I was house-sitting for Hozier, and I hung out in his reading nook (which you had to climb to get to) and we shared some tea after he got back from the woods. He let me pet his dog, and reassured me about my parents separation.

Just want to share with everyone that @aurorawritestoescape pointed out to me that the whole house sitting thing is kinda @toxicanonymity lincoln!Joel coded, but sadly, the only person that torments me is the weird demon grandma neighbor and not a hot Joel Miller 😭🫢

Hello everyone, today is my last day house-sitting and I think it's time tumblr meets the lady of the house

I’m sooo excited to see that the proper fall weather is coming just in time for house- and pettingsitting in my childhood home, the cozy vibes will be off the charts!

Also spending time with these creatures 🥹♥️

Kiara (cat) is ten now, and before I moved out she was my bestest friend and she would always hang out in my room and I miss her so much, I value time with her sooo much!

Safran is my parents’ rescue, she’s been with us for a little more than two years and is the sweetest girl!

Sadly Kiara is quite scared of other cats, so Touya will stay with my bestie and his boyfriend, which is GREAT for him bc he loves it there, but I will ofc miss my little silly man lots and lots, even tho I can gp see him whenever!

I’m helping my dad house sit for his boss and they have three little white dogs and a black cat.

I’m bad at remembering names so I’ve given them nicknames lol.

The smallest dog is now called tripping hazard.

The middle one is now called daft in the head (her actual name is daphne and she keeps licking me, ergo, she’s just daft)

The big one I actually just call her by her name, Nelly, cus she’s a cutie. But I have been calling her a pookie.

And the cats called phoebe, but I didn’t know that until this morning and I’ve just been calling it pussy/kitty cat.

House sitting has gotta be the sweetest gig ever. I’m getting PAID to eat someone else’s food, play with their cats, and play stardew valley all day. This is glorious.

British Columbia Road Trip

Meet Hero! He’s a mutt that my friend adopted from the local shelter here in Knoxville, Tn. His mama asked me to watch him for 10days, along with introducing him to Dolly my personal dog, as She goes and visits family in California.

We are night two and have made it the first 24 hrs with no problems so far!

We have learned that Hero is handsome, energetic pup who has a lot to learn with dog boundaries and play styles! Dolly and I learned that with walks going to the neighborhood dog run along with having toys out! These next 9 days are going to be fun and exciting to work with Hero and his spunkiness to be in everyone’s space! Patients is a Virtue that! Baby steps!

We also learned that he has a lot to learn on walks and not want to chase everything! For example: Cars, trucks, suvs. Along with not reacting to other dogs as we pas them!
