The call out:

-Art theft

Right. From what has been observed, the call for this is that the user committing the theft has claimed no permission from the owner, nor given any credit.

However, as seen, the way the character has been made differs quite a lot from the accused stolen art. It's different in the hair, the facial features, the added details, and the props used.

The user splayed as having committed the theft has different art that was made with permission, of the very same character they have been accused of stealing, where the difference can be seen majorly.

-Predatory behavior

This accusation has been relaid.

It accuses the user of being in a voice call with a minor while reading fiction that is NSFW. This has been relaid by the minor who was in the voice chats, whom has come out and said that that never happened.

In regards to themselves claiming to want to enjoy an online persona.

It had been stated that this persona can be any age wanted, or desired. It can be upsetting to see them portrayed as an adult, however, it is far from illegal or predatory, since they can be anything.

-Accusations

It is not my place to claim what is and isn't rape. I cannot go over that. Just as I cannot say who is, and is not a system.

I will only say that the user has been seen "role-playing" as a way to portray their behaviour and to show what they wish to do. Their partner would know of this fact.

-Lesbophobia

!Warning. I am not a lesbian. I cannot reclaim or relay this. I am simply stating what I have seen. This will include my own opinion on the matter as well!

This accuses the user of being lesbophobic for shipping a canon lesbian with a male.

I cannot relay this.

Still, I wish to remind everyone that canon will not be changed, even if fanon is different. I understand that it hurts and is harmful to ship a character who is seen majorly as a lesbian with a man. However, I do not believe that one should be stopped from making their own beliefs. While I myself do prefer to ship her with a lady, I am unwilling to stop those who do different. Their beliefs are simply different from mine. It's better for me to block them and keep enjoying rather than to go into argument, as has been done a multitude of times over this matter with the user accused, which had led to another being rather upset and having emotional instability.

In retrospect, this statement is a bit hypocritical to me.

This is because the users whom accuse the other do themselves ship straight males with others.

I understand that being straight is not as big of an identity, however, I do think one should follow their own rules. A canon lesbian remains a lesbian, but then a canon straight man should remain a straight man.

You can disagree with me on this matter, but this is my own opinion on the fact. If you feel different, that is alright. I won't stop you.

-Misogyny

The user accused is said to be unsavoury towards a female character.

While I cannot relay that, because that is true and has happened, I will say that they have not been shown doing any of the matter the last year. That leads me to believe that they have grown. I apologise if this is not the case, but people can improve on themselves.

As for the shipping part, it is important to note that quite a bit of discussion has been left out of the matter. It was why the user went so far as to recommend another space, because they were constantly disrupted, and talked through.

That is all I'll say. As for the other side.

I do believe that the accusers were attacking the user rather aggressively, to the point where some of them are still going to this day. I also believe that they have rumoured online about a different server before.

If they have grown to be better, there's no use holding them accountable. They have shown to improve.

But, if they keep repeating this matter, I am not one to keep forgiving them and forgetting about it.

Other than that, I believe some of the accusers have pushed to make statements more believable or put themselves in compromising positions to have more evidence against the user accused.

Again, I am not truly on either side. Both have behaved weirdly in the past, and while I do have friends on either side, I can still see that both have done things that are icky, or that are distrustful.

I am making this to make everyone aware that some things have not been covered or have been left out altogether.
