I'm thinking about modern au, where kakaobi became partners in crime, but Kakashi ended up there involuntarily and was dragged into this by Obito, so then he demands to pay back, involving the latter in another adventure or taking any form of revenge. all this is accompanied by thoughts of betrayal and divorce or breakup during a trip to the mountains for their fourth anniversary. and all this with car trips, nights at a motel, retro music on a tape recorder, Obito's antique shop and a box of weapons in the trunk.

This is fine except for the fact that I stanned Stray Kids for almost a year, I’m slowly getting into ATEEZ and learning about them, and I barely know TXT except for literally their names (and like 3 songs from them)

au in which teacher izuku just needs a night out, all he's done is go to work, grade papers at home, eat by himself, and go to sleep. it's eating him alive because he's lonely and doesn't know what to do with all this energy, so he finds a goth club. at first he's awkward; he gets a drink, shuffles in the corner a bit, but he likes the atmosphere and the loud, dark music and people dancing carefree around him. he has a new kind of fun.

so he goes back

and again

until he's a regular. until he's dancing along with anyone who will dance with him. until he's smudging his eyes in black and knows every She Wants Revenge song.

and mina is finally able to get the squad together, it's been months, and she likes the look of this club she found on social media, so obviously, everyone has to come with her. the only reason katuski comes is because she told him she'd buy all his drinks, she just wants him to relax a bit. he's working himself to death and barely eating, saving all his money for something he's tight-lipped about.

and he's not impressed. he doesn't hate it, but it's all a bit much for him. until he catches a glimpse of izuku, decked out in black with new piercings and makeup, dancing by himself to a NIN song as the lights flash. and he yearns in this club he doesn't belong in, but izuku looks so at home here

You want to know about Cass in the Clone Wars, I want to write about Cass in the Clone Wars, but lemme tell you something pal, this story does not want to be written - I've made three attempts so far and keep scrapping them because they don't attain the vision I have seen in far off dreams

Picture this: call her Batgirl-Black Bat-Orphan-whatever, but our badass sweetheart Cassandra Cain Wayne gets picked up by an activation of alien tech and flung across time and space to a galaxy far far away

She lands on Kamino

Specifically, in the deep levels of Tipoca City, shortly after the War has gotten underway but before the losses have really begun to pile up

Cass does not speak Galactic Basic

She doesn't speak any language known to the clones or their trainers or the Kaminoans, but you know who is able to understand her? Jedi Master Shaak Ti. Not with words, but through the Force, and emotion, and movement

They establish a rapport. Cass is declared a welcome guest. She unintentionally gains a following of young troopers *cough* Domino Squad *cough* and passes on a lot of the fighting skills she both grew up learning and sharpened in Gotham. After the base on Rishi Moon is attacked and Grievous shows up with an invasion fleet, Ventress barely makes it a foot past the door before this tiny furious fighter takes her the kriff out, and then proceeds to wreak havoc on the droids that go anywhere near her small cadets

Grievous probably still manages to escape, but there's a lot less time for his forces to torch the place before the order to retreat goes out, and then all the other Jedi who showed up get to side-eye this seemingly innocuous human standing alongside Shaak Ti who definitely isn't a Jedi but could be, whether or not she's remotely Force-sensitive (I'm still on the fence with that)

Eventually, of course, some Justice League space-goer types will show up with a rather frantic Batman in tow to reclaim his misplaced kid. Quite possibly just after Shaak Ti takes Cass along with her on a visit to Coruscant, and the girl who learned body language before any spoken word sees right through Palpatine's kindly grandfather act

Fhdgdhdb SO FRIENDSHIP we get elmer and spot selling together and davey and specs and and the boroughs becoming a little more mixed but they're cooler with each other now unless someone takes something too far.

aaaa i love it. i think that brooklyn would be the first ones to get upset about it, though.

like i'm imaging that it's mostly manhattan branching off. they all made friends during the strike, so it starts with a "hey scram, mind if sell with ya? foot traffics pretty low in hattan." and now there's a union, so why not! you gotta keep things peaceful.

but then it becomes an issue, because they get used to it. and then they stop asking. & there's a couple of arguments here and there, but nothing drastic. until someone gets brave enough to step foot in brooklyn, and harlem finds themselves beaten and bruised.

and then there's this huge fight at the next union meeting, and the union disbands. suddenly, everyone hates each other again. everyone's protective of their own turf, but now they've all gotten a taste of wider range. so ALL of them want all of new york to themselves.

now there's a war in new york amongst the newsies, and everyone's too scared to buy newspapers. so now they're losing money AND they're all beaten up. but that all just makes them fight harder, because if they win then they'll make their money back quicker because they'll have more land to sell on (at least that's their way of thinking)

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
