Over The Top → Pairing: Bambam x Fem!Reader Tags: 3.1k, Dad!AU, Fluff, Humor, Romance, Part of the ‘Little Things’ series. Summary: The twins’ first birthday has arrived and no one is surprised at the extravagant party your husband planned that is definitely too extra for a baby’s birthday.

A/N: This is literally one of my favorite stories and I hope you love Bam & his little family as much as I do. Happy reading!

“No, it has to be blue! I already talked to them about this and I was very specific!” Bambam told his personal assistant over the phone, pacing through the kitchen, making dramatic hand gestures. You watch him with an exasperated look before turning your attention back to your sons happily making a mess in their high chairs.

“Yes, satin only. The table and chair linens are to be white and all accents are Arctic blue. Not baby blue, not ocean blue. Artic blue. And remember, for the boys seating, Somsak is on the left and Somchai is on the right. Ok, thank you,” He finishes his call and hangs up with a sigh, pinching his brow between his fingers.

You smile at him over the boys’ heads, “You know, it’s not too late to ditch the party and just go to Disney,” You suggest teasingly.

Bam scoffed, “No party? It’s my sons’ first birthday. Of course, we’re having a party,” He exclaims, “How dare you even suggest it. It’s like you don’t know me at all,” He says sighing dramatically and he’s immediately echoed by the twins with a high pitched squeal.

Party is an understatement. A normal child’s first birthday party typically involves a few family members and a smash cake. Your husband is busy planning the event of the year complete with chandeliers and ice sculptures, not that you or anyone else who knows Bambam is surprised considering ‘extravagance’ is his middle name. You’ve learned to just go with it.

You roll your eyes with a laugh as Bam leans over each babe and kisses their hair, thanking them for agreeing with him as usual. ��All I’m saying is, if you’re not going to give Hyunjin a raise after dealing with you through this, I will,” You tell him, thinking of the poor boy who has been running around like a maniac trying to pull Bam’s grand idea together.

“Don’t worry, I will. I don’t want him to quit like the last one did right after our wedding. I actually like this one,” He laughs. It takes a special person to handle Bam and his eccentric ways and Hyunjin has been a godsend. Whenever you visit Bam at work, you always make sure to bring a lunch for the sweet boy as well. He has also doubled as a babysitter once or twice for a last-minute event and the boys adore him.

The twins take after their father in almost every way and finding a good sitter that the boys won’t scare away is a challenge. For you, they are angels; Sweet innocent babes, absolute mama’s boys, capable of making their mother swoon and cater to their every need without hesitation. According to all your previous nannies, however, they are hellions with an agenda to run off anyone who isn’t their beloved mother.

The fact that Hyunjin could not only handle the twins but also make them like him was a testament to his character and you weren’t going to let your perfectionist husband run him off. “You’d better. He might be the only one who will put up with your constant antics aside from me and Yugyeom,” You say, scooping a bit of macaroni off Saki’s chin and blowing kissy faces at Chai earning a giggle from both.

“You know, Mami,” Bam says from behind you, placing a hand on each of your shoulders and squeezing gently, causing you to look up at him, “I’m starting to think you like Hyunjinnie more than you like me.”

“Some days, I do,” You tease and he mocks your words under his breath before leaning down to kiss you with a bit of extra effort that leaves you wanting more when he pulls away at the sound of the twin’s happy shrieking again.

“Take notes, boys. That’s how you keep em’ coming back for more,” He says in a cocky tone before laughing and dodging your swatting hand until his phone rings again.

“What do you mean one of the reindeer got sick? Tell them to find another one! There has to be eight reindeer!” Bam shouted, one hand gripping the phone tightly while the other waved wildly over his head.

As Bam left the room, taking his conversation into his office, you looked back toward the boys and smiled at them softly, “My sweet boys. Your daddy is crazy.”

The day of the party arrived and the house was buzzing pretty early. Thankfully, you were already accustomed to being up early and had time to enjoy coffee in silence before the chaos. By seven, both boys were up and ready for breakfast and you knew your hour of peace was over for the day. You got the twin’s changed and in their high chairs, ready for breakfast when Bam shuffled into the kitchen still half asleep.

You and the boys giggled at the sight of him, eyes barely open, hair in twenty different directions, still comfily dressed in his robe and slippers. He shuffled forward and kissed the twins, mixing up their names before coming up behind you at the stove and wrapping his arms around your middle.

“Do you know how beautiful you are right now?” He asks, tucking his face into your neck and pressing kisses to your soft skin.

“It’s because I’m making breakfast, isn’t it?” You laugh, flipping the pancakes.

“I would be lying if I said that it’s not incredibly hot to see you in the kitchen, cooking and taking care of the boys,” He says huskily, nibbling on your shoulder, “Lookin’ all sexy with your hair down, wearing your silky robe. Kinda makes me want to cancel the party and find a sitter to whisk you away for the weekend and have you all to myself,” He says playfully, tightening his grip on you and making you squirm around giggling.

You turn in his arms, wrapping your own around his neck before kissing him hotly when you hear another voice enter the room, “Really? Right in front of my nephews?”

Bam pulls back, rolling his eyes, and you smile brightly over his shoulder at your guest, “Hey, Yugs. Pancakes?” You ask him sweetly.

“Yes, please!” Your husband’s taller half answers with a grin before making his way over to the twins and balling each of their little hands up to fist-bump them in greeting and taking a seat at the table next to them. Bam busies himself by helping you set the table and pouring juice for everyone.

“What brings you here so early, Yugs?” You ask while piling four fat, fluffy pancakes on his plate and another three on Bams.

“I’m here strictly on uncle duties. Bam asked if I would watch the boy’s while you get ready for the party,” He tells you as you take the seat between him and Bam, cutting up pancakes for the kids.

“He does think of everything, doesn’t he?” You say, winking at your husband from across the table as he fake-airplanes a bite of food into Chai’s mouth, complete with engine sounds.

After breakfast is cleared, the real fun begins. Yugyeom takes the boys to the playroom to keep them occupied as people start arriving. Hyunjin is first through the door with everyone’s freshly pressed clothing in hand and you take them from him and pass them to Bam before steering the lanky boy into the kitchen and serving him the extra pancakes and coffee you set aside for him, insisting that it was the least you could do for your husband’s keeper.

The stylists arrived shortly after, starting with Bam so he could head over to the venue with Hyunjin first to ensure everything was perfect. As he made his way down the stairs you let out a loud whistle which he absolutely ate up, now parading down the steps with extra flair and spinning slowly at the bottom so you could take in the full effect.

“Well aren’t you like a sexy Jack frost?” You tease, running your hands over the front of his deep blue suit and admiring the way his platinum locks were styled back, showing off his undercut. He was even wearing gray contact lenses because according to him, it makes the outfit.

“Mhm, remember I might look cold,” He says with a dramatic pause, “But I’m always hot,” He finishes with a wink and a light slap on your bottom.

“Umm, Mr. Bhuwakul,” Hyunjin coughs lightly getting your attention and you step back just far enough to let Bam’s hand slip from your backside, “It’s time to head to the venue, we’re meeting with their coordinator in twenty minutes.”

“And the venue is fifteen minutes away, right?” Bam asks him with a cocked brow.

“Yes, sir,” Hyunjin answers swiftly.

“Great, so I have an extra five minutes to make out with my smokin’ hot wife,” He says no longer looking at Hyunjin as he wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you flush against his chest.

“Uh, yes, sir. I’ll just...be in the car,” Hyunjin stutters awkwardly before dashing out the door.

“Good man, Jinnie,” Bam mutters before locking his lips with your own through your laughter.

“Hot mama!” Yugyeom shouts when you come down the stairs with Chai on your hip.

“Oh, shut up!” You laugh, handing your son over to him and taking Saki from the stylist who followed you down after dressing and styling the three of you.

After thanking her and her companion for their help, you walk them out and turn back to Yugyeom, who already has the baby bag on one shoulder and Chai propped up on the other shoulder, making you slightly queasy considering the man is a giant.

“You look very handsome yourself,” You tell him with a smile, “But if you drop my son, I will drop you,” Though he just grins at your serious tone.

“And also, would you mind playing chauffeur?” You ask with a more timid tone, “There is no way I can drive in these stilettos he’s picked out,” You pout at him.

“You threaten me and then ask me for favors?” He teases and you narrow your eyes at him, “Okay, okay. I’ll drive, but we’re taking the range!” He says excitedly and you follow him out to the garage, smiling at the giggles pouring out of your son as Yugyeom takes extra bouncy steps.

When you arrive at the venue, Hyunjin meets you at the valet area, helping you inside while sending Yugyeom in Bambam’s direction. Hyunjin fills you in on the schedule for the party while bouncing Saki on his hip and you try to take it all in without letting your eyes roll back in your head. Apparently, everyone is already here and awaiting the twin’s grand entrance.

A few minutes later, Bambam is by your side and collecting Saki from Hyunjin before the young man rushes back into the venue’s main hall where the party is being held. “You look absolutely gorgeous, Mami,” Bam compliments, leaning over to smooth Chai’s hair and placing a soft kiss to your cheek.

“Thank you, daddy,” You wink at him and he smirks at your flirty tone.

“You are going to be amazed when you see everything,” He muses, “Hyunjinnie and I have created the perfect Winter Wonderland.” Smiling, Bam grabs your hand in his and you step up to the double doors.

Your eyes glaze over as the doors open and Bam leads you inside. You’ve been listening to him plan out the party for months but the tiny details you catch as he paces through the house do not do this scene any justice. You’re overwhelmed by the decor and overall ambiance topped off with a twinkling display of the northern lights playing across the ceiling and the stunning crystal centerpieces on tables.

Anybody else would have been shocked by the massive amounts of people in attendance, but this aspect is nothing new for you. As the four of you make your way into the room, cheers and applause erupt from the guests. Both you and Bambam have very large families and, thanks to your husband, you share a huge group of personal friends, so the number of people in attendance is easily over a hundred.

You stop in the center of the room and Hyunjin discreetly hands Bam a microphone so he can be heard throughout the large venue.

“Family and friends. My beautiful wife and I would like to thank you all for being here to celebrate Somsak and Somchai’s first birthday with us!” He says and everyone cheers happily.

“I just wanted to say, we are so blessed to have such an amazing family,” He says, hiking Saki a bit higher on his hip, “And such handsome boys, who have a striking resemblance to their equally charming father,” He adds with a wink, earning everyone’s laughter including your own.

“And we are incredibly thankful you are all here today,” He nods before turning to you with the mic, “Any words, Mrs. Bhuwakul?”

You adjust Somchai before taking the microphone. “As my handsome and charming husband said,” You joke with a light smile, leaning into Bam’s side as he slips an arm around you, “Thank you all for being here. Unless this your first Bhuwakul event, I am sure you’re not surprised by the fact that this is very over the top for a first birthday, but I would also like to thank my husband for putting together such a stunning party for our boys,” You say, turning to him fully.

“Though I almost fainted when the doctor told me I was carrying not only one miniature Bambam but two,” You say with an amused grin and everyone laughs, “I know if they turn out to be anything like their goofy, loving, devoted father, then they will be just fine,” You finish and everyone oohs and awes when Bam tugs you a little tighter and kisses you gently causing the twins to squeal with excitement.

“But enough talking for now,” Bambam says into the mic you’re holding for him, “Let’s party!”

The party is incredible. The catering was impeccable, there was music and dancing, and in fact, eight whole reindeer corraled in the corner of the venue, munching happily on their hay and being fed carrots and apples by party guests. There were ice sculptures, and giant snowglobes, He even had someone engineer fake snow over a cute photo setting where one photographer was stationed while the other went around to snap pictures of the party.

Your favorite addition was the video booth where guests could sit down and make a personal video for the twins. While your mothers were busy with the boys, you dragged Bambam to the booth and closed the curtain.

“You just couldn’t wait to get me alone huh?” Bam teased, “You know, Mami, it’s not that kind of video booth,” He says, grabbing you around the waist and pulling you into his lap, making you laugh.

“Daddy, behave,” You say, swatting at his wandering hands, “Let’s make our video for the boys!”

Once you get situated in the camera and Bam spends a whole minute fixing his hair because ‘The boys need to know how hot their dad was in his prime’ you finally start your video.

“Hello, my babies!” You say excitedly, waving into the camera.

“What if they don’t watch this until they’re grown, then they will be men,” Bam counters.

“I don’t care if they are eighty years old, they will still be my babies,” You huff out.

“Anyways, Somsak, Somchai, it’s your first birthday and as usual your father outdid himself. I am sure as you get older you will get used to his flashy, expensive tastes, just like your poor mama did,” You say teasingly and bam pinches your side.

“Your mother didn’t mind my tastes when I bought her wedding ring,” He says deadpanned, holding your ring finger up to the camera, “Or when I took her to a private island for our honeymoon,” He adds, smirking when your face flushes a bit.

“Back to the point,” You interject, “Your daddy always goes above and beyond for the people he loves and you two are the center of our universe.”

“Yes, mom and dad love you more than anything!” Bam says, blowing a kiss to the camera, making your grin.

“Side note, can you guys believe your mom is this hot?” Bam asks suddenly and you fight to roll your eyes.

“Bam! This is for the kids!” You say, nudging his shoulder.

“Yeah, and they should know that their mom was always smokin’ hot and their dad has always been this head over heels in love with her,” He argues with a wide smile and you can’t help but lean down and kiss him until Bam’s phone goes off with an alarm.

“Gotta go boys! We’re about to go watch you bathe yourselves in blue cake icing!” Bam says happily, waving at the camera before saving the video and pulling you out of the booth.

Before he can get much further, you tug on his arm, pulling him to face you and lean in to kiss him again, winding your arms around his neck to pull him close.

“What’s all this for Mrs. Bhuwakul?” Bam asks with a lazy smile, still holding you close.

“Thank you, baby,” You tell him quietly, “For all this and everything else you do for me and the twins. We love you so much.”

“Mmm,” He murmurs in thanks before leaning in to capture your lips again, “I love you too, Mami.”

He leans back from you but doesn’t drop your hand, he just stands back and appraises your full form before saying, “I can’t wait to take you home because I am one thousand percent getting you pregnant again tonight.”

You stand there, alone and shocked because he is smart enough to already be walking away from you and out of reach but he turns around a few feet ahead of you with a huge grin, “Come on, Mami, it’s cake time!”

So, you decide to let him get away with it because he looks damn good in that blue suit and this is the reason you fell in love with him in the first place. And when you see him standing there proudly with both boys in his arms you remember why you fall more in love with him every day.

a/n here is jaehyun’s family! honestly, imagining jaehyun as a dad fills me with so much joy lmao

JUNG YOONOH:

he has has two kids, 1 girl and 1 boy. jung lani is 4 years older than her baby brother, jung leon.

JUNG LANI: >> as a baby <<

smiles galore

she got her dad’s dimples

and she used them

she also got her dad’s little “smile whiskers”

jaehyun is honestly the best dad

like he is so caring

he did so much research and everything

he knew more than enough to raise lani

he was pretty calm throughout most of it

and lani was calm too

she really loved watching you and jaehyun

like if jaehyun was just walking around doing chores or something

or if you were working on something

her eyes were on y’all

like she had the biggest eyes too

they were full of wonder

jaehyun held her like she was the most precious thing in his life (bc she is)

he was confident in his skills from the start

she made it easy on him tho

she wasn’t a super needy baby

she could be pretty independent when needed

it was really easy to get her to smile

like all you had to do was play peek-a-boo with her and she’d smile instantly

she’s easily entertained

if you sat her down in the living room

a snack in one hand, a toy in the other

she’s occupied for at least 30 minutes lol

snacks are literally her favorite thing

she was a big eater from the start

but like snacks just hit differently for her

she had so much hair as a baby

like headbands were her aesthetic from the start

you had to baby proof anything and everything in your house

bc she really liked to follow you guys when she learned how to crawl

like if you guys had to put gates so she wouldn’t crawl into the kitchen

she just wanted to hang around her parents :,)

whenever you and jaehyun were both home, you would rock paper scissors or flip a coin for who’s cooking/cleaning and who’s playing with lani

the boys fell in love with lani

like jaehyun would bring her to practice and it would just be so much fun

they would be so amazed with how easy it is to make her smile

johnny would be like “it takes so long to make noah smile but if i just put lani in front of him, it’s all he can do... wth...”

honestly, most of the guys were just so amazed that she was so smiley and just chill overall

like if jaehyun left her with the dreamies, she wouldn’t freak out

even like if he left her with the newer artists she’s never met

just as long as she sees that they’re not weirdos she won’t freak out

she loves to friend everyone she meets

she’s just full with natural cuteness

honestly like return of the superman situations with lani and jaehyun would be the best

they would get so much content because everyday, lani would just bombard you with cuteness

she’s just really out here being the cutest.

she is still a huge daddy’s girl

she still loves to give the biggest smiles all the time

like even when she lost her front tooth, she still would flash her beautiful smile to the world

jaehyun is still so whipped for his daughter

he would buy her the most gifts every time he left for tour

she honestly wasn’t super defiant

like she would play a prank here and there

or something would go wrong with her playing

for example, one time she was playing salon with jaehyun

and he was kinda sleepy so he didn’t notice that much

then she grabbed the actually scissors and cut his hair

like a huge chunk of it right in the back

no one told him the whole day until you got home and noticed

he wasn’t even that mad lol

when she found out she was gonna be an older sister?

she was so happy

like she loved being an only child

but she was so excited that she was gonna have a baby brother to take care of

she’s honestly a pretty good older sister

she always makes sure leon is taken care of

like always

when jaehyun goes around to give the cameramen/women coffee or some breakfast

he starts to laugh when he realizes they’re all in headbands

she’s best friends with mark’s oldest, ethan lee and ten’s second child, somchai leechaiyapornkul (shawn)

they’re an iconic group

they all compliment each other so well

like ethan is pretty energetic and a little bit of a crackhead

lani is happy smiley and just good vibes

and shawn is super shy but he’s doing his best!

like lani and ethan really just do things to get shawn to be more daring and stuff

and shawn does!

they’re all pretty smart for their age

like if they go out to buy something, they’ll combine their money to get a value pack (i explained this a bit in ten’s family description if ya wanna check it out)

they’re just super cool and just a really good dynamic

lani is honestly the most empathetic of the entire group of kids

like from a young age she was already doing her best to listen and understand the emotions of others

and like from a young age her advice was actually good?

she’s really pretty

like a lot of the guys in her classes had crushes on her

the only dudes she cares for are ethan and shawn tho

pero yeah

like she was just a sweetheart who was really mature for her age and still shocked everyone haha

she becomes a solo artist

she does a lot of chill vibe songs

like she loves chill r&b songs

lani is just so aesthetic too

she films a lot of her music videos in nakamoto yui’s flower shop

she gets along well with yui because they’re both rather calm by nature

she’s honestly just super iconic

she inherited her dad’s poreless skin

like she’s so wholesome and kind

she’s more on the quiet side

she has so many fans lol

she get’s overwhelmed with them a lot tho

again, still jaehyun’s biggest fan

a lot of people like her because she’s not living the pish posh life

like you know those hidden cams that see the reactions of celebrities and stuff?

like her reactions are really really the same ones she shows on tv

like her personality is just so genuine and kind

everyone who meets her tells that she’s like that too

as a solo artist, she loves to learn more about music

she learns a lot from kun’s oldest, qian lei.

lani understands a lot about music and they work together to write songs and stuff

it’s definitely not a competition between her and the other music artists amongst nct’s kids

like they all are so supportive of one another with any and every concept

if the company has luna, youngmi, and aria’s group do something a little odd

all of the music artists in the group would still go nuts over it lol

they all support and love each other

anyway

the person she loves and supports the most is her brother tho

like they don’t usually quarrel a lot like kaleb and aria or noah and leo

almost every show/interview she’s on, everyone asks her about her brother

and she just fills with so much pride

she’s so proud of her little brother and all of his accomplishments

like no jealousy whatsoever

she’s also like super humble

she forgets that she’s an idol sometimes

like her manager would be like “lani, DPR LIVE wants to collab with you, are you down?”

and she’s like “THE DPR LIVE??? what??? why me??? what?? is this a prank???”

her manager is like “lani... don’t forget that your famous too...”

she takes a while to understand certain jokes

like her brother makes a lot of jokes but a ton of them just fly over her head lol

snacks are still her favorite thing

her manager has to stop her from eating snacks because her fans give her so many and she just wants to eat them all forever lol

ethan becomes a rapper and they collab the most out of all the people she collabs with

they honestly lowkey realize they like each other and just start dating haha

shawn is a pretty dense dude

but the second ethan and lani got together he was like “bruh even I COULD see that you two liked each other.”

they became the celebrity couple of the century™

they’re honestly that couple that’s like “okay, why haven’t they been together like this entire time?”

anyway, lani is just so empathetic and kind and just so happy to be alive and born into her big and beautiful family

JUNG LEON: >> as a baby <<

also inherited his father’s dimples and smile whiskers

he was pretty smiley like his sister

he also wore headbands a lot because he had so much hair lol

but honestly

he was an alien lol

he was weird

but it was so cute

like if people asked him a simple yes or no question

he’d answer incorrectly

allow me to provide an example:

“is your name jung leon?”

“NO!”

he was so giggly and stuff

loved to make people laugh from an early age

like whenever any of his uncles would watch him

he’d make them laugh so hard

like most days, leon would just be chilling in the living room giggling the day away

and like nothing is happening but he would find ways to make himself laugh

like there was a mirror attached to his little play mat

and he’d look at himself, smile, then laugh, then repeat

leon would learn this while jaehyun was on tour and like you would have to explain to him that your child isn’t insane

he just thought everything and anything was funny

those days were the best for y’all tho

like every single day, leon would do something that made you just laugh like crazy

whether it was somehow taking his socks off and putting them on his ears

or somehow moving his diaper from the front to the back

he just made you laugh

jaehyun was so happy to have a son

i mean, he’d be happy regardless

but still

i feel like he would just be so happy to have a mini him

and that is exactly what leon is

a mini him

lani looks a little more like you

but leon is all jaehyun

leon inherited the trait that turns his ears red when he’s crying/embarrased

he honestly loved to play too

like he honestly needed to be doing something all of the time

leon simply just didn’t know when to stop

he eventually learns, but still

he just can’t stop/won’t stop hahaha

he’s really funny tho

like he’s genuinely a comedian

he makes you and jaehyun laugh a lot

he’s best friends with the squad™ of him, jungwoo’s middle daughter, kim jieun, hendery’s middle son, wong mochou, and haechan’s middle daughter, lee haeun.

all of them together is just a treat

they’re all so loud but all of their personalities are just so unique

leon is the oldest in the group so he’s sort of the leader

i’m just gonna say it

they’re all crack heads

the most calm out of all of them is kim jieun

but she even still has a huge personality

leon is like the clumsy leader

like he tends to fall a lot

but they’ll follow him when he falls lol

like if they’re just walking a line or just in a group

and leon trips

they’ll all fall with him lol

leon is definitely the class clown

but he’s not like super annoying

he has “class” (badum tsssss)

leon can just be so genuinely weird sometimes

he doesn’t really make any super inappropriate or bad jokes

he’s still a little bit of an alien

just a straight up weirdo sometimes

lani cares for him a lot

and he looks up to her

they don’t really quarrel with each other

like they’re both just chill with each other

every year, they work together to get a birthday gift for you and jaehyun

and every year they succeed in getting the best gift for the two of you

when lani was old enough to watch leon by herself, their gift to you was a date night lol

leon picked up a love for basketball at this age

he learned that he was lowkey really good at it lol

jaehyun would play basketball with him as often as possible

it was the sweetest :,)

leon is also really good with scary things

like he seems fearless

but

he is scared of one thing and one thing only

the pure and utter rage of the maknae of their squad, lee haeun

take all of the burning rage haechan has and put it in his daughter

that is haeun

when she’s mad, she’s MAD

It a very lovely place to stay in. The only minor issue is that they didn’t have enough coffee sachets or chocolate sachets. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it to both family and friends.

It is adjacent to the Ayala Mal , which has a good range of stores and cuisine options. the staff are friendly. Airport transfers can be arranged with a very reasonable rate of PHP200 per person. The hotel has a nice pool area. concierge can help you arrange for an adventure of white water rafting. check with the front desk for cocktail options as they sometimes have some nice programs at the bar. Seda Centrio is the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro in terms of location, service, and amenities. Location, food and staff I have in the past stayed at Seda Hotel when i am in CDO(at about twice the price). This time I was planning on reeling in my expenses and what a windfall I had. The staff were on the whole excellent. The waiter in Rosso (Jey i think) was outstanding - polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices in Rosso were about 250-350 php for a lot of the main meals...about 8-11 $Aus. Outstanding value and great quality. The staff in the Blue Duck bar were of a similar standard. Now for the bad bits - WiFi in my room was pathetic! The best reception was in the bathroom, so i ended sitting on the toilet to get average reception. Even on the 2nd floor in the business lounge, the staff said the WiFi there was poor also - this is why the lobby bar is full during the day..the only place for good reception (and this is a business hotel?). My only other complaint was the choice of breakfast for Westerners - scrambled eggs and pancakes only! (I get that this is a primarily Filipino business hotel). Will I return...definitely YES!!

I checked in with my husband and after checked in, he went outside for a gig. Upon returning to the hotel, it is already dawn and no one is in the front desk. he cannot contact me too since i ran out of battery and my charger was left in the car with him (yes very unfortunate). As a result, he cannot use the elevator without me bringing the key card so that thw elevator will work. So as a piece of advice, ask for 2 key cards if there's more than one who will stay in this hotel 😁 It will also save time for you don't need to fetch your family everytime they will go down the hotel to buy something or whatever.

The location is great, though it is away from downtown area, the place is near the mall and there are lots of convenience stores outside, a massage parlor, restaurants etc. The place from where we stayed (9th floor) is also quiet. The room is just enough for a couple, the facilities are nice, there are plates, pans and cooking utensils provided, even a washing machine. Free Wifi is working but the TV has only 2 or 3 channels working. All in all, good value for money, we will recommend this to our friends and won't hesitate to stay here again if we are coming back to CDO again.

"Great value for money!!” Super love this place!! Location of the hotel is perfect! It is at the city center and a less crowded place than the one in Cogon. It is just a few steps away from Redtail too. A famous shrimp/seafood restaurant in CDO!! Also close to other fast-food chains like Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Burger King and a lot of coffee shops, and other restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel too. The room is surprisingly nice and really clean. My first impression is that the hotel is already old so it won't be that nice but the room was clean, CR is clean and actually nice too. I love the bed because it looks like the whole mattress is made from memory foam!! So soft but not painful in the body. I love their bed so much. Airconditioning is cold too. So cold there was a time we turned it off for a few minutes then turned it back on again. Staff or the receptionist is not that friendly though. They answer your question but not as friendly as other kagay-anons we’ve met.

If you could restart your life, knowing what you do now, would you?: No, thank you. I already have a defiance disorder. I’m not going to be under 18 ever again. I like doing what I want when I want as an adult lol. Everything turned out okay.

If you were a trope in a teen high school movie, what would you have been?: I AM a teen highschool movie trope lol my husband and I met in school at fourteen.

Do you believe in aliens/supernatural creatures?: YES, because the world is just too big for there not to be.

Fun fact about yourself that not everyone would know?: I stopped eating pizza for several years for no real reason other than not wanting to eat pizza and then just starting eating it again one day as if I had never stopped.

When did you post your first piece?: I think it was May 2019.

Do you write fluff/angst/crack/general/smut, combo, etc? Why?: Mostly fluff & humor because I’m kind of soft and I really love a feel-good fic. Any angst I write is typically resolved by the end because I live for a happy ending. And occasional smut strictly for the spice.

Do you write OCs, X Readers, Ships...etc?: OCs & xReaders.

Why did you decide to write for Tumblr?: I love/hate the format tbh but mostly because of my tumblr community. I love being able to meet and talk to new people easily thru the platform.

What inspires you to write?: Everything! Songs, movies, commercials, personal events, etc. Sometimes it’s just a word, phrase, or picture.

What genres/AUs do you enjoy writing the most?: I’m a major sucker for friends/strangers to lovers! and I LOVE a good Mafia/Gang/Assassin!AU. On the opposite end of the spectrum, you can catch me writing dad!au stories.

What do you hope your readers take away from your work?: I just hope it makes them feel good. Laugh, smile, cry, yell, uwu, just- all the emotions.

What do you do when you hit a rough spot creatively?: Take a break. Read a book, dive into a k-drama, binge a few fics. Sometimes I just have to put the laptop away until I’m ready to start again.

What is your favorite work and why? Your most successful?: My favorite story is probably ‘Over The Top’ with GOT7’s Bambam. It’s a dad!au about bam’s twin boys’ first birthday party. I’m quite attached to their family dynamic in the story and may even revisit twin terrors Somsak & Somchai in the future. Most successful? Probably the ‘Bubbles’ series, a Monsta X OT7 fiesta. I had a lot of feedback while posting that series and made a lot of friends. (It was also my first actual fic & it jump-started this blog!)

Who is your favorite person to write about?: Jackson Wang or Park Jinyoung from GOT7 and Han Jisung from Stray Kids.

Do you think there’s a difference between writing fanfiction vs. completely original prose?: This is kind of a tough one because, yes- as a fanfic writer I’m using a real person as a character, however, the storyline, the dialog, the emotions, the actions of the characters are all organic. I could take any one of my stories and replace only that person’s name and it would be considered entirely original. So, I guess I would say it’s not so different.

What do you think makes a good story?: Great dialog.

What is your writing process like?: Sometimes I get an idea and go straight to word vomiting and editing. Sometimes it’s planning the title, characters, tags list, & summary then not looking at it for a few weeks until I’m ready to write it.

Would you ever repurpose a fic into a completely original story?: Yes. All of my stories are AU (non-idol verse) so I would totally repurpose them.

What tropes do you love, and what tropes can’t you stand?: Love: friends/strangers/enemies to lovers, + grumpy character only soft for their love interest. Dislike: Love triangles, angsty slow burn, cheating, etc.

How much would you say audience feedback/engagement means to you?: IT IS EVERYTHING. I love reading tags, getting aks, getting messages, it warms my heart, and really motivates me to keep going.

What has been one of the biggest factors of your success (of any size)?: When I write and I really like my own story, it feels like a success.

Do you think fanfic writers get unfairly judged?: Yes, they certainly can be. I think people who don’t understand fanfiction can have a very narrow mindset and belittle fanfic writers because of that misunderstanding.

Do you think art can be a medium for change?: Yes. Even if its something as small as changing one’s mood.

Do you ever feel there are times when you’re writing for others, rather than yourself?: Not usually. I try to only write things that make me happy and if I ever get requests I’m not into, I usually won’t write it. If I’m not enjoying myself and the story, it’s not worth the pressure I put on myself to write it.

Do you ever feel like people have misunderstood you or your writing at times?: It’s definitely possible, but I haven’t had many issues with this so far.

Do your offline friends/loved ones know you write for Tumblr?: My mom, dad, sister, husband, and two other friends know.

What is one thing you wish you could tell your followers?: I’m always here to make you laugh and smile, whenever you need it. I hope my stories can bring you joy.

Do you have any advice for aspiring writers who might be too scared to put themselves out there?: Do it for yourself. If you are enjoying yourself then it’s worth it.

Are there any times when you regret joining Tumblr?: I love this hellsite. I’ve been here since high school and I have no regrets.

We are back at Tutor’s apartment and Tutor is still mad at Fighter and jealous because of the girl he sat with. Fighter, I have to say, trying to make Tutor less mad because your titties are out is... one way to do it. All these pretty boys... LET THEM FREE THE TITTIES. (We def know who the horny couple is for sure. Never mind the deleted scene of Zon groping Saifah.) Fighter tells Tutor to stop being jealous. Tutor asks who’s jealous and insists no one is. Fighter asks if he’s sure and asks Tutor to smile so tomorrow will be a good day. Tutor refuses and then smiles for a second. Fighter asks for a bigger smile and Tutor does it again for a second. Fighter then pinches Tutor’s cheeks and asks him smile bigger again. Tutor tells him to stop and that whatever Fighter does has nothing to do with him. Fighter tells him that Tutor knows that it does have something to do with him.

Tutor then tells Fighter that if he knows that, then Fighter shouldn’t sit with other people again since their relationship is unstable. (Okay, I don’t really want to let that go though because being THAT jealous is not healthy. But I give Tutor credit for feeling that way because he’s right, they’re not exactly on steady ground just yet.) Fighter says he’s being bold only with Tutor and can’t Tutor feel it? Tutor finally agrees and Fighter says that he can see their relationship hasn’t started like others, but he hopes the beach will be their answer tomorrow.

Fighter says he can’t wait until tomorrow and Tutor puts a hand on his thigh and leans in before anti-climatically making a face. Fighter asks what that was for, and the two instead pack Tutor’s bag for the trip. That’s a big bag... do they need to take that much to the beach? Tutor makes Fighter help him fold his clothes to pack and Tutor notices Fighter making a mess of it before asking if he knows how to. Tutor then tells Fighter to let him teach him how to fold the clothes to pack. Fighter eventually gets the hang of it despite his initial reluctance. Tutor then teases Fighter about how he doesn’t have a swim suit and how what if he should swim naked.

Fighter jumps in to save Tutor’s modesty (or maybe prevent himself from popping a massive boner) and Tutor allows it before asking if he’s being too revealing (just for lifting his shirt). Fighter says he is and Tutor asks if Fighter isn’t because, as I said before, them tiddies is in the wind. Tutor points out how wide open Fighter’s shirt is and buttons it all the way up, threatening Fighter that if he doesn’t button up, he’ll take his shirt off. Fighter agrees to those terms, but then Tutor teases him and calls him Uncle Somchai after seeing what he looks like with the shirt all buttoned up. (LET THE TIDDIES FREE TUTOR! LET BOTH YOUR TIDDIES FREEEEEE. :cough: okay I guess I’m the horny one.)

Fighter asks if Tutor is having fun, but Tutor says they should get back to packing. The bag is successfully packed and the two are leaning close to each other as they close the bag. Fighter goes for the quick kiss which makes Tutor smile. Tutor then tells Fighter to close the bag and Fighter asks for another kiss, but Tutor denies him. Fighter tries anyway and Tutor dodges.

Later, the two sit on Tutor’s bed while holding hands. Fighter admits he’s excited and that he’s been to the beach many times, but never been this excited before. He falls back against Tutor’s bed and sighs. Tutor joins him and says he’s excited too. Fighter asks if Tutor can picture the two of them (together) in the end. Tutor says he has no idea but he believes and trusts in what will be in the end will be. However, things take time. Fighter then asks what if he wants to tell Tutor he’s certain about it. Tutor turns to Fighter and the two kiss again as Tutor unbuttons Fighter’s shirt. However, Fighter pulls away before they get too far and even apologizes, saying that he can’t control himself around Tutor. He also admits wanting to kiss Tutor like this for a while. Tutor says Fighter is a romantic person though and Fighter says he’ll leave now. Tutor tells him to get home safe and Fighter says he’ll come to pick up Tutor tomorrow. Fighter kisses Tutor’s forehead as a goodbye kiss which makes Tutor smile.

The next morning, the two get into Fighter’s car but Tutor gets a call. Fighter asks who it is and Tutor tells him it’s Day and he’s asking where Tutor is going for the next 4-5 days (okay, no wonder he packed so much). Tutor told him to hold on to any documents and sheets they get in class while he’s away. Fighter says that Tutor should tell Day that he’s going on a date with him and Tutor tells him he’s funny. Fighter then asks if Mr. Tutor is ready for a date. Tutor tells him he doesn’t need to be so polite because he’s not used to it. Fighter asks if it’s cute that he’s addressing him like that. Tutor says it is cute and calls Fighter Mr. Koala. Fighter says Tutor can call him whatever he wants and calls him Mr. Cute. Tutor objects, but smiles anyway.

Fighter tells him to get used to this kind of cute address for when they get back and Tutor says he won’t. Tutor then tells Fighter they better get going or they’ll miss the flight. Regardless, Tutor tries to hide his smile, but Fighter just barely catches it.

The two arrive at the beach resort and it’s pretty swanky. Tutor is impressed that Fighter went all out and Fighter says he’ll see. Tutor asks what he’ll see and then tells him to just go to their accommodation. Tutor then asks if they should stay somewhere else since it seems so expensive. (I guess he feels bad about the expense.) Fighter says that since they’re just coming once in a while to stay for a bit, it’s okay to spend that much. Fighter asks if Tutor knows the face he’s making and he says it’s cute. Tutor ends up smiling about it though. At last the room is ready and the two go. Tutor tells Fighter to bring the luggage and Fighter asks if he’s suddenly a servant.

The two then take in the view from their room and Fighter puts an arm around Tutor’s waist. Tutor objects just a bit but allows it. Tutor asks if the view is beautiful and Fighter says it is while looking at Tutor. Fighter then says they should go inside and Tutor agrees. As they lay on some outdoor bed/couch set up, Tutor gets comfortable and Fighter asks if he’s really going to sleep. Tutor says he’s exhausted and sleepy, but Fighter says that if he came all that way just to sleep, they could have proved their relationship at the condo.

Tutor objects by saying that Fighter was the one who asked him out so he has to let Tutor do whatever he wants. He then says they should talk later in the evening. Fighter and Tutor nudge each other a bit after that, but Fighter seems content to watch Tutor sleep and brush his hair. Fighter moves to kiss Tutor’s cheek, but decides against it and moves away. Eventually Fighter also relaxes and takes a nap next to Tutor. Tutor wakes up enough to see this and gives Fighter some more blanket before going back to sleep.

In the next scene, Fighter is awake, but Tutor is still asleep. Fighter tries to wake Tutor up, but Tutor resists. Fighter tries again by clearing his throat loudly but that doesn’t work. He also tries poking Tutor’s head. He also calls Tutor fatty and that finally seems to work when he asks if Tutor is hungry. However, Tutor says he’s still sleepy. Fighter tells him not to work too hard and that tutoring him is enough. At last, Fighter forces Tutor up to wash his face so he’ll wake up to eat. Cue product placement for brushing teeth. Tutor asks what they’re eating today and Fighter tells him he’ll see and Tutor runs off talking about how hungry he is.

After a wardrobe change Fighter takes Tutor to a candle lit dinner on the beach with a table with a fancy canopy and everything. Tutor gets excited and says it’s like a novel. Fighter asks if he likes it and Tutor says he does, but that Fighter doesn’t have to go all out like this next time. Fighter promises more surprises for Tutor and then takes his hand to lead him to the table. As the sun sets, the two have all their fancy food laid out in front of them. Tutor remarks how good all of it looks and he asks if Fighter knows he can eat a lot. Fighter says he can tell by Tutor’s cheeks. (RUDE! THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL CHEEKS. YOU LEAVE HIM ALONE! Plus Saint has better abs than Zee does, okay.)

Tutor then angrily starts eating, even if he exaggerates his cheeks. Fighter says he doesn’t care and he thinks Tutor’s cheeks are cute. Tutor warns him that if he gains weight, he already told Fighter about how much he can eat. Fighter just laughs at him and lets Tutor enjoy the food. Tutor asks why he isn’t eating and Fighter says he wants to eat something else. Tutor asks why and Fighter says he wants to eat and makes a slurping noise (OH HO HO SO BOLD!). Tutor tells him to stop making a scary face. (Poor Fighter thinks it’s a seductive face probably.) Fighter asks how so and Tutor says if he makes that same face again, he’ll sleep in another room. Fighter admits that the eye candy is more appealing despite how hungry he is. At last, Tutor makes Fighter eat, partly by feeding him a bite.

After dinner, the two sit on the beach and Tutor remarks that Fighter is a romantic person. Tutor then says he loves that kind of atmosphere and it reminds him of his parents. Tutor tells him he used to be very happy going on picnics with his parents and he thanks Fighter. Tutor then asks how Fighter knew he’d like this sort of thing and Fighter says it’s because he’s awesome. Tutor tells him not to do it too often and Fighter asks why. Tutor says because if he does it all the time, Tutor will become addicted to him. (OH HO HO.) It’s meant as a tease, but Fighter starts to get up and Tutor asks if he’s shy. Fighter insists he’s not and Tutor says he should just admit it. Fighter then says he thinks they should sleep separately tonight. Tutor asks why and Fighter says he might break his promise since they haven’t decided to be in a relationship yet.

Tutor then tells him that before he decided to come, he was thinking a lot about how others might see them and how they might be judged or if they’re doing the right thing. Tutor then says that maybe he’s just being sensitive, but then he wonders if it does look strange in the eyes of others. Tutor goes on to say that all his live he’s always taken care of other people but now he thinks this is his turn to be taken care of because he feels happy after a long time. He then asks Fighter if he knows the reason for his happiness before admitting it’s because he likes Fighter. He then adds that he wants to be close to Fighter. (Wow that was a 1-2 punch). Fighter asks if Tutor isn’t feeling well and if he has a fever. Tutor asks if he’s asking that because he doesn’t think Tutor would talk like that and Fighter says that’s exactly why.

Tutor then admits that sometimes he thinks his life feels like a novel. (UHHHHHHH...) And then he says that Zon told him about falling into Zol’s novel, however Tutor says that’s good because if he’s living in a novel, it might be better than real life. Fighter says he’ll cheer for Tutor’s novel life and Tutor thanks him. Tutor then says that he’ll sleep next to Fighter tonight and pesters Fighter about it. He then asks if Fighter is stiff in the position he’s sitting in and Fighter says if the position is too stiff, he can sleep there. The two then end up laying back against their beach towel to relax.

The next day, The two wake up after sleeping on the beach. Tutor is surprised they slept until morning and asks why Fighter didn’t wake him. Fighter says Tutor was enjoying it so he left him be. Fighter asks if Tutor is shy and Tutor insists he’s not. Fighter teases him a bit more about it, but the two make their way back to their room. Tutor asks what they’ll do today and Fighter says they’ll walk around town and if they have nothing to do, they can go to the island. Tutor asks if they can go to the “island like this” (a Thai play on words since the word for island is pronounced the same way as the word for clingy) while hugging Fighter. Fighter asks if he’s trying to be cute and Tutor says he’s just trying to be clingy.

The two also start recording a video on a gopro. They swing together, buy some bracelets, try on hats and look at bags, eat some snacks, to to a temple to offer merits, and end up in a hammock together. Tutor says he’s very happy and asks if Fighter knows that he really likes nature. Fighter says he’s about to be jealous of the beach because it makes Tutor so happy. Tutor asks if Fighter is tired from hugging him and Fighter says he’s not tired of being that way together.

Then Fighter later asks if Tutor wants to play in the water. Tutor resists because he wants to do that tomorrow and asks Fighter to take a picture with him. Fighter then says he’ll go play by himself. Fighter starts to go, but then asks to make sure Tutor really won’t join him and Tutor resists again. Fighter then goes and takes off his shirt. (YAAAASSSSSS BITCH. I’M SO GOOD RIGHT NOW.) Fighter also puts on a headband and makes a show of stretching. Tutor asks if he thinks he’s got a good body and then talks about being protective of what’s his.Tutor then takes a picture of himself at the beach while walking around as Fighter plays in the water.

Fighter eventually walks out of the water and the camera shots are such that it looks impressive, but then the music kicks in and you realize he’s looking for Tutor. It turns out Tutor hurt his foot and Fighter finally finds him. Fighter tries to look at it and Tutor says not to touch it since he doesn’t know what pierced his foot. Fighter hits his arm and tells him he should have been paying more attention. Tutor tells him to be nicer since he hasn’t realized what happened to his foot yet and Fighter asks why shouldn’t he be concerned. He then tells Tutor to wear shoes next time since he’s been made to worry. Fighter then helps Tutor up and tells him to get on his back for a piggyback ride. Tutor remarks he’s trying to act like a hero in a novel, but Fighter continues to insist until Tutor does it. Tutor is all smiles though as he gets his ride from Fighter.

Back at the room, Tutor sits by the couch or bed, worrying about his foot. He gets up to go look for something for his foot, but finds Fighter has bought a box of condoms! (Nothing wrong with being safe!) Fighter then comes out and asks what Tutor is doing and he says he’s looking for the bandages Fighter bought. Fighter sees that Tutor might have found the condoms and grabs the bandages. He then comes over and calls Tutor stubborn and looks at his foot. He remarks the cut is small and Tutor acted like his leg has been cut off. Tutor says it was Fighter that overreacted and Fighter reminds him that it was Tutor that was sitting there looking hurt with a sulky face.

Tutor reminds him that he didn’t know what cut his foot and Fighter says Tutor should take better care of himself. Fighter puts the bandage on carefully while Tutor flinches. Fighter tells Tutor he always makes him worry before asking Tutor if he wants to feel better. Tutor hums in agreement. Fighter then kisses Tutor’s foot and Tutor stops him and asks what he’s doing. Fighter tells him that coming there is not just about eating or having a good time and asks if Tutor understands. Tutor hums in agreement and Fighter goes back to kissing his way up Tutor’s leg. Tutor’s breathing starts to get heavy and he lays back and let’s Fighter kiss and nuzzle his way up Tutor’s body until they finally kiss properly.

Fighter asks if he can kiss Tutor and the two make out a bit and Tutor kisses Fighter’s Adam’s apple again. Fighter then suddenly backs off and tells Tutor to take a shower. Tutor approaches and continues kissing Fighter before telling him that he’s making Tutor yearn for it and then leaving. He then admits seeing the condoms (confident gay Tutor is back!). The two then continue and they’re gonna GO FOR IT. Wow, Saint really went for it because those kiss sounds against Zee’s chest are pretty legit. The whole tumbling around in bed thing is also pretty legit. Like Saint and Zee went HARD because they were not GOING HOME. (Remember, Saint says it’s art!)

Fighter then asks if Tutor is ready and gets the condoms. He asks again if Tutor is ready and Tutor tells him to come closer. We then cut to a shot of the torches outside. Because otherwise this would be too mature. Then we see them together in the bubble bath! They’re both all smiles and Fighter asks if they belong to each other now and Tutor says that next time he won’t give in (I guess he means be on bottom? WE STAN VERS KINGS!). Fighter asks if Tutor is okay and Tutor says he is. The two then kiss some more while in the tub and Fighter says he’s concerned about Tutor. He pets Tutor’s hair and kisses him again before saying he won’t do it again because he doesn’t want them to become bored of each other. Fighter then says he loves Tutor and Tutor replies in kind.

Okay, but if you both want to have the sex, you should just have it. Holding back because you’re afraid of getting bored of each other is a bad excuse. Like this was part of my issue with PeteKao in their novel. Kao feels he has to hold back in having sex because he doesn’t want to bore Pete.

In the preview for next week, it looks like another SaifahZon drought, but we might get bottom Fighter?
