I finished the dark tournament and WOW- that was one heck of an arc! I knew it was gonna be great but then it happened and I was FLOORED!!! The fights were amazing: Kuwabara fake died and while I knew he wasn’t truly dead I was still all: !!!!!! And then Genkai came back??? I wasn’t expecting her to but also yay???

Kurama and his Yoko form are so BQNSNANNZNANXN 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 I’m a sucker for pretty redheads: I am who I am- but his Yoko form was giving Ayame from Fruits Basket, Inuyasha, gorgeous gorgeous white haired fox people YES! So pretty, I was simping like crazy!

And HIEI YES!!! He was ever so cool! I can’t lie to you; whenever I saw him shirtless I remembered us talking about how odd it looked due to his build and the pants hem height and it made me laugh ahznnansns But he was so freaking cool; they all were!

And TOGURO AHHH!!! He looked like a Graveler from Pokemon; I’m standing by that- but my god his backstory was so sad??? I knew it was gonna be a heartbreaker but holy crap my soul hurt watching that! It was like the most recent episode of the demon slayer arc (from last week, not the finale episode depending on whenever you read this) but make it sadder and angstier!

The relationship between Kuwabara’s sister and that guy with the long hair was a thing- I knew something was developing but I also was like “Whaaaaat?” I was sad for her when she lost him but also I was like “baby that man was a walking red flag factory- yes he’s hot but the man’s not die for you hot”, you know? I adore her though- I really adore all the characters AHH!

I’m on episode 67! I haven’t started the new arc yet cause like- ✨procrastination✨ but I’m so hyped for it??? I love this show so much!!!

Things baby Bakugou did as a child (source: I was there)

— proposed to Izuku with dandelion roots, and always let him make the first wishes. Proceeded to introduce himself as his husband for the next two years.

— Hid all of Maseru’s socks and mixed them, forcing his dad to walk around with mismatched pairs.

— wrote all his little recipes by hand, in red crayola, in a little organizer like a grandma. The ones for Izuku, he keeps in a special notebook.

—‘Meals when Deku’s sad’ ‘Meals when he makes me happy’ ‘meals when he makes me FUKIN MAD—‘

— the last one is just rocks.

— learned how to tie his shoe when he was 3 but pretends he doesn’t know so Izuku would tie it for him. It has to be a bunny knot, or else it’ll feel wrong.

— Built a treehouse all by himself (read: asked his mom for one) That way he and Izuku could play all day everyday. The fun part was climbing. The hard part was getting themdown.

— Bakugou, that is; Izuku’s the one who has to convince him he’ll be back.

—Yes, he loved playing today. He loves playing everyday. No, he hasn’t made a new best friend. No, Kacchan, you don’t have to pay me to be your friend. Yes, I would love you if you were quirkless.

— He can do everything except climb trees. He can’t fucking climb and there’s CATS in TREES and he can’t SAVE them by HIMSELF.

—So he’d always call Izuku to do it because the little bastard can climb like it’s no one’s business.

— SUUUCH an overprotective little fucker, oh my god. Baby Izuku was a god damn menace and he’s get himself stuck in the most absurd scenarios ever just to play hero.

— Gave baby Bakugou gray hairs, do NOT run into traffic just to walk some stray puppies on the other side. Don’t play with the older kids either! Do you even have a bandaid kit on you?! He’s calling Inko!

— When he and Izuku stop being friends, he secretly fills Izuku’s cubby with all kinds of sweet sour treats. He likes lime and sour cherry and all bitter things. Bakugou hates them. He spends his allowence on them for years.

— Same goes for All Might merch. He thinks Jeanist is cooler, but Izuku never had refined tastes.

Darlin’s Wolf Form

Darlin’ doesn’t show Sam their wolf form for so long because they’re terrified of his reaction. They know how they look. Their wolf has always been frightening, even before they acquired the numerous scars carved across their body.

It’s partly their size; they’re just a bit smaller than David (and that guy is fucking huge).

It’s also their gait. They walk with a stagger, which makes their movements slightly disjointed and jerky.

And it’s their teeth, which are unusually sharp and too large for their mouth, causing their lower jaw to hang open in a permanent gaping grin.

Even the sounds they make are horrifying: every growl and snarl and howl is layered—haunting and gravely and resonant and raspy. Hearing them is fucking eerie.

When the Inversion happens, Darlin’ is watching the games at home on the tv. As soon as they see the shades onscreen, they shift and race to the stadium. Fast as they are, though, the ward is already up by the time they get there. They claw and bite at that ward for hours before it finally comes down.

They don’t even think about how they look while they’re searching for Sam; they are just laser focused on his scent. Only after they see him, hurt but safe, do they shift back and tackle him into a hug.

After the Inversion, Darlin’ is still apprehensive about shifting for Sam. But now at least they can skip the formal presentation that most mates do the first time they shift. It takes away some of the pressure. They shift once when the two of them are attacked by Quinn’s cronies, but that’s about it.

Until one day, Darlin’ asks Sam if he is scared of their wolf form. Sam bursts out laughing. Nothing—he assures Darlin’—nothing about them is scary to him. Impressive? Yes. Awe inspiring? For sure? But scary? Never.

Later that night, he finds a very large wolf sprawled in front of his fireplace.

Sam learns every spot on Darlin’s body that they like to be pet. He boops their scarred snout and gives their fur sweet kisses. Darlin’ gives tentative kisses (licks) back, until they realize they make Sam laugh. Then they barrage him with kisses (giant, slobbery licks), until Sam is on the floor in stitches.

One time, Sam calls Darlin’ ‘pup’. He doesn’t mean to; it accidentally slips out. Cause that’s how he sees them, just a big adorable puppy. He splutters out an apology, mistaking Darlin’s scarlet face as a sign of embarrassment. Darlin’ then has to admit (quite meekly) that they actually really like the pet name, much to Sam’s relief and delight.

It’s pretty amusing from an outside perspective to see Sam cooing at this enormous, nightmarish wolf and calling them his puppy, and to see said wolf furiously wag their tail in response.

One of the best parts of Fellowship of the Ring is finding out about Aragorn and Bilbo’s friendship. Like I’ve seen people talk about how they collaborated on the song together, but I have yet to see people talk about this:

You know- before I go and watch the peak cinema that is Sonic 3 tomorrow, I just have to confess…

I don’t actually care for Sonic and have only been watching the movies for Lee Majdoub.

Never played the games growing up, don’t know or care about any of lore, and I never was into the franchise at any point in my life besides the fandubs (that is quite literally my only point of reference lore-wise).

Ive been a fan of Lee Majdoubs ever since his appearance in Dirk Gently- and my love for him as an actor only grew as I saw how active he is with his fans (I’m 90% sure he has a tumblr? Could be wrong)

I can’t even remember if I knew Lee was in the first movie before watching it or if I found out after deciding to watch the funny blue rat fight Jim Carrey but now Agent Stone has become one of my favorite characters.

Anyways- shout out to Lee Majdoub- I am probably quite literally the only person who excited to see Sonic 3 solely because Stone is meshing with the main crew. 👍

This season has meant a lot to me, both from a sporting and a human point of view. We have done extraordinary things, we have taken MotoGP to a very high level, we have won 11 races together and lost together as one big family.
