#Huda Beauty Empowered Eyeshadow Palette

Hi guys,

I have been on a total gold obsession this week. I just painted my nails gold and I keep using warm / golden toned eyeshadows. Honestly golden shades make my blue eyes pop like crazy and they are pretty much my go to all the time. So today I wanted to share with you one of my favourite eye looks using my favourite golden eye palette.

If you love a golden eye look like myself then I couldn't recommend the Huda Beauty Empowered Eyeshadow Palette, £62.00 more if I tried. This palette is a total dream for me because I have been warm toned obsessed since I first started wearing eye makeup. Huda Beauty have produced some of my favourite eye palettes ever because her formula is so pigmented and easy to blend, it's a total dream to work with. In the past Huda has produced lots of large palettes but they all have a similar vibe until this palette came along and it's a total game changed featuring, mattes, metallics, glitters and gel texture eyeshadows. Though the palette is expensive you really do get a great mix of formulas to play around with.

The makeup look you can see above has become my go to everyday look using a mix of the warm toned matte shades to create my shape and then using the metallic golds in my center eye lid. If I wanted to intensify the look I would use a eyeliner in my waterline but for this specific look I loved having the golds pop and my blue eyes pop!

I have fallen in love with another Huda Beauty eyeshadow palette! I honestly intended to stick to my guns and not buy a eyeshadow palette while I played around with my christmas presents but when you see 25% off Huda Beauty you gotta grab what you can get. While I love all Huda Beauty palettes I always feel like value wise going for the bigger palettes is better value for money and the formulas are even better than the 9 pan palettes. So today I am adding the Huda Beauty Empowered Eyeshadow Palette , £58.00 to my collection!

We all know when it comes to nudes and gold tones I am obsessed so when I first saw this palette I wanted it so badly but it was too pricey at the time. Unlike other Huda Beauty palettes, this one is even more unique then the previous palettes because we have so many different eyeshadow formulas in one palette. You get a range of formulas from mattes, hybrid gel-liners, metallics to shimmers, you get a great range.

The gold shimmers in this palette are intensely pigmented, I was in shock when I first swatched them. Playing around with this palette you really can create so many eye looks from golden glam to a deep smokey eye. It has very quickly become my go to palette when I want to play around.I think what I love most about the colour story of this palette is that it truly makes my eyes pop!

This post is for all those Huda Beauty fans out there because today we have a brand eyeshadow palette to play with! If you didn't know every festive season Huda brings out a new 18 pan eyeshadow palette and (in my opinion) they are her best palettes. So today we are chatting about the brand new Huda Beauty Pretty Grunge Eyeshadow Palette, £62.00.

Now if you couldn't guess by the name this palette is inspired by 90s grunge aesthetic featuring a beautiful range of smokey, cool-toned wearable and versatile shades from matte nudes to multi-chromatic foils, a black eye gloss, and decadent sparkly blacks and silvers. When I first heard about this about palette I wasn't sure how wearable this palette would be on the day to day. However it features a gorgeous range of warm, nude tone shades that you could wear for a soft look and then build up shades for a more intense look.

I decided to test this palette to see if I could create 2 very different eye looks and as you can see above on my right side I have a dark smokey purple eye look and on the right I have a soft nude look. I have only used this palette for a few days but I'm already obsessed with everything from the colour story, the pigmentation to the packaging. The last time I was this obsessed with a Huda palette it was the Naughty Nude palette. Though you could argue the nude shades are slightly similar to the Empowered eyeshadow palette I would say the deeper smokey shades and shimmers/ glitters still make the palette worth getting in my opinion.
