For the worm cape ask thing

A tinker cape who's thing is that he can build anything as long as it works underwater. He can build power armor, shelters, generators, vehicles, etcetera. And if he realy tries he can make stuff that works both on land as wel as underwater but thats not wat it is made for and it will always work better underwater.

The obvious joke is that there are many advantages to being a marine biologist....And that was definitely his trigger event.

Fuck up with a shark-cage? Deep-sea exploration mission but the submersible was made by a billionaire idiot and operated with an Xbox controller and made of fibreglass.... Possibilities are endless.

I'm thinking rogue/villain but more towards the villain side of things....A militant conservationist who's going to save wildlife and stop pollution at source. I've made an eco-terrorist cape before, so I'm gonna say that the two of them are allies (Her name was KabUwUm).

Modus operandi, I'm gonna say that they've got an underwater base somewhere; it's easy for them to get to and from but harder for everyone else because you kinda need their TinkerTech to get there, also it has to be a small operation or he'd spend all of his time fixing his own tech....From here he releases propaganda to recruit college students, networks with other rogues and villains and launches attacks on corporations, billionaires, other villains and seaworld.

His current project has been building power armour for Orcas and sending them after yachts.

Appearance wise, whilst underwater he wears a full suit of power armour that's a cross between the Hulkbuster and an old school diving suit with the spherical helmet. On land, or in his base he keeps the helmet and then wears faux-scale mail and a cape.... He's going for Aquaman, it's looking more like Mysterio on a budget.

Personality wise.... I'm drawing on Doctor Seismic from Invincible here.
