’re a shit player!” She screamed, the rest of the girls agreeing. She finished shouting at you, but was not finished without pushing you to the floor.
You put on a strong face, standing up and grabbing your stuff before walking out.
You walked for miles in the rain, no car, your phone dead, just you and your thoughts.
You don’t remember much from that night, you’d passed out on some bridge for most of it.
But you remembered one thing.
You remember laying on the bridge, your body fighting for consciousness and thinking would it be so bad if you were to never wake up?
Would anyone actually miss you?
You had your mum left but she mainly focused on your older brother more - he’s a lawyer and had kids - no more explanation needed.
You were so close to completely giving up, so close to letting ending everything.
You used all your strength, pulling yourself up and taking yourself over to the edge of the bridge.
The river underneath was violent, the water crashing against its beds with purpose.
You started counting down in your head, dunking it with your heartbeat.
3… 2…
“Dear! What are you doing?” A voice exclaimed from behind you.
You turned with watery eyes to see a woman, 65 maybe?
You looked in her eyes, a solace look in them.
“Please… look at me. I’m a complete stranger to you. You don’t know me, I don’t know you. But what I do know about you, is you have so much to live for that maybe you don’t realise you have. Take a look around. What do you see?” She began, taking a few steps towards you.
“Bushes, the river, trees.” You listed, taking deep breaths steady your breathing.
“Trees. Look how they’re blowing in the wind. They’ve got no control over themselves. They’re being pushed around and they can’t do anything, but one thing that they are doing, is having a tiny bit of strength to keep them standing. A storm may have big impacts but at the end of the day, they go away. What you’re going through now is just a storm, I promise. You’re young, you’ve got your whole life ahead of you. Go travel, go to London, go somewhere you’ve never been before. You’re just stuck in a storm, a bad one, but at the end of everyone is sunshine.”
You listened to her words, taking into account what she was saying.
Slowly but surely, you stepped back from the edge, collapsing into the womens arms.
You’ll never forget that night.
The woman, you didn’t even find out her name, but you knew she was your guardian angel that night.
And although you didn’t completely believe her words, she was right.
You were in the middle of a passing storm.
Not only two days later, you were sat in your managers office being told you were going to another club.
You were given a list of clubs that were interested but one stood out massively, a London club.
You were doing what the woman told you to do, you were going to London.
Which leads you back to the conversation with Katie, your Arsenal teammate.
“Umm… I’ll have to see how tired I am.” You lied, making up a random excuse.
“You said that last time, Y/N.” Alessia pointed out, a playful smile on her face, a completely innocent one which meant no harm.
“And the time before that.” Kyra then added, gently knocking her shoulder into yours.
“Please come, Y/N. I barely know you, it’ll give us time to get to know you.” Steph explained
You hesitated between yes and no.
“Okay. I’ll be there.” You finally said after a few moments.
Everyone cheered, telling you what time to be there and how excited they were that you’d said yes to going.
Maybe these girls aren’t as bad.
You were one of the first ones to arrive at the restaurant, not wanting to be late.
Katie and Caitlin were already there and called you over.
One by one, the team filled the table, a buzz filling the air as everyone chatted to each other.
You sat quietly at the end of the table, having nothing really to say.
“What’re you doing for Christmas, Y/N?” Alessia asked, obviously realising no one was talking to you.
“Nothing much. I’ll probably get a few snacks in and watch some…” you began but soon slowed down your words as you set eyes on someone from across the room.
There, sat your guardian angel, your lifesaver.
“Y/N?” Alessia asked, confused but followed your eyeline to see the woman. “Are you okay?”
“I haven’t seen her in months.” You mumbled to yourself but Alessia also heard.
“Who is she?”
“She saved my life.” You responded, not knowing it would lead to you revealing your secret.
“Oh my god…” Alessia whispered, realising it was a big moment for you seeing her again. “Is she a doctor? Were you ill?”
“No.” You shook your head, your eyes not leaving the woman. “My old team, they used to make comments about me. It started with a few - what I thought were harmless - comments but they continued coming. Over message, in the changing rooms, on the pitch. They made me feel like I didn’t belong there - that I didn’t belong on earth. After the match against PSG—” you began
“—The one where you played a few minutes?” Alessia questioned, you nodding in response. “You played incredible that match. You completely turned the game around.”
“Yeah, I thought that too. But after the match in the changing rooms, I got blamed for the loss. My old teammate pushed me to the floor and the rest of them laughed at me. I ended up walking into the rain and walked for miles. I collapsed on this bridge at some point and I decided to go towards the edge. I was counting down in my head. My heart wasn’t racing, I think it was the calmest I’d felt in years. It was what all my teammates wanted so I was going to do them all a favour. I was going to… I was on seven when I heard a voice behind me. It was her. She saved me.” You explained, looking back to Alessia but seeing 25 sets of eyes on you.
Most of the girls had tears in their eyes, your story hitting them hard.
“That’s why it took so long for to come out with you. It wasn’t any of you personally and I’m sorry if it felt like that but I don’t think I can ever trust teammates again.”
“Y/N, don’t say sorry.” Leah’s breathed out, leaning over the table to take your hand in hers. “I’m so sorry you had to go through that.”
“I know it might take some time to realise but not all teams are like them. If you can, can you please trust us. We want to show you what being in a true team feels like.” Kim told you, rubbing your back comfortingly.
“I’d like that, thank you.”
“We’re here for you, Y/N. Here at Arsenal, we’re not just a club, we’re a family. Whether you like it or not. Some of us - Kyra - can be annoying sometimes but at the end of the day, we’re a family, and that’s the most important part. We’d like nothing more than to be your family from now on.” Lia added, sending you a smile.
“A family, huh? I think I’d like that.” You said, a smile appearing on your face.
“Enough of that now. That’s your past, it’s time to think about the future. And I’m not having you all alone on Christmas so you’re coming with me to my family on Christmas.” Alessia stated confidently, not giving you any choice.
“Alessia, I can’t, it’s your—”
“Ah, no — remember we’re family.” Alessia told you, hitting your shoulder with hers.
“Family.” You whispered quietly, smiling to yourself.
You took another look over to the woman.
She was still talking away to the man she was with but managed to catch your eye.
She sent a wink and a smile over to you.
You took your eyes off her for seconds and when you looked again, she was gone.
You never knew her name, and you didn’t know who she was, but you couldn’t be more grateful.
Not only had she saved your life that night, but she had also brought you a family.

Married+jayce viktor, visit relatives +she/her reader? Continuation please!! I gotta know more
i hope you enjoy the continuation!!!
warnings: more crazy family shenanigans
Dirty Santa had the family in an uproar when cousin Pat drew number one for the second year in a row. Seeing as your grandmother had made the pieces and walked around with the bowl, no one had any real proof Pat had cheated.
You were happy with your number. It wasn’t dead last like you’d hoped but close enough to see more gifts and get your pick of the litter.
Jayce was scrambling to understand the rules again with Viktor’s help, but even then you’d had to correct him on a few rules.
“Okay,” Jayce muttered, thick brows set in a determined line, “stolen twice and it’s frozen, no stealing back, number one gets to go again at the end and you’re stuck with whatever they trade you.”
“Perfect,” you said. “The rules change from family to family but that’s ours.”
Your more rowdy aunt who was a bit too serious when it came to any type of games shouted for Pat to get a move on. You sat back with your husbands, head cushioned by Jayce’s arm and one of Viktor’s hands in yours. You don’t know where your energy went after dinner, but you could fall asleep to your insane family after years of these events. Although loud and encompassing, it was home, and you were happy your loves were sharing in the madness.
“Who’s five?”
“That would be me,” sighed Viktor as he leaned forward. No one had a chance to offer him assistance as he snatched his cane and use the handle to snag a bag. Everyone whooped as it slid down the length and into his lap.
“Show off!” someone called.
Viktor merely smiled to himself, passing you tissue paper as he revealed a pack of pens, a book of crossword puzzles, and a few of those brain teasers you’d see in bookstores made of wooden figures or metal rings.
“That’s right on the nose for you,” you said, tossing the trash to your father who had the black bag by his chair.
“Yes, I’m quite happy with these,” he hummed, flipping through the crossword puzzles.
“I’m glad someone got them who will actually do them,” your mother sighed, clocking herself as the buyer. “They’re good for your brain!”
After a few more turns, Jayce browsed the lingering gifts on the table in the midst of everyone before eyeing the tool set in Uncle Jimmy’s arms.
“Now, son,” your family member began, mean mugging, “think about that decision.”
Jayce hummed, tapping his chin and staring at ceiling. He was so dramatic. God, you loved him.
Finally, he sighed and shook his head. “I’m thinking I need a new tool set.”
“Ooh, that’s cold,” Great Aunt Lynda cackled, sipping her wine. You could’ve sworn she mentioned a dry December when you all were fixing your plates. Apparently she’d had an incident at Thanksgiving, but you hadn’t been here. You all had gone to Jayce’s mother’s.
Now or made sense why your mother had made it clear that no was to bring beer into this house on the holidays—only wine.
Viktor was sipping some of his own as your number was called. Pulling yourself from his side, you looked over each gift that had already been opened. None of them appealed to you, so you went for the smallest gift bag.
Your husbands leaned in as you pulled out what was clearly a gift card, opening the little flap to see where you’d be buying from.
“How much we talking?” Aunt Pat asked.
“If it’s for fast food I’m taking it,” one of your younger cousins declared.
Viktor choked on a sip while Jayce shrugged, clearly confused as he read the brand. “I don’t dont know this store. Is it local?”
“Oh, it’s local all right,” Great Aunt Lynda said. Everyone snapped their heads to her when she spoke.
“It’s not fast food,” you announced, shoving the card back into the bag. “It’s for medicinal purposes, kiddos.”
“Ew! Medicine?” one of the twins whined, sticking out a tongue. “Who’d want that?”
“Ooh,” Jayce said, tapping away on his phone. “That makes a lot more sense.”
“Lynda there are kids playing!” Dad barked.
She waved a hand, draining her wine glass. “It’s a gift card. Be glad I didn’t bring a D-I-L-D-O—they were two for one!”
“A dodo?” one of the kids questioned.
Jayce lost it. You just shoved the gift bag behind your back and told them to move the game along.
In the end, you and your husbands got to keep your gifts. Aunt Lynda was all too happy to waddle over and talk about the best things to buy before you excused yourself for a bathroom break. Viktor was safe chatting away with Jimmy while Jayce was heading for another snack in the kitchen.
You had all of three, peaceful minutes in the bathroom before your phone lit up.
Groupchat: Jayce 💍 Viktor
Jayce: someone save me Lynda’s blocking the kitchen exit and there’s a mistletoe hanging above her!!
Viktor: That sounds like a trap.
Jayce: no shit!
Viktor: I meant for me. If I come to the rescue, I’m sacrificing my lips for yours.
Jayce: So you’re just going to leave me here?
Viktor thumbed up the question, hearing your laughter from down the hall.
You: Hold on my damsel in distress. I’m on the way.
Jayce: I’m glad to see SOMEONE loves me in this marriage
Washing your hands, you pocketed your phone and readied yourself for the last bit of the party which always ended in more christmas games or old home videos.
Only time would tell.

Lewis
You weren’t sure what you were expecting, but watching Lewis chop down a tree was more attractive than you could’ve prepared for. His beanie sat low over his braids, and his tailored winter coat somehow still showed off his lean figure as he worked. He was taking his time, pausing every now and then to adjust his grip on the saw.
“You okay over there?” he called, catching you staring.
“Mhm, mhmm,” you replied, lips pressed together to keep yourself from grinning too wide.
Lewis raised an eyebrow, his lips curving into a smirk. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
“It means you’re making it very hard to focus on Christmas right now,” you said, pushing off the car to walk closer.
He chuckled, shaking his head as he went back to sawing. “You’re ridiculous.”
“Says the man chopping wood like he’s auditioning for a holiday romance movie,” you teased, standing just close enough to admire the way his muscles moved under his coat.
When the tree finally toppled over, Lewis turned to you, his smile soft and inviting. “So, what do you think? Still distracted?”
“Very,” you admitted, stepping into his space and wrapping your arms around his waist. “Think you can distract me more?”
“I’ll try,” he murmured, leaning down to kiss you.
Tumblr media
Charles
Charles was doing his best, really. He had one hand on the axe and the other bracing the tree, his face scrunched up in concentration. The axe was slightly too big for him, but he wasn’t giving up.
“Almost there!” he exclaimed, breathless, his accent wrapping around the words as he gave the tree another swing.
You leaned against the side of the car, your head tilted as you admired him. His cheeks were flushed pink from the cold, and the sleeves of his sweater were pushed up to his elbows, revealing his toned forearms. God, the forearms.
“Mhm, mhmm,” you murmured, eyes sweeping over him appreciatively. “Take your time, baby. No rush.”
He glanced back at you, chest heaving, a strand of dark hair falling into his face. “Why are you smiling like that?”
“No reason,” you replied, biting back a grin as you watched him plant his feet and take another swing.
When the tree finally came down, Charles threw his hands up in triumph, laughing. “Voilà!”
“Very impressive,” you teased, stepping closer to loop your arms around his waist. “You know, you look really good with that axe.”
His eyebrows raised. “Do I?”
“Mhm,” you hummed, leaning up to press a kiss to his jaw. “Good enough to make me forget about decorating the tree.”
Tumblr media
Carlos
Carlos had insisted on chopping the tree down himself, despite your offers to help. He had his jacket unzipped and his scarf hanging loosely around his neck, clearly starting to warm up from the effort. His strong hands gripped the axe expertly, his movements steady and deliberate as he worked.
“Looking good, Sainz,” you called, leaning casually against a nearby stump.
He glanced over his shoulder at you, the corner of his mouth lifting into a smirk. “I always look good, cariño.”
“Mhm, mhmm,” you hummed, your gaze fixed on the way his biceps flexed with each swing. You weren’t even trying to hide the fact that you were ogling him.
Carlos noticed, of course. “You’re not even looking at the tree.”
“That’s because I’m looking at something much more interesting,” you shot back, crossing your arms.
With one last swing, the tree fell, and Carlos turned to you, resting the axe on his shoulder. “You’re impossible, you know that?”
“And you’re too attractive for your own good,” you replied, stepping closer and tugging lightly on his scarf. “Think we have time to christen the cabin before we decorate?”
His grin widened. “You read my mind baby.”
Tumblr media
Max
You stood back, bundled in your warmest coat and scarf, watching Max work with the hand saw on the pine tree trunk. His jaw was clenched in determination, blond hair messy under his beanie, and his broad shoulders moving rhythmically with each pull of the saw. The man was efficient—grunting softly every now and then, his strength on full display.
“Almost there,” he muttered, glancing at you for just a second, flashing a confident smirk.
“Mhm,” you hummed, biting your lip and crossing your arms. You weren’t even cold anymore, not with the way he looked like some kind of outdoorsy calendar model.
When the tree fell with a soft thud, Max stood up and leaned against the trunk, wiping sweat off his brow. “What do you think?” he asked, breathing hard.
What you thought was that he looked so damn good doing that, you wanted to drag him into the cabin and forget about the tree altogether. “Yeah… looks great,” you murmured, trying to keep your cool.
Max narrowed his eyes knowingly. “You’re staring, schatje.”
“Maybe I like what I see,” you shot back, smirking.
“Careful,” he teased, stepping closer with that cocky swagger of his. “We might not even get the tree inside if you keep looking at me like that.”
Tumblr media
Lando
Lando wasn’t exactly the most experienced with an axe, but he was determined to prove himself. He stood in front of the tree, beanie crooked on his head, and his tongue sticking out slightly as he swung the axe.
“Are you sure you don’t want help?” you asked, hiding your amusement.
“I’ve got this!” he said confidently, though the axe got stuck in the trunk on his next swing.
You couldn’t help but smile as you watched him, his cheeks red from the cold and his hair peeking out from under his beanie. “Mhm, mhmm,” you murmured, mostly to yourself. He might’ve been struggling, but damn if he didn’t look good doing it.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Lando asked, catching the tone in your voice.
“Nothing,” you said quickly, though your grin gave you away.
Lando narrowed his eyes playfully. “You’re making fun of me, aren’t you?”
“Not at all,” you replied, stepping closer and brushing some snow off his shoulder. “In fact, I think you look pretty hot right now.”
He blinked, clearly caught off guard. “Oh. Well. Thanks.”
You laughed, pressing a kiss to his cheek. “Now hurry up before I get too distracted to wait for you to finish.”
Tumblr media
Oscar
Oscar insisted he could handle chopping the tree himself, even though you’d offered to take turns. His cheeks were already pink from the cold, the soft rise and fall of his breath visible in the winter air as he focused on the task. His grip on the saw was firm, and his jaw tightened in determination with each pull.
You stood nearby, bundled up in your jacket, unable to stop staring. He wasn’t showy or dramatic like some of the others might be—Oscar’s charm was in how quietly capable he was, how his calm confidence made it impossible to look away.
“Mhm, mhmm,” you murmured under your breath, leaning against a nearby stump as your eyes trailed over the way his arms flexed with each movement.
He paused mid-saw, glancing up at you with a raised brow. “What?”
“Nothing,” you replied, biting your lip to hide your smirk.
Oscar tilted his head, a knowing glint in his eyes. “You’re staring at me, aren’t you?”
“Can you blame me?” you teased, crossing your arms as you walked closer. “My boyfriend looks very attractive chopping down a Christmas tree. What am I supposed to do, not look?”
His cheeks flushed, and it wasn’t just from the cold this time. “You’re unbelievable,” he muttered, though his smile betrayed him.
“You love it,” you shot back, leaning in to kiss his cheek. “Finish up so I can drag you inside and show you just how much I appreciate your hard work.”
Tumblr media
Sebastian
Sebastian looked like something out of a winter magazine as he worked, his green jacket snug against his frame and his woolen hat perched perfectly on his head. He made chopping down the tree look effortless, his movements efficient and controlled as though he’d been doing this his whole life.
You stood off to the side, arms wrapped around yourself, trying to suppress the utterly indecent thoughts running through your mind. Watching him chop wood should not have been this attractive. And yet.
“Mhm, mhmm,” you hummed softly, tilting your head to admire the way his muscles shifted beneath his jacket with each swing of the axe.
Seb turned, catching your gaze, and a knowing smile spread across his face. “What’s that sound for?” he asked, his voice laced with amusement.
“Nothing,” you replied innocently, though the way you bit your lip gave you away.
“Nothing, huh?” He raised an eyebrow, resting the axe on his shoulder as he walked over to you. “You’ve been staring at me for the last ten minutes.”
“Can you blame me?” you asked, shamelessly letting your eyes sweep over him. “You look so good doing this, I’m starting to forget why we even need the tree.”
Seb chuckled, his gloved hand reaching out to tug you closer by the waist. “If we don’t decorate the tree, it won’t feel like Christmas,” he teased, leaning down to press a kiss to your forehead.
“Decorating can wait,” you murmured, tugging lightly on his scarf. “I have other priorities right now.”
Tumblr media
Jenson
Jenson looked like he belonged in a holiday commercial as he worked, his scarf casually thrown over one shoulder and his jacket unzipped just enough to hint at the sweater underneath. He was taking his time, not rushing, his movements deliberate and precise as he wielded the axe with ease.
You stood nearby, watching him with an almost embarrassing amount of focus. His silver hair caught the sunlight, and the way his body moved with such confidence and control was doing things to you. Things you probably shouldn’t admit aloud.
“Mhm, mhmm,” you hummed appreciatively, your eyes shamelessly glued to him.
Jenson straightened, brushing snow off his hands as he turned to you with a smirk. “What’s with that look on your face?”
“What look?” you asked, feigning innocence even as your cheeks warmed.
“The one that says you’re not thinking about Christmas anymore,” he teased, resting the axe against the tree as he walked over to you.
You shrugged, tilting your head as you gave him a once-over. “Can you blame me? My boyfriend looks like he walked straight off the set of a Hallmark movie. How am I supposed to focus on the tree?”
He chuckled, slipping an arm around your waist and pulling you close. “So, what you’re saying is, I’ve distracted you?”
“Completely,” you admitted, running your hands up his chest.
Jenson leaned down, his lips brushing against your ear as he murmured, “Good. Because I’ve been thinking about ways to distract you since we got here.”

secret santa
Tumblr media
boyfriend!joe x fem!reader
NSFW! MDNI! bulleted blurb about going to a christmas party & playing secret santa with joe and his friends… but he has to give you his best gift at home ;) (warnings included unprotected p in v, the usual shebang.)
Tumblr media
you had to ask joe THREE TIMES if the party you were meant to be attending for christmas was playing white elephant or secret santa
he assured you it was secret santa but you were confused because you didn’t know who you’d be shopping for
AND CHRISTMAS WAS ONLY A WEEK AWAY???
sure, they were his friends & yours… but a little extra time might’ve been nice…
although, gift giving was one of your outward love languages
FINALLLY you met up with everyone and drew names
but now you only had FOUR DAYS to shop ?? FOUR. ??
alright. you’ve got this though, right??
luckily you got one of your closest friends, so buying for her would be a piece of cake
OR SO YOU THOUGHT
now of course, so close to the holiday… every storE WAS PACKED
but you were on a mission
you knew your girl like the back of your hand sO
this was gonna be easy
at the first store you visited you got her a candle, palo santo and orange scented
cuz she needed cleansing energy in her life rn
at the second store you grabbed her some comfy socks, a thick knitted blanket, and some cute sparkly pink lipgloss
you had to REALLY TRY not to go overboard
the last few things you got her were
2 new books, a new travel mug, some packets of hot chocolate, and FINALLY
a dainty silver paperclip bracelet
you fixed it all up in a basket and you were SO EXCITED to give it to her at the party
the only thing bothering you now was
you didn’t know who joe got
and he WOULD NOT tell you
and you couldn’t find anything around the house
OR IN HIS CAR
and you were afraid that 1. he wasn’t getting anyone anything
or 2. HE GOT YOU and he was being super sneaky
it bothered you for DAYS
literally up until the party
because here you and joe are, headed to the party, your gift is loaded up and
joe has nothing
he didn’t bring a SINGLE thing with him
you tried to play it cool, you knew he was watching you squirm over it
whatever. it’s okay. right?? RIGHT??
anyways. you made it to the party and joe came around the car to let you out like the gentleman he is
“you look beautiful, baby.” he says, kissing your cheek
and you’re like THAT’S RICH
cuz on top of him apparently not having a present
he also hasn’t BEEN PRESENT really all week
not in a bad way… just a little distant. there’s a lot going on but… you just missed him
you thanked him softly and he grabbed your gift, heading in to the party
inside it was decorated so beautifully from top to bottom, you were in awe of what your friends had put together
you placed your gift in the designated area and then eagerly jumped into the festivities
joe started talking to the guys as you and the girls finished plating food and decorating baked goods
you all ate and then played a few games, you were happy the party was pretty low-key
and then FINALLY
it was time for the secret santa reveal
you watched everyone with joy as they all loved their gifts and you were even MORE ecstatic when your bestie opened hers
she gave you the worlds BIGGEST HUG and peck on the cheek when she thanked you
but
there was one problem
you didn’t get a gift
i mean it tracks right??? if joe got you then
maybe he was waiting? because he’s your boyfriend so like. he got you gifts anyways
you searched the room until you found his eyes, locking yours with his
he cocked his head, nodding over his right shoulder in a “come on, let’s go” gesture
you excused yourself from your friends and met him by the doorway
he led you to the kitchen and out the sliding glass doors
the backyard was decorated beautifully as well, fairy lights hung from the tiny gazebo and the patio even had a miniature christmas tree
joe closed the door behind you and you hugged yourself in your sweater as the cold air bit at you
he was sTARING you down
“you okay, joe?” you question, watching as he worries his bottom lip between his teeth
“i’m okay. are you?”
you nod your head yes but - you know joe knows you better than anyone
“are you upset? obviously you know by now i was your secret santa.” he says, taking a step toward you
his gaze on you was soft, but still commanding
your knees were weAK
“yeah, but it’s okay joey. i mean, i figured you already had gifts for me or something so… i’m not worried about it.”
but you were lying
AND HE KNEW IT
because really you just wanted to open gifts with all your friends
and you knew joe wouldn’t ever do anything to hurt you on purpose but
it was kinda giving you fomo and that sucked the most
joe took another step toward you, his hand reaching out to caress the back of your arm
“do you think i’m a jerk?” he asks, smiling softly
“no, of course not!” you tell him. you were a little sad but
nothing detrimental
“i have a gift for you.”
your eyes widen at his confession and the gap between you is finally closed as he takes the last step toward you
and then he kiSSES YOU
oh shIT
joe pulls away slowly and tells you to close your eyes
when he tells you to open them—
he’s. on his knee
in front of you
oh fuck is he—
OH FUCK IS HE????
“y/n, since i met you, my life has changed for the better in so many ways. i couldn’t ask for someone better in my corner, and i wouldn’t want anyone else to be there for me in the hard moments. you’ve sacrificed so much for me and for this relationship and for that i can never truly repay you.”
yOU’RE CRYING
FULL ON UGLY CRY
“there’s nobody on this planet i’d rather spend the rest of my life with and i don’t wanna waste another second. will you marry me?”
WILL YOU!?
OF COURSE YOU WILL OF COURSE YOU WILL OF COURSE YOU WILL
wait use your words .. hE can’t read your mind
choking back a sob you answer him… “yes, joe. i’ll marry you. i can’t wait to be by your side for the rest of our lives.”
meanwhile you’re full on sobbing and sniffling while speaking to him
joe slips the beautiful ring on your finger before kissing it
he stands and pulls you into a tight hug and oH
is… is he crying too? a lil?
you both pull back slightly so you can see each others faces and you both wipe your tears away before sharing a sweet kiss
“we should go back in for a sec.” joe says
but you’re… SUSPICIOUS
and for good reason apparently
when you get back in EVERYONE CHEERS
THEY’RE POPPING CHAMPAGNE
and you’re crying again because joe did such a great job planning this and WOW
everyone hugs you and wishes you love and happiness and
you are OVERWHELMED??? in a good way
joe grabs his gift that he received before coming over to you and getting your attention
he leans down and whispers in your ear, “let’s leave a lil early. i have one more surprise at home.”
and SMIRKS
oh you know what the surprise is
you say your goodbyes to everyone and practically RUN to the car, buckling up and waiting eagerly for joe to get in and take you home
you and joe are both so giddy in the car, you can’t stop bouncing your leg
he reaches over and grabs your thigh, giving it a soft squeeze
at the stoplight he leans over and kisses you tenderly
and you’re like joE FLOOR IT I NEED YOU
when you get home you aren’t sure if the car or garage are locked or anything and you don’T CARE
as soon as you’re inside joe’s mouth is on yours, your back is pressed to the wall
you can’t take your hands or mouths off each other
he trails open mouthed kisses down your neck and over your collarbones as he pulls your sweater off
then he unclasps your bra, leaving your chest exposed to his mouths teasing attack
you start taking his shirt off as well, scratching your nails over his shoulder blades as his mouth continues to roam over your body
his lips find yours again soon and tHEN
SUDDENLY
you’re being carried to the bedroom and tOSSED onto the bed
joe quickly undresses himself, his cock springing up against his stomach immediately
he then pulls your pants and panties off in one quick motion before crawling on the bed over you
you’re soaked at this point, you need him so bad
he slides his hand between your legs and uses the pads of his fingers to spread your wetness around
“this all for me?” he asks, pulling his hand away and admiring how your slick glistens on his fingers
“yes, joe, fuck.” you mutter, ready for him to fill you
luckily tonight isn’t about teasing or dragging it out
the pure unadulterated need between you both already has you panting as joe strokes himself a few times before finally spreading your legs more and entering you
you’d think by now you’d be used to the size but —
after a few seconds of adjusting he slowly pulls back before thrusting back in
so. tantalizingly. slowly.
you can see his plan is to completely unravel you
iT’S WORKING
your nails scratch at his head and his lips find yours again
you make no attempt to cover your moans as joe continues to fuck into you slowly
he’s moaning too, the hand that isn’t holding him up is roaming the expanse of your exposed skin
the calloused pads of his fingers explore your skin and every brush over your sensitive areas causes you chills
his name falls from your lips like a mantra
all you know is joe, all you ever want to know is joe
he’s moaning your name too, blissed out expressions take over his features
you know you aren’t far from your orgasm, you can feel it sparking over over your skin, the pleasure rolls off you in waves
“joe… i’m—“ you warn, but he knows
“me too.”
you come at the same time. gasps and moans and the sounds of your breathing fill the room as your orgasm rolls over your body
it feels like an ocean wave the way it sucks you under, like tide is throwing you around
pleasure overrides all your senses in the best way
“you with me, baby?” joe asks, concerned eyes raking over your features
“i’m here.” you say, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling him in for a kiss
he pulls out of you and rolls over, pulling your body into his
“that was amazing, you’re amazing. that you for today.” you tell him, burying your head into his chest
“you’re amazing, baby.” he assures, kissing your forehead gently
“i can’t wait to make you mrs. burrow.”

luigi mangione ⊹ promise
— was going to make a smut but i felt emotional all of a sudden. might make the conjugal visit a part two this :) also this is so much longer than any of my brian work omfg. the luigi thirst is real
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
it’s visiting day today. you walk into the visitation room, and take a seat on the chair. the room is pretty empty today, and as always you end up waiting for your boyfriend to get dragged into the room. and then, the door on the other side of the room opens as he’s led in by a guard.
his facial hair is scruffier than usual, there’s bags under his eyes, but he quickly lights up when he sees you. the guard pushes him in the shoulder to get the message to sit down. as soon as your eyes meet, he smiles.
luigi picks up the phone that connects both of you. “my love,” he says, looking you up and down with hunger. there’s been a long time since he and you got to properly… be intimate, and so he’s extra starved for you.
“my love,” you repeat, a smile on your lips. you’re happy to finally see him. gosh, you missed his face, his eyes, seeing him smile, seeing him even just breathe. “i brought you something,” you say, looking at the guard who just sits there in his little booth. then you reach into your bag.
he nods, licking his lips. “oh, yeah? what did you bring me, hm? another photo of yourself? that’ll go great with all the others you’ve brought me,” he teases.
the guard has his eyes on you, waiting for you to take whatever it is out of the bag. fhe man watches, knowing whatever it is, he can’t confiscate it as long as it’s not too long and doesn’t contain any weapons. you keep quiet for suspense as you rummage through your bag, before eventually taking the little jewelry box and sliding it through the tiny slot in the thick window. the guard watches before picking it up and inspecting it, before handing it over to him.
he holds it tightly in his hand, a sparkle in his eyes as he looks over the box, before carefully peeling off the cover to reveal the golden ring within. there’s a sharp inhale as his eyes get wide, and he looks back up at you, his eyes glistening with tears. it dawns to him that this isn’t a fake ring, that this is real and authentic and his.
“you—“ his voice is a little shaky, and he swallows down a lump in his throat. “you got me this?” he looks down at the ring again, his stomach knotting as he thinks about it. “i can’t wear this in here, though.”
you bite your lower lip. “it’s a promise,” you say. “once you get out of here, we’ll really get married.” you can’t help but smile. you’re proud of the reaction you received from him.
he puts the ring back in the box before putting it gently down on the steel table, and then he brings the phone closer to him. “you’re insane, y’know,” he mutters with a laugh. “spending so much money on a promise.” he smiles softly. “when I do get out of here, i’m gonna make sure to make it up to you, somehow.” he reaches forward and puts his hand against the window, as if he’s trying to reach out and touch your cheek.
“i love you,” he whispers into the phone, staring right into your eyes. “i love you, i love you, i love you.”
out of the corner of your eye, you can see the guard getting visibly bored and annoyed. he obviously couldn’t care less about the conversation you two were having, and was silently wishing he could be anywhere but here. but that hardly mattered, you were too engrossed in your boyfriend to even notice anything else in the room.
“when i’m out, i’m gonna treat you so good. make up for every single day i’ve spent stuck in here, without you by my side. i’m gonna give you whatever you want, whenever you want. i’ll spoil you,” he mutters. “‘cause i’ve already spent way too long away from you.”
the guard starts getting increasingly agitated now, and makes a show of checking his watch. he obviously wanted to end this as fast as possible so he could go back to being useless somewhere else, and not having to play babysitter for you two.
“time’s up,” the guard mutters, loud enough for both of you to listen in and understand. “time’s up. say your goodbyes,” he says with a huff, standing up from his seat and getting ready to escort him back to his cell. luigi’s eyes flicker over to the guard, and he frowns. “already,” he says, in genuine disappointment. he turns his attention back to you. “i’ll see you next time, yeah? i love you.”
you nod. “i love you, too. be safe, okay? i’ll try to get a conjugal visit as soon as I can.” you can see him nodding, before the guard grabs his shoulder and tugs him up to his feet. with heavy steps, your boyfriend turns and walks back to the exit.
he doesn’t even get the chance to say another word — the guard pushes him out the door quickly, and just like that you’re left all alone in the empty visitation room. a small sigh leaves your lips, and you stand up from the chair, grabbing your bag. it’s always heartbreaking to watch him be escorted back to his cell, and in a way, you’re glad that it wasn’t too drawn out this time.

My Favorite Thing
Sam and Dean Winchester & little sister!reader
Requested by Anonymous
Synopsis: Your comfort item gets lost on a hunt, and the boys try to help you
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
“Stop the car!”
Dean slammed on the breaks, turning the Impala to the side of the road before whipping around in his seat to see what was wrong.
“What happened? Are you hurt? What’s wrong?”
“I can’t find Willow!” You exclaimed. “We have to go back to the motel!”
“Jeez, kid.” Dean let out a huge sigh of relief. “I thought you were dying or something. Don’t scare me like that!”
“We have to go back, it’s an emergency!”
“Kid, your little toy thing is not an emergency,” Dean said.
“Are you sure you didn’t just leave it in your other bag?” Sam asked.
“Yes I’m sure, I always put it right here, and it’s gone!”
“It can’t be at the motel,” Dean argued. “I remember you had it right before we went after that vamp. You must’ve lost it on the hunt.”
“Well then we have to go find it. Please, Dean,” you begged.
Dean sighed, swinging the Impala into a u-turn. “Let’s see if we can find it.”
Two hours later, and still no luck.
“Kiddo, we’ve gotta get going,” Dean spoke up reluctantly. “There’s a case in the next state over and we really should try to get there before dark—“
“We can’t just give up!” You cried.
“We looked everywhere honey,” Sam cut in. “There’s nothing else we can do. Maybe we can find you another—“
“No, no you can’t just find another one!” You yelled. “You don’t get it, you don’t even care!” You were racing away from the boys before either of them had a chance to respond.
“What was that?” Dean demanded.
“I don’t know,” Sam sighed. “But she was headed toward the Impala. Let’s go.”
“Hey sweetheart.” Dean’s greeting did nothing to pull you out from the way you’d cocooned yourself in the Impala’s backseat.
Sam eased the door open and slid in next to you, patting your knee that was curled up against your chest.
“N/N, talk to us. You ok?”
“Dad gave it to me.” Your voice came out in a high-pitched whimper. “And I lost it.”
“Oh kid…” Dean climbed into the front of the Impala, reaching over the back of the seat and tilting your chin up. “Dad would understand, ok? It’s ok.”
“No it’s not!” You sniffled. “You have the Impala, and Sam has dad’s journal…I don’t have anything of his. I wanted to at least keep something he gave me.”
Dean suddenly slipped out of the Impala, but you didn’t have time to notice it because Sam spoke up.
“Honey, it’s not about the stuff he left behind. He taught you so much that you’re gonna carry with you, and you don’t need a toy to remember that.”
“I…I guess,” you sniffled. “But I wanted it.”
“Commere…” Sam pulled you into his arms, planting a kiss on the top of your head. “I’m sorry we couldn’t find it. I know that meant a lot to you.”
“Here it is—“ Dean’s voice caught your attention as he returned, holding a bundle that he’d retrieved from the trunk. “I think dad would want you to have this.” Dean pressed the fabric into your hands, and you held it up to reveal John Winchester’s favorite jacket.
“It’s never gonna fit,” you argued dubiously.
“Who cares?” Dean shrugged. “I heard jackets six sizes too big are the trend now.”
You giggled through your tears as you slipped your arms through the massive sleeves. The sleeves hung down several inches past your fingers, but you didn’t seem to mind as you hugged the fabric around you.
“Thanks, Dean,” you said.
Dean grinned.
“Any time, kid.”

jack's sooooo clingy he follows you everywhere like a lost puppy, especially after a long day of not seeing you.
jack has been following you around since you came back from work, yapping about anything and everything that has happened to him since you left this morning. and you’re not surprised because he has the habit of lingering close to you when you’ve been gone for a while, especially on his rare days off. today is no different.
he does follow you everywhere like a very grown and very loyal puppy, today more than ever as he followed you to the bathroom where you're trying to get ready for your night routine. he’s sitting on top of the toilet seat, babbling about his day out with nico that obviously consisted of hockey related things.
you snicker to yourself when jack doesn't realize that you're taking longer than usual to get unready, or that he’s talking for this long, but you know how much he hates boredom so you let him be. it’s just that you weren’t expecting this.
it’s cute, yes, but now you’re more interested in seeing how long he’ll yap for or rather how long he’ll stay here with you. so you finish taking your makeup off before pulling the shower curtain back and twisting the knob to turn on the water and adjusting it to the right temperature. the idea that he could easily stalk you into the shower makes you smile so you play along to his not so little rant.
“and then nico lured me to the rink because apparently the kids were practicing and he wanted to surprise them. not that i didn’t like that but then their coach didn’t look too pleased, the kids were distracted for the rest of the practice, obviously.”
you hum, “is it because they took nico’s attention off you?”
“Uh, n-no. i mean i was the one hanging out with him first, so.” he mumbles “but that’s not the point!”
jack huffs, changing into a criss cross position on top of the toilet. and it’s taking everything in you to not laugh at him because he looks like a child, pout on his lips and looking so small in this position.
“well then, was it fun at least?”
“duh, baby.” hands flailing around him. “the kids loved it, they kept asking us questions and some didn’t make sense –they were like four years old, you know– and like, we had to stop for even longer because they wanted us to sign some of their stuff.”
that must be why he also took longer to text you throughout his day.
“i bet, love.” you nod along, pulling your hair up in a bun so it doesn’t get wet in the shower, finally at the right hot temperature. “i’ll shower now if you don’t mind.”
“oh, now?” eyes wide like you told a child you’ll leave him in the parking lot.
“i mean, we’re in the bathroom, and i’m in a towel, and it’s been a long day. so yes, now.”
and jack’s cheeks have a faint pink tint as he shamelessly watches you unravel your towel and step in the shower. totally not because he saw you naked for a split second, it’s just the steam from the really hot shower, right?
“uh yeah, okay” he says as he stand up. “i’ll get unready too before i go then.”
you hum in reply as you go on about your shower, but you’re actually simply standing under the water, trying to keep an ear out for his movements and words.
suddenly he’s taking his sweet time to wash his face and you think he might start brushing his teeth soon too for the hell of it.
but his talking doesn’t stop at all. he blurts out random thoughts in between before going on to ramble about some hockey plays he’s been looking over, asks you what you had for lunch. he even asks you which body wash you’re currently using –which is none yet because trying not to laugh is revealing to be harder than you thought. he’s truly finding the most random topics to fill the silence.
and the talking does finally stop, but it’s replaced by jack’s whistling, clearly out of things to say. yet you know your boyfriend better than he thinks so you know very well what he’s thinking about.
“you still there, jacky?” you call wittingly. you can see his blurry figure through the shower curtain, an excited nod coming from his silhouette.
and you bite your lip as one of his hands reaches to scratch at the back of his neck. “i guess i’ll go now. uhm… i’ll wait for you to come out. i’ll get us take out, anything you’re craving? because if you want theres a new italian place down the street that luke suggested to me and he says it's really good, so i think maybe–”
omg he’s so cute.
you pull the curtain back, just with your head peeping out to find jack with one hand hovering the door handle, still lingering around.
“jacky?”
“yeah baby, what’s up?”
“do you want to shower with me?”
and like a kid opening presents on christmas morning, his eyes light up so quickly. his head shakes with an overly enthusiastic nod, and he’s already clumsy in pulling off his clothes that he almost trips getting his sweatpants off. you’re not surprised at all, the lack of grace and coordination are not exclusive to when he’s on the ice.
a stupid, wide, boyish grin spreads over his lips when he finally steps into the shower in front of you.
“hi, baby,” he grins, leaning forward to hold your face in his hands and peck your nose.
“you know, if you wanted to join me, you could’ve just asked.” your smile now matching his. jack squishes your cheeks between his palms, “well, where’s the fun in that?”

︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵‿♡୧‿︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵‿
It was late, the air unusually quiet except for the low hum of fluorescent lights. You weren’t sure why you’d agreed to come back after hours for your follow up. Dr. Mayhew’s cryptic suggestion earlier in the day had been impossible to shake: “Come back tonight when it’s quiet. We’ll have the place to ourselves.”
Something in his tone had made your pulse quicken, his usual professional demeanor cracking just enough to reveal something darker. You told yourself it was all in your head, but now, standing in the dimly lit exam room, you couldn’t ignore the tension crackling between you.
Dr. Mayhew entered, his white coat unbuttoned, sleeves rolled up to reveal strong forearms. His dark eyes raked over you, lingering just a moment too long. “Still here, I see,” he said, closing the door behind him with a deliberate click. “Good girl.”
The session started—a few questions, a brief examination. But as his hands lingered, brushing against your skin under the guise of professionalism, the air grew heavy with something unspoken. He leaned in close, his voice low, almost a growl. “You’ve been testing my patience all day.”
Dr. Mayhew adjusted his gloves, his gaze piercing but tinged with something else, something darker. His lips curved into a slight smirk as he approached you, tilting his head. “I need to perform a full examination,” he murmured, his tone smooth but commanding. “Let’s start with your chest.”
You hesitated, but the intensity in his stare rooted you to the spot. His hands moved deliberately, sliding over your shoulders before trailing down to rest just below your collarbone. “Relax,” he said, voice low and firm. “This is all part of the process.”
He cupped your boobs, the touch firm under the guise of a medical examination. His fingers lingered, pressing in ways that made you swallow hard. “You’re tense,” he muttered, almost to himself, his thumbs brushing suggestively. “Maybe I should take my time here.”
Your breath hitched, but his movements never faltered. “Don’t act so shy now,” he said, leaning in so his breath ghosted over your ear. “You knew exactly what you were coming back for.”
He firmly massaged your boobs, his gaze sharp as he did. He directed you to turn around, his voice clipped and commanding. “Bend over the table,” he said, gesturing to the edge of the examination bed.
You hesitated, unsure of his intentions. “W-why are you doing this?” you asked, trying to steady your breath.
He didn’t answer immediately. Instead, he rested a firm hand at the base of your spine, encouraging compliance. His other hand moved with practiced authority, adjusting your position so that you could arch better. “I’m the doctor here,” he said, his voice a low rasp. “And I know what’s best for you. Trust me.”
Your heart raced as he began his inspection, his hands firm and meticulous as he groped your ass. He tugged lightly on your hair, tilting your head to the side. “Keep still,” he instructed, the subtle pull sending a shock of awareness through you. “I need you to behave.”
A gasp left your lips as he tore the shorts under your tights, the cool air making your bare pussy quiver.
“D-doctor—” you groaned, but he cut you off sharply.
“Don’t speak, this is routine. I need to make sure everything is fine with every part of you,” he growled.
Another gasp left your lips as you felt the unmistakable feeling of a finger circling the hole no one had ever been in. The hole no one should be in—yet the pure taboo of it had you biting your lip and arching your back deeper.
“No hemorrhoids, virgin ass, so fucking beautiful,” he muttered, his voice low.
You bit down on your lip harder, groaning as you felt a finger push inside you.
“Shh, just let me do this,” he cooed.
Your doctor knew best, didn’t he? Though, alarm bells were ringing in your head.
You clamped around his finger and he let it settle, curving and slowly moving it around so he could wiggle his way inside you.
“Such a tight virgin ass,” he murmured.
Just as you were starting to feel pleasure, he removed his finger. You let out a sigh of relief but your breath caught again as you heard the sound of a belt buckle clinking. Turning around, his pants were pooled at his feet with the thickest cock you had ever seen.
You were about to say something when he grabbed your curls, turning your body around.
“Need to make sure that throat is able to be used for what it’s made for,” he murmured.
He shoved his swollen cock into your mouth before you could even think about what to do. It immediately hit the back of your throat and he kept it settled until you were gasping for air before he pulled out.
You gasped as you tried to get air but he began pushing your face into his crotch leaving you no choice but to accept his length back into your mouth.
“Learn how to suck cock like you were made for you dumb slut, take it all the way in!” he growled, tightening his grip in your curls and thrusting harshly as he proceeded to fuck your mouth even more vigorously than before.
A sick and twisted part of you just wanted to show him how good you were at this. So, your tongue darted out, trailing along his shaft and getting it sloppy.
“Fuck, that’s it, slut,” he moaned.
You hummed around his cock and continued, gliding your tongue along him as he fucked your throat. Your hands went to his heavy balls, massaging as you looked up at him with tears in your eyes, trying your best not to gag.
“You’re such a good cock sucking whore, m’ gonna cum down that throat,” he gasped, his pace faltering but still just as brutal.
Suckling on the bulbous tip, you stroked his shaft and felt his cum spurt into your mouth. He thrusted into your throat again, holding you down as he came down your throat, your nose touching his pelvis.
“That’s a good whore, don’t let a drop go to waste,” he cooed.
Once again, not missing a beat, he grabbed you by your curls, shoving you flat onto the table. “Now, I’m gonna put my cock inside that pussy, just because I can,” he whispered, “and you’re going to take every single inch like the good little whore you are.”
You didn’t bother protesting, you knew your protests would fall on deaf ears and so, you allowed him to spread your legs.
“You’re so wet, your pussy’s working just fine,” he smirked, using the head of his cock to drag along your folds.
You whined shamelessly, the throbbing in your clit growing unbearable.
“No whines, only begging, and call me sir while you’re at it,” he demanded.
Something came over you—or at least that’s what you wanted to believe.
“Please sir, just put it in, please fuck me,” you pleaded, your pussy getting wetter as you uttered each word.
A sharp smack against your cheek made you whine again. “You can do better than that, slut.”
“Please fuck me sir, I need your cock, I’ve never needed anything more, just please fuck me, fuck me like a slut,” you begged.
Satisfied by your begging, he grabbed you by the throat, thrusting inside your wet pussy giving you no time to adjust.
“So tight, like your pussy was made for my cock,” he murmured.
His grip around your throat tightened as he slammed into you, hard, your tits bouncing. His other hand came down on your tits, slapping them before a sharp smack was placed on your cheek, making you moan.
“Oh, you like that? You like being treated like just an object for me to use? Good, because that’s all you are to me,” Dr. Mayhew said.
Your pussy fluttered at his words, his cock pounding against your g spot repeatedly and you could feel a strong orgasm building. He leaned down, using his free hand to force your jaw open before spitting into it.
“Swallow, and soon as you do, cum on my cock, slut,” he muttered.
You swallowed his spit on your tongue and drenched him, your back arching off the table as your orgasm took ahold of you. As you squirted on his cock, your entire body shivered, his cock pounding your pussy through your orgasm.
“That’s it, what a good slut, this is all you’re good for, being an object for me to use,” he said, “now get on your hands and knees and spread that ass.”
By then you had accepted your fate, being nothing more than just a fuck toy for Dr. Mayhew. Why else would you have come back so late? You complied, arching your back as you did and spreading your ass to him.
He felt slick fingers rubbing your pussy then trailing back to your hole. A gasp left your lips as you felt two fingers plunge into you, the burning stretch leaving you aching.
“You’re going to wish it was my fingers fucking that ass,” he chuckled.
You realized what he meant, feeling the leaking tip of his cock bore into you. Still, you kept your ass spread open for him, allowing him to push deeper inside you.
“Fucking hell, so tight for me,” he groaned, finally able to fit half of his length inside.
He grabbed your hands, pinning them behind you and holding on as he fucked your ass. His thrusts were steady and deep, invading a hole that had never been used before.
“S-slow down,” you pleaded.
“You don’t tell me what to do, bitch, I do what I want to you and you take it like a good fucking slut who’s nothing more than an object for me to use. Objects shut the fuck up,” he retorted.
A sob left your lips but your body betrayed you as your ass clamped around his cock and your pussy clenched around nothing at his filthy words.
He took the opportunity to let go of your hands, reaching to rub your clit as he felt the impending orgasm.
“Stop acting like you aren’t enjoying this and fucking cum for me,” he said, “cum with my cock in your ass.”
He rubbed rough circles on your clit, his cock slamming inside your hole and you felt yourself squirt on his fingers, your body once again betraying you.
“Good girl, that’s what objects do, they listen.”
He pulled his thick cock out of your ass leaving you agape before grabbing your by your curls to face it.
“Clean my cock so I can fuck that pussy again,” he demanded.
Staring up at him, you took him into your mouth, sucking and slurping until every part of him was covered in your saliva. When he was satisfied with your work, he pulled you off him, a trail of spit connecting you with the tip.
“So beautiful when you’re ruined like this,” you heard him mutter.
He pushed you onto your back, his cock plunging into you as he chased his own orgasm.
“Look at me bitch, I want you to look at me when I cum inside this pussy and breed you.”
You stared into his brown eyes, his cock slamming against your cervix before you felt his hot load fill you up. He moaned as you clenched around him, practically milking him of all he had.
“Good girl, take my cum,” he praised.
As soon as he was satisfied, he pulled out of you, his cum slowly oozing from your pussy. He took a few wipes from a cabinet, carefully cleaning you up before his eyes met yours.
“Same time, tomorrow.”

word count. 447 words.
authors note. just something quick to put out <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
you leaned against the cold kitchen counter, the ticking of the clock on your apartment wall cutting through the silence like shards of glass. the air was heavy, suffocating, filled with unsaid words and lingering tension. chris was seated at the small dining table, his hands wrapped around a pepsi can that had gone lukewarm.
the kitchen used to be your safe space. you’d laugh here, stealing bites of each others food and chasing each other around the cramped space while laughing your asses off. now, the distance between you felt unbearable.
“i don’t know how to fix this,” you finally said, your voice trembling but steady enough to reveal your exhaustion. your arms crossed over your chest, not as a sign of defiance but as a way to protect yourself from falling apart.
chris didn’t look up right away. his gaze stayed fixed on the blue can in front of him, fizzing noises coming out of the can. when he finally met your eyes, they were clouded, conflicted. “i don’t think you even want to,” he said, his voice low and hoarse, carrying the weight of nights spent arguing and mornings filled with silence.
“that’s not fair,” you shot back, your heart clenching. “i’ve been trying. god, chris, i’ve been trying so hard—“
“then why does it feel like i’m the only one fighting?” chris interrupted, his words sharp enough to cut through your defences. he pushed the chair back with a groan, standing up and pacing the small space as if moving would ease the chaos in his mind.
you stepped closer, your fingers twitching as if you wanted to reach for him but you didn’t dare. “i’m here, aren’t i? i’m still here.”
chris stopped pacing and turned to face you, his jaw set tight. “being here physically isn’t enough, y/n. you’re not really here anymore”
his words hit you like a punch to the gut. you blinked, your throat tightening. “you think i don’t feel the same about you? that i don’t miss what we had?”
“then why won’t you let me in?” he demanded, his voice rising. “every time i try to talk to you, you just shut me out. you just—“
“i don’t shut you out!” you yelled, the crack in your voice betraying you. “i don’t shut you out, chris. im just—“ you stopped, struggling to find the words, your breathing uneven. “i’m just scared, okay? scared of how far weve drifted from each other.”
chris’ expression softened, but only slightly. he stepped closer, his voice quieter now. “we’re already falling apart, y/n. we can’t keep pretending like we’re not. but if you’re too scared to even try, then…maybe there really isn’t anything left.”
your lips parted to respond, but nothing came out. the silence that followed was deafening, and in they moment, the distance between you felt insurmountable.
chris’ shoulders slumped, and he ran a hand through his hair. “i need to go clear my head,” he muttered, grabbing his car keys from the table.
“chris…” you started, but he shook his head.
“i’ll be back,” he said softly, though his voice lacked conviction. and with that, he walked out the door, leaving you alone with the echoes of what was slipping away.

—can you love me (like i love you?)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
𝜗𝜚 — in which, red robin likes to shows up at your apartment for an irenic moment from the harsh lines of Gotham. he meets you and you meet him, all of him.
TIM DRAKE x CIVILIAN! GN!READER mild angst. reader pining over tim, vice versa if you squint. 3.8k. — this was so fun — requested
Tumblr media
The night air was crisp, carrying the faint scent of rain-soaked asphalt and blooming jasmine from the park nearby. You always found it comforting—an odd juxtaposition of Gotham’s grit and its rare moments of beauty. Tonight, however, it wasn’t the air that brought you solace. It was the quiet creak of boots landing on your fire escape.
You smiled before even turning to look. “You’re late,” You teased, peering over your shoulder at the figure perched outside your window.
“Got caught up,” Red Robin replied, his voice light but tinged with fatigue. He stepped into the room with a practiced ease, his cape swaying slightly as he entered. The mask didn’t hide much—the sharp lines of his jaw, the way his shoulders tensed from the weight of the night’s patrol.
“You okay?” You asked, setting down the tea you’d been preparing next to an additional mug, turning around to face him in the living room, ignoring the pressure of your island on your lower back.
It had become routine by now. After weeks of these impromptu visits, you’d learned his habits: the subtle signs of exhaustion, the occasional wince from a barely hidden injury.
“I’m fine,” He said, though the way he sank into your worn-out armchair betrayed him.
You sighed and let the warmth seep into your palms as you spun around and took a mug from the counter and handed it to him. He took it without argument, the warmth seeming to settle him as he leaned back. “Liar,” You quipped. His nose tensed when he lied.
It had started months ago, the first time he appeared outside your window like some wayward bird. You’d been startled, of course—who wouldn’t be? But he hadn’t come for trouble, just a quiet moment away from the chaos. And somehow, without ever planning to, you became part of his nightly routine.
The first few visits had been awkward. After all, how often does Gotham’s very own Red Robin show up uninvited? But over time, the strangeness faded. He was careful never to overstep, never to ask too many personal questions or reveal too much about himself. Instead, your conversations meandered—books, movies, music, even the weird quirks of Gotham’s neighborhoods.
It wasn’t just him who needed the company. You found yourself looking forward to his visits more than you cared to admit. He was steady, like the ticking of a clock in the background of your life, even if you only ever saw him at night.
Tonight felt different, though. He wasn’t as talkative as usual, his responses short and clipped. You watched him over the rim of your own mug, debating whether to press.
“Long night?” You ventured.
“Something like that,” He replied, staring out the window at the city below. “Some nights are harder than others.”
You hesitated. You didn’t want to pry, but there was a vulnerability in his voice that tugged at you. “Want to talk about it?”
He shook his head, the barest hint of a smile playing on his lips. “You’d make a good therapist.”
“I’m just nosy,” You said lightly, hoping to draw out more of that smile.
And for a moment, it worked. He chuckled softly, the sound like a warm ember in the cold.
“Thanks,” He said after a beat. “For this. For letting me . . . just be here.”
“You say that like you’re intruding.”
“Aren’t I?”
“No,” You said firmly. “You’re not.”
The silence that followed was comfortable, the kind that didn’t need filling. You’d grown used to these quiet stretches, knowing that sometimes words weren’t enough to smooth over the rough edges of the night.
After a while, he stood, setting the empty mug on the counter. “I should get going,” He said, his voice softer now.
“Be safe out there,” You say, facing him on your place on your chair, the words automatic but heartfelt.
He nodded, his gaze lingering on you for a moment longer than usual. Then he was gone, disappearing into the shadows as seamlessly as he’d arrived.
A foggy evening, after his patrol, he arrived later than usual. His uniform was damp, and he looked more worn than you’d ever seen him.
When his eyes met yours, you let out an amused huff, walking to the closet in the hallway to your room, grabbing a beige towel and making your way back to him. “Take a dip in the lake Red?” You teased, handing him the towel as he stepped closer to you.
“Something like that,” He said, echoing the same vague answer he always gave. Even with the mask, you could feel the dam that wanted to implode.
Your brows furrowed.
“You don’t have to do this alone, you know.”
He looked at you sharply, as if the words had hit a nerve. “I’m used to it,” He said after a pause, his voice low and guarded.
“Well, maybe you shouldn’t be.”
The room fell silent again, the tension thick enough to cut.
“I don’t… I can’t risk that,” He said finally. “Letting people in. It’s complicated.”
“Life’s complicated,” Your countered. “But you don’t have to keep everyone at arm’s length. At least not me.”
He stared at you, something unspoken flickering in his eyes. Then, as if breaking under the weight of his own defenses, he said, “I wish it were that simple.”
You didn’t bring it up again, sensing it was a line he wasn’t ready to cross. But the moment lingered, coloring every interaction that followed.
You’d open up to him. Though it wasn’t as reciprocated, you didn’t mind because he listened. Sometimes, when the night was soft, you two would talk about the random things that reminded you of each other, it was your favorite part of when he’d come to your apartment, relaxing in each others presence; it left a sapid taste in your mouth.
You’d talk to him about your life in Gotham University, talked to him about the enigma your heart palpitated for. How his voice made your smile bright and cheeks warm, how it rang though your mind constantly throughout the day, echoing off the walls and finding it’s way back to your heart, the devil that wouldn’t calm down.
You hadn’t realized that underneath the mask, he looked at you with a smile lining his eyes, his own devil pounding in his chest.
When asked if he knew of your feelings, your smiled turned bashful.
“He doesn’t even know my name, Red. I’m just a random with a crush.”
You’re not random, you’re mine. Is what he wanted to say, he wanted you to know who he is. Not the man with the mask — rather the man behind it.
He distanced himself from you at school because he thought that if he didn’t, you’d figure out he’s ‘Boy Wonder’ a bit too easy for his taste. He scares himself every night thinking about what would happen if you find out.
And then one night, he laughed.
Not just the quiet chuckle you’d heard before, but a full, unrestrained laugh that lit up his face. It was over something stupid—a poorly told joke you’d heard from a coworker. But the sound warmed you to your core, and for a moment, it reminded you of your enigma, Tim Drake.
How could someone do that? Look so familiar but unknown at the same time? Your eyes seeing one person, Red Robin: Gotham’s hero. But your heart seeing, hearing, feeling—
“Tim.”
The name left your lips in a whisper, your heart hammering in your chest. You hadn’t meant to say it. You weren’t even sure how you knew, but it was there—like a puzzle piece falling into place.
He froze, his entire body going rigid. “What did you say?”
“Tim,” Quieter this time, you repeated it. “That’s—”
He didn’t answer, but the look in his eyes confirmed it.
“I . . . I didn’t mean to—” You started, but he cut you off.
“How?” he asked, his voice barely more than a whisper.
“I don’t know,” You admitted. “I just . . . knew.”
The silence stretched between you, heavy with the weight of what you’d just revealed.
Red Robin—Tim—he stepped back slightly, his eyes scanning your face as if trying to read the truth there. You could feel the tension in the room, thick and unyielding, and for a moment you thought he might leave. But instead, he sighed, his shoulders slumping as though a great weight had finally pressed him down.
“I’ve been careful,” he said softly. “I’ve spent so long making sure you — no one could ever connect me to . . . to this.”
You didn’t know what to say, the gravity of his words grounding you to the spot. Finally, you managed, “I didn’t mean to—to figure it out! It’s not like I was trying. It just . . .”
He ran a hand through his hair, the motion uncharacteristically unguarded. “I shouldn’t have come here. I shouldn’t have let this go on for so long.”
“Don’t say that,” You pleaded, stepping closer. “I know you think you’re protecting yourself, or me, but you don’t have to do this alone, Tim.”
Hearing his name in your voice seemed to shake something loose in him. He looked at you, really looked at you, and the mask of Red Robin slipped away for just a moment. Beneath it was someone young, someone tired, someone who wanted to believe you. The enigma who became more familiar.
“I don’t know how to stop,” he admitted, his voice breaking slightly. “I don’t know how to turn it off, how to let someone in without putting them in danger.”
You reached out, your hand hovering just above his arm. “You already let me in,” You said quietly. “That’s why you kept—” You stop yourself. “—that’s why you keep coming back.” Your hand connects with the rough material of his suit and you wish you could feel his skin on yours.
He didn’t pull away. For a long moment, the two of you stood there, the sound of rain against the window the only noise in the room.
Finally, he spoke. “You deserve better than this. Better than me.”
You shook your head, your throat tight. “Don’t decide that for me.”
The words seemed to hit him like a blow. He opened his mouth to respond, but no sound came out. Instead, he turned his head, staring at the rain running down the window as though it could give him the answers he sought.
“I’ve thought about it,” You continued, your voice soft but steady. “I’ve thought about what it would mean. What it would mean to care about you —really care about you. Even though it was for Tim at first, there’s more to you and I want to care for you and everything that comes with it. And I’m still here. I’ll always be here Tim.”
That seemed to break him. He sank down onto the edge of the couch behind him, his head in his hands. “You don’t understand what you’re saying. What my life is like. The people I go up against—they wouldn’t hesitate to hurt you to get to me.”
“And you don’t understand what you could mean to me,” You countered. You sit on the floor, right at his feet so you can lock eyes with him even though his domino mask hides them, you can still see the blue of his eyes you admire so much.
“I see the risks, Tim. I see them every night when you walk out that window, not knowing if you’ll come back. But I’m still here because I care about you. And you need to stop deciding what I can handle.”
He looked up at you then, the walls he’d so carefully constructed were crumbling, and you saw the man behind the vigilante.
“I care about you too,” He said finally, his voice barely above a whisper. “More than I should, and — and it scares the hell out of me.”
You rose from sitting criss-cross to your knees, resting your arms on his, you wanted to get impossibly closer, closing the gap between the two of you. “Then let’s be scared together.”
The confession hung in the air, raw and real, and for the first time, neither of you looked away. You didn’t know what the future held, didn’t know if this thing between you could survive the dangers and secrets of his world. But in that moment, none of it mattered.
He reached for your hand, his touch tentative but warm. “This won’t be easy,” He warned you gently.
“I know,” You said, squeezing his hand. “But I’m not going anywhere.”
And for the first time in a long time, he smiled—not the practiced smile of Red Robin, but something softer, something real.
“I don’t deserve you,” He murmured.
“Maybe not,” You teased, a small smile tugging at your lips. “But you’ve got me anyway.”
The two of you stayed like that for a while, the storm outside mirroring the quiet storm of emotions between you. And when he finally left that night, it wasn’t with the usual heaviness of his patrols.
This time, he carried a piece of you with him—and left a piece of himself behind.

A woman stands in the doorway. A hazy vision from across the room, you can barely make out her shape at first; tall, broad, slender. You try to ask her how you got here, who she is, why she’s doing this; a panic rises in your throat with each word that escapes your lips. She waits for you to tire yourself as she scans the details of the room.
After a minute of silence, she speaks.
“Do you like your room, darling?”
Her voice is gentle and raspy.
“I set it up just the same as yours previous. I thought it might help you adjust.”
She steps towards you, and into the light cast by the tableau of sky above. She’s wearing a shirt whose buttons ever so slightly glint and twinkle at you in the moonlight. Her gaze is studying and impersonal as she squats down just out of your reach. You plead and beg and she waits again for silence. However, this time you do not give it to her.
You scream. You beg. You do not like it, it isn’t what you want, you want to leave.
She just watches your tantrum, almost confused. Eventually, she stands and leaves, and you are left back alone.
You notice her attention to detail. A blanket like mom made for you. A photo of you and an ex up on the wall in a hand-painted frame they made.
Time passes. You’re hoarse, and tired. Your eyes glaze over yet again.
Click
The latch again. She returns with a plate of food.
The smell fills the room. As much as you might hate to admit it, it’s delicious. She brings it just within your reach. You eat with vigour, and as you do, she reaches out and touches your hair.
You swat at her this time, and she deftly slides the meal away from you.
“Now darling, I know this transition is hard, but I think it’ll be better for both of us if you learn to cooperate.”
You go back to screaming. She takes your plate and leaves.
Click
After a while in the stillness, you pass out.
When you wake, she is lying next to you, and her lips are almost touching yours. She smells of cigarettes and cologne. You pull away with a start. She looks hurt.
“Please, I’m just trying to give you something better than you had out there, just let me.” Her tone is almost pleading, cracks forming in her demeanour. You back away from her as far as your chain will allow, and cry at her. Your mind is hazy, sleep-deprived and starved. You manage out that she will never give you anything better than freedom, and she should just let you go. She slinks out again.
You don’t see her again for two weeks, just plates of food slid through a slot in the door. Each one has a note from her, asking if you’ll just love her back. You are unrelenting in your refusal. You tear up every one.
When she finally returns, it’s different. There’s a fumble at the latch before it

opens. Her usually composed outfit and demeanour is traded for a wife beater and boxers that reveal a scrawny frame. In her hand, a pistol. As she steps into the light, her face is red and tear-streaked; her composure was just as fake as the moon above her.
She points the gun in her hand towards the bed, and sobs to you.
“I thought you’d be different, I really did. Or maybe I thought I could be? I tried so hard this time. I did everything right.”
You scream. She points the gun towards the photo in the hand-made frame.
“Am I not enough?”
BANG.
The gunshot is loud. Glass scatters the floor. Your ears ring.
You begin to plead. It barely registers. She wraps herself in the blanket like mom made.
She points the gun towards the sky, the moon.
“I swear, I’ll do better next time. I’m sorry it didn’t work out for us.”
You can barely hear her.
BANG.
The room is plunged into darkness. You can barely see. You can barely here the sounds of her approach.
You feel her hand grip your wrist and the barrel of the gun press into your chest. She looms over you. You can’t make out words through the ringing in your ears. You’re apologizing now, but she doesn’t seem to notice.
The gun is pointed up into your jaw.
She leans in for a kiss. You taste the salt of her tears on her lips, look at the perfect, awful clarity in her eyes, and hear her sob out an apology.
And then, you hear nothing at all.
This is, I suppose you might say, a writing prompt. It's also an experiment, and an open invitation to anyone who would like to write and perhaps have me write back.

The fur lined steel cuff is custom fit, neither so tight that it cuts and bruises nor so loose that it shifts and chaifs. The chain is almost insultingly thin, it invites the misconception that it might be broken. The thick bolts that secures it to the concrete wall suggest otherwise.
The roof twinkles in a reasonable faxcimile of a clear night sky. The fake moon, hanging several meters above the floor, illuminates an enormous bed that dominates the room. The plump pillows are perfectly placed upon the luxiourious looking blankets. There is a palpable air of care. The creation of this room was an act of love, or perhaps misplaced devotion.
The perfection is almost eerie, each item entirely untouched, the blankets unruffled, the draws unoppened. And much like the eyes of the plush toys strategically scattered about the room the only occupant stares blankly at the wall. Unmoving, crosslegged, cuffed by the ankle. Until

Familiarity || Lia Wälti x reader
Request | Masterlist
Summary Lia takes you to Switzerland for Christmas and there’s a sense of home and familiarity when you’re there
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
“I’m excited.” You reveal to Lia as you board off the plane.
Amongst all the nerves of meeting Lia’s family for the first time, there was a sense of excitement and belonging.
For Christmas this year, you and Lia decided to go to Switzerland.
You’d been dating for a little over six months and decided it was the perfect time to meet lias family over in Switzerland.
It was also your first time in Switzerland which was a big thing for you.
Not only had lia felt it was time for you to meet her family, but she was also bringing you to her home country, something that was very precious to lia.
“I promise, they’ll love you. Just be yourself.” lia whispered, grabbing your hand as you walked off the plane. “Welcome to Switzerland, baby.”
“Pleasure to be here.” You replied, a massive smile covering your face.
Flakes of snow fell onto the ground as you left the airport, Lia flagging down a taxi.
Lia greeted him in German, thanking him for loading the suitcases into the boot before telling him the address to her parent’s house.
You squeezed Lia’s hand as you pulled up at the house.
“They’ll love you, baby.” Lia said, calming your nerves.
Lia’s family were all waiting outside, their faces full of excitement.
Lia got out the car first, hugging her parents.
“Y/N! It’s so good to finally meet you.” Lia’s mum said, bringing you in for a hug. “Thank you for making our Lia happy.”
“She makes me just as happy.”
“Nice to meet you, Y/N.” Lia’s dad smiled, hugging you.
Lia watched with hearts in her eyes at the interactions, her parents finally meeting the love of her life.
The rest of the afternoon went smoothly.
You got to know Lia’s parents a bit more before some of her extended family came over.
Lia’s mum was in the kitchen cooking so you headed through offering to help.
She took up your offer as you quickly swooped in and helped cut stuff up.
“Lia seems so happy, thank you.” She said, tears welling in her eyes. “It’s hard, knowing we’re here in Switzerland and she’s in England but when we saw how happy and safe she was with you, we didn’t feel worried anymore, so we, as Lia’s parents, can’t thank you enough.”
“She’s the best thing to ever happen to me. I love her so much and I’d protect her with my life. Thank you for letting me love her.” You told her, Lia’s mum bursting into tears as she hugged you.
“What’s going on here?” Lia asked, walking into the kitchen.
“You’ve found yourself a good one here, Lia.” Lia’s mum told her daughter, Lia just smiling at you as she nodded in agreement.
“I did.”
You decided to watch a movie before calling it a night and heading up to bed.
“See, I told you they’d love you.” Lia told you, your head resting on her chest as she stroked your hair.
“They’re so nice.”
“They are. So, tomorrow we’re going snowboarding in the mountains. You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to. My cousins taking her daughter for the first time and invited us to join.” Lia explained, your face lighting up at the idea.
“I’d love to, baby. I haven’t been snowboarding since I was little.”
“It’s settled. We’ll go snowboarding tomorrow.”
“Love, do you want me to teach you how—” Lia began as you reached the top of the mountain but before she could say another word, you were gone.
You zoomed down the mountain gracefully with ease, even jumping a slope.
Lia’s jaw dropped as she saw you, not knowing you were good at it.
“My dad used to take us to the mountains in Austria at least twice a year. I’m a pro.” You’d shrugged, finding Lia’s reaction amusing.
“Y/N, that was amazing.” Lia’s younger cousin said.
She was cute, only about five.
“Thanks, hun. You wanna go down with me? Here hold my hand. There we go, I’ve got you.” You said, holding her hands to balance her, the two of you going down a less steep slope.
Lia watched once more with hearts in her eyes as you played with the young girl.
Lia realised just how perfect you were.
Her family loved you, you were good with kids, just everything about you was perfect in Lia’s eyes.
“You really love her, don’t you?” Lia’s cousin questioned
“I’m going to marry her.”

James Potter x fem!reader
Summary: "I… I don't know how you can be so confident about this," you murmured, still feeling the warmth of his touch on your skin. "Because it's the truth," James replied without hesitation, his voice steady and full of sincerity. "When you love someone, you know. There are no doubts, no room for uncertainty. It's like… well, like knowing the sky is blue or that you look ridiculously beautiful with windblown hair."
Warnings: just fluffy - a James breaking some rules to spend time with you

The castle was submerged in silence, illuminated only by the soft light of the moon that filtered through the tall windows. The corridors, usually full of voices and hurried footsteps, were now empty, and the only company was the shadows dancing on the walls. You weren’t quite sure how James had convinced you, but there you were, walking beside him, hidden under the invisibility cloak.
He held your hand under the enchanted fabric, his fingers warm and firm around yours. The mischievous smile he wore as he confidently walked through the castle made you roll your eyes, but deep down, you couldn’t help the small smile that played at your lips. James had that effect on you — he was pure energy, carefree and full of life, a complete contrast to your more reserved personality. Yet, there was something about him that made you feel lighter, as if the world around you simply disappeared.
"We're almost there," he whispered, leaning slightly toward you. The warmth of his body beside yours was comforting, and the way he made everything sound like a grand adventure made your heart race a little faster.
"Aren’t you going to tell me what we’re doing?" you asked, keeping your voice low. Despite the cloak, you could feel the adrenaline of being out of the dorm after curfew.
"It’ll ruin the surprise," he replied, a playful gleam in his voice. You could see him raise his index finger theatrically, even under the cloak. "But I can guarantee it’ll be worth it. Trust me."
"I don’t know if I should," you teased, trying to sound firm, but the light tone in your voice gave away that, in reality, you trusted him more than anyone.
James chuckled softly, and you felt the gentle pressure of his hand on yours, as if he were reaffirming that silent connection between you. Finally, you reached the door of the Astronomy Tower. He carefully took off the cloak, revealing the satisfied smile you knew so well, and his blue eyes, vibrant, were shining like the starry sky outside.
"You really love breaking the rules, don’t you?" you asked, crossing your arms, but you couldn’t quite hide the laugh that escaped.
"It’s not just about the rules," he replied, stepping closer to you. His hair, always rebellious, was even more disheveled from the rush, and you had to fight the impulse to fix it. "It’s for you. I want to take you somewhere where you can feel... free. Without all that stuff in your head that makes you doubt yourself."
Your smile faded a little, and you looked away, already feeling the familiar wave of insecurity start to rise. James noticed, of course, he always noticed.
"Hey," he called softly, leaning in until your eyes met his again. "I don’t want you to think about any of that right now. I just want you to be with me, here, now. Can you do that for me?"
You nodded, feeling the warmth of his hands sliding down to your arms, and he smiled, this time more gently. "Great, because I brought my broom." He stepped aside, revealing the object that had been leaning against the wall.
"You’re kidding," you said, your voice a mix of laughter and disbelief.
"No way." He picked up the broom and lovingly ran his fingers over the polished wood, as if it were a trophy. "Come on, it’s just a little ride. I promise you’ll love it."
"James..." you started, but he was already mounting the broom and reaching out for your hand. His smile was a blend of excitement and tenderness, and there was something in his eyes that made you forget any reluctance.
With a sigh, you took his hand and let him help you onto the broom. The warmth of his body against your back was immediate, and he adjusted his arms around you to grip the broomstick firmly.
"Comfortable?" he asked, his voice low near your ear. You simply murmured a "yes," feeling your cheeks burn.
"Great," he said, and before you could process, he gave a push, and you were flying.
The night air was cold but not uncomfortable, and the sense of freedom that came with flying left you speechless. The castle soon disappeared behind you, and all that was left was the open sky and the stars shining above. You instinctively held onto James's arms, and he chuckled softly.
"You don’t have to be scared," he said, his voice full of tenderness. "I’d never let anything happen to you."
"I'm not scared," you replied, even though your grip on his arms betrayed the opposite.
"Oh, of course not," he teased, leaning slightly to the left, just enough to make you cling even tighter. "See? You're completely at ease."
"James!" you exclaimed, half laughing, half annoyed, and he just laughed along, returning to his usual balance.
After a few minutes of flying, he stopped over a moonlit clearing. You hovered there in silence, while the world seemed so small beneath you. He rested his chin on your shoulder for a moment, and you felt the steady rhythm of his breathing.
"I can't imagine anyone I'd rather have here with me than you," he murmured, his voice low and full of emotion.
You turned your face slightly, meeting his eyes, and the smile he gave you was so sincere it made your heart melt. He leaned in slowly, and his lips met yours in a soft kiss, as gentle as the wind around you.
When he pulled away, still close enough for you to feel his breath, he smiled again. "You mean everything to me, you know that, right?"
You stayed silent for a moment, trying to organize your thoughts and process what he had just said. It was as if his words were made to pierce your heart directly, dissolving any doubt that might still linger in your mind. His blue eyes shone brightly, full of something deeper than usual affection—an unwavering devotion that made your chest tighten with emotion.
"I… I don't know how you can be so confident about this," you murmured, still feeling the warmth of his touch on your skin.
"Because it's the truth," James replied without hesitation, his voice steady and full of sincerity. "When you love someone, you know. There are no doubts, no room for uncertainty. It's like… well, like knowing the sky is blue or that you look ridiculously beautiful with windblown hair."
The last part was said with a playful grin, his eyes scanning your face with adoration. He tilted his head slightly, as if waiting for a response, but you just shook your head, feeling your cheeks begin to warm.
"You never get tired of making me blush, do you?" you murmured, avoiding his gaze for a moment, but James, ever attentive, raised a hand to gently hold your chin, guiding your gaze back to his.
"Not at all," he said, the playful tone softening. "I love seeing you blush. It's like watching the most beautiful sunset in the world. And it's my fault, which just makes it even better."
You couldn't help but let out a soft laugh, and he took the opportunity to plant a kiss on the tip of your nose, followed by another on the corner of your lips, before whispering against your skin, "By the way, you look even more beautiful when you laugh."
"Do you have any idea how impossible you are?" you asked, but your voice was already far from any irritation. It was soft, with a touch of affection that James didn't miss.
"Impossible?" He feigned offense, his eyes sparkling with mock disbelief. "I'm a Potter. Impossible is my middle name, but no one's ever complained before."
You let out a full laugh this time, shaking your head in surrender. But then, with a sudden courage you didn't know where it came from, you leaned in slightly and whispered, "But you know what I think is most beautiful about you?"
James blinked, surprised by your change in tone. "What?" he asked, genuinely curious, his blue eyes fixed on yours.
"When you turn red," you replied, smiling as your fingers traced lightly along his jawline. "It's like, for a moment, you're a little vulnerable too."
The flush that rose to his cheeks was instant, and you found yourself amazed by how adorable he looked in that moment. His eyes blinked a few times, and he tried to hide it, but the shy smile that appeared on his lips gave it all away.
"Oh, so that's it," he murmured, his voice a little lower, but still with that playful tone. "You like seeing me like that, huh? Who would’ve thought my girl knows how to fight back?"
"Maybe," you said, leaning in closer. "But it's nice to know I can make you blush too."
James laughed, but this time it was a softer laugh, filled with something deeper. He rested his forehead against yours, his unruly hair brushing lightly against your skin. "You have no idea how much I'm yours, do you?"
Before you could answer, he kissed you again, this time with more firmness, but still with the same sweetness as before. It was a kiss that spoke everything he might not have found words for yet—a reminder that, to him, you were more than enough.
When he pulled away just enough to look at you again, the smile that lit up his face was pure and genuine. "Now, how about we take one more round? I want to see if I can make you laugh a little more before we go back to the castle."
You smiled, feeling all your insecurities melt away under the intensity of James' affection. And as he adjusted his arms around you again, ready to send the broom back into the starry sky, you thought that maybe, just maybe, you were starting to believe that with him, you would always be enough.

helloooooo, your writing is amazingggggg and i was hoping it would be okay if i requested a shadowww x reader. Where Maybe sonic ask shadow to bring medicine to you (to try and introduce you to shadow as your sick with something or have a major injury, etc). Shadow prehaps is annoyed but agrees anyways, then however when he meets you sees maria in you. Then veryday to be sure you get better shows up in the morning to help take care of you, and slowly the two become friends then prehaps at the end share a kiss and become lovers? Idk it sounded cute in my head lol.

WARNING: Illness
PAIRING: Shadow the Hedgehog x Sick! Reader
NOTE: This is such a cute request and I'm pretty proud of this! Sending you all the love, and I hope this brightens your day a little! Take care of yourself <333
SUMMARY: Shadow reluctantly delivers medicine to you at Sonic’s insistence, but upon meeting you, he’s struck by a haunting familiarity.
Tumblr media
It was late afternoon when Shadow approached the house tucked away at the edge of the city, a small bag of medicine clutched in his gloved hand. The only reason he was here, he reminded himself, was because Sonic had all but begged him to.
“Come on, Shadow,” Sonic had said earlier, exasperated but hopeful. “They’re too sick to go anywhere, and I’m tied up with something. Just drop it off and say hi. You might even like them!”
Shadow had scoffed at that. “Highly unlikely.”
Yet here he was, standing at your door. He knocked, sharp and deliberate, and waited.
A muffled voice from inside called, “Coming!”
The door creaked open, revealing you. Despite the exhaustion evident in your eyes and the pallor of your complexion, you greeted him with a weak but genuine smile.
“Oh, you must be… Shadow?” you asked hesitantly.
He nodded curtly, holding out the medicine. “Sonic sent me. He thought you might need this.”
You accepted the bag with a quiet “thank you,” looking up at him with an expression so open, so trusting, that it stopped him in his tracks. For a fleeting moment, he was no longer standing at your doorstep but aboard the ARK, looking into the kind eyes of someone he thought he’d lost forever.
Maria.
The resemblance wasn’t physical, but there was something about your demeanor—gentle, unassuming, and kind despite the pain you were clearly in—that tugged at a memory buried deep in his chest.
“You okay?” you asked, noticing his prolonged silence.
He blinked, snapping himself out of the moment. “Fine. Just… don’t forget to take the medicine.”
You chuckled lightly, the sound hoarse but pleasant. “I won’t. Thanks again, Shadow.”
He nodded again, turning on his heel and disappearing into the fading daylight.
To Shadow’s own surprise, he returned the next morning.
It had been a restless night. Thoughts of Maria swirled in his mind, but they mingled with the image of your weary yet kind face. He told himself he was simply being thorough, ensuring you were following the instructions for the medication.
When you opened the door again, wrapped in a blanket and looking just as surprised as you were grateful, Shadow felt the smallest pang of relief.
“You’re back,” you said, stepping aside to let him in.
“You didn’t seem capable of taking care of yourself yesterday,” he replied bluntly, though there was no malice in his tone.
You laughed softly. “Fair enough.”
It became a routine. Every morning, Shadow arrived with something—soup, tea, a fresh supply of tissues—and checked on you. At first, his visits were brief and businesslike. He would make sure you had what you needed and leave with little more than a nod. But as the days passed, the conversations grew longer.
You learned to expect his dry wit and sharp observations, and he found himself oddly drawn to your quiet resilience. Despite how miserable you felt, you always thanked him sincerely, your gratitude genuine and unassuming.
“You don’t have to keep doing this, you know,” you said one morning as he set a cup of tea on your bedside table.
“I know,” he replied simply, sitting in the chair he’d claimed as his own.
“Then why?”
He hesitated, his crimson eyes flicking to the floor. “You…” he paused, looking back at you with a sigh. “I don’t know.”
You didn’t press him, sensing the weight of his words, but your soft “Okay, thank you.” carried more meaning than either of you acknowledged.
By the time you were well enough to venture outside again, the bond between you and Shadow was undeniable.
“You don’t have to come by anymore,” you said one evening as he walked you back to your door after a short outing. “But… I’d miss you if you didn’t.”
He paused, his gaze meeting yours. There was something unspoken in his eyes, something vulnerable.
“I’d miss you too,” he admitted, the words slow but sincere.
Before you could second-guess yourself, you leaned up and pressed a soft kiss to his cheek. His eyes widened, and for the first time since you’d met him, Shadow looked genuinely flustered.
“Thank you, Shadow,” you whispered. “For everything.”
His lips quirked into the smallest of smiles, a rare and precious sight. “I... You’re welcome.”
And from that moment on, his visits were no longer about ensuring your recovery—they were about seeing you.
