Y'all get these first 'cause I like you more
These are for IG, insta? idk wtf to call it but you get what I mean.
But yeah, I like the tumblrina airyheads more so y'all get it first <3
The story goes as such, my roommate told me to make an IG account for networking, so I obliged (begrudgingly). I have the account for literally 1 day and it gets suspended and disabled 'cause they think I'm a bot. Mind you, I've literally done nothing except make the account, like a couple posts, follow some people, and add a description like they say to. And that wasn't anything bad either, literally just: "He's a lantern, he is my favourite."
Well, after they did that I was like "welp, guess insta's not for me" but my roommate was like "no seriously man, you should have one. Do it again." So I begrudgingly do it again. I don't get disabled (deactivated?) this time around, but I do get suspended 4 days after making a new one. I appealed it, and it's still good, but I'm paranoid about having no posts, so posts it is.
These are the posts. I know IG is more about showing off what you've done/where you've been so I'm doing that in the brain-rotting way that I do: with airy. I hate networking but if I gotta and you're gonna stalk me on IG, you're getting my brain rot. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
Anyway, the main thing is it's just Airy in different places of the campus I'm on. Idk if it's a bad or sad thing that I've been walking around and going "now how would he fit into the view I'm seeing right now", but that is what this mini project has done. And it was really fun ngl. I don't have my drawing tablet rn so using Ibis Paint was really something (it was very humbling). And I've not gotten a chance to play round with real-world lighting in a hot second. The edits aren't great, GOD I know that, but they're silly and he's silly <3
If I make more maybe I'll post them, maybe not.

I found one of my old drawings yesterday and it made me feel many things.
This art was created 10 years ago. It was 2014, I was still 14 years old and I remember being so proud of it.
Starting to be a part of MLP fandom was a turning point in my life. I was never a social child - I was introverted, shy and anxious, I had interests that were considered weird. When girls at my school started to get interested in more „grown-up” things, I was still hooked on cartoons and toys and things like that. And with MLP - I finally found my people.
I met my husband thanks to MLP. Almost all of my current friendships started out thanks to MLP. I started to draw more frequently thanks to MLP. If not for this fandom, I am certain I would be a completly different person. Better or worse - I don’t know. But I’m happy where I’m at.
Thank you Bronies, thank you Pegasisters, thank you anyone who is still part of this fandom today. You all mean so much to me and I hope that you know that all of your interests are valid and wonderful no matter how old are you. 🩷

Seren's Studies: Odd Squad UK -- "The Odd Ness Monster" Episode Followup, Part 1
10 years and we finally get our first look at Odd Squad's take on Nessie. It's sure to be an odd-essie.
...Yeah, even I cringed halfway into that pun.
I hear this is a good episode, so let's hope those folks are right. At this point I'm like a kid at Christmas who didn't get what they wanted from Santa but will abso-fuckin'-lutely keep screaming and begging.
Below the break!
And your writer for this episode, who has an extensive resume and has written for quite a few things, including some kids stuff. Already off to a solid start, but I'm very cautiously optimistic.
Hey, remember the Thrimes from Season 2? Meet their sister.
Wouldn't be the first time we've had a cold open with mimes, either. I'm blanking on which episode, but I distinctly remember a Season 1 cold open that had a mime who threw berets at Olive and Otto and had terrible rapping skills.
(Editing note: It was "A Case of the Sing-Alongs", that's it!)
God, it's like dangling fuckin' keys with these children. Byootiful.
"Ma'am, you're not really trapped in an invisible glass box!"
Which, of course, is the mime equivalent of telling a magician to their face that magic isn't real. Way to be an ass, Orli.
At the very least, Orli's more patient with mimes than Olive and Otto combined. And the entire Season 2 cast bar Oona.
Yeah, speaking of Season 1...this is reminding me of the cold open with the man who had to apologize to the ocean because he said it was cold, then Olive running right into a barrier because she complained about the sand being too hot.
I think you can tell which one's played better.
If you listen real close, you can hear Pink's "Get the Party Started" playing faintly in the background.
...Oh. It's New Year's. Which was already done better in Season 1 and guys, really, can we stop with the Season 1 references? God sakes, they're getting old and I'm trying to keep the cynic glasses off for this one.
I'm...not too clear on what you have to do to win the raffle, but it sounds like "find the next" after playing it back five times over.
Is it...find the next season? Because I can do that! Gimme that copium, bitch, and lemme rip!
(Few seconds in: it's "find an X".)
Ohhhh come now. Y'all knew they were gonna win it. They have side character superiority. They're part of the main plot. Of course they're gonna win it.
*giggles uncomfortably*
My mind, tainted by years of watching horrifying PSAs and PIFs, is going in very dark places right now.
LOOKIT THIS SMUG SONUVABITCH. SHE KNOWS SHE'S LEADIN' 'EM TO THE ODD NESS MONSTER. SHE K N O W S .
Their prize is a chance at death. And not just their deaths.
(On a side note: this elevator is playing the smooth jazz version of "Take Away One", which is a brilliant touch, but I find it was better executed in "Old Odd, New Tricks". Apparently it was also in "Lift Off" too, but my point still stands.)
"A place where no one has been in many moons."
Hehehe byootiful. All right, fandom, get crackin' on what constitutes as a moon in the Oddverse and let me revel in the deja vu of seeing this argument often in the MLP fandom.
Here, it's implied to be years. Centuries. Millennia even. Certainly longer than a month.
Okay, I'd be laughing more genuinely if not for these unsettling lift shots because this subba-hubba-hubba gag is actually funny.
The floor is not lava.
But if you fall, it damn well will be lava.
Okay, I can appreciate the twist, but no amount of money in the world will be able to convince me that this is a dinosaur Nessie. And I'm not talking about plesiosaurs. This is a Dino Dex dinosaur that found its way into this show and this is really just a thinly-veiled crossover.
Headcanon accepted. Try me, bitch. Trailer came out today. Try me.
"The monster was here first. We built HQ over her, that way we can stop her when she wakes up."
So this HQ is underground, to a certain degree. The multi-sub basement is probably near the Earth's core, hence why it's so hot...and since this is a flipped version of Nessie, of course it prefers heat.
Huh. All right. I dig it. Already more sane than building Walmarts on Native American burial grounds, though if she prefers heat sources then I'm sure there's tons of those in the UK.
I honestly don't know who said "worst prize ever" here, but I'm cackling because they haven't even tried to stop her yet and are still in the exposition stage and they're already complaining.
Frankly, though, they're in the right.
Wh...but how, though? Lasers? Gamma radiation? Some kind of opioid released in waves?
I'd think a simple violin could do the trick -- get Orli on that shit -- but this is Odd Squad and so this shall be complicated.
"We just need two worthy agents to be here when she wakes and send her back to sleep."
And you decided on a raffle, wherein you pick...a Scientist and a Security agent? Not, y'know, a Creature Care agent? Are you so low on numbers that you don't have any Creature Care agents?
...No, wait, that's a rhetorical question.
Hoooooold up, hold up. So this episode is gonna run through the span of a year...in 8 minutes?
That's shit I expect from 5-minute My Little Pony Tell Your Tale, not 11-minute Odd Squad.
Putting aside that this is a pretty wild spin on the calendar math moral, Captain O insisting that she's always serious will never not be hilarious.
AND THEY DON'T EVEN USE THE TIME CARD??????????
NOOOOOOOOOO. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF EDITING, YOU SADISTIC SHIT I HOPE YOU GET STUFFED INTO A CANNON AND SHOT TO JUPITER. WHY NOT USE THE TIME CARD HUH. H U H .
You know that if Tim had his way, this episode would be over in less than 11 simply by fiddling about with a time machine.
Hey, crazy idea: maybe they could use the TARDIS if it's still in town!
Oper- Agent Ook?
Wow, I didn't realize a cut character from Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble was in this show. My little Odd Squad crossover fan project premise is gonna come along real nice.
(This is a joke. There is no Agent Ook in the premise.)
Oh my God...we somehow went from Oswald, to Octavius, to...Ook.
Sure, they tried with the main and side characters' names. One-shots, though? Nope. "Over" was a better name for a character who had Starscream-like motives!
And it's so dusty that she dug it out of the goddamn archives!
Ohhhh...so it's a calendar math moral, but it deals with UK seasons.
Okay. All right. I can dig it, so long as the writing is good and the plot is interesting.
So the UK seasons are just the US seasons but...pushed back by a month?
Oh no. Ohoho no. I can't fault the episode for this. No, no, I'm faulting the entire fucking UK culture. Love you bunches, but what the fuck are your calendar seasons?
(On to Part 2!)

20 questions for fic writers
tagged by @beautyofsorrow, tagging @lordgrimwing @faebriel and anyone else who wants to do it!!
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
publicly associated with my account, 45. in total, including a couple i orphaned before i knew you could put them on anon, 84 i believe. 85 if you count the two chapters of that leakira zine i wrote that are up there somewhere. i could be off. but i forgot how to get to where it shows me the total number and i can't be bothered lol.
2. What's your total A03 word count?
438,464 baby. maybe 500k in 2024? who knows.
3. What fandoms do you write for?
ones 90% of you have never heard of, at this point. it fluctuates depending on whatever i'm getting ideas for, but actively at the moment, the mullverse (mostly beyonders), resident evil, and lockwood & co, national treasure (might be done with that tho, i've exhausted my must-writes). i have other stuff knocking around, like life is strange, mona lisa smile, mlp, some more shazam, bendy and the ink machine, a tlou fic...but who knows.
4. What are your top five fics by kudos?
ugh. 1. in this fearful fallen place (i will be your home) 2. welcome home, theseus 3. sanctuary 4. i'll carry the weight of you, i swear 5. eat you alive. it says a lot that only one of those is still publicly listed on my profile. even then i'm tempted to put it on anon. they're only my top kudos'd by virtue of being from a big fandom. definitely not my best. at all. even within that fandom. free me and my stats page.
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
not all of them, but i make an effort when comments are thoughtful or especially brighten my day. it's easier now because writing for smaller very niche fandoms you don't tend to get a lot so i don't feel overwhelmed or anything, but man responding is hard sometimes. i want people to know they made me happy, though, when they do. so i try.
6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
i mean there's that tododeku one where they both die brutally and were supposed to get married next week. there's also the batcat fic that i wrote solely for the purpose of killing bruce wayne (sorry). there's um. also the klance titanic (historical not titanic the movie) au i wrote ages ago. haha. yeah. anyway.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
all of them. hfdsjkhfs no i honestly couldn't tell you. i have a mike flanagan-ass idea of a happy ending these days. maybe three's a crowd? hell if i know.
8. Do you get hate on fics?
i've had a couple instances of people harassing me over them but never like. "your fic is so bad i hate it die". so maybe?? i'm too obscure to be getting hate at this point lol. who out here is gonna read beyonders fic just to comment mean things.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
i do not. i did try years ago. that notebook has since been put through the shredder and dumped into the recycling bin for good measure. (yes, it was that bad.)
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
technically no but i've thought about it sometimes. they've all promptly fled my head though so just trust me on this one.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
gee i hope not. there's been a lot of suspicious similarities in some old cases but like. that literally does not matter to me anymore idc. it's not straight up theft in any case so not to my knowledge ig?
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
again not to my knowledge but i do have blanket permissions for that if anyone ever wanted to. it's cool.
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
back in the 2010s my friend and i were writing a warriors fic together. she did one chapter, i did one, etc. i've had collaborative aus as well (cat's cradle and whatnot) but not a collaboratively written fic for any of them. me and tam were writing the coma au together but we're no longer in the fandom for that anymore, rest in peace coma au you were genuinely wonderful. i'm not opposed to the idea of collab fics but they always feel like a lot of work and i'm way way way too anxious to approach anyone about them.
14. What's your all-time favourite ship?
ah hell. i dunno. do i have to pick one?? like right in this moment i'd say locklyle and they've been here a hot minute (like. ten years almost) but i don't really have A Favorite I'd Choose Over Anyone Else.
15. What's the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
mm. penumbra anastasia au haunts me. i want it out of my wips folder. also wild geese is probably never getting finished ever. i do think i'll get split ends done eventually but that one's taking forever. as for ones not posted, well, rip the gospel tent au. i might try to convert it to a short story but lord. i don't know. and don't get me started on the final girl au or the empty grave possession au. throwing myself out a window. they'll never be done i'll never be free.
16. What are your writing strengths?
uh. i honestly don't know anymore. knowing exceedingly tedious canon details to the point where i can make all sorts of metaphors and allusions relevant to said canon? i really couldn't say. introspection i guess.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
yes. next question
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
i have an overbearing anxiety that i will fuck it up somehow since i am a monolingual american loser. if i ever did need to i would definitely see if there's any native speakers willing to help translate or whatever bc i am not relying on google translate for that.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
like liv, lord of the rings. i still have my first fanfic btw. it's written on tinkerbell notebook paper.
20. Favourite fic you've ever written?
it changes. if i were to be completely objective (or as close as i can get), completely removing my emotions on fandom from the equation, prob without anesthetic. because i think i constructed it just right. being a dirty little subjective, right now i think it's three's a crowd or swallowing jupiter or the swing of things. they're all wonderfully unhinged.

Future Plans! (September Update)
COMMISSIONS (UPDATE) I presently have no idea when I’ll open for commissions at this point! I really want to tackle personal projects first. REFERENCE SHEETS Presently, I have seven male characters left to do for this round! The characters are Graphite Doodles my unicorn stallion, Chris the mouse, Evan the rabbit, Kyle my red fox, Gabriel the squirrel, Trevor Dawson my wolf, and Bud Blaze, my MLP earth pony! There will be more coming at some future point; I really want to establish my characters! Having references available has been really helpful! It takes about two weeks to finish these reference sheets. Sometimes I can finish them earlier; I’m hoping to finish these by the end of 2023! TRADES & GIFT ART I’m thinking about doing gift art and trades sometime in 2024! I don’t have a set date in mind; I mostly want to work on some personal projects first and then see how I feel! EXPRESSION PROJECT Something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time is a better version of the 25 Expression Challenge. I’ve done a few challenges a long time ago, and I know I’ve done one recently-ish with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. BUT! I haven’t done one when I’ve had this much self-esteem, self-compassion, and self-efficacy! Like, I feel like I could push myself well beyond what I’ve done before! I’m making a 100 Expression Challenge! You all are in for a treat! I might work on this at the same time as Tremmie and Evan series! TREMMIE & EVAN SERIES While I’m working on the 100 Expression Challenge, I want to dive into a passion project I’ve been wanting to start for 15 YEARS. I’m going to have a Tremmie and Evan sex romp series/comic! It’s going to be everything from sweet, silly, to hot and heavy and gooey! I want to give myself a fun challenge, and I think y’all would love it as much as I do! SOFT SHADING I’m also planning on dinking around with soft shading in 2024! I think I could make my art really pop with some quality shading and lighting! POSSIBLY SELLING SOME OLD CHARACTERS AS ADOPTABLES I am thinking of selling some characters as adoptables! There are 13 characters of mine that I'm never going to draw again, and I’m not going to combine them nor redesign them. I was thinking of making a ref sheet for each and selling the characters! The characters are: Callisto the skadger (skunk badger (spoken for), Sheila the Ringtail, Helen the spotted skunk, Heather the hedgevixen, Mindy the otter, Shazzy the felox (feline/fox), Brook the swift fox, Yasmine the red fox, Jessica/Jessie the arctic fox, Ian the whitetail buck, Liam the jackal, Nemo the snow leopard) and Natalia (striped skunk, formerly Natasha, and unrelated to Jim Hardimans’s Natasha),Todd Vickson, the [undecided] fox. I was also thinking I’d probably due ¾ front view and ¼ back view, and 1 fully clothed view, instead of the 5 views I’m doing for my own characters. I’m thinking I’ll do this sometime much later in 2024. FUTURE REFERENCE SHEETS (LATE 2023) I realized that there are also characters I wish to keep! There are 10 characters in addition to the above that I want to do ref sheets for. Some are my wife Mistletoe's characters! She's not involved with the fandom anymore, but we fully support each other's interests! She sees how happy my characters make me and still likes furry and MLP art! (The characters are: Betsy, the arctic wolf (may change her name), Celeste the genet, Holly Graham, the red Scottish vixen, Josh the striped skunk, Marissa the mouse, Miriam the mouse (thinking of a new design!), Mistletoe the snowshoe hare, Rose Bunny the arctic hare, Josh, the striped skunk, and possibly bringing back Tremaine, but as a simple red fox, not a hedgefox). This will probably be late 2024. POSSIBLE ART PACKS: Instead of a printed portfolio (10 images printed on cardstock with a cardstock cover), I was thinking of doing two art packs I’d sell online! Printing, shipping, and storing physical merch is a huge pain, so I figure I’d sell it online! II am thinking of Poking At Vixens 4: Revisiting The Classics and Poking at Vixens 5: Vixens Poke Back! FUTURE CHARACTER SERIES IDEAS! In no particular order with no set date, yet! How Sherri the negaskunk met Kyle the fox Kyle being seduced by Cindy the kitsune Evan and Bridget Chris and Andrea Bridget and Andrea Chris and Evan A very soft, sweet, and steamy series involving Bud Blaze the stallion being very attentive to Boninie the cow gal! Sherri introducing Kyle to Bridget and Andrea PONIES I still love My Little Pony a whole danged lot! I’m absolutely expecting to draw more ponies from here until the end of time! I’ve been into ponies (1984) way longer than furry fandom (1996); I still love both fandoms a whole lot! I want to do art ranging from general audiences to smutty! HUMANS Re-uploading my old art on my Tremaine account back in 2018 made me realize how much I missed drawing humans! There are a bunch of artists whose humans really inspire me, and I absolutely want to practice drawing them! Once I feel I’ve got some decent progress made I’ll share some art! LEARNING NEW STUFF And, of course, I’m hoping to keep learning new things all the time! Goodness knows I’ve already learned so much since I started back on this path in May! Self-esteem, self-compassion, and self-efficacy have helped me a great deal in learning to take constructive criticism better, as well as learning to self-criticize with the aim of improving my art! I feel like as long as I make “having fun” a priority, everything else is so much easier! DISCORD SERVER (MAYBE, EVENTUALLY, BUT NOT RIGHT NOW) Definitely not at this time, but it’s something I’ll consider for the future! I’d like to be more active art-wise and grow my community significantly more before I go that route! STREAMING! I am also planning on streaming eventually. My real concern is being able to split my attention between drawing and a chat! I think I’ll start after I’m done with my initial round of character reference sheets! I do want to watch more streams, too, but I still have the same problem! I pretty much ignore the stream to focus on my own art. I feel like this is a thing I’ll need to jump into and play by ear, so to say!

Hey guys!!! Thanks to our lovely anon/blog historian, Soupy, we now have a recorded history!! Blog lore, my beloved. I'll try and start adding in our new things too, but to any newbies out there, come take a look :):):):)
About the lore for this blog, i cannot remember everything, but i can do something about the cursed asks lore and history, since i just scrolled all the posts in the tags!
31 Jan 2021: an anonymous send an ask asking what people actually mean when they tell a ship if "pedophilic". This start a big number of asks about real survivor and how fucked up is fandom water down the word, purity culture, and consequently story time about harassing people in fandom for purity culture.
1 Feb 2021: someone speak about how much fucked up fics helped them. This probably opened the possibility of cursed asks. The same day, someone other send an ask about a terrible person known for harassing people about the sexuality of a character. The person is called "train fucker".
2 Feb 2021: anonymous point the attention on the train fucking thing. The cursed ask tag is created.
In the following hours, always in the cursed ask tag, people discover the fandom was Death Note and the guy was apparently in real attracted to trains and planes. Hell break down, memes are created.
History is made.
One of the characters will later become protagonists of the tag already existed. PKD already was knew since the 22 Jan 2021, when they sent an ask about the color asks and you had the intuition the tags he was probably someone with a piss kink and the tag "chronicles of piss" was created.
Cursed ask history part 2:
At this moment on time, the tags is still not clearly used. One of the First post tagged as such, the 9th Feb, is an anon answering to the ear fucking conversation about micropenis, while all the other posts are not tagged. The day after PKD enter the cursed asks tag, while the others ask still stay out of it. People start sending the stories they read.
12 Feb Hagrid/Hedwig fics are discovered. Owl fucking anon appear. Someone suggest a friendship between them and mlp guy.
Also mlp pony guy is a lore being who did not appear before in the #cursed asks, but already had their history in the simpler ask tag and in the previous cancel scale period, that we could call the ancestor of #cursed ask.
The First post tagged as cancel scale is from the 2nd Jan 2021. It was an anon answering your post of the same day "alright guys scale 1-10 how screwed r u if it ao3 history and bookmarks get released".
This is the gold era of this blog lore. The philanthropist, wound fucking discourse, rpf bdsm and mlp guy (with the first ask behind paywall) appeared during the first month and a half of the year, mixing at the end with the cursed ask tag.
Cursed ask history part 2:

Cursed ask history part 3:
The philanthropist appeared the same day #the cancel scale started. With their iconic "i am a shameless philanthropist and so my bookmarks are public. I eat dead doves for breakfast. Come on down to the buffet y'all! You want some wound fucking? 8-yr-old omega abortion? I got you fam, watch me scramble these eggs" they left a forever sign in this blog. Still to this days asks are written to know if they are good. They obtained a 12/10 in the cancel scale.
Wound fucking discourse started, also the same day, by CB answering "is that where the wound fucking comes in??" At a ask about vivisection and medical experimentation. Discourse about what classify as a wound and how it works continued trought the day.
Rpf bdsm is thought to have beat the philanthropist with their mix of rape, underage, incest in a foursome, huge age, rpf tentacles and, mostly, someone getting turned into a pickle and his partner fucking himself with it.
This also started a string of asks about people being transformed in object used for sex.
Rpf bdsm would appear again later that day to specify the pickle fic was a rpf.
Cursed ask history part 4 (i think? Already lost the count)
Mlp guy. The one and only. Always in the terrible 2 Jan 2021, they first appeared in the tags of an answer to a marvel ask. #Hey HEY mlp guy #u know who u r #i'm afraid to look at this ask #like yeah we saw some shit tonight but this blows that outta the fuckin WATER #y'all would dead ass have to pay me to post it
Someone noticed the tags and asked about it, and a strong sexual tension between everyone and the unpublished mlp ask started. Someone ended up paying, cause the ask was later published as last post of the day and terrorized every follower of the blog. It was published as screenshot of the ask, and is not even put in the #cancel scale.
MLP guy stayed so in the apex of the cursed asks for some months, till the Pokémon ask by soupy was published the 9th may 2021, taking home a 15/10. MLP guy made a Tumblr profile, @therealmlpguy, in retiliation, and reblogged answering with a new terribly cursed fic. CB have still not voted it, so who have the worst cursed ask is still in question.
The day of #cancel scale the blog fanficmemes lost many followers, but the story was, as we know, not finished.
Cursed ask history part 5
I like to stay an half cryptid of this blog, so i will not tell my blog of origin, but i can tell you I am Soupy. Also i need to know if i am actually considered a cryptic of the blog and if i need to make a lore post about myself XD.
This is starting to get hard cause i cannot reread what i already sent, but the end of the tunnel is near.
We already told about owl fucking anon in the cursed ask tag, but their story is a bit more longer. The cursed ask was actually their big return, and they are probably one of the most proficious lore making, having also a part in the creation of the PKD legend. They should really have their own tag.
How? Well.
The 17 Jan 2021, when the big part of the cancel scale was done and the elders of the lore created, they sent an anon ask about what the cancel scale made them remember. It was a fic, red when they were ten or eleven, about someone fucking an owl while the owl was on their period. Consensual, and apparently the authors were two teen girl who write only character x owl. Their mom proofread. CB answered with their profile picture, edited so that it red "i can't believe it's gotten even worse!" Instead of "i can't believe it's not canon".
This post created, if we want to say, PKD, cause their first ask, that assigned them piss kink, was yes about the color asks (that, in case someone does not remember, was CB asking what colors people assigned to them), but had as explanation "if you keep posting stuff like the owl period whatever". So the owl fucking anon indirectly created, the 22 Jan 2021, PKD.
Owl fucking anon continued their ascension to lore of the blog.
The 12th Feb 2021 sent an ask were they were surprised someone had found Hagrid x Hedwing fics, and than sent anther 9 parts ask about the story of how they red lot of cursed shits thanks to an old tumblr blog that had the links, and how from there they found an author who only published Hagrid x Hedwing, and how that introduced them to FF smut.
(it is also discovered they are only 15, baby, please, i am noone to talk with the shits i red at the time but i hope you are ok).
They are now consacrated in the memory of the blog.
Cursed ask history part 6
Before continuing with the history of the cursed asks, is now time to finally give a small talk about PKD. We know how they originated, but how they become so famous?
Probably is the fact they appeared so many time during the last months. Being it for cancel scale, cursed asks or just normal asks, they continue to give us company with their exploration of piss kink fic. Is true they soundly negate having the kink the first months, but after lot of memes and people speaking about it, the 25 Apr 2021 they finally admitted of having the kink, and discovered it reading an a/b/o Captain America fic.
I would suggest to read all the posts, but they stopped being tagged halfway through, so is half in the specific #chronicles of piss and half in the #cursed ask
Cursed ask history part 7
The big lore is finished, and now only the later history stay.
#cancel scale posts and #cursed asks post lived side by side for some days. The owl fucking one of the 12 Feb was actually the last cursed fic published in the cancel scale post, leaving the tag only for some history reference later.
#cursed asks saw the appearence of every type of cursed possible to thought, with scat and nipple fucking between the different tags. At the start there was no specific day chosen, but later, for CB schedule reasons, Saturday was assigned as cursed ask day, and some week later it was moved to Sunday.
And here we are, today, to see what other cursed things we will bring in this world
Cursed fic History part 8
The cursed fic History have been covered, but i still think is important to talk about some of the before time tags that created the good ecosystem for the creation of #cursed ask.
The most famous is #the lube discussion.
It started the 23 Aug 2020, when CB wrote a post about FF using the word "supple" in smut without the thing being actually supple. In the tag, they added #also #that does Not work as lube.
Some anon asked what was being used as lube, that was answered with "one was peanut butter. I will not discuss the other". This started the bug lube discussion, were everyone talked about what they continingly see used as lube when it cannot be used as lube.
Between the classics soap and blood, we see some more daring one as mud, yogurt, aloe vera, years, milk, hot sauce and the more intersting, cannoli (have no idea if they are talking about the cream you put in cannoli or some american thing i don't know).
Nothing reached cursed material, but it put the first seed for the blog.
#blog lore#my dearest soup#my response to your first letter will be posted swiftly#I got distracted bc I forgot that we don’t know each other irl#and I was gonna press some flowers for u#(they’re still being pressed but I’ll send a pic I forgot that I can’t send real flowers over text#but again thank you so much for doing this#also I really wish I would’ve tagged shit better#maybe I wanted to go back and reread chronicles of piss#but nooooooo I just had to forget about it halfway through#anyways here we go#cursed asks#the lube discussions#chronicles of piss

Looking back at my art from the 2010s. I went through and picked 1 piece I drew/wrote from each year that I felt either showed off my best art, my most iconic art, my best improvement, or was simply a personal favorite of mine.
There were a lot of possible choices and it was kind of difficult to narrow it down to 1 per year, since each piece tends to encapsulate so much more than just a single moment per year. Especially with stuff like Motherly Scootaloo or Aria’s Archives encapsulating so much history in a single picture. But under the Read More are my choices at the end of the decade:
1.) My Old Drawn Blog # 53
Man, the years before MLP existed were really weird for me. I knew I liked drawing and telling stories, but I had no consistent direction on what I wanted to do with my art. I was still jumping between different comics and ideas, and in 2010 I was going through some of the worst depression I’d ever felt in my entire life. I hadn’t even had the experience of being kicked out of the first place I tried to move out of home to yet. It was wild.
As for the ‘joke’ that seems ‘so obvious’ in this post, I had a running gag back then of the face the Flower makes, known as the ‘screaming window’ face. I drew it whenever I needed to draw something screaming in pain or fear for maximum comedic effect. Maybe I’ll bring it back some day lol
2.) Silent Ponyville
I couldn’t NOT put Silent Ponyville on this list. I was gonna have both 1 and 2 as different spots, but I wrote them both in the same year. That seems insane to me now?? Like WOW, I just WROTE those fics and then they became fandom-wide phenomenons. To the point where even in 2019 I’m still getting people drawing fanart of it, or people telling me “Yeah, I got into Fanfiction because I read Silent Ponyville”.
I don’t know if I’ll ever make a creative piece as universally known in a fandom as Silent Ponyville again, but I sure would love to make an original piece of art that is as beloved as Silent Ponyville one day, if not more so. It’s a testament to the fact that if I put my mind to it, I can create a really amazing horror experience, and I know I do plan to do so again some day.
3.) Pirate Dash x Dead Rainbow Dash
Who doesn’t love shipping wars that get large numbers of people involved? This is probably the second most involved in the ‘community’ I got, though it was certainly the better experience of the two. And it was all just for silly fun at the end of the day.
And funnily enough I never ACTUALLY shipped these two, I just thought the reactions from the creators seeing them be shipped was hilarious, so it just kind of grew from there. It was all fun and games at the end of the day, and made for a good memory, and a pretty dang ambitiously drawn pic for the time!
4.) If Twilight Wasn’t a Princess
2013 was surprisingly sparse as far as ambitious projects or art pieces go. I was in full swing with Motherly Scootaloo, and nothing really ‘amazing’ happened in 2013 for the blog. Which was surprising. But Season 4 of MLP DID happen! And it started with the Princesses going missing, and authority over Equestria being transferred to Twilight as the next closest Princess around. And with Cadance ruling the Crystal Empire, I thought, who did that leave to rule if Twilight HADNT been able to temporarily take the role?
And judging by the length of the comments section on DA, a lot of people found the idea hilarious as well lol. Blue Blood NEVER showed up again for the entire run of the show, and it’s a shame because there was a lot of hilarious joke potential they could’ve done with him. But ya know, the show is what it is is, and this joke still makes me laugh.
5.) My Time
My first original music video, with a song I had commissioned and everything! While it wasn’t my first video involving music and MLP, it was the first time everything was mine in one way or another. I wish I could write music, but the ambitiously talented AllLevelsAtOnce and Queen Mickey the Sass Master made this project well worth the time and effort put into making it!
And of course, it encapsulates the kind of futures I wish the CMC had acquired, with Sweetie Belle finally achieving her foreshadowed talent of singing. Apple Bloom built the stage, and Scootaloo likely would’ve ended up the choreographer if not for her baby. Sadly we shall only ever have fanon for that.
6.) Demonloo
Love or hate the wedding arc of Motherly Scootaloo, this will always be one of, if not my top, favorite panel from the entire arc. Scootaloo looks just so appropriately menacing, and the effects placed on her are glorious. And then of course, I love the little twist of “That’s not just an audience visual effect, she actually looked that way in the comic” rofl
Motherly Scootaloo was a trip that got weird with my inclusion of magic and magical beings from the show, so much so to the point that if I were to ever remake the whole thing one day, a LOT of that would be toned down. Probably to the point Chronus wouldn’t exist. But hey, things are the way they are, but I will forever love the art of this arc.
7.) A Motherly Scootaloo Christmas
If there ever was a picture that basically summarized the entirety of Motherly Scootaloo, it was this picture. Pretty much ever major character of the stories over the years was in the picture (minus Starlight) and showing their relations to everyone pretty much. I remember this picture basically killing me when I was drawing it, but was really proud at the time of how it came out. Of course, I could see how to improve it now, but I’m not gonna lol
It’s still crazy to me how many years Motherly went on for, and how much time and effort was put into it. But I’m still glad I did all of it over those years. It taught me so much about art, and about myself, and in the end, taught me the skills I needed to make art a true career for myself. And I’ll always love it for that. And introducing me to the best friends I’ve ever had, of course.
8.) Twilight-Midnight is PISSED
Look. I recognize the Aero crossover had some convoluted issues with it, but god DAMN if I didn’t enjoy drawing that fight scene! I GENUINELY loved every panel of it! I can only hope that in the future the fight scenes I draw will be just as fun to draw as these were. And as visually impressive!
That’s ultimately why this won my pic over say, the time-glitch arc with her Mom. The explosions, the action lines, the visual foreshortening, I’ve never seen such visual improvements in a single update from me quite like I have these entire scenes. When I push myself to be amazing, I can pull off some fantastic art, and I need to do it more!
9.) A StarTrix Christmas
2018 had a LOT of really good choices. Like. Too many choices. So many art pieces I was super proud of, so many pieces that showed growth as an artist, was a personal favorite, that people loved... So in the end, I went with the piece from the end of the year that is still a piece I hold up as truly a cultivation of how much effort I can put in to a picture.
Also it’s Christmas related. I LOVE Christmas. Never enough Christmas.
And as much as I hate FriendLight Glimmer, I still ADORE StarTrix content. It’s the good food for me, one of the rare things that the later era of G4 got right for me. And since I can make them be however I want in fanon, making them a GOOD loving couple was top priority for me, and I just adore them together. I truly do. And this picture is beautiful because of the love I put into it.
10.) Fate of the Lost Princess
I couldn’t NOT put Fate of the Lost Princess on this list. It’s too important to me, means too much to me, and shows my growth as an artist the most. And of the pages of Fate of the Lost Princess I have done so far, the piece of Tina and Noah on a bus stands out the most for me because, I ACTUALLY managed to make it look and feel like they were on a bus! I was so worried about this page and I spent so long working on making it look right, and in the end, I succeeded in a way I never thought I could!
It feels good to end the decade on my original webcomic, showing just how much I’ve grown as an artist. Going from a successful fanartist, to a successful original artist, that still does fanart on the side, but I’ve grown into my own person now.
I’ve lost track of how many times I tried to start an original comic, only to stop working on it and let it fade into obscurity. Fate of the Lost Princess is the most effort and work I’ve put into an original comic before, and I’m so proud of myself for not only getting as far as I have, but proud of how much effort I plan to put into it in the future, and how much effort I’ll put into the comics beyond Fate of the Lost Princess.
It represents everything that is me from the last 10 years, and I hope it’ll be the fantastic start of the 2010s I want it to be. And I couldn’t have picked something to be more proud of to wrap this decade up with.

If I may be so bold as to ask, what’s your opinion on ‘cringe culture’? Was talking about it with a friend and was curious to get your take if that’s alright! ~ Prince
Sorry I haven’t answered until now, Prince! I wanted to think how to answer this!
I won’t lie to you— a couple years ago, I loved cringe compilations a LOT! I never watched L*afy*sh*e*e bc that, even back then, was too far for me. I usually didn’t like those that had commentary. I mainly focused on weird/fringe fandom and fandom stuff I didn’t like as well as art
(Like those people who drew and shipped the very much real people from Hamilton... y’all... wtf you doing....)
To me, I kinda liked it bc it made me feel a bit better about the weird and cringy shit I use to do/make in the not so distant past if I’m being honest! That being said, I wasn’t an angel and tho I never went and talked to or hunt down anyone in a video or their page, I do feel I contributed to a toxic culture and for that, all I can do is make sure those around me feel safe to pursue what they wish and encourage others to let people be all the same.
“Cringe culture” isn’t exactly the easiest thing to talk about mainly because there are layers
(Like an onion)
Like are we talking 10 year olds on D.A? Or making animation memes? Are we discussing those weirdos who have weird fetishes like the Wonderbread Guy?
Are we discussing normal bronies or the stuff like the “Ponyn Cum Jar Experiment?”
Are we talkin people shipping CanonXOc or people who ship others in real life?
In any group you find of fans, you’re going to find people who simply have no self-awareness and do weird shit because humans love doing and saying weird shit. That’s just how it be, if we’re honest.
When it comes to (most) creative endeavors, esp with younger artists, I think people should in GENERAL leave them alone. This esp includes adults who go around DA and randomly “”””critique”””” characters and I use that word lightly since it’s very rarely real and sustainable critique.
When it comes to general fandom wank and other weird stuff, I think kinda the same thing. As long as you aren’t hurting anyone, go nuts. Do what you want. HOWEVER, if it’s something like... genuinely strange. Like shipping the dead founding fathers together or the weird side to MLP we all know about, I think you need to have some self realization ‘cause other people are allowed to say they don’t like your behavior and find it gross! Other people can have an opinion on you and the weird stuff you do! That’s just how it works!
Have I written and done and said cringy things? Oh fuck yeah I have, but I am also aware when I put it on the internet it stays here, and I now know to be more careful of things like that if I don’t want other people to possibly tell me their opinion or speak out about it. I wasn’t careful in the past, but I suppose that makes those times a learning experience above all else.
Now, that’s kinda the more tame stuff of cringe culture. Mainly pointing and saying “this is fucking weird” to weird stuff online. That’s kinda the stuff I use to consume back when I did participate in cringe culture. The darker side of cringe culture and what people really tackle more than anything is the belittling of people who may have mental health issues or be impaired online and attacking them. Or, attacking young kids who don’t know better and who clearly don’t have parents who are keeping a close enough eye on them.
One, the two groups listed above are usually innocent, are minding their own business about things, and in general sometimes don’t understand what they did to warrant others to attack them. It’s also really rude and oftentimes is ableist or ageist to do so. In general, you shouldn’t attack anyone online like a feral dog full stop. Ever. But those two groups are those most suspectible and the worst part of cringe culture is that it’s oftentimes done without others being aware and can’t say anything for themselves. To me, that’s insidious.
I’m not entirely sure how the internet shifted, but it did and probably for the better. I think Cringe Culture will always exist, both the lighter and more spectacle side of things as well as the side which goes out and actively attacks and hurts others. It’s unfortunate, but that’s the way the world is.
At any rate, cringe culture is def something less becoming of people now than in the past (on some sites...) and with more people speaking out against it, I do hope we can prevent this sort of “pointing and laughing and poking” in the future and better protect those vulnerable online.

What do you guys think of cringe culture? I remember writing up my own dragons for WOF when I read it a lil while back, and I found a few of the drawings and I kinda cringed but remember how happy I was and I kinda wanna go back to it (mildly nervous of what ppl would think but still)
oh you have come to the right person for cringe culture talk
short answer:
it’s stupid, fake, and all-around bad
long answer, and boy is it long:
the problem with cringe culture is that is almost inevitably directed at children having harmless fun. think of something cringey; chances are, you thought of “ten year old’s bad op oc” before, for example, “40 year old man getting into debates about anime on the internet”*. chew on that for a sec. why is a child having innocent fun…
…a bad thing?
it’s really not! like, children interacting with their favorite media(s) by making a character - often a self-insert, we’ve all been there - is literally enjoying the story so much that they want to be a part of it. that’s good! that’s GREAT, even! that’s a sign you’re doing a damn good job as a writer / artist / filmmaker / etc - your fans are so hyped about your world that they’d want to exist in it.
but then the people in fandom who have already learned that OCs To Have Fun With Are Bad** pass that lesson on to the next decade of tweens who made something for themselves and had the judgement of the digital world come down on it like the hand of god.
my first notable ocs were;
- a silver dragon, who could heal herself from the brink of death because she drank from a pool of molten silver, who also lost an eye and was super scarred because she was always getting in fights to do good. she had extensive, elaborate, unnecessary adventures and, of course, a tragic parenthood arc because i had been reading warriors books
- a half-dragon, half-pegasus mlp oc who literally angsted so badly he unleashed town-flattening destructive power that was absolutely never explained, and then died, and then ended up alive again because i decided that was too sad. this was the entirety of his story.
- a human who drops out of school and drives away to a nearby town, where she’s given shelter by an elderly werewolf woman, falls in love with the werewolf’s adult granddaughter, and they open a small town cafe where they all live happily ever after, as far as life allows. the physical manifestation of Death is also there.
those can all be very cringe if looked at by someone who wants them to be. but, of course, with only a few alterations you could plausibly use these descriptions on the superhero Wolverine, Anakin Skywalker, and… well, okay, I can’t think of an equivalent for the last one because I’m making the gay fantasy slice of life book I want to see in the world, but 2/3 isn’t too bad. it probes my point, which is, essentially:
when the ‘cringey’ ideas are done by skilled producers and are meant to be seen and responded to by the world, cough and the characters are straight white cis men cough people will accept them.
when the ‘cringey’ ideas are done by children or other, less skilled creators, generally for a small audience or just to self-indulge, and don’t say minority content doesn’t play a part here bc it often is included as cringe for being minority, people will make entire blogs dedicated to mocking them for not being up to the same standard that their million-dollar-production-value source material has.
basically what im getting at here is like… the only cringey thing about cringe culture is that people still use the term, like, genuinely. it’s fake! you’re just putting a goofy name on mocking children on the internet! bake a cake or something!
so long as it’s not hurting anybody, what’s the hecking point in acting like it’s the end of the world that someone has an oc with a rare pigment mutation and powers unexpected for their species and has an angsty backstory where their family cast them out***?
if what you’re doing isn’t harmful, there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. if you love something, love it. just don’t expect to be catered to if it’s not a media directed at you**** and don’t get in the way of the actual target audience enjoying it*****.
just be normal! just be a person enjoying something. i assure you that such a thing happens all the time. there are people who like star wars that don’t know what the word fandom means, and god some days i wish i were them.
*adults doing freaky shit are, in fact, the only people who deserve the term
**they have often learned this by being a part of the decade prior to the one that they are teasing. anyone who gets super upset about “””cringey””” ocs more than 10 years after having that phase needs to turn off the computer and go for a walk
***just so none of you get any ideas, this sentence is genuinely me describing one of my current OCs, Drifter
****looking at you, bronies
*****also looking at bronies; there used to be a designated safe search cleanup event bc of all the nsfw content of cute cartoon horses. as far as i know, this has not changed.

Things you should know before becoming a mutual
List 10 or more things you find to be essential for your blog. Essentially, highlight your rules! Let people know what they should be aware of and expected, from you! Then tag anyone you would like to learn more from! Feel free to steal this~
You must be at least +18 years old to even follow this blog. I’m well over the +20 years old mark, I’m uncomfortable having minors around me and my blogs (ageless blogs will be softblocked). I’m also constantly delving on subjects that just aren’t suitable for any minors, so really, there’s absolutely no reason why they should be here, period.
Your blog must have: a rules page, muse’s info, a sample of your writing (I have a preference for para/lengthier replies. I don’t like heavily formatted replies, if I find myself struggling to read your stuff then I will give it a pass) and there shouldn’t have a lot of OOC/things that are unrelated to RPing (negativity, personal stuff, political rambles, support of call out culture, heavy on the discourse side of things, etc.).
Be mindful, english isn’t my first language! While I welcome and accept help with my grammar/writing, don’t use that to your advantage, so you can spin & twist the things I say for whatever reason. I’ve had this happen to me one too many times, and I guarantee you it’s not fun.
Mun =/= muse. If you don’t have that concept clear, and you have a hard time separating those things. Then don’t even bother coming close to me.
This goes without saying but, fictional kins and self-inserts aren’t welcomed here. I feel IMMENSELY uncomfortable with people who heavily live through their muses, due to very bad experiences in the past. I’m not here to fulfill anyone’s fantasies.
Be upfront about what makes you uncomfortable, establish your boundaries and don’t ever be afraid to tell me I’ve crossed a line for you whenever we are plotting/writing something. I ALWAYS ask this to all of my partners, whenever I approach anyone to get discussions going. I always ask out of genuine care, for the other. Unless you tell me I’ve screwed up, there’s no way I’ll be able to fix it or even apologize to it.
The fandoms I outright refuse to interact with: MLP, Undertale, Homestuck and FNaF. The series I’m the most familiar with: Pokemon, Castlevania, Sonic, YGO, League of Legends and Tekken.
Things that will make me unfollow: too much unrelated stuff to RP being constantly posted, if I feel like I’m only being used as a +1 follower to your count and lastly. If I no longer can see our muses interacting, either because their developments are clashing or plotting has taken nowhere.
I preemptively block users, that rub me in the wrong way. I also softblock users, when I don’t want them following my blogs. Take the L, don’t try to reach me out through other means. And for the love of God, don’t try to send people in an attempt to score an answer for you.
I’m going straight to the point: I don’t do well with people, who are CONSTANTLY moving around, every other day making new blogs then abandoning old ones, picking up new muses and every so often changing their pen names. It’s nothing personal, but I’ve learned how there’s no enjoyment I get out of those folks. I really need partners who wish to stick around, for the long run.
Just because we’re mutuals, and we’ve exchanged a few messages, it doesn’t mean we are friends. It’s nothing personal, but please let things take its natural course. I’ve been in this awkward situation, one too many times over the years.
I will not dumbify or tone down my portrayals, please, avoid muses that you know will touch on subjects that are touchy or make you uncomfortable. No hard feelings.
Shipping is FUN, but that’s not my priority. I’m definetely being a lot more chill in this blog about that, compared to my other ones. But still, I take huge enjoyment out of plotting & developing my muses. As such, shipping ends up taking the backseat most of the time.
It’s pretty easy to tell when someone is trying to befriend me, in hopes of scoring freebies from me. You guys aren’t being subtle at all...

Shippings are FUN, but they really aren’t a priority to me. If that’s all you’re really looking out of me, then we won’t mesh well. Don’t treat me and my muses as just another addition, to your collection of shipping partners either. Also for the love of God, make sure I’m open to writing a specific ship in the first place (there are a handful across my muses, that are straight ‘no’s to me). That’s an easy way to tell when someone, didn’t bother reading through my rules.
Also, hi. It’s pretty easy to tell when someone is trying to befriend me, in hopes of scoring freebies from me. You guys aren’t being subtle at all...

MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC: FAME AND MISFORTUNE *OPINIONS*
A new episode written by M. A. Larson after almost 2 years of silence (last episode he co-wrote was ‘Rarity Investigates’ back in September 2015)!
Considering he wrote some of the best episodes from previous seasons, it was about time he came back into the MLP family!
Holy Celestia, and speaking of come backs, not only we had some old G3 ponies (Toola Roola and Cocunut Cream), but we finally see the Friendship Journal again! Last time we saw that was in ‘Twilight’s Kingdom - Part 1′.
BTW, how much time passed since that episode in the pony universe? I mean, judging by the state it was when Twilight showed it to Starlight at the very beginning, she either kept it in very poor conditions (in which case, shame on her) or a really lot of time passed between the end of Season 4 and (a little more than) the middle of Season 7.
Anyway, is it just me, or this whole episode seemed to be like some kind of social commentary on the actual state of the fandom? I mean, if you look on how the episode went on, it basically showed all the different kinds of groups and commentaries it goes on the net in the fandom (or in every fandom really): people disliking a character to its fullest, people liking a character to the point of idolizing it, people taking some episodes or things done by some character too much seriously, and so on.
Sure, the episode might also be seen as a sort of lesson about the fact that things that may have a meaning to someone may be completely misinterpreted by someone else or it can even have a totally different meaning to others, but I believe the social commentary theory is the closest to reality.
Quite frankly, I don’t know how to feel about this episode, maybe because even I happened to fall into some of those categories of people (or in this case, ponies) from time to time (overanalyzing things, not liking certain characters, looking at any little inconsistancy in the show....hell, I even pointed out the state the Friendship Journal was at the very beginning of this post ‘cause I wrote that part before watching the whole episode).
I believe, though, what we can all take from the episode, is that, no matter what, there’ll always be someone who will see the show and get the positve lessons it tries to teach (in the case of the episode, with Toola Rooola and Cocunut Cream, which seemed to be the only ones to really appreciate the Friendship Journal and were positively inspired by it).
My Final Verdict: 7/10. The social commentary vibe the episode had might upset some people in the fandom, but, after a little thinking, I find it kinda clever, and that gives the episode what it needs to be better than a slightly over the average episode. Also, the song was really good, so that helped too.
Next Episode: A new episode starring Spike, but at least there will also be the return of both (Prince? King?) Thorax and Princess Ember, so that might help the episode to not completely suck (See? Still doing it, still judging an episode before it even aired....WHEN WILL WE EVER LEARN???)

5, 7, and 23 for salty asks!
5. Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?
Pbtbtbtbt I’d have to think about that. Uhhh…probably a lot of SU ships because there’s so much vitriol towards everything, especially ships. ships in outlast, too, I guess? I’ve never been too big on outlast shipping in general but the fandom overhypes so many ships and makes it all about that sort of stuff (if you played outlast you know the one. the fucking one)
7.Is there anything you used to like but can’t stand now?
A lot of the stuff that was popular but swallowed up by people calling it cringe has affected me ‘cause of the fuckin peer pressure i guess, lol. not that I hate these things but stuff like undertale and fnaf gives me that gut reaction to stop looking, lol. maybe stuff like bendy too. I never understood bendy in the first place
also os/omat/su. i’ll never forgive what the fandom fucking did to that anime hooooly SHIT. same with mlp
23. Unpopular character you love?
Fandoms have got to this point where people will flock to the background characters, to the 5-second-screentime characters, and etc. it’s hard to even…FIND characters considered unpopular nowadays, to be honest?
but uhh…..olan hoyt from LISA is one of my favorite side characters in the game. like yeah I get it bo’s cool with his diving helmet and harvey’s a fucking fish lawyer, but olan’s my dude. love that drunk hanzo-ass motherfucker
back in my he/tal/ia days when i was 10 years old kugelmugel and ladonia were my faves!
send me some salt-related questions!

I Feel Partially Responsible
One of the most satisfying moments of season 6 was when Queen Chrysalis bitch-slapped Starlight Glimmer’s offer of redemption. We would’ve accepted it, I guess, but we’ve had… a number of reformed villains. A very large number.
And admittedly, I’ve talked about this a lot (I’m surprised people aren’t sick of me yet), and I’m definitely not the only one, but the reason we’ve had so many redemptions and the reason I won’t shut up about it are one in the same.
This fandom loves us some reformed, tragic characters.
Go back about 5 years, and Luna was worshiped. Well, Woona was. Or the socially awkward, gamer Luna that became a thing after Luna Eclipsed.
And Luna’s far from the only character who got a boost in popularity once they joined the light side. Some of the characters we’ve responded to the most happen to be reformed characters—and you can argue the amount of reformed villains skews whatever that statistic is, but that’s my point.
It might not just be that we have a lot of reformed characters because the show staff likes reforming them, but maybe, at least in part, because we’ve responded so well to the characters who have been reformed. Well, I mean, for the most part.
But this the best of the best. Or, I guess, the best of the worst, you could say.
Important Note: I didn’t do this on purpose, but after starting my list, I remembered our good friends at WatchPony. And lo and behold, one quick search on their channel brought me to their Top 10 Reformed Villains in MLP. Damn my unoriginality!
But I still had enough to say about my choices, so I did my best to limit the overlap between these their list and my list (although there are two choices that are the same number). I thought it’d be best to warn you ahead of time: WatchPony did it first and you should absolutely support them.
In fact, maybe this’ll make it more interesting.
If you want, you can watch their list or read mine, and then watch/read the other. Comparing the order and the reasons behind them could be fun, I hope!
Or not. Just so long as you know I’m at least trying to differentiate and add some value to an idea that’s already been done (and done well).
Honourable Mentions
Wow, that pout
Nightmare Rarity
The Flim-Flam Brothers
Scorpan
Iron Will
Gloriosa Daisy
#10. Gilda
Here’s someone the fandom never thought they’d like! And for that, she gets extra points. It’s one thing to go from a decent baddie to a paragon of goodness, but to go from making Fluttershy cry and anatoginizng Pinkie Pie to decently decent? That’s impressive.
She also was the first to give us a sympathetic look into griffin culture—how they’ve been defined by their greed and scrupulousness because of the depression they’re in. Gilda herself has to work to leave the place, which makes it all the more heart warming to see her instead work to slowly make Griffinstone a friendlier place. Now that’s character progression!
#9. King Sombra (Comics)
Yeah… as with anything in the comics, you can debate if it’s canon all you want, but the golden rule for B-Canon is that it’s canon until proven otherwise, so, heck, I’m counting it!
This one’s especially awesome because you get not one but two of the more poignant redemptions! The Reflections arc Sombra and the main universe Siege of the Crystal Empire Sombra! That first one might seem like a load of bullcocky, but in the eyes of audience members, the first story is one of redemption, because to us his character goes from bad to good (to bad again).
The Good Sombra himself never changed from bad to good, I know, so it’s a technicality, but that’s why it’s low on the list. It’s a heartbreaking arc because we’re so new to this good version of Sombra, but I digress, that’s not the reason Comics! Sombra is on the list.
I actually think you couldn’t have the second Sombra redemption arc without the first—since they imply that there’s a sort of balance that needs to be struck with this parallel universe. Meaning, because the Good Sombra went bad at the end of the Reflections arc, the Sombra in the main universe had to go good to compensate.
So, yeah, it’s all relevant. Not just talking about it because I’m a sucker for that arc.
The actual redemption arc comes in the form of the story that continues from the Sombra Fiendship is Magic issue to the Siege of the Crystal Empire arc. The story overall may be a bit cluttered here and there, but in addition to giving us the scariest looking monsters they could have in a kids comic (with the silliest sounding name to offset it: Umbrum), it presented another genuinely likeable love story to seal the redemptive deal.
Each of Sombra’s better moments are times when he’s in love. Which, in hindsight, seems rather fitting, given that his origins are in the Crystal Empire, the empire of the Princess of Love.
So, here’s to the sweet-hearted Sombra: may his love always surpass his fear.
#8. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon
Double-whammy, you say? Cheating, you say? All of the above!
Technically putting two separate characters in one spot is unfair, but you can’t really talk about Silver Spoon’s redemption without Diamond Tiara’s. And if I were to separate them, Silver Spoon honestly wouldn’t make the list, so I thought it’d be more fun this way.
With that said, Silver Spoon has by far the funniest redemption on this list. She doesn’t go through some life-changing journey, or has any real foundation-shifting epiphany. Just a sassy, satisfying comeback that shows that she’s not just Diamond Tiara’s loyal follower no matter what. Just funny.
And then there’s Diamond Tiara herself. Loads of people have talked about her redemption before by this point, and in particular how it was generally likeable but would’ve been even more believable and interesting had we seen any flickers of doubt or moments of pause with her mom in prior episodes.
But, what can I say? If it’s done well enough, I’m a sucker for a good musical, and not only did the songs and scenes in between sell the emotions behind her turn-around, it honestly made me root for her. She should still make up for her past, but I can’t deny that it was the perfect bookend to that chapter of her and the CMCs’ lives. Way to go, DT. You made me cry (in a good way).
#7. Thorax and the Changelings
Now, okay, I get the reservation. We never saw Thorax himself be particularly evil, but he did grow up in a society that championed the stuff. He was taught certain values by the culture around him, and was even indoctrinated one way or another as a changeling soldier.
So his choice to find actual honest-to-goodness friendship counts as redemption to me. He’s rejecting evil when he can see that his doubts weren’t unfounded, that there should be another way for him, and ultimately, another way for his people.
He and Gabby both realized what they lacked in their culture through seeing Equestrians and their love, but with Thorax, he had to outright renounce the traditions and ideology of his culture. And he was so cute while doing it!
The changelings following suit shows us Thorax was likely far from the only one who ever had hesitation feeding the way they did. When the opportunity came about to survive and be morally upright, it seems like almost all of the changelings took it. Perhaps a fraction followed Chrysalis off-screen, I wouldn’t oppose a ret-con like that, but the point is, the chose to change under the guidance of a truly worthy King.
Hail to thee, King Thorax. Long may you reign!
#6. Sci-Twi/Equestria Girls Twilight
In true Jekyll and Hyde fashion, the pursuit of knowledge is not always the loftiest ideal, proved by this pick: Mightnight Sparkle.
There’s an argument to be made that because Twilight never intended harm to come to anyone until she got sucked into that glowing light, she was never really “evil,” per se. More a victim of circumstance.
But I don’t know. Her device grew more dangerous as time went on, but she didn’t care. And the less she cared (which in this movie meant the less was cared about), the more dangerous it got, until she couldn’t control it.
I mentioned Jekyll and Hyde not because of the Sci-Twi/Midnight comparison, but because the theme of that tragedy was, as the old saying goes, ‘the path to hell is paved with good intentions.’ Dr. Jekyll’s original intention with the potion was to rid himself of all his bad qualities, but as the story goes on, in the pursuit of science, he loses control more and more until the unthinkable. Just watch Ink Potts’ fantastic animatic of Pinkie in that story if you need a refresher. It was a choice to pursue that knowledge further and further, and that’s what doomed both the titular Mr. Hyde and our very own Sci-Twi.
Since losing that control and accepting Sunset Shimmer’s offer of actual love and friendship, the lonely Sci-Twi has gone on to still try to tackle problems on her own, even her P.T.S.D.
It’s why Twilight gets her big ‘Friendship is magic!’ realization at the end of the fourth movie. Isolation and the resulting obsessions are what made Twilight a villain, and it’s the acceptance that those things don’t have to be real anymore that lead her to make the right choices.
But hey, we already knew Twilight was better with her friendships, didn’t we?
#5. Starlight Glimmer
You knew we’d get to her eventually! As someone who likes Starlight and her delightfully questionable morals, I’ve very much enjoyed her character, both as a villain, and as struggling friendship student.
Although, I do get why there’s such a divide. I don’t pretend to know all the reasons, but I think the main reason—even more than ‘she was instantly forgiven at the end of season 5′ (because most of these redemptions weren’t earned until after the fact) or ‘she’s an actual sociopath/seems disingenuous— is that infamous backstory scene.
Even as someone who can forgive it, I understand. The execution made it seem like that small, if hurtful event was what made her into a full blown villain. When it feels like a character’s main motivation is a gross overreaction, it can be hard to relate to them. You start asking questions like ‘Why didn’t you just ___?!’ or ‘Seriously? That’s so irrational!’
Believe it or not, it’s not a fundamentally broken idea, just one that wasn’t executed well. I mean, yeah, there are logical inconsistencies with her backstory—she could’ve reached out to Sunburst. But I can think of another character who let a tiny event shape their entire world, and who subsequently let their emotions blind them to logical solutions to their problems.
Moon Dancer.
Moon Dancer swore off friendship entirely after Twilight didn’t show up at her party. And I think there are a few reasons why that one worked for so many more people than Starlight’s story did.
Yet both Moon Dancer and Starlight had somewhat of a breakdown to express that their decision was primarily based on emotions, not logic. Moon Dancer’s problems would’ve been solved as easily as Starlight’s, too—if she had gotten in contact with Twilight, somehow, they could’ve cleared things up. But why don’t we question that?
The big differences are how recent these events are, and the severity of their reaction.
Time-Order Moon Dancer: this small event was implied to be the last straw for her, after years of not having very many friends aside from Twilight Starlight: this event was the first straw, if you will, but we didn’t get to see the years in between or how things developed over time, gradually— hence, it feels like an instant overreaction, as if she went from 0 to 100
Severity Moon Dancer: Doesn’t want to be hurt again, becomes a complete shut-in, only ends up hurting herself Starlight: Doesn’t want to be hurt again, _________, cutie marks are to blame/mindset develops, is able justify to herself some messed up stuff
So this is where season 6 comes in, and why there’s still such a divide on this one issue (among others, I’m sure).
For a number of people, Starlight’s character lost a lot of believability because all of this seemed like such a huge overreaction. After losing that trust in her, it’s gotta be hard to give her a chance, even if you wanted to stay open-minded.
Whereas people who could overlook that momentarily, understand enough to shrug it off, or just empathize with her might’ve been able to see the things that season 6 helped contextualize.
Like, the season 6 premiere shows us the anxiety she had reuniting with Sunburst, especially since the whole, you know, dictator thing. That anxiety that she’d be rejected again seems to me to be part of the reason she isolated herself for a long time after losing Sunburst to his school.
And the whole Starlight relies on magic arc (especially in Every Little Thing She Does) shows us she doesn’t just have a fear of rejection, but a fear of failure. She copes by relying on something that came naturally to her, and overcomes that fear along with the fear of rejection once again, in the season 6 finale.
Having that outlined in such great detail throughout the season helps me fill in the blanks between the time Starlight was a child and lost her best friend, to the Starlight we met in the beginning of season 5.
I do wish her backstory was executed better to show that even though that one event was the catalyst, it’s in fact Starlight’s own actions that isolated her.
Really, the order seems to go like this after Sunburst leaves:
Starlight: Doesn’t want to be hurt again, becomes too afraid he’ll reject her to reach out to him and isolates herself, relies on her magic to gain approval, is still alone, becomes good at justifying things/blames cutie marks instead of Sunburst or herself, slowly develops an ideology so she won’t be alone anymore, goes too far because she’s really good at justifying things to herself, etc. etc.
That’s why I’ve really enjoyed Starlight’s redemption. Even though some parts of her development really could’ve been executed better, there’s enough there for me to see that she’s a surprisingly interesting and 3-dimensional character.
Plus, I just enjoy her snarky personality (she will always be Snarklight to me). Not gonna lie, that’s just fun.
Over the course of this past season, I grew to like the reformed Starlight more and more because her redemption has certainly been the most interesting. I think we can agree on that, no matter what tone of voice you use to say it: her redemption has been interesting.
#4. The Great and Powerful Trixie
And here we have a truly flawed character, whose short-comings are what make her so irresistibly adorable: The Great and Powerful The Humble and Penitent Trixie!
Right from the start, the self-proclaimed Great and Powerful Trixie constantly boasts that she’s the best around, but because the world around her seems to inevitably prove her wrong, or at the very least roll its eyes, her lack of self-awareness is… well, kinda endearing.
Her ego-driven claims aren’t taken seriously enough to be annoying—everyone seems to just shake their head at her—so that her continual drive to entertain and prove her over-evaluated self-worth is just fun to watch. There’s something adorably pathetic about that.
Which is why I think there’s a little bit of a lovable loser vibe to Trixie. Just a bit. Something about how she lives in her wagon, trips running away at the end of Magic Duel, or continually finds herself second to Twilight—I don’t know. I think there’s something about the fact that she’s so self-absorbed and not really aware of it that seems immature, but in a cute way. Kinda like a pouty, spoiled child, without ever crossing into irritating brat territory.
Not to say she’s too immature or incapable of growth. In fact, that’s when she gets even cuter! The line “Let’s be great and powerful together” is so ridiculously cute that I still don’t know what to do with myself. Even more than Twilight’s reluctant, but still warm accepting of Trixie’s apology (I always love how Twilight legitimately looks like she wants to tell Trixie no for a second), this was her big moment of character growth: realizing how much Starlight meant to her.
She gone from a pitiable character who seemed like they were too narcissistic to ever change, to someone who would go to the ends of Equestria and back to support a friend. Now that’s a redemption!
#3. Discord
Speaking of, ‘beyond hope.’ Here’s a villain no one particularly expected to turn good. This was before most of these baddies got a second chance, too, so a redemption for a villain this beloved was a pretty big deal.
Especially because Discord was such a delightfully evil villain. He had so much fun with it and appreciated his own chaos so deeply that it was hard not to love to hate the guy. Or just love to love him!
So, like a lot of the contenders on this list, Discord’s redemption felt a bit rushed. The dude was so into causing disharmony and so infinitely powerful that he can snap most any problem away, not to mention being thousands of years old—seems like you could expand on his redemption for a whole season, if this were a serial show.
But all the things that made the initial moment of redemption feel rushed later were addressed in Discord’s backslide into being evil, which where his redemption really shows it’s value.
That whispered line delivery when Discord realizes he actually trusted Tirek to be his friend is so wonderful. And that moment (and his whole story in that two-parter) compliments another from the Luna and Discord Friends Forever comic. I bring this up too much, I think, but only because it’s one of the greatest moments of character development and commentary the comics have to offer, in my mind:
Discord feeling as though it’s inevitable that he’ll hurt the ones he cares about is a bit heart-wrenching. Until, of course, you realize Luna’s right: there’s more to what happened with Triek than just a backslide.
It’s a bit ironic. Here Discord’s afraid that there’s no stopping himself from eventually returning to his evil ways, but in fact, we saw that once he started caring about Fluttershy and the rest, he inevitably looked for friendship. Even if it was in the wrong place at the time.
Discord’s learning to let himself care about ponies. He can never fully change his chaotic, trouble-making nature, but he’s so extremely new to relationships. It really is like teaching a sociopath how to love, except less grim, because Discord is actually capable of learning. Slowly, and with baby-steps.
And learn he does. By the time we get to the season six finale, he will tear apart the fabric of reality (or in this case, go on an adventure where he can’t use magic) to make sure Fluttershy’s safe.
Reformed Discord has been a round longer than the evil Discord was in terms of screen-time, but his has always been an arc centered on trust. Fluttershy trusting him when he didn’t deserve it. Twilight and the girls constantly being skeptical, and Discord constantly giving them reasons to be skeptical. Even Discord struggling to trust himself, if this comic is to be believed.
But in fact, the point has never been to change Discord completely. After all, we as an audience fell in love with his mischievous nature, and delight whenever we get to see it pop up in fun ways. So, while he hasn’t changed in terms of his chaos, we can trust that he’s changed where it counts.
#2. Sunset Shimmer
Oh, pardon me. My bias is showing. I really love Sunset. For some reason, over the past year I became especially attached to her and now she tops my favourites list. It’s a problem (for my poor followers).
But, lucky for me, the fandom as a whole loves Sunset, too, so I can at least say there’s actual reasons to praise her redemption arc, instead of just shoving who I like at the top.
In the interest of keeping my bias to a minimum here, we’ll start by admitting that in the first Equestria Girls movie, Sunset was a really flat character. Pretty stereotypical, outside of an intriguing backstory that was unfortunately relegated to just brief exposition at the time.
Her turn-around seemed quite sudden, and everyone around her was pretty willing to forgive her, it seemed. So, not many people were huge Sunset fans after the first one, but it’s downright shocking how well the writers developed a stereotype of a villain in hindsight!
What I love most about Sunset’s arc is how it builds and builds. Each movie builds off the last, to the point that it feels like there’s a natural flow to her development.
Like, Rainbow Rocks is all about her guilt and the continuing distance between her and her new friends (and the school at large, of course). You can tell she’s really been humbled, which is both endearing and a great story-beat towards the end, where she finally realizes she has to speak up even though she’s not experienced in friendship.
Then there’s Friendship Games, where Sunset’s noticeably closer to the girls and is even the one they look to for advice. Now that’s she’s grown closer to them, though, she’s more protective, and we get to see that her anger problems didn’t just vanish when she was reformed. She’s also instrumental in giving Sci-Twi another chance because of how she’s grown since she was given her second chance.
And in Legend of Everfree, she not only takes on the mentor role, but demonstrates that she learned not to let her protectiveness blind her to people’s feelings. Plus, she’s just a bit goofier, and I think that just goes to show that she’s happier and more secure in her friendships. A healthier person overall.
Sunset’s not perfect even though she’s continually driven to improve herself, and I think more than anything, that’s what makes her such a fan-favourite. Her on-going struggles to be better.
#1. Princess Luna
Well, I think we all saw this one coming, but what can I say? She’s earned it.
The story of Nightmare Moon is like a classical tragedy, in a number of ways. The story of a hero whose hubris leads them to their own, often ironic, downfall. In Luna’s case, a deep, unrelenting loneliness spawned a jealousy and pride that would lead her to becoming Nightmare Moon—which isolated her on the moon for a 1000 years.
From that simple, yet powerful starting point, we start our series and our first ever redemption. It really did set the tone for the reformations to come, didn’t it? At the time, it was easy to accept that rainbow lasers had the power to instantly make a character good and that everyone around said character could forgive them on the spot.
Nightmare Moon and Luna were different entities, but it still didn’t change the fact that it was her fault.
But, like a lot of the redemptions to follow, Luna truly earned that forgiveness later.
By teaching and supporting others through her dream-walking, by adjusting to a time-period 1000 years ahead of the one she came from and learning to have fun with her subjects, and by letting go of her guilt and pain before it caused her to make the same mistake again, with the Tantabus.
By the very nature of being the less beloved, depressed, nocturnal sibling, she was bound to get some love (everyone loves an underdog, right?), but Princess Luna’s growth set the standard for what can be done with a redemption arc. And after all the stories we’ve gotten since, I for one am glad she got a second chance.

Answer literally all the OC questions pls
HOO BOY THANK YOU ANON
1. Your first OC ever?
That would be Seren! She started out as my Warriors OC in sixth grade - Dragonclaw, a neon green, red, and orange cat with spike collars and bat wings. I called her the leader of Blood Clan and made her Scourge’s mate and oh lord it was a nightmare. She’s gone through a lot of redesigning through the years and now she has a feral cat form and a human form? As a cat she’s like a partially albino Norwegian forest cat with moss growing on her back and bits of fur matted with blood and an old torn dog collar she probably found on the streets and thought looked cool. As a human, she’s a muscular tribal woman bearing a large spear of sorts and clothing made from torn fabric and a tiger pelt. I like her human rendition a lot better tbh.
2. Do you have a personal favourite among your OCs?
Answered!
3. Have you ever adopted a character or gotten a character from someone else?
I have! One of my old cat characters, Mandy, was a black cat with rainbow accents that I adopted years ago on DeviantART for like 5 points. Then my friend gave me her old Hetalia OC…I believe it was D.C.? As in Washington D.C.? But I don’t use my Hetalia characters anymore now that I left the fandom.
4. A character you rarely talk about?
That would definitely be Flint. Flint is a steampunk pirate character made for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign I had with a couple buddies last year. I’ve hardly talked about him at all but I love him too.
5. If you could make only one of your OCs popular/known, who would it be?
Iagan!!! Iagan is my little ball of fluff and happiness that would love to brighten anyone’s day. Plus I’m pretty sure he’s the most likely of all my OCs to become popular if any of them did.
6. Two OCs of yours that look alike despite not being related?
YES. Flint and Feuhorbe (as a human) look a lot alike because Flint’s design was based off of Feuhorbe’s. The difference between them is that Flint is thicker than Feuhorbe and their hair, eye, and skin colors are different. That and Flint has scars and is more Spanish-based whereas Feuhorbe has vitiligo and is Brazilian.
7. Are your OCs part of any story or stories?
Well…Iagan is (and I cringe when I say this) an Undertale OC, and Rev is a part of a story/universe that Griffin created. Carlisle and Vincent used to follow this sort of post-apocalyptic storyline I had going for an RPG my buddy Roman was making, but the idea got scrapped and I kept the characters, so now they aren’t exactly a part of anything. And then…there’s my old Hetalia OCs…Riccione (originally Sparta), Toronto, and D.C.
8. Do you RP as any of your OCs? If you do, introduce one of your RP OCs here!
I don’t actually RP as my characters anymore, but I used to RP with Riccione all the time in middle school. She’s a chubby professional dancer who runs a night club in Italy and maybe plays the violin? I can hardly remember.
9. Would you ever be willing to give any of your OCs to someone else?
I mean, their old designs? Absolutely. I’m slowly selling those on my DeviantART - mostly ones I don’t use anymore, like Warriors cats and my old fursona and a few others.
10. Introduce an OC with a complicated design?
FEUHORBE MY LORD. He’s actually not that complicated, but his vitiligo can be difficult to draw and as a furry, he’s a horse piñata whose colors follow a specific pattern based on an actual piñata I stole from one of my friends in the dorm room across from mine after their birthday. But there’s also Zane, a genderless dog dragon demon thing that someone gifted me as an avatar on the website Whirled, who I turned into my own character. I’m not sure if they were originally someone else’s OC that was given away or what, but I can’t find any other pictures of them or their species anywhere, so I’m keeping them as my own until further notice. Their design features horns and blue to black gradients and wings with holes in them and various scars.
11. Is there any OC of yours you could describe as a “sunshine”?
IAGAN!!! I can’t explain it enough, he’s literally a ray of sunshine.
12. Name an OC that isn’t yours but who you like a lot.
Oh man…there are these animators on youtube who I watch all the time and I’m in love with their characters/fursonas. There’s Mystery, who belongs to Sleepykinq, Puppers(?), who belongs to kittydog, and Yagi, who belongs to Scotch.
13. Do you have any troublemaker OCs?
Sonni is my little troublemaker. He’s a jokester and also a Dungeons and Dragons character, and his only purpose is to mess with my buddy’s characters and mess up their quests.
14. Introduce an OC with a tragic backstory
Carlisle had his arm blown off in an explosion, which also claimed his vision, but Vincent was able to build him a robotic prosthetic arm and these special goggles with LEDs that allow him to see again. That’s as tragic as it gets, really.
15. Do you like to talk about your OCs with other people?
I do! But I rather people ask me about my characters because if people don’t show initial interest, I just think I’m annoying them. A lot of times, that’s how I further develop or redesign my characters.
16. Which one of your OCs would be the best at biology (school subject)?
That would have to be…Seren and Roc, honestly. Because they are “”“warriors,”“” they know things like how the body reacts to certain toxins and which vital organ, if impaled, causes the most suffering before death. But that’s more like anatomy.
17. Any OC OTPs?
Answered!
18. Any OC crackships?
I high key ship Iagan with Scotch’s character Yagi? I have no real reasoning behind it. But that’s about it.
19. Introduce an OC that means a lot to you (and explain why)
Geez…that’s kinda hard to pick. I’d probably have to say Donovan, because I’ve projected a lot of my own traits and issues onto him (being a trans guy, having depression, letting him to do all kinds of things I wanted to do but couldn’t, etc.) and he helped me cope with a lot of shit until I just relied on my persona and let Donny have his own life.
20. Do any of your OCs sing? If they sing, care to share more details (headcanon voice, what kind of songs they like etc)?
Axwell actually was a choir kid growing up and can sing pretty dang well. My headcanon for his voice would be some sort of mix between Brendon Urie and David Bowie’s voices? His taste in music actually heavily varies and he doesn’t have a set favorite genre or anything - just anything with vocals. Feuhorbe love to hear him sing.
Iagan can kinda sing as well? He’s partially based off of a Samoyed, which are known as singing dogs, but it’s not one of his prominent talents. Although he can freely manipulate the sound of his voice as he pleases, his standard voice is that of JonTron’s. He’ll sing and listen to everything upbeat and cheerful.
21. Your most artistic OC
That would be Piper. Piper is a male Lolita, a ferret, sounds like cr1tikal, and is about four feet and ten inches tall. He does a lot of art, mostly of Lolita fashion and mainly uses watercolor paint.
22. Is there any OC of yours people tend to mischaracterize? If yes, how?
No one mischaracterizes my OCs because they aren’t popular enough for other people to even notice.
23. Introduce OC that has changed from your first idea concerning what the character would be like?
Since I already talked about Seren, I’ll talk about Carlisle. He started out as my original fursona, which was a generic twinky fox with long ears and black circles around his eyes and a MLP jacket. Then he was a feral fox that became my mascot? Now he’s my bara babe (other than Vincent) and had his metal arm and LED goggles And a way better color scheme.
24. If you could meet one OC of yours, who would it be and why?
I would absolutely love to meet either Iagan or Feuhorbe because I know I would have a really great time with either of them???? Hanging out with either of them would literally make me 10 times happier.
25. The OC that resembles you the most (same hobby, height, shared like/dislike for something etc?)
That would have to be Donovan. He’s only two inches shorter than me (not counting his ears), about 10 pounds heavier than me, huge into music, and a trans guy.
26. Have you ever had to change your OC’s design or something else about them against your will?
Nope. I made all changes to my characters freely.
27. Any OCs that were inspired by a certain song?
No, but I do like to think of what my characters’ theme songs would be. I’m still making that list.
28. Your most dangerous OC?
Answered!
29. Which one of your OCs would go investigate an abandoned house at night without telling anyone they’re going?
That would probably be Feuhorbe and Sonni. In it for the adventure but will not tell anyone specifically to potentially cause trouble.
30. Which one of your OCs would most likely have a secret stuffed animal collection?
I would say Iagan, but it wouldn’t be a secret. So I’d have to say either Skyler (a dragon character of mine) or Carlisle.
31. Pick one OC of yours and explain what their tumblr blog would be like (what they reblog, layout, anything really)
Piper would try to run a pastel aesthetic blog but it’d be riddled with too many memes and shitposts and videos of him just saying and doing stupid shit.
32. Which one of your OCs would be the most suitable horror game protagonist and why?
Alcatraz. He’s a lawyer but has a huge secret passion for ghosts and ghost hunting and all things paranormal, so he’d fit right into a game revolving around those things.
33. Your shyest OC?
Lukas! Lukas is a small quetzal that’s big into Harajuku fashion and he is the shyest little guy alive. But he’d probably get along well with Piper.
34. Do you have any twin characters?
Nope.
35. Any sibling characters?
Yes!!! Donovan, Carlisle, and Alcatraz are my three fox brothers. Donny is the youngest and Alcatraz is the oldest.
36. Do you have OC pairs where the other part belongs to someone else (siblings, lovers, friends etc)?
Yes! But they’re only with my boyfriend because I haven’t found anyone else who wants to ship their characters with mine.
37. Introduce an OC who is not quite human
I mean,,,the only set human characters I have are Flint and Axwell and my Hetalia characters, unless you count the human designs for my furry and feral characters. None of them are really a mix and could be considered not quite human except for Sonni, who is the most humanlike out of my non human OCs. He’s very lanky and appears malnourished and has three eyes and is covered in short, dark hair/fur. He has a short stubby tail and tall “ears” and has six arachnid-like appendages protruding from his back that he can crawl on.
38. Which one of your OCs would be the best dancer?
That would be Riccione and Donovan, who are actually dancers! Riccione is a professional dancer, whereas Donovan shuffles and such as a hobby.
39. Introduce any character you want
Bow Echo is a griffin that’s a mix between a bobcat and a peregrine falcon. She can fly super fast and I need to develop her more.
40. Any fond memories linked to your characters? Feel free to share!
41. Has anyone drawn fanart of your OCs? If yes, maybe show a picture or two here (remember sources & permissions!)
A few people have! They’re on my ArtFight profile under Defenses!
http://artfight.net/~CyberFoxFire
42. Which one of your OCs would be the most interested in Greek gods?
That would be Rev. The universe he’s from revolves around many entities similar to those found in Greek and Roman mythology, with him being basically the embodiment of the Ragnarök.
43. Do you have any certain type when you create your OCs? Do you tend to favour some certain traits or looks? It’s time to confess
Ok…I love making them around six feet tall or taller and giving them facial hair and choppy short hair that can be pulled back in low ponytails. But I’m trying to stop that and make them more diverse.
44. Something you like about your OCs in general
They all represent different aspects of my personality and I make really deep connections with them because of that.
45. A character you no longer use?
Jacobi. He’s just some Scottish guy that wears flannels. I’m selling him on DeviantART eventually.
46. Has anyone ever told you that you treat your OCs badly?
Nah. It’s mostly anons that tell me things about my OCs, like how they look like internet cancer. Not that I mind, I mean, come on. They all look like hell lmao
47. Has anyone ever (friendly) claimed any of your OCs as their child?
I think? When I first joined the Osomatsu-San Network, one of the first things I did was talk about my OCs with some other the other members. One might’ve claimed Iagan or someone else, I can’t really remember.
48. OC who is a perfect cinnamon roll, too good for this world, too pure
IAGAN!!!! And also Lukas!!
49. Which one of your OCs would most likely enjoy memes
That would be Piper, Sonni, Donovan, Feuhorbe, and Iagan.
50. Give me the good ol’ OC talk here. Talk about anything you want
Uh…I think I’ve talked about literally everything I can think of off the top of my head. Feel free to message me though if you want to talk about OCs!

Even numbers for the OCs questions
Break, because the first one is a cringe fest and I want to hide it if I can. Also, I’m longwinded per the norm.
2. Have you created characters for a fandom? If so, which one/ones?
*sigh* About 99% of my OCs are designed for fandoms. It’s all I’ve ever known how to do. I didn’t even know people made characters for their own worlds until a few years ago (i really didn’t know other people had OCs that they were REALLY PASSIONATE ABOUT until a few years ago, tbh) But like, I just have a super long list of all these OCs from all these fandoms because I’ve just been racking them up for as long as I can remember. There are probably a lot I have forgotten over the years, but let me just list you a few of the fandoms. Get ready for some major cringe, because OCs and maladaptive daydreaming were some of my earliest coping mechanisms.
Sonic the Hedgehog
Power Rangers
Pokémon
Digimon
Beyblade
Obān Star Racer
Inuyasha
Naruto
Harry Potter
MLP
The Flash (though scoped to cover the entire flarrowverse :| )
Those are just the ones I can remember. Some of them were WAY more prominent than the others, and some of them I still mess around with every now and then. But most have been banished to the land of bad mary-sues created in middle school.
4. Have you created content featuring your character?
Yes. I used to doodle my OCs all the time in middle school, and I picked it up again for a stint in high school because I could draw ponies. I’m really good at ponies.
There was also a BAD attempt at writing fic in middle school. I showed it to my ‘friends’ who weren’t into fandoms and got RIDICULED, so that shut me down from writing for a long long time. But right now I have a novel-length OC-centric fic that surprisingly popular for what it is. Young flarrowverse fans will tolerate just about anything, I guess.
6. Has anyone else created content featuring your character?
YES, AND INITIALLY WITHOUT ASKING. Let me tell you it is some kinda wild feeling to have to play a game of ‘HOLD-UP-IS-THAT-MY-OC’ when reading someone else’s fic. Like, that was THE MOST confusing thing? I remember I fell off my stool and stopped breathing for a second because I was so flattered and confused at the same time. It’s interesting to see how people interpret my stoic, know-it-all of a character. They seem pretty flat to me, but apparently, they do indeed have feelings! (and surprisingly, they get along really well with kids, which is something I still vehemently deny to this day!)
8. What’s your favorite type of character to create/write for?
I love sciency/headstrong/passionate types. Most of my OCs are insanely skilled in what they do best. They know what’s right and they fight for it will all of their being. A lot of times they run themselves for hours and hours and hours, fighting off sleep so that they can work on what they love. Genius types I guess.
Honeslty, that’s something I’ve been trying to do less of lately because a lot of my characters push into mary sue bounds because they’re just too good. Krys is an insane mechanical engineering genius, Megan can literally do about anything with ease, and Cyan spends most of her time screaming at herself while designing some of the most complicated flight patterns you’ll ever see. Those three NEVER sleep. So like, that is at the core of a lot of my characters. Just…genius level mastery. Because as someone who’s more of a ‘master of none’ type, that’s really desirable to me, so I find myself tossing it in before I really even know what I’m doing. Like I said though, trying to fix that at the moment.
My baby Crēo is a hot mess though, and I love her for it. Probably can’t even do what she needs to do, tbh. Words are HARD.
10. Have you created a character or type of character that you are now ashamed of?
Her name was Skye and that is all you need to know. *cringes*
12. Do you have a type of character you simply cannot or don’t want to create?
I’m really bad at…males? Ugh. I design characters that I can slip into with ease when daydreaming, so most of the time my males characters are really underdeveloped. I guess Blaze, Deigo, Adam, and Dex are my most developed males, and like…they barely have anything solid to them. And what they do have is always up for a moment’s change should the situation call for it. Yea, really lacking. Trying to fix that.
I also don’t like ignorant characters? Jerks? Just…most of my OCs are generally pretty ok. Leah looks pretty haughty, probably, but she’s a softy at her core. !!!ASHELY WAS A JERK!!! But she was also underdeveloped and a foil… uhhh yea. I’ve never really done an evil jerk per say. I prefer protagonists, not antagonists.
14. Do you change your character based off of your own change in mindset?
OH MY GOD, YEA. Krys is literally like 18 years old at this point. I’ve had her since I was 4 or so. She’s a totally different character than she used to be. She’s more forceful and focused. She’s also slightly more...explosive. All my characters go through growth like that. A lot of them get more hardened as time goes on. On the same note, I’ve noticed that a lot of my OCs initially started out as very sheltered or defenseless and grew to be powerful types. Most of them can take care of themselves just fine now. I think that was just them growing up with me. The more I learn about and experience the world, the more I pour into my characters. I love seeing growth like that.
16. What’s an idea for a character you had, that never became more than an idea?
Molly Rogers. Tragic thing. Horrible backstory. She has a heart of gold though. Wanna-be writer running a small bookstore in the middle of nowhere, Deleware. She got sucked into an odd housing situation with one ex-KGB assassin. It was weird and I regret that I’ll never really have time to do her justice.
There’s also Aurora, whom I love. An empath. Artist type. I kinda developed her to take over as the narrator at a certain point in my main fic that I’ll never really get to because it’s outside the set time scope of the plot. However, I do name drop every now and again because multiverse and time travel. I do what I want.
OOOOOO, there’s also a character I’m trying to figure out right now. Kinda a friend to Crēo. All I can get is magic ribbon weapon. Like, THAT’S IT. That is literally all I have, aside from they must be really graceful when doing the fights. I just...really love the idea of ribbon weapons.
