just sitting here thinking about coming home to Quinn after one of those days. you know the ones that don’t feel long but then all of a sudden maybe on your drive home, life hits you like a ton of bricks, and your just craving silence and your bed. just thinking about how Quinn immediately notice from the coach simply by the way you stepped into the condo. and how you just looked defeated, and immediately the hairs on the back of his neck would stand as his heartbeat quickened worried about you. he would watch from the coach as you went immediately to the bedroom to lay down. he would follow you and wouldn’t speak at first. simply just climb in bed with you because he knew you needed silence but he also knew you simply needed him present and cuddling you. he would be so patient letting you hide his neck, as you both laid on your sides, legs tangled, as he played with your hair. finally when you were ready he would simply ask “do you wanna talk about it or are we gonna just bed rotting the rest of the day?” and he never seemed to care which one you picked because he knew it was what you needed in the moment. and he loved knowing you were getting your needs met by him.
