Danny, being a halfa, falls under the strange category of people who can converse with the dead and act in their names. Most mediums simply convey messages. It was rare for someone to be able to fulfill a ghost’s dying request and have that act tied to the ghost’s core.
Honestly it’s annoying.
He doesn’t get any alone time anymore for homework or hobbies. The dead are constantly pestering Danny to help with their desires - which, sure, it helps them move on which means they’re out of Danny’s hair, but come on!! Give a guy a break! Just because he doesn’t need as much sleep as a fully living person doesn’t mean he can go without entirely!
“No Scott,” Danny repeated for the fifth time, “I am not flying to California tonight. Do you know how far that is? Literally the other coast of this massive continent. Meet me there in August like everyone else on the list.”
Spending the first spring break of college creating a map and calendar for Last Rites was not something Danny expected when he moved to Gotham.
Why did this city have so many ghosts?! It was ridiculous. And he thought Amity Park was bad? At least the ghosts here were mostly Shades. Not visible to anyone unless they were also dead-adjacent or had The Sight or a bloodline curse or a magical amulet… you know what? There were enough of those in this curse ridden city, why couldn’t these ghosts go find one of those people instead? Danny was exhausted.
So exhausted he didn’t notice the vigilante dropping down from the rooftop.
“Hey there kid, you alri-”
“Yeah yeah,” Danny waved a hand dismissively at the voice without looking up. “Wait in line like everyone else. But honestly you’d be better off coming back tomorrow when I’ve had some sleep.”
“Think maybe you outta get started on that sleep now, bud?” the voice behind him spoke in a calm careful tone.
One Danny had heard all too often since dying.
His head jerked sideways to stare wide-eyed at Nightwing, who tensed just a little as if expecting Danny to run or fight. Instead he let out a groan and slumped onto the park bench, rubbing his eyes to ease the burn of fatigue. He’d been coming out to this park at the corner of campus each night to keep the Shades from mobbing him all day long in classes, but they’d spread the word around Gotham that he was here and his precious spring break had become a non-stop line of requests and arguments. Made sense he’d caught the attention of one of the Bats. Should have expected it sooner.
Danny ignored all the voices around him and looked at Nightwing directly as he prattled off his usual list when someone caught him talking to thin air.
“No, I’m not hallucinating. I got all my Rogue Gallery immunizations the day I checked onto campus. I’m not schizophrenic. The only meds I take are for adhd and the occasional Tylenol. I’m not a danger to myself or others. Unless they attack me first.”
Nightwing nodded along, but tilted his head at the end.
“I’m talking to the dead,” Danny answered the unspoken question in a tired monotone, waiting for the usual skepticism or plea for help with lost loved ones.
“Oh. Okay then.”
“What?” That wasn’t expected.
“No yeah, that makes sense.”
Danny was sure his jaw was on the ground. “You… you believe me?”
“Well sure,” the hero shrugged and chuckled. “I can’t see ghosts myself but I know a couple magicians who work with one, and my little brother Robin has a ghost on his team - she’s actually visible most of the time so I don’t know if that’s a special skill or something else going on. But I’m glad you’re okay and don’t need any emergency medication. I know a couple 24 hour pharmacies that would help but it’s nice when they’re not needed. We don’t get a lot of mediums around Gotham holding court at night so you really can’t fault me for checking in.”
Danny was still floating in the relief of not being questioned or doubted. That hadn’t happened since Jazz found out his secret. She’d had plenty of questions about his halfa status, of course, but never called him crazy for talking to things others couldn’t see. Even Sam and Tucker would forget sometimes and give him strange looks before realizing he was dealing with a Shade, Wisp, or Memory.
He didn’t realize he was wobbling until Nightwing’s arms shot out to stabilize him.
Danny blinked up at the pretty face that was trying not to chuckle, held by strong arms, and so far past tired he might be getting delirious after all because his brain seemed to have lost its filter and he said out loud,
“You actually believe me. I think I love you.”
Then the horrifying embarrassment hit at the same time as Nightwing’s laughter. Which… sounded delighted rather than mean spirited?
“Well now it’s your turn to wait in line, cuz that’s the fourth confession I’ve had this week!” They both devolved into snorts and giggles, Danny still relying on those arms for balance, but when they’d caught their breath the vigilante said, “Come on, you’ve really got to get some sleep. I’ll walk you back to your dorm.”
Ignoring the whispers and grumbles of the Shades was easier with someone walking beside him.
This is so incredibly cute oml. It’s so rare to see the bats actually go with the flow and god it isn’t done enough. 12/10 immaculate, glorious.
The entire plot I can see so clearly in my mind dude:
Danny chatting to Nightwing as they walk to his dorm
Nightwing asking some casual questions about ghosts and Danny asking about vigilante work.
Nightwing informs the Bats of Danny as he might be a valuable asset in the future.
Nightwing helps free shades with Danny and he realizes why Danny is so incredibly tired all the time.
Nightwing managing to stumble into Danny every day of his break, slowly getting to know each other more and more and becoming really good friends (perhaps lovers 👀).
Wonderful stuff man ty for the ask!

꧁ Pillows On The Floor
☙𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐱 𝐅 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫❧
𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: You’ve had enough of waking up in your bed alone when it’s meant for two people.
𝒲𝒶𝓇𝓃𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓈:None really just pure fluff. BUTTTT this is my first fic written on tumblr so be nice pookies :)
༺༻
It started when you first moved into your shared apartment. You would put your pajamas on, wash your face, and pull the covers back to slip in your shared bed.
Well, it’s supposed to be shared. Instead, just like clock work, Bucky would take his pillow and blanket to lay on the floor. Every. Night. You understood why. He spent nearly 70 years in HYDRA’S harsh conditions. Being uncomfortable was all he’s ever known.
At first you let him be and it eventually became a routine. You would both get ready for bed before kissing him goodnight. You would slip into bed and he would slip into the blankets thrown on the floor haphazardly. Each night before turning off the light, you would ask if he would join you. But he always responded with the same stubbornness, “I’m more comfortable down here. I promise.” And with a squeeze of your hand, you would both go to sleep.
After about a month or two of the same nightly routine, you became sick of feeling the emptiness next to you. You would reach out for him during the night only to be met with one of your many stuffed animals. So, you decided to start sleeping on the floor with him.
“What are you doing?” Bucky questioned as you lay your pillow next to his. His eyebrows were furrowed and his sleepy eyes were squinty.
You place another blanket on top as you slide in next to him, “I’m going to bed? It’s nearly 12.” You attempt to fluff your pillow, trying to get comfortable on the hard wood flooring.
A small chuckle escaped his lips as he propped his head on his elbow, looking over at you with his light blue eyes, “Y/n, i’ve told you i’m fine. You don’t need-“
“I know you’re fine. But I actually want to sleep on the floor.” You interrupted him and he could tell you were lying just by the way you haven’t stopped fluffing your pillow.
It’s not like the floor is comfortable. He knows that, you know that. But you aren’t doing this for him. You’re doing it because you don’t want to be the only one in your king sized bed anymore. And you’d rather be on the cold floor with him than alone on your bed.
Bucky sighed before flopping on his back. A small smirk played at his lips as you continued to mess with your blanket and pillow, “Whatever you say doll.”
You give up on your pillow before turning to face him, “It’s so comfy down here. It’s probably good for feng shui too.” You kiss his stubbly chin as you lie to him, and yourself.
“Feng shui, hmm?” He turns to face you, draping his cold metal arm across your waist. He pulls you close and your face buries in between his chin and shoulder, “I love you, Y/n.”
Your body warms at his touch, even with the cold floor pressing against you. He still makes you melt after all this time. You lean up and place a soft, loving kiss on his lips, “I love you too Bucky.” You cuddle against him and close your eyes.
Bucky smiles as you attempt to fall asleep. His hand reaches up to play with your hair. His metal fingers running through the soft strands. He waits and waits until your breathing finally slows and your chest rises and falls evenly before he gently sits up.
Careful not to make any sudden moves he slowly pulls the blanket off of you. A smile plays on his lips as he looks at you. Your knees are pulled to your chest at an attempt to keep warm and your hair is messily laid on the pillow.
He turns around and pulls the comforter and the sheet down. He fluffs up your pillows the way he knows you like and moves some of your plushies to make room.
Slowly he moves down, bending his knees as he softly scoops his arms under your waist and legs before pulling you to his chest. He steadily stands up, lifting you with him. You instinctively nuzzle into his chest, the warmth radiating off his body making you feel safe. He lays your legs down first as he slips you into the bed. His hand moves from your waist to the nape of your neck as he pulls the comforter over your body. Your eyes gently flutter open as Bucky places a tender kiss on your forehead.
“Shhh, shh. Go back to sleep darling.” He whispers as he sits on the edge of your bed. He’s moved his hand from the nape of your neck to your cheek, softly stroking your face.
Once your eyes close again he slowly starts to stand up, careful not to make any sudden movements when he feels your hand wrap around his wrist.
“No. Please, I want to sleep next to you. I feel safe in your arms Bucky. I don’t want to wake up clutching my teddy bear anymore.” Your eyes were a bit glossy, tears threatened to fall as your grip became tighter.
He sits back on the bed and places his hand on your thigh, “I don’t know Y/n. I don’t know if I can. I’m so used to being uncomfortable that its normal now.” He slowly rubs your thigh, reassuring you that he is okay on the floor. You’ve always been understanding about his trauma and it was one of the many reasons he fell in love with you so fast.
You give a small smile, “Can you maybe try? Just test the waters and if you don’t like it, you can go right back to the floor.” You’re pulling his hand now, tugging him to the bed.
He slowly nods before walking around the bed and slipping in next to you. He hesitates as he feels his head land against the pillow but you’re quick to wrap your arm around his waist. Your plushies are tossed off the bed now and you’re nuzzling into his side.
“It’s definitely more comfy than the floor.” He chuckles as he wraps an arm around you pulling you closer.
A pretty giggle escapes your lips and Bucky is quick to place a loving kiss on them. You hum contently as your eyes start to close. And as you fall into a deep sleep the last thing you hear is Buckys soft snores.

hiii, could you write something about sevika corrupting a sweet church girl?
your blog is really cute btw <3
omg omg omg !!! i’ve been dying to write something like this, thank you for the request!!
sevika x fem reader
cw: religion, corruption, implied age gap, fingering, semi-public.
you’re a good girl. made good grades in school, good daughter, good sister, kind person. you never miss a sunday service. and if you must, you’ll be at the church for service on monday afternoon. you spend your life being pure, avoiding sin wherever it may rear its devilish head.
no pride or greed or lust. just simple, sweet purity.
that is, until you meet that lady.
every day on your walk home from mass you see her. maybe mid forties, dark hair, and easily six feet tall. she stands outside the deli every morning at 11:45 on the dot for her smoke break.
and every sunday morning she says hello, or good morning, or asks how ‘sunday school’ is going. it’s strange. you always give her a smile, say hello back, but she seems so condescending. like every word she says to you is secretly making fun of you.
you don’t really know her either, which is weird. it’s a small town, everyone knows each other. not…her thought. she’s just an impossibly rude person you see on sundays that causes you to remember the jesus was always kind to strangers.
it’s a cold january morning, sidewalks slick with ice. like clockwork, that woman is standing outside the deli with her cigar.
“careful, virgin mary. don’t want you slippin’ out here.”
okay, rude.
“i’m okay, no need to worry,” you respond, stopping in your tracks in front of her. the gaze she holds on you is almost uncomfortable. she’s staring down at you like she’ll burst out laughing at any moment. like the mere idea of you is just hilarious to her.
“sevika, by the way. my name.”
oh. sevika. okay.
“y/n. it’s nice to properly meet you. i’ve never seen you around outside of…this.”
“i’m not very social” she responds.
you smile. you certainly know the best way for people to find community in town.
“well, there’s a service on mon-”
she cuts you off with a scoff. “not interested. not the place for me.”
“why not?”
sevika leans closer, letting her lips fall near your ears.
“i like smoking, drinking, cursing, fucking. it’s not the place for me, princess.”
you clutch the cross around your neck with a gasp. this is wrong on so many levels. sinful, disgusting, unnatural…and yet you feel your face getting impossibly redder.
sevika stomps out her cigarette. “see you next sunday, princess.”
whether you like it or not, sevika evokes quite a bit of lust in you. her smirk, her piercing grey eyes, her muscles that stretch the fabric of her impossibly tight tshirt…you can’t help it. the forbidden fruit is strong. you suppose it’s all a part of the lord’s plan. send you a taste of homosexual temptation and watch you be a true follower.
you aren’t though.
you entertain her flirting, all her lustful stares, and your church dresses start to come above the knee just to give her something to look at. you don’t know why you like this so much. it’s gross. it’s wrong. it’s against god’s wishes.
but jesus christ, one look from sevika and that all goes out the window. every good christian moral, everything you’ve known to be true disappears the second sevika locks eyes with you.
after a monday evening service, you take your weekly stroll home. it’s dinner time, and sevika is working.
you open the door to the deli, seeing sevika behind the counter. you watch silently as she meticulously rearranges the meats on display.
“i could use some dinner, sevika” you say and she perks up, brief shock replaced with her signature smirk.
“princess. c’mon back, i’ll make you whatever sandwich you want.”
and she does. you’re sitting on a wooden stool in the back of the deli, making small talk. sevika’s presence feels strangely right, like these little moments were made to happen. maybe this was the lord’s plan after all.
sevika steps closer, towering over you.
“you have sauce on your lips. messy eater, huh princess?”
she takes her calloused thumb and wipes the sauce away, eyes never leaving yours. the air feels thicker and your face feels hotter. and without skipping a beat, your lips on on sevika’s.
she stammers a bit in shock, then immediately gaining back control. she wraps her hand around the back of your neck to pull you in deeper. you can feel her smirking against you, prying your lips apart and exploring the inside of your mouth with her tongue.
her lips feel like the missing piece of a puzzle, perfectly slotting against yours in a dance of passion and affection. she’s calculated with the way she kisses, making sure you feel every bit of her tongue gliding against your mouth.
“sevika-” you pant, pulling away. “we shouldn’t, i-it’s not right.”
“shush, princess,” she growls, “gods not watching right now.”
and maybe he’s not. so fuck it. you nod and let sevika pull your blouse off, pushing her head into your chest. she litters your chest in bites, reveling in the sweet moans you let out.
her hands make their way under your skirt, silently asking for permission to pull your slick panties down.
all you can do is nod, desperate and utterly dumb for her touch.
“so soft, princess…” she moans, “so wet. is that all for me?”
another nod.
“you gonna be a good girl?”
another nod.
sevika pulls hand away with an evil grin. “words. or you aren’t getting shit from me.”
“yes, it’s all for you. yes, i’ll be good. please hurry before i remember that i’m a woman of god and stop,” you groan.
her ring finger circles your swollen clit, spreading your folds and rubbing you down to your needy hole. one of her thick fingers is enough to stretch you out, walls tightening around her as she slowly moves in and out of your cunt.
“tight fuckin’ pussy…so pure and innocent, huh? just a good little church girl who likes other women fucking her greedy cunt?”
she chuckles darkly at herself, and at the way you get even tighter at her mean words. so humiliating, so blasphemous, so unholy. and yet every deep, deliberate thrust has you closer and closer to cumming.
“sevika,” you whimper, “i can’t hold it, please.”
“is that right?” she teases.
“you can cum, baby. but make sure to repent after.”

you've been touching him a lot since he got back.
itoshi sae doesn't do anything about it — doesn't dissuade you from tugging at his sleeve or sliding his jacket zipper back and forth while you talk. doesn't comment or bring your attention to it.
but he watches.
you've been around him a lot since his plane landed, making up for all the time he's spent abroad, as if your daily chat threads haven't been enough. most of the time it's just the two of you, the way it used to be. sometimes his brother is around, though thankfully it doesn't seem like you've gotten any closer to rin since sae left.
other times there's a group, mostly your friends, a mix of guys and girls who don't seem to know what to do with themselves around him. sae is used to this — fame brings strange things to light — but you treat him as you always have, except for the touching.
you don't touch anyone else.
it makes him think.
sae has his reasons. he's never let your relationship get past that line, drawn in the sand. he's a professional football player on the other side of the world, and you have a life here. you have friends (even though you still call him your best friend), you have a job (that you complain about all the time), you have family (that can't be bothered to ever congratulate you on anything).
it wouldn't be right — to make you leave. to take you away. not when he needs to focus on being the best in the world.
(he is the best in the world. all those years ago he showed the U-20 team in japan the difference between them, the way the most they could hope for was dating a gravure model. sae never cared about that aspect. he already had you.)
he lets you touch him, but he doesn't touch you back. he keeps you at arm's length — where you're safe.
and then you ask him to be your wingman.
someone else — touching you? kissing you? having you? unthinkable. sae steps out of the shower and barely dries off before pulling on his briefs and pants. steps into his room and there you are, sitting on his bed, looking good, if a little sad.
he considers telling you to get your passport updated and catches the way your eyes trail down his form. maybe this conversation would be easier if he's wearing a shirt — your gaze is too heated, too distracting. you probably think you're being sneaky, hiding your feelings as best as you can, but sae knows you.
and your casual touches are ocean waves washing that line in the sand away.
sae walks towards his closet when it happens again. your finger in his belt loop, stopping him in his tracks. "what?"
"you were ignoring me," you say. "i asked if my outfit is okay."
your outfit is more than okay. "i would have told you to change if it wasn't."
"if you're going to be my wingman, shouldn't you hype me up?" you huff.
sae feels his jaw clench at the reminder. "no," he says, and his tone comes out cold. you don't seem to notice, falling back on his bed and testing every bit of self control in his grasp. "this is a waste of time."
he goes to pull on a shirt before he does something drastic. you're saying something, but it hardly matters when his flight leaves if you'll be on the plane with him. you've covered your eyes with your forearm, so you miss the way he pauses at the foot of the bed, teal eyes drinking in your form splayed out so defenselessly.
sae climbs over you silently, knees nudging yours apart, hands planted on either side of your body. "this is a waste of time," he repeats, watching with amusement as you take in his position. a blush sweeps across your face, but you don't push him off. that's a good sign, at least.
"what, you think i'm not worth being a wingman for?" you ask. silly. you have no idea.
and then you reach for his belt loops again, as if that's a totally normal thing to do and not something that drives him a little nuts every time. sae prides himself on his control, though, so he doesn't lean down to kiss you just yet.
"tell me," sae says, "have you become this touchy with all your friends since i've been gone?"
"n-no?"
it's cute, how wide your eyes get. sae leans down a little closer. feels your breaths on his lips. still doesn't kiss you — yet. "then i won't be your wingman. you don't need one."
"why not?"
do you know how breathless you sound? sae considers his apartment in spain, how he'll need to make sure the bedroom doesn't share any walls with the neighbors. the way you sound is all for him and him alone.
"because you have a boyfriend, now."
(companion piece to this)

I did not care at all for Aizen Sosuke when I first read bleach. I found him boring, and worst, unthreatening.
So it's pretty jarring for me that I have been OBSESSED with him in your AU. I'm rotating him at great speed
Walt Disney was a jackass who was flat-out wrong about a lot of very important things, but he employed a great many geniuses of storytelling, and there's a piece in Disney Animation: The Illusion of Life by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnson that discusses a key feature of Disney Studios Character Design:
"Of all characters, villains are the most fun to develop because they make everything else happen. They are the instigators, and always more colorful than the Hero. They may be dramatic, awesome, insidious or semi-comic, but they MUST be appealing. Almost any story becomes innocuous if all the evil is eliminated, but we do not necessarily gain strength by being frightening. we want a character that will hold the audience and entertain them, even if it's a Chilling Type of Entertainment."
And I've found that to be an important principle of character design, especially the kind of canon restructuring I do.
Aizen had a LOT going for him in canon- for all of Bleach's other faults, Aizen's conspiracy and THE REVEAL are spectacularly constructed and executed. I legit screamed and threw my mug across my dorm room when I read it in the manga the first time. He's also conventionally attractive and the translations I was reading gave him the speech patterns of Every Douchebag In Your 101 Political Theory Who Thinks He's The Smartest Man In The Room, which made him a terrific combination of Unfortunately Charming, Menacingly Competent and Engagingly Obnoxious.
...But he falls flat in a few key places.
Aizen's reasoning could be MUCH more sympathetic- After all, he is RIGHT. Soul Sciety does suck ass and all the options kind of suck. Who designs a universe like that? An asshole who needs killing, that's who. The best kind of Unhinged Madmen are the kind who spell out their reasoning and you realize that there but for the grace of Not Having Super Powers Go I. Canon!Aizen makes a few Good Rhetorical Points, but seems to lack any personal connection to his all-consuming plan.
Another issue is that nearly every villain with A Plan has a clear end goal AND a lot of the menace is drawn from the fact that the plan *could* work. Aizen's plan for betraying the court guard and then killing them off before proceeding into the Royal Realm to Kill God sorta falls apart when it's clear he planned to use pretty much all his accumulated forces dealing with the court guard and doesn't seem to have a plan for the Even More Powerful Royal Guard, let alone God. For how meticulously planned the rest of the plot is, the last two VERY IMPORTANT steps are just handwaved.
So I sat down and started with the plot beats Aizen MUST hit, and tried to imagine what kind of guy would he have to be to get there? And I came up with this:
Sosuke Aizen is a fundamentally good man with genuinely good intentions who is really trying his best for the whole world.
Think about it- what lengths would you NOT go to if you think you found a genuine shot at Fixing Everything Wrong With The World Forever? We all talk about killing Hitler if we found an actual Time Machine- would you do it if your only chance was when he was a baby? Would you kill an infant if it meant you could stop World War II before it starts? Of course you would! One small life for over 75 million? You'd be insane not to! What if you found out that you could prevent the future extinction of Humanity by killing your best friend today? Ten Billion lives? For theirs? It's simple, really- Hell, it's your Moral Obligation to do that if you were SURE!
-And Aizen IS sure. He is absolutely, totally, completely sure that He Can Save Everyone if he just gets rid of that idiot sitting on the throne of heaven. He's seen the plans! He knows where the gate of heaven is! It's So SIMPLE he just has to get inside, and he knows EXACTLY how to do it, yes it'll be hard and there will be... unpleasant parts but. IT. WILL. WORK.
He is of course, insane.
Aizen didn't have One Bad Day that set him irrevocably on the path of madness. It was a succession of catastrophic disappointments and realizations that he was living in a fundamentally irrational world that made irrational thinking look sane. The Catastrophe that befell his family, working for the central 46 and later the court guard and seeing how the organizations were inept to the point of abuse or corrupt to the core, learning that The Actual House Of God is a place he can just? Go to? Anyone would start thinking you were just a handful of white lies and homicides away from Fixing Everything, Forever.
Not only is Aizen insane, he is nowhere near as smart as he thinks. He is smart- He does have a knack for being able to guess just what will spur someone to action or make them recoil in fear. But mostly he gets extremely lucky Many, Many, MANY times. On some level I think it gives him Confirmation Bias that this is what he's supposed to be doing. Aizen is also nowhere near as smart as (nearly) everyone else thinks he is. His bizarrely good luck makes him look like a hyper-competent genius when really it was really the catastrophic failure of Soul Society as a Society that let a merely mediocre conspirator to evade detection for so long.
Being that he is at most, mediocre, he had to have Outside Help, specifically Gin's emotional support and Tousen's Competence- and if there's a part of the fic that stays true to canon, it's this.
Gin is Aizen's emotional rock in Canon. He's the ONE guy that Aizen genuinely trusts, and considers his 'my only real partner' in his scheme. There's more than one occasion in the manga where Aizen more or less asks Gin "Is this actually a good idea?" and Gin backs him up every time.
...Which is more than a bit at odds with Gin's later stated goal of "I did all this to kill you at your most vulnerable to protect rangiku" . It never rang true to me. So I started thinking why on EARTH Gin would be backing Aizen up like that, and realized there was a hole in my world building that he slotted into nicely :)
On the other hand, the entire fic was started because I didn't like how Tousen's character arc ended, so you can imagine how much he's changed.
But in canon, TOUSEN DOES ALL THE FUCKING WORK.
Lab work? Tousen.
Supervising the arrancar directly? Tousen
Actually getting victims for the Hogyoku experiments? Tousen.
Altering all the archives to keep Aizen's plot hidden? Tousen.
Sending all the Orders allegedly from the central 46? Tousen.
Making sure Unohana believes Aizen's fake body is real? Tousen.
Managing all the day-to-day operations at Las Noches? Tousen.
There's even this little exchange, which is Tousen's first appearance in the Manga:
Aizen establishes this entire meeting is a little fake-out a few pages later with "now isn't that a convenieint time for the alarm to go off?"
which makes him look like he's investigating, but he's also going "Good job on disrupting everyone with the alarm Gin!" It's ballsy of Aizen to do a check-in on his plan with his main nemesis in the room, but also his style.
I think the same thing is happening here with Tousen. To make sure Ukitake wouldn't raise a huge fit about the proposed execution of his beloved lieutenant, which might fuck everything up for Aizen because Ukitake is one of like, three people Yamamoto will listen to (sort of).
...So he had Tousen poison Ukitake to keep him out of the way.
ALL. THE. FUCKING. WORK. It's even in his name! The characters for "Tousen" Refer to a legendary scholar the emperor of China sent out to discover the secret of immortality- only to kill the scholar when he returned with that secret. The character for "Kaname" means "Necessary/Vital/keystone" or "to organize/take account of". His name LITERALLY means "Scholar who is essential for the plan (that we're going to kill later)"
Another thing Kubo did well in Bleach: his name game is Off The Fucking Charts.
-but I digress.
In AEIWAM, it's much the same only this time Aizen sees this very dangerous witness who is immune to his illusions but also extremely snart and capable young man and instead of risking being caught out by the one damn guy who can see right through him, opts to Curse Kaname into doing as Aizen says, and doing all the fucking work of this conspiracy against his will.
It's Not Nice, but Aizen genuinely thinks he's doing Kaname a favor by subjecting him to this degrading and incredibly painful servitude- I mean, Aizen's only other option was to Kill him to keep his silence, and isn't it wonderful that you get to help fix the universe? You're the one always going on about Justice, I don't understand why you didn't jump at the chance to mete out some Divine Justice.
An Excerpt from the captain's meeting in between the Massacre that made the visored and Zaraki's arrival, when Kaname realizes Yamamoto is 100% serious about his promotion to captain of the 9th and goes to throw up in the garden. Aizen offers to go check on him while Unohana very politely reads the general the riot act:

"You broke your toy Aizen." Kaname coughs.
"…I really am sorry for running you ragged like this. I really shouldn't have gotten so mad about you hiding the the hogyoku- it was very petty of me." The bastard sighs, taking off his glasses and rubbing his face, entirely genuine.
Kaname stayed on his hands and knees, weaving slightly as another wave of nausea flowed through him, powered by disgust and rage.
"How about this- I've got a lot coming up with the new job, training Gin and disposing of Kiganjo- So how about I promise to not give you any orders for a while? You will have to keep our arrangement a secret and not interfere, of course, but other than that, you're free to do as you please for- a year and a day is traditional isn't it? No, that's not going to heal by then- Oh, would you look at that!"
Kaname didn't have the strength to offer his usual rebuttal that he won't look at anything, ever. The sides of his head tingle like his skul was being pressed between two enormous hands made of static electricity.
"It's 11:11! Alright, I won't give you any Orders until 11:11 am on November 11th, 1911. That's easy to remember! What do you think?" Aizen continued cheerfully, patting his back and the Curse nails.
"…I can't." Kaname groaned. He could scream if he had the energy, but due to Aizen's Illusions, nobody would hear him. "I actually physically can't think. Please…"
"Of course! You really are such a help to me, it would be a shame to lose you. I'll even amend our contract, so you don't get paranoid-" There was a sizzling sound and a new stroke of hot pain up Kaname's spine as Aizen did something to the wretched Bakudo. "There. No compulsions for eleven years and a day. What do you say?"
Kaname grimaced, but dropped his head. Save the energy to fight another day. "…thank you, Aizen-sama."
"Good man! Let's get you on your feet." Aizen beamed, putting his glasses back on and offering him an arm.
---
He genuinely thinks that he's doing everyone a huge favor and if they don't get it it's because they're just not smart enough, but it's alright, He's a Benevolent God and they'll appreciate all his hard work the next time around :)
Aizen is a man who is FULL of joy. He loves what he does! He actively takes pleasure in it! And I think that's something that REALLY delivers in terms of sympathy AND horror for him. Who *Wouldn't* have a great time actually fixing the universe? He's a good man who enjoys doing good works, and this is the greatest work of all!
It also Delivers on the Horror when I get to write the deliciously fun scenes where Aizen is Elbows-deep in a novel War Crime and waxing poetic about how GREAT this is, or being confused why the people around him are reacting with fear. Don't you want to make everything better too?

reader being literally OBSESSED with percys muscles
I am sweet girl, sweet girl is me!!!!!
——— ౨ৎ ⊹ ࣪ ˖
you giggle mischievously, unfortunately unable to contain it.
“watcha laughing for, sweet girl?”
your smile brightens with percy’s voice. you shrug lazily. “ya got your shirt off. it’s nice.”
“‘course you think that.”
his hand settle on your waist to settle you on his lap, assuring you won’t fall off or tip to the side. you continue with your light laughs, trailing your finger from percy’s collarbone, over his chest, then his abdomen, tracing each centimeter gently. after this, you begin to trail your finger back up the same way it went down.
you bite your lip. “percy…”
“sweet girl...” his hands absentmindedly rub your skin from beneath your shirt.
but you stop him and take one of his arms into your hands. “can I bite you?”
“what? no.”
you grab onto his arm tighter. “please! I’ll give you ten dollars!”
“you’re bribing me into letting you bite me?”
you nod rapidly.
percy sighs. “go ahead, sweet girl, bite me.”
you squeal and quickly take a bite of his bicep. not hard, no, you’re careful not to hurt him at all, just a light bite. but if it wasn’t clear you were not trying to injure him you begin to pepper kisses to it following the bite.
“this is what you enjoy?”
“yes,” you murmur against his skin, continuing your movements.
“then as long as your happy.” with his free arm, he holds your hips steady on him. he kisses the top of your head.
“okay,” you remove your mouth from his arm, eyeing the next, then turning your gaze to percy’s own green eyes. “now onto the next one!”

my little secret / Aaron Hotchner
summary. the team thinks you and Hotch hate each other. What you really want is to finally share a hotel room together.
words count. 1,592
a/n. i can't stop writing about hotch, this time it's just pure fluff and hot relationship with your boss
F1 masterlist | general masterlist
You and Hotch hadn’t shared a hotel room in months.
You guessed the team was doing yourself a favor by not sleeping in the same room as your boss. At this point, it can’t be a coincidence. You both had the most single rooms compared to the others. And you couldn’t even count the number of nights you shared with JJ, Emily, or Spencer. When you could actually count the number of nights shared with Hotch. One.
You guessed their strategy was built on that. The first and only night you shared a room with Hotch, you had terrible nightmares all night. Meaning you couldn’t sleep at all and were bitter all day. You and Hotch had an argument about this because you couldn’t focus properly with the lack of sleep. He almost put you away from the case, which you refused and cast a chill for the rest of the day.
So from that moment, you never shared another room when you were away for a case.
And you really found the situation ironic. Considering sharing a room with Aaron Hotchner was all you wanted.
You and Aaron had been together for almost a year now. It started before you joined the team, and you had to be discreet once you were a member. But you were nailing the discretion and the platonic relationship when at work. To the point everyone thought you couldn’t stand each other. Even Emily asked you one day if this wasn’t too hard for you and if it ever made you consider leaving.
What they didn’t know was that this night that all thought was the final straw was absolutely not as terrible. You did have nightmares all night long. But you had Aaron’s arms around you to calm you down at each awakening. He didn’t sleep much either that night. Every one of your starts was waking him up, and he couldn’t fall asleep until he was sure you were peacefully sleeping.
Which also explained the argument. You both lacked sleep and were hypersensitive. But, unbeknownst to the team, you made up the same night, once you were back at this place.
Yet, the harm was done. And you didn’t share a hotel room until tonight.
As soon as the door closed, Aaron put you against it to kiss you. With his hands around your neck, his teeth biting your lips, and his breathless sighs against your mouth, this was an eager kiss. One he was dying to give you all day long.
It was already hard enough to watch you working the case—Aaron had a real thing for you in your FBI vest and your hair tied up. But when the team told him that you had to share a room tonight because a) Rossi had enough of not having his own room and b) they thought it would help you make the work relationship better to share a room,.
To which Aaron realized two things. A) He suspected Rossi to know more than he pretended about you both. B) They all really believed you couldn’t stand each other.
But he didn’t care. Because as soon as he agreed to the room organization, Aaron was even more impatient to be at night. To be alone in a hotel room with you, finally. To forget about the case, what has been done and what was yet to come in your arms.
“Stay silent,” he whispered in your ear before letting his lips run on your neck. Your hands were lost on his tie you were trying so hard to untie. But it was difficult with your eyes closed and your mind focused on the pleasure your man was giving you.
Soon, you were both on the bed, kissing each other with very few clothes still on. You needed more, always more. More than his lips on your naked skin. More than his hands lost on your body. More than his eager eyes that told all about the desire he had for you.
You were so occupied kissing his chest that you didn’t hear the bang on the door the first time. Aaron did and stopped what he was doing. That’s when you looked up, disappointed, and heard it again. Accompanied this time by someone calling your name.
“Reid?” Aaron said silently, enough for you to hear.
“I’ll go,” you replied, putting both of your hands on his chest to help you get up. “Stay still and pretend…I don’t know, to be calm.”
He laughed, a little louder than intended. You gave him a warning look to which he replied with a hand up. A very lawyerly habit from him, you had to say. “Sorry. But I’m calm,” he pleaded.
“Say that to your body, love.”
Before he could reply, you put on the sweater he had just taken off—making sure it wasn’t Aaron’s—and went straight to the door. And indeed, like you expected, Spencer was in front of you. Dancing on his feet, apparently stressed by the situation.
“Hey Spence,” you said, coming outside and closing the door to leave your lover alone. “Do you need everything? Everything’s alright?” For a second, you get scared that something will happen.
Either to the team or that another victim was revealed. Selfishly, you thought about the man waiting for him and how cruel it would be if you had to leave the room already.
“Oh yeah, yes it is. For me, I mean it is.” He started speaking very quickly. “It’s just…I was talking about it with Derek, and I realized maybe it wasn’t fair for you to be forced to sleep in the same room as Hotch considering your conflicts. And Derek is ok with that. You can come upstairs and take my room, and I come here and then…”
So they really believed you hated Hotch.
“Ok, calm down, my sweet genius.” You said with a laugh. “You do realize I don’t actually hate Hotch, right? Like…I’m not planning on killing him in his sleep.”
“But you don’t really get along. We see you talking and arguing, and” he sighed, looking down on his hands like he was trying new arguments to convince you. “I want to help.”
“And I appreciate that, Spence. But we’re good." more than good. “We talked.” and kissed. “Everything is fine, I promise. I can even pinky promise you if you want.”
Spencer finally laughed at your endless tries to reassure him. “Ok, fine. But if you change your mind, call me, ok?”
“I won’t hesitate to call you at night if Hotch starts snoring.” Spencer nodded and left.
He still gave you one last look before taking the elevator, making sure you weren’t running to him. But you were still there, just waiting to come back inside. Which you did, once the corridor was free.
When you turned around, you took a few seconds to look at him. Still lying on the bed. You realized how you loved everything about Aaron Hotchner. From his messy dark hair falling on his forehead, his dark eyes surrounded by wrinkles that gave him a safe look, his long nose that he loved to press against your thighs, his gorgeous smile when he was looking at you. To the dark hairs on his torso that were leading the way to every other part of his body that you loved just as much.
He leaned on his elbows when you approached. “He’s gone?” he asked with a hoarse voice that gave you chills.
“Well, I hope so,” you started, climbing on the bed and on his lap. “Or he is still waiting outside to join. I can check if you want.” You replied, starting to get up again. But Aaron was fast at grabbing your hips to make you stay.
When you heard him laugh, you considered making more jokes to listen to that beautiful sound more often. But that thought disappeared quickly when he put his hand on your neck to bring your face closer to his. His fingers tangled in your hair softly to maintain his grip. The only thing on your mind now is having his lips on yours again.
“No need,” he started, brushing your neck with his long fingers. “I only want you,” he mumbled against your lips. This time, the kiss was less eager. It was full of feelings.
Need. Desire. Love.
He was soft on the lips, less on the hips that he was pressing hard against you. When he started to pull off your sweater again, you knew the night was only beginning.
Before you realized it, Aaron exchanged your place. You were now under him, with his big body surrounding yours. “You realize that if we argue tomorrow because we didn’t sleep much, the team is really going to believe we hate each other.” You said with a cheeky smile when he started to cover your chest with kisses.
He looked up for a second before going back to your stomach. “I’ll make sure everything goes well then,” he replied, his lips against your skin.
You bit your lip; the temptation to tease him again was too strong. “I also told Spencer that if you start snoring, I'll call him to the swap room.” you added. You brushed his hair like nothing happened.
The look he gave you was so arousing, you didn’t regret a second pushing him. “I can shut you up, you know that?”
“Make me.”
There was no way you would miss the next opportunity to share a room with your boss.

TOO MUCH.
content.
angst, misscommunication, arguments, reader is insecure and mentally ill, vulnerability, fear of abandonment, relationship tension, trauma, anxiety, happy ending :) lowk based on my last relationship lol | wc. 1k
n/a. haihiish first time writing angst, constructive criticism and advice is very much encouraged, also not sure if everything’s written correctly but yeah, enjoy!
sometimes, you wondered if it was too much—your need for reassurance, the way you clung to every small gesture or word like it might be the last. you overanalyzed everything, replaying moments in your head, dissecting every interaction until doubt crept in like a tide you couldn’t stop. what if you were overwhelming? what if you were uncomfortable to be around? what if she was just too kind to say it?
these thoughts weren’t new. they came in waves, rising and falling like a cruel cycle. most times, you could shove them down, let them fade into the background. but this time? this time, they rooted themselves deep, spreading like a sickness until you could barely function.
you stopped communicating with vi. stopped kissing her, barely touching her. every vulnerable moment became something to avoid at all costs. you thought: i’m too much for her. she deserved more—someone stronger, someone prettier, someone less broken. not you.
and the silence between you grew, like a chasm too wide to cross.
a month passed like this, your heart breaking a little more each day, but vi didn’t say a word. not about your distance, not about your growing absence. and that silence—it fed your fears like gasoline to a fire. if she cared, wouldn’t she have asked? wouldn’t she have noticed? wouldn’t she have fought for you?
.
that day, you sat curled on the couch, scrolling aimlessly through tiktok. every swipe brought another impossibly perfect face, another reminder of how inadequate you were. if you looked like them, maybe she’d notice. maybe she’d care. maybe she’d love you the way you wanted her to.
a notification broke your thoughts.
“need to talk to you.”
—vi<3— sat above the message, your stomach twisted. this was it, wasn’t it? she’d had enough.
half an hour later, you heard the door. you stood quickly, wiping your clammy hands on your jeans, trying to steel yourself for what was coming.
“hey,” you greeted shakily, barely looking up. “how was work?”
“it was fine.” her tone was clipped, her eyes not meeting yours. the air felt heavy, suffocating. “can we… can we talk?”
there it was.
“y-yeah,” you stammered, already bracing yourself.
“what’s going on with us?” she asked, her voice low but firm.
“what do you mean?” you hedged, looking anywhere but at her.
“don’t do that.” she sighed, running a hand through her short pink hair. “you know exactly what i mean. you’ve been pulling away from me, shutting me out, and i don’t know why. just tell me. i can’t keep guessing.”
her words felt like a punch to the chest. you didn’t want this conversation—you didn’t want to hurt her more than you already had. but the dam broke.
“i’m not worth it, vi” you admitted, your voice cracking. “we both know it. i’m—there’s something wrong with me. i’m broken. and you…” you swallowed hard, tears burning at the edges of your eyes. “you deserve better. you deserve someone whole. someone who isn’t dragging you down.”
she stepped closer, her brows knitting together, her expression unreadable.
“do you even hear yourself?” she asked, her voice quiet but sharp. “is that really what you think?”
“i know it.” you sniffled, finally looking up at her through your tears. “i’m trying to do the right thing here, vi. i’m trying to give you an out.”
“i don’t want an out,” she snapped, and her voice cracked in a way that made your heart ache. “you think i don’t know you have your struggles? you think i don’t know you’re scared? i don’t care about any of that. i’m not here because it’s easy, or because you’re perfect. i’m here because i love you. because you’re you.”
her words hit you like a tidal wave. but then, something shifted in your chest—an ache, a flicker of anger you didn’t know was there.
“then why didn’t you say anything before?” you asked, your voice sharp. “why did you just… let it get this far?”
vi blinked, surprised by your tone. “what do you mean?”
“i mean, i’ve been distant for weeks, vi,” you said, voice rising. “i’ve been falling apart right in front of you, and you didn’t say a damn thing. why?”
her jaw tightened. “i was giving you space. i thought—”
“space?” you let out a bitter laugh, tears spilling down your cheeks. “you thought i needed space? how could you not see that i needed you?”
“i’m not a mind reader,” she snapped, her voice rising to match yours. “do you know how hard it’s been to watch you pull away? to wonder every day if i was losing you?”
“then why didn’t you ask?” you shot back.
“because i was scared, okay?” she yelled, her voice breaking. “i was scared that if i pushed too hard, you’d leave. that i’d lose you for good.”
her admission stunned you into silence. for a moment, all you could do was stare at her, both of you breathing hard, tears streaming down your faces.
“i don’t want to lose you” she repeated softly, her voice trembling.
your anger melted away, replaced by a deep, aching guilt. “vi… i don’t want to lose you either” you whispered, your voice cracking.
“then stop pushing me away,” she pleaded, stepping closer. her hands found your cheeks, her touch grounding. “stop trying to decide what i can handle. you’re not too much for me. i love you, and i’m here. but you have to let me in.”
“what if i ruin this?” you asked, your voice breaking. “what if i ruin you?”
“you won’t” she said simply, her voice resolute. “and even if you stumble, even if it gets messy—i’ll be here. every step of the way.”
her words broke something inside you, and you let out a sob, collapsing into her arms. “i’m sorry” you choked out. “i’m so sorry, vi.”
she held you tightly, her arms strong and steady. “i know” she murmured, pressing a kiss to your forehead. “i’m here. i’ve got you.”
and for the first time in weeks, you felt like you could breathe.

where has the time gone? | [SKZ]
genre: angst pairing: skz ot8 x reader warnings: major character death in every scenario <- read at your own discretion
may flowers grow in the saddest parts of you.
1 year, 2 months, 14 days.
"Happy Valentine's Day." Chris coos as his hands gently tighten around the bouquet pressed into his chest. There's a soft silence that falls between the two of you and he can't help but smile, knowing it's unavoidable when he's at a loss for words - and he's the only one who can speak. "I brought you these. I remembered they were your favorite," the plastic crinkles under his fingertips, slowly moving to kneel down and hand the bouquet over. The damp grass of the early morning stains his jeans and yet he can't bring himself to care when the feeling is nothing compared to the overwhelming cold of not being able to hold you in his arms. His breathing is stuttered, shaky and warm as it leaves his lips. A hand places gently atop the heavy stone in front of him; Your name engraved with your birth - and death - date. Already over a year ago... "I wish you were here with me."
1 year, 27 days.
Minho's lip curls into his teeth and he bites down. He was grateful your mother let him in here whenever he needed it; Showing up with no warning only to be let in with warm hugs and soft welcomes, whispers that he could stay as long as he wanted. Your childhood bedroom was so... inexplicably you. Books, games, an old television, and lots of old knick knacks like a doll here and there or a blanket now stained with wear and tear. He knows your mother wouldn't mind if he touched things, moved stuff around or maybe even cleaned it up a little. But he wanted to leave it the way it was when you last touched everything. He felt that if he disturbed the peace the room brought him, your spirit would be gone for good. The closest he came was letting his back rest against your bedpost as he sat on the ground and took it all in, eyes swelling with tears. He knew he needed to stop coming here, stop disturbing your family with his presence, but he didn't want to let go.
1 year.
Changbin's hands wrap tight around the balcony railing. The metal was stained with the cold and it bit at his palms and fingertips, gnawing at him to let go. Though truth be told it didn't bother him at all - He was too busy overlooking the city lights surrounding his hotel room. He knew he'd be here a year ago today; But he was supposed to be here with you. On your anniversary together, celebrating and drinking wine, eating chocolates, tangling your limbs together in the bed and enjoying each other's presence in the city of love. But because he was stupid and offered to take you out for drinks later in the evening, a year ago today, you weren't here. The memory of the driver, intoxicated and bleary, ramming into the front of the company car makes his hands tighten around the railing in anger. Who was he to take you from him? What made him hate his life so much that he had to take another's instead? Changbin seethes on the instead, jaw clenched and tears pouring down soft cheeks usually filled with small smiles. He lets out a breath; slow, tired, pissed. But he knows that you would want him to enjoy his time in Paris even if he'd gone with the others because you weren't around anymore - so he'll do his best to relax and have fun while he can. Even if the overwhelming guilt is forever lingering.
10 months, 19 days.
"It hasn't even been a year and you're asking me to get over it." Hyunjin sobs as he pushes his palms into his eyes, fingers curled tight into fists and body wracking with his cries. "I can't just forget about them! I don't know what you - expect from me!" He can feel someone's arms wrap around him from his right and he knows immediately that it's Felix, curling up close to him and pressing his cheek into Hyunjin's shoulder with a frown. He knew Hyunjin was more angry than anything about your passing - knew that he wasn't ready to quit mourning just yet. But he couldn't keep letting it show during interviews, on stage, or during other performances. Hyunjin cried when he realized you weren't backstage to cheer him on at concerts, or had angry outbursts when anyone would talk about you and joke about things you use to say or do because he thought of it as them slandering your name even if it was a simple discussion. He couldn't stand people laughing at the memory of you because what was there to laugh at? You were dead. And with your passing, a part of him that was lighter, giggly and... happy - disappeared as well.
not yet corpses; still, we rot.
8 months, 4 days.
Jisung sits with his head down on the desk, arms thrown over the back of his head and fingers grasping hard at his hoodie sleeves. The song that plays over the studio speakers is one he had produced almost a year ago now; a softer melody, something close to "13" - a song you loved more than any of the songs that came out on their albums. He never told you - he never got the chance to - but he'd been making the song for you. Back then when you'd heard it there were no lyrics - just a sweet instrumental that made you feel like you should be dancing in a ballroom to the music, or like you belonged in a romance movie with the song playing in the background. But now... Now, he'd integrated the words he'd meant to say to you all along.
"If everything around seems dark, look again, you may be the light. (-Rumi)"
3 months, 5 days, 13 hours.
Felix's head felt heavy. Clouded. Dull. Broken. How long had he been on hiatus, now...? How long would it continue? Was he letting his fans down? Oh, right now he.. truthfully couldn't be bothered to care. As much as he adored them, everyone, he felt like he had to put himself first - even if it meant disappearing from the Earth for a few months so he could grieve the loss of his favorite person in the world. He'd returned home only a few days after it had happened, giving the boys little time to see him before he left for Australia to be away from the scene of the crime. He knew it was a freak accident, knew it never should have happened, but he also knew that if he had been two steps closer, an arm's length away - you might still be with him right now. Everything would be okay. You'd be back in the dorms cuddling or baking together, smacking each other with flour and making a mess so big even Seungmin couldn't fathom it. Or maybe, if he'd been too close to you in that moment, both of you would be gone. He shouldn't be thinking it, but... maybe that would have been better than living in a world without you.
27 days.
Seungmin wasn't sure how to feel. He was one of the group members known for being quiet, minding his own business and being a bit stoic compared to the others. But this behavior was... new. The way his jaw clenched at every mention of your name, or the way his body tensed and his hands curled into fists when he saw pictures of you. He felt an overwhelming frustration each time someone brought you up in conversation, feeling as though speaking about it would make him relive the memory of seeing the moment your body collapsed into nothing. Seungmin hated everyone who spoke about you even if it was in a positive light because he didn't want them to keep bringing you up - every mention of your name made his heart tighten in his chest until it felt like he was suffocating. And it pained him even more that people thought he wasn't grieving. Because he wasn't openly crying in public or speaking about you to the masses of media. He saw the way people spoke about him online, calling him a liar, a fake; Saying his love for you was never real. So in dealing with all of his emotions, Seungmin went home every night and laid in his bed, face buried down into his pillow. He let it build up, let the tears finally flow from his eyes, and screamed into the memory foam so loud that Felix could hear it from the next room over while gaming. He'd sob into the pillow until his throat was raw, curling up around himself and pulling his blanket over his head. People were talking about you, and now about him, too. And he didn't know how to handle it.
16 hours.
Jeongin sat in silence, but his head screamed every fews seconds for him to do something. There, on the couch in his dorm, Jeongin sat stiff with his hands digging into his knees as Chan sat nearby - rubbing gently over his back and quietly talking about how they could make arrangements, celebrate your life even if you were gone; But Jeongin heard none of it. His ears were ringing; a constant, nonstop screech that pained him to sit through, all while his thoughts were whirling around in his head like a raging dust storm that clouded all other thoughts of peace and contentedness. Get up. Go to them. Go to the hospital. Go identify them even if it's not your place. Get up. Go to the hospital. Get up. Get up. Go to them. Go to them. Go. Anywhere. Away. Go away. Go away.
He choked, and Chan stopped talking. He watched as Jeongin's eyes finally welled with tears. It was one of the only times Chan had seen Jeongin so emotional with tears pooling down his face in heavy streams of grief, his chest jerking with every breath until he was breaking down in his Hyung's arms and allowing himself to be held. Even if he went to you, you wouldn't be there. You wouldn't be smiling at him, greeting him with sparkling eyes. He would never see you again. He would never hear your voice again. And how was he supposed to live with that?

Not Now, Not Ever | Rafe Cameron
Summary: After a tense run-in with the cops, reader is injured while trying to escape, and Rafe reluctantly steps in to help. Though initially distant, Rafe's care and honesty break through the reader's defenses, revealing a vulnerability neither of them expected. As they face the aftermath together, the tension between them intensifies.
Pairings: Rafe Cameron x Pogue!Reader
Warnings: Profanities
Author's Note: Requested by Anon!
The thing about Rafe Cameron was that he always seemed untouchable. Born into privilege, raised on Figure Eight with a golden spoon in his mouth and a name that opened doors, he was the embodiment of everything you didn’t have. And yet, he was the storm you could never quite outrun.
You hadn’t meant to cross paths with him. Your world—chaotic, messy, and a little too close to the edge—didn’t belong anywhere near his. But life in Kildare had a way of throwing people together, whether they fit or not.
It started months ago, on a humid summer night at one of those wild beach parties you swore you’d stop going to. The sand was packed with bodies, the air heavy with the scent of salt and cheap beer. You were nursing your third drink of the night, watching the waves crash against the shore, when Rafe stumbled into your line of sight.
He looked like trouble—disheveled blond hair, a cocky smirk that didn’t quite reach his eyes, and an energy that screamed recklessness. You’d heard the stories about him, the whispered warnings. Stay away from Rafe Cameron. He’s bad news.
You should have listened.
But when his sharp blue eyes locked onto yours across the bonfire, something shifted. It wasn’t a spark; it was a collision—two opposing forces drawn together by some unseen magnetism. He swaggered over, drink in hand, and before you knew it, you were trading barbs and sidelong glances, the tension between you electric.
“You don’t belong here,” he’d said, his tone teasing but laced with something darker.
“And you do?” you shot back, refusing to back down.
That was the first of many encounters. Somehow, despite your better judgment, you kept running into him. At parties, in the middle of town, even at the gas station late one night when you were buying snacks to fuel another all-night gaming session.
The dynamic between you was always the same: sharp words and stolen glances, a push and pull that left you dizzy. He got under your skin in a way no one else could, peeling back your defenses with a smirk or a well-placed comment. And yet, there was something about him—something vulnerable beneath the bravado—that kept you from walking away.
Rafe, for all his arrogance, seemed fascinated by you too. He’d ask questions he had no right to ask, dig into your life like he was trying to understand what made you tick. You never gave him straight answers, but you had a feeling he saw through your deflections.
One night, after too many drinks and an argument that left you both seething, he’d grabbed your arm as you turned to leave. “You think you’re better than me, don’t you?” he’d spat, his voice low and dangerous.
You’d stared at him, something raw and unspoken passing between you. “No,” you’d said quietly. “I think we’re both just really, really fucked up.”
He hadn’t let go right away. And in the silence that followed, something unspoken settled between you—a fragile truce, an understanding that you were both running from something neither of you wanted to name.
But your worlds were still too different. While you spent your days trying to keep your life from spiraling further out of control, Rafe seemed to thrive in the chaos. He was fire to your gasoline, and every time you got too close, you felt the heat.
You told yourself it didn’t mean anything. That the stolen glances and lingering touches were just part of the game he liked to play. But late at night, when the world was quiet and you were alone with your thoughts, you couldn’t stop wondering: What would happen if you let yourself fall?
You never got the chance to find out.
The months passed, and the tension between you remained unresolved.
⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯
The moon hung low in the sky, its silvery glow casting eerie shadows across the tangled maze of Kildare’s backstreets. You had been here before—ducking between alleyways, heart pounding in your chest like a war drum, your breath coming in sharp, uneven gasps. But tonight was different. Tonight, you weren’t just out of luck. You were out of time.
The piercing sound of sirens grew louder, echoing through the quiet night, chasing you like a predator. The adrenaline pumping through your veins was the only thing keeping you upright. Your knees ached from the sprint, but you couldn’t stop now. Not when the alternative was cuffs and a mugshot.
You cursed under your breath, your mind racing as you turned a sharp corner and slipped into a narrow alleyway. It was dark and cramped, but it gave you a moment to catch your breath. Pressing your back against the cold, damp wall, you counted the seconds, hoping—praying—that the cops would pass you by.
Then, the unmistakable sound of heavy boots crunching gravel reached your ears.
Damn it.
Panic clawed at your chest as you scrambled to move, but in your haste, your foot caught on a loose brick. The ground rushed up to meet you, and you landed hard, pain flaring through your ankle and shoulder. You bit back a cry, clutching your injured arm as you tried to push yourself upright.
"Shit," you hissed, blinking back tears of frustration. There was no way you could outrun them now.
“Having fun down there?”
The voice came from above you, sharp and dripping with sarcasm. You looked up, squinting through the darkness, and your stomach sank when you recognized the silhouette. Rafe Cameron stood at the end of the alley, arms crossed, an unlit cigarette dangling from his lips. His piercing blue eyes practically glowed in the dim light, and the smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth made your blood boil.
Of all the people to stumble across you in this mess, it had to be him.
“Great. Just my luck,” you muttered, dragging yourself to your feet with a wince.
Rafe raised an eyebrow, his gaze flickering to your injured arm. “Looks like you’ve had a rough night.”
“No shit,” you snapped, brushing dirt off your jeans. You glanced nervously toward the street, where the sirens seemed to be growing louder. “And I’d love to stay and chat, but I’ve got places to be.”
He didn’t move. Just leaned against the wall, watching you with that infuriatingly smug expression. “You’re not going anywhere like that.”
“I’ll manage.” You tried to take a step, but your ankle buckled beneath you, sending you stumbling forward. Before you could hit the ground again, a strong hand shot out to catch you.
You stared up at him, startled, as he steadied you. His grip was firm but careful, and for a moment, his usual arrogance was replaced by something almost… concerned.
“Careful,” he muttered, his voice quieter now. “You’re gonna hurt yourself worse.”
You jerked away from him, your cheeks burning. “I don’t need your help.”
“Right,” he drawled, letting his hands fall to his sides. “Because limping around on a busted ankle is working out so well for you.”
“Why do you care, anyway?” you shot back, glaring at him. “Last I checked, you weren’t exactly the Good Samaritan type.”
He shrugged, pulling the cigarette from his mouth and tucking it behind his ear. “Maybe I’m bored. Or maybe I just don’t feel like watching you get arrested.”
“Touching,” you said dryly, but the truth was, you were too exhausted—and too hurt—to argue. The pain in your ankle was unbearable, and your shoulder wasn’t much better. If you didn’t get out of here soon, you’d be spending the night in a cell.
Rafe must have seen the resignation in your eyes because he sighed, running a hand through his messy blond hair. “Come on. My truck’s around the corner. I’ll get you out of here.”
You hesitated, staring at him as if he’d grown a second head. “Why would you do that?”
His lips twitched, but it wasn’t quite a smile. “Let’s just say I’ve been in your shoes before.”
That wasn’t exactly comforting, but it wasn’t like you had any better options. With a reluctant nod, you let him drape your arm over his shoulders, his other hand sliding around your waist to support you. His touch was surprisingly gentle, and despite everything, a strange warmth spread through you.
“Don’t make me regret this,” he muttered as he helped you limp toward his truck.
By the time you reached it, the sirens had faded into the distance, leaving the night eerily quiet. Rafe opened the passenger door and helped you climb in, his hands lingering a moment longer than necessary before he stepped back.
As he started the engine, you leaned your head against the window, exhaustion overtaking you. You didn’t trust him—probably never would—but for now, you were grateful.
“Where are we going?” you asked softly.
“Somewhere safe,” he replied, his voice low and steady.
The rumble of the truck's engine filled the silence as Rafe drove through the dark, deserted streets. You fought to keep your eyes open, the adrenaline of the chase fading and leaving behind a bone-deep exhaustion. Every bump in the road sent a jolt of pain through your injured shoulder and ankle, but you bit your lip to keep from making a sound.
Rafe glanced at you out of the corner of his eye. “You look like you’re about to pass out.”
“I’m fine,” you muttered, though the sharp sting in your shoulder said otherwise.
“Right,” he said, unconvinced. “Well, we’re almost there.”
You didn’t bother asking where “there” was. Arguing with Rafe Cameron was like shouting into the void—completely pointless. Instead, you stared out the window, watching the familiar streets give way to the isolated backroads of Figure Eight. The trees grew thicker, their twisted branches reaching out like skeletal fingers, and the only light came from the truck’s headlights slicing through the darkness.
When Rafe finally pulled into the driveway of a small, secluded cabin, you frowned. “This… isn’t your house.”
“Nope,” he said, cutting the engine. “It’s a place I use when I need to get away. No one’s gonna find us here.”
The way he said it sent a shiver down your spine, though you couldn’t tell if it was from fear or relief. You didn’t exactly trust him, but you were too tired to care. If this was some kind of elaborate trap, you’d deal with it later.
Rafe came around to your side of the truck and opened the door. “Come on,” he said, his tone softer than before. “Let’s get you inside.”
You didn’t argue as he helped you out of the truck, his arm steadying you as you limped toward the cabin. The interior was surprisingly cozy, with worn furniture and a stone fireplace that cast a warm glow across the room. It felt lived-in, though you doubted anyone else knew about this place.
“Sit,” Rafe ordered, guiding you to the couch. “I’ll grab the first aid kit.”
You sank into the cushions, wincing as the movement jostled your shoulder. The pain was worse now, no longer dulled by the adrenaline. When Rafe returned, he carried a small, battered kit and a bottle of water. He crouched in front of you, his expression unreadable as he set the supplies on the coffee table.
“This is gonna hurt,” he warned, pulling a pair of gloves from the kit.
“Great,” you muttered, but you didn’t stop him as he carefully peeled back your sleeve to examine your shoulder. His fingers were warm against your skin, and you cursed the way your breath hitched when he touched you.
“You dislocated it,” he said after a moment. “I’ll have to pop it back in.”
Your stomach flipped. “Can’t we just… leave it for now?”
Rafe gave you a look that said he wasn’t in the mood for jokes. “If we don’t fix it, it’ll get worse. Trust me, you don’t want that.”
Trust him. The words felt foreign, almost laughable. But as he positioned himself beside you, his hand bracing your arm, you realized you didn’t have much of a choice.
“On three,” he said, his voice low and steady. “One—”
Before he even got to two, he pushed. Pain exploded in your shoulder, sharp and blinding, and you let out a strangled cry. Tears blurred your vision as you gasped for breath, the pain slowly ebbing to a dull throb.
“You okay?” Rafe asked, his tone softer now.
You nodded, swallowing hard. “I hate you.”
A ghost of a smirk tugged at his lips. “You’re welcome.”
The rest of the cleanup was quieter. He wrapped your ankle with surprising care, his touch almost gentle as he worked. You watched him in silence, noting the way his brows furrowed in concentration, the flicker of something unspoken in his eyes. It was strange, seeing him like this—focused, almost… kind.
When he finished, he leaned back, wiping his hands on a towel. “There. You’ll live.”
“Thanks,” you muttered, feeling awkward under his gaze. “For… everything.”
Rafe didn’t respond right away. He just stared at you, his blue eyes searching yours as if he was trying to figure out what to say. The air between you grew heavy, charged with an electricity that made your skin prickle.
“You’re a mess, you know that?” he said finally, his voice quieter than usual.
You bristled, narrowing your eyes. “Gee, thanks. Glad to know you’re still a jerk.”
“That’s not what I meant,” he said, his expression softening. “You’ve been running yourself into the ground, getting into all this trouble, and for what? You’re gonna get yourself killed one of these days.”
You looked away, the weight of his words settling over you. “Why do you care?”
“I don’t know,” he admitted, and for once, there was no edge to his voice. “But I do.”
The confession hung in the air, raw and unexpected. You turned back to him, your heart racing as you searched his face for any hint of a joke. But there was none. Just the truth, laid bare between you.
“Rafe—”
“I’m not good at this,” he interrupted, running a hand through his hair. “But I can’t stand seeing you like this. You drive me insane, and half the time I don’t even know why I bother, but… I care about you. More than I should.”
The words hit you like a punch to the gut, leaving you breathless. You didn’t know what to say, how to respond to a confession you’d never expected. But as you looked at him, his usual mask of arrogance stripped away, you realized something else.
You cared about him too.
The tension between you crackled like a live wire, pulling you closer until there was barely any space left. His eyes flickered to your lips, and for a moment, you thought he might close the gap.
But he didn’t. Instead, he leaned back, running a hand over his face as if to steady himself.
“You should get some rest,” he said, his voice rough. “We’ll talk in the morning.”
⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯
The cabin felt different in the light of day. The warmth from the fire was gone, replaced by a cold chill that seeped into your bones. You hadn’t slept at all the night before—your mind too restless, too tangled with the memory of Rafe’s confession. You tried to brush it off, telling yourself it didn’t mean anything. But the truth was, you couldn’t stop thinking about it.
Rafe’s voice echoed in your mind, his words hanging in the air like an unfinished sentence. “I care about you. More than I should.”
The way he’d said it—quiet, raw, and unguarded—had unsettled you. You weren’t used to that kind of honesty, especially not from him. Rafe Cameron wasn’t supposed to care. Not about you. He was supposed to be the reckless, untouchable bad boy that everyone warned you to stay away from.
So why couldn’t you shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, he wasn’t as untouchable as you thought?
You stretched out on the couch, the pain from your injuries still a dull throb in the background, but nothing compared to the weight of your thoughts. The first light of dawn had barely crept through the curtains when Rafe appeared in the doorway, his silhouette framed by the soft glow.
“Morning,” he said gruffly, his voice rough with sleep.
You barely acknowledged him, your gaze fixed on the floor. “You don’t have to do this, you know.”
“Do what?” he asked, stepping into the room. He’d changed into a worn flannel shirt and jeans, looking as effortlessly put together as always, despite the tension between you.
“Act like nothing happened,” you muttered. You pushed yourself upright on the couch, wincing as you adjusted your shoulder. “We both know that you didn’t mean what you said last night.”
He was silent for a moment, his eyes studying you with an intensity that made your stomach flip. “You think I lied?”
“No,” you said quickly, though it didn’t feel entirely true. “I think you said it in the heat of the moment. Maybe you were trying to fix things or—”
“Or what?” Rafe cut you off, his voice sharper than usual. “You think I can’t feel things just because I don’t wear my heart on my sleeve?” His jaw tightened as he took a step closer, eyes never leaving yours. “I didn’t lie. I said it because I meant it.”
The air between you thickened, the words hanging heavily in the space between you. You could feel the pull, the electric tension that seemed to coil tighter with every breath you took. But you were too stubborn to admit it—too scared to believe it was real.
Rafe ran a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated. “Look, I know you don’t want to hear it. But I can’t pretend like I don’t care. Not anymore.”
You stood up, a rush of emotions flooding through you. “This isn’t a fairy tale, Rafe. People like us don’t get to have happy endings.”
His eyes softened for a moment, the hardness in his expression giving way to something more vulnerable. “Maybe we don’t need a happy ending. Maybe we just need to get through the mess we’ve made together.”
For a moment, you didn’t know what to say. His words hung in the air, leaving you caught between something you couldn’t quite define and something you were terrified to face.
“I don’t know if I can trust you,” you whispered, your voice trembling despite your best efforts to stay composed.
He stepped closer, his presence almost overwhelming now. “I’m not asking you to trust me. I’m asking you to trust yourself. You don’t have to do this alone, you know.”
His words struck a chord deep within you. You’d always prided yourself on being independent, on handling everything on your own. But the truth was, you were tired—tired of running, tired of pretending you didn’t need someone. And maybe, just maybe, Rafe was the person who could help you put the pieces back together.
But you weren’t ready for that. Not yet.
You stepped back, crossing your arms over your chest in a protective gesture. “I need space, Rafe. I’m not ready for this.”
He didn’t argue. Instead, he simply nodded, a hint of understanding flickering in his eyes. “I’ll give you space. But don’t think for a second that I’m going anywhere.”
The words were both comforting and suffocating all at once. You weren’t sure what you wanted anymore, but you knew you couldn’t keep pretending like this—like nothing had changed between you.
“I don’t need saving,” you said quietly, the words coming out sharper than you intended. “I’m not some damsel in distress.”
Rafe didn’t flinch. His eyes softened as he took a step back. “I know. But that doesn’t mean you don’t deserve help.”
There was a long, heavy silence between you, the weight of his words pressing down on you. For the first time in a long time, you let yourself believe that maybe he was right. Maybe you didn’t have to do everything on your own.
“I’ll be outside,” Rafe said after a moment, his voice low but steady. “If you need anything.”
You didn’t respond, your gaze already drifting to the window. As he walked out of the cabin, you sank back down onto the couch, your mind swirling with a thousand thoughts, none of which made sense.
But one thing was clear—no matter how hard you tried to push him away, Rafe wasn’t going anywhere.
⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯
A few hours later, you were sitting at the kitchen table, absently staring out at the woods surrounding the cabin. You hadn’t heard Rafe move around, but when you looked up, he was standing in the doorway again, his gaze gentle.
“I’ve been thinking,” he said, his voice tentative. “You’re in a lot of trouble right now, and I can help. My family... well, they know people. Good people. I can have my lawyers handle everything, get you out of this mess. You won’t have to run anymore.”
The offer hung in the air, heavy with the weight of his sincerity. You hadn’t expected him to offer something so personal—so vulnerable.
You blinked, still processing the offer. “You’d really do that? For me?”
Rafe’s jaw tightened, and he took a step closer, his gaze softening. “I wouldn’t offer if I didn’t mean it.”
You hesitated. The idea of being free from the constant fear of being caught was tempting, but something inside you still resisted. “But... why? Why help me, after everything?”
Rafe’s expression shifted, vulnerability flashing through his eyes. “Because I don’t want to see you suffer. I don’t want you to keep running, thinking you’re alone in all of this.” He hesitated, his voice lowering. “And because, despite all the chaos, I care about you. More than I ever thought I would.”
The silence between you was thick, but this time, it didn’t feel suffocating. It felt like something fragile and real, the kind of thing that could grow if you let it.
You met his eyes, the weight of his words settling over you, and for the first time in a long time, you let yourself believe that maybe, just maybe, things didn’t have to be as messed up as you’d convinced yourself they were.
“I don’t want to keep running either,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper.
Rafe gave you a soft smile, stepping closer until he was standing right in front of you. “Then let me help you. Let me fix this. You don’t have to do it alone.”
For a moment, you just stood there, looking at him, the air between you warmer than it had been in a long time. You didn’t have all the answers, and maybe things weren’t perfect, but for once, it felt like you were on the edge of something real.
“I’ll take your help,” you said, your voice steady but filled with a hesitant warmth. “But only if you promise not to bail when things get messy.”
Rafe chuckled, that familiar spark in his eyes. “I’m not going anywhere. Not now, not ever.”
And just like that, the walls between you crumbled, replaced with something new—something uncertain, but full of promise. For the first time in a long time, you allowed yourself to believe in a future where you weren’t alone. And maybe, just maybe, that was enough.

MASTERLIST (tennis player!rafe au masterlist)
The sun hung heavy over Sydney’s Ken Rosewall Arena, and the crowd’s energy buzzed like static electricity. Team USA’s match in the United Cup had been one of the most anticipated games of the tournament, but all eyes were on Rafe Cameron. Not just because he was one of the best players on the circuit, but because his temper had become almost as famous as his forehand.
Today, the storm brewing inside Rafe was palpable. He was down a set and struggling to keep up in the second. The opponent, an unseeded underdog from Russia, was playing like a man possessed, returning every shot with precision that only fueled Rafe’s growing frustration. The boiling point came during a controversial call.
“Are you serious? That was in!” Rafe shouted, his voice echoing across the court. The crowd’s murmurs turned to gasps. His face was red with anger as his hands rest on his hips, his chest rising and falling rapidly. The chair umpire remained stoic, unmoved by the outburst. “Out. No let, Mr. Cameron,” the umpire announced, his calm voice doing nothing to quell the fire in Rafe’s eyes.
Rafe strode to the net, pointing furiously at the spot where he was convinced the ball had landed. “Are you blind? It literally hit the fucking line!” The umpire’s expression didn’t falter. “Warning for Mr. Cameron, please return to your position.” Rafe’s jaw clenched, his grip on the racquet so tight his knuckles turned white. “This is bullshit!” he bellowed, his voice cutting through the tense silence as he stormed toward the baseline.
With unrestrained fury, he slammed the racquet against the ground—once, twice, three times—until a deafening fourth strike splintered it into shards of graphite. The crowd gasped collectively, shock rippling through the stands as fragments scattered across the court. “Unbelievable!” Rafe yelled, tossing the mangled remains aside before stalking toward the Team USA bench, his frame vibrating with unspent anger.
His teammates and coach looked uneasy, unsure whether to intervene or let him vent. In the vip seats behind Team USA’s area, you sat with your arms crossed, your sharp gaze fixed on Rafe’s theatrics. Rafe threw himself onto the bench, oblivious to the camera following him as he mutters curses under his breath, ripping open a new racquet from his bag, his jaw clenched so tightly.
From your vantage point, you leaned forward, resting your arms on the barrier in front of you. You could feel the heat of his frustration from where you sat, and you knew he needed someone to pull him out of his spiral before he self-destructed.“Rafe!” you called down, your voice cutting through the murmurs of the crowd and the chaos on court. He looked up, his brow furrowed, still fuming. “What?”
You didn’t flinch, meeting his glare with the same intensity. “You need to calm down. Right now.” His lips curled into a frustrated sneer. “Are you serious right now? Did you see that call? It was bullshit!” “I don’t care about the call,” you snapped, your tone sharper than the sun’s glare. “You’re embarrassing yourself. Stop acting like a child.”
Rafe blinked, letting out an exhale. The crowd had gone quiet, all eyes were on the exchange. Even the cameras were trained on the two of you, capturing every moment of the heated conversation. “I’m not—” he started, but you cut him off. “Be the bigger person,” you demanded, your voice low but commanding.
“Do you think smashing your racquet and yelling at the umpire is going to change the call? Get your head in the game.” Rafe leaned closer, his voice lowered but still defiant. “You don’t get it. That point—” “I do get it,” you interrupted, narrowing your eyes. “What I don’t get is why you’re wasting energy on this instead of focusing on winning.”
“And now you’re handing the momentum to him on a silver platter,” you shot back, your voice firm but quiet. “Do you think your opponent cares about the call? He’s focusing on the next point while you’re sitting here sulking like a brat.” His jaw worked as he struggled to find a retort, but before he could, you leaned in even closer.
“Screw your head back in, Rafe,” you hissed, your words like ice water on a fire. “And get back out there. Now.” The way you said it left no room for argument. He stared at you, the fire in his eyes dimming slightly as your words sank in. Finally, he sighed, running a hand through his hair. “You’re really not letting me off the hook, are you?”
“Not a chance,” you replied, leaning back slightly but keeping your gaze locked on his. “Now shut up, get your head in the game, and play like the champion I know you are.” A flicker of something—respect, maybe even a little fear—crossed his face. He nodded, more to himself than to you, before standing and grabbing his racquet.
As he walked back onto the court, he glanced back at you over his shoulder. You raised an eyebrow, silently daring him to argue again. He didn’t. The crowd began murmuring again, their attention shifting back to the match. But you stayed still, arms crossed, shaking your head in exasperation. The cameras, however, lingered on you for a few more seconds, capturing your unimpressed expression as Rafe got into position to serve.
The commentators couldn’t resist. “Well, that was quite the reaction from Y/n,” one said, chuckling. “I don’t think Rafe’s girlfriend approved of that outburst,” the other added. “And who could blame her? That’s another fine coming his way.” The match resumed, and while Rafe’s temper was still simmering beneath the surface, your words seemed to have had the desired effect.
He channeled his frustration into his game, hitting with renewed focus and precision. Each shot landed with a ferocity that made the crowd gasp, and slowly but surely, he clawed his way back into the set. When he finally won the second set in a tiebreak, the crowd erupted into cheers. Rafe allowed himself a small smile, glancing toward your seat in the stands.
The third set was a masterclass. Rafe played like a man possessed, leaving no room for error. By the time he won the match with a blistering ace, the crowd was on its feet, applauding his comeback. As the players shook hands at the net, the commentators couldn’t help but bring up the earlier exchange.
“Well, it looks like Rafe Cameron had some help keeping his cool today,” one of them quipped. “I’d say his girlfriend’s pep talk worked wonders.” Back on the sidelines, Rafe grabbed his bag and towel, his eyes landing on you. When he reached you, he leaned against the barrier, his expression a mix of sheepishness and irritation. “Happy now?” he asked, his tone teasing but softer than before.
You tilted your head, pretending to consider. “I’ll be happy when you stop smashing racquets.” “Fair,” he admitted, glancing down at the broken one still lying near the bench. “I guess I owe you for that.” “You owe me a lot more than that,” you replied, your smirk turning into a genuine smile.
As the crowd began to disperse, you sat back in your seat, finally allowing yourself a small smile. Rafe might be a handful, but if anyone could handle him, it was you. And judging by the camera footage that was already going viral, the world was quickly realising the same thing.

Tw: stalking, dub-con turned non-con but the reader is still kind of into it, recording, non-consensual recording, physical assault, threats, reader's kind of a freak in this
Thinking of yanderes who are so, so desperate to be intimate with you that they’re willing to go by your terms and adhere to the conditions you lay out for them.
You don’t want to touch him, not really – not with everything you know he’s done. You know he’s stalked you incessantly, following you like your shadow for months on end with no sense of privacy or personal space, intruding on every aspect of your personal life with only a passing sense of guilt.
(He’s watched you sleep, even settling beside you on your bed and watching the rise and fall of your chest, listening to the soft inhales and exhales, even going so far as to let his mouth hover over yours, breathing in the air of your soft little snores. He’s watched you shower, setting up cameras and staring through windows to see even a peek of your nude figure, palming himself and practically drooling because fuck, he would cut off his own limb to be washing your hair for you or soaping down your back, your thighs, your tits…)
You know he’s threatened others, blackmailed friends, family, and partners, perhaps even permanently eliminated potential rivals. You know he’s gone to extreme lengths to keep you right where he wants you, to keep you within his imaginary grasp so that he can finally, finally make the final move to make you officially his.
He's a creep in every sense of word, but perhaps you’re a bit of a creep, too, because there’s something about the raw, carnal desperation he’s exhibiting for you that almost feels good. It’s flattering in a fucked up way, making your self-confidence skyrocket because here’s this grown man that’s absolutely whipped for you, willing to do all sorts of illegal and depraved things just for your allowance of him to breath the same air and occupy the same space as you.
You may not be a particularly egocentric person, but perhaps you can indulge his little obsession. Perhaps it’s boredom, excitement at just how pathetically eager he is, or maybe it’s even a genuine sort of fondness and attraction you’ve developed for him – regardless, the next time he begs for you to please, please just give him a single chance to show you that he can make you feel good, you’re biting your lip and nodding, interrupting his stuttered gasp and shocked r-really with a few conditions of your own.
And yet, no matter what conditions you lay forward, things don’t go quite as you’d planned, quite as you’d hoped. Somehow you lose control of the situation, and before you can stop it you realize you’ve opened the floodgates, the truly breadth of his yearning and disregard for morality uncomfortably obvious. Somehow, the creep manages to bend you to his whim – showcasing just how dangerous and strong his Loverboy, eager-to-please façade had been. Because now, the man hovering over you and groaning declarations of love and devotion is suddenly very strong and very impossible to push off of you.
And yet, his creep has rubbed off onto you, because you’re almost enjoying it.
And now, for the sake of imagination, let’s say you give one of three possible conditions…
He’s not allowed to touch you.
It’s a proposition that makes him whine, disappointment settling deep in his chest because how is he supposed to show you what you’re missing out on if he can’t kiss you or touch you or stuff you so full of his cock that you’re dazed and nonsensical?
It irritates him, but the prospect of getting to touch himself with you looking at him is enough to get him agreeing, and you’ll find yourself sitting in front of him, fully clothed even while he’s stripped down to nothing, red, swollen cock in hand as he furiously brings his wrist up and down. It’s loud – squelching and making bassy, tacky thump noises with each slam of his fist against his navel, but he can’t find it in himself to care. He’s too busy staring at you, eyes seemingly unblinking even when they’re half-closed in lust.
It’s arousing at first to watch a man so blatantly and needily masturbating to you, but the moment that your eyes stray from him and his body he’s faltering, fury sprouting from his gut because how dare you not be looking at him during this. How dare you not contribute the same amount of attention and intimacy that he is. How dare you ignore him like he’s just some little puny bug when he’s whining and gasping about every little explicit, detailed fantasy he’s had of you.
And he’s moving before you know it, grabbing your clothed wrists in a single hand and pinning them above your head, keeping your thighs trapped between his own as he ruts into his fist, the smell and sound overwhelming now as he hovers over you.
Look at me look at me look at me he’s chanting to you, voice strained and uneven as the pleasure mounts, the scared look in your eye only making him harder, precum oozing from his sensitive tip in copious amounts, even dripping down his knuckles and lightly staining your shirt.
It’s not long before he’s coming, crying out your name and pressing his crotch against your body, cum spurting out to cover your torso, even getting a little bit against your neck and chin, the hot, slimy sensation making you squirm.
He’s panting, and as he resumes stroking himself, hissing and wincing slightly at the overstimulation, he’ll only breathily laugh down at you, smile too wide and his cheeks too flushed as he reminds you that I’m not touching you, am I? Fabric separating us still, but isn’t this good? D’you like being covered in my spunk?
It feels like hours before he finally lets his fist slow down, cum covering your chest, but with the majority of his releases concentrated over the expanse of your cunt, seeping through the fabric of your jeans and leaving the skin below feeling wet, the sheer volume impressive and leaving you to wonder how he hasn’t passed out from exhaustion.
He’ll groan, eyes fluttering closed briefly before opening up wide, leaning down so that he’s merely a breath away from your lips, murmuring next time, we’ll do this again and I’ll stick to your fucking rules, but a condom counts as not touching, right? Right?

2. You want another person present in the room.
Maybe it’s a safety precaution, or perhaps this is the chance to play out some long-standing fantasy of a threesome you’ve had for longer than you’d care to admit. Regardless, he’s not pleased about the prospect of sharing you, but the months of wringing himself dry to the point of rashes and skin-rubbed-raw leave him babbling out a yes, promising to include whoever you desire.
Except, maybe you really are a sadist because of course you choose the man he hates most.
It’s a slap in the face but he manages to pull through, irritation already coursing through him the moment the three of you settle onto the bed, but things only get progressively worse. Almost immediately, the fucker is stealing your attention – pulling you in for a messy, loud kiss, and it makes his skin crawl to see the way your eyes close, how you lean into the kiss, how you guide his hands to cup your tits and grope at your thighs.
The intruder is far too comfortable, and as your yandere grabs you and physically puts you onto the other side of the bed so that he’s sitting between you two, he can only swallow. He’s immediately leaning in for a kiss of his own, lips working against yours in a fervor, hands unable to stay still as he yanks at the hem of your shift, ripping the material. He’s groaning against you, moving hurriedly as he tries to strip you, unwilling to let the intruder do anything as monumental and intimate as undressing you. But it’s too late, because the man is moving to your other side, pressing his navel against your ass and biting at your ear, and you’re breaking the kiss to moan and he thinks he’s going to be sick because the intruder’s hand is slipping under your skirt.
He slaps the man’s hand away, sending him a glare that makes even a shiver roll down your spine, before shoving his hand between your thighs instead, sucking in a breath because he knows what panties you’re wearing by feel, the pretty black ones that make your ass look so damn good, the one he’s stolen and jerked himself with so many times that it’s making a sort of Pavlov response hit him and oh oh oh no no no he can’t come yet oh please god no –
The moment is ruined, though, because the intruder’s kissing you again, suddenly slapping your thigh with his cock and telling you to beg for it, pretty girl, tell me you want it and something inside your yandere just sort of snaps.
He’s got the man on the ground before he can stop himself, fists raised and connecting with the man’s face, blood already covering his knuckles with just a few hits. He’s growling, a sort of inhuman sound that leaves his teeth bared, audible even over the man’s pained whimpers, even as the consciousness slips from his eyes and he goes limp against the ground, chest rising and falling very slowly.
And you’re still on the bed, staring with a dropped jaw and fear swimming in those pretty eyes as your yandere comes back to you, blood staining his palms and speckling his shirt, his breathing ragged as he shoves your head down to his crotch, telling you suck it clean or I’ll kill him, a smirk settling on his lips as you immediately hollow your cheeks.
And as he maneuvers you onto your knees, fingertips groping and kneading at your cheeks as he fucks into you from behind hard enough to leave your ass ricocheting and jiggling, it’s difficult to not hear the way he breathily laughs, thumb coming around to pinch at your clit as he tells you didn’t break your rule, there’s still another person in the room, isn’t there? Stupid fucker’s just not able to see how well you take my cock.
He’s shoving your face too far into the mattress to respond though, so he only answers himself with a slurred groan of ‘m coming, fuck take it take it –
Sanemi and Giyuu, Akaza and Douma, Oikawa and Kageyama, Kuroo and Daichi, Daishou and Kuroo, Tsukishima and Hinata, Shigaraki and Dabi, Endeavor and All Might, Nobunaga and Franklin
3. You want everything on camera.
Maybe it’s a kink for being recorded or maybe you simply want hard evidence to be able to use against him when you eventually take him to court, confident that he’ll let something incriminating slip out. Regardless, he’s very, very eager to fulfill your request, only growing slightly camera shy when the time finally comes.
It’s not a complicated set up, really – you’ve got a tripod of sorts with your phone balanced on it, the video rolling and centered on the bed where you’re settled in his lap. He’s clutching at you, making all sorts of little whimpers and whines as you kiss him, his lips eager and insistent and his tongue immediately pushing into your mouth the moment he can. It’s sticky sounding, and you’re sure the camera can pick it up.
When you pull back for air, letting your shirt come up and over your head, you’re almost embarrassed at the way he immediately shoves his face between your breasts, violently shaking his head back and forth, not paying attention to the way your bra cups poke at his eyes. He’s mouthing at your nipples over the fabric, even going so far as to dig one out of the cup, sucking and licking at it. His free hands travel down the expanse of your back, tracing the muscles under the skin and eventually settling at your ass, moving you to grind on his already very hard cock.
He pulls back with a little pop noise, licking his lips and looking up at you almost dazed. So pretty, he mumbles to himself, squeezing his hands, and you can only shiver in both excitement and discomfort as he starts rambling.
Been dreaming of this for so long, baby, stalked you for so long that I know exactly how to touch you, how to fuck ya… Been touching myself too much to the thought of you, huh? Feel how fucking hard I am just from a bit of kissing and touching?
He giggles at that, nipping at your nipple and enjoying the way you squirm slightly.
Broke into your apartment almost every day the last year, stolen your stuff and licked every utensil you own. Wore your panties and sucked on your toothbrush, stole your mail and hacked into your laptop and phone cameras just to get a front row view of you.
The information makes your stomach drop and you stiffen in his hold, his his insistent, guided grinds against his crotch only pick up.
Touched you while you slept, too, but I think you already knew that. You’re hard to wake up, y’know? And you make this cute little whine when I finger you, but this is much better right now. You’re hotter when you’re awake, but I’ll take you either way.
It’s ten more minutes of dreadful, disturbing admissions from him as he grinds you against him and suckles at your chest, leaving your nipples sore and bruised, puffy and overly-sensitive. The camera’s still rolling, and it’s only when he curls in on himself, a strained f-fuck spilling past his lips as something warm and wet seeps through his boxers that he slows down, stopping and cupping at your tits, squeezing harshly and burying his face in them once more for a brief moment.
He detaches himself, walking over to your phone and ending the video, before pulling his own out and replacing it with yours, walking back over to you and licking his lips.
Hey now that we’ve got yours and I’ve confessed to all the shit you wanted me to, it’s my turn, yeah? We make a video for you, now we make a sex tape for me. Oh, don’t make that face – ‘m not going to show it to anyone. Well, except maybe you, would you like to watch it back with me?
He doesn’t give you time to respond as he flips you onto your stomach, displaying a level of strength that shocks you, keeping you flat against the bed as he pulls you towards him so that you’re dangling off the edge, ass bared to the camera. He giggles, tracing a fingers against your clothed cunt, before slapping at it harshly, enjoying the way you squirm.
Let’s put on a good show, huh? I’m thinking…
He lets a leg stand on either side of your hips, settling himself so that his chest is pressed flush against your back, lips brushing at your ear as he murmurs we’ll start like this, the angle will be really good, I promise. Trust me, ‘ve watched a lot of porn – you’ll look good like this.
Then he’s forcing you into his lap, facing the camera and making your legs spread wide, a hand slipping into your shorts and toying with your clit. Then like this – think I can make you squirt? Think it’ll reach the camera from all the way over here?
Finally, he’s forcing you onto your knees while he stands over you, the camera right at your face level as he pets at your hair, sighing dreamily and saying and we’ll finish it like this – be loud, okay? Wanna see you gagging and choking. And if you don’t swallow, I’ll just have to do it again – thoughts on throatfucking?
And as he settles you onto your stomach, mounting you and letting the camera roll as he fucks into you hard enough to leave you screaming his name, he’ll only whisper in your ear between hearty groans and the slap of his balls against your ass remember, you wanted the video sweetheart.
Douma, Tengen Uzui, Rintarou Suna, Kenma Kozume, Tooru Oikawa, Dabi, Hizashi Yamada, Shalnark (like a LOT), Uvogin
Be careful what you wish for, because with your rule in place, they will bend it to work to their advantage – but don’t be too hard on yourself for enjoying it. After all, they know you better than you know yourself – can you really be surprised that they know exactly what will turn you on, too?

In Sickness and Care
You weren’t feeling well the night before. You thought you were just overtired, brushing off the slight ache in your body and deciding to turn in early. But when you wake the next morning, the feeling is worse—a dull pounding in your head, your limbs heavy and aching. You roll over, your body protesting, and your eyes fall on Jake, who’s still sound asleep. His face looks so serene, his features softened in the morning light, his lips slightly parted.
You take a deep breath, determined not to let this sluggishness ruin your day. Ignoring the protest of your body, you swing your legs over the side of the bed and push yourself to your feet.
The house is quiet as you shuffle toward the kitchen, each step feeling like a chore. Your head spins slightly, but you brush it off and start preparing breakfast. The sound of eggs sizzling in the pan fills the air, and you try to convince yourself you’re fine.
Unbeknownst to you, Jake stirs. A light sleeper, he immediately notices the empty space beside him. Groggily, he glances at the clock on the bedside table—8 a.m. Way too early for you to be up, especially when you hadn’t been feeling well. Concern flickers in his chest as he rubs the sleep from his eyes and gets up.
Walking into the kitchen, Jake stops in the doorway, his brows knitting together at the sight of you. You’re standing at the counter, moving slowly, your shoulders hunched.
“Babe… why aren’t you in bed? You’re never up this early,” he asks, his voice laced with confusion and worry.
“Couldn’t sleep,” you mutter, trying to sound casual. You avoid looking at him, focusing on flipping the eggs instead.
Jake narrows his eyes, stepping closer. There’s something off—your movements are sluggish, and the dark circles under your eyes are hard to miss. He knows you well enough to see right through your act.
“Babe,” he says softly, his voice firmer now. “You look terrible. Are you sure you’re okay?”
You wave him off with a weak laugh, but Jake doesn’t buy it. He moves behind you, placing a steady hand on your back and the other on your forehead.
The moment his palm touches your skin, Jake’s eyes widen. “Babe, you’re burning up,” he says, alarmed.
You try to protest, mumbling, “It’s nothing, Jake. I’m fine, really.”
But Jake shakes his head, his jaw tightening with determination. “No, you’re not. You’re all hot—it’s obvious you have a fever. You need to go back to bed.”
Before you can argue, Jake gently grabs your shoulders and turns you to face him. He gives you a look that allowed no argument, his hands firm but careful.
“Come on,” he murmurs, already steering you toward the bedroom. “You’re not doing anything today. You’re staying in bed and resting until that fever’s down.”
You open your mouth to protest, but the exhaustion in your body speaks louder than your words. Jake guides you back to bed, tucking the covers around you with a tenderness that makes your heart ache more than the fever.
“I’ll take care of breakfast,” he says, brushing a strand of hair from your damp forehead. “And I’m taking care of you, too.” His voice is soft but resolute.
You feel the fight drain out of you as you sink into the mattress, his warmth and concern already making you feel a little better.
A few minutes later, Jake walks back into the room with a tray in hand—toast, some tea, and a small bowl of fruit. He sets it carefully on the nightstand, sitting beside you and helping you sit up.
“Eat a little,” he insists gently. “You need something in your system. Then I’ll grab some medicine for that fever.”
You take a few bites, feeling his watchful gaze as he makes sure you’re comfortable. True to his word, he disappears for a moment and returns with a cool washcloth, placing it carefully on your forehead.
“Just rest, okay?” he says, his voice soft as he pulls up a chair beside the bed. He keeps his hand on yours, his thumb stroking it gently as he watches over you.
He moved so he was laying down, shifting you so you were laying on top of him, the blanket now covering both of you
"You just rest...focus on getting better. Then you and I are gonna have a talk about why you didn't wake me up sooner when you started feeling bad, okay...?"
"okay" i nod
For the rest of the day, Jake doesn’t leave your side. He keeps you hydrated, makes sure you take your medicine, and checks your temperature every couple of hours. Whenever you stir, his soothing voice is there, reassuring you that he’s got everything under control.
As evening falls, you feel the fever beginning to break, but Jake still stays close, his presence a comforting anchor. “See? I told you I’d take care of you,” he whispers, leaning in to kiss your forehead lightly.
You smile weakly, grateful beyond words. Jake gives you a small, warm smile back. “Now rest, babe. I’ve got you.”
Few hours later, the sunlight filtered softly through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the room. You stirred, the weight of the blanket a comforting presence over you. As your eyes fluttered open, the sight of Jake sitting beside you came into focus. His dark hair was slightly disheveled, and there was a softness in his eyes that made your heart ache. He had been watching over you, concern etched into every feature.
The moment he felt you moving, he opened his eyes wider and raised an eyebrow, leaning in slightly. "Mornin’, sleepyhead… Did you manage to get some rest?”
His voice was a low murmur, warm and familiar, carrying the faintest trace of relief. You blinked up at him, your throat dry and still a little sore.
“Aren’t you supposed to be at work?” you croaked, your voice hoarse from being sick.
Jake smiled, a quiet, amused huff escaping him as he reached out and gently tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. "Normally, yes. But considering you’re sick, there’s no way in hell I’m going anywhere right now. I’m not leaving you on your own if you’re unwell…”
His hand moved to your forehead, his palm warm and steady as he checked for any lingering fever. The care in his gesture made your chest tighten slightly, the tenderness almost overwhelming. “How are you feeling? Better at all?”
You gave a small nod, your lips curving into a faint smile. "A little bit.”
His face softened at your response, his relief evident. He sat back slightly, exhaling deeply.
“I’m glad to hear that. But I have to ask you something,” he said, his tone shifting ever so slightly, a note of seriousness entering his voice. “Remember when I said I was gonna have a talk with you about why you didn’t wake me up sooner when you started feeling sick?”
You bit your lip, your fingers fidgeting with the edge of the blanket. "I’m sorry,” you whispered, your gaze dropping.
Jake shook his head, his expression a mixture of exasperation and affection.
“Babe, I told you already, you have nothing to be sorry for… But can you please tell me why you didn’t wake me up? Were you trying to play it off as if you weren’t sick or something?”
You hesitated, your voice barely above a murmur when you finally spoke. "I didn’t want to burden you… You’re already stressed with work.”
His sigh was deep and weighted, a mixture of frustration and love as he leaned closer. He reached out, his hand gently cupping your cheek, his thumb brushing softly over your skin." You’re never a burden, my darling. You’re not ever gonna be a burden to me. There’s no reason for you not to have come and woken me up when you started feeling sick. And I’ve told you before—I would do anything for you, including helping you if you’re sick.”
His voice was steady, yet there was an edge of vulnerability to it, as though he couldn’t bear the thought of you suffering in silence. His gaze locked onto yours, unwavering and filled with emotion. "Don’t ever think you’re gonna be a burden to me, okay? I don’t care what I have going on. I want you to wake me up if you’re ever feeling ill. I don’t care how early it is, or how late it is. I don’t care if I’m tired. I will help you no matter what. Do you understand?”
You nodded slowly, the intensity of his words sinking into your heart. "Okay.”
Jake’s lips curved into a small, satisfied smile, and he leaned in closer, his forehead briefly touching yours. "Good. I hope you mean that, and that you’ll wake me up the next time you start feeling unwell. I don’t care when, as long as you’re not suffering on your own, alright?”
Your voice was soft, but sincere as you replied. “Okay… I love you.”
The smile that spread across his face was radiant, filled with a warmth that made you feel cherished beyond measure. He gently tugged you closer, his hand slipping to the back of your neck as he looked down at you with unspoken adoration. "I love you too, my darling… More than you’ll ever know. And I don’t care if I have to remind you every day—you are never a burden to me, not ever. I will always be here to help you and care for you, no matter what.”
Before you could respond, he closed the small distance between you, his lips capturing yours in a soft, lingering kiss. His touch was tender, the kiss conveying every bit of love and reassurance he couldn’t put into words. When he finally pulled back, his forehead rested against yours, his eyes gazing into yours with quiet devotion.
“Promise me you’ll always let me take care of you,” he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper.
You nodded again, your heart full as you leaned into him, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat against your own. "I promise.”

Kill my time // Quinn Hughes
In a city full of lonely people, I just want you all to myself
summary: birthday celebrations causing jealousy while struggling to turn a certain age
warnings: drinking, clubbing, smut (18+)
── ∘◦ ⛤ ◦∘ ──
“I can’t believe I’m going to a bar like I’m in my early twenties again.”
I smoothed my dress down, picking apart everything wrong with me as I looked in the mirror. Turning thirty felt like my world was about to collapse, and what made it worse was knowing my boyfriend was only turning twenty five just two days after me.
“Not to mention with a bunch of guys who are twenty one.” My roommate added as she fixed us a couple of drinks. I saw her bring out a bottle of tequila, knowing I was going to be in for a long night.
“Ugh, what did I get myself into?”
“Girl, it’s fine! Quinn doesn’t care about your age so why should you?” She asks, passing me whatever concoction she made. A took a small sip, realizing it was tequila and soda…more like tequila with a splash of soda.
Deep down I knew she was right, because when I told Quinn I was older than him it didn’t phase him at all, I completely expected him to run. He told me the idea of being with someone older was a big turn on for him, something he didn’t discover until he met me. As for me, it didn’t matter what age the men were I dated, they were all extremely immature. I knew it was a risk with Quinn but he definitely didn’t act like men his age. After all he was the captain of an NHL team, he had to have a strong head on his shoulders.
An hour later I was making my way through a busy drunken crowd, holding onto Quinn’s hand for dear life. For whatever reason, his teammates chose this club to celebrate his birthday tonight. Wouldn’t have been my first choice, and I don’t think Quinn was thrilled on it either but he was too quiet to say anything. We always made the best of a bad situation and I knew tonight wouldn’t be any different. House music and lights were bouncing off the walls, making it hard to focus on where we were going. We finally got into our booth and a heavy sigh left me, I definitely wasn’t drunk enough for this.
“You okay, sweetheart?” Quinn’s velvet voice echoed in my ear, calming my nerves. His eyes were bright green, almost enchanting as they peered into mine. My face grew hot, wondering how it was humanly possible for someone to be this gorgeous.
“Yeah it’s just been a while.” I wasn’t lying either. I spent most of my time in breweries with my friends since most of us were over going to clubs. Quinn likes to tell me he doesn’t like going out, but give him a few drinks and he makes a liar out of himself.
He pulled me closer to him, so close I could feel his stubble on my neck. “I won’t leave your side at all, I promise.”
“Okay.” I nodded before he gently brushed his lips over mine. I got lost in our own little world, the music melted away and I forgot we were in the middle of a busy club surrounded by strangers.
“Let’s celebrate, it’s your birthday after all.”
I rolled my eyes, “it’s also yours in two days.”
“Yeah, but …” his words trail off as he runs the pad of his thumb over my lip, “today brought me you.”
“How does it feel to be with a thirty year old?” The words falling last my lips causing my eyes to roll again. That number just didn’t sit right with me. “I’m officially an old lady.”
“Thirty has never looked better.” He mused, his hand running up my hip and pressing me closer to him. I pulled him into another kiss, his cologne hit me like a tidal wave causing butterflies in my stomach. His hand ran up my neck and gripped me tighter while his tongue begged to enter my mouth. We stayed like that, blissfully unaware of reality until his teammates came over with trays of various shots.
“Okay lover boy that’s enough. Let’s get you drunk.”
One thing about partying with hockey players is all of them have no limits when it comes to spending. I had to finally stop accepting every shot they brought around after the room began to spin. Best part of the night though was that the Devils were in town, so Jack and Luke, Quinn’s brothers were here to celebrate with everyone. This was only my second time meeting them but they were extremely welcoming and treated me like I was their sister. Jack at one point asked me to go dance with him and I couldn’t help but say yes.
“So how does it feel to be thirty?” Jack yelled into my ear as we danced to one of my favourite John Summit songs.
“Terrible. I’m almost a decade older than you!”
“You make thirty look so good though.” He smirks as Luke came behind me and picked me up, causing me to scream at him to put me down. As much as I fought he kept me over his shoulder.
“I just want you to know we fucking love you and you make my brother so happy.” Luke added as he finally put me down, the room was still spinning so I had to brace myself against him to make it stop.
“Thanks buddy.” I jumped a little, feeling Quinn’s hand on my back. His face was flushed, telling me he was taking shots without me.
“Can I have my girlfriend back now?”
“Sorry bro!” Luke kissed the top of my head before him and Jack ran off to grab more drinks.
“You okay?” I asked Quinn as I turned to him, he smelt like whiskey and honey as he brought his lips to my neck.
“I will be.” He mumbles, burrowing his face into my neck. “I’m glad my brothers like you, but you’re my girlfriend. Not theirs.”
“Do you think they’re gonna steal me?” I clasped my mouth, trying to hold in my laughter because I know he was being serious. It was downright adorable.
“Maybe.”
“But I’m yours” I assured him, pressing closer to his body. My hands teaching behind his neck, slipping stands of his hair between my fingers. “No one will ever steal me from you.”
“Prove it.” He replied with such confidence, not taking his eyes off my lips. His hands reached up to my hips, pressing me even closer to him. I gasped as I felt his erection brush up against my leg, “come with me.”
“Where are we going?”
“Trust me.” He mumbled, his eyes glazed with desire and whatever was in his system. I grabbed his hand, not knowing where he was taking me.
Quinn guided me into a private bathroom and locked the door. His hand brushed gently over my chest, hooking his finger under the strap of my dress. I watched him with intent, my heart pounding so fast I was surprised he didn’t feel it.
“You belong to me.” He whispered, slowly bringing me closer to him. My hands braced onto his chest as he captured my mouth into a kiss that started off sweet but grew sloppy.
“Let’s not wait then, birthday boy.”
He smirked so devilishly that I felt something more than butterflies in my stomach. Our kisses were met with biting of lower lips and Quinn grabbed my dress so tight I thought it was going to split. I wasted no time and began to unbutton his pants, dropping to my knees in the process. His dick sprung out of his boxers, dripping with pre-cum as my eyes widened.
“Stick your tongue out baby.”
My exposed tongue was met with his tip as he gently circled over my taste buds. I could taste him already, it was making my mouth salivate and run down my chin.
“Such a good girl.” He breathed as his free hand tugged on my hair. “Open your mouth for me.”
I did as I was told and Quinn slowly slid his erection into my mouth, inch by inch until his tip hit the back of my throat. He bit his lip as I began to slide my mouth up and down, his grip on my hair getting tighter.
“Fuck, baby this feels so good.” He deeply moaned, making me feel it in the back of my throat. “Such a good girl taking my whole dick in that pretty little mouth of yours.”
I could tell he was getting close with how laboured his breathing became. I removed my mouth from him and began to lick his tip that was glistening with my spit. He looked down at me with pleading eyes, as if me mouth fucking him was the only thing keeping him alive.
“Come in my mouth Quinn, I know what you want to.”
“Not yet.” His voice sounded so husky as he motioned for me to stand up. I wiped my mouth, taking a long look at him. “Your turn birthday girl.”
I couldn’t help but giggle as he picked me up and sat me on the bathroom counter. My back rested against the mirror as he spread my legs, situating himself between them. When our eyes met my heart felt like it was going to explode, I’ve never seen him like this before.
“How bad do you need me right now?” He asked, slowly taking my lip between his teeth again.
“I need you so fucking badly.”
He makes his home between my thighs and begins to tease me with his tip. I regretted wearing underwear tonight but feeling his pre cum soak the lace was the sweetest form of torture, and he knew it.
“Tell me again…how bad do you need me?” I couldn’t get a word out. His laugh was dark as he fluttered his somber eyes at me, “use your words sweetheart, what do you want for your birthday?”
“I want you.”
“That’s a good start.” He muses, applying pressure on my thighs with his thumbs, “where do you want me?”
No words were leaving me as I gasped for air. Quinn began to run his mouth over my jaw, down to my collarbone, nipping slightly at the skin. I grabbed his hand and guided it between my thighs, his thumb instantly pressing onto my underwear.
“Right there?” He asks, slowly moving my underwear to the side. A small gasp in satisfaction left him as he felt how soaked I was for him. I just nodded, whimpering already from his touch. “Tell me how much you wish this was my dick instead?”
“Quinn, I need you please … I’m yours.”
“That’s my girl.” He replied so proudly, pushing his tip inside of me slowly. His head falls back once he’s fully inside me and it’s the most beautiful sight I’ve ever seen. “Fuck you feel so good, so fucking good.”
Quinn started off slowly, teasing my clit simultaneously with each stroke. He leaned into my ear, continuously praising me as his strokes became faster and harder. Sweat rolled down me as the building started up in my stomach, that familiar flutter began to take over and I knew I was done for. My nails dug into his back as he sinks his teeth into my shoulder as my orgasm left my body.
“Fuck I’m gonna -“
It only took a few seconds before he spilled into me. His hands gently found my face, guiding me to look at him. My legs were still shaking as he kissed me so softly. I was in a complete haze as we broke apart, that one unruly strand of hair fell in front of his face as he studied me. He was so beautiful, there were no other words to describe him.
“Happy birthday, baby.” He mused, gently kissing all the tattoos on my arm. Funny thing,
I never thought he’d go for a girl with a full sleeve and dark hair like me. He struck me as someone who went for blonde Instagram models but, once again he proved me wrong.
“You definitely just gave me the best birthday present ever.” I lightly laughed.
He titled his head to the side, cupping my cheek, “I don’t think anything will be beat the gift you gave me.”
“What’s that?”
“You.”

laying my coveted collection of three (3) muppet dvds down at your feet/general offering table. my soul for some bluestreak, if you wanna. if not then enjoy the muppets- but! i never knew they did cover songs for stuff like "got my mind set on you" by george harrison and kokomo until recently!! or that bluestreak brought "the muppets take manhattan" with him onto the lost light!! idk i really like the mental image of this giant sci-fi robot next to kermit the frog, not doing anything in specific or whatever, just... vibing. if some cybertronians think humans are like weird protoforms, i cant help but wonder what they think of muppets, ykwim??? either way, have a happy new year!!
Blue needs some love and he’s such a goober sometimes. I can see him absently humming Rainbow Connection
Where I Belong Pt 10
Bluestreak x Reader
• Carrying you back to his quarters, he absently rubs a servo against you and warms when you hook an arm around it to hug him. “Sorry about worrying you. I didn’t want to bother Ratchet and it wasn’t really that bad. I’ve seen worse and-” Trailing off when you look up at him. Because he knows he’s rambling, but you don’t huff at him. Don’t tell him to shut up. You never do and every time you don’t his spark aches with it. With all the things he wants to say, but doesn’t dare. “Sorry.”
• When he smiles that self-depreciating smile, that sense of a lost boy lifts through you again. He’s older than you, much older, but still it’s there in the fear you see in his optics sometimes. An unsettled feeling you don’t know how to deal with, but that makes you think the smiles and chatter on the surface are all for show. That he’s still reaching for you like he had that first time, desperate and afraid. “Don’t apologize. Just take care of yourself. I like having you around.”
• Do you? No one else does and his servos flex around you as he lets himself into his quarters and sits on the side of his berth with you. Reluctant to give up your warmth. Feels bad about clinging to you like he does, but can’t make himself stop. Optics shuttering as he braces for the rejection, he mass shifts. Hears you yelp as you end up in his lap and he wraps his arms around you, chin on top of your head. “I like having you around, too.”
• Heart racing, you shudder and try to shake off that awful feeling of falling. Not even sure why you’re surprised by anything at this point when you live with a giant alien robot. Shrinking? Sure. Why not? “Warn me before you do that next time.” Or you might get sick on him. Distracted when he so gently curls his fingers around your wrist and pulls it to him. Watching him line up his palm with yours and even smaller, his hand dwarfs yours.
• “Sorry.” You’ve always been so small and fragile to him, but putting himself closer to your size really drives it home. Your hand so tiny in his. “I just wanted to hold you. And I can’t normally because you’re so small and you’re still small. I feel like you’re going to break,” he murmurs, embarrassed. You’re always touching his servos, hugging them, trying to comfort him. He wanted to return it, but still can’t. Like he can’t begin to explain how much he loves you for being with him. For not abandoning him when he’d needed you. For keeping him from being so alone.
• “I’m not made of glass.” Shifting more to sit across his lap, you reach back and find his other arm and pull it around you. Encouraging him to hold you like he’d wanted and you lay your head against him, seeing his door wings lift from the corner of your eye. “See?” You can hear his internal systems and the thrum of his spark as he cautiously rests his hand on your hip. “This is okay.” Breath catching as his head dips and his cheek brushes yours. That hand still curled around yours tugging so he can brush his mouth against the inside of your wrist, his optics still shuttered. That gentle touch spreading warm through you.

A surprise for her birthday part 2
Here is the second part of A surprise for her birthday. It's my first smut so please be lenient. I hope you will like it.
Warning : Nudity, oral (reader giving), fingering, blindfolded, fluff,
Pairing : Caitlyn Kiramman x Fem Reader
Note : English It's not as explicit as I tought but I'm still happy. I think it's more erotica than smut, I'm not sure.
MDNI
This morning :
You had planned everything for weeks. Taking a day off, you decided to go shopping and visit the lingerie boutique you'd spotted the previous week, where Caitlyn had mentioned finding something she thought would fit you perfectly.
Today had been busy; you went to buy the nightgown that the shop assistant had agreed to hold for you because you were determined to make sure Caitlyn didn't stumble upon it by chance. Then you did the shopping, cooked, spent two hours getting ready, and once all that was done, all you had to do was wait for her.
You knew exactly how much time you had before Caitlyn got back. It was easy--ever since you met her, she had always followed the same routine after work.
At the end of her day, she makes a quick stop to get tea, then she heads to her car parked a little further away, sending you a message when she's in the elevator.
So, when you heard the door open, you just had to wait for her to put her things down before joining her.
Now :
You gently pushed her onto the bed, which made her let out a little laugh. You sat on her thighs, leaning over her, rubbing the tip of your nose against hers, before she pulled you into a kiss that made you feel how much she had missed you even though you saw each other every day.
You stepped back for a moment:
- Slow down, we have all the time in the world.
It was as if she could barely hear you. You had finished your sentence when she tried to steal another kiss from you. You stepped back, gently placing your hand on her mouth to make her stop. You felt her smile on your palm.
You slowly withdrew your hand, looking at Caitlyn to make sure she wasn't going to kiss you again. You smiled, seeing that she was still lying quietly.
You took her hands and intertwined your fingers, you felt her other hand rest on your thigh and gently slide under your nightgown, reaching your lace panties. On your side, you let go of her hand to be able to open her blouse.
All along, you didn't take your eyes off each other. She straightened up so you remove her shirt, revealing a white bra that was just waiting to land on the bedroom floor.
Caitlyn removed your panties to free you from that pretty nightgown, even though you didn't tell her, she had guessed that you were starting to feel a slight pain in your back.
You lowered your head and let out a sigh of relief when she unclasped the hooks, and you felt your chest breathe again.
-Thank you.
-Why didn't you say it hurt?
You made a small, annoyed pout.
-I wanted to look pretty for you tonight.
-You are always beautiful in my eyes.
With a smile, you leaned towards her and began kissing her neck, gradually moving down to her chest. With one hand, you made her arch her back, and with the other, you unclasped her bra. Once removed, you tossed it behind you not caring where it fell.
You ran your hands over her waist, moving up to her breasts, which you gently took in your hands. You took one in your mouth and left the other to the gentle care of your hand while the other went down to her pants to remove his belt.
You heard Caitlyn let out one of those sighs you love so much, her hand ran through your hair and the other clenched the sheet into a fist.
- Don't stop.
You released her nipple and moved down to above her waistband, leaving small kisses along her belly, making her let out soft moans.
Once her belt was thrown, you unbuttoned her pants and let yourself fall to the foot of the bed, landing right between her legs. You freed her legs from the fabric and took her leg in your hand.
You kissed the back of her leg and moved up to the inside of her thigh, which you bit lightly, leaving a small red mark. Caitlyn had taken your other hand in hers and had straightened up to see you better.
Without stepping back, you looked her straight in the eyes as your hand left hers to pull gently the elastic of her panties.
After removing her panties, Caitlyn watched you get up, and she wondering what you were doing.
-Where are you... ?
She fell silent when she saw you return with the white ribbon in your hands. You sat down beside her, wandering if she had changed her mind about being blindfolded.
- Do you still want me to blindfold you?
- Yes.
-Okay. Turn around for a second.
With a soft smile, you tied the ribbon around her eyes, and as she turned back to you, you kissed her tenderly.
- Tell me if you want to take it off.
A small nod is enough for you to return between her thighs. If she could have seen you, Caitlyn would have compared you to a hungry lioness, ready to pounce on her prey.
You were teasing her, she promised to return the favor. She could feel your breath on her, and then you placed a gentle kiss just above her clitoris.
She placed her hand in your hair, not for pulling it, but simply to have a sensation other than the desire and anticipation she was feeling.
You stepped back for a moment to grab a pillow on the floor and placed it under your knees.
As your mouth moved away from her cunt, she tried to place her hand on her clitoris. But before she could reach it, she jumped at the feeling of you giving the back of you lightly slapping the back of her hand.
-No, no, don't touch, let me do it.
You took your place again and put one of her legs on your shoulder, feeling her foot touch the lower part of your back.
When your tongue finally touched her, it was like you could feel her pleasure, she was wetter than usual. Maybe it was because of the blindfold or simply because you hadn't been intimate for so long.
No matter the reason, you were thrilled.
Because she couldn't see, Caitlyn's senses were sharpened, and she wondered why you hadn't tried this before. She felt your tongue caressing her all over and your nose pressing against her clitoris.
You gripped on, pressing your nails into her thighs as her second leg connected to your other shoulder. You ran your tongue up to her clitoris while sticking your index inside of her.
Caitlyn moaned deeply and covered the sound with her hand, but you wanted to hear it; you enjoyed every sound she made, but your favorite ones were the ones she did when you made love.
-Don't cover your mouth, I love hearing you.
She slowly lowered her hand and reached out to you. You understood that she wanted you to hold it. What Caitlyn preferred when you made love wasn't the act itself.
Of course, she loved it. But what she loved most were all the caresses and tender kisses you both shared.
Son plaisir grandit à mesure que ta langue bougea plus rapidement, elle atteignit son apogée lorsque tu ajoutas un autre doigt.
The force of Caitlyn's orgasm caused her entire body to arch. Her hands grasped the sheets, and her legs cinched around your back as though they didn't want to let you go.
Her juice filled your mouth, and you didn't lose a drop. She took off the ribbon and threw it to the side of the bed when she collapsed back onto it with a heavy groan.
She propped herself up on her elbows and saw you staring at her, you looked surprised or shocked, she didn't know. In her mind, everything was a bit hazy, she couldn't remember ever having such a powerful orgasm before.
As for you, you were still recovering from the surprise, you had never seen her react like this before. Without taking your eyes off her you wiped your mouth with the back of your hand.
You slowly stood up, you felt like you had been on your knees for hours. Once standing, you looked at Caitlyn attentively.
- Are you okay?
- Yes, I'm a bit shaken.
Suddenly, she grabbed your hand and pulled you towards her, and you fell next to her with a little surprised cry.
You laughed softly as you ran your hand over her cheek; she looked exhausted but fulfilled. She pulled the blanket over your bodies. Neither of you had bothered to put clothes back on.
Caitlyn rested her head on your chest, caressing your arm as she closed her eyes, completely relaxed.
-I would have liked to please you too.
- Don't worry about that, what's important today is you. But if you insist, you can always make up for it tomorrow.
She laughed and kissed your shoulder.
- Thank you for this evening, angel.
- You don't need to thank me, I just took the opportunity, that's all.
- I have a question.
-Tell me.
- At a moment you left me alone in the room, where were you?
-I had put on a very pretty dress for dinner and since you chose the dessert, I had to change.
You stroked her back gently, smiling as you did.
- I have another gift for you.
- You're spoiling me.
She pretended not to care, but she eventually caved.
- What's this?
You reached out your arm to the drawer of your nightstand and took out an envelope that you gave to her.
- Is it ? Is it true? You're taking me to Thailand?
- We're leaving in a month, so make sure you get your days off ready, love.
She set the envelope down and then hugged you tightly. She had always dreamed of visiting Thailand ever since her mother told her about the trip she had taken in her youth
- I love you.
- And I love you too.
You spent the rest of the night in each other's arms, sharing soft kisses until you both drifted off to sleep.
If you liked it I maybe do another one with another character.
