#How to buy dissertation online

People on here are always like "fuck capitalism, why can't things be weird anymore" and then write up a whole dissertation about how the biggest IPs need to change to be weirder.
Like, you are so close. You are so close to getting the point. "Big" IPs *can only exist because they are normal*. They will *never* be weird. They will *never* do what you want. Go find some smaller IPs. Bring back discovery. Bring back never having heard of a book before you buy it. Bring back watching obscure anime online that none of your friends know about. Bring back trying new things, even if they're bad or cheaply made. That is how you get *weird*.

myung jaehyun.
jaehyun is the epitome of shy but calculating.
in front of you, he can barely string a full sentence together. he isn’t even able to look you in the eyes, his voice shaking as he blurts out, “y-you’re really talented. um—i, uh—really like your new song,” before practically sprinting away, face turning beet red.
fans live for his adorably flustered behavior, constantly making jokes like, “it’s not his fault he went to an all-boys school and has no information about the other chromosome in his database.”
but what they don’t know is how hard jaehyun works behind the scenes to fuel the ship.
he’d scroll through your instagram for hours, obsessively studying your outfit choices, your favorite colors, even the brands you wear.
then, out of nowhere, he’s spotted wearing suspiciously similar clothes to yours, down to the tiniest details. fans, of course, catch on quickly, posting side-by-side comparisons of your photos, sending the internet into a frenzy.
when asked about it, jaehyun acts surprised, laughing nervously while scratching the back of his neck, “haha, i guess we just have similar tastes?” but inside, he’s thriving. he’s totally smug about it—he knows he’s been caught, but he’s secretly loving the attention.
when the members start teasing him, saying, “didn’t you just buy that bracelet because you saw yn wearing the same one?” jaehyun’s face turns bright red as he stutters, “n-no, i just like the design, that’s all.” sure, jaehyun... we’re all buying it.
park sungho.
sungho is a walking contradiction.
he tries so hard to act cool when the ship is mentioned, brushing it off with a shrug. “ah, fans are just having fun,” he’d say, his tone so nonchalant it almost seems convincing. but his red ears? they give him away every time.
fans live for the moments when he accidentally lets his guard down. like when someone shows him a video of you during a variety show—he’d sit there watching quietly, trying to suppress a smile, his lips twitching ever so slightly. but then jaehyun would chime in loudly, “why are you smiling so much?” causing sungho to immediately snap, “i’m not!” his voice a little too defensive as he avoids all eye contact, fidgeting with the hem of his sleeve.
if you ever approach him at an event, though, his whole “cool guy” act crumbles. he’d stammer out a polite greeting, bowing so low and so awkwardly that his members have to stifle their laughter in the background. his hands fidget nervously, and he can barely meet your eyes.
later, when clips of the interaction inevitably surface online, fans zoom in on the way sungho sneaks lingering glances at you throughout the event. they also catch the soft, almost dreamy smile he wears whenever you’re speaking. within minutes, the clips go viral, with captions like, “bro is down bad.”
when he’s alone, though, he replays the clip of the two of you interacting like he’s preparing for a dissertation, his eyes glued to the screen as he analyzes every detail—how close you were standing, the way your voice sounded, and whether or not you smiled at him. his members tease him relentlessly about it, but sungho just mutters, “it’s not a big deal,” even though he knows he’s so far gone.
lee riwoo.
he is so obvious it hurts.
fans catch him dancing to your songs a little too much during livestreams, his grin wide and his moves full of energy, as if he’s the biggest fan. “it’s just a catchy song!” he insists, trying to downplay it, but the way he lights up whenever your music starts playing says so much more.
his real feelings become painfully clear when you invite him to do a dance challenge together. on the outside, he’s all smiles, nodding eagerly, but on the inside? he’s screaming. internally losing it.
the moment you step into the same frame, though, his usual confidence evaporates. he stumbles over the choreography, his nerves getting the best of him, laughing awkwardly as he messes up. fans immediately notice how red he goes, and they absolutely eat it up. meanwhile, you just find him adorable, completely unaware of how flustered he is.
he’s a shy babygirl™ through and through, so whenever someone asks about it directly, he stammers, looking to his members for help like they’ll come to his rescue.
fans catch on quickly, noticing how he starts fidgeting, avoiding eye contact, or blushing whenever your name comes up in conversation. he denies being affected, always trying to play it off, but his members totally snitch on him during live streams, exposing how he practices greeting you in front of the mirror, muttering to himself, “hi, yn, i’m jaehyun, nice to meet you…” while his face turns as red as a tomato.
obvious, but too cute for words.
han taesan.
this man is a pro at subtlety.
he doesn’t outright acknowledge the ship, but fans quickly catch on to how much effort he puts into feeding it.
during music shows and award events, he’s always in the background, staring at you like you hung the stars in the sky, and it's so obvious that fans can't help but point it out. whenever you’re on stage or accepting an award, he’s just there, soft smile plastered on his face, his eyes shining with pride. fans zoom in on clips of him, his gaze lingering on you, and caption them with things like, “taesan’s proud bf energy!” and the ship goes viral.
he’s definitely the type to secretly read fanfiction about the two of you..
when the members tease him about how much he lights up whenever your name comes up, he completely freezes. sungho teasingly asks, “taesan, didn’t you say you wanted to collab with yn?” and taesan, flustered and caught off guard, panic-answers, “n-no... i mean, maybe... let’s move on,” but you can tell he’s dying on the inside, trying to keep his cool. secretly, though, he’s probably rehearsing how he’d casually talk to you during the collab
he’s the type to subtly bring you up in interviews, too—“yn’s songs are great; i’ve been listening to them a lot lately”—just to see if fans catch it. and spoiler alert: they absolutely do.
kim leehan.
the definition of soft.
the first time he sees a ship edit of the two of you, his reaction is straight out of a romcom. it’s almost too cute to handle—he lets out an embarrassed laugh, his hands immediately flying up to hide his smile. “ah, fans are so funny,” he says, but his voice is so much softer than usual, and his blush? it gives him away. his ears turn red, and he’s absolutely melting inside, not knowing how to react to being the subject of such a sweet edit.
whenever he’s around you, he can't even hold a normal conversation without giggling nervously and stumbling over his words, offering compliments in the most awkward yet endearing way. and then there’s that awkward pause where he starts fidgeting, trying to salvage what little dignity he has left. but it's clear to everyone that he’s completely flustered and totally into you.
Still, fans adore how genuine and sweet he is, especially when he unknowingly matches his mood to yours—smiling when you’re happy or looking concerned when you seem tired.
kim woonhak.
woonhak is so loud in denying the ship that it’s painfully obvious he’s head over heels in love with you.
during live streams, as soon as fans even hint at mentioning you, he immediately shouts, “no way! that’s not true!”—almost too loudly, as if trying to convince both the fans and himself.
but behind the scenes? he’s absolutely dying. when no one’s looking, he’s re-watching every single interaction the two of you have had, replaying the moments over and over, giggling nervously and trying to convince himself it’s not a big deal, but deep down, he knows it’s everything to him.
his members absolutely love stirring the pot, casually bringing you up just to see woonhak completely flail. “didn’t you say yn’s your ideal type?” taesan asks with a smirk, clearly enjoying the chaos. woonhak's face goes red in an instant, his eyes wide as he shakes his head vigorously. “i NEVER said that!” he insists, but everyone can see the way his lips twitch into a nervous smile, the way his hands fidget. fans eat it up, capturing every moment of him flustered.
he’s definitely the type to act all cool in front of everyone, but when it comes to you? he turns into a nervous, giggly mess.
once, he accidentally liked one of your posts while scrolling through your feed, and when fans pointed it out, he immediately went into full denial mode, spamming “NO” on weverse and trying to distract everyone by starting a random conversation about something totally unrelated. but in his mind, he's already panicking—did they see that?
even when it’s not about you directly, you can see how his mood changes whenever your name is mentioned, like his face softens a little, or he just gives a tiny smile that he tries to hide. he’s loud, energetic, but soft for you in ways that he’s too embarrassed to admit.

The thing is, this escort mess won’t have an impact on Sam or his image or his products sales. The only ones talking about the mysterious woman and her true profession is this little bubble on tumblr.
The twitter accounts who saw the JJ pictures and knew an obvious pap walk tweeted about it on the day. But they aren’t tweeting about the escort because it isn’t public news, they won’t know it unless they look in this corner of tumblr or people on tumblr post the info on twitter and it gets traction.
The (religious) Sam mommies aren’t leaving Sam’s side because they would never believe it regardless of the proof. If Sam was papped tomorrow with another woman, that would be Sam’s new love. See P**v’s world.
Hawaii had an impact because it was all playing out online, on Sam’s SM feeds, from Sam himself. But other messes that have come up over the years that were big in this tumblr bubble never made it outside of here, had no impact to Sam.
Unless respected publications pick up who the woman is and print it, the public at large will not know. And that will never happen because they only publish what they are told, like Starz in this situation since the article only mentions Outlander and Blood of My Blood, or what Starz/PR have given confirmation to print. These publications won’t go rogue and lose their business with these studios/PR.
Dear Excuse Him Anon,
You wrote a PhD dissertation just to mitigate a couple of things and completely disregard what I wrote. Not nice, girl.
Did you look at the comments under that JJ photo reel featuring the pap walk? They are abysmal. It's between gay and 'professional companion'. Those are, for the most part, casual viewers and followers. It should give us, his PR and himself a pretty good idea about impact. Do you honestly think this is ok, or something he'd get rid of anytime soon?
Anyhow, these are just regular people. If you do think those agents, directors and producers of mainstream Hollywood don't know by now who the hell she is, you are naive. Same goes for his business and CSR contacts. They know. And they do simply because this is about money, first and foremost. Business. So, spare me your good sentiments: you clearly have no clue of what you are talking about.
Suppose that I, as a diplomatic agent posted to Athens, would have been seen buying smuggled cigarettes on the Piraeus docks. How long do you think it would have taken my colleague from Cipher (but not only Cipher, of course) to find out? And by the way: this happened to one of the technical personnel at a friendly Embassy (they do not have access to diplomatic duty free perks), while I was still there. He was sent back home in two weeks, Anon. Standard NATO security rules. So yes: different situation, but same rationale. Prestige and image before anything.
Hawaii 🐰never made it to mainstream press, not even as a 'mystery companion'. And not even to JJ. Damage contained pretty well by S, too - in a very emotional, confused moment, in which even C stepped in with a heartfelt appeal ('If you do not like us, do not follow us', or something along those lines) . Their luck and ours.
The religious Sam mommies won't leave his side until they snap and do, Anon. People can tolerate many things, but it is unlikely they would tolerate something so alien to their own moral code for eternity. Again, naive.
Also, the public at large DGAF about S and his paid pap walk companion. Also, don't ask why he has only flop film proposals. Here's your answer.
What a waste, Anon. What a waste. Lost respect is very difficult to earn back. And he lost a lot of it in what, 24 hours? Wow, Anon. Wow.
Add to this the completely tone deaf ad for Outlander World Day or what the hell it is called and you'll be as (second-hand) embarrassed as I am right now, Anon. Because that is not a bastard, far from it. Just someone in dire need of a complete PR intervention, until it's not too late. If he'd only listen.

Hi, prev anon venting about the Timkon vs Batjokes poll here: would actually find it very interesting to read some analysis on the rising anti mentality, actually. I've been in fandom for a long time, so I do remember when it wasn't like this, and for a while I was like "it's fine, just block and move on, don't engage, it's fine". But IS it fine?? Fans of more complex and not easily digestible ships... we block and ignore and create our own little niches, but at this point I've seen too many cases of shippers saying they're AFRAID of publically liking something darker just because they might get harassed. This shit is getting genuinely harrowing to real alive people, to the point where some poor fans actually buy the bullshit of "you're a bad person if you like That Bad Ship" as if thought crimes exist and we're in the damn 18th century. It's definitely worth studying this phenomenon in fandom because then maybe we can figure out how to fix this? Fandom is supposed to be fun... Lol, really long way of saying that those texts would be cool to see, thank you guys!
Sure!
Here's a huge library of sources about media literacy, lgbtq+ issues, fandom and fan culture. We definitely recommend checking it out!
Under the cut is the list of articles focused specifically on the phenomenon of antishipping. Please keep in mind that some of these articles are master's theses or doctoral dissertations and that we didn't fully read all of them. This is just a general list of what we've found.

Ahdhsjxnjs I'll never get over how I did my dissertation research on a particular species of bird and for my birthday my mother actually managed to find one (1) Thing online that she could buy with a picture of that species, a design on Redbubble, so she bought me a cushion cover with it on and when I showed it to my project supervisor he said "oh, isn't that by [name]?" and yeah turns out that design was drawn by one of his former students.

Keeping It Private
It was while suffering through my dissertation focusing on supermarkets that I came to have a deep and abiding love for the product variable in the marketing discipline. I had to spend hundreds of hours traveling to, and interviewing with, supermarket managers across the state of Indiana, all in the name of exploratory research. This was necessary before I could even begin to dive in to creating the real study.

That study wound up being an effort to model the corporate buyers’ purchasing process. It’s a hidden part of business that average consumers never consider, because we just find our stuff on the shelf, and go home. But how did they get to the shelf in the first place?

It’s a complicated process, and by the time those products do hit shelves, all four of the 4Ps have been used. It all begins with the corporate buyer being approached by salespersons bearing samples and literature to try to sway the buyer to adopt the item or items.

And in the supermarket business alone, there are now up to 30,000 new items each year, while the typical modern grocery “only” has room for 45,000 different ones. That means there is an ongoing battle waged by makers of new items to nudge out makers of old items, knowing all the while that many products are mainstays and will never be nudged.

Now consider when the retailer is an e-commerce provider. They are not as physically bound as supermarkets, if only because warehouses tend to be much larger, and it doesn’t cost anything to add yet another item to a website. But there are still limits at some point, not the least of which is the cost of holding inventory.

As for the types of products supermarkets carry, they range from the truest of innovations (which often get approvals if only because they are unique at least for a while), down to me-toos (effectively imitating some other manufacturer’s item), line extensions (like new flavors), short-term promotional items (like Pepsi Peeps), and private labels.

Tumblr media
And it is the private labels that are getting a lot of attention these days. They’ve been around since at least the 1950s in groceries, and are “house brands” that are usually of good quality, but sell for significantly less than national brands. They are commonly  manufactured by those same national brand manufacturers, who are selling off unused capacity. In some instances, though, there are food and beverage companies that only do contract manufacturing.
The result is the same: a brand unique to a chain, and—here is the important part—typically given premier status. You can’t bump these from the shelf.

Because, you know, it’s theirs. Of course they are going to treat it the best.

It has been during this inflationary cycle that shoppers began preferring private labels. But now, three in four shoppers report they plan to continue buying private labels after the economy settles. They are buying them now out of necessity, but as should have been happening all along, are finding them to be of similar quality and value compared to their national favorites.

Already, Amazon has a large assortment of private label products, and six weeks ago, GoPuff, an online seller of household basics, announced theirs. Multichannel retailers like Target and Walmart have doubled down on theirs as well. Often, these retailers have several different “brands” of their own, not just one.
Private labels, in spite of having lower retail prices, often have higher margins for their sellers. It makes perfect sense to push these. And the reasons they have lower retail prices range from seldom if ever being advertised, to the fact that they are buying someone else’s unused capacity.
Most shoppers don’t even realize how many private label products surround them. In clothing the triple play of Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy all feature private labels. In fact, the entire stores and brands are private label. That’s another way of saying that the store is the brand. Other clothing retailers, like Dillard’s, feature a mix of branded garments and private label.
Back in the grocery business, Trader Joe’s and Aldi, which are related because of their common German family lineage but are actually still distinct, both feature about 85-90% private label products. The remaining handful are recognizable brands. In both cases, though, shoppers trust TJ’s for their quality, and Aldi for their low price.
I find all of this intriguing, because when I started down this academic road in the mid-1980s, private label products were only a step above the so-called generic foods, both stigmatizing the buyer as being someone of lesser means to buy the more common national products. But the bubble of that stigma has been burst of late. Shoppers are not worried so much about what others think about their cart’s contents, and more about being able to avoid having to return an item to the shelf once they get to the check stand.

Little did I know that I could make a career out of focusing on just one of the 4Ps, but I have done just that. And every semester I get to tell the same old stories, and repeat the same basic lecture material.
Because some things never change, never grow old. Except me, of course. And I am about as private label as they come.

They must and it's really frustrating 'cause like, it's not people asking who to talk to, it's people automatically assuming the library handles this, and half the time they are straight-up ignoring communication from the person/department who gave them the confusing thing in the first place.
“I got a weird IT email” <- okay ask the IT department
“How do I mail a package” <- idk go ask the mailroom
“I need a transcript” <- there’s this cool, really-visible-on-the-university-website department named “Academic Records” who, in a completely unpredictable twist, handle academic records. in an even more baffling turn of events their page will come up if you type 'transcript' into the uni's website search box or even google transcript + college name. truly a puzzle.
“How do I find instructions for this assignment?” <- ask the professor who gave you the assignment
“What does this assignment mean?” <- ask the professor who gave you the assignment
“I need help with [Non-Descriptive Assignment Title]” <- do you think we know the title of every assignment in every one of the zillion classes thousands of students take each semester, and the details of each one. do you.
“How do I format my dissertation?” <- I happen to know this exact information and document is provided to you, in your class, by your professor, who has never told you it’s at the library
“Where do I get my graduation gear” <- if you're a senior you have a dozen emails about this exact topic. in your email. from which you are emailing us. do you know how to use a search bar.
“I’m having problems accessing my digital textbook” <- cool that’s a question for the bookstore, the people who provided you said digital textbook and have at no point ever involved the library
“How do I return my textbooks?” <- in a shocking turn of events, the bookstore that provided your books gave you this exact information with the books, along with an email saying the same thing, and an online account you can look up both this and their contact information
“I want to buy a hoodie” <- gender-neutral ma’am this is a library
Man I do not understand why students decide the library is the best place to ask questions that have literally no relation to the library
There’ve been some phishing attempts and a student emailed the library saying “I got an email saying IT was disabling my university account” like okay?? ask IT about it? The entire department publicly tasked with handling computer- and account-related issues????
