i want to be able to live in peace. i want to live in a world where i will not be discriminated against for loving another woman, or not being fully white, or for anything else i can not control that is my nature. i want to stop preparing for the worst, i want to stop feeling at any point in time my rights could be stripped from me just for the reason the people who have the power to do so can do that. i'd like to not feel like i should move to canada or some other country to be able to live freely. i want to be able to grow up in peace, and not have to hide who i am for the fear of death. please just let me grow up in a half-decent world.
