Would be hot of DC if they set a Nightwing movie up in the late 80s-mid 90s. Gotta open up the movie with Dick driving on his bike to "Hungry Like the Wolf" by Duran Duran. Why? Because Dick's going to be solving murder cases. "I'm on the hunt, I'm after you." Making sense now? Good. Great.

Have him stop by a gas station to pick up some cheap sunglasses for his disguise. While he's waiting in line to check out, the woman at the front of the line makes it known that she doesn't have enough money to pay for everything she's got. Dick steps in, charm on full display, and pays for her.

As he's exiting the gas station, pan in on the radio or TV that's playing behind the counter. There's news of a chain of murders that are kicking off. Unrelated murders? Seems that way. But are they actually?

Back on the bike, losers, we're going to a boardwalk on the beach. Have Dick change into a disguise. Show his entire demeanor changing. Lights, camera, action. He's playing up a character. Schmoozing with the people who run businesses on the boardwalk. Trying to get information, trying to piece together a connection. He gets one. Someone mentions a gold poker chip. It's blood in the water.

A woman kills a man at a casino. Dick makes a visit to Guppy. The charming demeanor is gone. Dick is all hard lines, playing a game of intimidation. He pressures Guppy. Pressure, pressure, pressure. Bingo. He hears about the judges and it all clicks. A ghost from his past come back to haunt him. Another gold poker chip seals the deal.

And just like that, the predator follows the fresh trail of prints.
