I live in south south Texas, and my weighted blanket is very warm, and not at all tolerable outside of cold temperatures.

I worry because it’s expensive and if it’s warm I won’t get to use it as often because most nights I only sleep with a thin sheet and we’re in the middle of summer here, so I feel I won’t get a nice use for the price point, if it makes sense? People say it helps but the price + tax fees is a bit much. Thank you for replying, i was having some doubts about buying it 😅♥️

oh god sleeping was a nightmare last night. it was so hot and my entire body was drenched in sweat to the point where i had to take off my shirt in the middle of the night and sleep topless. i was not having a fun time and woke up every hour because it was hot and humid in my room. i was miserable and then at like 3 am i went downstairs and slept with a fan pointed straight at me.

i was glad i could fall back to sleep easily because i took some allergy medication that made me drowsy but i didn't wake up to my alarms this morning, but my body somehow knew that i should be up and luckily i wasn't late for school.

TLDR: i woke up covered in sweat all night and was just overall miserable until 3 am
