It's absolutely worth discussing how certain traits of people have been "favored" by societies and seen as "more beautiful" but when you start pushing against that by saying "(trait) is ugly actually" you're still being a fucked up asshole. I'm not gonna say "it's backwards oppression" or anything insane but like, you're still being an asshole about physical characteristics that often times people cannot control.

Like I saw a post being like "ew people with blue eyes are so fucking freaky you have scary eyes" and it's like... shut up lol you're being a stupid asshole for no reason about something people have no control over. Sounds the same as when people push against legitimate fat phobia by doing shit like saying skinny people "look anorexic" (an absolutely wildly not okay thing to say under any circumstances) or to imply people who are really skinny and have bones showing (like say, myself!) have something Wrong with them. When actually that's just how my fucking body looks, it's out of my control, and I don't exist for you to comment on.

Another example is pushing against making people feel like they have to shave their body hair (totally cool, it's a weird societal expectation pushed by companies to sell razors) but then saying "women without body hair look like children and if you're attracted to that it's sus" ummm how about I hit you with a tire iron. I'm a skinny flat chested woman in my 30s, that's literally not my fault, please don't imply I look like a child or I will kill you. Thanks 🫠

Anyways tldr shut the fuck up about other peoples' bodies, please and thanks. Literally not your business, ever. I'm to the point now where if someone tells me I should eat more/differently because I don't "look healthy" I am simply going to attack them. Thanks for understanding.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? If my mom sees a significant amount of blood she gets lightheaded, and has fainted on some occasions. Once it happened when we were kids, I wasn't there to witness it but I heard the story from my dad. Basically my brothers, around 7 or 8 at the time, were playing outside while my mom was making their lunch, and she accidentally cut her finger. It wasn't anything serious, but it drew a fair bit of blood and she passed out. My dad saw this and rushed over, but he didn't really know what to do so he just sort of started slapping her to wake her up (not recommended, but he had no idea and panicked)

At that exact moment my brothers both came in from playing, and all they saw was our mom unconscious on the floor and our dad slapping her. So, like, without even saying a word to each other they both just INSTANTLY start whaling on him, like, full blown attack mode to defend our mom. Which obviously didn't help the situation, but she did wake up and everything was fine.

Now our dad says that he's actually really glad they attacked him over what they thought was going on, because it means he raised good boys. And I still think that's true, they're very good boys.

so he stops being a bad cat, steadily losing hope that he’ll ever be human again. and satoru would be lying to himself if he said he didn’t enjoy how you stroked him while you read a book or let him sleep beside you at night. maybe it wasn’t so bad? so he decided then if he was going to be just a cat, he was fine with being your cat.

the higher-ups had taken note of his absence, obviously, and he only knows cause you’ve mentioned it to him. you had this endearingweird quirk where you’d talk to him as if he were a real person.

throughout his stay in your home as a house pet, satoru finds out a lot about you. you’ve always kept to yourself, but you vent your frustrations out to him while he’s like this, and he offers his comfort the best he can. which you appreciate, rewarding him with kisses that he secretly enjoys.

once he turns human again, by some miracle, his first thought is to go and find you. and when he does, you give him the cold shoulder like you used to, and it surprises him. before he realizes that, ah, he wasn’t your pet anymore. he was gojo satoru.

satoru realizes his feelings for you in that moment. when he feels the ache in his chest from your dismissive behavior, it leads him to starting his most important mission yet—winning your heart once more.

but this time, it’ll be as a person, not a damn cat.
