I haven't decided yet how tall exactly Hyacinthus is but he would be like 5 maybe 7 centimeters shorter than Apollo in his mortal disguise.

I also headcanon that when they first met, Apollo was pretending to be a human (and continued it for a few weeks/months)

actually!! I did design Hyacinth! I just don't know where to put him right now, but he is alive on Olympus with Apollo :) !

His concept is still in the planning stages, but after awhile looking at this, i'm more or less happy how he came out :)
