Some weeks ago, I received a question about hypnosis and how it works, and this activated my curiosity, so I did go deep into my research, and, to be honest, it did help me with my fear of beginning to hypnotize.
Hypnosis is like entering a special, relaxed state of mind where you're very focused and open to suggestions. Imagine being so absorbed in a good book or movie that you tune out everything else around you—hypnosis is a bit like that.
People use hypnosis for all sorts of reasons. Some want to quit smoking, manage stress, or overcome fears. Others might use it to help with pain or improve their confidence. And yes, sometimes it's used for fun in stage shows, making people do amusing things while they're in this special state.
how does it work?
Hypnosis entails a state of complete attention on something, better acceptance of what is being told and deep relaxation. It is usually caused by verbal suggestions and imagery by the hypnotists. Some important things about hypnosis are:

So, I will heal traumatized and wounded souls of others and help solve people’s issues via hypnotherapy. If you wanna change your outer world, you need to start changing your inner world aka subconscious mind. It can help to overcome and solve numerous issues such as alcoholism, phobias, low self esteem, limited beliefs etc, I can continue this list endlessly. In short, it can make you a champ in all areas of your life.
Some educational notes: No shade, but hypnotherapy is way more effective than a highly popular cognitive behavioral therapy. “The focus of this direction is the symptom, not the physiological disorder underlying it. Therapists practicing the CPT are taught that the past is the past, and it is not worth wasting time on it. They are taught to work with clients in such a way that customers think about their problems. The specialist gives the client homework so that he can start acting differently. The therapist does not turn to the injured part of the personality or cure it. The trauma remains in place, and the superficial parts of the personality learn to think in a new way and behave in a new way. The notorious bullet remains in the wound, and therefore the patient cannot feel a complete catharsis leading to healing. Such CPT techniques can help the client begin to better cope with the problems that occur in his life and go through difficult times. But they do not cause deep changes.”
Let’s be honest, traditional medicine is just a business, they need to sell drugs, any kind of sessions as much as possible. Basically, they are not interested in you finally getting well.
Well, I have so many other things to say about our society as mechanism and how it works, but, maybe, next time. Not everyone is ready to hear it.
