I have like an infinite amount of ideas for jealous Eddie fics but I can't imagine Buck jealous. Like, he's not going to be jealous in the sense of the word, I feel.

He's going to be miserable. Self-conscious. Insecure. Will talk himself into believing that he was delusional the whole time and Eddie had never had an ounce of romantic love for him. He'd be scared. He'd think this would mean his role (at least as engaged as it is now) with Eddie and Chris has an expiration date, that eventually he'd be replaced by someone who can meet all of Eddie's needs and wouldn't be needed himself to the extent he's now.

He wouldn't say anything because Eddie is happy so he should be happy, too, right? And maybe he'd talk to someone about it (Maddie/Bobby/Hen) but he'd convince himself it's better if he shuts up and says nothing before that and wouldn't change his mind. It'd probably be even worse if Eddie started dating a guy because in Buck's head, 'yeah, he likes guys, just not me' and he'd internalize it and feel stupid about all the moments when he thought there might be something.

I feel like he'd try to cover the dread somehow. Maybe he'd spend more time with the rest of the team on purpose and leave Eddie with an open schedule for dates with his new partner, or maybe try to find new friends so he doesn't feel lonely once Eddie has less time for him, or maybe even try (unsuccessfully) dating himself.

the best advice i can offer you is to study anatomy, shapes, lighting, and color theory!

a lot of my improvement has come from studying both real life references and the works of artists i admire :) (shoutout to to impressionism, love that style)

to be honest tho, a lot of it is fucking around with random techniques and styles of rendering (AND SO MUCH PRACTICE HOLY SHIT) until something sticks

(for me, it was using textured brushes and mimicing painting techniques that stuck)

it may be frustrating at first, but i promise if you stick with it and keep practicing your brain will explode and then it will all suddenly make sense one day

i am so so far from a professional though—i have no idea what i’m doing man. i’m just throwing shit at canvas and hoping it looks nice /silly

I remember about several years ago before Ranboo came out, I had dream where he was streaming and he had this serious moment where he came out as gay. I think about this sometimes.

Thinking about that “Orochimaru as Kushina’s sensei who adopts Naruto” thing (did I name that? I do not remember.) and akdjjsjsbd I have emotions okay

First and foremost, I’m retconning what I said about Naruto’s appearance. Orochimaru has a bubbly red haired child with the bluest eyes and little whiskers. When Naruto’s teeth come in he has little fangs and Orochimaru has many moments holding a toddler at full arm extension with narrowed eyes just

“If you’re going to bite me you had better go for a killing blow” “*unintelligible baby shrieking*” “don’t back talk me.”

Orochimaru is incredibly bitter as all of Naruto’s favorite clothes are bright ass orange and he will scream like he’s being murdered if Orochimaru tries to dress him in any other color.

the long awaited giraffe plushes of the Last of Us post!

I am obsessed with the headcanon of Ellie, or Joel, finding one on a patrol and noticed there's a bunch in the games, so here are the screenshots :)

first, Sarah had a giraffe behind her door :(

then, there was a kid playing with one in the QZ, when you're going after Robert. (they actually hold the plush closer if you get too close)

with Sam and Henry, there are 2! the first one is in one of the bedrooms on a dresser. it's actually lined up with a bunch of other plushies! the second one is in the toy store, when Ellie grabs the toy robot that Henry made Sam put back :)

still with Sam and Henry, but specifcally with the sniper, there's a little guy on a suitcase! there's also another big boy! and a painting/drawing of one that I felt I had to include!

at the Lakeside Resort, there's a little arcade building (I think that's what it is? I always run through it as fast as I possibly can) and there's a little giraffe on the floor by the claw machine.

on the way to the hospital, there's a sign for giraffes! so honourary inclusion of that!

and of course, we have to include to the actual giraffe scene :) I have it to where they're wearing the fits from game 2 (I am doing just fine with this, too, just fine /sarc), but yes! here you go!
