boy oh boy is it storytime

so today I was at work, in the office yknow. I was bored and coping with the dysphoria, so I texted a friend that I was going to straight up ask my parents if they would kick me out of the house if I started T (I haven’t done that yet, I’m planning on doing it sometime next week). This friend and I were also planning to meet and watch a tv show tonight with some other friends. Then, a couple hours later, my phone was disconnected from my cellular provider. I didn’t notice until I couldn’t get a map started on my way home (checking for traffic) and I couldn’t let anyone know. I went home, and upon connecting to WiFi, was greeted by very concerned texts.

You see, the tv friend group had a change in plans for tonight and were trying to get ahold of me. When the friend from earlier called, it didn’t go to voicemail, it just said “number disconnected.” So, naturally, they thought I was dead in a ditch (or something) after I talked to my parents about hrt. Within ten minutes of my arrival home, two of my friends are at my house to make sure I am not, in fact, dead in a ditch.

Every single day when I wake up the first thing that happens is I’m stricken with the nauseating fear that I will check my news sources and see a fatality report telling me every last person in Palestine has died.
