On the twenty-first day of the month of September, in an early year of a decade not too long before our own, the human race suddenly encountered a deadly threat to its very existence. And this terrifying enemy surfaced, as such enemies often do, in the seemingly most innocent and unlikely of places.

“Sir…I will leave this place.”
Rewatched Sweeney Todd last night and I remembered how much I LOVE Johanna in this movie.
She is so pretty, but Tim Burton actually demolished her character. She has like two lines and they cut out her only other song 💀
Anyways Tim Burton when I find you…

Maybe I'm crazy...
But I would love to do covers of nerdy prudes must die with college and older high school students? Just found a singular cover and it slaps and I want some more of the songs from people closer in the age range. Would anyone want to help?

Obligatory note that media is not beholden to a single genre, and many films/tv/books encapsulate many different genres. The point of these polls is to ask "would you consider this to be under the umbrella of horror, based on your own definition of the genre?". Please elaborate on your opinions in the tags!

FINALLY watched Little Shop of Horrors. I enjoyed it so muchhh the songs are so catchy. It's like a mix of Beetlejuice and Mars Attacks!
I didn't like the end as much as the rest of the movie though, I'm not a fan of this kind of endings.
EDIT : I learned that the theatrucal cut has a different ending, I saw the original. I like the theatrical cut ending much better :)
I really liked the characters though. Seymour and Audrey II, of course. I also liked the dentist guy, but in a "Oh my god he's such an asshole but he's kinda funny" way.
Horror musicals is really a genre I should look more into, as well as comico-gore. I think I'll watch Poultrygeist next, this movie looks fun.

A Brütal Rocky Horror crossover! Lili and Hols somehow find themselves in Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s mansion. Something tells me Hols would want to stay and explore while Lili would beg to leave and eventually form a bond with Rocky.
