been awhile since ive posted so ive got a lot to get off my chest bear with me also how is everybody its been nearly a month since I've talked to like anybody on here so..!!

i dont think my parents know i hear literally everything they're talking about down the hall bc ill occasionally hear my mom say something about me to my dad out of the blue and its usually passive aggressive i guess. like for example i guess we're doing something at some point this week and I've told my parents i don't like when they spring plans on me all of a sudden, i don't really know why, it just kinda ruins my day bc most of the time i plan my day around doing things i like and then suddenly that's taken away from me to go do something i really hate so if I'm told like a week in advance i can better prepare i guess. but anyways my mom was like "make sure to tell him bc he'll get really mad at me if you don't" and idk now i just feel like a bad person for wanting to know I'm going to do things i don't want to do in advance and its really annoying bc i understand its not totally absurd that i want to know things I'm doing in advance and not learning the day we're doing it but me doing literally anything that someone else doesn't like feels bad. like i need to stop immediately so they like me. bc I'm so scared of people not liking me, especially my own family??

i know ive established this like soo so many times but i genuinely hate this planet and believe humans are a virus that is slowly killing the earth (and itself). which is probably why i am obsessed with this random globalist propaganda i get while scrolling. I'm pretty sure its for some fandom I'm not apart of but it gives me so much hope that maybe one day militaries wont exist and people wont kill each other to get access to land they can easily share peacefully. i don't know much about globalism as an idea other than being a world-wide government so I'm not going to say anything about it cause I'm really uneducated about it. but these propaganda videos are like so !!! most of them are space exploration based too, quotes like "we were born to inherit the stars" i just love it love it lvoe it!!

does anyone else feel like a terrible person when complaining about a problem when you know other people have it so much worse . oh suddenly my problem is magically fixed (its not ) but I'm fine now bc i realize my life could be a lot worse and idk i guess it gave me a new perspective. like maybe i shouldn't get so angry or sad when things don't go my way, especially if it isn't life-altering bc at the end of the day it probably doesn't matter and i am thankful for how my life has turned out so far

anyways ive come to the conclusion that i don't care if i go to heaven or hell because eternity in itself is torture. and why would finite beings with finite sins be sent to infinite torture or infinite luxury?

i think parts of christianity are beautiful and i don't have a lot of trauma from Christianity (because i don't think you can count having everyone around you support genocides and thinking being gay is the same thing as murder as trauma) but like some Christians just ruin Christianity. we can have a whole talk about the bible and all the shitty things it says, or all the good things that most Christians conveniently ignore for some reason because they like capitalism and not giving their belongings to the poor, but i do think that generally Christianity in its nature is not bad but its been twisted to be really bad and most people practicing don't realize?? and then they try to justify the verses that literally condone slavery by claiming that slavery and the slavery the verse is talking about arent the same thing (wow its almost like slavery has looked different in different societies, that doesn't stop the fact its still slavery tho!!!) but i especially hate christians that think separation of church and state is stupid, think that because christians in other countries are being killed for being christians they think they personally (a 40 something white man from ohio) is also being persecuted (christians built, have run, and currently do run this country), or christians that genuinely cant handle the idea of other people not being Christian. "love this song but hate this lyric, hope she changes it" its a song about struggling with faith while being a lesbian the song isn't for you!! or christians that think that morality cant exist without religion. oh gee whiz i don't need an omniscient all-powerful god to tell me murder is bad for me to know that murder is bad.

anyways. sometimes i wish i wasnt born then i look up in the sky and see a comet and go "ooo pretty!!" and suddenly I'm ok. or ill literally be at the lowest point I've ever been and then i eat some cheez-its and take a nap and suddenly I'm fine. I've never encountered a problem where eating, taking a nap, showering, or going outside hasn't solved. not necessarily solved, but made me feel so much better when i wasn't doing great. i go outside for every rainbow, to look at every deer wandering in my yard, because earth is so cool!! and it makes me feel so much better to just sit and watch.

i cant stop thinking about how food is completely different on other planets. no potatoes. no tortillas. no burgers. no chicken. no corn. what the fuck!!!! what do these fictional animals eat! they will never know what a strawberry tastes like. is milk, and therefor dairy products, unique to earth? they will never experience sweet potato casserole!!

today i visited @azaleacnl's new leaf town through the dream suite! it was such an adorable and well made town so here is my review of my travels ! (sidenote i lost the notes i wrote while exploring the town so if its a little disjointed then that's why)

immediately as i loaded into the town i could tell it was going to be amazing. the clovers by the bed and the cherry blossom trees created such an atmosphere already.

i loved the bushes around the town tree, i thought that was a super nice touch.

there were so many outdoor areas that i just loved. i really liked the use of items like the perfect apple basket to add more life to the outdoors. it's really cool to see what people do with the limited amount of stuff you can place outside in NL!! i also loved the trees with the carnations in the water, they looked like cherry blossom petals floating in the river!!

the first character's house that i came across was meli's house! i LOVED the sweets exterior. i find that it can often be a bit out of place in some towns but i thought it fit super well here!

I LOVE THE SWEETS SET. AAAAGHHH. one thing about the whole town is the use of certain smaller furniture items that just add so much more - for example, in this room, the black roses look like they're made of chocolate.

i loved the cosy vibe of the back room with all the cabin furniture and using the large bookcase as a room partition works so well!! the pompompurin room was also super cute and furniture like the super star and the balloon fit really nicely!

i genuinely audibly gasped when i saw this room and i am not even joking. the atmosphere is just PERFECT i think it's my favourite room in the whole town!! it feels so comfy and everything is exactly where it should be. i love it!!!!

the next house i came to was cathy's ! i love the exterior, the fairy tale theme is so cute and matches nicely with the town hall and train station.

i have VERY strong feelings about the lovely set (I LVOE IT ITSM Y FAVOURITE SET EVER) so trust i was a fan of this room !! i also really like the soft lighting that was in a lot of the rooms, when i was decorating my nl house recently i found that a lot of the lighting was wayyy too harsh for my liking so i like how it's done here!! i also noticed a lot of furniture items that i swear i have never seen before - it goes to show how much effort was clearly put into this whole town.

i really love the distinct theming of every room - while they were all different, they still felt really cohesive. i also think the space is used very well, such as in the rococo room. in my own rococo room i've been really struggling to figure out how to use the space, but these rooms are all full but not crowded. i also love the use of cyrus such as in the regal furniture. i never really considered using regal furniture because i didn't like the yellow but here you can see how it's recoloured to pink which i feel makes it fit in a lot better with more sets.

i also love the use of mannequins in the rooms! it really makes it feel like a scene where there's actual characters and a story, like the character by the birdcage in the princess room!

the next house was lina's!! i'm going to become very repetitive but once again i love the exterior. it's so impressive managing to make the very different exterior styles work so well in the same town.

i have never been a fan of the gorgeous set. HOWEVER. seeing it like this (especially with this lighting) has certainly made it grow on me! i think the strong lighting also helps to unite the pieces by making them similar colours e.g. the handbag on the table - iirc it's pink and can't be recoloured, but in the lighting it looks more red which makes it fit in with the rest of the furniture.

once again loved the use of mannequins in these rooms! i thought the minimalist beds in the spa was super smart. the atmosphere in the rooms is actually impeccable like the spa room seems so clean and cool. i LOVED the restaurant room!! i think it's so creative to use the rooms as like actual places rather than just rooms in a house. it adds more liveliness and story to the whole town i really love it!!

the final house i came to was misa's!

the interiors were always very unpredictable in the best way possible - i didn't expect to step into the house and be on a tropical island, but there i was! as much as i really liked the island, i was absolutely blown away by the basement room. it really felt like i was outside and had come across a magical fairy circle. i never really make use of wallpapers like the vistas and skies but this really showed me how well they can be used - the atmosphere was insane !!!

even though this house isn't 100% finished, i honestly liked that - it made me super excited to see what was to come!!!

after i looked at the player houses, i looked around the rest of the town. i feel like my thoughts were the same wherever i went - it was mostly 'OHHH MY GOD THAT IS SO CUTE. OHHHH MY GOD USING THAT FURNITURE IS GENIUS. I LOVE IT'. the pwps were used very well and i think they were really well placed - they were spread out enough that the town wasn't super crowded but there weren't super big empty spaces. i also found the town really easy to navigate, not only due to the placement of buildings but the paths were very clearly and purposefully placed! (they were also super cute i loved the patterns)

i thought the villager housing was nicely done with some of them being paired off together. also bonus points for the wisteria trellis (my fav pwp EVER)!!!!!

overall it was just a really lovely experience going and exploring around the town of azalea. if you would like to visit (which you SHOULD! there's a lot i didn't include here so you should go see the town for yourself!!) the DA is 7E00-00D5-AA0B !! you should also follow the towns blog which is @azaleacnl !!

Long time no see! I've decided this fandom needs more wlw fics, and i've got a little something cooking. Band AU, but this snippet is before they form any band, high school era. Okay, it's an empires fanfic, but this concept is 2 bands trying to rile each other up for the fun of it all until it is no longer for the fun of it all. It's also a collaborative work for the AU and the lore, but I thought I'd share my Ffic for it, which is how False, Gem and Pearl end up together.

Gem didn’t dare to peek in the room, just decided to lean against the wall and appreciate the music. The bassist had changed melody and seemed to be copying some famous 60s bass riff—Gem wasn’t well versed in old music to tell from which band it was from.

Eventually, it became silent, and Gem had the brilliant idea to congratulate the musician, after all, some hype never hurt anyone. She opened the door, ready to shower the person in praise, but stuttered in her words at the sight of them.

Blond hair shoulder length, small eyes bulging out of their eye socket at the sight of another person in the room, face still somewhat round despite the lanky body, but looking as ethereal as Galadriel, or maybe Elizabeth Swan. Gem was in awed, jaw dropped.

The person looked to the side, where there was a drum set, and beyond the still opened door, until they cleared their throat.

“Yes?”

Oh dear, even their voice was as commanding as a Royal Elf, at least, from what little knowledge Gem had of the movies of The Lord of the Rings, despite the squeak at the end of the question.

Gem blinked and blushed.

“Um, sorry, yeah.” How can someone be as pretty as Elves? Or Elizabeth Swan? She’s too gay for this world. “Just, wanted to say how good you were at the bass.”

She pointed at the instrument, her confident smile failing her when she needed it the most. The bassist blushed, lowered their head, hiding their beautiful face in the process, and bit their lips.

“Thanks,” they murmured.

They stayed in the awkward silence, the bassist strumming the upper string as Gem tried to think of something to say. She had the social skills, unlike her brother, she should be able to get herself out of this awkward situation!

“Sorry,” the blond said, standing up, closing the amp and unplugging their bass, “I should leave, sorry for taking space.”

Gem’s eyes widened. The last thing she wanted was for the stranger to leave.

She placed her hands in front of the high school student to stop them, shaking her head.

“No, wait, don’t go. You play so well and probably one of the few people here who can play bass like it’s nothing. I didn’t mean to judge, I’m judging in a good way, like, admirer way.”

She chuckled nervously, knowing she failed to convince them to continue to play their instrument within the school’s hall. They quirked their eyebrow skeptically, and ducked their head to run pass Gem.

“Yeah, whatever.”

“Wait!”

Gem put her hands against the door frame, officially blocking the blonde from leaving the room. She takes a deep breath and looks at the bassist determinedly.

“Let’s jam together, to prove you that I truly believe what I said.”

She did notice strange noises coming from Himawari's parents' quarters, but didn't really pay it any mind.

Except, rather than guiding Sarada away from the noises, Himawari took her closer to it. The noises became clearer and clearer, and she could hear movement now as well. And the noise was actually multiple noises coming from multiple sourceS. She could recognize grunts and vagues words from what she knew were the hokage and his wife, but...

"Mom?" she whispered in surprise.

my mc lineup! we’ve got: - furry science experiment [Juniper Sawyer] - resident ‘does not want to be here’ enthusiast [Mimas Wright] - and the original: Delphine Rhodes!

i’ll probably do like actual profiles at some point for all of them but the gist is: juniper is an oc of mine who ive had in various form sfor a very long time and who i’ve used as a method to like. deal with some stuff. connection to family, loss of autonomy, etc, all feature in his stories. he’s a giant jerk, but he has a pet cat named pumpkin bastard, so he can’t be all bad!

mimas is a direct foil to the escapism that delphine represents, and is sort of my way to try and deal with characters i’m personally not a fan of, and story beats that delphine probably wouldn’t be appropriate for. very serious, strong sense of dry humor. despite being very smart, she’s just barely getting by in RAD classes and makes it no secret that the reason why she’s doing so poorly is specifically out of spite. 

nd delphine, well! delphine. she kiss boys.... she gets pets...... she lives her life. never wants to leave. probably becomes a demon at some point. most likely to commit a sin so bad her souls immediately condemned to the underworld
