Random and probably meaningless but it looks like the side order trailer train scene bit happens geographically further down the tracks than the original train scene, judging by where the city is in the background.

I spent a few days hyper focusing on this because I wanted to make a reference sheet of sorts for myself. And then I gave him actual clothes that aren't built into him because i think the mechanical built in clothes look... really dumb. (sorry <//3)

I adore him to absolute bits. I seriously don't know how or when it happened but he snuck his way into my comfort characters list and now I'm fighting Idia for title of favorite brother.

#The outfit I gave him is pretty basic because I hadn't planned on giving him a single permanent outfit so I just went for something simple.#Except for the shoes #I found those online and thought they were perfect for him #They're supposed to be shiny/glossy but uhhh idk how to render them right for that whoops lol #this is slightly a 'redesign' as well but also not?? really????#because i just mixed a few of his different models and then simplified him in a way i could somewhat comprehend #i have self indulgent thoughts that go along with this but they aren't important outside of my circle of friends and my own headspace #shit like how he got those shoes specifically and some actual like in universe model design process 'lore'#side note; i finished this back in october so it's not new by any means #I was severely burnt out and struggling through art block at the time but i was able to work on this without much issue #it even pulled me out of it to a degree tbh so thank you ortho <3 #lvmbart #ortho shroud #ignihyde #twst #twisted wonderland

the way colorism is so ingrained in people on drdt twitter is absolutely foul. you literally got mfs lightening up slightly brown characters, tanned and even FAIRSKINNED characters. eden and charles are slightly brown (charles is lighter than eden and eden is slightly ashy) and they're still lightened up. teruko is only very slightly (permanently) tanned and shes so close to being fairskinned than brown, yet even she's lightened up LIKE EVEN HER SKINTONE ISN'T "ENOUGH"? smh im tired like get yall hands off of them... and rose too cuz i dont even wanna know how these people draw rose LMAO

#not like i expect the fandom too care. even the fandom ignore that hu is canonly plus sized #the drdt community is never going to have a discussion about this. art of these characters being lightened receive support so #ill just. keep rolling my eyes and sigh. im tired #i think that eden's one of the few characters who adds to representation of brown skinned characters in media #that is dangan related... which is good bc most of the (only very very few) canon brownskinned characters are bad respresentation #edens skintone is the closest to mine (im slightly darker) and even tho she blasian and slightly ashy i felt kind of represented #just to think that people feel the need to lighten up her skintone is dissappointing :')#its not that hard to draw brown skin... in fact some art i see where these characters are light isnt RENDERED that much #so technically it wouldnt be that hard to draw brown skin since they wouldnt even need to render it #bad enough that dr is colorist and racist.. its sour to just take away respresentation that the canon game did so poorly
