Felix could actually be persuaded into quite a bit of petty crime, assuming that it was an upward punch instead of a downward one (graffitiing some obnoxious noble's estate walls? sure. vandalizing a small business? no). of his own volition though, it would be something like participation in an underground fighting ring - not for the potential payout, but because it "sound like fun"

Oh this is tough. I end a lot of short fics on a very hopeful note where two people are teetering on the precipice of Looooooove.

But actually maybe a short Bethany Hawke drabble where she learns her brother Garrett is still alive in the Fade.

The closest I've gotten to hate, which wasn't really hate, just kind of funny is a few different commenters messaging me after I introduced Hawke in my long fic (the other clearly labeled Love Interest, 250k words in mind you) asking whether it was going to be Cullen in the end because they aren't interested in Hawke x Trevelyan and they don't want to read it unless it's Cullen in the end.

9. do you write smut? if so, what kind?

Yes. I try to write really characterful, joyful/emotional smuts generally-- the kind where it's just 'totally THEM'. I think smut is only as good as the set up and characters expressing themselves, because clinical/gratuitous descriptions of sex acts without those things doesn't interest me.

10. do you write crossovers? what’s the craziest one you’ve written?

Nope!

God I can't risk showing my whole ass here because a bunch of long fic readers follow me but suffice to say the race for my love is real tight between the two separate ships in my long fic - Rose Trevelyan x Cullen and Rose Trevelyan x Garrett Hawke.

15. what’s a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

Probably The Bequest which is my oc/oc/oc/oc/oc/oc spooky murder mystery fic. I want to believe I will but I would have to learn how to write a damn good mystery and I'm not sure I can. But will at least write some more chapters minimum!

-- snappy, authentic sounding dialogue and banter that captures the characters

-- joyful, ridiculous smut

-- setting descriptions when I really put my back into it

-- being inside a character's POV and capturing their narrative voice uniquely

17. what are your writing weaknesses?

PLOT. GAH. I only got into Fanfic in January and that's because I languished in Original Fiction Hell for two decades where I wrote and wrote aimlessly. I am a shit plotter and a shit planner. Stories come to me in scenes and feelings. So you can imagine that getting to write something that is fully plotted and world built for me is like THE BEST FUCKING THING EVER. It is so satisfying.

18. thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I have written in French a little bit for effect in the Winter Palace, but generally I don't do it, no.

19. first fandom you wrote for?

I wrote a sequel to the book The Witch of Blackbird Pond when I was thirteen maybe because the main ship gets together in the last pages and then it just ENDS and it was written in the 50s and the author was dead. I HAD TO RESOLVE THIS FOR MYSELF.

20. favorite fic you’ve ever written?

Aside from my long fic which is my ongoing baby and I am very proud (I am in the midst of Act 2 and still loving it), it would probably be --

The Commander, the Tevinter and a Bottle of Lightning which is Dorian getting Cullen drunk on fussy Tevinter booze and Rose showing up after he's sauced. (Fluff, Cullen POV)

or

Good Old Garbolg which is Rose and Hawke getting into the storage room to try a bottle of mystery booze (one of the Bottles of Thedas) and it having some unexpected consequences (Fluffsmut, Rose POV)

((So let me just preface this by saying this little snippet is from an AU I haven't posted yet; thus, you won't see it on my WIP Masterlist. I have a couple more scenes to write before I feel comfortable sharing it. Essentially, one of my followers asked me ages ago about what a DA2 AU would look like if Niamh had been a part of Hawke's little crew of misfits and who she'd likely romance if she thought she'd never return to Ferelden again.))

Bethany winced at the bluntness of the statement, but she also didn’t miss how those wintry-grey eyes seemed to chill themselves for a brief moment as Niamh regarded Aveline over the rim of her mug.

“Oh? Did I say that?”

“You’re not denying it.”

“You do realize I provided aid earlier against the Coterie when I stood nothing to gain from it, yes? I invited you into my home, and I was hospitable enough to offer you tea even before hearing why you wished to seek me out to begin with. As the situation stands, I can only see that I’m surrounded within enclosed quarters with a group that far outnumbers me and are now the only obstacle between me and the exit. Tell me: who is the more dangerous party here?”

“Oh, for Maker’s sake, no wonder you and your Guard never get any results if this is the way you’re constantly going about things!” Bethany snapped out, and the sharpness of her rebuke was enough to draw both her siblings’ eyes upon her with surprise. Even Niamh’s brows had raised somewhat with her tone, but Bethany was far too tired to feel even the slightest bit embarrassed over her outburst.

“My point is that baseless accusations are dangerous,” Niamh continued on, voice flat as she regarded Aveline. “Given your position—” Keen eyes flickered to the insignia on the other woman’s breastplate. “—one would think you of all people would know the merit of gathering proper evidence before casting judgment. I was willing to hear what you all wanted of me based on your initial friendship with Merrill, but if you’ve already decided who I am based on the very bare minimum of interaction with me, then we’ve nothing to discuss as far as I’m concerned.”

I love thinking about my Cousland Eden so much. About her and Alistair. King and Queen of Ferelden. It really sucks they are apart. I just hope she finds the cure because if she doesn’t? All that time they could’ve been together before their calling was just wasted. That would kill me.

I know they write each other often. I know Eden often asks for forgiveness, for leaving him alone doing something he didn’t want to do. She said they would do it together and then she just left. She probably thinks that curing them will make up for all of it..

There’s also the dark ritual.. it genuinely drives me insane. Eden pleaded with him to do it because she didn’t want him to die but she didn’t want to die either. She wanted him, the getting married and having kids life just like her parents..

You know, I can’t imagine any my ocs wanting/having children but Eden is the only one I know would have love to have them, specially with Alistair. And it sucks that they can’t have them together. They would have been excellent parents..

I think that I’m more upset about making Alistair have a bastard child than I am about making him king.. and Eden would probably feel guilty about that too… I still don’t know how Alistair feels about it. I know he forgives her but I also know they have fought about it.

The being king is hard but he is probably a fine at it. He wishes he was with her of course, he is lonely and misses her. He probably would have rather they live out their lives and wait for their calling together instead of her leaving to find the cure.

I have this headcanon that he desperately tries to make her stay when she tells him she is leaving but she insists she’s doing it for them. They fight, he tells her he is forgiven, that she doesn’t have to go, but she does. She waits for him at the gates to say goodbye but he doesn’t go. So she leaves. She first stops at the Cousland castle to say goodbye to her brother and spends the night there. A few hours after Eden leaves, Alistair regrets not saying goodbye to her and rushes to castle Cousland to see her. He sobs when he sees her and says he doesn’t want her to go.

The reunion is going to be bitter sweet but I will love it.

She can't cook for life. Morrigan and Alistair tried their best to teach her the basics... but she just can't,

She steals as a hobby. When she was younger, she stole from her family and staff around the Cousland's castle, only to give it back later and watch their bafflement as they realized something of theirs was missing. It became a bad habit. She gives back the stuff she stole (usually),

She loves being in control and making tough calls, even if they're stressing her out. She was raised as a ruler and she enjoys leading,

She loves politics and scheming. She finds it fascinating and she wants to find out more about people, their motives - it's the game, and she thrives in it,

She loves to draw; her sketchbook is filled with sketches of her friends and gryffins (there's a lot of sketches of gryffins and Alistair with hearts around them).

Her magic abilities showed up when she was around 5 years old, scaring the shit out of pregnant Leandra who went into labor shortly after. Hawke froze Malcolm's hands as he tried to tickle her,

She hates being alone. She needs someone at close proximity at all times; the more the merrier! After all, she need an audience for all the jokes she cracks (lmao),

Often she casually strolls into Anders' clinic to watch him work - healing magic is not her forte, and she finds it mesmerizing how Anders wields it,

She can sing - she loves singing. She used to sing lullabies for the twins when they were younger,

She doesn't really sleep at night, but she often takes naps. She can nap anywhere, there's no position that's uncomfortable for a nap. She especially enjoys those naps when the sun is shining right at her, warming her up. Anders says it reminds him of a cat.

In the Ostwick Circle, she and her friends created a competition of 'who's going to make the funniest prank on the Templars.' It went on for years, but finally, she was declared the winner when, at her Harrowing, she decided to prank them with a bunny pretending to be a demon of greed,

Due to her rebellious nature, she often wasn't allowed to leave the Tower. Thanks to that, she's quite pale. After leading the Inquisition, she got sunburned really bad, lol

Her attitude is surprisingly very un-ladylike - despite being a Trevelyan. This was something Josephine was concerned about when they went to Halamshiral, but Evelyn put on such a good mask - remembering all those talks she had with her mother and all the books she read about Orlesian customs, her behavior was perfect,

She's got a big sweet tooth. She loves tiny Orlesian desserts, cakes, chocolate, sugar, and fruit. Instead of eating meals, she tends to snack throughout the day, taking a little pouch filled with dried fruit, cheese, bread, and nuts.

Her magic abilities presented when she was 13; she made her fingers sparkle with electricity when one of her cousins stole her piece of cake. Her cousin's hair stood up, and the entire family dinner went silent. Then, chaos erupted.

mahariel/morrigan is my most hilarious and chaotic pairing because not only does it start with halenan’s origin story threatening a human to get out of his forest, morrigan proceeds to scare people in the swamps, they struggle with any complex emotion that isn’t >:[ , he killed her mom for her, have a kind-of-demon baby together so he can live, suffer for 2 years, and then they both run off to live in weird elf mirror limbo land with the baby. Discovers mother-in-law NOT dead but is also Mythal (he also has her vallaslin. amazing) 

Not to mention his mother-in-law is a revered person to dalish elves and his dad was likely the keeper in that one novel that too maric and loghain to meet her.
