Early life and education

Mumbai is where Hiranandani was born. The Hiranandani clan hails from Sindh. Lakhumal Hiranand Hiranandani, his father, was an ENT surgeon who was also the winner of the Padma Bhushan award from the Indian government. Niranajan Hiranandani has two brothers: Surendra is his younger brother, and Navin is his elder brother. Hiranandani received his education from Campion School in Mumbai and graduated from Sydenham College in Mumbai with a bachelor's degree in business. He is an Institute of Chartered Accountants of India chartered accountant.

Career

Hiranandani began his working life as a teacher of accounting.[13] He established his first company, a textile weaving factory, in Kandivali, Mumbai, in 1981.

In 1985, he and his brother Surendra began a real estate company called Hiranandani Gardens after purchasing 250 acres of property in Powai, Mumbai.Currently, Hiranandani Constructions is renovating and launching two townships that it purchased for around ₹1,000 crore at a judicial auction. A township called Hiranandani Estate was constructed in Thane, Maharashtra, which is a part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.

 In 2006, Hiranandani Hospital was established in Thane, and in Powai, in 2011. He founded Yotta Infrastructure and is its founder and chairman. In its Integrated Yotta Data Center Park at Navi, he opened the second-largest data center in the world, called NM1.

Niranajan Hiranandani's name appeared in the Pandora Papers in October of 2021. It is said that he stashed $60 million in multiple offshore trusts.According to Hiranandani, his son Darshan Hiranandani, who resides in Dubai, is the rightful owner of the funds kept in the offshore account located in the British Virgin Islands.

17 schools have Hiranandani as a board member, including the Thane and Powai locations of the Hiranandani Foundation School.

In addition to serving as chairman of the Mumbai City, Development and Environment Committee of the Indian Merchants Chambers (I.M.C.) Hiranandani was the previous president of the Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry .

In addition, he serves as President of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), an organization established by the Indian government's Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs with the goals of advancing ethics and transparency in the real estate industry and developing the country's unorganized real estate market into a globally competitive industry.

The 100-year-old "Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India" (ASSOCHAM) is the trade body of which he served as president. founded with the intention of influencing the nation's trade, commerce, and industrial environment.The International Chamber of Commerce has ASSOCHAM as a member.

Member of the Maharashtra government's study group on the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme and of the Government of India's task force on housing and urban development reforms.

Hiranandani served as the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry's (FICCI) president for real estate and as an advisor to the Indian government on housing and habitat policy.

Additionally, he was a key player in the establishment of HSNC institution, Mumbai, a recently established cluster institution. Despite being State-owned, the H(S)NC Board, one of the oldest educational trusts in India, which he has previously served as president of, will run and oversee this university. He will continue to be associated with the same when serving as the institute's "Provost" in the future. Notable Universities like K.C. College and H.R. College will be part of this cluster university.

Personal life

Niranjan Hiranandani is the spouse of Kamal Hiranandani, with whom he has a son, Darshan, and a daughter, Priya. Priya is wed to businessman Cyrus Vandrevala, who resides in London. Neha Jhalani, the daughter of businessman Pradeep Jhalani and his wife Shabnam Jhalani, of Delhi, is Darshan's wife.

Глава Coinbase Брайан Армстронг занял первую строчку среди криптомиллиардеров по итогам 2020 года, согласно составленному китайским исследовательским институтом Hurun рейтингу.

В список вошли также основатели биткоин-бирж, инвесторы и владельцы майнинговых компаний. Совокупное благосостояние 17 участников рейтинга составило $77 млрд.

Первое место занял CEO Coinbase Брайан Армстронг — стоимость его активов оценили в $11,5 млрд. На второй строчке расположился глава FTX Сэм Бэнкман-Фрид с $10 млрд. Замыкает тройку с $8 млрд глава Binance Чанпэн Чжао.

В Hurun отдельно указали, что создатель биткоина Сатоши Накамото мог бы войти в список топ-25 миллиардеров с состоянием в $50 млрд. Оценка получена исходя из рыночной стоимости криптовалюты в $50 000.

Исследователи не включили в список сооснователя Ethereum Виталика Бутерина из-за отсутствия четких сведений о принадлежащих ему криптовалютах.

Авторы рейтинга назвали блокчейн одной из наиболее растущих индустрий в 2020 году наряду с электронной коммерцией, производством электромобилей и биотехнологиями. Этому способствовали новые рекорды на рынке криптовалют и одобрение Комиссией по ценным бумагам и биржам США заявки Coinbase на прямой листинг акций, которая может дать оценку компании свыше $100 млрд.

«В настоящее время мы находимся в самом центре новой промышленной революции. Искусственный интеллект, блокчейн, облачные вычисления, большие данные и электронная коммерция создают новые возможности и ведут к концентрации богатства. У мировых миллиардеров сейчас $14 трлн, больше, чем ВВП Китая», — подчеркнули специалисты.

Напомним, в списке криптомиллиардеров от Forbes по итогам 2020 года первую строчку также занял Брайан Армстронг. Издание насчитало 11 участников рейтинга.

В прошлом году в списке Hurun оказались Чанпэн Чжао, Кетуан Чжан из Bitmain, основатель OKEx и OKCoin Стар ��юй, сооснователь Ripple Крис Ларсен, CEO Huobi Леон Ли и глава Coinbase Брайан Армстронг.

Bảng xếp hạng Hurun Global Rich List 2021 (bảng xếp hạng người giàu trên toàn cầu) cho thấy, năm ngoái, Trung Quốc đã vượt Mỹ để trở thành quốc gia đầu tiên có hơn 1.000 tỷ phú đô la, với 1.058 người mới xuất hiện vào năm ngoái trong khi Mỹ là 696 người. Trong số 610 nhà tài phiệt mới, 318 người đến từ Trung Quốc, còn Mỹ là 95 người, dựa theo số liệu tính đến ngày 15/1.

डेस्क। हुरुन ग्लोबल रिच लिस्ट 2021 की माने तो, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के अध्यक्ष मुकेश अंबानी 83 अरब डॉलर संग विश्व के आठवें सबसे अमीर शख्स बन गए हैं। एनर्जी-टू-टेलीकॉम दिग्गज आरआईएल के मूल्य में बढ़ोतरी के मद्देनजर अंबानी की जायदाद में साल-दर-साल के आधार पर 24 फीसदी का इजाफा हुआ। 

हुरुन ग्लोबल रिच लिस्ट 2021 के बयान की माने तो, हिंदुस्तान का सबसे बड़ा निर्यातक रिलायंस देश के निर्यात का 8 फीसदी सीमा शुल्क तथा उत्पाद शुल्क से मिलाने वाले देश के कुल राजस्व का 5 प्रतिशत है। रिलायंस अक्षय ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में भी पदार्पण की योजना तैयार कर रहा है। साथ ही इसने इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की संख्या में उछाल से पहले बैटरी तैयार करने के व्यवसाय में भी उतरने का निर्णय लिया है।

पिछली हुरुन ग्लोबल रिच लिस्ट में अंबानी नौवीं जगह पर थे। जहां तक देशों के रैंक की बात है तो भारत 177 अरबपतियों संग तीसरे स्थान पर पहुंच गया है जो बीते वर्ष की तुलना में 40 अधिक है। 

बयान में बोला गया है कि मुंबई अरबपतियों की राजधानी बन गई है। यहां अरबपतियों की संख्या 61 तक पहुंच गई है। इसके बाद 40 अरबपतियों संग दिल्ली दूसरी जगह पर है।  इन अरबपतियों की औसत आयु 66 साल है। भारतीय मूल के 32 अरबपति हैं, जो हिंदुस्तान से बाहर रहते हैं। इनमें लंदन स्थित आर्सेलर मित्तल के एल.एन. मित्तल भी शुमार हैं। 

दूसरे भारतीयों में गौतम अडानी परिवार शीर्ष 100 अरबपतियों में 48वें स्थान पर रहे। अडानी ग्रीन एनर्जी के 20 अरब डॉलर के वैल्यूएशन संग ही अडानी की दौलत बढ़कर करीबन दोगुनी 32 अरब डॉलर हो गई है। बता दें कि विश्व में सबसे अमीर व्यक्ति टेस्ला स्पेसएक्स के सीईओ एलन मस्क हैं जिनकी कुल जायदाद 197 अरब डॉलर है। अमेजन के संस्थापक जेफ बेजोस दूसरे स्थान पर हैं। 35 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी संग उनकी संपत्ति का कुल मूल्य 189 अरब डॉलर हो गई है।
