Let’s just all collectively say, that @lu-lus-duckies is pretty fuckin insane, and I wish them well. (Honestly, so are the people in @nunalastor ‘s ask box)
I may be a damn crazy person myself, but WORMS. INSECTS. That is my L I M I T of insane.
Hate bugs, always will. Especially spider. Absolutely not spider. Screw off all y’all (ANGELDUST IS HUMANOID LOOKING SO ANGEL IS NOT THAT BAD).
But Nein. No bugs. No mas. It’s absolutely fuckin RUBBISH that y’all just— casually. Insert worms.
I think I am the most sane. And all my friends have the nastiest jokes of all time.
ok umm I showed my mom Lackadaisy she read it and now she showed it to her friends and grandma
so yeah looking for something to read. I said offhandedly read like read Lackadaisy she did so she talked about it. I was like OK cool just showed it to her group of friends and the reading it slowly so they won’t read all of it but they’re really enjoying it
It was so surreal to here to older ladies I know talk about Lackadaisy talking about how the adorable the characters are and etc I didn’t know this would escalate to this point,
but it has like even my ancient grandma (no offense to her she’s like 90s) read it and finish it and since I like drop her off groceries I asked her what she thought about it and she said I quote.“it was ok Mordecai remind me of your grandpa” like the first time you see him he’s killing a person it was a mind blow and more I think about it she’s right like was my grandpa asexual and I have a memory of him arguing over photos like “ my arms are normal height “
I impulse bought this spider-punk figure only to find it has two left hands, i feel like there’s some sort of lesson about capitalism in this somewhere
Okay so.. I watched Kiki's Delivery Service during my lowest week in university. Long story short, many stuff happened at once and I sort of lost myself a.k.a having my first burnout. I watched it yesterday and man eventhough it's one of my favorite ghibli movies but I mostly forgot what the story is about other than Kiki delivering stuff and exploring the town on her own. I kinda relate to Kiki. She liked flying, and I enjoyed drawing, it's the thing that kept me going. However uni made me hated drawing due to loads of assignments and making me feel worst because of not being able to draw after a long day. But I think it's ok to take a breaks from time to time (hopefully after midterms are over). Even if I don't think I will draw again like before just like Kiki finding her skills again, hopefully someday I will.
Ghibli movies are great because they could be watch at any moment. Do you feel lonely sometimes? Boom there is a movie.
Do you feel like an unloveable old soul placed in a young body? Boom there is a movie.
Or do you just want to feel like a kid again? There are many of those.
I grew up with these movies and I'm glad it's still a part of me growing up.
