Alright so. I'm getting into junk journaling. At least, I'm going to try to! I have a plan to start myself off with 2, one for personal/random shit so I don't feel so confined, and one focused on my plushies!! Not every one of my plushies will get a page but I will dedicate a page to whoever inspires me in a particular moment. I may not share every page right away. But if I fill in an entire journal I will try to show the finished results of what I created! I will also be doing this at my leisure because this new hobby is an outlet for my creatively and mainly my emotions. Shout out to @ cafe-mouse for inspiring me

#ik cafe-mouse didn't specify if they were making their art of coffe as a junk journaling thing #but I did research on what they were doing n it brought up junk journaling in my search results #n then I fell down a rabbit hole of beautiful and messily created books filled with cardstock stickers and magazine cutouts #and it got me so hype!#my therapist has been wanting me to find a creative outlet to express my emotions #especially because I can't bring myself to draw when Im sad/angry/anxious. nor do I feel comfortable with regular journaling #but last week we were talking about maybe having me make collages yo express myself #n then I saw cafe-mouse's beautiful work #and so its all come together into this decision to start this hobby #my goal is to focus more on the collage/randomness of junk journaling instead of actually writing in them #although I will be doing that a lot in my plushie junk journal #I will write info about my plushies on one side and make a collage for them on the other #in my regular junk journal I will focus on making collages based on mood first anf then maybe add some writing into it #I already have a lot of supplies for this (I collect stickers as well as plushies so I have a lot of material to work with)#my grandmother-in-law is also a hige crafter so she's given me plenty of cardstock and stuff to use #and I also have random junk that I collect that I can add in as well (I knew it would come in handy someday!!)#Im just really hype about ths and hope it turns out well and that I don't give up #viti shoosh

#WHy isn’t there more hype abt this book on tumblr!?#that was rhetorical don’t answer that. i KNOW why :/#legendborn #no thoughts head full. i want to say so much more!! but #my brain is full of love for bree & garbled kettle noises only atm <33 #man… this book is so refreshing & sooo good i’m cryingggg 😭#no fr i did actually tear up at several scenes. miss deonn is an EXCELLENT writer #& gosh that ending…. phenomenal #i picked up this book knowing only that it was abt magic & knew nothing else. it surprised me in a very very pleasant manner #hands down the best book i’ve read this year so far #i mean it has secret societies; magic obviously; centres around a black girl; is a story abt grief; is inspired by the legend of arthur and #merlin; impeccably done research & i’m definitely forgetting smth but — what more could u want???#i kid u not i was at the edge of my seat near the end & kept having to come back bc i kept going over the words so fast. OH the intrigue!!#i was so curious as to how it would all pan out; & that’s not all - i felt butterflies in my stomach (FIRST TIME that’s ever happened :D)#also i was laughing while i was crying but most importantly- the paaaaaaaaain. sharp enough to pierce my heart #id in alt text

#my post #personal ramblings in the tags so dont read if u dont care abt volleyball lol #i went to the Japan vs France match for this year's VNL #and GOD this match was so intense #can u imagine how it feels to watch japan lose the first two sets? everyone was like “its so over...😔”#AND THEN #they come back and win three sets consecutively?????#the whole crowd went wild. we're so back🥳!!!#the friend i went with knew nobody when we went in and she left an ishikawa stan. AS SHE SHOULD #why is yuki ishikawa literally god tier. sir was just racking up points #and miyaura was amazing <3 he was also amazing against France last year so maybe he just gets buffed when playing against them sjdkdmdssds #the cheering was so loud i love when the crowd gets hyped #yamauchi and kentaro did really well too! i think they both got 6 points apiece yassss those are MY middle blockers #i hope Nishida gets better tho :(( it seemed that he got injured in the first set. he was lying on the floor and everything #anyway good luck to team japan at the olympics soon!!#i'll b rooting for them again #volleyball #vnl 2024 #ryujin nippon

It's been a few days since I watched the most recent Shortonegaming episode of V3 but I'm still thinking about how delighted I am that for once the reaction of the LPers to Gonta saying something along the lines of "Gonta not very smart but will do his best to help investigate" during ch1 was not "awww its okay gonta" but "Aww gonta no!! You are smart!! You're literally an insect scientist!!" Like AUGH I've said it like 10 times but this playthrough continues to be everything I've wanted a v3 playthrough to be!! 10/10 stars!!

#shut up me #the only thing I wish was different about it was that they put new episodes out either More Frequently or on a regular schedule #cause im kinda like sitting here kicking my legs every day hoping a new episode will drop #itd be nice if they were like. Every sunday or every 9 days or something so I could get hyped when I knew it was coming #not a big deal though #I should go watch their other dr playthroughs
