Hey y'all, weird question time! Do you have any advice for stretches/exercises to improve finger dexterity/range of motion? This question brought to you by a childhood history of being really spectacularly bad at catching footballs, several instruments I'd probably be better at playing with a better range of motion, and also the fact that I can't raise just my middle finger by itself without my other fingers also going up at least a little bit

Kinktober 13- Dads best friend
Tumblr media
Authors note: Lowkey kinda don't like this prompt but I need to feed you for this Kinktober
Simon 'Ghost' Riley x best friends!daughter
TW/CW: LEGAL age gap, loss of virginity, Price is your dad, He's in his mid-thirties and you're in ur early-twenties, fingering, mentions of divorce
SMUT UNDER THE CUT!!
Family barbecues. They happened pretty often when your mom was still around, but when she left your dad, you didn't really have them anymore.
Now Friend barbecues were more like it. And a lot more enjoyable if you were being honest. Your dad would bring home all his coworkers and you got to hear insane war stories while eating wings and watching football on the big screen.
But there was...a guilty pleasure when it came to these. Simon 'Ghost' Riley. Maybe it was from watching too many romcoms or reading Tumblr smut but it was hard not to be attracted to him. Those thick beefy arms that flexed when he moved and the broad chest barely contained by his short sleeve shirt. Messy blonde hair and soft brown eyes that were like pools of ink you could drown yourself in.
But drowning yourself in someones eyes. Especially someone who was 16 years your senior was weird. So you kept those thoughts to yourself.
Everyone was out back, smoking cigs or making burgers while you stayed inside, drinking lemonade and watching the apple tree in your backyard sway in the gentle breeze. Until you heard the sliding glass door open.
You turn only to be greeted with a giant hulking form staring at you. "Hey." Simon mumbles, shuffling into the kitchen beside you. Pouring a glass of lemonade. "You good."
You snap out from staring at his massive biceps and nod. "Mmhmm. It's just hot outside." You smile, trying not to squirm.
"Yeah I know, Johnny keeps spittin out Scottish slang and I don't get it." He chuckles, a warm rumble in his chest that made your knees wanna give out underneath you.
"I never know what he says, it's like playing a game of mad libs, except its in another language." You earn another laugh from him and it makes you giddy. He liked your joke.
"How old are ya?" He suddenly asks, staring at you. You blush, shifting in your little sundress, pulling it up a little so you could catch a glance at your newly shaved and lotioned thighs.
"Im recently 22." You chirp, blushing at him. "How old are...you Simon?"
He sighs out, his eyes glancing down to rove over your skin before glancing up. "38."
You tilt your head. "Oldie." You smile, giggling as you bring your drink to your lips. He softly smiles and shakes his head.
"Am not."
"You're like sugar daddy age." You blurt out, oh God you really are pushing it. Sugar daddy age? Really? What the hell is wrong with you.
He looks a bit surprised, before laughing slightly. "Am not. Sugar daddy age is like...40s and 50s. I just got experience in pleasuring a woman, I dont need to buy a young thing like you."
You bat your pretty lashes at him and nod, tilting your head. "...Experience in...pleasuring a woman hm?"
"I've had my fair share of girlfriends. I'm not exactly the wait till marriage kinda guy." He mumbles, eyes sweeping over your bare thighs. Shifting in his jeans.
"If you're flirting with me, it's working. But your dad would kill me."
"Not if he doesn't know." You whisper, glancing out the window. Still outside, drinking and smoking. Maybe he'd be too drunk to notice his coworker fucking his daughter. Hopefully. He'd kill you too if he found out.
Simon pauses, sighing as he thinks for a moment. "You're right...you're a young thing though. You a virgin?"
You innocently nod. "Is that a bad thing?"
"No. It means I'm going to be gentle." He sets down his low empty glass of lemonade. Pulling out a condom from his wallet before stuffing it into his backpocket. "Lead the way pretty girl."
You giddly dragged him to your upstairs bedroom, flushed and wanting. You could already feel how wet you were, thighs shifting for that delicious friction.
He gently pushes you into the bed, kissing you hungrily. Hot and open-mouthed, leaving a trail of wet across your skin. "How long have you wanted to fuck me?" He huskily whispers in your ear, stuffing his hands up your skirt.
"S- Since...I don't know. I was 19?" You muffle into his shoulder and he tsks, gently kissing your collarbone.
"m'too old for a sweet thing like you. Cant find anyone your own age?"
"N- no one as good as you." he darkly chuckles at that statement, hiking up your dress and pulling down your panties to expose your puffy cunt to the air.
You hitch and he gently kisses your neck. “Hmm…really?” His thick rough fingers drag themselves through your slick, rubbing your entrance.
you let out a weak moan, hitching when he slips in a finger. God his hands were big. Shifting your hips slightly as you look up at him. His free hand sliding up to guide your chin.
“we’re gonna take it slow. Just like that baby. Gonna add another finger okay?”
you whine and nod, spreading your legs further apart. He slips in another finger, walls stretching, pussy clenching around his digits as he starts to pump them.
“there…now we got a rhythm. Nice huh?”
you nod. “Mmmh- rea- really nice sir…”
The rough pad of his thumb rubs through your arousal, coming down to circle it around your clit. Hips desperately jerk forward, shocks of pleasure running through your core.
“f- fuck-“ You whine, holding his wrist.
“want me to stop?” His fingers slow down their movement and you shake your head no quickly. God you never wanted this to stop.
His fingers continue their movements in your clit, quick swipes and tentative presses, two thick digits pumping in and out of your aching hole.
your newly manicured nails drag down his clothed back, panting like a bitch in heat in his ear.
“p- please sir-“ you buck your hips up. An orgasm washing over your body, leaving tingles in your core as you squirt onto his palm.
he chuckles. “There y’a go…” his movements slow, letting you ride out the pressure wave.
bringing his hand up, he licks it clean, pulling your panties up. “Can y’a walk?”
you nod, sitting up and shifting. Fixing your skirt.
“Just…don’t tell dear ole dad I fucked his little princess m’kay?”

first meet
lena oberdorf x reader headcannons
Tumblr media
after transferring from chelsea to bayern in august 2021, you were relieved to finally have a club that might recognize your efforts
its not like you were a bad player. in fact, you were a highly rated midfielder--but chelsea didn't make you a regular starter anymore after your third season there, which started to affect your national team callups.
the first bayern vs wolfsburg game in november, you were starting as an attacking midfielder. this excited you, you haven't faced wolfsburg since the champions league back in 2020.
did you know lena oberdorf? not personally. you knew of her though, and she knew of you too.
in the 35th minute of the game, lena mistimed her classic side tackle on you. after you weaved around popp and hendrich, you found yourself being tripping onto the ground after feeling someones foot kick right into your ankle.
of course, you stayed on the ground due to a little bit of pain. lena stood back, looking at you as the ref held up a yellow card. after going to the sidelines and checking back into the game-- lena put her hand on your shoulder to make sure that you were okay.
you were fine, but you weren't too happy about the tackle. you regret it to this day, but you told her annoyingly, "I am, but maybe you should time it correctly next time."
after the game, everyone gave their handshakes.
lena held your hand and at the same time, you apologized to her for being a smartass.
"hey, I'm sorry about being rude on the pitch."
"its no worries. I should've timed my tackle correctly." lena responded back in a strong german accent.
you didn't know this, but lena already found you attractive. ever since that champions league game back when you were at Chelsea, she's wanted to find a time to get to know you more-- and maybe the time is now.
"wait--" lena says as you let go of her hand.
you turn back to lena with a smile, wondering what she needed.
"I'll be in munich for a couple of days, I'm supposed to hang out with lea tomorrow morning but maybe we could go out for dinner tomorrow evening? just to get to know each other more." lena whispers in your ear, just so lipreader with the cameras can't catch what she is telling you.
"are you asking me out on a date, lena oberdorf?" you smirk.
"I am." lena boldly says.
"well, we can certainly have dinner tommorow. I'll get your number from lea so we can text before then," you smile as you rub your hand up and down lena's waist.
"see you then." lena smirks before jill roord came over to speak to her.
the first date, just a day after the game, went perfectly. you went to the italian restaurant in a casual ivory colored sweater and blue jeans, while lena wore black cargos and a army green hoodie with a few branding logos on it.
the both of you discussed long distance (#uhaullesbians) and agreed that communication would be key to making everything work
you knew that you had feelings for lena after the dinner, when you realized that most of your conversations didn't center around your jobs. everything else was talked about. family, friends, your home country, video games, other hobbies, just not all of it had to do with football.
after the dinner, you took lena back to her hotel where wolfsburg stayed in. you got out of the car and the both of you talked more for another twenty minutes outside of the hotel.
it was fast, very fast, but the both of you kissed goodbye.
she already had feelings for you, but it seems like you're falling harder for the german woman.

Star Park AU: Stan Marsh Edition
-> Lives on Tegridy Farms with his family. His dad sold their house and moved them out to the valley when Stan was ten. (They're essentially where Marnie is in game.)
-> Sparky is still alive but he's getting older, so he sticks to laying on the porch waiting for Stan to get back
-> Plays football with Clyde, Craig, and Tolkien! Kenny and Cartman will join in sometimes and he practically drags Kyle out to join them.
-> He works for Joja Mart with his sister. They'd both rather work there than be near their dad.
》 He's saving up to move back to the city, or so he says. Truth be told he can't leave behind Sparky or his Mom.
-> He bought his own chicken coop and has a few chickens of his own.
-> He goes to the saloon every night, most nights by himself
-> But on Fridays, after Jimmy's comedy act, him and his band will play!
-> On Sundays when everyone else is in church or doing their own thing. Stan and Kyle will go up to the summit past the railroad tracks and spend hours up there. Catching up and just unwinding.
-> He probably has a mini event that's kind of like Sam's 2 heart event, where he asks the Farmer what type of music they like.
Gift Guide:
Loves: Pizza, Survival Burger, Book of Mysteries, Frozen Tears, Beer (This changes after Heart Event 6)
Likes: Joja Cola, Apples, All Eggs, Void Esscene, Large Milk
Neutral: All Fruit (Except Apples), Coffee, Peppers
Dislikes: Fertilizer, Daffodil, Any Fish, Pink Cake
Hates: Rabbit Foot, Coleslaw, Clay, Beer (After Heart Event 6)
Loved: "Dude! Are you sure?! Man this rules!"
Liked: "Oh, uh thanks! Should I get you something back?"
Neutral: "Cool, I'll find a use for it."
Disliked: "What...is this? Why?"
Hated: "What the fuck were you thinking?"
Given any alcohol after Heart Event 6: "Why would you give me this?! You know I'm trying to stop!"
Heart Event @ 2:
Stan is throwing empty beer bottles at the passing train, they shatter just as the Farmer approaches him. He looks back at them with a grin offering one for them to throw. He mentions that he was drinking with his friend Kenny but he had to go, so now he's just passing time. He's not quite drunk yet but he's tipsy. When the Farmer takes the bottle and throws it he relaxes a little, says that he's glad they're not put off by the behavior. After a little bit of silence, he asks them why they moved to the Valley. There's not a lot of money in farming and then makes a comment about how he fucking hates it. How he feels isolated from the rest of the town sometimes.
-> Feels that way sometimes doesn't it? But at least you have your friends (+)
-> You're literally closer to town than I am, don't your friends come to visit you? (-)
If First Option: He mulls it over and decides you're right. He should he grateful he at least has them. Though lately it feels like they're drifting apart. Stan comments how you must feel lonely being new to town and all.
"Oh well. I guess we can be lonely losers together. Farmer buddies and all that."
If Second Option: Stan doesn't really appreciate the sass. He wasn't looking for a pity party, just wanted to kinda vent. He makes note not to talk about it again.
"Yeah sure. I guess, but you didn't have to be a dick about it."
Heart Event @ 4:
Stan and his friends are playing pool at the tavern, a rare instance where they're all off work and finally get to hang out. He leans over the pool table and sinks another ball, much to Kyle's annoyance. As the Farmer comes in Cartman makes a comment that Kyle is getting his ass kicked and bad. It prompts Kyle to snap at him and shake the pool cue at him. Kenny and Stan laugh a little before Stan realizes you're there. He smiles and gestures for you to come over! Now that you're here they have enough for teams. Farmer is confused because there's already four of them, they make five. Stan whispers in their ear, explaining that Cartman won't play with Kyle anymore. He lost one time and now he's convinced that Kyle cheated. Something about how there's no way Kyle would ever actually win a game fair and square. When you agree he gets excited and before anyone else gets the chance he announces that you'll be on his team!
"Awesome! We're gonna smoke these guys! Kenny wrack 'em! Farmer is with me!"
⚠️ TW: Attempted suicide ahead ⚠️
Heart Event @ 6:
Stan's drinking again. Right next to the railroad tracks but this time he's got one foot on the railroad, rocking back and forth. There's glass bottles around him, unbroken and too many to count. He almost stumbles down to the ground but he keeps himself up. Farmer approaches and that's when they hear the sound of the train coming in, and it's coming fast. Stan had no intentions on moving, in fact he looks like he's about to fall forward willingly. The dead look in his eyes tells them that much. Farmer runs across the field and tackles him into the ground, the train narrowly missing the both of them. Stan lays there having just had the wind knocked out of him. His head is spinning and he feels sick, but he also feels the Farmer on his chest and his back against the ground. He's not dead. Then it hits him, you almost died to save him. You who's kept talking to him despite everything, even when he was being an ass.
"You....you could have gotten yourself killed why would you do that?"
-> I couldn't just stand there and watch you die Stan!
-> Are you crazy?! You almost got us both killed!
-> I don't know...my legs just moved on their own.
-> (Just hug him)
If First Option: Stan starts crying and presses his palms into his eyes. He lays there and sobs, but he feels safe enough to do it.
"Hey Farmer...hic...can you help me to Kyle. I'm scared."
If Second Option: He grits his teeth and digs his hand into the dirt. Stan knows what he did was crazy, he can't be mad at you for snapping like that. You just saved his life. But he didn't ask you to.
"Fuck...I know. Look, just help me get to Kyle. I think I'm gonna be sick."
If Third Option: Stan doesn't know what to say but he thinks he gets it. He just closes his eyes and tries to stop the dizzy ride his drunken state is on. He doesn't want to move but he can't just lay here all day.
"Do you think Kyle is gonna yell at me...if I show up looking like this? Maybe if I just go to sleep I won't have to think about it."
If Fourth Option: Stan freezes he wasn't expecting the Farmer to do that. They should be angry with him, furious. But they're hugging him and clinging to him for dear life. His life. Stan wraps his arms around them and starts to cry. It's the most vulnerable he's been with anyone in a long time.
"Shit...fuck dude...just please don't let me go. I don't wanna go. I'm sorry. I'm sorry."
Heart Event @ 8:
It's early morning when the Farmer steps out, they're greeted with the sound of music. Stan is sitting on their porch playing his old guitar, the acoustic one that's seen better days. When the Farmer gets closer he looks up at them for a moment, unable to look them in the eye for too long. After a moment of silence, he tells them that Kyle got it out of storage for him. Says it'll help him focus on something other than the withdrawals and that Kyle put him in contact with a therapist. He thanks the Farmer for saving his life, and apologizes that they had to see that. As he plays a somber tune again he makes a comment, this is the first time he's been on their farm. First time he's been out this way since they moved into the valley. He confesses that your farm is a lot nicer than his dad's and that maybe farming isn't so bad. Farmer sits beside him and he quietly continues playing, they've never heard him play this song before.
"I'm sorry...I'm sorry I've been a jerk to you. You and Kyle shouldn't have to take care of me, but you did. You care and I should remember that. Sparky would have been really upset if I never came home. So thanks...for everything."
When given the bouquet:
"!! I don't understand why you'd choose me, but...I'm selfish and I want you all to myself. So I accept!"
Heart Event @ 10:
Stan is leading Farmer past the railroad tracks, he doesn't even seem bothered much anymore to be here. He leads them up the path that he's taken a thousand times. There he leads them to the summit, his favorite spot to be at. They sit together at the edge if the cliff with their legs dangling off the side. He admits to them that he liked coming up here a lot as a kid, when his dad and him would fight it was his little hiding spot. Then he brought Kyle and it became special. The days where he'd get stupid drunk he'd think about just falling forward like that day with the train. But it's because of those amazing memories with his best friend, he could never bring himself to do it. They're special and he wouldn't want to ruin them for Kyle. It's things like that, that remind him why he's alive. Things like you. He smiles at the Farmer and tells you this. Tells Farmer he wants to continue to make more memories with them so he has a reason. His hand inches closer to theirs, not quite touching. Before he can pull away, Farmer takes his hand and slides closer to him. They rest their head on his shoulder and look up towards the big illuminated moon that's in front of them. Stan wraps his arm around them and lays his cheek on top of their head.
"Every moment with you reminds me why I'm here. I'm not...perfect and I don't think I'll ever understand why you choose to stick around. But I meant what I said, I want you around me always. I can breath with you around."
Heart Event @ 14:
Stan's outside playing with Sparky and Farmer's pet, when he moved in he brought his beloved dog with him. Sparky seems to be getting better every day he's here and Stan couldn't be happier. Farmer walks up with hearts in their eyes, making him a little bashful. He rubs the back of his neck just as Sparky brings the ball back. He mentions that he really loved animals, and that he's always had a soft spot for them. Farmer questions him about his love for Survival Burgers, which he quickly points out that they're made of Cave Carrot NOT beef! After a little while of playing with the pets he sits in the field with them, looking over their hardwork. Stan turns red and starts ranting about how the last time he went to visit his dad, he started nagging him about grandkids. He's embarrassed because Randy has never mentioned it before and it makes him uncomfortable.
"He's such an ass! You'd think he'd stop trying to tell me how to live my life after I moved out. Why doesn't he bother Shelly with this?!"
-> He probably does. We don't have to have kids if you don't want them! I'm just happy you're here with me! Don't let him get to you!
-> Don't let your dad pressure you into anything you're not ready for. It's our relationship and we'll decide when and if we want kids. But if you're anything like you are with Sparky towards kids, I think you'd be a great dad!
If First Option: Stan grins and tells them they're right as always. He leans down and kisses the top of their head. Sparky walks over with the Farmer's pet and lays in their lap. Stan smirks and makes a comment about how they could just get another dog.
"Our farm is big enough for another one right? We could get one or two more puppies. They could help with the sheep and chickens! Help dig holes!"
If Second Option: Stan says he'll think on it. Later that night while Farmer is cleaning up the dishes and putting them away. Stan walks up behind them and wraps his arms around them. He murmurs in their ear that he's been doing nothing but thinking about what they said. The thought of starting a family with them is starting to sound appealing, plus it could be fun raising a mini them. He presses a kiss into their temple.
"You really think I'll make a good dad? I just don't wanna end up like mine...but if you're with me I think I could do it. And if they're anything like you, they'll be an amazing kid."
Random Marriage Quotes!!
"You looked really adorable asleep last night...you also drooled on my arm."
"Having a bad thought day...I might be a little off today. I'm sorry."
"Babe, you got dirt on your face. C'mere, let me clean it. Just let me take care of you butthead!"
"Sparky and I watered the crops today! How do you know how much to give them? I feel like I'm drowning them."
"Fed the animals! They're doing great! Would...you judge me if I took a nap out in the field with them?"
"Hey...real quick...I uh- I love you. I know I don't say it enough and I'm sorry, but I really do."
"Morning. Made you some pancakes! I stole the recipe from my mom! Why do you look scared?"
"Hey babe, I'm going to visit my parents today. Please feel free to come save me when you're done doing what you need to do."
"Are you coming to the tavern tonight? We're playing a new song tonight, I wrote it for you."
"You know, when I was a kid, when I got nervous, I'd throw up. You make me nervous sometimes but I- hey! I'm not going to puke on you, I'm not twelve. Get back here!"

Paring: Zed Necrodopolis x OFC Buchanan!

A/N: Might be a few mistakes, and I'm using Brenna D'Amico as how the OC's looks

Tumblr media
~~~
"I can't wait till they see the boy you snuck out to see was a zombie. Start packing sis, see you next school year." Bucky smiles as he walks past me at my locker.
"At least I won't have to deal with ignorant people anymore!" I shout making a few students look at me.
As I walk to class Zed comes running up calling my name, "Last night, I wanted to help when zombie patrol arrived but I was just, I was afraid..."
 I cut him off, "You don't need to apologize plus I told you to go. Gus took me home and my parents weren't happy with me sneaking out. The only problem now is my parents say they will send me away for the rest of the school year if they don't meet the boy I snuck out to see. Bucky has got to them saying since I keep acting out I need to go learn a lesson."
"Great! So, I'll just win them over with my quick wit and charming smile." He winks making me smile.
"We still have a slight problem because they still don't know you're a zombie. I didn't get the chance to say it and Bucky even hasn't told that little detail." I let him know.
"He even hasn't thrown out that part... and they hate zombies. They're gonna send you away then I won't get to see you for the rest of the year." He sighs.
"Yeah, but I don't care. You'll still be here when I get back. And maybe your quick wit and charming smile can win them over when they meet you before the game." I give him a smile.
"You sure?" He asks me.
"They're gonna send me away whether they meet you or not. I'd rather leave with them getting to see who makes their daughter happy whether they like it or not. I'm late for class." I kiss his cheek then rush off to class.
After school while I getting ready for Zed to show up, I was practicing what to tell my parents before they see him. "We got this. If they don't like him, I don't care because I do." I make way downstairs as the doorbell rings. "I'll get it!" I rush but they beat me to the door. "Fine open it, but him being-,"
My mom's words cut me off, "Handsome." I was shocked by that reaction.
"What do you mean?" I jog over to the door to see Zed looking normal making my jaw drop. "What?" I stare at in him disbelief as he hands my mom flowers.
 "So... how do you know my daughter?" My dad asks him.
"When she was a cheerleader and I'm on the football team." He says as I keep staring at him while they talk about playing football.
"Okay, we have to get going." I make my way throughout my parents dragging Zed away.
"Nice meeting you." Zed smiles at my parents.
"What the heck?" I ask him, a good distance away from my parents.
"I adjusted my Z-Band. I can feel the energy coursing through my bones right now. It's awesome! Hey. We still got time before the game. I owe you a real date." He walks ahead of me.
"A date?" I repeat.
"Yep." He makes me shake my head.
"Zed, it's not necessary. Taking me to the Zombie Mash was enough to call a date. You don't owe me one. Plus I don't think this is safe or good for you." I jog to catch up with him.
"But I want to and it's worth it." He smiles walking us to the fro-yo place we have.
As I go in Zed doesn't follow me and I see him outside holding his wrist, "What did I tell you." I look at him worried.
"I'm fine. Eliza was wrong. Nothing bad happened." He smiles.
"Eliza and the word wrong don't belong in the same sentence." I tell him but he makes us go inside. "You pick the most boring place because all we have is vanilla." I tell him as we wait.
"I've always wanted to come here. Now finally, here I am with you on a date. This is so great. Right?" He sees I wasn't thrilled.
"Is it though?" I ask him.
"Yeah. Look at us. We're together." He smiles.
"But I'm not with you. I'm with someone you're forcing yourself to be. And on the football field." I explain to him.
"You hid your hair most of your life to fit in. Why can't I do the same with my Z-Band? Why is that so bad?" He asks.
"But I don't anymore because I don't care. And you help me realize that. There's a huge difference between my hair and your z-band. You're hurting yourself and being something you're not. Even when I hid my hair, I was still myself. You're changing yourself when it's others that need to change." I explain.
"We're gonna make this work, okay? Everything's great. Trust me. I'll dial myself back to zombie mode and win the game." He tells me.
"But everything not great because I'm on a date with someone else. I wanna be seen with Zed the zombie not Zed the human. I wanted my parents to meet the zombie that stole my heart with his quick wit and charming smile." I sigh making him think about it.
When we get to the game Addison rushes over to me, "I hear my parents say your parents met the boy you snuck out to see and they liked him. How did Zed manage that? You're parents are worst than mine." She asks.
"Zed messed with his Z-Band. He made himself look normal which I hated. He's changing himself when others need to change. You're one of his friends but keep it a secret because of our family. You need to stand up for him and zombies and yourself. Stop hiding under that wig because it's so much easier to show it off. You'll feel a weight be lifted off your shoulders. Trust me." I walk away to take a seat in the stands.
When the game was coming to the end we were down five points. "Give me a Zom. Give me a bie." Addison starts to get the crowd to chant making Bucky mad. "What does that spell?" She asks making me laugh.
"That's not spelling but she's got the spirit." I make Eliza laugh.
"Software's been corrupted? How? Zed what did you do?" Eliza stands up.
"Did what you told him not to do. When he meet my parents he looked like a human." I tell her.
"He want?!" She gets pissed.
"I was upset too." I huff as we watch him actually win the game without cheating. "He did it!" I scream jumping up. Suddenly the Z alarm goes off making people panic. Eliza and Bonzo rush off and I see them go offline too. I notice Bucky standing still smiling making me rush down the stands, "What did you do?!" I shout at him.
I run to get off and see Zed going after Bucky. Zed gets him cornered under the bleaches as I rush to them. "Zed! Fight against it the urge! I know you can." I carefully walk towards him not caring. "Zed!" I get past him and stand in front of him.
"Serenity. Get back, please." He groans.
"No because I know you can control it if you try. Look at me...You can do it. Breathe." I take his hand and he actually starts to go back to normal. "Zed... you okay?" I ask and he slightly smiles.
"It worked. You calmed me down." He sighs before Gus tases him.
"No. It's fine. Everything's okay. Why are you taking him? He didn't hurt anyone!" Gus handcuffed him and walks him off. "Stop! Let him go!" I rush after him but my dad and uncle show up trying to hold me back. "No!" I shove past them. "Stop it! These are my friends!" I shout but Eliza says they don't have human friends. "That's a lie because you have me! Addison..." I turn to her and she looks at everyone booing. "Back me up." I beg her.
"We told you zombies aren't safe. Give them an inch." My uncle starts.
"They'll bite your face off." My aunt adds.
"That's not true. Someone messes with their Z-Bands and Bucky was behind it!" I shout at them.
"Don't lie, Serenity!" My dad yells at me.
"I'm not!" I start to cry.
"You're going home and you're going to pack your things." My dad grabs my arm.
"Serenity, I'm sorry. Maybe they're right. Maybe we shouldn't be together." Zed tells me as my dad drags me off.
"No, no! Don't say that!" I beg him as my dad drags me off while I head out Addison starts to yell at the crowd.
When I get home I had to pack my things and while I was Bucky stood in my doorway watching me. I get up walking to the door and stare at him before slamming the door in his face. My parents didn't waste a second to get me far from Seabrook. They sent me to a all girls private school with dorms.
"Hopefully you will learn your lesson for misbehaving and will be better for the next school year." Was the last thing that told me before leaving.
Note
A big issue for usa was that they have always been relying on their strenghts and power, forward forward forward
This is why they have always had a harder times against teams like Sweden, because even when they haven’t had the best players, they have always been able to match the physicallity. Against other teams, even a bad matchplan would be enough because how much stronger they were and that other teams just could keep right for a whole game
However, now when other teams are catching up and the historically weakness teams have been developing. This won’t work anymore, in the long run. A team with less fitness can have better techical players. A team like colombia who can somewhat also match the fitness, also have the edge with the ball. Teams are also getting better at tactics or just to have better matchplans to keep the constant attack away
Vlatko as a coach haven’t been able to adapt to this development, and most of the players neither it seems like which makes me question of another coach would have made that much of a difference in this tournament
I am fully confident they will comeback though. They still have great players and they are also basically running their national team as an extended club team with more camps that any other national team
yea like if they've gone out and play like they did against most other teams in the world that don't have as cohesive defenses as Sweden do. Problem for the U.S is that yeah the rest of the world has to an extent caught up but also the US hasn't progressed. The game has become more tactical teams cannot rely solely on their physicality or high presses anymore. The US is also just not been great at producing defenders or playing defensive minded football. Like you look at Sweden today the main reason they got it over the line is because everyone in that team knew what they need to do from a defensive perspective
summary: your longtime crush and bedtime fantasy, james potter, catches you staring at harry’s birthday party.
❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾ ❅ ☾
You had met James two summers ago, when Harry had invited some of his friends to the Potter manor for his 16th birthday. You and Harry weren’t particularly best friends or anything, but had shared numerous mutual friends and classes, and were considered part of the same general friend group.
The day of Harry’s 16th birthday party you spent fumbling, nervous, and extremely self conscious in your two piece bathing suit as you watched Harry’s dad kick a ball around in the garden with Harry, Dean, and Seamus. you knew it was wrong, but you couldn’t peel your eyes off the older man. His abs glistened under his opened beach shirt and the fabric of his short bathing suit trunks gripped his thighs in an unholy way.
You knew it was wrong. You knew his loving wife and Harry’s mother, Lily, was right beside you chatting up Luna and Ginny. You knew it was extremely inappropriate to be having thoughts like this about any man that age, never mind your friend’s dad.
However, none of that stopped you from dazing off in James’ direction, imagining him bending you over one of the pool chairs and pounding into you until your toes curled and your vision went white. Or maybe he’d take you into the bathroom and finger you on the counter, making you release all over his digits only feet away from the rest of your friends.
Even now, you remember every moment of that day as if it were a film reel you were able to rewind and repeat in the back of your head.
Your eyes followed his sweaty figure around the garden, even after the younger boys had tired out of playing football and retreated to the pool.
“Hey hon, can I get you something?” James had noticed your staring and the look of sheer lust in your eyes.
You froze in horror, “Oh! oh- uh, no. no I’m okay. thank you, though.” Your heart was beating out of your chest. You couldn’t tell if he had caught you or if he was just being kind, and either option only drew you to him more. James was not naive, and he only pretended to not know your sick fantasies to spur you on even more.
“You sure princess? Plenty of food in the kitchen.”
You froze at the nickname. Was he doing this on purpose? Did he know that the use of that word in his voice, directed at you, drove you mad? The wink he shot at you confused you even more. There was no way this sex god, this beautiful, married, older man was returning any part of your interest.
You opened your mouth to continue your protests, but James shushed you immediately and led you into the manor with a palm on the small of your back.
“Really, sir, I’m okay. I don’t need anything” you came to your senses and panicked as you tried to escape a situation that would require you to control yourself in a room with James, alone.
“Sir?” he mocked with a cheeky grin, ignoring your protests.
“Mr. Potter! sorry, sorry, I meant Mr.Potter!” You didn’t think you could possibly fluster anymore than this, and you would’ve bet ten galleons that your face was as red as the bathing trunks hugging James’ ass and thighs.
“Between just me and you, I think I liked you calling me sir better,” he leant down to your height and whispered in your ear.
He pulled you through the kitchen and into their vast pantry, bigger than you’ve ever seen.
As he began to pour a large glass of ice water- for himself or you, you weren’t sure- he spoke up. “You really should learn how to check people out more subtlety. I’m flattered and all, but you’re lucky people didn’t notice.”
You gulped, your face turning even redder, breaking the levels of blushing you thought was physically possible. You started rambling, just letting the avalanche of words tumble out of your mouth and hoping somehow they formed a coherent defense.
“Mr.Potter! I wasn’t checking- or- looking at you or anything, I promise! I tend to daze off a bit, sometimes it’s just in someone’s direction! Really I didnt-“
He cut you off as if he hadn’t been listening to your ramblings at all.
“You know, i’m a very observant person. when Harry was a baby I knew exactly what he was asking for based on the different sounds of his cries. I knew what his favorite foods were before he could communicate it. I knew my best friends were fucking years before they came out of the closet to me. And right then, in the garden, I knew you were checking me out, not just zoning out. I also knew that i was turning you on. And I can tell now, even though you’re denying it and you’re shaking with nerves, being in here with me alone, makes you hornier than ever.”
Your jaw dropped. James had read you like a book, and based on the sly smirk on his face as he raised the glass of water to his lips ever so casually, he also was aware that all of his “observations” about you were correct.
“Mr. Potter, really, I am so sorry, it’s honestly just a crush, I can leave right now! I really don’t mean to intrude on anything, I never meant for you to notice! Merlin, fuck! I am so so sorry.”
You felt your eyes well up with tears and a lump form in your throat as you apologized. You had never been so mortified and turned on in your life.
“Don’t call me Mr. Potter, it makes me feel old. Also watch your language,” he said with a sense of pride and victory in his voice as he leaned back against the counter, putting his abs on display.
“Oh! I’m sorry mr- I mean, what should I call you?”
You were still timid at this point, but you slightly wanted a hole to swallow you up where you stood a little less, as he didn’t seem offended or angry about the situation.
He leaned forward so his face was inches from yours, and breathed directly into the side of your ear, “Didn’t, I tell you this already? Call me Sir.”
At that moment you made eye contact with him and let out a small “Yes, Sir.”
He let out what could only be described as a growl from deep within him before grabbing your cheeks with either hand and smashing his lips on to yours.
Once you got over the split second of lightheartedness from your wildest bedtime-fantasies becoming true, you began to kiss him back, matching the hunger and primalness he brought to the kiss.
“Jump,” he whispered into the kiss, never leaving your lips. You wrapped your legs around his torso and he put either of his large, brute hands on your butt as he walked you somewhere else in the house. somewhere more private, you assumed.
When he finally set you down and slammed the door shut, you realized you were sitting on a bathroom counter, and based on the pictures hanging on the wall and the various quidditch decorations scattered around, you could tell it was Harry’s bathroom.
“Do you know your silencing spells” he asked, before returning his hands to the area where your butt met your thighs.
“Yes-I- I think so” you stuttered out, reaching into the pocket of your loose coverup shirt for your wand.
“Muffliato.” The door’s edges lit up for a split second before fading back, proving your charm to be successful.
“Good girl,” James had muttered into your ear before scattering bites along your earlobe and the nape of your neck.
You shivered at the nickname, leaning into his touch and kisses involuntarily.
“You like being my good girl, princess?” He picked up your reaction to the words. how observant of him.
“Yes Sir. Yes, please!”
“Then hold still.”
In just a few quick motions, James had undone the strings of your bikini top and the strings on either side of your bottoms, leaving you completely naked except for the coverup that had already made it’s way down to your wrists.
Without a word, James had kneeled down so his face sat right in front of your pussy.
“What a beautiful fucking cunt for a beautiful girl. Dripping for me, baby.”
You whined at the praise, then gasped as he suddenly attached his lips to your clit. His tongue danced around your bundle of nerves until he found a pattern that had your eyes rolling back in your head and your fingertips turning white from grasping at his hair so hard.
He lapped at your nub like a mad man, adding a finger into your hole that had been clenching around nothing.
“Dirty fucking girl, I can tell you’re close already.” You merely moaned in response, pushing your hips closer to his face.
After a minute or two more of his expert ministrations, he mumbled “Cum for me princess,” his lips never leaving your aching pussy.
Your back arched and your toes curled as you released your orgasm, thanking merlin that James had made you cast that silencing spell due to the outright pornographic scream you had let out.
Your vision was slightly blurred when you opened your eyes again a few seconds later and were greeted with the view of James wiping your juices off of his face with the back of his hand.
“Thank you, sir.” Your voice was hoarse as you somehow managed to speak.
“Such good manners. Good girl.”
He brought his lips back to your clit before you reflexively scooched back and let out a yelp of “No! Too much!”
He laughed before returning to his feet, his hands resting on the mirror behind you on the sides of your head.
“Only teasing baby, relax.”
He kissed you with the same hunger he had before, letting you taste yourself all over his tongue and lips.
He took one of your hands and placed it on his now fully hardened cock, pressing down slightly so you’d get the hint.
“Ever touch a cock before sweetheart?” He asked, using his other hand to swipe the spit off your lips from the previous kiss.
“Only once, I- I don’t know if I’m very good.”
He let out another chuckle, making you frown. You didn’t know what was so funny about all of this to him.
“Baby girl looking like that, there’s no way that you’ll be anything but amazing. Pretty girls like you are born to touch cock.”
He pulled you off the counter and pushed you down to your knees, his playful demeanor suddenly turning cold and hard.
“Suck.” He demanded, grabbing your hair at the back of your head and pushing your mouth towards his reddened tip.
Without question you closed your eyes and wrapped your lips around him, using your tongue to swirl around his tip and collect the precum that had leaked out.
He pushed you down further, hardly giving you time to adjust your jaw to his size and the motions of a blow job.
“Fuck,” he tilted his head back at the sudden onset of pleasure, “Don’t close your eyes princess. Look at me while you suck me off.”
You obeyed him so suddenly; it felt as if you were made to be under his control. You strained your eyes upward to meet his, leading to another string of profanities to come out of his mouth.
He began to set a fast, yet shallow pace with the ponytail he had gathered at the back of your head. You silently thanked him for giving you some sort of mercy by not going all the way to the back of your throat. This was only your second blowjob you had ever given and you weren’t sure you could take his size all the way down quite yet.
He continued his pace, and his cursing, as you wrapped your hand around the rest of the length that wasn’t fitting into your mouth, with your other hand gently fondling his balls.
“Shit! Fuck, babe, you were fucking made for this. Fuck! Made to suck my cock you dirty fucking whore.”
While you knew praise was one of your favorite things from a few past steamy makeouts in the dormitories, you had never considered degradation until you felt a gush of arousal come out at his filthy words.
You moaned around his length and sped up your mouth and hand slightly, now setting the pace yourself rather than having James guide you.
“Fucking shit princess, I’m about to fucking cum, Merlin-“
He pulled out of your mouth in a split second and came all over your face. His cum mixed with the saliva dripping around your mouth and the tears that had let themselves flow at some point during you sucking him off.
“You look perfect,” he groaned, using his two thumbs to wipe all the liquids from your face. Once he had gathered most of the mess you two had made on you, he stuck his thumbs deep into your mouth.
The sudden intrusion made you gag, but you sucked his thumbs clean and swallowed nonetheless.
His dominant persona immediately dropped and returned to his charming, goofy self as Harry’s dad, offering a hand to help you up from the marbled floor.
“You okay love?” He smirked, pulling his swimming trunks back up.
“Yeah, yeah I’m great. Thanks,” you half smiled at him, standing awkwardly in front of him, fully bare.
“I better get back out there, don’t want the Mrs. wondering where I went,” he chuckled, ruffling his hair back into its usual mess rather than its sex-mess.
“You should probably get dressed, tell them you were looking for the bathroom or something if anyone asks. Enjoy the party, sweets!” Without a second glance back at you, he had closed the door behind him.
You were left standing naked there in shock. Did he really just leave like that? You weren’t expecting a candlelit bath or anything, but at least a kiss or some comforting fucking words would have been nice.
As you began to retie all the strings that put together your bikini, you realized you didn’t feel nearly as dirty or as used as you probably should. You realized that you honestly didn’t care much about how you felt after the sex, if you could even call it that technically, because you just felt so good during it.
If this was the price you had to pay to fulfill all of your fantasies with who you thought was your most unattainable, wildest crush? You’d do it again in a heartbeat, fuck aftercare.
You made your way back out to the garden, trying to erase any evidence of a post sex-glow before you walked over to your group of friends. You sat on a pool chair beside Ginny and Luna.
“Where did you disappear off to?” Ginny nonchalantly asked, placing another piece of fruit that her and Luna were snacking on into her mouth.
Was looking for a bathroom,” you lied, using the excuse James had told you to use.
After all, you’d obey anything James told you to.
movies with elliot
movies with Elliot
pairing: Elliot  x blackfem!reader
warnings: fluff, (kinda terrible writing)
word count: 816
Tumblr media
“You know I can feel you judging me?” Lexi spoke as I closed my locker to face her. “I mean I’m not, just I don’t want any beef between you and a certain someone, emphasis on the certain someone. “
Lexi was running her idea of a play that was about her life and it may or may not have included the whole Maddy, Cassie, and Nate situation going on.
“You and I both know Maddy might not be too happy with you including that, and Cassie especially, even if you put in fake character names.”
“ Well fez thinks it a great idea and I am going along with it.”
I stared at her for a minute. She and Fezco and really cute, they have been hanging out for a while now, I wonder if he is gonna ask her out.
“ You know what? You’re right, Fez is right, you gotta put your directing skills out there and fuck anyone else who thinks otherwise.”
I tried to be supportive of whatever Lexi did, after all, she is my best friend.
“You should ask Fez out on a date.” I stated as we talked down the hall passing the football players who always managed to smell like they don't wash a single inch of their bodies.
“Only if you ask Elliot on a date.” touche.
A quick buzz of my phone stopped my response to lexis's outrageous proposal. Speaking of the devil
Elly -_-: hey you busy?
Me: nah, just with Lexi walking to Spanish
Elly: wanna catch a movie?
Me: like right now?
Elly -_-: no dummy after lunch.
It's a date. Elliot and I haven't hangout,  like at all so this is a first.
Should I respond, I kinda want to. I swear anxiety is a bitch.
By the end of Spanish,  hearing the teacher go on and on about why we don't use vosotros anymore
 I wanted to bang my head several times. It was lunchtime anyways so I had that to look forward to. I walked down to the cafe listening to music, passing people talking with their friends, teachers in the classroom, and couples riding themselves up at the lockers.
My eyes caught the blonde-haired boy with a grin on his face. Seeing his face made me all blushy.
“Hey you didn’t answer my text, I figured you went to class already.”
Fuck.
“Yeah, sorry I must have missed it,” I said lying straight out my teeth. The truth is I didn't forget, The truth is I had the hugest crush on Elliot even since that Halloween party last year.
“So wanna go now.” His eyes browns glistened with anticipation.
Fuck it, why not.
“Yeah let's go.”
We walked past the cafeteria, walking past Lexi,  she gave me a “you guys leaving together look” and I chuckled. I mouth “yes” and we headed straight out the door.
Elliot opened the car door for me and I gave him a small smile.
“Ok, so I got two tickets during math for the batman, just in case you actually said yes.”
“Batman yeah ok I like DC, Marvel’s better though.” “Oh yeah for sure, wandavision The falcon and the winter soldier, all goat.
This boy really knows his stuff. Heading to the movies, traffic wasn't that bad.
We gave the ticket taker our tickers and went to our seats. The movie started but honestly, I couldn't really care about the movie at all. I caught Elliot smiling and laughing at some of the scenes. It was the cutest thing ever. I rested my hand on the handrest but I guess Elliot had the same idea, our hands ended up on top of each other.
“Oh sorry I’ll just move it over”
“Nah your good, keep it there, their soft.”
Heat crept up from my chest all the way up to my cheeks.
This boy really has me geeked.
After the movie, we walked to his car, the sound of my sneakers hitting the wet concrete filled the silence.
“ I had a great time.” I got into his car and looked at him, his face lit up by the moon.
“I did too, glad you came.” in came his infamous grin.
Silence again making a grand entrance.
“Hey y/n, can I ask you something?”
“Uh yeah, shoot.”
“Can I kiss you?”
I smiled and looked at him, our face barely touching. He moved closer, feeling the heat come to my cheeks, I turned and connected our lips. Feeling immediately at peace.
Our lips disconnected.
“Your so pretty.” His voice was barely a whisper.
I planted a gentle kiss on his lips.
And with that, we handed back to the school.
I Thought You Hated Me (Jamie Tartt x gn!reader)
When the reader is forced to share a bed with Jamie feelings are shared.
Rating: T
Warning: small angst
A/N: Wrote something up for Jamie and will probably write something for Sam as well. But if you have any ideas or requests please send them my way!!
You were sort of Keeley’s assistant. That was your unofficial title. So you joined the team on away games. And usually you got to share a room with Keeley. Most hotels had two beds per room so you each would take a bed and stay up talking and watching tv. She was a great friend to you so you quite enjoyed the away games.
But ever since she’d started dating Roy she usually slept with him. You understood why of course, but you usually ended up bunking with whoever didn’t have a room. Sometimes it was Ted, sometimes Rebecca, sometimes it was a player. All of the time it was purely professional and nice. You each went to your separate beds and got good sleep.
But of course this time a wrench had to be thrown into the whole system. First off, you were stuck with Jamie. Sure, he was better nowadays, but you couldn’t help but still have a bit of a bad taste in your mouth when it came to him. He was a prick to you. He hadn’t been recently, but that still didn’t matter. And on top of that he had the audacity to be attractive! The nerve of that guy.
Second off, the room you got stuck with only had one bed. Well, that was just great. Everyone else had two and Ted offered to change with you, ever the gentleman, but you didn’t want him to have a hard time sleeping. He was the coach after all. You could afford to not get good sleep.
No, you just sucked it up, making your way to the room. When you walked in, Jamie was on the floor.
“What are you doing?” You questioned.
“Getting settled for the night.” He said as if it was obvious.
“No, this isn’t going to work. You should take the bed. You have to play tomorrow.” You were surprised he hadn’t already taken the bed. But apparently he was reformed. This was slowly starting to make you think he was.
“Slept in worse conditions.” He shrugged. Knowing a little bit about his dad, you felt bad for him.
“That doesn’t change anything, get on the bed.” You said. He smirked.
“Are you propositioning me?”
“I’m surprised you know that word.” You said sarcastically. He only laughed but made no signs of getting up. You sighed and shook your head. “Stop being dumb. I’m gonna go get ready for bed.” You said, taking your night stuff into the bathroom.
When you exited the bathroom he was still on the floor. He got up though, but headed for the bathroom, not saying anything. You saw this as the perfect opportunity. When the door shut, you laid on the ground in the spot he’d previously been. Now he had to take the bed.
When he made his way out of the bathroom and saw you, he gave a small laugh before walking over.
“Get your ass up, we’re both sleeping in the bed.” He said, accompanying it with an eye roll. You raised your eyebrows.
“Are you sure? That wouldn’t make you uncomfortable?”
“It’d make me more uncomfortable knowing you were sleeping on the ground. Now come on, I don’t have all night.” He said, offering a hand to pull you up. You accepted it and took the pillow with you.
“If I wake up in the middle of the night and you’re on the ground I’m dragging you back up here.” You threatened, though you knew that was probably impossible. He was a professional football player and you? Well, you weren’t.
He laughed but shook his head, moving the covers to get in after turning out the light. You joined, keeping as much distance from him as possible. He seemed to notice.
“I’m not gonna bite or anything. You don’t have to fall off the bed or anything. Or am I just that revolting to you?” He said jokingly, but it didn’t sound like he put much effort into it. You rolled over to face him.
“I don’t think you're revolting. I just don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”
“Would you be uncomfortable?” He asked. You thought for a moment but shook your head. “Alright then. Neither would I.” He said, gesturing for you to come closer.
You finally relented, scooting closer, but only by a few inches. He didn’t seem like he was going to say anything else on the matter.
But he wasn’t done talking.
“I know this isn’t ideal for you but it’s just for a night.” He said. You were confused at this.
“I mean, yeah, this wasn’t what I had in mind for tonight. But I wouldn’t say it’s not ideal.”
“You practically hate me. I get it, don’t get me wrong, but I figured you’d object more to this.” He said.
“I don’t hate you. I’m actually really proud to see you aren’t a prick anymore. But you were rude to me and I can’t help but be a little suspicious about the whole thing.” You said frankly. He sighed. “I know. And I’m sorry. There was no reason for it except that it made me feel a bit better. Only for a second and then I’d feel like complete shit again. But I never intend on doing that again. I’m trying to be better.”
“I can tell. I’m glad you’re trying. I’d say it’s a success.” You said with a small smile.
“I’m happy you think so.” He smiled back. You laid like that for a moment until something hit you.
“So is this ideal for you?” You questioned. He seemed to not hear at first and you were about to ask again until he finally spoke.
“What? I mean, it could be worse. I don’t mind who’s with me.” He said with a shrug. “Just thought the first time we’d share a bed would be under other circumstances.” Your eyes widened but he shook his head. “Shit sorry. Force of habit.” He quickly said.
You stayed silent for a moment and he scooted away, adding more space between the two of you. You spoke up suddenly, heartbeat running wild.
“Have you thought about that?” You asked, looking anywhere but him.
“Yeah, but I’ve thought about it with pretty much everyone. Except Ted.” He said and you laughed, though you were a bit disappointed at that.
“Wouldn’t expect anything less.” You tried to keep the disappointment out of your voice. But he seemed to catch it anyway.
“I keep coming back to you though.” He said and you met his eyes.
“Why is that?”
“Because I think you’re amazing. And funny. ...And fit.” He admitted. You laughed at the last bit. But it did make your face heat up. You hoped he didn’t notice in the darkness of the room.
“High praise. Thanks.” You said. “But I think you’re amazing too. You’re strong, not just physically, but mentally too.” You said. “And you’re not bad looking either.”
You could see his smile in the darkness, brighter than before.
“Can I kiss you?” He asked. You nodded, moving closer.
He cupped your face and kissed you. It was passionate, laced with words unspoken. Feelings just now realized. It was breathtaking.
You both pulled back after a few moments, but neither of you moved too far away from each other.
“I really like you. After the game can I take you on a proper date?” He asked.
“I’d love that.” You said.
You kissed a few more times before sleep took you both. You woke up to his arms around you. You wouldn’t mind waking up like that more often, you thought to yourself. And you couldn’t wait until your date.
“Would 'sorry' have made any difference? Does it ever? It's just a word. One word against a thousand actions.” - Sarah Ockler
It took him two days. Two days before all hell broke loose. Two days after Carly called you and told you what happened. It broke your heart even more, to hear your sister-in-law telling you how Chris took it. Your first instinct was to go home to see him, not knowing if Chris was okay killed you.
But you knew Chris. You knew what he was going through right now; you’ve seen him in the past taking in bad news. He needed time to be angry, time to process what was happening.
And because you knew him so well, you weren’t surprised when you heard his agitated voice downstairs. You knew how obstinate he could be. You knew he would never accept it was over without confronting you first. You chose to stay at your best friend’s place so that he knew where to find you when he was ready to talk.
You were ready to talk. You had weeks to perfect your pitch. You were going to be composed and calm. You left Chris because it wasn’t working. That didn’t mean Chris was your enemy. He hurt you but deep down, you knew it wasn’t on purpose.
“I need to talk to my wife.”
He was in the living room, your best friend trying to calm him down. There he was, your handsome soon-to-be ex-husband. He was wearing one of his Patriots t-shirts. It made you smile. It brought you back to happier times when you two would watch football matches together in front of the TV, him trying desperately to explain the rules to you.
Your smile vanished when your eyes met. The sadness you saw in Chris’s eyes made you want to run and hug it away. In an ideal world, he would tell you that he loved you, that he’s sorry, and you would come back. But in the world in which you lived, more than often, sorry wasn’t enough.
So, you crossed your arms, trying to gather all the courage you had left.
“Let’s talk,” you said
You gave your best friend a small smile, assuring her that everything will be fine. Deep down, though, you weren’t sure it would be the case.
You sat in the backyard, but none of you two said a word. You tried to look at everything but your husband. The speech you prepared, the reassuring words, everything disappeared. Now that he was close to you, the only thing you wanted to do was be in his arms. Your heart was being treacherous, but your mind also knew your heart wouldn’t be able to handle the next time he will leave for another movie.
“Why?” Chris whispered
You almost didn’t hear him. You wished you didn’t hear him. That small word, that innocent, simple ‘why’ made you feel all sorts of things.
It broke you, and it made you wonder how much hurt your heart could take. But it also made you so angry. Anger you didn’t even know you had in you.
“Why did you leave?” Chris asked again
You gave him a sad smile because you honestly didn’t know what made you take the decision to leave. It was the accumulation of many things, some of them you weren’t ready to share, at least not yet.
“I had to,” you finally said because, in the end, it summarized it all.
Chris looked at you with confused eyes. “You had to ?” he repeated. “What do you mean you had to? You had to leave me without even notifying me?”
You blinked. Apparently, you weren’t the only one with repressed anger.
“Do you know how it feels to come back to an empty home? To hear your sister tell you that your wife left you. How could you be so…”
“So what?” you stood up. “So what, Chris?” You cut him off
He didn’t answer. Instead, he stared at you, and you stared back. It was a silent battle you weren’t ready to lose. You’d lost too much already.
But then he said it, the one thing that made you angrier than you’ve ever been at him.
“Selfish. How could you be so selfish, Y/N.”
You laughed. But it wasn’t a happy one; it was a dry laugh that even scared yourself.
“Oh, I’m sorry, Chris. I’m sorry you had to come back to an empty house. I’m so sorry you had to hear it from Carly. I’m so sorry you had to deal with my selfishness because, of course, it’s all about you.”
There was this voice in your head, telling you to calm down. You started to walk away, trying to compose yourself. This was supposed to be a calm, adult-to-adult conversation. But it echoed in your head, the way he called you selfish, and it didn’t seat well. You walked right back to him. He wanted selfish; you were going to give him selfish.
“You had to come to an empty house once, once, Chris. I had to do it every single fucking night.”
He opened his mouth, but you cut him off again. “Selfish Y/N is not done. I didn’t ask Carly to tell you. Why didn’t you notice I was gone when you first came back? It’s not my fault it takes you one fucking day to realize your wife was gone!” you shouted.
You had trouble catching your breath. You didn’t even notice your tears while you were speaking, and you angrily washed them away.
“I’ve been coming back to an empty house for years, Chris. Two days and you’re done? Now tell me who’s selfish.”
You could read guilt all over Chris’s face. It wasn’t supposed to go that far. This was why you hated confrontations. You preferred to leave things inside because when you expressed your feelings, and they weren’t heard, it pissed you off and made you say things you wished you had kept inside.
You never wanted him to feel guilty. You didn’t leave him for revenge. You left because it didn’t make sense to stay.
“I didn’t know you were feeling … all these things...” Chris said
“Well… I am. You say I’m selfish, but I’m just doing what’s best for us.”
Chris stood up and cupped your face with his hands. “I didn’t mean it… you’re not selfish, Y/N.”
You closed your eyes and enjoyed the contact of his hands. You’d missed it so much.
“We can fix it, baby. It’s us… I love you…” Chris whispered
You were seriously starting to wonder how much breaking your heart could handle.
You looked at his beautiful green eyes. “And I love you, but I can’t do this anymore, Chris. I… I just can’t.”
Chris looked at you, trying to read your eyes. You took a step back, trying to compose yourself once again.
“I’m not giving up on us, Y/N. I took vows, and I’m not breaking them,” Chris said to you.
“Chris, you broke them a long time ago. Can you even remember the last time we’ve been together for more than a month without interruption?” you asked him.
“You knew who you were marrying, Y/N, don’t act as if I didn’t warn you.”
“I married the man I loved, the one I was ready to start a family with. I didn’t marry the busy actor from Hollywood.”
Chris chuckled. “Too bad they’re part of the same package.”
“And yet I only got the actor who seems to be everywhere but with me.”
Chris looked away, reflecting on what you just said.
You finally understood that this conversation was not going to get anywhere. You were both too angry, and the emotions were still too raw. You couldn’t even imagine what would happen if you presented the divorce papers to Chris right now.
“You should go…” you finally said
“Come home with me, Y/N. It’s our home…”
“I can’t. We’ll talk soon, I promise. But not now, we’re not objective right now” you tried to reason with him.
He closed his eyes and ran his hand through his hair. He knew you were right; you would keep hurting each other if you continue talking right now.
“We’re not done. We can save this marriage,” Chris told you before leaving.
You closed your eyes, silent tears rolling down your face. You wished you were as confident as Chris was…
Word Count: 2.2k
Summary: a bakugou x reader college au where katsuki is new to the school and the football team, and he develops a little crush on his football captains sister. Who is definitely OFF limits.
Tumblr media
“I just don't know where we can find another quarterback before the playoff game! Kaminari you idiot!” Akawa cursed, throwing a pillow at the injured male.
“Hey man, if you wouldn’t of overworked me at practice we wouldn’t be in this predicament. Kaminari said sending the pillow right back at your brother, who catches it easily.
“Plus I told you Kirishima has a friend who's transferring here soon. matter of fact he'll be here monday so you don't need to worry, I promise he's good enough to take my place for now .”
“He's good enough to take your place, but is he good enough to take us to the championships.’ Akawa beckons, you roll your eyes at their bickering.
“Football this and football that. Stop worrying so much It's not that serious.” Akawa and Kaminari scoff at you in unison.
“We’re going to bring this college a trophy. Its my duty as captain to make sure of it.” Akawa brings fist to his chest as if he were swearing to an oath and Kaminari follows in the same motion.
“Both of you. Leave. “ You shake your head as you open the front door. Kaminari reaches for his crutches as your brother grabs their bags.
“Don't you feel bad kicking out a cripple?” Kaminari questions, limping past you.
“Yeah! Don't you also feel bad kicking me out too!? I’m your brother!” Your sigh and shove them out the door.
“I know I tried to get away from you, but out of all the scholarship offers you had you decided to pick the college I wanted to go.” Your bother stops in the doorway.
“You know I have to keep an eye on my little sister. I gotta protect you from these racid guys.” Kaminari laughs at your brother’s teasing as you force him out of the doorway.
“Goodnight.” You say, slamming the door in their faces.
─────•~❉᯽❉~•─────
“Now class I know this isn’t a high school course, but we have a new student today and I would all like for you to greet him formally and treat him with the same respect you give your peers.” Your administrator announces.
You elbow Kaminari, “She talking about Kirishima’s friend, right?”
Kaminari shrugs, eyes glued to his phone screen. You then snatch his phone from his hands.
“Y/N! There was only nine people left.” He whines reaching for his phone. You hold the phone far out of his reach.
“You know if your brother wasn’t a psycho I would’ve been accused you of liking me. Seeing how much you pick on me.” Your mouth drops in offense.
“Me ? Like you? Could never.” You roll your eyes giving him his phone back and before he can express how you had just hurt his feelings the door to your classroom opens.
“Ah, Mr. Bakugou, it’s nice to have a transfer from such a prestigious school.” Your administrator walks over and firmly shakes the boys hand.
You take a moment to take in the the male’s appearance. His uniform is disheveled, his ash blonde hair is unruly, his bangs are choppy, and his shirt is unbuttoned revealing his collar bones. He didn’t look like he was from a prestigious school. But even though his presentation could use some work his overall appearance wasn’t bad, he was clearly the athletic type.
“There’s a vacant seat next to Mrs. Y/N, so if you would seat yourself so I could get started.” The administrator gestures to the desk and the boy takes his seat.
After that the rest of the class went by as usual. Kaminari asked stupid questions and you struggled to stay awake during the lecture. Once the professor dismissed you all, you pack quickly up, but your stay was prolonged due to the injured Kaminari.
“Welp off to sit on the bench at practice.” Kaminari sighs grabbing his crutches. You try not to laugh, grabbing his backpack.
“I can take it.” Your turn to see that Bakugou hadn’t left, “I don’t know where the field is anyway.” You and Kaminari turn to eachother, but say nothing.
“I got something on my face or something? The hell you too lookin’ like that for?” You snap out of your confusion.
“Nothing it’s just your nothing like how Ejiro described.” You say letting him take Kaminari’s bag.
“Huh? What did that bastard say about me?” The blonde questions.
“He said your an ass-.”Kaminari starts, but you cut off his oxygen with a quick punch to the chest.
“He said your an amazing person.” Bakugou scoffs.
“Whatever, just show me where the field is.”
─────•~❉᯽❉~•─────
“It’s so hot out here.” Kaminari whines from the bench.
“Maybe it’s because your not playing.” Kirishima teases sitting on the turf, poking at the cast around Kaminari’s injured ankle.
Bakugou and Akawa approach taking a seat next to Kirishima.
“Well look who it is! My replacement!” Kaminari exclaims with fake enthusiasm.
“More like permanent replacement.” Bakugou sneers as he watches Kaminari’s face fill with panic.
“Akawa, you bastard! You gave my spot away?!” The yellow haired boy yells in a questioning manner, throwing a crutch at the captain.
“Easy! For now your still our primary quarterback! But if Bakugou wants to challenge you for your spot, I’ll allow it.” Kaminari picks up another crutch, but Akawa is too fast and darts down the field before he can throw it.
“You’ve been here one day and I’m already getting booted.” Kaminari sighs.
“I’m an asshole, but not that big of an asshole. I’d just wait to take your spot next year. It’s almost the end of the season anyway.” Bakugou responds shrugging.
Kaminari raises a crutch but Kirishima stops him, “It’s too hot to be beat to death by a man with a broken ankle don’t you think?”
Kaminari huffs, sliding down the bench.
“I have so much homework. I shouldn’t be here.” The yellow haired boy groaned at the thought of having to use his brain.
“Just get Y/N to help you after practice.” Kirishima says, taking a sip of water.
“Y/N definitely tired of me. She’s been carrying my stuff all day I’d rather not bother her anymore.”
“Who the hell is Y/N?” Bakugou questions, taking the water bottle away from Kirishima and finishing the remaining amount of liquid.
“Y/N? You took my bags from her earlier.” Bakugou nods in understanding. “She was hot.”
Kirishima and Kaminari turn to eachother, an all too fearful glint in their eyes.
“What are you fucks looking like that for?” Bakugou furrows his brows.
“Bro Y/N is like the most hands off girl in this school. Akawa will kill you and us for even talking about his sister like that. As long as Akawa’s her brother your not getting even a little close.” Kirishima explains.
“Plus we wouldn’t let you use her like that.” Bakugou glares at Kaminari.
“You fucking dunce, I might be an asshole, but I wouldn’t use a girl like that. She’d be my girlfriend before I ever tried anything.”
“That’s nice to her coming from you that is .” Kirishima sighs in relief. Bakugou raises his hand to hit Kirishima but he maneuvers out of the way.
“Seriously man its good that you think that way! But good luck getting past Akawa, your gonna need it.”
─────•~❉᯽❉~•─────
To be frank, he didn’t need it. Well no let me rephrase you too just hadn’t got caught. After that day at the field Bakugou began to grow more talkative and more open. After a month he was no longer that transfer student, he was your friend.
After few more he was your boyfriend and suprisingly Akawa remained unaware. It’s was hard but you had to admit it was fun. From sneaking kisses in during and between classes to you occasionally stealing him and taking him back to your dorm for some alone time.
But to be honest it’s was growing tiring. Eventhough the adrenaline of being caught was a nice rush, but the more serious you and Bakugou grew the more you both wanted the world to know that you were together.
“But Katsuki the problem isn’t I don’t want to tell him! It’s that I can’t tell him, do you not know how mad Akawa will be at me?
“Well we can’t be a damn secret forever. So I think it’s in your best interest to tell him. Or I will.” Katsuki threatens, as he lay lazily on his back sprawled out in your bed eyes glued to his phone screen.
“Katsuki!” You pout grabbing hold of his arm, not feeling shocked when he pulls away.
“Katsukiiiii.” You whine throwing a leg over his body to straddle his waist. He doesn’t acknowledge you, rather he just keeps looking at his phone.
Feeling aggravated with his silence you lean down and press a kiss in between his neck and his shoulder blade. He pays you no mind. You then let your hand travel down his chest and to the waist band of his pants, causing him to briefly look away from his phone.
“Don’t.” You take your lip in between your teeth.
“You know that’s only makes me want to do it more.” You say letting fingers enter the waistband.
Slowly, you let your fingers trail over his pelvis. He tenses up but still continues to pay you no attention. As your fingers slide down further you take his length into your hand.
“Katsuki.” You whisper in his ear.
“Dammit Y/N stop it.” His breath hitched as you began stroking up and down his shaft. “Your not getting out of this.”
“Mhm.” You respond continuing to trail kisses all down his neck and to his chest, stopping when you reach his underwear.
“Katsukiiii.” You tease. Finally he adverts his attention to you. “Can I?”
He says nothing, instead he lifts up his hips so you can pull his pants down.
“I knew you wouldn’t say no.”
“Shut the hell up.” He mumbles, finally discarding his phone to watch you.
Your mouth falls open has you take his erect member into your mouth taking him as far into your cavern as possible, and taking what you couldn’t throat into your hands.
Bakugou exhales deeply as you swirl your tongue around his firmness. You moan around the thick cock filling your mouth. You could taste the salty taste of precum leak on to your tongue as you continue to bob your head and twist your wrist . A river of saliva beginning to pool over your hand.
Soon enough Bakugou is no longer composed. His hands find there way to your hair as he begins to buck his hips in a sharp motion.
“I-I’m gonna f-fuck.” He groans, not giving your throat a rest as he continues to fuck your mouth. Moaning against his cock only encouraged, him to thrust harder. Your hand eventually lost its purpose as his cock was buried deep in your throat, causing you to gag relentlessly.
Your eyes fluttered up to his face, which was tense from his upcoming release. His lips parted slightly as he let his cum pour down your throat.
Slowly, you let the blondes cock fall from your mouth, a line of spit dribbling down your chin.
“Shit Katsuki, your still hard.” You say eyeing the males hard on as you slip off your pants and underwear.
“I wanna ride it.” You move back up to straddle his waist, your pussy aching from arousal of the blowjob you had just given. Desperately you take two fingers and rub them against your dripping cunt.
“Then fucking ride.” Bakugou groans at your actions, unable to deny you. You smirk as you take hold of his length and position it at your entrance. Cautiously, you let him fill your insides. His cock dragging so good against your walls.
“Shit Katsuki.” You moan, placing your hands on his chest for more stability. He sighs as you begin to rock back and forth on his cock. The rocking eventually turning into steady bouncing, Katsuki’s hands finding your hips.
“You fuck me, so good.” He grunts, allowing his hips to fall into rhythm with your bouncing. The lewd sound of slapping and simultaneous moans fill the atmosphere. A familiar warmth building in the pit of stomach.
“I’m g-gonna cum on your c-cock.” You feel him twitch against our walls as his grip on your hips tighten. His hips thrusting up erratically, chasing his own release. The sudden change in speed hitting something deep inside of you.
“R-right there Katsuki. Right there. Feels so good.” You whimper, losing all rythmn as he hits that spot deep inside you. After a few more moments of abusing you pussy, you cum your walls clamping tightly around his cock.
“If you don’t move I’ll cum inside.” He groans, but doesn’t stop. You slump over on his chest as he continues to fuck you into overstimulation.
“Fuck, cum inside.” You breathe heavily against his ear. Your boyfriend’s cock twitches desperately inside you as he nears his release. You let your teeth sink into his shoulder as he pumps his load into your pussy.
After coming down from your high you roll off of Katsuki and pull the covers over you both.
“I’m going to tell him, just give me a bit more time ok.” You say, resting your head in the crook of his neck. Bakugou then runs his hands through your hair and presses a kiss to your forehead.
“I was just being an ass, take your time. I’m fine with waiting to be with someone I love.”
Congrats on 200!!!! I’m so proud of you.
Ok, so I had a dream about Ricky the other night. He was 1000% not on my radar, but now he is. LOL so I’m requesting “No panties, baby girl?” With Ricky.
Thank you my dear 😊 ah yeah 😍 Ricky can kinda just sneak up on ya 🥰 hope you enjoy ☺️
Jealousy
Pairings: Ricky Hauk x reader
Warnings: Smut 18+, explicit, slight angst, jealousy, fluff.
Tumblr media
When Ricky got accepted into the creative writing course you were so proud of him. His mother finally letting him attend after realising how talented he was. Of course you’d always known, being his girlfriend for the last two years he’d written you countless poems, which you cherished. Lately though, he’s been really busy, in college during the week, working in the garage at the weekend. You haven’t seen him in over three weeks, it’s the longest you’ve gone since you both started dating.
Tonight, Ricky has invited you to a poetry reading in the old book store in town. Excited to spend some time with him, you wear your cute little floral dress, the one he loves to rip off you. The thought of him touching you with his slightly rough hands sends a spark straight to your core. Deciding to be a little bold, you forgo wearing any panties, with the hopes that Ricky will bring you to your favourite spot. The sound of a car horn rips you from your thoughts, looking out the window you see Ricky wave up at you. You practically race out the door and jump into his arms. He swings you around before gently pushing you up against his truck. He kisses you the way a drowning man drinks water, it’s all yearning and desperation. Pulling away from him to catch your breath
“Baby, my mom is watching.”
Looking towards the window, sure enough your mom is there. Ricky gives her a quick wave before helping you inside the truck. He has his hand on your thigh the entire drive. He fills you in on his course and how Joey is getting on in school. You don’t tell him that you know, because you’ve been helping him with a few of his projects. Arriving at the book store hand in hand, Ricky introduces you to some of his college friends. They seems nice and are thankfully easy to talk too. It isn’t until she walks in that the atmosphere shifts slightly. She walks straight towards Ricky, swaying her hips as she does. He’s quick to drop your hand and pull her into a hug. Her name is Casey and she is undeniably beautiful, with her emerald green eyes and blonde hair. He seems captivated by her, choosing to sit beside her for the reading, leaving you with Caleb. Your hurt and doubt begins to creep in as you watch the two of them deep in conversation. Maybe he’s been with her the last couple of weeks, making it seem like he was too busy to meet. Maybe he’s moving on to someone who has more things in common with him than you. Well if he’s going to ignore you the whole night, so will you. When the reading is over, you spot Jake from the supplier company for the hardware store. You won’t lie, he’s gorgeous, that surfer dude vibe doing him wonders. As soon as he sees you, his eyes light up. He finishes talking to the guy next to him and strides towards you.
“Hey Y/N, didn’t expect to see you here!” His eyes rake over your form and you can see desire building behind them. “You look beautiful by the way.”
Blushing, “thank you, not so bad yourself. What are doing here?”
“Oh, that guy over there with the long hair and glasses, that’s my friend Hudson. He organised the reading, said I better show up, give my support.”
“Ah I see, not a big fan of poetry then? I’m not surprised you seem more athletic, am I right?”
“You hit the nail on the head. Football. Although lately I haven’t much time, been helping dad with the business takes a lot of my time. Course you know all about that. How are your parents?”
You can feel eyes on you, and sure enough when you turn slightly, Ricky is staring right at you. There’s a fire brewing behind his eyes and you know you’ve struck a cord. Deciding that making him jealous is the only way your going to get what you want, you play into it. You twirl your hair with your fingers and smile brightly up a Jake.
“Oh their great, their actually heading away for their anniversary soon, 30 years married.”
“Wow, that’s along time. Hope I reach that milestone some day.”
“Oh I’m sure you will, I’d say there are loads of women vying for your attention.”
“Oh…well…..I suppose….just not found the right girl yet.”
Running your hand up his arm, “maybe you’ll find her soon?”
You can see the pink tinge on his cheeks. Suddenly an arm is wrapped around your waist and your pulled into something hard and warm. Looking up you see Ricky staring straight at Jake.
“Hey man, how do you know my girlfriend?”
“Oh…I deliver to the hardware store.”
“Cool. Baby you ready to go?”
“What already, but I was just…”
He doesn’t give you a chance to finish what you we’re saying. He pulls you along through the store and out to the street. He looks around, as if he’s searching for something, before pulling you into the nearest alley. Without hesitation, he pushes you up against the wall.
“What was that in there?”
“What are you talking about?”
“Don’t play dumb, that guy in there, you were all over him.”
“Huh.”
“What?”
“That’s rich coming from you. You do realise YOU invited me tonight, YOU said you wanted to spend time with me. As soon as Casey walks in, I’m forgotten about.”
“Don’t be ridiculous, I didn’t forget about you..”
“You did! If you don’t want me anymore fine, but don’t string me along Ricky, I deserve better.” He can hear the sadness in your voice. He tilts your chin upward so your looking at him.
“Baby, I’m sorry, I didn’t realise ok. I love you. Yes I get along with Casey, but she’s not you. Never will be. Your it for me Y/N, me and you.”
“I love you too and I’m sorry about Jake. I was just angry and wanted to make you jealous.”
He kisses you passionately taking your breath away. His hands are roaming all over your body. One hand slides it’s way down, lifting up the skirt of your dress. He runs it up your thigh towards your heat. He lets out a guttural moan.
“No panties, baby girl?!”
You’ve lost the ability to speak, nodding your head instead. You look him in the eye and you can see their blown wide with lust. He’s frantic now, unbuttoning his trousers and pulling them down to his knees. He can’t wait anymore lining himself up at your core and with one thrust he is deep within you. You can feel very ridge of him inside you. His cock pulses as he waits for you’re permission.
“You can move baby.”
You don’t have to tell him twice as he pounds into you without abandon. It’s so raw and the thought that if someone walked by and looked into the alley they would see you, set your body on fire. The moans that he’s letting out turn you on even more.
“God baby…..so…..hot and wet…..all mine.”
“Yes….all yours.”
Pleasure coils into a tight knit in your belly, threatening to unravel at any moment. You cry out as fierce waves of pleasure crash over you. Your body trembling with force of your climax and Ricky follows you over the edge with a groan, as he releases inside you. Your both panting hard. Ricky fixes your dress before pulling his trousers back up. He pulls you flush against him, “you ok baby?”
“Yeah, that was amazing. I love you.”
“Love you too.”
“Do you wanna stay at mine tonight? We can snuggle on the couch and watch a movie?”
“That sounds so good right now, also I’ve spent three weeks without you. Damn right I’m staying over.”
He kisses you again before you get into his truck and drive towards his house. A thought enters your head, if this is how he reacts, I’ll have to get him jealous more often. Smiling you stare at him, “I love baby.”
“I love you to forever and always.”
Coming Out
Imagine being pressured to go on a date and after not being listened to you blurt out the one secret you've kept to yourself for years.
Tumblr media
Words: 3.7K Relationships: Gen Fic (General - No romantic ships) Author's Note: After a brief talk with @ausllyspercabeth this is what I came up with. I hope you like it even though it's not exactly what you were looking for. Also I'm not sure this is trigger worthy, but just in case I thought you should know this is a "coming out" story.
For as long as you can remember, you knew you weren't the same as all the other girls your age. When the time came that all the little girls started to realize the boys didn't have cooties, you didn't understand what the big deal was. To you, boys were still boys and you didn't see anything giggle worthy about them.
But what really made you realize that you didn't like boys was when you were at a birthday party and got locked in the room with a boy named Alex. Everyone had giggled outside the door, explaining that you wouldn't be let outside unless you had kissed. And to prove that you did kiss, there was a polaroid camera that you had to take a selfie with while kissing and then slide it underneath the door in order to be let out. You weren't really nervous, instead you were just annoyed, but Alex looked like he was ready to break a window and leave through it. So you had sighed, smoothed out your expression, and kindly told him that you should just get it over with so you can rejoin the party. Reluctantly he agreed as you took hold of the camera in hand properly, and then hesitantly pressed your lips to his. Quickly you snapped the picture, and then you and Alex jerked apart.
The two of you being disgusted by kissing each other forged a friendship from that day forward.
With Alex came his two best friends Reggie and Luke, and the two boys were quick to accept you when you didn't make fun of them for daydreaming about starting a band one day. Instead you encouraged them and eventually introduced them to your mom who they were immediately infatuated with because of her studio out in the garage. And then as the years slowly passed, it was your mother and father who opened their home to your friends when they started to clash with their own parents because of them starting a band.
Eventually, as the years pass, your little sister Julie joins the hangouts when Luke realizes your sister has an amazing set of pipes on her, and with Julie comes Flynn. There's never a quiet day in the Molina household and your parents couldn't be any happier.
But then your mom's health takes a dive and her diagnosis isn't good. Not at all.
The boys are there for you and your family through your mom going through treatments, and then it feels like they're constantly there when the treatments don't work for your mom anymore. They had tried to keep their distance when funeral arrangements started being made, but after your dad asked where the boys had disappeared off to, they made it their mission to be at your house everyday they could.
Life would never be the same in the Molina household, but the boys did their hardest to make sure not a single Molina lost themselves to their grief.
And then it's right before the start of your senior year of high school that your life unravels once more.
It's tradition that the underclassmen plan every big party to make sure the seniors have a great year, and they've been planning a back-to-school bonfire on the beach. Everyone, including you, is excited for it.
You and Alex are going through your closet and drawers, trying to find the perfect outfit for the bonfire since you had helped him the previous day while out shopping. He's going through your bathing suits when Julie walks in, Luke and Reggie on her heels. Julie and Reggie plop onto your bed, and Luke drops onto the lovesac with a groan.
"So guess what?" Julie excitedly says.
"What?"
"Guess who's been asking around about you and asking whether or not you're single?"
It takes a moment for her words to sink in and when they do, you freeze. You drop the pair of shorts you'd been looking at in order to look at your sister, frowning at her too excited expression. "Please don't play matchmaker."
"What? Y/N!" Your sister whines. "It's your senior year. You're supposed to have fun before you leave for college."
"Julie, no." You shake your head, chuckling softly.
"Come on, Y/N," Luke wheedles. "It's Joshua Parker, co-captain of the football team. You seriously need to get laid before we graduate."
Reggie laughs, turning over onto his stomach and batting his eyelashes at you. "According to the female population of Los Feliz High, he's a total catch. Give him a whirl. I'm sure you'll enjoy it."
You wrinkle your nose at your friends, mock gagging. "Pass. I just- no. Can we please drop the subject?"
"Y/N," Julie tries again, softer this time. "Can I ask you a serious question?"
Your heartbeat starts to skyrocket and you gulp. "What?"
"Why don't you date?" And whew! That was not the question you were expecting. "I've never seen you once go on a date."
You shrug and avert your gaze. "I've got better things to do than shoving my tongue down someone's throat or risking an STD."
There have been numerous times when Julie and Flynn tried to pull you into gushing about anyone you'd had a crush on or ranking the boys from your school by order of hotness. You didn't know how to exactly tell them you weren't into boys, so you always made excuses to get out of it. But now, you're feeling a little bit ambushed and you know this talk is not going to end well.
"But how do you know if you've never-"
"Julie!" You snap. "Enough."
Your sister blinks owlishly at you, and Luke and Reggie lose their smiles. The sudden quiet of your room makes you uncomfortable so you make up a quick excuse to leave.
Alex watches Y/N go with a frown before he's looking back at his stunned friends. "Maybe you guys should lay off Y/N. Not everyone is interested in dating."
Julie is the first to snap out of her stupor, shaking her head softly. "She's just nervous. That's the way I was before she encouraged me to take up Nick's offer to dinner and a movie."
Luke snorts. "And look how well that turned out."
"You know what? Shut up!" Julie chunks a pillow at Luke, but he merely laughs and swats it away.
Alex rolls his eyes at them, turning to go find Y/N. He's had a theory for months now as to why Y/N isn't boy crazy like every other girl he knows, but he's willing to wait and let her come out and say it herself.
Tumblr media
Hours later, you leave the safety of the loft when your dad texts you to help set the table. Inside it's a full house, but only Alex glances at you. He offers you a faint smile and you squeeze his arm as you make your way past him to the cabinets. The table is quickly set and the food is brought to the table, and then everyone is sitting and holding hands for a quick prayer.
"Carlos, you're up," your dad says.
Everyone bows their head as Carlos starts. "Lord, we thank you for our good health and Reggie's amazing cooking skills. Amen."
"Amen," everyone repeats, chuckling as Reggie awws and ruffles Carlos' hair.
Dinner is a normal affair with the boys cracking jokes. But then when your dad asks about the plan for the upcoming bonfire, Julie starts explaining all that's going on while you sit there pushing around the corn on your plate.
"And then Joshua really wants Y/N to be his date for the night, but no," she drawls. "My dear older sister is apparently blind and refuses to go out with him."
You sigh and drop your fork. "This again? Really, Jules?"
"What?" She feigns innocence. "I just want you to be happy."
"I am happy," you deadpan.
"And have fun."
"Luke, Reggie, and Alex are fun."
She rolls her eyes. "With people who aren't like our brothers," she says. "Honestly, we thought you and Reggie had a thing going on-"
"What?!" He squawks.
"But then we saw you helping him get ready for a date with another girl and gave up on welcoming Reggie into the family."
You pinch the bridge of your nose, groaning softly. Ray glances between his daughters and the way the usually three teenage boys are averting their gazes. "Mija, maybe you should just leave your sister be. If she doesn't want to go on a date with Joshua, you shouldn't pressure her."
"Agreed!" You look at your dad with a grateful smile. "Thanks, dad."
This time Julie groans. "But I just don't get it." And your mood quickly sours. "You're beautiful and you can have any boy-"
"Because I don't like boys!" You yell. The dinner table falls deathly silent and your eyes instantly tear up. "I haven't liked boys since I realized I liked girls back in the seventh grade." Still not a word is uttered and your heart cracks just a little. Throwing your napkin down onto your plate, you scoff, "Are you happy now?", as you push your chair back and rush out the front door.
Tumblr media
You've been sitting by the beach for about an hour now, sitting on a low brick wall and staring off into the ocean. You've had numerous texts and calls, but the only texts you replied to are your dad's where you told him you'd be back before curfew. But you should have known someone would look for you no matter what and are relieved to see the pink hoodie out of the corner of your eye. Alex.
"How'd you find me?"
"Tracking app," he says. "I've downloaded it on everyone's phones and hid it on the last page in the random folder no one looks through."
You huff quietly, shaking your head in amusement. "So how pissed is my dad? And how's Jules? I didn't mean to snap at her, but-"
"Hey, I get it," Alex says. He leans over, knocking your shoulder with his. "Keeping a secret like ours takes a toll. And then with Julie pressuring you, it's understandable you snapped."
"I just- I feel so bad," you mutter. Leaning against Alex, you lay your head on his shoulder and you feel him lay his head atop yours.
"Don't. Coming out, it's hard. I should know," he chuckles. "But what I don't understand is why you didn't tell me."
"You mean to tell me you didn't realize I was gay back when we had to kiss in seventh grade?" Alex snorts softly and you push off of him so you can look at him, grabbing one of his hands within your own. "I thought about telling you hundreds of times, but then you came out to your parents and their reaction terrified me. I was scared mom and dad would do the same to me."
"Are you joking? Ray and Rose loved you with their entire beings. Heck your dad still does. He'd never treat you any differently."
"No offense, but we all thought that about your parents too and look how that turned out."
He opens his mouth to retort, but snaps it shut and shrugs. "Fair point."
"And besides, we couldn't know for sure. You never really came out to my parents. We only told them you and your parents no longer saw eye to eye. Dad doesn't know you're gay."
"Also fair point," he sighs. "But if I'm being honest, I don't think Ray will be like my parents. If anything, he's probably more upset that you hid yourself for so long."
"God I hope you're right." The only sound you can hear are the waves lapping at the shore. "Can we just- can we chill here a little longer? I'm not ready to go back."
"Of course. But you're buying me a snack because we didn't finish dinner and I spent the last of my money on an Uber out here."
Snorting, you agree and slide off the wall with Alex's hand still encased in your own.
You and Alex walk to a nearby taco truck, and you buy him whatever he wants. You get yourself two tacos as well, plus two glass bottles of Coke and eat down by the water.
For a couple of hours the two of you walk along the beach and then head down to the pier. You listen to a few random people playing instruments in hopes of making a few dollars, and then right before ten at night you decide it's time to finally head home.
"So what do you'll think I'll be walking into?" You ask.
Alex shrugs. "I'm not sure, but whatever it is I'm sure you'll be fine."
As you drop into the seat behind the wheel, you shoot off a quick text to your dad to let him know you're on your way home. Then as you and Alex are buckling up, you get a reply from him. Quickly reading it, you summarize the text for your friend. "Dad said he wants to speak to us."
"U-Us?"
"Yep." You lock your phone and drop it into the cup holder.
"He knows. He so knows about me," Alex realizes.
You huff a laugh. "On the bright side, it looks like we're in this together."
Instead of blaring music like you normally would, you keep it quiet and talk nonsense to Alex to keep him from freaking out too bad. You're at your house in no time and Alex looks at you as if he's walking to his death.
"Keep it together, Mercer. Wasn't it you who was telling me earlier that my dad would be accepting?"
"Yeah." He nods before looking up at your house. "Yeah. It's going to be fine."
As you and Alex climb out of the car, you meet in front of it and you reach for his left hand with your right. He grabs it, interlocking your fingers, and lets you lead the way inside.
When you step inside your house, your dad is the only one there with the TV playing on low. You and Alex walk into the living room as your dad climbs to his feet, and the tears immediately flow when you see tears gathering in your dad's eyes.
"Mija." Ray's voice cracks as he spreads his arms open for a hug, and a sob escapes your throat as you release Alex's hand and close the distance between you and your dad. Your arms wrap tightly around his waist as you hide your face in his chest, and he shushes you while rocking you back and forth. "I love you no matter what. You do know that, right?"
With your throat tight with emotion, all you can do is nod.
"I'm so sorry you felt the need to hide yourself away. You are my flesh and blood, and I love you with all my heart whether you like boys or girls or neither."
"I-I'm sorry." You cry. "It's just- it's really scary saying it out loud and not knowing for sure how anyone will react."
"I know." You feel Ray's chest shudder with suppressed emotion. "And Alex, please don't be mad but the other boys told me what really happened with your parents. I'm so sorry, mijo. No parent should ever treat their child like something's wrong with them or be dismissed because of who they love."
"I-" Alex's voice cracks and you hear him clear his throat a moment later. "Thank you, Mr. Molina. You have no idea how good it is to hear you say that."
Ray chuckles a little wetly. "Get over here. You will always be welcomed here, mijo. I just want you to know that."
You feel Alex come up behind you, hugging your dad and squishing you between the both of them. You can't help the giggle that leaves your mouth and as you stand there hugging your dad it feels like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
"Can we get in on that?" You manage to turn your head towards the voice and smile at Carlos. "That looks really fun."
Ray and Alex loosen the hug, and open their arms just so, so Julie and Carlos can join in.
"I'm sorry," Julie mumbles. "If I had known-"
"But you didn't," you say. "And that's my fault, but please stop trying to hook me up with the guys you and Flynn think are fine."
Julie giggles and agrees.
"Does this mean then that when I'm older, me and you can check out girls together?"
You, Alex, and Julie all laugh at Carlos' earnest question as your dad groans. "Sure, Carlitos. I'll totally scope out the girls with you."
"Alright. Now that we've talked," your dad says, "you're needed outside. Please keep your sister and Luke apart."
Julie groans as you snort. "What?"
"Reggie and Luke are out in the studio," Julie explains. "We're having a sleepover."
"Oh. Okay," you say.
As your dad ushers Carlos away with promises that he can stay up to midnight playing his games, you and Alex follow Julie out the back door. You walk down the curving concrete stairs and enter the studio, grinning at the sight of Reggie and Luke on the pullout couch and the lovesac they apparently stole from your room.
"How did you guys even get that down here?"
"It took us about thirty minutes and a fall down the stairs, but we made it," Luke says.
He's stretched out on the pullout couch and it's no surprise that Julie gravitates his way. You and Alex readily kick off your shoes, and Alex chooses to crawl his way in between your sister and Luke while you join Reggie on the lovesac.
Reggie's arm is stretched out, so you slide over to him and curl into his side. The two of you cuddle into one another and it takes a second for something Julie said earlier to come back to you. "So you guys really thought Reggie and I were creeping behind all your backs?"
Reggie laughs. "Why would any of you think that?"
"Are you really asking that right now?" Luke huffs. "Just look at the way the two of you are laying together."
You and Reggie laugh, knowing full well that being wrapped in one another would look pretty compromising. Eventually your laughter tapers off. "Reggie's a cutie, but he's not exactly my type. Honestly, all three of you boys are good looking but you just don't do it for me. Sorry."
Alex chuckles. "Ditto."
"So I know this is kind of rude to ask, but we're family and I'm super curious," Luke says. Immediately Alex and Julie groan. "Did you guys just like know you were gay or did you kiss the opposite sex and realize then that you didn't it?"
Alex remains quiet, so you decide to go first. "I knew that I liked girls before I ever kissed a boy."
"Same. I knew I liked boys before I kissed a girl."
"Bro, no way!" Luke exclaims. "Who'd you kiss?"
"Wait," Julie frowns, "if you knew you were gay beforehand, then why kiss the opposite sex?"
"Because we were locked in a room," you say.
"And they wouldn't let us out unless we kissed and took a polaroid of said kiss as proof," Alex finishes.
There's a moment of silence as your words sink in, and then- "No way!" Reggie laughs. "You and Alex kissed?!"
You can't help but laugh along with him. "We did."
Alex smiles. "I still have the polaroid somewhere in my closet. I took it back so no one could tease us with it."
"You need to find it so I can see it," you muse. "God it's been forever since that happened."
"And to think if it never had happened, we'd probably have never spoken."
Everyone falls silent as they think about Alex's words, but then you break the silence to say, "I'm really glad you were my first and only boy kiss."
"Same. I'm glad you were my only girl kiss as well."
"Aw you guys," Luke coos. "Y/N and Reg, get your butts over here and cuddle us."
You and Reggie rock and roll yourselves out of the lovesac, you letting Reggie smother your sister while you crawl over Luke and Alex. Luke does his best to tuck you under his chin and you laugh briefly before your body starts to relax.
Sighing softly, you say, "I love you guys. Thank you for being so chill about everything."
"We love you too," Luke muses.
As the talking starts to taper off and you feel yourself dozing off, you say, "I'm really sorry I didn't tell you guys sooner. It's just- I didn't know how-"
"Don't apologize," you sister tells you. "I can't imagine the guts it took to come out and I'm sorry I kind of forced your hand, but we know now and that's all that matters. You and Alex are both loved, and you'll always have a home with us no matter what."
Someone sniffles and then Alex says, "Can someone just hug me?"
You giggle and roll off of Luke, hugging Alex and inadvertently Reggie as well since he had the same idea as you.
"Hey, so if you guys are out," Reggie starts, "does this mean we can finally go to one of those Pride parades?"
Alex snorts. "Reg, we will go to Pride if Luke lets the girls put makeup on him."
"Hey I'm so down," Luke says. "I want rainbow eyeshadow."
"Yeah. Me too!" Reggie agrees.
Julie giggles. "Reg, if we go to Pride we're dressing you up as a fairy."
"Ohh yes!" You lift your head just high enough to nod at your sister. "Reggie's complexion is best to give him an ethereal look with makeup and a pair of fairy wings that we have left over from Halloween. He'd have to be shirtless though, so.."
"Aw man, I'm gonna have to do a lot of sit-ups, aren't I?"
"Yep. But don't worry," you muse. "It'll be well worth it."
"Hey, Luke," Reggie then says. "Ten bucks say I pull more numbers than you."
"You're on, Peters."
As Luke and Reggie bicker about who can pull the most guys, you snuggle into Alex and slowly drift off to sleep. You should have known from the start that you'd be accepted by everyone and you can't believe you wasted so much of your life hiding. But now that everyone who matters knows, you're excited to finally be yourself.
modern Wesper high school
Wylan
The red-haired boy opened his locker pretty annoyed, slamming the door against the metal: it was the end of the school year and, just as usual, it was time to prepare for the school prom, probably the most important event to students.
Wylan hated it from the deepest of his heart: he had never been popular and no one had ever asked him to go together. What he hated even more was to see all the happy couples around him and some guys who found the courage to ask their love interest out.
Why had none of that ever happened to him in four years? Yes, he was openly gay and he was a little bit shy, but he wasn’t that bad after all, was he? He knew in his school there were other guys interested in men like he was, so why was he never considered a choice?
With his cheeks red with anger, he threw some books in his locker to put an end to that day and go home already; before closing the door, though, he saw a paper falling down from it: before he could catch it, a girl (whom he hated from the deepest of his heart) next to him took it and opened it: “Hey sunshine, want to go to the prom with me?” She looked at him raising her brows, a stupid smile curving her mouth “Oooh, Van Eck has a date! I wonder who could make such a poor choice”
Wylan rolled his eyes and took the note from that hideous bitch who never gave him a break. When she finally walked away, he focused on those words he couldn’t really read and his eyes suddenly widened: wait, had he just been asked out? Him?
Wylan was incredulous: that couldn’t be true, there had to be some kind of mistake. Wrong locker, maybe? He’d never been called “sunshine” before, so that message was definitely not for him.
He raised his gaze and scanned the hallway, looking for someone staring at him, maybe waiting for his reaction: but the only eyes he met were those of the captain of the football team, and he definitely couldn’t be his secret admirer.
Jesper
What he did was crazy and rushed, but that was just Jesper: everything he did was instinct. He carried the football team on his shoulders and all a good captain could do was to always trust his heart, no matter what.
He had spotted a beautiful mess of red curls during his first science class at the beginning of the year, and he’d been obsessed with that smart guy ever since: he didn’t talk much, but when he answered to the professor everything about the way he talked was hypnothic to Jesper - his soft, shaky tone, all those difficult scientific words, everything.
Even though Jesper was very friendly with everyone, he had never found the right moment to approach that curious boy: he was always alone, but every time he looked so focused on his drawings, lost in his thoughts, and Jesper just didn’t feel allowed to enter his world.
But he had to put an end to it: after talking to his dearest friend Inej about his matters of heart, the girl had suggested that he ask the red-haired guy out at the prom. He’d liked the idea.
He didn’t know his name - damn his lack of any focus during the science lessons, no wonder he had terrible grades - so he decided to call him by the spontaneous nickname he’d found after the first week: sunshine, because that guy with his curls and his smile shone like no one else.
He was now looking at him from the distance, curious to see his reaction to his note: when their eyes met, Jesper noticed the guy’s cheeks were much pinker and he chuckled, in complete awe for such softness.
Inej next to him smiled and punched him on the shoulder: “Looking flirty already?”
Jesper did nothning but laugh, keeping his focus on the handsome boy across the hall.
Wylan
All his surprise for the note disappeared when he saw the captain and his friend laugh while looking at him: suddenly, Wylan felt so stupid.
Of course no one wanted to go out with him, had he really believed any of that were true?
He lowered his gaze and only then did he remember he was wearing a green jumper: oh God, not only did he feel stupid, he was actually looking stupid. He remembered his father’s words every time he wore that colour: “Green with your red hair? You’re going to look like a Christmas elf. What’s next, a bell bracelet?”
No wonder the captain and his friend were laughing at him, now: they’d tricked him with a fake love note and they’d found him with that ridiculous outfit. He wouldn’t be surprised if they even knew he couldn’t actually read.
The joke turned out even better than expected.
Wylan felt tears filling his eyes and, before he could do anything about it, they were falling down on his cheeks. He had only a few seconds to see the captain’s expression change before he turned and ran away, far from all that shit he couldn’t take anymore.
Jesper
What had happened?
Jesper was standing petrified, all his excitement gone. He was confused and also a little bit crushed because he’d never seen tears wet that beautiful face before.
“I don’t understand” he whispered, turning to Inej to look for some answers.
“I don’t know what happened” said the girl, perplexed just the same “But I do feel like this is a good moment for you to be there for him. You say he’s always alone, and I don’t know who wants to be alone while crying”
Jesper nodded and gave Inej a rapid kiss on the cheek before leaving her in order to follow the red curls running away from him. It wasn’t hard, after all he was an athlete, so he could easily keep the guy’s pace. He followed him until he entered the music room: Jesper took a few moments to be surprised about it, but then he approached the door to join him and hopefully talk to him.
He found him seated at the piano, playing a furious yet wonderful melody on the keys.
Narrator
Wylan could express his feelings mostly through music, so that was the first thing he looked for after the pain he’d felt that day: he was liberating his frustration, telling his secrets to the only one who would listen.
He felt observed, but he didn’t care: whoever was annoyed by how loud he was playing could make peace with it already, he wasn’t going to stop.
“Hey, sorry to interrupt”
Wylan froze: he knew that voice. He’d watched some games at his school and the captain’s voice was always the loudest, the clearest.
Why had he followed him? Wasn’t he happy enough with how he had made fun of him?
“Leave me alone” whispered Wylan, his voice still rough “Please”
Jesper cleared his throat and stepped forward: “I’d like to sit next to you, actually. May I?”
“You may not”
The captain chuckled: “Um... okay, I’ll stand here then. I’m Jesper Fahey, nice to meet you”
The red-haired guy sighed: “What do you want? You’ve already humiliated me beyond imagination, what else do you need?”
Jesper opened his mouth, schocked and speechless: he had humiliated him? How was it possible? He hadn’t done literally anything apart from writing him a note that was everything but humiliating. What was the redhead talking about?
“I... what?”
Wylan laughed, tears filling his eyes again:  “Oh please, please don’t play fool with me. Asking the poor loser out fot the prom? Very funny, yes, I’m sure you had a heartfelt laugh with your friends”
Jesper tried to reply, but Wylan went on, his cheeks newly red and wet: “You know, I knew I was stupid, but not as much as to believe someone like you could actually be interested in me. Stupid Wylan, you idiot. Father’s so right about you, you’re such a delusion”
“Hey-”
“And you also found me wearing this stupid green jumper and- you know what, I’m taking this off. I’m already a loser to you, so what changes?”
Jesper put a hand on Wylan’s arm and stopped him, trying to look at him in the eyes.
“Wylan - did I understand right? - Wylan, stop for a second. What the hell are you talking about? And why shouldn’t you wear that jumper? I...” the captain laughed nervously “I am honestly so confused, but please listen to me”
The redhead froze at the sudden warmth of the captain’s hand on his arm: he dried his cheeks with his sleeve and sighed: “Just be fast, I really can’t do this today”
The captain cleared his throat: “I don’t know what you’re talking about, but I think there’s been a huge misunderstanding” he smiled at Wylan “I really want to go to the prom with you”
Wylan’s eyes widened, his breath catched: was he serious?
“Is that so?”
Jesper laughed: “I’ve already asked you twice in less than an hour, what do you want, a formal request?”
“I...” the redhead was speechless, his mind was starting to ache trying to understand how any of that were possible. He was probably dreaming.
The captain pointed his hand to the free space next to Wylan: “While you take this life-changing decision, may I sit?”
Wylan gave him the faintest smile: “Yeah”
The captain sat and the redhead held his breath for some seconds: Jesper’s arm was muscled and strong against his thin one, his profile looked like a sculpture, his lips were the most perfect shape he’d ever seen, his skin was a beautiful light brown similar to that cappuccino he loved so much. When Wylan found the ability to breath again, the captain’s fresh scent made him drunk.
He was going to lose his mind, so he made his eyes look away before he did anything stupid.
Jesper felt Wylan’s tension through his arm against his, so he placed a hand on the piano and played a random key: “I’ve always been astonished by the power of this instrument, but I don’t think I’ll ever understand how to play it” he turned his head to Wylan “You were playing beautifully, I would’ve listened to you for hours”
Wylan shrugged: “It wasn’t a great performance, I was just letting some bad feelings out. I can do better. Besides, that’s not even my main instrument”
“Oh?” now Jesper was surprised: just how great could this guy’s talents be?
The redhead smiled and scrolled his head: “No, I play the flute. But here at school I can only use the piano, hygienic stuff, you know. I... I really needed to play some music just to feel better”
Jesper nodded: “Did you feel bad because of the note I left in your locker?”
“Well...” Wylan sighed “Kind of. It’s not your fault, though: at first I was surprised, then I saw you and you friend laugh and I panicked. I thought it was all just a mockery”
“Why would you think that?” asked the captain raising a brow.
Wylan laughed: “Are you kidding? You’re, like, the most popular person in the entire school, how could I believe you were actually asking me out?”
He wasn’t going to mention his dyslexia too. He didn’t want to ruin the moment. Besides, he was starting to think Jesper didn’t actually know about it.
“Well, for starters I should inform you that you’re very cute and that you shouldn’t blush for me saying that” Jesper restrained a smile looking at those pale cheeks get the darkest shade of red “And you should also know that Inej and I were laughing because we were so excited to see your reaction. I’ve had you stuck in my head for a while now, you know”
“You... you have?” Wylan could simply not believe it. There wasn’t any logic in any of that.
Yet, it was happening.
“Yeah”
“So... so is everything true? You really want to go out with me, of all guys?”
“Oh Christ, you’re a tough one, aren’t you?” asked Jesper rolling his eyes. He stood up, just to get down on one knee and take Wylan’s hands in his “Please, Wylan, for the last time, will you go to this godforsaken prom with me?”
The redhead laughed, incredulous, but at the same time trusting towards that handsome guy kneeling if front of him: “I think I will”
“Oh my- can’t you just say yes, for my heart’s sake?”
“Okay, yes! Yes I will!” conceded Wylan, now laughing so hard he couldn’t even remember he’d been crying just a few minutes before.
“Thank God. This was the toughest task of my life so far”
Jesper sat back next to Wylan, smiling and feeling wonderfully. The redhead looked at him for a while, then cleared his throat: “Would you mind if I...” he hesitated, unsure if he could already go that far.
“If you what?”
Wylan lowered his eyes and whispered: “... if I hugged you?”
Jesper smiled as he whispered back a faint “come here”, circling Wylan’s shoulders with his arm, pulling him towards his body and placing his other hand between his incredibly soft curls. They both closed their eyes, feeling well, in the right place.
“By the way” whispered Jesper, not moving the tiniest inch from their hug “I have no idea why you talked about your jumper, but for the record I think green looks wonderful on you”
Wylan smiled against the captain’s chest: “You do?”
“Yes. It makes your eyes and your hair look even more beautiful. As a matter of fact, you should wear green more often”
In response, Wylan held tighter to Jesper’s body: “I will, then”
Babes*, take a break from the ona fic. There’s no need to mix one depressant (alcohol) with another (a sad story) when you can just take a break from the latter.
Oh yeah I saw the cancellations. The Liga F thing makes sense, but the WSL one is so silly. (You already know my feelings on the queen/monarchy so no need to pile on there)
I did catch a glimpse of the “Alexia’s ugly outfits” segment earlier — that look with the shades was crazy. I don’t know what the hell is up with her but I suppose our fav can’t be perfect.
I am doing okay. It’s very hot and uncharacteristically humid here so I’m a bit miserable on that front, but every other part of life is kinda neutral at the moment. Not too much to complain about, but not too much to celebrate either. I’m trying to think of anything else going on with me and I can’t think of anything except mild woman problems (we’ve already established this, but trying any type of relationship with other football fans sucks for some reason). But women are a boring topic so let’s ignore that one.
*I’m using this platonically, 💍, so don’t come for me
I know i know i should but drunk seems to be the only way I can write these days. Really embracing professional writer over here lol. And I want to finish something because I feel like I'm not producing as much for you all to enjoy anymore, which makes me feel worse. Okay, drunk pity party over.
They're both silly cancellations! WSL for obvious reasons. But fucking just give them a professional contract in Liga F! This isn't complicated. Professional womens sports deserve the same quality and professionalism as men's sports. They wouldn't blink an eye if this was the men's side we were talking about.
My parents were telling me about the insanity of the weather over there. Glad you didn't get hit by that hurricane/tropical storm though. (Although some rain would've been nice)
"Not too much to complain about, but not too much to celebrate either." For some reason that hit me. Like we're just existing over here. Nothing bad is happening. Not too great is happening. Just cruising. And I suppose that's a victory in and of itself given how our brains normally are.
more women problems! join the club, mate.
Home Is Where You Are
Summary:  Morro loved his cousin more than anything in the world. Sadly, the rest of Ninjago couldn't seem to share that kind of affection. or In which Lloyd gets stabbed and Morro would like to do nothing more than join forces with his uncle and burn the entire city down.
[Movieverse]
Sometimes Morro wanted to beat up the world. Punch it until its only remains were about the size of a football and then burn it until the ashes of the ashes had ashes.
Sometimes, was most of the time.
But it really wasn’t his fault that the world had to be a stupid place filled with stupid people, that formed a stupid society that had somehow normalized the bullying of a fifteen year old boy, for something he had no control over.
That fifteen year old boy also happened to be his cousin, Lloyd Garmadon, son of evil Lord Garmadon, a warlord who attacked Ninjago on a weekly basis, trying to conquer it.
And while, obviously, everyone in Ninjago had labelled Lord Garmadon as “evil”, their tiny, tiny brains (if brains the size of a peanut could even pass for brains anymore) somehow had come up with the idea that Lloyd was “evil” too. Why? Because he was his son. Simple as that.
No one cared about the fact that the boy had never met his dad, hell, he had never even as much as exchanged a single word with him and Morro wasn’t even sure if Garmadon knew that his son existed.
But somehow that went over everyone’s heads because Lloyd Garmadon was blamed for every attack and every inconvenience in the city – he was easily the second most hated person in Ninjago, right after Lord Garmadon himself, of course.
The thing was, Lord Garmadon had it easy – in Morro’s humble opinion – because the warlord got to attack the city and then simply vanish back into his volcano in the middle of the sea – with no one able to reach him. And with Lord Garmadon being out of reach, Lloyd had to catch all the fists flying at him, all the insults people would throw against his head. The people just wanted to let their hatred and frustration out at someone – and that someone, was his little cousin.
Morro did his best to protect him as much as he possibly could, he loved the boy with his whole heart, he was his whole pride and joy. He was like a light in a dark for him, leading his way, giving him something to hold onto. But sadly, Morro wasn’t always able to be there, when he needed him. He couldn’t always pick fights for Lloyd and he knew that the fifteen year old would rather die than fight someone. His cousin wasn’t much for physical violence.
He understood why, though.
If Lloyd were to snap, it would be instantly used by everyone as some stupid “evidence” that he was just like his father, that he was evil and that he was going to destroy them all and join forces with Lord Garmadon.
Bullshit. The elder hated how stupid and blind Ninjago's citizens were.
Lloyd wasn’t evil, never had been evil, never even did anything remotely evil.
They were the real bad guys. All of them. Hypocrites. How dare they call his baby cousin a “villain-in-the-making” when they were the ones cursing him out, insulting him on the daily, trending disgusting songs about him and beating him up. And what did Lloyd do? He just took it. Took all the insults, took all the punches, never daring to stand up for himself or returning the favor. And why?
Because Lloyd was good.
Too good, for his own good, Morro thought as he looked up at his cousin's face, seeing silently tears streaming over his cheek.
“Tell me who did this to you,” the raven head's voice stern and stable as his hands made his way to his bleeding abdomen again, pushing a tissue on it to try and stop the bleeding.
Lloyd bit his lip, like he always did when he was nervous. His eyes continued to stare at the tiles of Morro’s bathroom, filling with tears once again. He shook his head quickly, blond locks stained with blood falling into his face.
“Lloyd.”
A sigh escaped him.
He loved his cousin but sometimes he just wanted to take him and squeeze his stubbornness out of him.
“This wasn’t a usual attack anymore, Lloyd. They stabbed you! They are getting bolder with their stupidity. You need to go to the police with this, they–”
“‘They’ what?” Lloyd’s head turned to him, looking at him in desperation and anger. “Don’t you get it? The police don't care about what happens to me! They could find me bleeding out on the street and they would just walk over me as if I were–,” the words suddenly seemed to be stuck in his throat, making him lower his gaze, once again, in – in embarrassment? In sadness? He wasn’t sure.
Morro’s eyes widened slightly, once he realized that Lloyd was right.
The police were just as shitty as the rest of the citizens of Ninjago. They already treated him as if he were a criminal, even though Lloyd probably had the cleanest criminal record in the whole city.
Stupid police, stupid people, stupid–
He silently nodded to himself, trying to think of what they were going to do next.
“Okay, no police then, but we need to get you to the hospi–”
“No!” The teen interrupted him once again, which was honestly getting quite annoying. Usually he would be the one interrupting the other. “No hospital! My mom can’t know about this and–” a hiss escaped his lips as Morro pulled the tissue from his wound, dry blood ripping from his skin. “–we can’t afford it. We need to deal with this on our own, it’s not that deep anyways.”
“Lloyd, it’s a stab wound.”
“I’ve gotten away with worse injuries, without going to the hospital.”
He felt like someone had punched him in the gut.
Morro was quite aware of the dozen of times Lloyd would come back from battle with his Ninja Gi looking way too much like Kai’s because – oh, hadn’t he mentioned?
Lloyd was the Green Ninja, sworn to protect Ninjago from his father. Protecting the people that bullied him. Just another reason he sometimes wanted to burn this city down and go a bit warlord like his uncle – but that would also mean that he would, probably, have to fight Mr. Goody-Two-Shoes. So he shrugged his warlord ambitions under the rug.
“Okay, we can deal with this,” the elder bit the inside of his cheek, silently wishing for his dad to be here to deal with this instead.
He didn’t like seeing Lloyd hurt. It broke his heart.
“It’ll need stitches, though.”
He noticed immediately how the younger's palms started to grab the rim of the bathtub he was sitting on, as if his life depended on it, knuckles going white. “Okay,” he gritted out quietly.
He hated this, everything about this. It felt so, so wrong.
Lloyd shouldn’t be sitting in his bathroom, white as a sheet, seemingly near to passing out from blood loss. Morro shouldn’t have to stitch him up because he couldn’t go to the hospital or the police. His tiles shouldn’t be coated in Lloyd’s blood. And for fucks sake, Lloyd shouldn’t have been spotting a stab wound to begin with.
“I hate this too you know,” the blond’s voice was quiet but audible, nonetheless. Morro could only nod as he grabbed his medical kit from the cabinet.
---------------------------------------------
"If I had the chance to, I'd kill the people that did this to you."
"I know, that's why I'm not giving you their names," Lloyd's voice sounded a bit too calm, too collected to be talking about the people that had just tried to kill him.
Morro hid his face behind his palms, trying his best not to scream in frustration. "You shouldn't be protecting them like this. They're criminals, they tried to murder you and all you do is– is–,” a groan escaped his lips.
“Lloyd, I swear to fucking god, you can't keep doing this.”
His words made the room go quiet, not one of the teens daring to say another word. The nineteen year old's eyes wandered over to look at his cousin, who was currently busy biting onto his lip, his expression unreadable and Morro worried that he might have gone too far.
The young teen’s head tilted, teary emerald eyes meeting his own. “Do you think I like this?” a bitter laugh escaped him, though it sounded more like a gasp for air. “I don't like this any more than you do, believe me! You have no idea what it is like to wake up and be scared because you don't know what people will do to you! But there's nothing I can do about it and I've accepted that.”
The raven head felt the blood in his hands run cold, grabbing his cousin by the wrists, shaking him slightly. “Lloyd, you shouldn't accept it just like that! You– you deserve better than how these people treat you.”
“Morro, I know you mean well but,” the blond twisted himself out of his grip. “I was hopeful for so long. I tried to believe that people would change and I tried to let them see that I'm not who they think I am but it didn't do anything – it only made me feel worse. There's nothing I can do. I can't fight back, you know that.”
And he hated how right Lloyd was.
He still remembered how, a few years ago, the younger would cry himself to sleep every night because he just couldn't seem to find friends, no matter how hard he had tried. He still remembered how he would cling onto Morro and sob his soul out until he simply didn't have any tears to spare because he thought something was wrong with him. Otherwise the entire city wouldn't hate him, right?
Morro also still remembered the stinging pain in his chest as he had wiped away the smaller's tears and held him close – trying to be as much of a help as he could but still feeling absolutely useless.
So really, Morro was a fool to believe that Lloyd wouldn't stop caring at some point. It had done nothing but worsen the pain.
That didn't mean he had to like it, though.
“Listen, I know I've told you this many, many times before but–,” he looked out the window, onto the city that had hurt them so much. Onto the city that was ruining Lloyd's life. Onto the city that would possibly be the death of him at some point– He pushed the anger, threatening to overflow, back into the bottle of emotions where it belonged. “What they say,” he spoke quietly but with so much venom in his voice that Lloyd couldn't help but wince. “It doesn't matter. Nothing they say matters, so don't you dare put any worth onto their words–,“ anything Morro had planned to say suddenly vanished to dust as two arms threw themselves around him tightly, blond locks tickling his face.
“I know–,” his whisper left the room numb as a sob escaped his throat, his head just pushing itself more onto Morro's chest. “I know and I'm just so glad that I have you and the others.”
He could feel the tears starting to soak through his shirt and started to play with the blond strands of hair, in an attempt to calm his cousin down.
“It's just so much sometimes and I– I–,” the small voice broke and Morro could swear he could feel his eyes starting to sting.
Silent shushing and sobs were the only sound that filled the room from then on. It was almost suffocating, the contrast from his once so happy and bubbly cousin to– well, to how he was now. The citizens of Ninjago had managed to break his spirit in unimaginable ways.
They broke his baby cousin because they were stupid and egoistic, because they wanted someone to let their anger out on and decided to use Lloyd as a punching bag instead of going to therapy or something for their anger issues–
The nineteen year old, however, really shouldn't be the one talking about people and their anger issues, considering how his own bottled up anger at the citizens started to slowly make its way back to the surface once more.
“I would burn this entire city down if I could,” his voice was drenched in bitterness, Lloyd nonetheless found the strength in himself to laugh, making him calm down slightly.
“That seems like something my dad would say.”
“Well, it seems like him and I would agree on that part, then.”
“Mhm.”
Morro looked down to where his counterpart had now comfortably snuggled up on him, his eyes still puffy but no longer as teary like they were half a second ago. He released a breath he didn't know he had held.
He didn’t know how to fix this. Hell, he didn’t even know if he could fix this even if he really wanted to. The only way he knew he could protect Lloyd from this city was by simply taking him and running away, going somewhere else where nobody knew them. He knew that that was impossible though. Aunt Koko couldn’t just leave everything behind and even if she could, Lloyd probably wouldn’t even want to leave because of his duties as the Green Ninja – because he was a self-sacrificing fool who apparently never learned to put his own needs before others.
And Morro wanted to be proud of him for it – really wanted to, because his cousin sacrificed his needs for the greater good. It was brave and noble of him and he should be proud. Perhaps the nineteen year old was a terrible person for even questioning it but– Every so often, usually when Lloyd came home spotting injuries which he knew hadn’t come from fighting Garmadon, he wondered if risking your life for a city that couldn’t care less whether you were alive or dead, was worth it – and in Lloyd’s case they would probably be more than thrilled to see him gone.
Well, until they’d notice that they no longer had a Green Ninja to protect them.
Cowards.
“Your angry thoughts are practically clogging up the air. Can you turn them down, for just one second–”
“Brat,” Morro huffed under his breath a small smirk placing itself onto his lips. It vanished as soon as it had appeared. “My cousin showed up on my front porch with a stab wound, I think I have every right to be angry,” Lloyd frowned, letting go of the elder.
“Morro, not this again. I swear–”
“I mean, you never show up and the only reason you did today was because you were bleeding to death. Seriously, am I not cool enough to get a visit by my annoying cousin anymore,” the raven haired teen grinned at the blond with his eyebrows raised, in an attempt to lighten the mood and get rid of the tense feeling that had settled between them ever since Lloyd had sat down in his bathroom.
He could always let out his bottled up anger on that Chen guy from the Cheer Squad. The smaller had told him something about the boy giving him a hard time, some time ago, hadn’t he?
“What? No! You’re plenty cool– I just didn’t– you know school stuff and my dad and–,”, he stumbled over his words making Morro laugh.
“Lloyd, chill,” he said, making his way up to his desk to get his phone and text Aunt Koko. She probably was already worried sick now that he thought about it “I was just messing with you. I know you’re busy, it’s fine.”
He felt the other stare at him for a second, unable to make out his thoughts, just before–
“You miss me!”
He almost dropped his phone in surprise at the sudden statement. “Wait, wait, no– Who told you that?”
“It’s obvious,” Lloyd mused, walking up behind Morro and placing his chin on his shoulder. “You miss me~ Morro misses me~”
For a second he stopped typing, sighing. “Shut up, I see you enough on TV, to not miss you– For real do they ever show something other than clips of the oh-so-great Green Ninja? Like, we got it, you’re cool and all that. Can we move on? I wanna watch the new episode of Starfarer.”
“Sounds like someone’s jealous.”
“Am not.”
“Sure are. Bet you wanna be the Green Ninja yourself. Do I have to lock myself in my room when I sleep at night because you might come in and murder me to take my spot–”
“Oh you definitely should because I might come in and choke you to death for being annoying,” he rolled his eyes, sending the text to his aunt. “Besides, I got my wind powers. What do I need a stupid title for anyways?”
“Not like you use them a lot,” Lloyd replied snarkily, already going over to Morro’s bed and letting himself fall onto the, in his opinion, too hard mattress. “I guess that I’m staying the night?”
Morro just nodded, already looking for more comfortable clothes for Lloyd to sleep in. “Sure are. You don’t think that I’m letting you go out alone right now, do you?”
His cousin sighs. “I’m more than capable of taking care of myself.”
“We saw how that went, didn’t we?” Morro replies a bit too harshly, almost wanting to take it back immediately, but he knew he was right. The sun had already set outside and Lloyd had just gotten stitches, if he was going to be attacked there’d be no way for him to get out of that fight unharmed. So Morro was going to keep him right where he was. With him.
He only got a hum in response, the younger probably being either too tired to take up another discussion on the matter or just not caring enough to try. Either way, he was fine with it.
“Hey sleepyhead!” he called, throwing the pair of joggers and a shirt right at Lloyd’s face, making a startled cry escape the blond. “Don’t you fall asleep on my bed, you’re sleeping on the couch.”
“You’re a big meanie,” the young Garmadon mumbled, taking the clothes off of his face but smiling slightly, nonetheless.
“Yeah, yeah,” he rolled his eyes. “I’m gonna get some water now. If you drift off while I’m away, I will wake you up.”
And true to his word, he left the room, not even waiting for an answer from Lloyd and entering the kitchen, collapsing on one of the chairs, suddenly feeling the tension pushing him down like weights that weren’t actually there.
He buried his face in his palms as soon as he felt his eyes starting to sting.
“Get a grip,” he hissed quietly to himself. He was a Wu for God’s sake. He didn’t cry, that was something for bratty little Garmadon’s with blond hair and no sense of self-preservation, who got themselves killed almost every day and– Fuck.
A heavy sigh escaped his lips, which was soon followed by hot tears streaming down his face.
He was angry. Angry at the city for treating Lloyd the way they did. Angry at Lloyd for not being more careful. Angry at himself for not having been there– But most importantly, he was scared. (Not that he was going to admit that to the Green Ninja, who already felt enough like a burden, even though he wasn’t.)
He was scared of losing his cousin. This whole ordeal had started with petty comments and glances, now they actually went out of their way and harmed him physically, stabbed him. Where was this going to end? When would it be enough for them?
Morro gulped. The only answers he could think of for these questions were terrifying and implied scenarios in which he would no longer have a little cousin to be annoyed at, he’d no longer worry if his family would still be whole after yet another Garmadon attack (because it wouldn't be whole to begin with), there’d be no more clips on TV of Lloyd fighting a bit too overdramatically and doing far too many backflips and there would be no more “Hey Emo-Boy, can I crash at your place? I’m bored” texts, hitting him at 3 am every once in a while.
A world without Lloyd would be an empty one, Morro figures. It would be cold and it would be lonely and he would rather die than live through it.
His legs carried him to the sink, filling the glass in his hands, which he didn’t remember grabbing, with water and chugging it down immediately. Maybe he should grab one of the bottles in the fridge for the teen in the other room – aside from blood loss he really did not need to face dehydration as well.
He spent a second leaning against the fridge with his forehead, desperately attempting to collect his thoughts. He couldn’t be an emotional mess in front of Lloyd, especially not now. He was supposed to be the strong one, the one who always kept a clear head.
But after stitching up your cousin's wounds you were allowed to be at least a little shaken up, he supposed.
He took a deep breath, opening the fridge and taking one of the cool water bottles, before making his way up to his room and entering it, just to be greeted by– snoring?
For fucks sake-
Morro’s eyes fell onto the boy laying still on his bed, almost about to shake him and send him to the living room to sleep, but instead he froze, noticing the dark circles under his eyes and– Oh God, if his heart hadn’t broken yet it definitely was now.
He had been so focused on his wounds and being mad at the city that he hadn’t even noticed how exhausted Lloyd looked.
He bit hard onto his lip, only watching the boy, his mind suddenly going blank.
The Son of Garmadon hadn’t even properly put the blanket over himself – but hey, at least he had changed out of his Gi. Morro was going to give him credits for that.
Walking up to the nightstand next to the bed as quietly as he could, the Master of Wind placed the bottle he was still holding onto the little table, for the other to find once he woke up.
Seemed like he would have to sleep on the couch, after all. He made a face at the thought of the back pain he was going to wake up in tomorrow, but at least Lloyd would get proper rest for a night. He could be happy enough that the boy would even be able to be here tomorrow.
Before he knew it his hands had already grabbed the blanket, softly tucking his cousin in. If Lloyd could see him right now he’d most likely call him a big sap, which he, maybe, was but it’s not like his counterpart was any better. And it wasn’t exactly like the young Ninja wasn’t testing his sanity on the daily.
He hummed quietly to himself, already walking out of the room again and turning the lights off. His eyes fell onto his sofa in the living room.
“You and me, huh?” he mumbled, looking like he was on the way towards his deathbed.
But sleeping on the sofa was worth all the back pain in the world as long as he did it for Lloyd.
Because that meant that he still had a squeaky voiced, self-sacrificial, idiot cousin to return to.
