okay, yeah, we gotta talk about this. we gotta talk about this.

loki has always been perpetually alone. even around his own family, he felt misunderstood and unwanted. the only person who ever made him feel like he belonged was his mother, and she died, leaving him completely and utterly alone again.

loki has always felt lonely. even with the company of his brother, even surrounded by people, he still felt lonely. nothing could ever really fill that gap for him.

but mobius did. but casey did. but b-15 did. even sylvie and ouroboros did. despite how everything began between loki & the rest of the tva, he finally felt like he belonged somewhere. he finally felt like he wasn't alone.

and it all started with mobius, seeing how much potential loki had and how much better he could be from now own.

The thing that is so beautiful about the loki season 2 finale is that it just makes it all clear how the argument they’ve been building is that it’s all about love… and it doesn’t matter what kind of love, whether it be romantic or platonic or familial but the quintessential question of the season has been “how far would you go to save your loved ones?”

And loki’s answer is: “To the midst of it all. For all time. Always”

Loki finding love and belonging and a family in the TVA squad is NOT selfishness like what Sylvie is saying and here's why:

Ever since the start, we saw how he kept losing everything, everybody he cared about. Due to this, he's grown detached and proud to protect himself. This is tied to his over-the-top personality hiding his low self esteem that leads him to believe he doesn't deserve anything. Like what Sylvie said, "maybe what makes us Lokis is that we're destined to lose". But he disproves this. How?

By making friends. Through Mobius, he's been shown that he still has value. When he told timeline!Mobius that "you saved my life, you saw something in me that I hadn't seen in myself", he accepted Mobius' care and belief in him. So much so that he rallies all his friends, and is even willing to leave them alone if it's what's best for them.

But he doesn't want to be alone! He's found a family in this group! He wants to be loved and cared for! He's learned enough SELF-ESTEEM to see value in himself! And he finally lets himself admit it because now he knows that he deserves it!

TL;DR: No, him wanting to be with his friends and belong somewhere is not selfishness, it's self esteem because he learns that he's allowed to want things, to care about people, and that he has value. But no hate to Sylvie. I hope, in time, she learns that too.

Id love it if Marvel put out a series of 15 minute shorts of Peter and B15 trying to go on dates. But everytime some Deadpool or TVA situation comes up that they have to get involved with.

And they're both determined to have a normal date each episode, and each time something goes wrong. Until they finally realize in the last one that theyd been helping to save the Multiverse on their dates, because they work so well together. Predicting each other's moves, having each other's backs and trusting eachother. They'd actually been going on pretty great dates

And B15 realizes she doesn't need to balance her crazy job and a normal relationship like shed been trying the whole series, cause Peters hasn't been like "oh, well maybe next time" when an emergency comes up; Peters got his Pool suit under his fancy suit and hes following her through the Time Door (after paying the bill and leaving a sizeable tip, of course)

Then it can end with B15 and PeterPool kicking in a door, grinning at each, and rushing into a fight. Hard cut to the shows title card "DATE NIGHT"

i have a LOT of thoughts about the tva suits in the deadpool and wolverine movie (paradox and his wacky ass color palette 😒) but something that stuck out to me was b-15's outfit

the tva's main colors are brown, yellow, and orange and b-15 has a regular old brown suit as you'd expect but with a green button up underneath

now that's not as weird as what paradox has going on cause the green is at least muted and it fits enough that i didn't think much of it when i first watched d&w but green isn't really that big of a tva color (yes we see some posters with green in them but no tva employee has worn green)

so why would b-15 (who we're assuming is running the tva at this point) wear colors that don't completely represent their organization?

well what if it's her way of remembering loki? her way of honoring her friend and mourning for him by wearing his fundamental color? maybe that way she can feel as if he's still with them in the tva and never truly out of reach
