a/n: that one meme thingy idk how to describe it but hopefully u get the reference 🤞 uh there is like a good 40 days plus(?) until MY MAN COMES HOME live laugh love aventurine ,, also might possibly make dr ratio's version of this idk hes growing on me okay ,, who r we kidding I AM DOWN BAD FOR HIM AS WELL

why do we have hands? there are many reasons.

to pat the aventurine.

when aventurine is not at work or he doesn’t feel like gambling for the day, his usual frivolous and fairly confident persona slips away. instead, he turns into this lazy cat-like person with the way he curls up beside you on the couch, head on your lap and face buried in your stomach. he doesn’t say much (how can he? he’s literally in dreamland right now). however, he asks you of one thing; please do not stop running your fingers through his hair. it doesn’t matter if he’s already snoring away, never take your hands off his head. you need to use your phone with two hands? well, too bad ‘cause now you have to type with one hand for the next three hours. 

to hold the aventurine.

aventurine has to travel a lot for his work. typically, his business trips would lasts between four days or two weeks. but this one is just taking too much of his time. it has been four months, two weeks, six days and seventeen hours since he last saw you. the phone calls and texts doesn’t do your presence any justice. aventurine’s pretty sure he’s slowly going insane and another minute without you will might as well be his 13th reason. so what does he do the moment he kicks down the door of your shared home? drags you to bed and drops all of his weight on you. he sighs and relaxes, the tension leaving his body when he feels you wrap your arms around him.

to cherish the aventurine.

with no work on his itinerary, aventurine wakes up early and gets out of bed before you. he then sneaks away to the kitchen after fixing the blanket around you and leaving a lingering kiss on your forehead. an hour later, as he’s waiting for the coffee, he feels your cheek against his shoulder, soft voice of yours mumbling a morning greeting. a nice breakfast is already set up on the table. as he’s pouring the coffee to your respective mugs, aventurine hums in content as you went to peck his cheek in gratitude (“thanks for breakfast.”)

to forfeit all mortal possessions to aventurine.

it’s either he’s really skilled in gambling or he’s just got an insane amount of luck but aventurine tends to win most poker games he participates in. that being said, his bank account is loaded. he doesn’t have to worry about spending too much, he can practically buy you anything you’d want without looking at the price tags. but when it comes to you buying him something, aventurine becomes speechless. he just stares and stands, not knowing what to do or say, as you hand him a trinket you bought after it reminded you of him. this happens every time you come home from an errand. it has reached the point where he has to tell you that yes, he likes and appreciates all the gifts you give, but please stop spending your money because he’s the one who should be spoiling you and not the other way around.

All the guy was doing was calling her a slut, not something she's unused to hearing being a succubus in Hell and all, but when you actually lunged at the guy and basically kicked his ass, she had to so a double-take.

Watching Are You Sure?! EP 8 Finale

A reminder of how I do these reaction posts as I watch things. I just write my reactions and thoughts down literally they happen. Think more of a bullet point format. I'll include links when I can to videos, thanks to the people who twt who upload clips and to @dstdes for providing so many of my linked video clips. And at the end, I'll do a better wrap up of all my opinions. I hope everyone enjoyed the show, I can't believe it's over!!

JK turning on Korea's top hits on the radio and both their songs playing one after the other. They KNOW they are powerful. I like them seeing/hearing that evidence though first hand 🥰 Jikook can't be separated, even on the radio!*

JK mentioning the Park Jimin summoning spell 😭😂 lmfao I love it

"this is the boyfriend shot" Jimin says THREE TIMES IN A ROW. we get it, he said this is what it looks like to go out on a date with Jungkook. And Jimin is the one who gets to do that 😅😂🥰🥰🥰 goodness. What was that Jimin? Lol honestly though, it was a cute and cozy picture!

JK is flying from Japan to Korea and then basically straight back out to America for his schedule. And he choose to not drink, even though he really wanted to, because he wanted to drive Jimin to the airport, just them instead of depending on the staff to take them. Give them that extra alone time together. And he chose to fly to Korea with Jimin instead of giving himself an easier and more relaxing travel schedule with more rest by staying and flying to America from Japan instead. That is... It's really fucking special and sweet and says so much about how they love each other honestly.

Giving up his last beer of their trip, after being told to relax and not worry about it because he wanted to be the one to drive them, to have that time together, just them and a GoPro they had control over, and spending that extra travel time to be together when it made a much longer and harder few days for him? That's that persistent, dedicated, quiet yet impactful kinda love. Really said a lot without saying anything.

The tradition continues of JK filming their food before ending with a close up shot of Jimins face. love that is a constant here 🥰

"I'll make sure you have a safe journey" "it's an honor" just kill me now omfg 😭🥰😭

JK being salty that Jin didn't dream about him with Jimin in the military since they are going together 😂😂😂😂

Jikook talking about how these trips were some of the happiest moments ever. And the way they were feeling a little melancholy over the trip ending and things changing and losing this constant togetherness time they had to be free .. goodness. Enjoying the cool air while trying to feel better. Ugh, I love them. I love them so much and I love the way they love each other so much.

Talking about how they loved it so much in the ending interviews, how they were the best of times. JK softly rubbing Jimins nape and back in comfort too. I'm tearing up, damn

The way JK is looking at Jimin during that last interview outtakes. My goodness 😍 same way Jimin was looking at JK while he was driving 😍

Them ending the show by having us literally send them off to the military is cruel, omfg. I AM CRYING NOW, DAMN. "A letter from beyond" fuck you too editors 😭

This was such a sweet and wholesome episode. It had teasing, it had bickering, it had pet names. It was domestic as heck. It was the perfect trip for them to end their "freedom" before military service. I would have loved more conversations about that, but I'm fairly content as it is too.

Again, so many cuts (not complaining, very normal) but my favorite was how Jimin went to go wake JK up and then it cut to them leaving. I hope they enjoyed their time cuddling and relaxing sans cameras and interruption 🥰 (my assumptions I guess, but wouldn't be far fetched)

Letting my delulu out when Jimin said he just lays wherever whenever all the time at home and me thinking about the the members teasing JK about all the random ass mattresses over his house 🤣 it's too keep them comfy no matter where they end up wanting to lay 🤣🤣 (just kidding, sort of lol)

The way Jikook play fight is so equal and cute and funny. They just shove the crap out of each other but never with an intention to hurt or be mean. And they both LOVE IT.

They trust each other, give weight to each other's words and have confidence in the others beliefs and thoughts like no one else. It's such a special bond, and I'm so so glad they opted to share this with us. I truly am so grateful. And grateful for y'all letting me share all my musings with you too. 💜

And we have to end this post with the way that Jikook were spotted in Sapporo driving in the car, Jimin being the passenger princess he was, alone with their GoPro's and giving major flirty energy. And the way the show just proved OP right too. Genuinely Jikook are so special and wonderful and amazing and I love them so much. And when they got home from this trip, the group live they did shortly after? They were sooooo touchy and snuggly!

Hope everyone is excited for the photobook and behinds as well. I unfortunately am horribly sad because I'm broke AF and cannot afford to buy it in my budget at the moment, but hopefully ARMYs will upload all the photos and upload the behinds for everyone too. I will share links if I find them.

pinch me or wake me up, from this cursed daydream

Drawing this mainly because i saw a comic on twitter (i completely forgot what its from im so sorry) where the artist is drawing sketchy head instead of gore to depict someone getting shot point blank. Immediately remind me of Rosamund's prince face not-yet-decided when they try to look for him in timothy's books. (as in, at the core a picture is not made by flesh and bone, i think that works really well considering how neverafter works)

But other than that he has been in my to-draw list since forever. BIG fan with how things resolved in ep 17. I think its so cool that the fairies thought they have chance to taking back control of her narrative with that offer, when really, by having choices in the first place rosamund already won, even though neither of them really ideal, but at least whatever it is it would be her decision. (Of course one also could argue that with those choices being unfair, it was not really choices at all *insert that cow with two path meme* and i am just being delusional and you might be right, anyway im going to ignore this)

Also, I love how even until the epilogue when everyone is getting back what they gave up, Rosamund's part didn't really mention that she met his prince again. This makes we never really have official design for him (which is crazy like whoa his face was never decided even on meta level), and I think its perfect to capture how "and they live happily" works for rosamund. you get what i mean??, when romance just become one thing among other parts of her life rather than the whole point of her story. Its still there, if you want to, but the matter isnt as suffocating. It would be really easy for brennan and siobahn if they made the end one extreme of either "oh she got his prince back" or "oh she doesnt need love at all actually" and for them not do that feels really refreshing for me.

(I can go on talking how rosamund lost 100 years of her life and finally living the mundanity of learning and making friends are also so important, not to mention with snowwhite and their shared fate etc etc but then i might never stop asdjsldmsk i love neverafter so much)

I wanted to show this to you because this page obviously wouldn't be possible without you. As I mentioned I've grown very close of your art in the past month and I couldn't help but dedicate a page to my favorite pieces.

I redrew them on my sketchbook in your style the closest I could (I hope you don't mind). I mentioned in my first ask that I really loved the Amazing Spider-Man redraw with Miles and Gwen so I kinda made it into my own fairytale from your drawing. (I hope you don't mind and btw I never posted this anywhere because I didn't want to upset you in any way because you could've feel like this was just a copy of your drawings)

The drawing with Tarboy was supposed to be Miles as the Starboy album cover but I made it too close to the edge of my Skechbook and I didn't want to alter the shape and size of the letters so It stays like that lol (I think its funny tho btw).

Oh and the "Nah Imma kill myself" was just a meme I saw on Tumblr of Miles famous quote "Nah Imma do my own thing" that I drew in a boring class because I needed a distraction and that came up to my mind.

(btw the Tarboy and Nah Imma kill myself were the first drawings of that page if I didn't finish them already by the time I started sketching yours I would definitely make a whole page with your drawings only)

Right after they are back from the break, the fan event was in full swing, with laughter and cheers filling the large hall as Aespa and Y/n took the stage. Bright lights and colorful banners covered the venue, and the energy from the fans was infectious. Each of the girls had been in high spirits all day, feeding off the excitement from the crowd as they interacted with their fans in a series of fun activities.

The event had been organized to give back to the fans after the international tour, and there was no shortage of amusing moments and heartfelt interactions.

Y/n stood to the side of the stage, watching as each of the girls took turns answering questions from the audience. He was mostly focused on keeping things running smoothly, but he couldn’t help but smile at the fans’ reactions to their favorite idols.

The first challenge of the day was a guessing game, where the members had to identify obscure fan-made memes about themselves.

“Oh no… I already know where this is going,” Karina groaned, her hand covering her face as the first meme—a horribly distorted picture of her making a funny expression—appeared on the screen.

The fans erupted in laughter as Giselle leaned over, trying to keep a straight face. “Is that supposed to be you?”

Karina glared at her playfully. “That’s not me. That’s a cursed image.”

Meanwhile, Winter and Ningning were already laughing uncontrollably as they scrolled through the memes, and Y/n couldn’t help but chuckle along with them.

When it came time for the fan challenges, Y/n was pulled onstage as a surprise. The fans erupted in cheers when they saw him, especially when a video clip of his viral “Supernova” dance incident played on the big screen.

Y/n felt his face flush as the clip continued, much to the amusement of both the fans and the girls.

“Oh my god, please turn it off,” Y/n groaned, trying to cover his face with his hands. "Why am I so monumental in the aespa lore?"

Karina and Giselle were practically on the floor laughing at this point, while Ningning offered him a pat on the back. “Don’t worry, oppa. It’s legendary now.”

Winter, standing beside him, grinned. “Yeah, it’s pretty iconic.”

Y/n shot her a look, his embarrassment slowly fading under the warmth of her teasing. He hadn’t forgotten their conversation from Sokcho, and ever since that day, things between him and Winter had shifted—subtly but undeniably. Now, every little joke or smile carried a new weight, a quiet acknowledgment of what they shared.

As the fan event continued, Y/n and the girls participated in a dance battle and several hilarious fan challenges, but what stood out the most was the final Q&A segment, where fans asked the girls what their favorite memories were from the tour.

When Winter was asked the same question, she smiled softly. “My favorite memory… It was when we had a quiet day in Sokcho. Just me and this idiot here.”

The fans erupted in cheers, and Y/n, standing nearby, felt his heart skip a beat. Winter glanced at him, a knowing smile on her lips. The confession they’d shared wasn’t public knowledge, but little moments like these reminded him that they had something special. Something that was just for them.

Winter, of course, was watching from the couch, sipping hot chocolate. “You know, this is why I love Christmas. I get to sit here and watch you guys do all the work.”

“Excuse me?” Karina called out from the ladder, where she was attempting to put the star on top of the tree. “You could at least help with the lights.”

Winter waved her off, her eyes twinkling with mischief. “Nah, you’re doing great.”

Y/n stood in the kitchen, trying to handle the logistics of cooking a Christmas dinner. He wasn’t exactly a chef, but he wanted to surprise the girls with something special. The turkey, however, was proving to be his greatest challenge.

“Uh, Y/n?” Giselle called from the living room. “Do you smell something burning?”

“My love for you, unnie?” Winter quickly shaped a heart with her hands.

“Umm, very cute. But something is actually burning.”

Y/n’s eyes widened as he rushed to the oven, pulling out a slightly charred turkey. “Sht.”

Ningning peeked her head in, stifling a laugh. “Well, at least we have side dishes, right?”

Y/n groaned, staring at the ruined bird. “I tried.”

Winter got up from her spot on the couch, padding into the kitchen and peering over his shoulder at the turkey. “It’s not that bad. We can still eat it… maybe.”

Y/n shot her a look. “Are you just saying that because you feel bad for me?”

Winter grinned, leaning closer. “Maybe.”

"Tsk, thought in a relationship will finally make you less savage."

Despite the turkey disaster, the rest of the dinner was surprisingly successful. They managed to gather around the table with mashed potatoes, stuffing, and a whole lot of side dishes, laughing over Y/n’s kitchen mishaps.

After dinner, they all gathered around the Christmas tree, exchanging gifts. Karina got a fancy set of makeup brushes from Ningning, the maknae got a new bracelet, Giselle received a new game console, and Winter was gifted a cozy sweater.

When it was Y/n’s turn, Winter handed him a small, neatly wrapped package. “This is for you,” she said softly, her eyes twinkling with a bit of nervousness.

Y/n opened the gift carefully, revealing a framed photo of the two of them as children. It was from one of their earliest memories together—back when they had first met. He stared at it for a long moment, a wave of nostalgia hitting him.

“Jeong…” he began, his voice catching slightly.

She smiled softly. “I found it a while ago and thought it would be nice to remind you of how far we’ve come. From childhood friends to… this.”

Y/n felt his chest tighten with emotion as he looked at the photo. It wasn’t just a memory—it was a reminder of how deeply connected they were, of the years of friendship that had blossomed into something more.

“Thank you,” he whispered, his voice barely above a breath.”my girlfriend’s the best.”

Winter smiled, her eyes soft as she leaned against him. “Girlfriend hehehe”

“Boooo, get a room, you two!” Ningning groaned, earning a laugh from everyone.

As the group bicker about their exchanging gifts, Y/n had just finished thanking Winter for the framed photo of their childhood when she leaned in closer, her voice dropping to a whisper so only he could hear.

"That’s not your only gift by the way," she murmured, her eyes sparkling with a mischievous glint. Y/n blinked, confused, as Winter straightened up, shooting him a playful smile.

He raised an eyebrow, whispering back, "Oh? What’s the other one, then?"

Winter’s gaze lingered on him for a moment before she stood up, the sound of wrapping paper crinkling as she grabbed a second, much smaller gift from behind her. She handed it to him, the tension between them thickening as he carefully unwrapped it. Inside the box was something familiar:

a black collar, one of the gifts the girls had given him earlier on their birthday as a prank.

Y/n stared at it for a second, his heart skipping a beat as Winter leaned in again, this time close enough that he could feel her breath on his ear.

The group shared a final toast, raising their glasses to the future and all the exciting opportunities that lay ahead. They didn’t know what was coming next, but they knew they’d face it together, as a team—and that was more than enough.

For Y/n, the journey had been unexpected, filled with challenges and surprises. Entering his life past his trainee life, he was genuinely lost in his path. Where should he go? Was this all he would do? Aimlessly wandering around in multiple jobs with no secure future ahead?

So I'm going to make another rant this time for Jackie Bouvier Kennedy Onassis. Enough with the corny, "she eats metal sheets," meme of Jackie. This lady has been through so much in her younger years. She lost three children before JFK's assassination. If JFK Jr. died before his mother on the plane accident she would have witnessed four of children's deaths. We all know she grew up rich and privileged, so she isn't "relatable" like Marilyn Monroe. This doesn't mean Jackie Kennedy never dealt with problems growing up. There are rumors that she was possibly a racist all because she didn't liked her wedding dress which designed by a black woman, but how come no one is mentioning Jackie invited a black female opera singer to the white house to perform when the black female opera singer was struggling financially? I know it's Marilyn Monroe's cult worshippers dissing and roasting Jackie Kennedy on a daily basis. But let me tell you this Jackie Kennedy had the right to be upset at both her husband (JFK) and Marilyn Monroe. It takes two to tango and Monroe knew he was a married man. I don't think some people would be in Jackie's shoes especially the ones who are saying she wasn't a strong woman. People are also going in on her because she wasn't some kind of a Hollywood actress like Monroe. I don't think Jackie ever gave a (bleep). She didn't care about that Hollywood lifestyle, nor she cared Marilyn is a Hollywood icon. One thing for sure Jackie is not going to kiss certain people's butts just because they have that title. I like her punk attitude that she didn't care for celebrity worship culture. People are really giving Marilyn a pass because she was a blonde and blue eye Hollywood legend. Enough is enough. JFK and Marilyn were wrong. Jackie could have been killed on November 22, 1963. She was right there next to her murdered husband. And no one seems to care because she wasn't "hot and fine" enough. It is crazy to find out the last thing JFK saw was his wife's face before before getting shot in the head. Hopefully in the afterlife he thought about the things he put Jackie through here on earth. And by the way, I've noticed people are mocking JFK's death more often compared to Abraham Lincoln. It's been about a year since you and Reneé started dating, at some point in the last month or so you've grown close with another singer. Chappell Roan. Who was basically your best friend at this point, if you don't include Reneé in that. At the moment, the three of you were all hanging out together at your's and Reneé's place. Just chilling on the couch and looking at your phones, sharing any funny memes or videos.

You had yourself propped up in a way that your back was rested in Chappell's lap and your legs stretched across Reneé's. Leaving you pretty comfortably placed between the two singers. Reneé was starting to notice how happy you seemed around Chappell, it reminded her of when the two of you were just friends. Leading her to wonder if you were starting to crush on Chappell. She knew you still loved her, but she could tell the other singer was quickly becoming your favourite person. Especially with how you seemed to favour her lap over hers. "What about Chappell?" You asked, a little confused about what this was about. Did she think you were cheating? Was your crush on Chappell that obvious?

"Do you have a crush on her? It's okay to be honest, I'm not mad." Reneé added, really trying to get her point across that she wasn't upset with you. She just wanted to know the truth. Apparently your crush had been obvious.

What do you say? Do you tell her? If you do, would she end things with you? You really didn't want things to be over with. Getting to love Reneé has been one of the best parts of your life. But lately... Chappell has too. You wished emotions didn't have to be so complicated. That relationships weren't black and white; do you love me or not? Reneé looked into your eyes, studying you. She saw the love you had for her and knew you were genuine, which did made her relax just a bit." Yeah.. yeah, I'm listening."

"Do you think- we could have an open relationship? You, me and Chappell?" You felt yourself tense again as the words left your mouth.

Reneé was quiet for a long moment, thinking it over in her head. On one hand, she wouldn't lose you. On the other, she'd have to share. She wasn't good at that. However she also couldn't say no to you and Chappell was good to you. Reneé knew she wouldn't hurt you. Maybe they could give it a try. Worth a shot, at least.

"We could give it a try.. if that's what you really want." When Reneé agreed, your smile widened and you kissed her deeply. Pulling her into her lap. She easily followed, kissing you right back. Your lips moved against hers as you gently pushed her down onto the couch, straddling her hips as your hand goes to her side. Giving a small squeeze to get a little moan out of Reneé.

The following day, you and Reneé had a chat with Chappell. Seeing where she stood on the idea of a poly relationship with them. She admitted to having a crush on you, but being too nervous to do anything about it. Given that you were already in a relationship and all. So she was pretty happy about this turn of events and agreed easily to it. That's how you'd started dating two famous music stars. Did you ever think your life would go this way? Nope. But yet here you were. Practically living out a fantasy.

He definitely has the distinct memory of the classic slow burn moment of “Oh. Oh.” happening, where he realises just how much he loves you. He knew he was head over heels, and he looks at you like you hung the moon. And if you sing it to him- UGH😩💙. IN LOVE, HE SHALL BE. He probably hums it a lot when doing work or writing. Of course, the lyrics are quite relatable to him. Frodo has this internal belief that the person/people he love/s can’t love him nearly the amount he adores them. Honestly it’s hard to explain this one. It’s just so soft and sweet and really describes how he feels about you. Also as the youngest and a, quoting Gandalf here, “fool of a Took!”, the line “and I’ll be, better when I’m older…” is just- MWAH. This song reminds me of him honestly. He is, as the song states, “your crying shoulder”, the “greatest fan of your life”. Everything about you takes his breath away. We all know he’s the best singer in the fellowship, and its just gorgeous to listen to him sing it, especially because he means every word. He also probably dedicated this to you early on in the relationship, and it was definitely your wedding song (if you got married).

He’s, as he likes to say, ‘work-avoidant’, and just wants to spend all his time on you. He also finds the song easy to sing to you, so thats a plus. The lyrics just resonate with him, similar to my picks for Pippin and Frodo. He’s very competitive, but he honestly doesn’t mind losing to you. He pretends like romantic or soft movies don’t make him cry, even if they do. He gets the appeal of going out and drinking and laughing, but just staying at home with you just sounds so much nicer to him. Its all about the little things in life with him, the small moments, the laughs, and every ‘I love you’ that makes him feel lighter than air.

Unabashed Swiftie in general, but this song just hits different. So first off he probably already called you his lover, and when he found the song he thought it was perfect. I can definitely see him learning guitar and playing this song for you as well. Into the actual song analysis, this song frames his want to be close to you, the mysterious way he was drawn to you, the way he felt like time flew by whenever you talked. Also I feel like he’s made jealous relatively easily, and that’s also in the song. His heart has been borrowed before, but he’s glad he’s ended up with you, to hear your jokes, save you seats, and call you his lover. He definitely likes to sing this to you late in the night, and i can see him humming/mumbling it whenever the two of you just stand and hold each other. Its so wholesome, and he loves the way your eyes light up when he sings it with all the love in his heart, all of it for you.

Honestly, he’s not a very observant dwarf, but he does pay attention to you. He knows you, and he cares a lot. Protective of you to a fault, but just wants everyone to know that they shouldn’t take you or your heart for granted.
